Transgender runner blows out competition, sets season records in girls' races at Oregon high school track meet

The same Oregon high school that came under fire last year for allowing a transgender athlete to compete against girls continues to blow away the competition one year later.

Ada Gallagher, running as a 10th-grader at McDaniel High School in Portland, finished in first place in 200M and 400M races during the 6A-1 Portland Interscholastic League Championship in 2024.

Now an 11th-grader, Gallagher was back on the track for a Portland Interscholastic League meet at her home track, where she was spotted blowing out the competition, especially in the 400M, where she finished more than seven seconds better than the rest of the field.

Gallagher finished at 57.62 in the 400M, with Franklin High School's Kinnaly Souphanthong coming in second at 1:05.72. Gallagher's teammate, Quinnan Schaefer, was behind Souphanthong at 1:07.13.

Then, in the 200M race, Gallagher finished in first place at 25.76, followed by teammate Addyson Skyles at 27.31.

Both times for Gallagher were season records.

As the video of the races began to circulate on social media, commenters began to speak their piece.

"That experience must be so demoralizing for those girls," one X user said. "…You'll look back later and be much more infuriated, especially if you have children of your own." Another added, "The girls should all just start refusing to run and it will soon end."

The Oregon School Activities Association, the governing body for the Portland Interscholastic League, has a gender identity participation policy that "allows students to participate for the athletic or activity program of their consistently asserted gender identity while providing a fair and safe environment for all students."

"As with Rule 8.2 regarding Duration of Eligibility / Graduation, rules such as this one promote harmony and fair competition among member schools by maintaining equality of eligibility and increase the number of students who will have an opportunity to participate in interscholastic activities," the rulebook adds.

President Donald Trump’s Executive Order 14201, better known as "Keeping Men out of Women’s Sports," was signed to "protect female student athletes, in the women’s category, from having to ‘compete with or against or having to appear unclothed before males.’"

When Trump signed the order last month, Oregon Republicans were delighted, with House Minority Leader Christine Drazan saying she would introduce a bill to rewrite policies in high school athletics.

"Women have fought for — and earned — respect and support for themselves in sports and have made incredible gains in doing so. We must defend that progress and stand up for fairness." Drazan said in a statement released on National Girls and Women’s in Sports Day, per Oregon Public Broadcasting.

Maine Public Schools Superintendent likens transgender in women’s sports to past US ‘civil rights struggles’

As Maine continues to be a focal point of the sports culture debate about transgender athletes in women’s sports, the state’s Public Schools Superintendent Ryan Scallon has now said his piece on the situation.

The Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office of Civil Rights (OCR) announced that it found the Maine Department of Education, the Maine Principals’ Association and Greely High School all in violation of Title IX following an investigation into trans-inclusion in girls’ sports.

"What HHS is asking of the Maine Department of Education, the Maine Principals’ Association (MPA) and Greely High School is simple — protect female athletes’ rights. Girls deserve girls-only sports without male competitors. And if Maine won’t come to the table to voluntarily comply with Title IX, HHS will enforce Title IX to the fullest extent permitted by the law," OCR Acting Director Anthony Archeval said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

However, there has been pushback to this finding, as well as the HHS’ warning that the state has 10 days to correct its policies through a signed agreement or risk referral to the U.S. Department of Justice, from several authorities in Maine, which now includes Scallon.

The superintendent likened the current transgender athlete battle to past U.S. civil rights issues during a recent statement.

"In our country’s history, there have been many civil rights struggles, including, but not limited, to fights for women’s rights to vote, for racial equality and for gay marriage. In each of these fights, the opposition in part was driven by fear in attempts to ostracize other people who look, act or believe in something different.

MAINE RESPONDS TO TRUMP ADMIN'S DECLARATION STATE VIOLATED TITLE IX BY ALLOWING TRANSGENDERS IN GIRLS SPORTS

"Today, I see that happening again with transgender or non-binary students, and in particular, our transgender athletes. When I came to this district, I was focused on the work of educating students in improving our outcomes. I wasn’t interested in proactively speaking out on social matters or political matters. That said, it is simply unacceptable that there are efforts from our federal government, and some in our state, to ostracize a student population that is estimated to be less than one percent of our student population.

"In light of this, I cannot continue to sit silently."

The Maine Principals’ Association issued a response to Fox News Digital after the OCR’s announcement on Monday.

"The alleged violation is due to MPA’s policy which is a direct result of the Maine Human Rights Acts mandate that athletes be allowed to participate on the teams which align with their gender identity. MPA’s policy is consistent with Maine State Law," the response read.

The Trump administration expanded its Title IX investigation into Maine last week, citing violations of President Donald Trump’s executive order stating biological males are not allowed to compete in women’s sports in educational and athletic institutions.

Trump’s Executive Order 14201, better known as "Keeping Men out of Women’s Sports," was signed to "protect female student athletes, in the women’s category, from having to ‘compete with or against or having to appear unclothed before males.’" In turn, the executive order also mandated each federal department to "review grants to education programs and, where appropriate, rescind funding to programs that fail to comply with the policy established in this order."

Republican legislators in Maine called on Gov. Janet Mills, a Democrat, to comply with Trump’s executive order with millions in federal funding for K-12 schools being threatened as a result of not doing so.

"If Maine Democrats continue to double down on allowing biological males to participate in girls' sports, our students stand to lose hundreds of millions of dollars of federal funding. Gov. [Janet] Mills and legislative Democrats have a renewed opportunity to do the right thing, to ensure restored funding and a fair and level playing field for Maine girls," state Rep. Laurel Libby, R–Auburn, said this past Thursday.

Libby became a prominent figure in this Maine debate after posting a Greely High School pole vaulter on social media. The pole vaulter competed as recently as June 2024 as a biological male, and ended up winning a state championship as a woman.

Democrats in the Maine state legislature censured Libby for the post, which showed the athlete competing as a male, while next to an image of the athlete winning the women’s pole-vaulting competition in the Maine Class B indoor championship in February.

Trump called out Maine shortly after Libby’s post began to stir up debate. Trump had a public argument with Gov. Mills at the White House, where he threatened state funding if Maine did not "clean that up." Mills replied that she would see Trump "in court."

Mills, in congruence with the Maine Principals’ Association, argues that Trump’s executive order conflicts with Maine’s current Human Rights law. As a result, following the executive order would defy state law, which currently allows athletic participation based on the person’s stated gender identity.

"No President – Republican or Democrat – can withhold federal funding authorized and appropriated by Congress and paid for by Maine taxpayers in an attempt to coerce someone into compliance with his will," Mills said in a statement when the HHS initially announced its investigation. "It is a violation of our Constitution and of our laws, which I took an oath to uphold."

Dick Vitale breaks down during ACC championship game as he reflects on cancer journey

Legendary college basketball announcer Dick Vitale was brought to tears during Saturday night’s Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament championship as he reflected on his latest cancer battle and what it meant to be back courtside after announcing he was cancer-free in December.

Sitting alongside ESPN’s Dave O’Brien and Cory Alexander, the 85-year-old announcer became emotional during the final moments of the first half of the Duke-Louisville final.

"It's my last game this year and I'm praying, hopefully, I can be back next year, maybe even better – maybe even better," Vitale said, thanking all those who have helped through this process.

"I hope and pray my doctor really helps me with my voice."

Vitale underwent surgery last summer to remove cancerous lymph nodes from his neck. He was previously treated for melanoma and lymphoma, and had radiation treatments last year for vocal cord cancer.

"It's been like, to me, a miracle really to sit here with you guys," Vitale continued, tearfully. "I can't tell you how much it meant to me. It's been unbelievable. A tough three years. Those four cancer battles. I don't wish it on anybody. Cancer sucks."

"I’ll tell you this, anybody battling cancer, please listen: Think positive always and have faith and believe."

Vitale said that Saturday’s ACC final would be his last of the season. He said earlier on X that he was only able to announce one game per week due to doctor’s orders.

"Those asking y I am not doing more than 1 game per week – it is the orders of my medical team after 5 major vocal cord cancer surgeries. Blessed to do a game!"

Wife of 49ers' star shares devastation after news of Kyle Juszczyk release: 'Just rip out our hearts'

The opening day of NFL free agency began with some shocking moves and key additions.

For the San Francisco 49ers, the biggest shocker was the news that the organization had informed nine-time Pro Bowl fullback Kyle Juszczyk of their intentions to release him before the start of the league year on Wednesday.

ESPN first reported the news on Monday.

Juszczyk, 33, has been a powerhouse in the 49ers’ offense since he was first brought on in 2017 by head coach Kyle Shanahan and general manager John Lynch. During that time, he earned eight of his nine Pro Bowl nods and was a first-team All-Pro in 2023.

Monday’s news sent shock waves around the league, including from those closest to the 12-year NFL veteran.

"Day one juice," Niners tight end George Kittle, who was drafted by San Francisco the same year Juszczyk signed, said in a post on Instagram.

"My brother," running back Christian McCaffrey added in a post of his own.

49ERS AGREE TO TRADE DEEBO SAMUEL TO COMMANDERS: REPORT

However, the most vocal following the news was Kittle’s wife, Claire Kittle, who also shared a close relationship with Juszczyk’s wife, Kristin Juszczyk.

"Just rip out our hearts why don’t you," she said in a post, sharing a photo of the two couples together.

Claire Kittle also shared Juszczyk’s many accolades in the same post, later adding in another, "It’ll never make sense."

"I thank the Lord for bringing us together in 2017," she continued. "You boys are everything an organization could dream of, on and off the field. I’m so proud of you."

Juszczyk was due a $4.1 million salary this season. The Niners will instead take on a $3.6 million dead cap charge with the release.

Pro surfer Makai McNamara placed in medically induced coma following terrifying wipeout

26 February 2025 at 17:36

A group of surfers, lifeguards, and other concerned individuals recently gathered around American pro surfer Makai McNamara after he was knocked unconscious. McNamara was wiped out by a massive wave at Banzai Pipeline in Hawaii, which is widely considered one of the world's most dangerous surf breaks.

According to Island News, McNamara was a frequent Banzai Pipeline visitor and was hit by the large wave this past Sunday. The aforementioned group of responders helped McNamara reach safety on the shore.

Eli Olson, who also surfs professionally and is described as a friend of McNamara, said the ordeal was a "freak accident."

"It was just a bad wave, kind of a freak accident, and he went head first into the reef," Olson told Island News. He also described McNamara as "one of the best [surfers] out there."

Olson estimated McNamara was underwater for two minutes before anyone was able to reach him. He also noted that responders attempted "CPR compressions" during the rescue.

"He was underwater for close to two minutes before I got to him. First thing, I just wanted to like keep his head above water so he didn't take more water in," Olson said. "I gave him a couple [of] breaths. Try to give him a couple [of] compressions."

He added, "We're getting hit by waves out here. We're getting kind of recycled in the waves and then we got him in life first, did another round of CPR compressions, and he started coughing up water."

McNamara was able to eventually regain consciousness when he was "brought him back to life on the sand," Surfer reported. McNamara was later transported to a local hospital where medical personnel placed him in an induced coma for three days.

McNamara's father Liam provided an update on his son's status 24 hours after the harrowing incident.

"It's been 24 hours since the incident, and he's on his road to recovery," he said in a video posted to Instagram. "He feels your energy. He feels your love. He feels your positive vibes, and we appreciate each and every one of you for your support."

"I thank the lifeguards and everybody who helped, so many people. Thank you so much for helping save my son," Liam continued.

"The next two days he’ll be here in the hospital, and we just need the continued prayers and positive energy," he added. "Makai's a strong young man, and he's going to get through this."

Meanwhile, Olson described the rescue as a "team effort" and expressed his hopes that Mcnamara makes a "full recovery."

"All that matters is Makai makes a full recovery and we can laugh and share waves with him soon," Olson noted via Instagram Stories.

Jason Kelce opens up about ‘mixed emotions’ after brother Travis Kelce loses to Eagles in Super Bowl LIX

11 February 2025 at 08:57

For former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, Super Bowl LIX was an emotional roller coaster through the end.

Kelce was faced with the dilemma of rooting for his former team or his brother, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. In the end, it was the Birds that ended up victorious. While that gave the former NFL player something to cheer about, Jason expressed just how complicated his feelings about the big game were in a lengthy post on social media Monday.

"Congratulations to the Philadelphia Eagles, my former teammates, and friends on being SB LIX Champions!! There were a lot of emotions last night, and now that I’ve collected my thoughts, I’ll attempt to share them in the longest tweet ever," Jason began in a post on X.

"That game was odd for me to watch if I’m being completely honest. I knew it was going to be mixed emotions before, during, and after, and I now know what my parents had to deal with two years ago," he said, referencing Super Bowl LVII where the two brothers played against one another.

"On one hand, I wanted what is best for my brother, and to see his success. And on the other hand, there are so many people, teammates, and coaches, in the Philadelphia Eagles organization that I care deeply about, many of whom I owe my own success to throughout my career."

Jason congratulated his former teammates and coaches, adding that they "proved themselves to be undoubtedly the best team this season."

EAGLES' CJ GARDNER-JOHNSON TROLLS TRAVIS KELCE AFTER SUPER BOWL LIX WIN

He also went into detail about Travis and the Chiefs’ accomplishments.

"As for my brother, there isn’t a person I love or care about more. It has been tough to process these feelings, of course I feel for him and am always rooting for him, but I know he does not need, nor want my pity. He has amassed greatness few on this planet could ever dream of, as has his team, and they should feel pride in their accomplishments this season and in the past. I know right now they are still thinking of last night and the shortcomings in the last game, but in time that will fade, and the greatness they have exhibited as a group will remain as one of the most dominant eras of football ever."

The Chiefs were chasing history this season, looking to become the first NFL team to ever win three consecutive championships. But the Eagles put on a show to rout the defending champs 40-22.

"Congratulations Philadelphia, I look forward to the speeches and celebrations that will happen in the coming days. I mean who doesn’t love a parade," Jason said before adding, "Go Birds."

NFL great Brett Favre praises Trump for taking action to protect women’s sports

7 February 2025 at 06:46

Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre praised President Donald Trump on Thursday after he signed an executive order this week effectively banning transgender athletes from competing in girls' and women’s sports.

Trump signed the "Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports" order on Wednesday, which will require entities that receive federal funding to align with Title IX, which the Trump administration changed last week to recognize protections on the basis of biological sex – undoing former President Joe Biden's 2024 rewrite.

"I appreciate President @realDonaldTrump signing an initiative to keep biological boys from competing against females," Favre said in a post on X of the executive order. "It’s sad that this had to happen in this day and age, but glad it was done."

Favre also thanked Gaines, who hosts OutKick's "Gaines for Girls" podcast, for "being part of this initiative to help push this forward."

Surrounded by female athletes, Trump declared at the signing ceremony that "the war on women’s sports is over."

In response to the executive order, NCAA President Charlie Baker said the Board of Governors would review it and take steps to align the organization’s policy in the coming days.

"The NCAA is an organization made up of 1,100 colleges and universities in all 50 states that collectively enroll more than 530,000 student-athletes," the statement read.

BRETT FAVRE SPEAKS OUT ON BILL TO KEEP TRANS ATHLETES OUT OF WOMEN'S SPORTS: 'CLEAR BIOLOGICAL DIFFERENCE'

"We strongly believe that clear, consistent and uniform eligibility standards would best serve today's student-athletes instead of a patchwork of conflicting state laws and court decisions. To that end, President Trump's order provides a clear, national standard."

Trump has also turned his attention to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) ahead of the 2028 Games in Los Angeles.

The pressure comes amid an impending leadership change at the IOC. Current President Thomas Bach is due to retire and the top candidate to replace him, Sebastian Coe, has spoken publicly about his position to protect women’s sports.

School reacts to video of official telling parents to alter trans kid's birth certificate to play girls sports

29 January 2025 at 19:43

A Texas school district has acknowledged footage of one of its administrators telling an undercover journalist posing as a parent to change a transgender child's birth certificate to compete in girls sports.

The Irving Independent School District in Irving, Texas, has provided a statement to Fox News Digital addressing the recent video of Reny Lizardo, the executive director of campus operations, giving this guidance, which was obtained by Accuracy in Media.

The statement indicates Lizardo has resigned from his position.

"In Irving ISD, we are committed to upholding the requirements of state and federal laws, especially as it pertains to ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, and we will cooperate with any investigation initiated by relevant authorities," the statement said.

"We are aware of the unauthorized video footage circulating on social media of an individual connected with Irving ISD. The videos were obtained under false pretenses by an individual who posed as a concerned parent and additional individuals who posed as family friends of the employee pictured.

"The individuals also held themselves out as members of the media, but were not credentialed as such, constituting a breach of security. In addition, the footage has been edited and is an incomplete representation of the entire conversation, making it difficult to properly assess its probative value."

In the footage, Lizardo said, "It’s not illegal if you don’t get caught," with regard to changing the gender on a child's birth certificate, and "if you can get that done, and you turn us a birth certificate that says ‘this gender,’ that's the gender we go with."

While discussing potential repercussions of the discussion, Lizardo suggested pleading plausible deniability.

The district insists Lizardo's handling of the situation does not reflect the values and protocols of the school district.

Fox News Digital has reached out to Lizardo for comment.

HOW TRANSGENDERISM IN SPORTS SHIFTED THE 2024 ELECTION AND IGNITED A NATIONAL COUNTERCULTURE

"We want to reiterate that Irving ISD complies with all state and federal laws, and all employees are expected to adhere to any and all legal and ethical standards. The message conveyed in the video, as presented, does not reflect the views nor policies of the district," the statement said.

"Individual employees do not speak on behalf of the district. The individual identified was acting outside of his role as it relates to legal and regulatory expertise. While the matter continues to be under investigation, the individual identified in the video has tendered his resignation."

The district's statement concludes by claiming all of its athletes participate in the proper gender category.

"We can also confirm that all Irving ISD student-athletes are participating in their sport in accordance with the sex they were assigned at birth," the district said. "Irving ISD is unwavering in our commitment to the safety and well-being of all of our students and staff. We remain focused on our primary function to maintain educational excellence and foster the full potential of our students."

Texas is one of 25 states in the U.S. with a law that prevents or restricts transgender athletes from competing against girls and women. In June 2023, the state passed the Save Women's Sports Act that prohibits transgender athletes from competing in girls and women's sports and only allows students to compete in the gender category listed on their birth certificate.

The law only allows schools to recognize changes made to birth certificates that were made to correct a clerical error.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott addressed the footage involving Lizardo in a post on X and called for him to be fired and investigated.

"This Irving ISD Administrator should be fired on the spot. Both criminal & civil investigations must be taken against both the Administrator & Irving ISD," Abbott wrote. "Has Irving ISD and its employees been involved in a fraudulent breach of state laws & a cover up? We must get the facts."

NYT poll finds majority of Democrats oppose transgender athletes in women's sports

18 January 2025 at 14:17

A recent New York Times/Ipsos survey found the vast majority of Americans, including a majority of Democrats, don't think transgender athletes should be permitted to compete in women's sports.

"Thinking about transgender female athletes — meaning athletes who were male at birth but who currently identify as female — do you think they should or should not be allowed to compete in women’s sports?" the survey asked.

Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% said biological males who identify as women should not be allowed to participate in women's sports.

CLICK HERE FOR MORE SPORTS COVERAGE ON FOXNEWS.COM

Of the 1,025 people who identified as Democrats or leaning Democrat, 67% said transgender athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.

Among 1,022 Republicans, that number was 94%.

The 81 independents who were interviewed represented the group with the most reluctance to say transgender athletes shouldn't be allowed to compete. Just 64% said they were against it, while 26% refused to answer. Just 3% of the Democrats and 1% of the Republicans refused to answer.

The country saw a notable shift in awareness and opposition to the issue of transgender athletes in women's sports in 2024, when a number of stories sparked national attention and controversy. The issue became a key campaign issue in November's election for President-elect Trump and other Republicans.

national exit poll conducted by the Concerned Women for America (CWA) legislative action committee found that 70% of moderate voters saw the issue of "Donald Trump’s opposition to transgender boys and men playing girls' and women’s sports and of transgender boys and men using girls' and women’s bathrooms" as important to them.

And 6% said it was the most important issue of all, while 44% said it was "very important."

HOW TRANSGENDERISM IN SPORTS SHIFTED THE 2024 ELECTION AND IGNITED A NATIONAL COUNTERCULTURE

Nearly 70% of Americans say biological men should not be permitted to compete in women's sports, according to a Gallup poll last year.

In June, a survey conducted by NORC at the University of Chicago asked respondents whether transgender athletes of both sexes should be permitted to participate in sports leagues that correspond to their preferred gender identity instead of their biological sex. In that survey, 65% answered that it should never or rarely be allowed. When those polled were asked specifically about adult transgender female athletes competing in women’s sports, 69% opposed it.

With Trump about to return to office Monday, Republicans are pushing a bill that will address the issue in Congress.

The Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act passed in the House of Representatives Tuesday and even had support from two Democrats.

That bill will advance to the Republican-controlled Senate, and, if it passes there, Trump will get to sign it into law early in his term.

Kentucky bettor places $3.1 million wager on Eagles to beat improving Panthers

7 December 2024 at 06:52

There’s no such thing as a sure bet, but one Kentucky bettor is surely hoping the Philadelphia Eagles don’t disappoint on Sunday.

The Eagles will host the Carolina Panthers on Sunday as the 12.5 point favorites, and according to ESPN, someone has placed a $3.1 million wager on the Eagles to do what they do best.

"We currently have the best Panthers [money-line] price on the board and will be big Bryce Young fans on Sunday," Circa sportsbook director Jeff Benson told the outlet.

According to the report, the bet was placed on Thursday at -700 odds. The initial bet was $1 million but the bettor asked for a bigger wager. If the Eagles win, the payout will be just under $450,000.

"I told my guys in the risk room to go to work and get some buyback on the Panthers," Circa Sports owner Derek Stevens told ESPN. "With us being in five states now, we should have the liquidity to get enough buyback to where we end up needing the Eagles."

SAQUON BARKLEY'S CRUCIAL TOUCHDOWN KEEPS EAGLES AHEAD IN WIN OVER RAVENS

Stevens added that Thursday’s wager is the largest his sportsbook has ever taken. According to ESPN, it’s also believed to be one of the largest ever placed on an NFL regular-season game.

Despite the odds, Carolina has come close to big upsets.

In their last two contests against the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Panthers lost by just a three-point margin. The loss to Tampa Bay was also in overtime.

Bryce Young has also seemingly rebounded from a mid-season benching, passing for 1,062 yards, with six touchdowns and three interceptions since returning to the starting lineup in Week 8.

New Mexico basketball player allegedly punched walk-on teammate over plane seat: reports

3 December 2024 at 16:52

The University of New Mexico is investigating an incident involving two members of the men’s basketball team in which one player allegedly punched another on a flight last month over a seat, according to multiple reports.

A walk-on player of the Lobos basketball team was allegedly punched in the shoulder by a scholarship player when the team was traveling to Palm Springs for the Acrisure Classic just before Thanksgiving, KOB 4 reported after speaking to the family of the suspected victim.

Neither player was named.

According to the family, the argument stemmed from a disagreement about where the walk-on player was sitting on the plane. They also alleged that the player was punched in the same shoulder that was already injured, which he was already in a sling because of, and that he was later treated at a hospital in Albuquerque when the team returned.

The family also alleged that a similar incident involving the same player occurred at the hotel the same day.

The alleged victim reportedly told the coaching staff about the incident, but claimed that nothing was done.

AUBURN BASKETBALL FIGHT ONBOARD FLIGHT RESULTS IN BLOODIED PLAYER, RIPPED CLOTHES: REPORT

An attorney representing the walk-on player told KRQE that the scholarship player was allowed to play in two games after the incident took place.

Representatives for the university told Fox News Digital in a statement that they are investigating the incident.

"The University of New Mexico takes the safety and well-being of all our students very seriously. We are aware of an alleged incident involving members of our men’s basketball team and are carefully reviewing and assessing all of the facts," the statement read.

"We are following all appropriate protocols and procedures in addressing this situation and are committed to addressing any misconduct appropriately. Due to federal student privacy laws, specifically the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we cannot disclose specific details or comment further on individual student matters."

Head coach Richard Pitino would not clarify any details in a press conference on Monday.

"There’s not a whole lot I can talk about. We are handling any disciplinary matters internally, but other than that there’s not a whole lot I can say specifically."

The international pop star was photographed arriving at Arrowhead Stadium with Donna Kelce ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Friday.

Her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is playing in the NFL’s second-ever game on Black Friday.

Swift, 34, was sporting a red Louis Vuitton quarter zip with black pants and black boots. She was also wearing a diamond necklace with Travis’ No. 87.

The duo walking in together follows Donna Kelce’s previous comments made earlier this month during an appearance on the "TODAY Show" where she expressed doubt that Swift would be in attendance because of her "busy" schedule.

"I don’t think so," Donna said at the time. "She’s kind of busy right now. She still has her tour to do."

DONNA KELCE SAYS TAYLOR SWIFT MIGHT BE TOO 'BUSY' TO JOIN IN ON FAMILY THANKSGIVING PLANS

Donna said in the same interview that the family did not have set dinner plans for Thanksgiving, as Kelce prepares for Friday’s game.

"I am going to be at a football game. Travis is playing the day after Thanksgiving," she said with a smile. "You know, football is always the holidays. Football’s family."

Swift has been absent from the Chiefs’ last two games, including their first loss of the season against the Buffalo Bills in Week 11, as she nears the end of her "Eras Tour" in Canada.

Her last show was at the Rogers Centre in Toronto on Saturday. She’ll be on break until her next show in Vancouver on Dec. 6.

Bob Love, a three-time NBA All-Star with the Chicago Bulls, died on Monday after a long battle with cancer, the team said. He was 81.

Love played 11 seasons in the NBA, including nearly nine years with the Bulls. He also played for the Cincinnati Royals, Milwaukee Bucks, New York Nets and Seattle SuperSonics. The Royals selected him in the fourth round of the 1965 draft out of Southern University.

"With his No. 10 jersey hanging in the United Center rafters, his on-court achievements are forever etched in history, but Bob’s impact transcended basketball," the Bulls said. "He became an inspirational figure and a passionate community ambassador for the Bulls, dedicating himself to charitable causes and uplifting countless lives with his motivational speeches.

"We are profoundly grateful for his enduring contributions and legacy both on and off the court in Chicago."

Love grew up in Louisiana as one of 14 children and was nicknamed "Butterbean" for his love of lima beans.

The height of his professional career came in the early 1970s, when he was an All-Star for three consecutive seasons from 1970-1973. The Bulls made the playoffs each of those three seasons but never got further than the Western Conference Semifinals.

He averaged 17.6 points and 5.9 rebounds per game in 789 career games.

The Bulls retired Love’s jersey in January 1994. He was the second member of the franchise to have his number retired. He joined Jerry Sloan at the time. He was also a part of the inaugural Ring of Honor class back in January.

"I am deeply saddened by the loss of Bob Love, a true Chicago Bulls legend and beloved human being. Bob is one of the original Bulls greats," Bulls Chairman Jerry Reinsdorf said. "During his nine seasons with the Bulls, Bob became a cornerstone of the franchise, and his tenacious defense set high standards for competition and toughness.

"Toughness was not only a trademark of Bob’s play on the court, but also apparent in his resiliency throughout his basketball career. His impact on the Bulls and the countless lives he touched through his work in the community will keep him in our memories forever.  We send our deepest condolences to Bob’s wife, Emily, and his entire family."
