This website is a static publication. Its pages set no advertising cookies of our own in this edition; when Ad.Plus / Google Ad Manager ad serving is enabled on the live site, those providers may set cookies to serve and measure ads, and this policy will be updated to name them before that happens.

If you subscribe to the free email digest, we store your email address and topic preferences with our email provider (Brevo) solely to send the digest. Every digest email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list. We do not sell email addresses or subscriber data.

Reading the site requires no account and no personal information. Server logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may include IP addresses and browser details for security and abuse prevention.
