Elizabeth Hurley Swore Friends to Secrecy Amid Billy Ray Cyrus Romance

22 April 2025 at 17:00

Fans might’ve been taken aback by Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus’ relationship hard launch this month, but her friends knew about the romance for some time.

“Her friends have known about it for a while as it’s not a new thing,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly, explaining that the actress, 59, “had sworn them all to secrecy and they didn’t tell anyone outside of her tight circle of mostly gay men.”

The insider notes, “Now that she’s announced it, everyone is chattering about it.” However, the pairing didn’t come as a shock to her inner circle, especially because of Hurley’s past romances.

“Liz has a history of dating eccentric guys, so it’s not a huge surprise she’d fall for Billy,” the source says.

How Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus Are Bonding With Each Other’s Kids

When it comes to Hurley’s friends, the source tells Us, “Everyone’s just happy that [her son] Damian loves him.”

Us previously reported that Billy Ray, 63, has “bonded” with Damian, 23, as he and Hurley continue to grow close. A source exclusively told Us on Tuesday, April 22, that Damian, who is Hurley’s only child, is “really happy seeing his mom happy.” (Hurley shared Damian with her late ex-boyfriend Steve Bing, who died by suicide in June 2020 at age 55.)

Hurley and Cyrus turned heads on Sunday, April 20, when they publicly debuted their relationship on Easter. The couple shared a photo of Cyrus kissing The Royals alum on the cheek while spending the holiday on a farm.

Shortly after their Instagram debut, a source exclusively told Us that things are “going well” between Hurley and Cyrus.

Which Member of the Cyrus Family Does Elizabeth Hurley Follow on Instagram?

“They have been friends for years, but it turned romantic recently,” the insider shared on Monday, April 21. “It’s not completely random as they worked together years ago and always kept in touch.”

The twosome costarred in 2022’s Christmas in Paradise, but it is unknown if that was the first time they crossed paths. The source added that Cyrus is “always great about keeping in touch” with his former collaborators and “maintaining friendships,” which he did with Hurley.

Both Hurley and the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer have been through “a lot in life,” the insider says, noting they “bonded over life experiences.”

“They really understand each other and Liz is a very compassionate person, which Billy Ray adores,” the source continues, revealing the English actress has been “spending time with him on his farm in Nashville and they both enjoy the low-key, nature-loving lifestyle.”

In addition to balancing their two worlds — which includes Damian getting to know Cyrus — Hurley has “been in touch” with Billy Ray’s youngest daughter, Noah Cyrus.

A separate source exclusively told Us on Tuesday that Hurley “doesn’t have relationships” with Billy Ray’s two eldest daughters, Brandi Cyrus and Miley Cyrus, “yet.”

Prior to his relationship with Hurley, Billy Ray was married to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991. He welcomed his eldest son, Christopher Cyrus, with Kristin Luckey in 1992 and married Tish Cyrus the following year.

Elizabeth Hurley Previously Dropped a Clue About Billy Ray Cyrus Romance

Billy Ray adopted Tish’s two children from a prior relationship, Brandi, 37, and Trace Cyrus, before they welcomed three kids of their own. The former couple share Miley, 32, Noah, 25, and son Braison Cyrus.

The country singer and Tish, 57, divorced in April 2022 after more than 20 years of marriage. Tish married Dominic Purcell the following year and Billy Ray wed Firerose in October 2023. He filed for an annulment in June 2024 and his and Firerose’s divorce was finalized two months later.

Hurley, meanwhile, dated Hugh Grant from 1987 to 2000 before marrying Arun Nayar in 2007. The couple split in 2010. That same year, Hurley got engaged to late Australian athlete Shane Warne, but they called it quits three years later.

Kristen Doute Says She’ll ‘Try’ Weight Loss Injections After Giving Birth

22 April 2025 at 16:40

Kristen Doute is already preparing for her post-baby body, which she said will include using weight loss drugs.

The pregnant star, 42, joked that she “hopes” to develop an eating disorder after giving birth as a backup plan to slim down. “If Ozempic doesn’t work then eating disorder, bring it on,” Doute quipped during an appearance on the Tuesday, April 22, episode of the “Bitch Bible” podcast.

When asked whether she’d do “injections,” Doute replied, “I absolutely [will].” The Valley star noted that she has “tried” injections in the past.

“It didn’t go well for me. That was Ozempic,” she recalled, explaining, “I’m going to try something different.”

Doute said that she’ll do whatever weight loss drug she needs to do so she doesn’t “have to wear leggings for every single outfit.” She quipped, “It works for pregnancy, but post pregnancy, like, ew.”

Doute announced her pregnancy in November 2024, two months after Us Weekly exclusively revealed that she and Luke Broderick were engaged. Broderick popped the question while on vacation in Maui, Hawaii in September 2024 after two years of dating.

Shortly after getting engaged, the Vanderpump Rules alum said that she and Broderick had no plans of tying the knot until they became parents.

“After we got engaged, Luke, you basically straight up were like, ‘We’re not going to plan a wedding until after babies,’” Doute recalled on a September 2024 episode of her and Broderick’s “Balancing Act” podcast. “I feel like we are on the baby train.”

Broderick was in total agreement, saying, “With our timeline, we should have a baby first and then start planning after that. I know that ladies like to be feeling really good in their wedding dress. After you have a baby, we will start planning for a year after that.”

At the time, Doute shared that she was taking fertility shots to increase their chances of getting pregnant.

Once Doute conceived, she and Broderick dove headfirst into all-things baby. The couple had a small sex reveal party in their backyard in December 2024 when they learned they’re expecting a baby girl.

“Luke was made to be a girl dad,” Doute exclusively told Us at the time, sharing that the pair have had their little one’s name picked out “for a while.”

Earlier this month, Doute teased that when it comes to her upcoming life events — including a shower for her baby girl — some Bravo stars won’t make the cut.

She exclusively told Us on April 10 that there are “definitely” cast members from The Valley, which is now in season 2, who are “not on my baby shower or my birthday invite list.” Doute added, “So, they’re definitely not on the wedding list.”

The Valley’s Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick's Relationship Timeline

While Doute played coy about who wasn’t getting an invite, she said, “I think if you watch season 2, you’ll be able to figure out promptly who that would be.”

Even with a few cast rifts plaguing her upcoming baby shower, Doute told Us she’s “feeling pretty decent” amid her pregnancy.

“I didn’t really know what to expect. I don’t know if it’s my age or what it is, but [I’m] super grateful, super excited and ready for her to be here,” she gushed.

‘Dancing With the Stars’ Reveals 1st Celebrity Cast Member for Season 34

22 April 2025 at 16:40

Dancing With the Stars season 34 has its first celebrity contestant — and fans already know his sister.

ABC announced on Tuesday, April 22, that Robert Irwin will join the cast as the first dancer for season 34, while simultaneously confirming the reality competition’s renewal.

Robert, 21, resides in Australia and is a wildlife conservationist like his father, the late crocodile hunter Steve Irwin. (Steve died in September 2006 at age 44 after being fatally stung by a stingray.)

His business is a family affair as Robert, his mother, Terri Irwin, and his sister, Bindi Irwin, all work to continue Steve’s legacy with crocodiles and other animals at the Australia Zoo.

The 10 Best 'Dancing With the Stars' Routines We Still Think About

While Robert is new to the ballroom for season 34, his sister, Bindi, 26, was a contestant during season 21. Bindi and her dance partner, Derek Hough, took home the Mirrorball Trophy in November 2015.

Throughout season 21, Bindi chose to use dancing to remember her and Robert’s late father. “I’m trying to carry on my dad’s legacy, and it is tough,” Bindi exclusively told Us Weekly in September 2015. “Even though the sun will never shine as brightly, it will shine again. And that’s a part of life, and it’s why I wanted to be here and do this, because we’re all faced with these challenges and tragedies. It’s important to pick yourself up and to remember everything they lived and died for and carry that message forward.”

'Dancing With the Stars’ Winners Through the Years: Where Are They Now?

While on the show, Bindi received support from her mom, 60, and her brother, who was often spotted in the stands. At the time, Hough, 39, noticed just how wonderful the Irwin clan was to be around.

“Her brother is equally as awesome as she is!” Hough exclusively told Us in September 2015. “I saw him, and he was like, ‘Oh my gosh I’m so proud of Bindi! She’s so amazing!’ I’m like, ‘Y’all are like the coolest human beings and I’m so thankful you’re in my life right now!’”

Bindi won the coveted trophy for season 21, but the most recent Mirrorball winner was The Bachelor alum Joey Graziadei. He won season 33 in November 2024 with Jenna Johnson as his professional partner.

“I feel like Jenna deserves this fully and it’s all for her,” Graziadei, 29, said after Jenna’s husband and fellow pro, Val Chmerkovskiy, handed them the trophy. “It means everything, this whole experience has been unbelievable.”

When it comes to season 34, Robert is the only contestant that’s been publicly revealed. The rest of the case as well as the lineup of pro dancers will be announced at a later date.

Dancing With the Stars will return to ABC and Disney+ sometime this fall with new episodes streaming next day on Hulu.

Kylie Kelce Says People Slide in Her DMs Asking to Be Her and Jason’s Nanny

22 April 2025 at 16:10

Kylie Kelce revealed she gets a slew of DMs from total strangers — but not for the reasons you might think.

“I have people in my DMs like, ‘Just let me do your eyebrows,’” Kelce, 33, revealed during the Tuesday, April 22, episode of the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast. “Like, ‘No thank you. No.’”

She also recalled getting messages from women trying to pitch themselves as a potential nanny for her and Jason Kelce’s four children.

“Occasionally, I will get a DM like, ‘I know you’re about to have your third child, I’ve been a nanny for X number of years. I’m about to transition out of my current family,’” Kylie shared. “And then you go and click on their page, and they have bikini pictures. Their boobs are up to here and they’re in like a club dress. And it’s their whole Instagram.”

Kylie Kelce Reacts to Fan Saying Her Kids 'Look Exactly' Like Husband Jason

The newly minted mother of four laughed, adding, “Girl, if you’re going to market yourself, this ain’t it. Not to be a nanny!”

While Kylie joked about the type of women sliding into her DMs, she confirmed that she and Jason, 37, do have the help of a nanny at home.

“Us having help has nothing to do with either my husband or my own involvement in our kids’ lives,” she explained. “It just has to do with when there’s so many moving parts, it’s so great to have people you can trust and rely on — and your kids also love and trust. That’s a game changer.”

Kylie and Jason tied the knot in April 2018. They welcomed their first daughter, Wyatt, in October 2019. The expanded their brood with the birth of daughters Ellie and Bennett in March 2021 and February 2023, respectively.

Every Time Jason Kelce and Wife Kylie Kelce Hilariously Trolled Each Other

Kylie announced in November 2024 that she and the former Philadelphia Eagles center were expecting baby No. 4. Their daughter, Finn, was born in March.

While Kylie revealed that being a mom to four daughters isn’t always easy, she said her husband was the parent who was far less prepared for the challenge.

“I think he has a very skewed idea of women, which is probably why he has four daughters,” Kylie explained. “It’s why he was blessed with four daughters. The universe said: ‘He doesn’t get it. We need him to get it.’”

She noted that since Jason grew up with “only a brother and then the only females were his mom and his dog,” he didn’t know what he was in for with daughters. (Jason is the older brother of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.)

Jason and Kylie Kelce's Candid Quotes About Parenting Through the Years

“I don’t think that he understood women in a way,” Kylie shared. “When we started dating and he introduced me to his family, his parents were like, ‘Oh, he’s dating someone.’ It was a shock.”

Despite being a fish out of water with women, Kylie said that Jason really “knows what I need” and that as a couple they are very in sync.

“I just don’t need a whole lot,” Kylie confessed. “It’s very minimal. It’s like, walk past me in the kitchen, smack my ass. I’m good. We’re good. Physical touch is one of my love languages.”

Earlier in the month, Jett called his spouse’s Paris ensemble “a quintessential Pookie outfit.” His phrases soon received the meme treatment with Dunkin’ using both quotes in a TikTok ad for a stack of their donuts.

The couple’s catchphrase drew more fans to Campbell’s social media pages — and more eyes were on her every move, past and present. In late January, Campbell received backlash after college photos of her attending a plantation-themed party resurfaced.

Later that month, Campbell came under fire after controversial photos from her college years resurfaced. The pictures showed Campbell at what appears to be an Antebellum plantation-themed party at the University of Mississippi.

“As some of you may have seen, some old photos of mine recently resurfaced,” Campbell wrote via her Instagram Story on January 31. “At the time these photos were taken, I was 20. Chicago Fire’s Jocelyn Hudon on Finale ‘Cliffhanger,' Novak’s ‘Med’ Cameo

22 April 2025 at 12:48

Jocelyn Hudon warns Chicago Fire fans that a “suspenseful” season 13 finale is on its way — but that’s not the only episode Lyla Novak will be featured on.

“There’s a cliffhanger,” Hudon, 30, exclusively told Us Weekly when asked about the upcoming Chicago Fire finale, which airs in May. She teased that “suspenseful” is the “only word to describe” what’s to come.

The actress, who joined Chicago Fire as paramedic Lyla Novak during season 12, revealed that her character will also be crossing over to another show for an unexpected story line.

“She goes on Chicago Med. She’s in the Chicago Med finale,” Hudon told Us, playing coy about why Novak makes her way to the Emergency Department (ED). “She just happens to pop up in Chicago Med.”

One Chicago’s Most Heartbreaking Exits

Fans will have to wait and watch three new episodes before the One Chicago finale airs on Wednesday, May 21, which Hudon says will be “pretty chill” for the Ambo 61 team made up of Novak and Violet Mikami (Hanako Greensmith).

“It’s more so [focused on], like, interpersonal relationships till the end of the season,” she shared with Us, starting with the Wednesday, April 23, episode.

During the “Permanent Damage” episode, Hudon said Novak will be focused on finding a roommate — one of which could be firefighter Darren Ritter (Daniel Kyri).

Chicago Fire’s Miranda Rae Mayo on If Stella or Severide Will Be Bad Cop Parent

“I love that episode,” Hudon told Us. “It’s more so of a comedic episode for Novak, which I really like.”

She called Novak and Ritter a “great duo” who “both play off each other really well.” Hudon played coy about whether Ritter ends up becoming her housemate, saying, “I don’t know if he’s gonna use kid gloves with her or if he’s gonna come at her with comedy and she gives it back.”

Hudon added as the final four episodes unfold, Novak, Ritter and Violet will be together but have their own “pull and push.” She hinted that Novak’s future is bright at Firehouse 51 despite the ominous cliffhanger.

“She’s settled and she’s just committed to 51 and she’s like, ‘Toss at me, whatever you have. I’m ready. I’m with my family,’” Hudon concluded.

While Novak is safe — and most likely returning for season 14 — Chicago Fire is losing two firefighters ahead of next season.

NBC Boss Sounds Off on One Chicago Shakeups: ‘Cast Comes In, Cast Goes Out’

Kyri, who plays Ritter, and Jake Lockett, who plays Sam Carver, are planning on leaving the series due to possible budget cuts, Deadline reported on Wednesday, April 16. The outlet noted that several of the regulars’ contracts are up, which could mean even more exits.

Kyri joined the series as Engine 51 firefighter Ritter in 2018. Lockett, meanwhile, has been playing Truck 81 firefighter Carver since 2022. His character most recently went on hiatus after entering rehab for alcohol but returned for the April 16 episode.

Chicago Fire airs on NBC Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET.

Meghan Markle Recalls Looking Like Elvira Using Box Hair Dye in Pandemic

22 April 2025 at 10:53

Just like Us, Meghan Markle relied on at-home beauty fixes during the pandemic shut down — and no, her attempts to do it herself didn’t go well, either.

“Because it was the pandemic, I kept ordering boxed hair dye,” Meghan, 43, recalled during the Tuesday, April 22, episode of her “Confessions of a Female Founder” podcast. “I thought, ‘I’m going to look just like she does on the box.’”

The Duchess of Sussex revealed that wasn’t the case. “Instead, it was this very inky, almost Elvira-esq black hair,” she said with a laugh. “I had texted [stylist to the stars] Serge [Normant] and he said, you have to see Kadi.” (Elvira, a.k.a. the mistress of the dark, is famous in the horror world for her long, jet-black hair that is teased at the top.)

Meghan shared the relatable hair fail while remembering how she first met Highbrow Hippie founder Kadi Lee in 2020. She recalled turning to stylist Normant to find Lee, who had just opened her salon in Los Angeles when the world shut down amid the pandemic.

“It was very much 2020,” Meghan said of the time period, noting, “I remember that day so well.”

Most Unusual Things Meghan Markle Makes on Netflix Show

Lee couldn’t agree more, saying the day she arrived to fix Meghan’s hair — wearing full masks for protection — is “so vivid” in her mind. Lee recalled getting a “big bear hug” from both Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry.

While Meghan admitted her 2020 hair color wasn’t ideal, makeup artist Daniel Martin exclusively told Us Weekly that the duchess is “so good” at doing her own hair and makeup when she’s out on the road.

He pointed to her looks during her May 2024 Nigeria tour as proof. “I feel like when I’m not with her, she has more room to play,” Martin, who did Meghan’s royal wedding glam, exclusively told Us at the time.

The Meghan Markle Debate: Why She's So Polarizing — And Can She Ever Win?

The professional stylist explained, “I think that’s the fun thing when you see her, like, she’s in Nigeria right now” to celebrate the Invictus Games’ 10th anniversary. “It’s just her. There’s no stylist, there’s no hairdresser,” Martin added. “She’s doing everything herself and she’s so good at it.”

Meghan’s relaxed and natural beauty looks and love of doing her hair date back to her early years — as does her passion for creating something herself.

In fact, Meghan revealed earlier this month that her foray into the business world came when she was just 11 and she made her own scrunchies from leftover fabric pieces.

We've Already Watched Meghan Markle's Netflix Show: Everything We Learned

“I’d buy the remnants of fabric from the fabric store and elastics and use my little home sewing machine to make scrunchies and sell them,” Meghan told Fortune in an interview published on April 8.

The As Ever founder previously talked about her early business acumen in a 2021 appearance at The New York Times DealBook Online Summit, remembering when she sold her homemade scrunchies for “five bucks.”

“I remember the feeling of knowing that I had done something,” Meghan said during the event. “I had invested in myself and done this labor and been compensated for it. There’s a sense of pride that comes from that.”

How Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus Are Bonding With Each Other’s Kids

22 April 2025 at 06:00

Elizabeth Hurley and Billy Ray Cyrus’ relationship hard launch surprised some fans — but when it comes to their kids, the couple already have at least one stamp of approval.

“Billy Ray has bonded with Liz’s son, Damian,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly, noting the 23-year-old model is “really happy seeing his mom happy.”

Hurley, meanwhile, “doesn’t have relationships” with Billy Ray’s eldest daughters, Brandi Cyrus or Miley Cyrus “yet,” according to the insider.

The actress, 59, has “been in touch” Billy Ray’s youngest daughter, Noah Cyrus, per the source. “Noah is still very close with her dad and has the strongest relationship with him out of the Cyrus kids,” the insider adds.

Elizabeth Hurley Previously Dropped a Clue About Billy Ray Cyrus Romance

Hurley and Billy Ray, 63, went public with their budding romance on Sunday, April 20, posting a joint photo of the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer kissing the British model on the cheek. “Happy Easter ♥,” the twosome captioned the cozy snap, which was taken on a farm.

Hurley’s son, Damien, celebrated the relationship announcement, writing in the comments, “🥳♥.”

Hurley shares her adult son with late ex-boyfriend Steve Bing, whom she dated in the early 2000s for 18 months. Bing was part of Damien’s life until he died by suicide in June 2020 at age 55.

“Our time together was very happy and I’m posting these pictures because although we went through some tough times, it’s the good, wonderful memories of a sweet, kind man that matter,” Hurley wrote via Instagram at the time.

Hurley — who previously dated Hugh Grant from 1987 to 2000 — was then briefly married to Arun Nayar from 2007 to 2010. She was engaged to late Australian athlete Shane Warne from 2010 to 2013 before becoming romantic with Billy Ray earlier this year.

Billy Ray, who previously worked with Hurley in 2022’s Christmas in Paradise, has also had his fair share of public romances. The country singer was married to Cindy Smith from 1986 to 1991. The following year, he welcomed his eldest son, Christopher Cyrus, 33, with Kristin Luckey.

Billy Ray married for the second time in 1993 when he and Tish Cyrus tied the knot. At the time, he adopted her two children from a previous relationship, Brandi, 37, and Trace Cyrus, 36.

The Hannah Montana alum welcomed daughters Miley, 32, and Noah, 25, and son Braison Cyrus, 30, with Tish during their 20-plus-year marriage. Us confirmed in 2022 that Tish, 57, filed for divorce for a third time and their legal separation was finalized later that year.

Billy Ray moved on with Firerose, whom he wed in October 2023. He filed for an annulment from Firerose (real name Johanna Rose Hodges) in June 2024. Two months later, Us confirmed their divorce was finalized.

Amid his relationship ups and downs, Billy Ray also had issues with some of his children. When Billy Ray and Tish broke up, their kids appeared to take sides, with Noah and Braison having Billy Ray’s back as they boycotted Tish’s 2023 nuptials with Dominic Purcell. Miley, meanwhile, served as her mom’s maid of honor and both Brandi and Trace were in attendance.

Miley raised eyebrows in February 2024 when she left Billy Ray out of her Grammys acceptance speech. Braison, meanwhile, claimed in January that Billy Ray was “happy, healthy and ready to make [his new] record” following a hospital stay for an undisclosed reason in fall 2024.

Trace, however, alleged that was not the case. “Me and the girls have been genuinely worried about you for years but you’ve pushed all of us away,” Trace wrote in a lengthy January 22 social media post in response to Braison’s statement. “Noah desperately has wanted you to be a part of her life and you haven’t even been there for her. That’s your baby girl. She deserves better. Somehow, just like me, she still idolizes you though. We are all hanging on to memories of the man we once knew & hoping for the day he returns.”

Noah, for her part, seemingly started to mend fences with Tish as she was seen celebrating Easter with her mom over the weekend. Noah was also a guest on Tish’s “Sorry We’re Cyrus” podcast earlier this month.

Noah also appears to still be close with her father despite Trace’s quotes to the contrary. Us confirmed that of all of Billy Ray’s kids, Noah is the only one who Hurley is following on social media.

Where Do Sister Wives’ Meri, Janelle, Christine, Robyn Stand With Each Other?

21 April 2025 at 15:26

Kody Brown has captivated audiences for years on Sister Wives as the network explores his relationship with his three ex-wives and remaining wife — but do all of the women get along?

Kody married Meri Brown in 1990. Janelle Brown and Christine Brown joined the family in 1993 and 1994, respectively. In 2014, Kody divorced Meri to legally wed Robyn Brown and adopt her three children from her first marriage.

Tension between Kody’s first three wives and Robyn bubbled over during the COVID-19 pandemic after Kody was accused to spending all his time at Robyn’s house. Christine confessed during the Sister Wives: One-on-One special in January 2022 that “blending families together is really difficult.”

When Christine left Kody in November 2021, her issues with Robyn and Meri became more evident. “I can’t be their sister wife anymore. I can be their friend,” Christine said during an October 2022 episode.

However, Christine and Janelle — who confirmed her separation from Kody in December 2022 — have remained close. Meri, meanwhile, announced her and Kody’s split in January 2023.

“We were very much in love,” Meri recalled of her early romance with Kody during the Sister Wives: One on One tell-all special, which aired in January 2022. “When Janelle came into the picture, it was a struggle for me. Of course, there’s jealousy. I didn’t know how to handle it.”
Over the years, Meri and Kody have struggled in their relationship, but Janelle has tried not to take sides. “I don’t think that we’re caught in the middle. We feel the waves,” Janelle said during the tell-all. “You can feel that tension. It’s not about sides. You hurt for both of them.”
During season 17 of the TLC series, Meri and Janelle appeared to be on good terms. Fans watched Janelle and Meri share a sweet moment during an October 2022 episode of the show, which filmed in summer 2021, when Janelle stopped with her RV at Meri’s bed and breakfast following the death of her mother earlier that year.
While Meri poked fun at Janelle’s RV and confessed she could never live in a fifth-wheel she also showed her fellow sister wife support amid the life change. (Janelle lived with her and Kody’s youngest daughter, Savannah, in an RV on their Coyote Pass property in 2021 but didn’t go back in summer 2022.) During 2025’s season 19, Meri and Janelle bonded over their quest to get Kody to sell their joint property, Coyote Pass.

Meri’s relationship with Christine also didn’t get off to the best start. She recalled during the Sister Wives: One on One special in January 2022 that “all three of us had different ideals going into how it would be” in the beginning, referring to her dynamic with Janelle and Christine. Meri confessed that she “had a harder time when Christine came,” adding, “It was definitely a rollercoaster relationship.”
When Christine announced her split from Kody in 2021, Meri was thrown off and revealed during the January 2022 tell-all that she tried to speak with the Utah native about it before the eventual breakup. “It kind of surprised me. I also understood those feelings because I felt like that before,” Meri told the show’s host. “There were times that I did reach out to her. Not always was that reciprocated.”
Christine, meanwhile, has commented about Meri and Kody’s rocky relationship, pointing to it as an example of what she didn’t want for herself. “Oh, my heart breaks when I think about their marriage. I don’t want that. I don’t want to be in a loveless marriage,” she explained during the January 2022 tell-all. “I don’t know how she does it. I guess she’s more fine with it than I am.”
The women’s tension continued during season 17 of Sister Wives, which was filmed in spring and summer 2021. During an October 2022 episode, Christine told the wives that she and Kody had called it quits, and while Meri wasn’t surprised, she told the cameras it changed their entire dynamic — and meant she and Christine were not relatives anymore.
“When a family splits up, it’s really just not that easy,” Meri said in one of her confessional interviews. “If women are not married to the same man, you’re not a sister wife anymore. I really have no idea what this all means.”
Christine exclusively told Us in October 2022 that her relationship with Meri is “about the same as it was” before she left the polygamous family. She noted that she hadn’t “really spoken” to her or Robyn since relocating to Utah. The mother of six added that she was “not” sad about their dynamic “right now” as she is focused on giving herself a “good, solid foundation” amid her newly single status.
“I felt very betrayed by her and that she was leaving me too. She has always said, ‘I didn’t just want the man, I want the sister wives,’” Meri told the cameras during part 1 of the Sister Wives: One-on-One special, which aired in December 2022. “I know what kind of relationship she and I have had in the past. It’s been fun. It’s not been super, super deep, but it’s been a lot of fun. And I miss that. I’ve missed that for a lot of years with her.”
Christine, for her part, argued that after she and Meri “tried a little bit” in Vegas to make amends, she chose to end the friendship because she felt it was no longer “safe.” She claimed: “Her treatment of me wasn’t nice. She was putting me down a lot in public situations.”
Christine denied during part 2 of Sister Wives: One-on-One special in December 2022 that she had an issue with Kody and Meri reconciling back in 2020. While Robyn and Kody claimed that Christine didn’t like the idea of the patriarch fixing things with his first wife, Christine was adamant that her words were being twisted.
“That’s really absolutely frustrating and offensive. There’s no way I would not support him and Meri having a great relationship if that’s [what] they both wanted,” she said on the tell-all. “That’s absolutely ridiculous.”

After Robyn joined the family in 2010, the dynamic between Kody and Meri had to shift once again. In 2014, Kody divorced Meri so he could legally marry Robyn and adopt her children from a prior marriage. He then spiritually wed Meri, but the couple have had many ups and downs in recent years.
Throughout Meri and Kody’s struggles, Robyn has been rooting for them to fix things and get back on better terms. “I just hope and pray they can figure it out one way or another and heal their relationship,” Robyn exclusively told Us Weekly in March 2021. “I pray every day that they can figure this out.”
During season 17 of the hit series, which filmed in summer 2021, Meri and Robyn appeared to be on good terms. Robyn, however, continued to get more time with the family patriarch as her kids are the youngest. Plus, Meri dealt with the death of her mother, which led her to stay in Utah and get her bed and breakfast back on track — keeping her away from the group a little longer.
“As much as I would be devastated, I wouldn’t blame Meri if she got tired of hanging on and decided to give up,” Robyn told the cameras during an October 2022 episode of the show.
She later commended Meri for continuing to fight for their family amid her issues with Kody. “What I love about what you’re doing is you’re not just making it about what’s going on between you and him,” Robyn told her fellow sister wife. “You’re making it about everybody else too.”
After Meri moved from Arizona to Utah, her relationship with Robyn began to fall to the wayside. “I had this bond with her. And I'm now questioning why tell me that you want to have a relationship with me and then ghost me for months and months and months?” Meri told the cameras during an April 2025 episode of Sister Wives, claiming that Robyn only talked to her when it was convenient.
Robyn claimed during the same episode that after Meri moved she reached out to hangout and Meri told her, “I don't know how to be friends with my ex husband's wife,” revealing that it was “really hard” to hear.
“Part of me does kind of grieve the relationship that we had because she, she was a good friend, or at least I thought she was,” Meri said, noting she knows Robyn feels “grief and pain about this demise of our relationship” and she feels it, too. Robyn confessed, “I feel angry. From my understanding, I don't think she wants a relationship.”

“Christine married Kody one year after I married Kody. It was a huge blessing because she was able to buffer,” Janelle said during the Sister Wives: One on One special in January 2022. “I thought she was a princess in the beginning. We hated each other.”
The mother of six explained that she and Christine eventually grew closer over the years, because Janelle started “going where it felt like we were wanted.”
When Christine told the wives about her and Kody’s breakup in summer 2021 — which fans saw play out during season 17 of the series — Janelle was heartbroken but knew it was coming. “I can’t imagine after 30 years, like, how this looks,” Janelle told Christine during an October 2022 episode. “You’ve just been so much, like, the fabric of everything.”
The women’s relationship, however, hasn’t changed much since Christine publicly announced the split in November 2021. In fact, Christine and Janelle took their children to Disney World together in March 2022 and have since traveled together on multiple occasions.
In September 2022, the sister wives took a road trip to Idaho to see family, which they documented on social media. The following month, Christine gave Us an exclusive update on the women’s continued friendship, saying Janelle has “come to visit me several times” and usually stays in her guest room.
Three months later, Janelle confirmed in a season 17 Sister Wives: One-on-One special teaser that she and Kody had been “separated for several months.”
Christine commented on the breakup, telling viewers: “For Janelle, I think that she’s frustrated, and she’s so hurt. And that man that she was married to — she realizes that he’s totally different. But she’s different too.”
Following their respective splits from Kody, Janelle and Christine have remained sister wives. Janelle was in attendance when Christine married David Woolley in October 2023 and Christine helped her move to North Carolina in 2024.

Over the years, Janelle and Robyn have battled for time with Kody — as have the other wives. When Janelle’s mom, Sheryl, died in December 2020, tension only grew between the women as Kody advised Robyn and Meri not to attend the funeral amid COVID-19 restrictions and worries.
“COVID has sort of pulled this blanket off of some of our issues,” Robyn told Janelle during a January 2022 episode of the series, after apologizing for missing the funeral. Janelle responded, “I’ve caught myself in the last few weeks really reflecting and being like, ‘OK, look: do I still choose plural marriage?’ Yeah, I still choose it, but I’ve had to have that conscious decision with myself.”
Robyn, meanwhile, revealed that she hoped the family could “work this crap out” in a positive way after admitting Janelle gave her “a lot to think about.” During season 17 of the show, which filmed in summer 2021, Janelle again brought up the fact that Kody was spending almost all of his time with Robyn amid his continued COVID concerns.
“Kody doesn’t feel like he can be away from the little kids at Robyn’s house for more than two or three days at a time. So, our trips are always constrained by that,” Janelle told the cameras during an October 2022 episode. “So he has to hurry and get home.”
Robyn, for her part, admitted during an October 2022 episode that Janelle’s move into an RV could cause even more issues between the women as Kody would most likely spend more time at her home to stay away from the small space.
“I know that Janelle and Kody have had a lot of tension through the last year, year and a half because of COVID,” the mother of five said. “Is this gonna be something that brings them together because they’re working together on this RV or is it going to be something that you know they’re frustrated. I keep praying for them.”
Janelle and Robyn’s relationship grew more strained during season 17 of the series after Kody accused two of his and Janelle’s sons of being mean to Robyn. The wives also didn’t see eye-to-eye on Christine’s departure.
“Christine leaving has put me in a very dark spot,” Robyn told the other women during the December 2022 finale. Janelle, however, told the cameras that she didn’t want to be a part of a “Christine bashing fest,” pointing out, “I don’t really need to process it.”
During part 3 of the Sister Wives: One-on-One special, which aired in January 2023, Janelle confessed that she was “so tired of ‘counselor Robyn'” inserting herself into her issues with Kody. “It just feels like she’s placating him,” Janelle added.

Christine has been vocal about the alleged favoritism that has existed for years between Kody and his fourth wife. Following her split from the patriarch in November 2021, Christine became even more open about her issues with the lack of time her kids received from their father while he was allegedly with Robyn and their children.
“It’s hard to see just such a contrast with Kody with how he is at Robyn’s house versus how he is at my house,” Christine said during an October 2022 episode of the series, which filmed in summer 2021. “He’s just disengaged at my house. My kids and I hike all the time. Kody came hiking with us once and he brought Robyn’s kids because he was babysitting them.”
Robyn, meanwhile, expressed concern over how Christine’s drama with Kody was affecting the entire family. “I’m looking at Kody and going, ‘Are you going to let this happen?’” Robyn confessed during a September 2022 episode after Christine told the group she was leaving Kody. “I’m looking at Christine going, ‘Are you sure? Do you know what this means?’ Because I do. That was absolute hell and it was for years. It still is hard for my kids. It’s still hard.”
Despite their issues, Christine and Robyn have bonded over their children. When Christine’s daughter Mykelti gave birth to her first child in April 2021, Robyn was asked to be there to help her through the home birth. Robyn didn’t make it in person due to COVID restrictions, but she was on call for the whole experience.
“Robyn and Mykelti have a very, very special bond,” Christine explained during a September 2022 TLC episode that showed the birth. “When Robyn came into the family, she immediately just embraced Mykelti. I will always, always love and respect Robyn for her relationship with Mykelti.”
Once Christine and Kody’s split was made known, Robyn revealed that she didn’t want Christine out of their lives completely. “Do you want to be done with the rest of us?” Robyn asked during an October 2022 clip. Christine responded, “No. I think that we are all going to have times when were closer together and times when we’re not. Like we are now.”
Robyn later told the cameras, “I’m still in shock a little bit. The idea that Christine wouldn’t be my sister wife, it feels wrong to me.”
In October 2022, Christine exclusively told Us that her friendship with Robyn is “about the same as it was” before her departure, noting that they “haven’t really spoken” since her move. When asked whether she was “sad” about their dynamic, Christine responded, “Not right now,” explaining that she was focused on “just being me.”
Christine also revealed at the time that she saw Kody and Robyn at a recent family function. “Oh gosh, it was a little bit awkward,” she told Us of the incident. “But, you know, you put your adult hat on and you move forward and that's just what you do. So it was fine.”
“I wish that she would’ve let me in. We could’ve had a lot of fun together,” Robyn said during part 1 of Sister Wives: One-on-One special in December 2022.
On the following tell-all episode, which aired one month later, Robyn noted that she would want a “real relationship” with Christine in the future. However, she felt it was “really unfair” that Christine was able to blow up the family without consulting anyone.
“I feel angry. I’m angry at them all. I’m angry [about] what we’ve done to our family. I would have never chose this. I feel cheated,” Robyn said. “I want real relationships with all of these ladies. Before I even fell in love with Kody I fell in love with the family and the family culture. It’s something that I am mourning all the time. Because they took it away from me.”

Tamron Hall Shares 1 Question She Wished She Asked at ‘Sister Wives’ Reunion

21 April 2025 at 14:44

It’s been 10 years since Tamron Hall hosted a Sister Wives reunion — and there is still one question she wished she’d asked the reality stars.

“I never asked them, ‘If they could have him without the other wives, would they?’” Hall, 54, exclusively told Us Weekly on Monday, April 21, referring to the prospect of Kody Brown’s then-wives being monogamous with the patriarch.

Hall recalled, “We discussed the benefits of being a sister and wife sharing responsibilities, for example, but I never asked, ‘If you could have him to yourself, would you?’”

The journalist’s unasked question is even more interesting now that Kody, 56, is in a monogamous relationship with fourth wife Robyn Brown after his first three wives left him. Hall last interviewed the Sister Wives stars during the season 9 reunion, which aired in 2015.

Tamron Hall Says 2 ‘Sister Wives’ Stars Had ‘Tension’ at Reunions

Six years later, second wife Christine Brown announced in November 2021 that she left Kody after more than 20 years of marriage. Third wife Janelle Brown announced her separation from the Wyoming native in December 2022. Kody and his first wife, Meri Brown, released a joint statement about their split in January 2023.

While it’s been a decade since Hall has crossed paths with the Sister Wives cast, she stands by what she did and didn’t do with them on camera.

“I don’t think I ever went too far. I believe when you go on a reality show, and you reveal your life that puts so much out there on the table,” Hall told Us. “I know sometimes people will say I’m asking what the audience wants to know. There are lines for me.”

She explained that even if the audience wants to “know something particular about [the] children, I won’t cross that line.”

Hall added that although “their parents signed up for the show; they did not, and for me, that’s a line in the sand.” (Kody welcomed six children with both Christine, 53, and Janelle, 55, before their splits. He shares one child with Meri, 54, and two with Robyn, 46. Kody also adopted Robyn’s three eldest children from her first marriage after they legally wed in 2014.)

Earlier this month, Hall made headlines when she claimed on her Tamron Hall talk show that she was “told not to come back” as the Sister Wives tell-all host because “some people thought that the questions were too tough that I was asking.” (Us previously reached out to TLC for comment.)

Hall was the host for seasons 6 through 9’s reunions when the Brown family’s polygamous lifestyle was experiencing many ebbs and flows. Despite claiming she was booted by the network, Hall exclusively told Us on Monday that she had an overall “incredible experience” and enjoyed getting to know the family.

“Looking at where things are now, I feel some of the questions I asked were just and fair as we see Meri now on her next chapter,” Hall added, seemingly referring to her past remarks about how Meri legally divorcing Kody so he could marry Robyn and adopt her children affected their own relationship.

Kody Brown Claims He's 'Never Been Allowed' to 'Be in Love' With Robyn

Hall further explained to Us that she is “happy” to see that Kody, Meri, Janelle and Robyn were finally able to sell their Coyote Pass property in Arizona. (The land reportedly sold earlier this year for $1.5 million.)

“Getting to know Meri I could see the pain surrounding this. They say the No. 1 reason people divorce is financial. Imagine it multiple times over,” Hall said.

Looking back, Hall told Us that she thinks Meri “deserves respect” because she was Kody’s first wife. “My heart also went out to her because I feel that some people saw her as a lesser wife because she did not have multiple children,” she concluded.

Sister Wives airs on TLC Sundays at 10 p.m. ET. Tamron Hall airs weekdays. (Check your local listings for times.)

9-1-1’s Angela Bassett and Peter Krause's Best Quotes About Working Together

21 April 2025 at 13:43

Angela Bassett and Peter Krause worked together on 9-1-1 for eight seasons — playing a married couple for seven — and their bond was evident from the jump.

“He’s just so strong, and stable, and secure,” Bassett told People in March 2025 of her longtime scene partner Krause.

The twosome began playing police officer Athena Grant and firefighter captain Bobby Nash, respectively on 9-1-1 in 2018 when the series was on Fox. During season 2, their characters got married and in 2024 the actors made the jump with their castmates from Fox to ABC for season 7.

Warning: Spoilers below for 9-1-1 season 8, episode 15.

Despite being two of the show’s anchors, Bassett and Krause experienced a massive shock in April 2025 when the writers killed off Bobby during the second half of a season 8 two-part event. Bobby died after being infected with a dangerous virus, which nearly killed Chimney (Kenneth Choi) before he was given the only dose of the vaccine. (Bobby didn’t tell anyone until it was too late that he too had started to have symptoms.)

9-1-1's Angela Bassett, Aisha Hinds and More React to Bobby's Death

Following the heartbreaking TV death, Krause gave Bassett a special shout-out after being his fictional wife for nearly a decade — and it wasn’t the first time they gushed about each other.

Scroll down to see what Krause and Bassett have said about working together:

Longest Partner

After filming several near-death experience scenes together, including Bobby and Athena nearly drowning on a cruise ship during season 7, Krause said he couldn’t have done it all without Bassett by his side.

“There’s that saying, ‘Misery loves company.’ I can tell you … It felt very real,” Krause recalled during a March 2024 episode of The Talk, remembering the water-filled scenes. “Angela and I, she’s wonderful. I couldn’t have wished for a better costar. She’s going to become my longest standing scene partner.”

Family Forever

“We have a great time on the set. We have a beautiful family. We’re a beautiful family of people, artists, crew and cast,” Bassett said during a May 2024 appearance on The Talk. “We get along so well. We have fun doing it.”

Could Athena Date Doctor Odyssey's Max After Bobby's Surprise '9-1-1' Death?

Partner in Crime

“She is fantastic. I have been working with Angela now for eight seasons and we’ve been married for seven of them. Very successful relationship in Hollywood,” Krause teased during a February 2025 appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, speaking about Bassett. “She’s a blast to work with.”

The former Parenthood actor added: “I think that people don’t give her enough credit for how funny she is. She’s such a warm individual and so on top of it. She’s a real pro. I’m very fortunate to get to work with her. It’s been a fantastic eight years.”

Her ‘Calming Influence’

“It would be so different,” Bassett told People in March 2025 when asked if she could envision a 9-1-1 world without Bobby and Athena being together. “I don’t even know what the show would be like without them together. It’s hard to imagine.”

The actress called the characters “your metaphorical, weekly mom and dad” who always vow, “We’ll keep you safe.”

When it came to working with Krause year after year, Bassett said, “He’s just calm. He’s just a calming influence. He’ll joke a little bit, but he don’t mind being the butt of the joke. Yeah. So he’d always have one.”

‘9-1-1’ Burning Questions From Fans After Bobby Nash’s Shocking Death

His Heartfelt Goodbye

“I will miss all my 9-1-1 family. Our incredible crew whose professional excellence is second to none,” Krause wrote in an April 2025 letter obtained by Deadline after his character’s death. “All the writers who keep pulling rabbits out of hats. All the directors tasked with the same. All the incredible guest cast over the years as well as Jennifer Love Hewitt and the cast in the call center.”

He then gave Bassett a shout-out, writing, “I will miss my partner, Angela Bassett. Her strength and her sweetness, and us holding hands. We parted ways too soon. Much love.”

Krause then called the showrunners his “pillars” and “two of the best in the business.” He concluded by showing love for his “beloved and unruly children of the 118.” Krause jokingly told his TV firefighter crew, “Stay unruly, but be professional and get the job done. Misfit heroes need each other. That’s how we do it at our firehouse. Pass it along to the next new guy.”

An ‘Inconceivable’ Loss

Bassett confessed in April 2025 that she thought Athena would be killed off before Bobby. “It was inconceivable to me that it was Bobby,” Bassett told The Hollywood Reporter after the episode aired. “It was incredulous to me that it was Bobby, so it was just very surprising.”

She continued, “Sometimes, you’re just struck dumb — and that’s one of those moments because their bond has been so wonderful and so strong these past four or five years. I didn’t see that coming. None of us saw that coming.”

He’ll Miss Them All

“I will miss everyone dearly. This was my workplace, for eight years, eight seasons,” Krause said during a Good Morning America appearance in April 2025. “And I am really going to miss everybody: Angela and the fire team and the crew.”

He also gushed about his on-screen marriage with Bassett, stating, “I won’t have a relationship like that again on TV. It’s been a fantastic eight years. I’m going to miss her a lot.”

Their Final Scene

Despite being in shock over Bobby’s death, Bassett told Deadline in April 2025 that she “enjoyed” filming Athena’s last scene with him, especially because their physical distance made it so emotional.

“You’re separated by the glass, by the partition, by everything that separates people, your metaphor for whatever separates people, the virus, all of it,” she said. “And seeing them, seeing their eyes, the memory of who they are, who they are to you, it was just there, every moment, every take for the two of us — the history, the bond.”

Farewell ‘Dear Friend’

Once the dust settled, Bassett penned a heartfelt tribute to Krause via social media. “For eight seasons, this kind, funny, compassionate, talented actor became not only my trusted colleague, but also a dear friend,” she wrote in an April 2025 Instagram post. “#peterkrause as #bobbynash helped to introduce @911onabc to the homes and hearts of fans around the world. I know this is hard for all of you. It’s hard for us, too.”

Bassett added, “Peter’s Bobby Nash will be missed but his character will never be forgotten. He is forever a part of our family. We should all give Peter a lot of love as he expands beyond ‘the 118’ and into all adventures that await him. Love you, my friend. Athena will never be the same.”

‘The Real Housewives of New York City’ Alums Who’ve Moved to Florida

21 April 2025 at 11:17

The Real Housewives of New York City had a major casting shakeup — and total revamp — in 2023 with the start of season 14. However, fans are still keeping up with the OG RHONY stars and the biggest names from the franchise.

While many RHONY alums still call the Big Apple home, a few have left the city for Florida’s beaches, including Bethenny Frankel and Jill Zarin.

Frankel, who starred on the Bravo series on and off from 2008 to 2019, announced her move to Florida in April 2025. A source exclusively told Us Weekly at the time that Frankel’s daughter, Bryn, was a big factor in why she decided to relocate.

“Bryn is Bethenny’s top priority, and the decision to move to Florida was all about supporting her,” a source close to Frankel explained in April 2025. “The move reflects Bryn’s academic and athletic goals, and was made with her physical and emotional well-being front and center.”

Former ‘RHONY’ Stars: Where Are They Now?

Frankel is not the first RHONY star who has chosen a change of residency. Scroll down to see which other former stars call Florida home now:

“I am moving to Florida for personal and professional reasons,” Frankel announced via an Instagram video in April 2025. “Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest for myself and my daughter.” (Frankel shares daughter Bryn with ex-husband Jason Hoppy.)

She explained, “We will maintain residences in the Hamptons and New York City because we love New York. This will be our primary and permanent residence.”

Morgan first joined RHONY during season 3 and later starred on Luann & Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake. In July 2022, Morgan relisted her Upper East Side townhouse for $8.75 million after initially listing it in 2013 following her divorce from the late John Adams Morgan. Sonja put the property up for auction in May 2024, and it sold for $4.45 million.

That same year, Sonja purchased a waterfront condo in West Palm Beach for $600,000, according to The Palm Beach Post.

Jill Zarin

Zarin was a main cast member from season 1 to season 4 before making cameos on seasons 9 through 12. She has a long history with Florida, previously owning a condo in Miami and a house in Boca Raton while married to Bobby Zarin. (Bobby died in January 2018 at age 71 after a battle with cancer.)

Following her husband’s death, Jill said she was thinking of moving to Florida full-time. In 2022, she sold her Boca Raton home and temporarily lived in her New York City apartment — but not before appearing on an episode of The Real Housewives of Miami that year.

Jill announced in September 2023 that “Camp Zarin” had officially moved to Boca after a total renovation of the property she purchased one year prior. She has since given fans peeks at the estate via social media.

After announcing her split in 2016, Jules relocated to Florida and lived with her parents. In 2020, the exes settled their child custody agreement, which resulted in Jules having full legal custody over son Jagger and daughter Rio.

According to the deal reported by TMZ at the time, Jules is not allowed to move her kids without Michael’s permission. The outlet confirmed that the former couple both reside in Florida.

Twilight's Cullen Family: Where Are They Now? Robert Pattinson and More

21 April 2025 at 09:37

Beginning with 2008’s Twilight, fans were introduced to the Cullen coven, and five films later, Twihards are still reeling over the vampires’ pale skin, supernatural abilities and the fact that Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) sparkles in the sunlight.

Based on the successful novels by Stephenie Meyer, the films spanned five years and consisted of Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009), The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010), The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 (2011) and Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (2012).

Moviegoers met the Cullen clan in the first movie, but by Breaking Dawn – Part 1, human Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) had married into the family — led by Carlisle (Peter Facinelli) and wife Esme (Elizabeth Reaser) and their adopted “children,” Alice (Ashley Greene), Emmett (Kellan Lutz), Rosalie (Nikki Reed) and Jasper (Jackson Rathbone). Bella and Edward later welcomed daughter Renesmee (Mackenzie Foy).

In October 2018, Rathbone exclusively told Us Weekly that hopes to see Twilight prequels down the line. “I think that would be fun. I’m sure, like anything else, they could reboot it,” he revealed, noting he’d “love to see” an origin story for Jasper and Alice.

Rathbone added: “But I think there’s a whole universe there they could really expand and we got to finally start seeing a bit of it in Breaking Dawn. And I know [author] Stephenie has it all written out and mapped out in her head.”

Sister Wives’ Christine Felt She Was Left With Kody's ‘Scraps’ Due to Robyn

20 April 2025 at 20:01

Christine Brown is extremely aware of how skewed her relationship with ex Kody Brown was now that she’s in a “supportive” marriage with David Woolley.

“I feel stronger, more independent now than I ever did before because you’re so supportive. There’s no 50/50,” Christine, 53, said in the Sunday, April 20, episode of Sister Wives.

David, who married Christine in October 2023, said you should “never, ever keep score in a marriage,” confirming that in their relationship they both give “100 percent.”

David, however, noted that in polygamy, “They do keep score and it’s sad.” Christine agreed, confessing that’s exactly what she did while married to Kody, 56. (Christine and Kody split in November 2021 after more than 20 years in a spiritual marriage.)

Kody Brown Is Sister Wives' Antihero — and Wouldn't Have It Any Other Way

“I felt like Robyn [Brown] had a better couch. I felt like she had better dishes and better decorations and like so many things,” Christine said during a confessional, referring to Kody’s fourth wife, Robyn, whom he legally wed in 2014.

Christine recalled feeling like, “Why am I left with all these scraps all the time? Scraps of time, scraps of stuff,” when Robyn allegedly got more from Kody.

“When a relationship is united, you don’t tend to keep scores much because you’ve got a cloak of charity to put over this person that you love,” Kody said in his confessional, seemingly defending his actions.

Robyn, 46, also questioned why Christine had an ongoing tally with the other wives. “If you’re sitting there constantly using that scoreboard against each other, what are you enemies?” Robyn asked.

Christine continued to detail her side of plural marriage while driving with David to North Carolina where they were helping her sister wife Janelle Brown move. (Janelle, 55, confirmed her separation from Kody in December 2022.)

“There were so many times in my marriage with Kody where he was, he liked makeup. It was like you had to always, always look nice. It mattered to him so much,” Christine claimed. “We’d go camping and Janelle and I would be sitting there busting our butts getting breakfast made, cleaning up the mess and honestly Robyn would be doing her makeup forever.”

Sister Wives' Christine Says Kody’s Words Still ‘Hurt’ Watching Back Show

Christine alleged that Kody would then “praise how they looked” when she and Janelle were “sweating and slaving” over all the tasks at the campsite.

Janelle, for her part, didn’t care about the makeup issue, confessing it was “irritating,” but she still chose to “have fun” on the trip.

Robyn, who is the only woman still married to Kody, remembered the camping incident differently. “The one time we went camping, I was six months pregnant, and I got sick a lot,” she shared. “I spent the night barfing my guts up outside my tent on my hands and knees. And then, you know, Janelle and Christine were making breakfast, and I was just trying to hurry and get ready for the day.”

Meri Brown, who was Kody’s first wife before their January 2023 split, revealed she was aware that Kody “always wanted people around him to look good.”

Meri, however, said she never felt “pressure” from her ex-husband to “look good” or have her hair and makeup done.

Christine, meanwhile, revealed that Kody’s alleged obsession with makeup made her even more self-conscious. “No wonder I was constantly wondering and constantly insecure because as much as I was comparing, he was also comparing all the time,” she claimed.

Sister Wives’ Robyn and Meri Brown Counted the Days Kody Spent With Them

Christine alleged, “Robyn was up on this pedestal and the rest of us were just lacking. I felt like I was lacking in the relationship.”

Kody weighed in on the idea of comparison, telling the cameras that with his first three wives they would “hunker down and get along enough to survive.” He claimed, “It didn’t ever feel like I was not in the doghouse with somebody,” hinting that was not the case with Robyn.

“I felt like when the family was together, there was unfair fighting that was happening, for sure,” Robyn said, claiming the group would hit “below the belt” and resort to “name calling” after “jumping to conclusions.”

She concluded, “That is a big part of the family falling apart. Was [that] there’s just so little trust with each other.”

Kate Hudson's Bikini Body Through the Years: Pics

19 April 2025 at 07:12

Kate Hudson isn’t afraid to flaunt her swimsuit ready body by the pool, on the beach or on camera.

The actress frequently shows off her figure in two-piece bikinis while soaking up some rays year-round at her home in Los Angeles, or whenever she travels abroad.

“I do love a good bikini,” Hudson told InStyle during her July 2014 cover story. “And I think it’s because I just love the sun so much.”

The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress added: “I love summer, it’s my favorite season. I love being by the water!”

Hudson explained that she often tops off her bikini look with “cute” chapeaux for sun protection and style.

“Accessorizing is always fun to me,” she told the outlet. “And during summer when I’m outside a lot or at the beach, my face tends to get easily pigmented even if I’m wearing a ton of sunblock — so I throw on a cute hat!”

One of her hottest moments came in April 2025, when she wowed in a plunging white swimsuit featuring open sides as she lounged poolside. The singer styled the piece with orange sunglasses and a straw hat adorned with a hot pink scarf wrapped around the brim.

Why King Charles III’s Sandringham Home Has Upgraded Security

18 April 2025 at 17:02

King Charles III can sleep soundly after new no-fly restrictions were approved for his Sandringham estate.

The royal family’s security services requested new restrictions on March 4, according to The Sun after drones were reportedly seen flying over the estate. The drones were reportedly traced back to a man sitting in a nearby car.

Britain’s Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander signed off on the order on March 10, according to Hello!. The new guidelines restrict aircraft from flying below 2,000 feet at Sandringham, which is Charles, 76, and wife Queen Consort Camilla’s country home that boasts 20,000 acres.

The restrictions are in place “for reasons of public safety and security,” per the outlet, which reported that the order states: “These Regulations impose restrictions on flying in the vicinity of Sandringham House, Norfolk.”

King Charles' Home Reopens After Closing Due to 'Health and Safety Reasons'

Royal air travel, visitors’ planes and police and emergency service planes are exempt from the order.

The order concluded: “In view of the need for security for members of the Royal Family and other dignitaries staying at or visiting Sandringham House and at the request of the security services, it has been agreed by the Civil Aviation Authority and the Department for Transport that flying should be restricted in the vicinity of that location for reasons of public safety and security.”

The new flying rules were ordered just days after Charles hosted Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky at the estate amid Ukraine’s ongoing war with Russia.

“I’m very grateful for this meeting and for how His Majesty helps Ukraine and supports us,” Zelensky, 47, told reporters after the March 2 meeting per Hello!. “He’s met our warriors here, being trained in the U.K., and we’re very thankful to the Royal Family for their support.”

King Charles Buys $3.M Property to Prevent Building Next to Camilla’s House

The change in security also comes less than one month after Charles was admitted to the hospital amid his ongoing cancer treatment. Buckingham Palace confirmed on March 27 that the king was taken to the hospital after a reaction to his treatment for an undisclosed type of cancer, which he announced to the public in February 2024.

“The King experienced temporary side effects that required a short period of observation in hospital,” the statement read. “His Majesty’s afternoon engagements were, therefore, postponed.” The palace later revealed that Charles was set to return to his “usual working week” on April 1.

King Charles III Departs London After Surprising Hospital Stay

Earlier this month, Camilla, 77, told U.K. journalists covering the couple’s visit to Italy that her husband is fulfilled by his job despite his health ups and downs.

“I think he loves his work, and it keeps him going,” she said on April 13 according to Hello!. “And I think it’s wonderful, you know, if you’ve been ill and you are recovering, you’re getting better and now he wants to do more and more and more. That’s the problem. That’s what he’s driven by. Helping others.”

Dylan Efron Recalls Saving 2 Women From Drowning: I ‘Sprinted Out There’

18 April 2025 at 16:49

Zac Efron starred in the Baywatch movie, but his brother, Dylan Efron, was the one who found himself as a lifeguard while on vacation in Miami.

“It was really random,” Dylan, 33, recalled of the incident during the Thursday, April 17, episode of the “Brooke and Connor Make a Podcast.”

During a visit to South Beach on April 5, Dylan and his friend Brennan spotted people “screaming” in the water moments after they walked onto the sand. “The currents were ripping,” he recalled.

The Traitors winner said there were five girls with their “hands up screaming” and when he scanned the beach there were “no lifeguards around.” That’s when Dylan and Brennan jumped into action.

How Dylan Efron Feels About Being Compared to Older Brother Zac Efron

“We just sprinted out there. There were two closest to us that already had a guy helping them in,” Dylan remembered. “There were three out further, so I swam one in and swam back for another girl.”

He reiterated how strong the current was in the area, saying, “From where we jumped in, we ended up, like, a football field length away.”

The reality star, who swam in college, noted it was “really real” and left the second girl he saved stunned.

Zac Efron’s Family Guide: Meet Brother Dylan, Sister Olivia and More

“The last girl I swam in, I was just trying to calm her down and just saying, ‘Breath, breath,'” Dylan said. “She just wraps me in the biggest hug and doesn’t want to let go. We hugged for like a full minute. I’m like, ‘You’re safe, you’re good.'”

After she left go, he said he “just walked away.” While Dylan’s save made its way to social media, he insisted he’s not a hero.

“I feel like I did what most people would have done in that situation,” Dylan concluded.

Dylan is the younger brother of Zac, 37, but unlike his actor brother, he stayed out of the spotlight until he graduated from California Polytechnic State University in 2013. Dylan went on to work in Hollywood as a production coordinator and production assistant.

'Traitors' Stars Question If Dylan's Brother Zac Efron Is a 'Good Actor'

He joined forces with Zac in 2020 to produce his sibling’s Down to Earth With Zac Efron series, which documented the actor’s journeys around the world. Both Dylan and Zac are fans of the great outdoors and frequently share the travels with their fans — including surf sessions and more water activities.

Dylan gained even more fame earlier this year when he competed on season 3 of The Traitors. He was one of four joint winners for the season, which concluded in March.

That same month, Dylan’s latest documentary, The Fish That Saved a Village, premiered. “What started as a whispered legend led us deep into the jungle — just two friends, a camera, and a story we couldn’t ignore,” he wrote via social media, teasing the premise. “Hope you love it as much as we loved making it.”

‘Forgetting Sarah Marshall’ Cast: Where Are They Now?

18 April 2025 at 13:12

Jason Segel wrote one of the most popular romantic comedies of all time when he penned Forgetting Sarah Marshall — and it all started with his own awkward breakup!

“I got broken up while naked in real life. It was a really bad day,” Segel revealed during a 2018 appearance on The View. “My girlfriend had been out of town and she called me from the airport and asked, ‘Hey, are you home, can I come over?’ When she arrived, I was waiting for her like Burt Reynolds and she walked in and I was like, ‘I’ve been waiting for you,’ and she said, ‘We need to talk.’ And then this breakup commenced.”

The 2007 film follows struggling musician Peter Bretter (Segel) as he travels to Hawaii in a last-ditch effort to forget about his TV crime-solving ex-girlfriend Sarah Marshall (Kristen Bell). Trouble ensues when he runs into his ex vacationing with her new boyfriend.

The unorthodox rom-com had an all-star supporting cast, including Mila Kunis, Bill Hader, Jonah Hill, Paul Rudd and Russell Brand as Aldous Snow.
