'Big Brother' Babies! Jessica Graf and More Reality Stars Who've Given Birth

Many former Big Brother stars started families after leaving the CBS show.

Jessica Graf and Cody Nickson, who sparked a showmance in season 19, announced in September 2018 that they were expecting their first child together. (Nickson welcomed his daughter Paisley with a previous partner in 2012.)

Graf gave birth to their first daughter, Maverick, in March 2019. The couple have since welcomed three more daughters together: Carter in October 2020, Atlas in July 2022 and Gemma in December 2023.

Nickson and Graf aren’t the only Big Brother contestants to welcome children following their reality TV stints. Bayleigh Dayton and Chris “Swaggy C” Williams, who met in the Big Brother house during season 20, welcomed their first baby, daughter Alora, in August 2022. Nearly one year later, Dayton announced her second pregnancy.

Tyler Crispen revealed he and his fiancée welcomed their first baby together in January 2025. 
“The best secret of all time. Introducing Carter Rae Crispen💕 born 1/12/25,” the Big Brother season 20 runner-up wrote via Instagram at the time. “The most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. Your mama and I love you more than anything in this world.My fiance’ (oh yeah, double surprise) wanna thank all of our close friends & fam for helping us keep this little secret and showering her and us with all the love. I am the luckiest guy on the planet. PS. Have you ever seen a harder launch?”

Swaggy C and Bayleigh welcomed their son in January 2024.
“Our little family is officially complete !! 🥹” their Instagram announcement read at the time, revealing the baby boy was born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “To bring our son into this world, in a different country, with a different experience was amazing.”

Graf and Nickson welcomed their fourth baby together, the military veteran’s fifth, in December 2023.
“The last piece of the puzzle is here. Safe and sound,” they wrote via Instagram at the time.

The season 20 alums secretly welcomed a baby girl after hinting in an August 2022 Instagram post that Dayton had given birth to a “perfect” daughter. The twosome have not revealed their little one’s moniker or a photo. They officially announced Alora’s birth one month later.

Graf and Nickson welcomed their third little girl, his fourth, in July 2022.
“Atlas Ruby Nickson, welcome to the big world, baby. We’re so excited to see what you make of this life God has gifted you,” the married pair told Us in an exclusive statement at the time.

Victor Arroyo and Nicole Franzel welcomed their first son, Arrow, via C-section on July 31. "Arrow (Baby Vic) was born at 8:01am this morning weighing 6lbs 15oz and measuring 20 inches via cesarean," Arroyo wrote via Instagram. "He and Nicole are both healthy and doing great. They are currently cuddling & he latched immediately!"

Brittany and Patrick Mahomes’ Cutest Family Photos With Their Kids

Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes have embraced their roles as parents.

The couple, who started dating in high school, got engaged in August 2020 after Patrick’s Super Bowl LIV win earlier that year. One month after the quarterback proposed, the pair announced that Brittany was pregnant with their first child.

“Mom and Dad, taking a small detour to the wedding,” Brittany captioned the September 2020 social media upload, while her then-fiancé captioned a post of his own with a heart emoji.

Patrick and Brittany welcomed daughter Sterling in February 2021. They proceeded to tie the knot in March 2022 and three months later, the twosome announced baby No. 2 was on its way. Their son, Bronze, was born in November 2022.

In July 2024, Brittany and the Kansas City Chiefs player revealed they are expecting baby No. 3. “Round three, here we come,” read the pair’s joint announcement.

Brittany and Patrick announced that the third member of their family, daughter Golden, arrived in January 2025.

During an interview with The Drive on 610 Sports Radio show, the athlete said that he had an amazing time celebrating his daughter's first Christmas. "I don't think she understood what Christmas was yet, but she understood she got a lot of toys," he joked. "She was playing with literally everything. It was fun to see her do that."One of the tot's gifts was a toy Lamborghini car. "It was awesome, and you can control it through a little remote control too," Patrick said of the snazzy ride. "I think it's a bad sign for me that she's already getting a black Lamborghini. Brittany's already putting it in her head."
