Trinity Rodman took issue with her own family drama overshadowing boyfriend Ben Shelton’s big Wimbledon moment.

Rodman, 23, took to social media after Shelton’s victory over Lorenzo Sonego in the Round of 16 on Monday, July 7, to air a couple of grievances with the television broadcast of the match. 

“For those who don’t know…my name is TRINITY not Tiffany ,” the soccer star posted via her Instagram Story, a nod to the broadcasters getting her name wrong.

Rodman then turned her attention to her estranged father, former NBA star Dennis Rodman, who was referenced multiple times during the broadcast.

“Also, for Ben’s matches he has his family there as his support system, which includes his dad…my dads not even in MY life no need to bring him up during HIS matches when I don’t even want him talked about during mine,” she wrote. “It’s him and his loved ones’ moment. Thank you .”

Trinity candidly discussed her estrangement from her father during a December 2024 appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. 

“He’s not a dad,” Trinity told host Alex Cooper. “Maybe by blood, but nothing else.”

Trinity added, “We tried to be that foundation and to be the good people around him. Because in reality, we never really asked for anything unless we really needed it.” 

“We just want you. I think for him, he’s never understood the fact, because he’s never experienced it. … He’s never understood that people could actually just want to be around him and to just want to make him happy,” she said. 

In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly earlier this year, Shelton, 22, admitted he wasn’t prepared for the attention he and Trinity would receive when they went public with their relationship in March.

“I was sure some people would talk about it, but I didn’t think it would be a break the Internet type of thing,” Shelton told Us. “But I’ve always been like, ‘OK, if I have a serious girlfriend then posting about it on Instagram isn’t that crazy.”

Shelton explained how making his relationship with Trinity official was also a catalyst for nipping rumors about his personal life in the bud. 

“I feel like for the past 6 months, whenever I would get seen with somebody, people would think we were dating,” he said. “It’s like, no, we’re just friends. Or if I’d hang out in a group of three and it was a guy and a girl, they’d cut the guy out and make it seem like I was on a date. It’s either gonna be I post about my girlfriend or they post about assuming who my girlfriend is.”

Nick Viall defended his line of questioning for Whitney Leavitt at the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives reunion despite facing backlash.

During the Tuesday, July 8, episode of his “Viall Files” podcast, Nick, 44, broke down his approach as host of the Hulu show’s first special.

“We are upfront that we are fans of the show. So as the host, I tried to have that balance between obviously being host and being objective,” he explained. “I was also making sure everything was addressed.”

Later in the episode, Nick specifically addressed the tense moments shown between him and Whitney, 32, when she accused him of being too hard on her.

“I was a bit surprised when Whitney did not like my line of questioning,” he noted. “When it comes to the past two seasons, I think the perceived lack of accountability of Whitney is something that I wanted to have a chance to address with her.”

Nick continued: “Whitney is one of my favorite characters — other than Taylor [Frankie Paul] is probably one of the most irreplaceable people on the cast. She’s one of my favorites.”

The Hulu special, which premiered on July 1, showed Whitney in the hot seat on multiple occasions while defending her friend and costar Demi Engemann, who was not in attendance.

Nick attempted to get Whitney’s thoughts on Demi’s controversial behavior and asked whether Whitney thought she was “better than Taylor” at taking accountability.

“No, I don’t think that I’m the one to judge that,” she said, as Nick fired back, “I’m not asking you to judge it. I’m asking you what you think.”

Whitney replied that she and Taylor, 30, are “equal” in that. “Equally good or equally bad?” Nick asked.

Nick then took a poll asking which Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars thought Whitney was good at taking accountability — only for her to receive almost no support.

“It’s so double standard. You just sat here and asked me, ‘Do you feel like you justify your actions based off of your feelings?’” Whitney told Nick. “Well, [Mikayla Matthews] is someone who constantly belittles me and hurts me. So is she justified in her feelings to treat me that way?”

Whitney expressed that she felt like she was “being called out” by Nick “constantly,” which he denied.

“Personally, I feel like I’ve heard Taylor taking accountability for a lot of things. She does a lot of things, too,” Nick replied. “I don’t think I’ve heard you take accountability from what I’ve seen.”

There were several other instances where Whitney appeared visibly uncomfortable by the questions she was being asked. While she has not directly addressed the backlash toward Nick, Whitney has “liked” comments on TikTok that showed support for her over the host.

Big Brother is back for season 27 — and there’s a mystery player involved.

CBS Announced on Tuesday, July 8, that 16 new Houseguests would be checking into the Hotel Mystère later this week. The 90-minute premiere on Thursday, July 10, will introduce viewers to a brand-new house, which is “definitely shaped” from the success of last year’s first-ever BB AI arena.

“It was so successful last summer, that we are bringing it back this season,” the show’s host, Julie Chen Moonves, told Us Weekly exclusively. “But it’s called the BB Blockbuster.”

This season’s Houseguests include an aura painter, dungeon master and professional bull rider. Some of these newcomers teased to Us exclusively what they will be bringing to the Big Brother House.

The actress was photographed with Curtis while on the trip over 4th of July weekend. Aniston’s good friend Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka, were also on the trip, per the photos obtained by Daily Mail.

Aniston — who hasn’t publicly dated someone since her divorce from Justin Theroux in 2018 — went casual in a black tank top, blue jeans, white sneakers, sunglasses and a tan hat during one outing with Curtis. The A-list group was seen arriving in Spain and boarding a yacht before setting sail for some fun in the sun.

Curtis describes himself as a “wellness pioneer, author and hypnotist” via his official website.

Denise Richards’ daughter Sami Sheen dished out advice on dealing with toxic relationships — one day before her stepdad, Aaron Phypers, filed for divorce from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum.

“If you’re dating someone toxic, but you don’t really know if they’re toxic, deep down you know but you’re like, ‘Is it that bad? I can look past this. Well he’s so good to me some days but then other days he treats me like s***,’” Sheen, 21, said in a Sunday, July 6, TikTok. “You need to ask yourself, if you had a daughter and she was dating a man like this, what would you tell her?”

She continued, “And then, boom. You’re like, ‘OK, I would tell her to breakup with him, block him, move on, like he’s a piece of s***, treats her like s***.’ I don’t know, that works for me because sometimes it’s so easy for me to overlook everything. But if I’m imagining having a kid and she’s getting treated like this, absolutely the f*** not.”

Sheen noted that she’s a “motherly person” who has a desire to have children, so this mindset works for her — however, she encourages others to envision having a friend or mother in this scenario.

“Picturing someone else in your exact situation, and if they came to you being like, ‘Hey, my boyfriend is doing x, y and z to me, I need your advice.’ You need to tell them what to do and then there’s your answer,” she said.

She continued, “I understand more than anyone it is so hard and almost feels impossible sometimes to get out of a toxic relationship and the judgement from people when you keep going back to that person. It’s a whole cycle. So I understand it’s not easy but this is just a tip to kind of help you have a clear head a little bit.”

Sheen wrote over the video, “My advice on how to remove the rose colored glasses in a toxic relationship.” She captioned the clip with a single red heart emoji.

One day after Sheen posted the TikTok, Phypers filed for divorce from Richards and listed the pair’s date of separation as Friday, July 4. In court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Monday, July 7, Phypers cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split.

While Phypers noted that he and Richards do not share any minor children, he listed daughter Eloise as his stepchild in the court docs. (Richards adopted Eloise in 2011.)

Us Weekly has reached out to Phypers and Richards for comment.

Richards was previously married to Charlie Sheen from 2002 to 2006. The exes are parents to daughters Sami and Lola, 20.

Tennis superstar Carlos Alcaraz had another sport on his mind just hours before his Wimbledon quarterfinal match.

Ahead of his showdown with Cam Norrie at the All England Lawn Tennis Club on Tuesday, July 8, Alcaraz, 22, ran into actor Tom Holland near the practice courts. 

“Tom, I saw you playing golf as well,” Alcaraz told Holland, 29, in a video shared by Wimbledon on Tuesday. “Good swing, man.”

Holland responded, “We should play!”

The Spider-Man star told Alcaraz he’d find a way to give him his phone number so they could set up a tee time. 

“For sure,” Alcaraz said, as Holland walked away while giving a thumbs up. 

Holland is a notoriously big sports fan, including being a regular attendee of the Wimbledon tournament over the years. 

The actor and his now-fiancée, Zendaya, attended the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California, together last May.

Holland, a London native, even attended Wimbledon College, which is just two miles away from the All England Club, site of the iconic tennis tournament of the same name. 

In addition to his love of tennis, Holland is also a huge golf nut. 

The actor posted a video via Instagram last month of a trip with a bunch of friends, which included some time on the links. 

“Nothing but good times,” Holland wrote. 

“I think golf has been really helpful for me in terms of networking within the industry because it’s a very golf-heavy business,” Holland told Golf Digest in January. “I’ve actually got a deal point across in my contract playing golf. I met the producer I was negotiating with on a par 3. I stuck it closer than he did and won the deal point. It was something minor that we were fighting over, like agreeing to a driver or something like that.”

Holland explained that golf “keeps me out of trouble” and has been a useful tool on his sobriety journey. 

“I think getting sober was a big reason why my handicap got better because I would go to bed early and would strive to wake up and shoot low scores,” he said. “What used to happen to me is if I was playing badly, I would drink at the turn and then I would play worse, so I would drink more. Having cut that out has made for some more complete rounds.”

As his professional schedule has become more robust, he’s found less time to get out on the course — but he said it’s all about balance.

“It’s something I took into account for sure,” Holland said. “My game will take a hit, but I need to work, so it is what it is.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing more legal trouble days after the jury returned a verdict in his federal trial.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Monday, July 7, and obtained by Us Weekly, an unnamed John Doe accused Diddy, 55, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional distress, among other things.

According to the lawsuit, John Doe’s first unwanted encounter with the disgraced mogul happened in 2005 when he was at a studio playing some of his music for Diddy. At one point, Diddy allegedly asked John Doe if he was looking at his genitals. John Doe tried to “dismiss the bizarre comment,” but Diddy allegedly asked him again and pulled down his pants.

John Doe claimed Diddy then pushed himself toward his face and told him to “suck it” before a “loud buzz” coming through the studio interrupted the moment. Diddy then left the room, and John Doe believed they would never see each other again.

Diddy Accused of Drugging, Assaulting Aspiring Male Musician in New Lawsuit

About two years later, however, the duo allegedly encountered each other during listening sessions for Jay-Z’s American Gangster album, which came out in 2007. In the suit, John Doe claimed that Diddy pulled him away from the group, locked him in a room and drugged him before sexually assaulting him. “The next thing [he] remembers is waking up alone on the couch,” the suit reads. “Everyone who had previously been in the studio was gone and [John Doe] was unable to recognize any of the individuals remaining.”

John Doe’s next encounter with Diddy allegedly happened in September 2020 when they were working on a posthumous project by the late Notorious B.I.G. According to the plaintiff, Diddy took John Doe and other members of the team to a warehouse in Los Angeles that contained clothes worn by Biggie, who died in 1997 at age 24.

At one point, Diddy and John Doe allegedly ended up alone together in a room where Diddy encouraged him to try on one of Biggie’s jerseys. John Doe claimed that Diddy then began watching porn on his cell phone before grabbing one of Biggie’s shirts and masturbating into it. “Without any provocation, Combs then suddenly told Plaintiff to ‘finish’ Combs off,” the lawsuit alleges. “Before Plaintiff could react, Combs then orgasmed into Notorious B.I.G.’s shirt, laughed and threw the shirt over Plaintiff’s lap and arm, covering Plaintiff in Combs’ semen. Combs then got up, laughed, said ‘R.I.P. Biggie’ and left the room leaving Plaintiff alone with the remnant of Combs’ depravity.”

Diddy Sued for Allegedly Orally and Anally Raping a Street Performer 

Diddy’s legal team denied the lawsuit’s allegations in a statement to Us on Tuesday, July 8.

“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” the statement read. “That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”

This latest lawsuit comes less than one week after Diddy was partially acquitted of the charges in his federal trial following his September 2024 arrest. On Wednesday, July 2, the jury found him not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking but found him guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. (Diddy pleaded not guilty to the charges and has denied all the allegations against him.)

Diddy Is Accused of Raping an Independent Music Artist After Drugging Her

Following the partial acquittal, Diddy’s lawyers asked the judge to release him on bond until his October 3 sentencing, but Judge Arun Subramanian denied their request. For now, the rapper remains incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

The judge will listen to the defense’s argument for expedited sentencing at a remote hearing on Tuesday. Each transportation charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, but legal experts have said it’s unlikely Diddy will receive that much time. Diddy’s defense team is seeking a prison sentence of 21 to 27 months, while prosecutors asked for a sentence of 51 to 63 months. He will also get credit for the time he’s already served since his 2024 arrest.

After eagle-eyed viewers pointed out a possible mistake in a season 3 scene between Lisa (Nicole Ari Parker) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis), Entertainment Weekly confirmed that the HBO Max show didn’t forget its original timeline of events.

“My father died this afternoon. He had a stroke out of nowhere,” Lisa said in a season 3 clip. A season 1 scene then played, with Lisa telling Charlotte, “I was the exact same way when I lost my dad last year. I could see my rings literally shaking on my hands while I was trying to be so strong.”

The comments section quickly weighed in with confused comments about the possible mistake.

“Don’t forget he was already passed in season 1, and came for dinner in season 2, now he is gone again… not everyone gets that kind of second chance,” joked one social media user before another quipped, “And just like that he was dead again.”

According to EW, however, the dad referenced in season 1 was actually Lisa’s stepdad. Her biological dad was then portrayed in season 2 by Billy Dee Williams — and that’s the dad who died last week in season 3.

Some fans, though, aren’t buying it. This isn’t the first time that fans have noticed possible editing and continuity mistakes, with shows such as Doctor Odyssey and The Bear getting questioned online.

In April, one ABC viewer took to X to share a screengrab, writing, “In last nights Doctor Odyssey, while the ship was sailing around the ocean. a tree from the outdoor studio they film at (on land) could be seen behind Tristan.”

The screenshot showed greenery behind Tristan (Sean Teale) despite the ship not being at a dock. In a behind-the-scenes video, the cast and crew showed off the real outdoor set with the ship docked with trees in the background. After the mistake was brought up, a fan flagged the update while showing the before-and-after versions.

“THEY FIXED IT. The tree has been removed. And it turns out they forgot to CGI in the entire top of the ship too,” they wrote about the scene on Hulu, which no longer had a tree in the background after the same viewer flagged an onscreen inconsistency.

Meanwhile, in season 3 of The Bear, viewers pointed out a scene where Richie (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) was talking on the phone.

“Love a continuity mess up. In #TheBear S3E5, when Richie is talking on the phone about Chef Terry closing her restaurant, one scene he has a wedding ring on, and after cutaway and back … no wedding ring,” wrote one fan via X in June 2024, while another added, “The lack of continuity on The Bear 3×05. No ring, ring, no ring again.”

The scene showed Richie speaking with Jessica (Sarah Ramos) about the restaurant Ever closing down. During the back-and-forth between Richie and Jessica, his wedding ring appeared and disappeared on his left hand.

Kayla Rae Reid had serious concerns about Ryan Lochte prior to divorcing the Olympian, multiple sources exclusively tell Us Weekly.

“There were trust issues on Kayla’s end,” one insider shares, with a second source claiming, “Ryan betrayed Kayla’s trust in numerous ways.”

Reid, 34, announced on June 4 that she had “made the hard decision” to file for divorce from Lochte, 40, in March after seven years of marriage.

“This has been one of the most painful, revealing, and challenging seasons of my life,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I’ve been hesitant to share until I could do so from a place of healing — not from fresh, open wounds.”

Reid continued, “Sometimes we face trials we didn’t choose or see coming. And in those moments, we’re forced to make the hardest decisions to protect our peace, our children, and our future. The first insider explains that Reid “stuck it out as long as possible for the sake of their kids,” Caiden, 8, Liv, 6, and Georgia, 2, “but there are only so many times you can repeat the cycle before you have to be selfish and do what’s best for you and your family.”

Lochte and Reid’s relationship was “irreparable” by its end, according to the second source, who claims, “He shattered her heart.” (Adding fuel to the fire, the now-estranged couple are $270,000 in debt.)

Rumors about the cause of Lochte’s separation from Reid have been swirling for weeks, but the swimmer said in a June 18 statement to People that he would not be “replying to allegations made by third parties” in order to “protect” the privacy of their children.

While the second source notes that Reid is “heartbroken,” she has been “in a good headspace” since leaving Lochte. “She feels she’s getting her independence back and is picking up the pieces,” the source adds. “She knows she will be able to move forward on her own and is being strong in front of their kids.”

Reid’s inner circle has been “rallying around her” too, per the second source, who says the Florida-based real estate agent’s friends check in on her “every day” to make sure she is “staying positive.”

Lochte, for his part, apparently has been leaning on a new woman, Molly Gillihan, to whom he cozied up in photos posted to his Instagram on Sunday, July 6.

Gillihan later defended her new beau, writing on her private account (per TMZ), “It’s okay to be so happy that your heart could explode out of your chest and you want to shout it from the rooftops. If you’ve felt it, you know this to be true. We would not be here if we had anything to hide or if there had been any betrayal that occurred along the way. This little goofball came into my life patiently, sincerely, and honestly. I am choosing him.”

Us Weekly has reached out to Lochte’s lawyers and Reid for comment.

Love Island USA’s Chris Seeley and Huda Mustafa are the latest couple to reveal they secretly had sex in the villa’s communal bedroom when everyone else was asleep.

During the Monday, July 7, episode of the Peacock dating show, Chris and Huda were seen getting under the covers, a tell-tale sign for viewers. It wasn’t until the end of the episode, however, that Chris admitted to Bryan Arenales that he took his relationship with Huda to the next level.

“I’m chilling. Me and Huda had a little hiccup earlier just because she had a lot of PTSD and missing her daughter,” Chris told Bryan after they finished the fake baby challenge. “I truly appreciate her being vulnerable. I really do like her.”

Princess Kate Middleton stepped out alongside husband Prince William after a slew of public absences.

Kate, 43, appeared to be in good spirits as she and William, also 43, as they welcomed French President Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte Macron, to Windsor Castle on Tuesday, July 8. King Charles III and Queen Camilla are hosting the overseas guest at Windsor, and plan to throw a banquet in their honor. Emmanuel and Brigitte’s visit marks the first time France has made a U.K. state visit in 17 years.

The royal family members were photographed mingling with Emmanuel, 47, and Brigitte, 72, as their plane landed at RAF Northolt on Tuesday. They were subsequently driven in carriages to Windsor.

While William opted for his classic navy suit for the outing, Kate went for a fashion risk with a pale pink Christian Dior ensemble paired with a matching hat. The outfit was part of Dior’s 2024 collection, designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, the brand’s first-ever female designer. Tuesday marked the first time Kate wore Dior for a public outing, but donning the French designer seemed to be a way to honor the guests from France.

Kate did speak at the Colchester Hospital in Essex on July 2, offering an update about finding a “new normal” after completing chemotherapy last year. (Kate announced in March 2024 that she was diagnosed with cancer. She has been in remission since January.)

“You put on a sort of brave face, stoicism through treatment,” she said. “Treatment’s done, then it’s like, ‘I can crack on, get back to normal,’ but actually, the phase afterwards is really, really difficult.”
