Gisele Bündchen never seems to age. She’s a major proponent of mindfulness, meditation, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water, but her main skincare secret? Dior’s Capture Totale Serum. Bündchen loves it so much that she became the face of the line (which is saying a lot, because she’s ultra-selective with skincare).
This serum visibly improves skin tone, texture and elasticity in the first week of use. Firming and smoothing, this is the glow-inducing formula you’ve dreamed of. Even better? You can try it out for just $15 on Amazon. It’s no wonder the serum is selling out!
Made with an extra-potent form of hyaluronic acid, this serum deeply hydrates and plumps the skin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It clarifies, refines and restores suppleness, everything aging skin needs to look younger, healthier and more vibrant.
Longoza is another key player in this formula. Known as the “eternity flower,” this iconic Dior ingredient stimulates skin renewal and improves cell vitality, giving the complexion a bright, rejuvenated appearance. And yes, the serum is as luxurious as it sounds!
“I take special care to hydrate my skin and body,” Bündchen says. “If it doesn’t nourish it, it’s not invited. The same concept applies for skincare. I hydrate my skin, a lot. Natural [formulas] are best . . . you need to see your body as a temple.”
But you don’t have to sacrifice efficacy when opting for natural formulas. This serum is made with 91% naturally-derived ingredients, and the results speak for themselves. In just seven days, at least 97% of users note plumper, denser, firmer skin.

Nickelodeon alum Jennette McCurdy surprised fans when she first detailed her abusive relationship with her mother, Debra McCurdy.
Jennette and her three older brothers were raised in California by Debra and father Mark McCurdy. (The actress would later find out that Mark was not her biological dad.) As a child, Jennette’s mother encouraged her to start acting, which led to her rising to stardom for portraying Sam Puckett on iCarly from 2007 to 2012.
While Jennette was making people laugh on screen, behind the scenes she had a tumultuous relationship with her mother, who introduced her to several eating disorders and forced her to continue acting.
Following Debra’s death from cancer in 2013, Jennette briefly continued to book roles before stepping away from acting. She pivoted to writing and used her personal essays as inspiration for a one-woman dark comedy show: I’m Glad My Mom Died. This ultimately became the jumping off point for Jennette’s 2022 memoir of the same name, which is now being adapted into an Apple TV+ dramedy series with Jennifer Aniston cast as Debra.
“Of course, there are moments where I fantasize that my mom would’ve apologized or that we’d have a turnaround in our relationship, but that’s fantasy,” Jennette told Vogue in August 2022 about reflecting on her complicated relationship with her mother. “That’s a lot of what the book is about to me, not needing to romanticize the dead and validate our own experience with them.”
She continued: “I feel very confidently that if my mom were still alive, I’d still have eating disorders. I’d still be having a lot of mental health struggles. I’m sure she and I would still live in the same place and I would have no chance of being in a relationship or having any friends. I have no doubt my life would still be very controlled by her if she were alive.”
Keep scrolling for Jennette’s most candid comments about Debra’s abuse — and her healing journey in the wake of her mother’s death:
Finding Her Voice
“My earliest memories of childhood were of heaviness, and chaos,” Jennette told People in October 2021. “My mom’s emotions were so erratic that it was like walking a tightrope every day. The mood fluctuations were daily.”
Jennette noted it took a long time for her to find her “identity” without her mother. She was able to reach a point though where she finally felt “free.”
Breaking Her Silence

Before her memoir hit shelves, Jennette opened up about her eating disorder and a stunted adolescence.
“It’s something I mean sincerely,” Jennette told BuzzFeed News in August 2022 about the title of her book. “I’m genuinely glad. If she were alive, I’d still be trapped. Every important decision in my life wouldn’t have been possible.”
Jennette also recalled wanting to leave the entertainment industry following her mother’s death. “I think seeing yourself is particularly difficult with growing up in the public eye, because you’re so public-facing and seen as one thing,” she continued. “That makes the reality of you so much more unseen and invalidated and unacknowledged. But now, because I see myself, I can accept being seen by others.”
Unpacking the Trauma
According to I’m Glad My Mom Died, Debra insisted on performing vaginal and breast exams on Jennette and never let her daughter shower alone until she was 17 years old. Jennette also opened up about how her mother controlled her appearance, which included bleaching her hair and whitening her teeth when she was 10 years old.
Debbie allegedly introduced Jennette to calorie counting one year later, which led to Jennette’s eating disorder.
“It’s quite unfortunate, but my mom taught me anorexia. She taught me calorie restriction when I was 11,” Jennette said during a September 2022 episode of Facebook Watch’s Red Table Talk. “And I knew that my mom really wanted me to stay young. She really, really made that clear to me. She would sob and really clutch me intensely and say, like, ‘I don’t want my baby to grow up.’ ”
She continued: “I knew me growing up would mean us separating, and I didn’t want that to happen, so I asked if there was a way that I could stop the boobies from coming in, and she told me, ‘Well, there’s a thing called calorie restriction.’
“The truth is that I wish I had anorexia, not bulimia. I’m pining for anorexia. I’ve grown humiliated by bulimia, which I used to think of as the best of both worlds — eat what you want, throw it all up, stay thin,” Jennette detailed in her book. “But now it doesn’t feel like the best of both worlds. It feels terrible. I’m filled with so much shame and anxiety every time after I eat.”
Elsewhere in her memoir, Jennette discussed developing a complicated relationship with sex due to her religion and her mother’s controlling behavior. Jennette wrote how her first sexual encounter was when she was 18 and her partner was 32.
“I wanted something that was bold and also something that I meant sincerely. I would never use a bold and attention-grabbing title if it weren’t authentic,” she told The Hollywood Reporter when the book debuted. “I would never do it if it were just coming from a flippant place. That’s not my approach to humor. I knew that anybody who had experienced parental abuse would understand the title, and anybody who had a sense of humor would understand the title.”
Jennette also addressed her family’s reaction to the memoir.
“My brothers have been so supportive, so understanding,” she added about her siblings, to whom she dedicated the book. “They get the title, to put it simply. It was also a title that I knew I wanted early on.”
Putting in the Work

The former child star admitted it took a while for her to feel comfortable discussing her past.
“Because it’s so personal, I felt like it was important that I had a lot of experience in therapy,” Jennette told THR. “I didn’t sit down with a therapist and say: ‘So I want to write a memoir. How can we get me to a place where I’ve got the perspective to do it?’ But it was several years of really intense therapy before I started feeling like I could explore all that personal stuff creatively.”
Jennette credited therapy for helping her heal from her trauma.
“My mind just went: ‘Is it possible to be so full of s*** that you can’t see when you’re full of s***?’ And then I was like: ‘No, I think I’ve done too much therapy for that,'” she explained. “I consider myself fully recovered from eating disorders, and I’m really, really proud of that. And yet, I think that elements of my relationship with my mom will always be something that I’m exploring in some way, whether that’s just subconsciously kicking around or whether that’s creatively. But I don’t think that’s a bad thing. It doesn’t feel retraumatizing for me to explore that relationship creatively.”
Her Memory of Her Mother
During an appearance on The Daily Show in September 2022, Jennette was asked whether she hates her mom.
“I definitely don’t hate my mom,” she noted. “I think she was a really complicated and nuanced person, and I try to kind of articulate her to the best of my ability, and all her many shades and colors.”
Influencer Anita Wright is sending a prerecorded message to her followers one month after her death following a battle with ovarian cancer at age 77.
“I have passed away. Yes, that’s the truth of the matter. I video recorded this so that my daughters could post it and let you all know what has gone on,” Wright said in the Wednesday, July 2, Instagram video. “Now, first of all, let’s say, I’m looking pretty good for a dead person. Anyhow, that is the sad truth. I have passed away.”
Wright explained that she chose to use MAID, medical assistance in dying, which she described as “the perfect thing” for her.
“I didn’t want to suffer any longer and my girls didn’t want me to suffer and nor did my friends,” she said. “It wasn’t scary. It wasn’t scary at all. I just basically got an IV and then nodded off.”
She continued, “The truth of the matter is, it’s hard for everybody that’s left. So I would love it if you guys could all rally around each other and anybody who is upset by this post. Know that I’m OK. I’m OK. If there was a way I could come back and tell you that, I would. But, trust me, I’m OK.”
Wright noted that she didn’t want her death to “take [away] any hope” for others on their own health journeys and added that there are new “treatments” being developed “all the time.”
“I also wanted to honor all of you and let you know how much I have loved being one of your influencers, being one of your friends, being somebody that has taken some of my advice to heart and some of you have given me great advice,” she said. “I love you all, I loved being here, I’ll see you on the other side.”
Wright concluded her message by blowing a kiss at the camera, as the video began showing a photo of her posing next to a bench while wearing a shirt that read, “Nana.”
“This is our mom’s last message to her followers who were so very important to her,” the caption read. “She died May 7th with MAID. Thank you all for your support.”
Wright, who was known as tastyentertaining on Instagram, amassed more than 150,000 followers while sharing lifestyle content. The influencer had also been candid about her cancer diagnosis, which she shared in 2022. Two years later, Wright explained that her cancer began spreading.
“I’m very hopeful that we can kick this to the curb again a little while longer,” Wright said in a video shared via her GoFundMe. “Even though it’s not good news, I’m not going to worry about it.”

Jared Leto continued on with his band 30 Seconds to Mars’ summer world tour in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against him.
Leto, 53, and 30 Seconds to Mars performed in front of a jam-packed festival audience at I-Days 2025 in Milan, Italy on Wednesday, July 2, and they are expected back on stage in Gorizia, Italy, at the Piazza della Casa Rossa on Thursday, July 3. The band have upcoming shows scheduled in Spain and Portugal throughout July, before returning to the U.S. for a homecoming concert at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on August 16.
On Wednesday, Leto and his rock group performed a selection of their biggest hits to the I-Days festival crowd, including “Up in the Air,” “Kings and Queens” and “This is War.”
Leto and 30 Seconds to Mars have shared photos and videos from their European shows throughout the week via social media, without acknowledging the controversy swirling around the Oscar-winning actor.
The report included allegations from an unnamed woman who claimed that Leto approached her at a Los Angeles café to ask for her phone number when she was 16 years old.
She recalled their alleged phone conversations, saying, “I don’t know if he was on drugs or what … It was the weirdest, grossest voice … [But] for me, it’s Jared, you know?”

Another woman accused Leto of hounding her after she turned down a request to attend a party at his Laurel Canyon home.
“[He’d call] always at 1, 2, 3 a.m.,” she alleged. “The conversations turned sexual. He’d ask things like, ‘Have you ever had a boyfriend? Have you ever sucked a d***?’ He changed — his voice, the way he talked. It scared me. That was the first time I thought, ‘Oh my God, that’s not just in movies.’”
Model Laura La Rue also accused Leto of “flirting” with her when she was 16 years old and he was 36. She said, at age 17, she witnessed Leto allegedly walking into a room completely naked.
“He just walked out, d*** out, like it was normal,” La Rue insisted. “I thought maybe this was just what adult men do.”

Leto’s representatives claimed that La Rue later applied to work as the actor’s personal assistant, which they said highlights “the absence of anything inappropriate in any of their interactions.” (La Rue denied seeking work with the actor.)
Other women accused Leto of asking them to spit on his genitals while masturbating in front of them, and inviting underage young girls to parties at his home.
In response to multiple accusations of sexual impropriety, Leto’s representative stressed that “all of the allegations are expressly denied.”
Aside from his busy summer touring schedule with 30 Seconds to Mars, Leto has multiple acting projects in the works. He will return to the big screen on October 10 with a leading role in Disney’s Tron: Ares, where he will play a sophisticated AI program sent into the real world to deliver a dire warning to humanity. (The third film in the Tron series has been in the works since 2010, with Leto initially coming on board in 2017.)
Leto is also attached to the heist film, Lunik Heist, with John Mulaney and Lupita Nyong’o, and has been cast as Skeletor in a live-action reboot of Masters of the Universe, in which he’ll star opposite Nicholas Galitzine as He-Man and Camila Mendes as Teela. (Masters of the Universe will open in theaters on June 5, 2026.)

Johnson, 35, was seen exploring Ibiza, Spain, in a stylish bikini top on Wednesday, July 2. For her outing, the actress, who called off her engagement to Chris Martin last month after eight years together, wore a white top featuring triangle cups finished with halter straps. She styled the look with a low-waisted silky skirt adorned with blue and yellow florals.
Johnson further accessorized with a white baseball cap with a blue rim and a mint green beach bag with a bamboo strap. She tied her look together by styling her long brunette tresses in a braid.
The How to Be Single actress was seen enjoying her vacation with stylist Sophie Lopez, fashion insider Douglas Chabbott and Kate Hudson.
While taking a dip, Johnson showed off her bum in cheeky bikini bottoms.
Hudson, 46, for her part, sizzled in a yellow bikini featuring ruffled triangle cups and coordinating bottoms with bows tied at her hips.
Johnson and Martin, 48, reportedly split in June after previously facing breakup rumors when Johnson was spotted in Los Angeles without her engagement ring in 2024.
In August 2024, Johnson’s rep confirmed to Us Weekly, “The reports are not true. They are happily together.”
Johnson and Martin started dating in December 2017 after his divorce from Gwyneth Paltrow was finalized in July 2016. The Coldplay singer shares two children with Paltrow, 52: daughter Apple, 21, and son Moses, 19.
Since becoming single, Johnson has had a number of sexy looks. Last month, she rocked a naked dress while out and about in New York City, just one day after news broke that she split from the singer.
Her sheer dress featured a black mesh crisscross neckline, long sleeves and a miniskirt complete with a flared hem. Underneath, she gave fans a glimpse of her red lingerie.
Julie Bowen didn’t expect to reprise her role in Happy Gilmore 2— in fact, she still can’t believe she managed to be cast in the first film.
Bowen, 55, revealed that she thought she would be replaced by a younger actress in Netflix’s sequel during her Tuesday, July 1, appearance on Michael Rosenbaum’s “Inside of You” podcast.
“I didn’t think they’d bring me back at all,” she said. “I mean, who am I supposed to be? He’s got to have a younger woman in this one, ‘Happy Gilmore 2.’”
In 1996’s Happy Gilmore, Bowen played Virginia Venit, a pro golf tour public relations director who falls in love with Adam Sandler’s titular character. Both Bowen and Sandler, 58, will return for the sequel, as well as original cast members Ben Stiller and Christopher McDonald.
The follow-up also features several new stars and special guests, including Travis Kelce, Benny Safdie, Bad Bunny, Margaret Qualley, Eric André, Eminem and Sandler’s 16-year-old daughter, Sunny.
Bowen said that she wasn’t sure she would get cast in the original film, either. She thought they would choose a “hot girl” instead.
“I read, and they were relieved,” she continued. “They were visibly relieved. I go, ‘What’s going on?’ They’re like, ‘Yeah, some of these girls are just so aggressively sexy.’ And I was like, ‘That’s a bad thing?’”
Bowen also shared that even though she has less screen time in Happy Gilmore 2, Sandler has sweetly reminded her that she still plays an important role.
“Adam’s like, ‘Stop saying that. You’re the heart of the movie,'” she said.
Bowen previously opened up about her doubts about being cast in the sequel in a June interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
“I thought, ‘Well I won’t be in it.’ And that was OK — it was like, ‘Virginia Venit, it’s been 30 years, he’s got a hottie. He’s got some little bitty on the side, like a cart girl,’” she said.
Bowen even said that her eldest son, Oliver, 18, whom she shares with ex Scott Phillips, told her about a rumor that Sydney Sweeney was cast as Sandler’s love interest.
“My children told me, before I was even told officially that there was a Happy Gilmore sequel, my now 18-year-old said, ‘Mom, I hear they’re doing a sequel and he’s with Sydney Sweeney as a cart girl,’” she shared.
Bowen continued, “I went, ‘I’m hurt, and I so respect that move.’ Of course, why wouldn’t you? So when I got the call that I was actually in it, I was like, ‘Are you sure? Come on.’”
Bowen also told the outlet that she was particularly excited to meet Bad Bunny, 31, but their interaction didn’t go as well as she’d hoped.
“Seeing Bad Bunny on set, I was just like, ‘Oh, I can’t actually look you in the eye, I’m going to have to walk away,’ and I did. I think he was offended, and I had to circle back, and now I made it worse,” she said. “I’m the kind of person who doesn’t want to meet her heroes because I think I’m just going to be a jackass.”
Happy Gilmore 2 premieres on Netflix on Friday, July 25.
‘Twas the week before Bachelor in Paradise returned — and viewers are in for some surprises when they tune in.
“Everything that you think you know about Paradise is about to change,” bartender Wells Adams teased exclusively to Us, confirming that the show is “trying new things” (outside of just a new location in Costa Rica and the addition of the Golden cast members) for season 10.
While viewers will learn more about potential format changes when the show premieres on Monday, July 7, they will also quickly notice a more “cinematic” shooting style.
“We have been using the same cameras to film Paradise since the dawn of time,” Wells said. “Having these new cameras and seeing how sharp and how slick it looks — it’s like I’m watching a movie. When they told me that they were gonna do this, I was really excited about it. Mainly because the show is so sexy, naturally — everyone’s so hot — we should have the highest quality cameras capturing the beauty of these people.”
He then quipped, “Much to my chagrin because I haven’t kept up with my beauty regime. But yeah, it looks a lot different. I think it looks so much better than it did before.”
Wells AdamsDisney/Bahareh Ritter
When Us noted that there was some Love Islandenergy coming from the new look of the show, Wells jokingly fired back, “Love Island stole our idea! So I’m so sorry that we stole your cameras. You stole the IP, We just stole the technology to make it look like that.”
Host Jesse Palmer agreed with Wells that there’s “a very fresh and new look” to Paradise. “I think viewers who watch it will notice that within seconds of the very, very first episode,” he said. “I thought it looked great.”
One person Jesse believes fans should keep an eye out for is Dale Moss, who last appeared on season 16 of The Bachelorette back in 2020. “I will say he made a very strong impact,” he told Us.
Something that hasn’t changed about the franchise? The idea that an engagement is still the goal.
“To me, the foundation and the pillar of the whole franchise is love: finding love, giving people an opportunity — sometimes a second or third chance — to find that,” Jesse said. “Paradise in a big way is a lot about redemption. To me, finding love and engagement is paramount. In my opinion, that’s ultimately what the show should always be about.”
Of course, fans have also been eager to see the Golden Bachelor and Bachelorette cast on the beach. Hannah Brown, who joins as “Paradise relations,” told Us that the senior stars brought the energy.
“They brought this infectious energy that is exactly that the season needs. It feels new, it feels fresh,” the season 15 Bachelorette said. “We had a lot of fun. The Goldens don’t care — they’re just so excited to have this opportunity. They just let loose, they say what they want to say in a way that I love. I feel like it gets the younger cast out of their head because the Goldens are living life right. I was supposed to be giving advice but I was asking them for all the advice.”
Bachelor in Paradise returns to ABC Monday, July 7, at 8 p.m. ET.
Before Brie Larson was cast as Francie Fak, there was a Vanderpump Rules alum in the running for The Bear cameo.
Abby Elliott, who plays Natalie, was asked about Francie’s introduction in season 3, telling Elle last month, “[The Bear creator] Chris Storer and I have been having conversations about this since season 2, when the concept of Francie first gets introduced. We were like, ‘Who is she?’”
“We talked about Stassi [Schroeder] from Vanderpump Rules. And we were like, ‘I think she’s kind of like Stassi,’” Elliott, 38, recalled. “Then, I think it was between seasons 2 and 3, I was at the L.A. Natural History Museum, and I saw Stassi. I was like, ‘Oh my God.’ I was so embarrassed because my kid was having a tantrum and her kid was so well-behaved, and [Storer] was like, ‘This is perfect. This is so Natalie and Francie.’”
Schroeder, 37, ultimately didn’t join the hit Hulu series. Instead, viewers were surprised when Larson, 35, popped up on screen.
“When Brie stepped in, it made it all the more perfect. We really hit it off,” Elliott shared. “I think we’re pretty similar, and she’s so funny. I love her. We were simpatico from the start, which was so much fun to play. And even though we do, sort of, find out [the source of Natalie and Francie’s feud], it’s still a little unclear!”
FX
Season 3 built up to a reunion between former friends turned enemies Natalie and Francie. But when Francie finally appeared, it remained unclear what actually led to their falling out. The duo hinted at a romantic past before acknowledging that they missed each other and decided to resume their friendship.
“Another thing that Chris and I talked about: I was watching a reality show with all these women at this wedding in those Hill House nap dresses. And I was like, ‘It’d be so funny if [Francie and Natalie] are going at each other in these Little-Bo-Peep pastel dresses,’” Elliott told Elle. “So we tried to do that with the wardrobe in episode 7. She’s wearing a headband and I’m wearing a headband.”
Elliott pointed out the juxtaposition of the setting and the subject matter, adding, “Everything’s very cute, and then we’re going into this dark drunken backstory. It was my favorite thing to shoot. That episode felt so much like My Best Friend’s Wedding and The Wedding Singer and all of those kind of ’90s/2000s movies that you watch and you’re like, ‘Oh, I wish I was at that wedding.’”
Elliott concluded: “There was a scene in My Best Friend’s Wedding, which takes place in Chicago, and [Julia Roberts and Cameron Diaz] are in the bathroom at Wrigley Field. Cameron’s wearing a little headband and she’s in pastel, and she goes off on Julia’s character. I kept watching that scene before [filming episode 7] to really get me into it. So much goes down at weddings. It’s such a perfect backdrop for drama and comedy.
Kim Kardashian had to deal with firing back at the man suing her for mistakenly posting his photo on social media — instead of an inmate she was trying to help — while at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s wedding celebration, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
According to court documents obtained by Us, Kim, 44, and her legal team argued that the case brought by Ivan Cantu had no standing. The reality star signed the paperwork on June 26 while in Venice, Italy. Kim was overseas for the Bezos wedding, which took place the following day.
In 2024, Kim started using social media to raise awareness and attempt to help a different man named Ivan Cantu, a Texas man who was convicted of murder in 2001 and sentenced to death.
Kim said she became vocal to try and stay his execution, along with many others.
Her lawyer explained, “[Kim] played an important role in advocating for Mr. Cantu. Over the course of approximately ten days in February 2024, [Kim] and her team posted a series of ‘stories’ regarding Mr. Cantu — approximately 16 in all — on [Kim’s] Instagram account. Of these 16 stories, one story posted two days before Mr. Cantu’s execution mistakenly used an image of the plaintiff in this action, a New York-based project manager whose name is also Ivan Cantu.”

In his lawsuit, Ivan, the man suing Kim, claimed he suffered emotional distress due to the posting. He claimed the incident caused him to lose sleep and experience PTSD. Kim argued his claims have no merit. (The inmate that Kim was attempting to help, meanwhile, was executed on February 28, 2024)

In her motion, Kim’s lawyer said, “The mistake was discovered within hours of the posting and the story was immediately deleted, with [Kim] swiftly issuing a public apology to [Ivan] that same.”
Her lawyer continued: “Stated succinctly, this lawsuit is an attempt to cash in on a mistake that occurred in connection with, and as a direct result of, [Kim’s] exercise of her constitutional rights of free speech and petition.
The reality mogul filed a declaration as part of her motion. She said, “Over the past eight years, I have used my resources and public platform to advocate for criminal justice reform and a fairer legal system, including a focus on clemency and exoneration of individuals who were wrongfully convicted or subjected to disproportionate sentences.”

She added, “My work advocating for criminal justice reform is solely based on my personal desire to use my voice to fight for people who may not have a voice and to drive systemic change. I engage in this work because I am passionate about it and without any commercial benefit or intent.”
Kim continued, “My advocacy for criminal justice reform has no direct relation to any of my business or commercial pursuits. My advocacy led me to pursue a law degree, deepening my commitment and work in criminal justice reform. I graduated from the State Bar of California’s Law Office Study Program in May 2025.”
She said she learned about the inmate Ivan’s case in early 2024. “I was moved by Mr. Cantu’s story and his steadfast claim of innocence. I was also troubled by what I understood to be serious problems with Mr. Cantu’s conviction,” she said.
Kim said the photo of the plaintiff being used was a simple mistake.
“The use of Plaintiff’s image in the February 26 Story was a mistake and was not done intentionally. Neither I, nor to the best of my knowledge, anyone on my team knew or believed at the time the February 26 Story was posted that the person depicted in the image was Plaintiff and not Mr. Cantu. I would not have used the image appearing in the February 26 Story had I known that it was a picture of Plaintiff and not Mr. Cantu,” she said.
Apple, 21, was spotted walking her dog in the Hamptons on Thursday, July 3, dressed casually in a white sweater, navy shorts and matching Mary Jane slip-ons. For glam, Apple tied her tresses in an updo and covered her face with a pair of oversized sunglasses.
Apple is the eldest child of Paltrow, 52, and ex-husband Chris Martin, who also share 19-year-old son Moses.
Not only is Apple a dead ringer for Paltrow, but she has the wardrobe to match.
“I’ll sneak into her closet and steal little things,” the Vanderbilt University student told Interview magazinein an April profile. “My absolute favorite stuff is her old Calvin Klein from the ’90s. I have a lot of it and it’s the best thing in the world. Going into her archive closet is just heaven on earth.”

According to Apple, her mom is generous with letting her borrow clothes.
“She lets me steal stuff because she’s like, ‘I saved it all so that you could steal it.’” Apple told the outlet. “Then she’s always like, ‘You have to be so careful.’ [Back in the day, she would wear] a cheetah print coat, hair clips, sunnies and some cool wedged sandals. I love that.”
Apple and Paltrow are famously close, with the Oscar winner finding it particularly difficult when her firstborn left for college.
“It’s been a major transition. I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew it would be hard because Apple and I are so close and were together all the time,” Paltrow exclusively told Us Weekly in October 2022. “But I had no idea. It was like the worst heartbreak I’ve ever [felt]. I felt like the love of my life broke up with me for weeks. It was terrible.”
She continued, “Now, I’m getting more used to it and it also helps to see her happy and well-adjusted. That makes a huge difference. And she just came home for October break, so that was good. I’ll see her for Thanksgiving.”
In addition to seeing Apple during school holidays and breaks, Paltrow and Martin, 48, celebrated their daughter at the famed Le Bal debutante ball in Paris last fall. As Apple made her society debut, she was accompanied by her parents, her brother and her grandmother Blythe Danner.
Two of the lawyers from the 20th century’s most infamous trial have weighed in on the Sean “Diddy” Combs verdict, which the jury handed down on Wednesday, July 2, after less than three days of deliberation.
Robert Shapiro, who initially led the late O.J. Simpson’s legal team in his 1995 trial, praised Diddy’s lawyers following Wednesday’s verdict. The jury found Diddy, 55, guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but not guilty on the arguably more serious charges of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
“The defense team did a terrific job on a case the U.S. Attorney overcharged,” Shapiro, 82, told Fox News Digital on Thursday, July 3. “An acquittal in federal court is highly unusual. Congratulations to Mark [Agnifilo] and Teny [Geragos] for building an incredible group of talented lawyers.”
Alan Dershowitz, who served as an adviser for the Simpson trial, also praised Diddy’s legal team, saying it was wise to keep the disgraced mogul off the witness stand.
“Ultimately, the smart decision was not putting O.J. on the witness stand,” Dershowitz, 86, told Fox News Digital on Thursday. “The smart decision here was not putting Combs on the witness stand. The difference is we want a complete victory. They got a partial victory, but an almost complete victory, so I commend them for excellent work.”
He continued, “I think this was a good day for justice today, and it showed the power of juries to stand up against the federal government. And that’s a necessary check on the excesses of prosecutors.”
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied further allegations against him.
After the verdict came in on Wednesday, his lawyers vowed to continue “fighting” for their client. “Today’s a great victory. It’s a great victory for Sean Combs, it’s a great victory for the jury system,” Agnifilo said in a press conference. “We are not nearly done fighting. We are just getting started.”
The defense asked for Diddy to be released on bail following the partial guilty verdict, but Judge Arun Subramanian denied the request. For now, Diddy will remain in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center until his sentencing on October 3. The judge will consider an expedited sentencing date at a hearing on Tuesday, July 8.
In his interview on Thursday, Dershowitz slammed the court for denying Diddy’s bail.
“Vindictive and wrong,” he said. “He was convicted of transactional, consensual sex with two adults.”
Dershowitz and Shapiro were both part of the so-called “dream team” that represented Simpson after he was accused of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman in 1994. The team also included Johnnie Cochran, Barry Scheck, F. Lee Bailey and Robert Kardashian.
Simpson, who died last year at age 76, was acquitted following the lengthy trial, but he was later found liable for the wrongful deaths of Brown Simpson and Goldman in civil court. He was ordered to pay their families $33.5 million in damages.

Just in time for the 4th of July weekend, former Love Island USA contestant Connor Newsum hard-launched his relationship with Carmen Kocourek.
“An update,” Connor wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, July 2, with a collage of photos featuring his new girlfriend.
In one of the shots, Connor leaned in for a kiss on Carmen’s cheek as they seemingly enjoyed a dinner date. Other pictures show the couple smiling from ear to ear as they spend quality time together.

Diddy, 55, was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution on Wednesday, July 2. Following a plea for a release on bond, the disgraced music mogul was remanded back to MDC in Brooklyn, New York, to await his sentencing hearing in October.
Diddy’s holiday will begin with a breakfast of cereal, fruit, milk and a breakfast cake, according to a menu obtained by People. Hours later, he will reconvene in the commissary for lunch. Options include a choice of a hamburger or bean burger or two hot dogs or soy dogs. Inmates will also be served mac and cheese, green beans, fruit and juice.
According to the outlet, dinner options include baked fish or black beans with a side of buttered noodles, mixed vegetables and two slices of white bread.
Diddy has been incarcerated at MDC since September 2024 when he was arrested on charges of sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution and racketeering conspiracy. The rapper pleaded not guilty to the charges and denied all of the accusations.
Following the weeks-long trial, the jury rendered its verdict on Wednesday. Diddy was acquitted on the sex trafficking and racketeering charges, but found guilty on the transportation charges. Each count carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
“I want to thank my client Sean Combs for trusting us. Myself and everybody here, this incredible dream team that he put together,” lawyer Teny Geragos said during a Wednesday press conference. “Without him, we would not be able to do this. He is incredible, and I want to thank him.”
She added, “Despite the terrible conditions at the MDC, I want to thank the good people who work there who ensured that we had a sufficient amount of time to prepare for trial. It is extremely difficult to prepare for a federal case in the conditions at the MDC, and they did everything they could to make that happen.”
Lead defense attorney Marc Agnifilo also called the verdict a “great victory” for both Diddy and the justice system.
“Today’s a great victory,” Agnifilo said. “It’s a great victory for Sean Combs, it’s a great victory for the jury system. We are not nearly done fighting. We are just getting started.”

Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant stirred controversy for his comments about Cassie after the verdict in the Sean “Diddy” Combs trial was announced.
Bryant, 36, took to social media on Wednesday, July 2, and responded to a post from CBS Sports reporter Ashley Nicole Moss, who wrote, “I couldn’t imagine how she feels this morning. it’s the very unfortunate reality of women who experience sexual violence – the story is just never enough.”
“I respect your opinions heavy but Cassie wasn’t no victim.. not even close,” Bryant wrote.
When Moss pointed out “we saw her beaten on camera,” Bryant added, “I was referring to the freak offs and drugs she chose to participate in.”
“Her getting beat was extremely unacceptable but a lot of you people gotta understand your wife of 15yrs will risk her family for a life style in Hollywood,” Bryant wrote in another post. “Accountability have to play its part somewhere.”
When one commenter called Bryant’s comments “sad,” the ex-NFL player continued his ranting.
“I’m not sad… diddy wrong and Cassie wrong,” Bryant wrote. “A lot of you women get weird whenever it’s time to take accountability for your actions..a sin is a sin neither is greater than the other.”
Bryant received major pushback for his comments, with one fan saying, “Dez you gotta stop so much talking bro.”
“Dez appreciate your football acumen,” a separate fan commented. “But you are a f***ing idiot here man did you not see videos of her being beaten??? Your view on women is what is wrong with society today.”
Another wrote, “Dez bro I love you but what are you on and why would you ever post this.”
He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. His sentencing date is currently scheduled for October 3.
Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges leveled against him after his September 2024 arrest in New York City and has denied all of the allegations.
Multiple people accused Diddy of sexual assault and sex trafficking, beginning with his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, 38, who testified in May as a key witness for the prosecution.
Diddy’s arrest came nearly one year after Cassie filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual and physical abuse throughout their relationship, which lasted off and on from 2007 to 2018. The mogul denied her claims in a statement shared by his attorney.
“Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations,” Diddy’s lawyer Ben Brafman said at the time.
One day after the suit was filed, Diddy and Cassie settled out of court. In May 2024, CNN published a hotel surveillance video of Diddy kicking and grabbing Cassie in 2016. He later apologized for his actions in a video shared via Instagram.

Body positive influencer Clara Dao is reflecting on how her decision to get breast implants impacted her social media following.
“I fully expected I would be cancelled once I announced my boob job,” Dao, 26, told the New York Post on Tuesday, July 2. “I’ve lost a lot of followers – around 500,000 across all my platforms. Losing followers doesn’t come as a shock.”
She continued, “I built my following based on that one single message of loving your natural body, your flat chest, especially. A big part of my following followed me for that message.”
Dao amassed almost eight million followers on social media, frequently posting about her smaller chest and her journey to self-acceptance. Dao underwent the cosmetic procedure in March, costing her $3,398.56 — and admitted that the backlash from her following has been “pretty brutal.”
“Before, when I did flat chest content, most of the hate came from guys, saying you look like a guy, you look ugly, you’re like a piece of wood. Now my hate comes from women, saying you’re a hypocrite, you’re so fake. A lot of people won’t understand. I accept that I won’t be understood by most people, especially my fans,” she said. “The first video I made was about doing what you love. That’s the deeper message I want to spread with my content.”
Despite the reaction from some of her followers, Dao said her “immediate circle” had “positive” things to say because they knew she wanted “a change.”
“My family has always encouraged me to get the surgery since I was 17, since before I started making the content,” she explained. “There’s a cultural difference. In Asia, people are a lot more image-focused. They want you to show the best version of yourself, no flaws, especially online. When I first started social media and showed my flat chest, showed my imperfections, belly rolls, acne, skin texture, my family was against that for a very long time. But I never really listened to them.”
Dao, who went from a bra size 32AA to a 32C, said she’s “loving” her new look and doesn’t regret getting the implants.
“I felt boxed into that content,” she said of having a smaller bra size. “People just knew me as ‘the flat-chested girl.’ As long as I had my flat chest, I could fall back on it and increase my subscribers, and things would just be the same.”
She continued, “Creatively, I feel boxed in; I don’t feel passionate about the content I did anymore. I don’t want that option anymore. I got the surgery because I was bored. I wanted to get out of the trap of making content about my flat chest. I had a lot of self-love and body positivity before, and I have a lot of self-love now.”
Dao admitted that the surgery was “pretty impulsive” as she began thinking about getting implants in February and underwent the procedure in Vietnam the following month. The influencer noted that she had “slight complications” with the surgery but is now on the road to recovery.
“The wound on my left side didn’t close for two, three weeks, so it took a bit longer to heal, but nothing major. The service here is very good. They checked the wound every day,” she explained. “It really hurt for the first three days. I’d need help getting up and down from the bed, and I couldn’t do certain movements with my arms. But after a month, you get back basically to normal.”
Sophia Bush revealed the ways One Tree Hillallegedly would try to get out of paying the female leads — including lying that the show was about to go off the air.
During the Thursday, July 3, episode of “The Burnouts” podcast, Bush, 42, was asked whether she had an opportunity to negotiate her salary, to which she replied, “We weren’t really given the opportunity to do that. They would always tell us we were on the verge of getting canceled so that we wouldn’t try.”
“They just said, ‘Listen, we know none of the girls are making what the boys are making. But you cannot pay her a third of what the woman making the least amount of money on the show is making,’” she noted. “They really went to bat for me.”
According to Bush, she was “finally” being “paid equally to the second-lowest paid woman on the cast” after the negotiations. “So under 20 percent of what my male costar was making on the show,” she added.
One Tree Hill, which aired from 2003 to 2012, was set in the fictional town of Tree Hill, North Carolina, and originally followed the lives of two half-brothers — played by Chad Michael Murray and James Lafferty — who compete for positions on their school’s basketball team.
CW / courtesy everett collection
Over the years, viewers got more invested in the brothers’ respective lives and romantic relationships, which allowed for their female costars, including Bush, Hilarie Burton Morgan and Bethany Joy Lenz, to have large roles on screen
“Part of the reason they like to make teen television is because they don’t really have to pay young people very much money. Because I had been an added character — even though I’d be a series regular,” Bush continued. “I was essentially told, ‘This is all we can afford to pay you. Take it or leave it. It’s never going to get any better than this.’”
Bush called it a “baptism by fire in the financial space,” adding, “You want to work so you say yes, but when you make money, 10 percent goes to your agent and 10 percent goes to your manager and 5 percent goes to your lawyer. Then you have to buy into your union and you have to figure out how to incorporate a business.”
While One Tree Hill was finding success on screen, Bush was struggling to make ends meet.
“I threw cash at friends who had a 6th floor walk-up in the West Village. My two best friends from college moved into it and it was a two-bedroom apartment and I would sleep on the pullout couch on weekends when I’d fly up here,” she recalled. “People are like, ‘Oh my God, you’re the star of a TV show and there’s billboards everywhere.’ And you’re like, ‘I’m terrified about how I’m going to pay my rent.’”
Bush isn’t the only one to speak out about her OTH paycheck. Bevin Prince, who made regular appearances on the drama from season 1 to 4, opened up about how much she brought in.
“We were making $75 a day for 16-to 18-hour days. I was still in college and was still trying to finish my degree at the same time, which was really complicated for me,” Prince, 42, revealed to Bush and Burton during the “Drama Queens” podcast in December 2021. “Because we were displaced from Hollywood, I got to know you guys so well, and Soph, you especially were such a champion for me along the way with everybody. Then they started to let me do things.”
She added: “When I look back at it, I really can find things that I am incredibly proud of. I think one of the things that I am super proud of is my ability to show up and show up really hard. Like if somebody asked me to shake my pom-pom, I’m not going to shake it lightly. I took that $75-a-day job very seriously.”

While enjoying her last few moments in Greece on vacation with her husband, comedian Jeff Arcuri, former Bachelorette star Katie Thurston took to Instagram to share a life update.
In the three-minute long video, Thurston revealed she is preparing for a “big check-in scan” on July 7. The check-in is “to see how the meds are working with my tumor, the good news would be either no growth or even shrinkage.”
“We go home today, and oftentimes when I’m entering back into reality of cancer, that’s when things kind of start to hit,” Thurston explained. “When those monthly scans or appointments come and go, I allow myself the next 28 days to really forget that I have cancer.”
Thurston said being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer has forced her to “shift” how she thinks. “My oncologist never told me how much time I have left, and I’ve never asked.”
“Stage 4 is a very scary mentality at times, because it is forever,” Thurston explained, adding that she continues to do her best to seek out all of the blessings in her life.
While sharing that her skin biopsies came back benign and that she and Jeff were upgraded during their stay in Greece, “a part of me was like, ‘Thank you. Thank you, God, Thank you universe for these blessings and everything you’ve given me today.’”
“But there’s a small part of me that like feels like a dog before it dies, gets this, like, this big boost, you know,” Thurston shared as she grew emotional. “I’m not trying to even make this like a sad video. I’m just being honest that cancer is very much like a trained lifestyle at this point.”
The 34-year-old added that it is up to people to decide how they want to live their life and for Thurston, especially while vacationing in Greece, “I enjoyed wine. I enjoyed the sugars, you know, the desserts. I enjoyed the memories that I’m making. Because what’s the point of not living when you’re given today? You know, when you’re given life?”
“And that’s how I feel like every day, I’m just like, ‘Thank you.’ Every night I go to bed, I’m like, ‘Thank you for giving me today.’”
Thurston first announced she was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2025. “Life update: I have breast cancer. Yesterday I saw all the couples post their Valentine’s Day celebrations. I felt envious if I’m being honest,” she said, at the time.
“Jeff took me to Hawaii and after, we were going to travel the world before planting roots together in NYC finally. But instead, my Vday was spent coordinating a place to live as I have to go back to LA for more testing and treatment.”
