After finding love and getting married during season 3, Colleen Reed and Matt Boltonannounced their breakup in May 2025 after four years together.
“We’ve been separated for some time now and have [done] our best to work through everything privately and with care,” Colleen and Matt wrote in a joint Instagram statement. “This was an incredibly difficult decision, not one we made lightly. It came with a lot of thought and it’s been an emotional process for both of us.”
Weeks earlier, Colleen exclusively told Us Weekly that she and Matt dealt with “so many challenges” in their marriage.
“You have your own everyday challenges that you go through in a relationship and a marriage,” Colleen told Us in April 2025. “With everything, it’s definitely a pressure cooker, so you just have to be strong with yourself and with your relationship.”
Colleen and Matt are not the only Love Is Blind couple whose relationship fell apart after leaving both the pod experiment and the reunion hand-in-hand. Keep scrolling for more:
Ashley and Tyler got married during season 7 after overcoming his secret confession that he fathered three children via sperm donation. She announced their separation in January 2025, filing for divorce the following May.
“He should have never went on the show,” Ashley claimed of her now-ex on the “What’s the Reality?” podcast in May 2025, alleging that Tyler “presented” himself as being ready to tie the knot when the opposite was seemingly true. “This was a mind[f***] for me, big time, trying to rationalize how he slipped through the cracks. He presented himself as that man during filming, to the point that everybody loved him. He’s very charismatic … [and] he seemed like he was ready for an honest marriage.”
Tyler, meanwhile, said in a social media statement that he respected “Ashley’s decision” to end their marriage.
“I respect Ashley’s decision to move forward in a way that prioritizes her peace and happiness,” he wrote. “Ashley is an incredible woman, and I have nothing but admiration and gratitude for the love and support she has given me. I ask for kindness and understanding as we both move forward separately, focusing on healing and growth.”
In their May 2025 statement, the ballet dancer and Matt reflected on the “emotional process” of breaking up.
“We met in the most unique and unexpected way, and we’ll always be grateful for the love and memories we’ve shared,” the statement read. “There’s not one thing we would change and we continue to have deep respect and care for one another. Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We kindly ask for compassion as we navigate this transition."
After appearing on season 2, Danielle filed for divorce in August 2022, just two months after the pair celebrated their first wedding anniversary. She later cited that they had personality “incompatibilities.” Months later, Nick told Us that they were no longer in touch.
“We’re still going through it,” Nick told Us in October 2022. “I’m doing OK. I’m not gonna lie and say, ‘Oh, it’s easy,’ or, ‘I’m doing great,’ but I’m doing OK. Losing a relationship that was so meaningful and with someone that you deeply love and care for is never gonna be easy.”
He added, “For my own mental health and healing, I had to create a boundary with her that I’m not engaging anymore. I’m choosing to leave the past behind me and focus on all the stuff I have going on. I don’t wanna live in the past. I don’t want to be in any kind of position where I’m having to defend myself.”
They reunited the next year for an episode of Nick’s “Eyes Wide Open” podcast, demonstrating that they can now be cordial.
Jarrette and Iyanna also broke up in August 2022 after appearing on season 2 of Love Is Blind.
“Divorce really is like a grief and as much as people laugh at how long we were married, I think my expectations made it real. My hope made it real, my effort made it real, my tears made it real,” Iyanna captioned a TikTok video in November 2022, sharing footage of herself in tears after finalizing their divorce. “So, I’m crying for the girl that I was at the beginning of this marriage, when I was so hopeful and had less baggage and I was optimistic and I was healed. I’m crying for that marriage that I thought could work.”
She further claimed that “s*** hit the wall” after the cameras cut.
While SK turned Raven down at the altar during season 3, they did get back together. After a few months of dating long distance while SK was in graduate school, they broke up when Raven claimed that her then-boyfriend had been unfaithful.
“There were definitely a lot of moments when I had a very unsettled feeling,” Raven told Us in February 2023. “I don’t know if necessarily they were red flags, but I was ignoring things that I shouldn’t have. I was like, ‘Hmm, something isn’t right here.’ And instead of using my voice and communicating with my partner, I just kind of was like, ‘Oh, I don’t wanna stir up any conflict.’ In the end, it really didn’t serve me. So now I know, like, I need to listen to myself.”
SK, meanwhile, denied that he cheated on Raven and stressed that he hooked up with another woman after he split from the fitness trainer.
After Jackie called off her season 4 engagement to Marshall Glaze, she started seeing fellow contestant Josh. After a year of dating, they broke up due to unknown circumstances.
"I’m still sick about it. I love that man,” Jackie said during a September 2023 TikTok livestream. “I was like, ‘Damn, I had all these life plans with you and then you just don’t even care.’ And I’m like, ‘That’s crazy.’ … I tried doing everything I could and what’s crazy is looking back on these messages I look like a begging a** bitch and I never beg no one to be with me.”
After a pod love triangle with Sarah Ann and Laura Dadisman, Jeramey opted to propose to Laura sight unseen during season 6. Their engagement fizzled before their would-be wedding day after she claimed that Jeramey spent all night at Sarah Ann’s house. He denied the claims, but later did start dating Sarah Ann. They broke up a year later.
“This is in no way one person’s fault. It’s mutual in the aspect that we both contributed to the issues in our relationship,” she said in a September 2024 Instagram video. “We go about things so differently and it’s wild because I never really realized those things until after we were faced with so much adversity and all of the hate came in.”
She continued, "I had someone ask if it ended amicably, and no it wasn’t, if you want me to be blatantly honest. It was ugly [and] it ended really ugly. It’s important to note that Jeramey and I fought really hard for our relationship. We both wanted it to work.”
Katie Couric understands the pain that Today cohost Sheinelle Jones is enduring following the death of her husband, Uche Ojeh.
“With profound sadness, we share this morning that Uche Ojeh, the husband of our dear friend and Today cohost Sheinelle Jones has passed away after a courageous battle with an aggressive form of brain cancer called glioblastoma,” Savannah Guthrieannounced on the show on May 23. “There are no words for the pain that we feel for Sheinelle and their three young children. Uche was an incredible person. We all loved him.” (The couple shared son Kayin, 15, and twins Clara and Uche, 12.)
Couric, who cohosted Today from 1991 to 2006, also lost her first husband, Jay Monahan, to cancer in the late 1990s. (Couric and Mohahan married in 1989 and went on to welcome two daughters, Carrie and Ellie, before his death at the age of 42.)
“I did everything I could to keep Jay alive,” Couric wrote in her memoir Going There. “Looking back, I wish I had done a better job helping him die.”
In the aftermath of Jones’ loss and as Couric and more current and former Today hosts and anchors give their heartfelt well wishes and support, here’s a look back at Couric’s own family tragedy and how she found a way to turn her pain into power.
Her first husband Jay Monahan was diagnosed in 1997

Monahan was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in April 1997. Couric opened up about the months that followed in an essay for Option B, an organization that provides practical support for people who have suffered a loss, in November 2018.
“Nearly twenty years later, when I think of that Thanksgiving, it makes me cry. My healthy, handsome, athletic husband—the college football and lacrosse player—had become thin and gaunt, but was still impeccably dressed, with a tweed sports coat beneath a quilted Barbour jacket and brown leather lace-up shoes,” Couric wrote at the time.

In an interview with Peoplepublished in 2021, Couric looked back on her first husband’s bravery as he faced the outcome of his diagnosis head-on.
“I was so worried about letting go of hope, because I didn’t want Jay to spend whatever time he had left just waiting to die,” she said. “I think it takes extraordinary courage to be able to face death, and I think I was too scared, honestly.”

Couric established the National Colorectal Cancer Research Alliance in 2000, two years after Monahan’s death. The organization has raised at least $800 million for cancer research since it was founded.
As a host on the Today show, Couric opted to air her own colonoscopy to shed light on the importance of the procedure — an act that resulted in a 20% increase in adults undergoing their own.
She got engaged to John Molner in 2013

Couric said her daughters were surprised when she and second husband Molner got engaged in 2013. “I think they were a little [like] ‘Wow,’ because it’s been the three of us for so long,” Couric explained to Access Hollywood.
“They really think the world of John,” she also shared. “He loves them and so I think it’s all good and I think it’s going to be a while. And I’m focused on Carrie right now and her senior year of high school.”

Couric’s first grandchild was born March 2024 and named after Monahan.
“John Albert Dobrosky was born on his due date, Saturday, March 23rd at 8:23 am, just shy of seven pounds,” Couric captioned Instagram hospital pics of daughter Ellie, and her husband, Mark Dobrosky, holding their newborn. “He will be called Jay in honor of his maternal grandfather.”
In March 2025 she told Us Weekly, “When Ellie gets married or has a baby, or Carrie is going to get her PhD this fall, you know, I always think of how proud he would be of them. So, we think about him a lot.”
Baby Jay’s name was something that came as a surprise to Couric. “I was pulling for Katie. We didn’t know whether she was having a boy or a girl,” the TV personality joked. “I think [Ellie] was thinking of Jay, but it was a surprise. And his name is John Albert — Albert after Mark’s grandfather and Jay after Ellie’s dad. So, it’s a very meaningful and special name. And he’s super cute, obviously.”
Couric was diagnosed with breast cancer in September 2022, sending her on her own cancer journey and adding another layer to her ongoing cancer research and treatment advocacy.
“June 21, 2022, was the first day of summer, my 8th wedding anniversary, and the day I found out I had breast cancer,” she wrote in an essay for her Katie Couric Media website in September 2022.
A month later, Couric revealed she was feeling “just fine” following the news.
“I just feel super lucky that it was diagnosed when it was, that I went, even though I was late, that I went when I did,” she explained, crediting her radiologist with helping her figure out what to do right away. “I was pretty stunned, and I think those words — ‘it’s cancerous’ or ‘you have cancer’ — do stop you in their tracks, but she told me it was treatable. We needed to have a plan.”
Couric shared an update in 2023 and announced she was cancer-free. She told People, “I was very fortunate. My cancer was caught very, very early when it’s most treatable, and if I can just be an advertisement for people to get screened, to get their mammography done, to talk to their doctors, and if they have dense breasts, to get additional screening.”
We know what you’re thinking: jelly flats? In 2025? But the truth is, they’re back — and weirdly enough, they look better than ever. Celebs have been slipping into them with everything from slouchy trousers to floaty sundresses, proving that these throwback shoes can actually feel fresh and even chic with the right styling.
The catch? Jelly flats aren’t exactly heatwave-friendly. Since they’re made from plastic (or at least plastic-adjacent), you’ve got a small-but-glorious window to wear them before temps hit “standing-on-the-surface-of-the-sun” levels. So now — when it’s warm but not yet gross out — is the sweet spot. They’re breathable(ish), playful and add a pop of personality to outfits that otherwise feel like rinse-and-repeat summer staples.
So if you’re even thinking about snagging a pair, the time is officially now. Ahead, chic styles from $15.
9 Stylish Jelly Flats Starting At $15
1. Playground Princess: With a closed-toe lattice design that keeps your toes protected but still lets your feet breathe, this stye is like the adult version of your childhood faves. At just $20, they’re a low-stakes way to dip back into the jelly trend without overthinking it.
2. Time Traveler: This grown-up Mary Jane takes the nostalgia up a notch with a chic square toe, subtle buckle and cork footbed for actual all-day comfort. It’s like your childhood school shoes, but make it stylish.
3. Sock Trick: These ankle-hugging jelly flats are the closest thing to wearing socks. The slip-on style and round toe make them easy, breezy, and kinda artsy.
4. Cage Match: This isn’t your average dad sandal. The caged toe and buckle strap add structure, while the PVC keeps things light and water-friendly. Think: fisherman chic, but make it 2025.
5. ’90s Dean: A preppy loafer meets a ‘90s jelly revival in this geometric cutout flat that somehow feels both nostalgic and totally modern. It’s quirky, cool and definitely not what your boss would expect on Casual Friday.
6. Beach Bum Slip-On: These breathable mesh jelly mules are perfect for beach days, grocery runs or just not wanting to deal with straps. Bonus: the padded footbed makes them feel more like house shoes than summer sandals.
7. The Sparkle Stealth: They’ve got a slight heel for that polished lift, but the real charm is how sparkly these shoes look without veering into gaudy territory.
8. PVC Picasso: Like wearable sculpture, these lightweight flats feature a lacy PVC upper that’s actually fruit-scented (yes, really). They’re water-resistant and shockingly comfy, thanks to that cushy sole.
9. Cherry Pop: Bright cherry red with a bold T-strap, these bold flats are not for the faint of heart — but if you want your jelly sandals to do the talking, they’ve got plenty to say.
“It was sudden [and] it felt like it was my life,” Patrick, 43, said on the Wednesday, May 21, episode of “The Sage Steele Show” podcast, going on to describe her break up with the former Green Bay Packers athlete as the most painful thing she had ever experienced.
“You know, when you live with somebody and it’s, like, your whole life,” she continued. “It’s your dentist appointment, it’s your hairdo, it’s your clothes, it’s your mailing address. It’s, like, everything.”
The retired NASCAR driver went on to allege that the “nature of the relationship was emotionally abusive,” which she claimed “wore [her] down to nothing.”
Someone that people could never imagine that I would lack any confidence or belief in the simple things about who I am,” she claimed. “Yeah, everything was down to bits.”
Patrick and Rodgers dated from 2018 to 2020. Patrick’s rep confirmed to Us that they were “no longer together” after she unfollowed the NFL star on social media.
Rodgers has never publicly discussed the end of their two-year relationship at length, nor responded to Patrick’s abuse allegations. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.
“He leaves a trail of blood. I don’t think I’m saying too much earth-shattering stuff after there’s been enough out there,” Patrick quipped on Wednesday’s episode. “[The breakup] gave me the greatest gift, which was myself. I was, like, ‘Wow.’ It gave me the greatest gift of how much I needed to show up for myself and take care of myself.”
During her podcast interview, Patrick further admitted that she had ignored signs of the alleged abuse at the time.
“I would say, ‘I’m built for hard things. I can handle hard things,’ and so, I just saw it as a hard thing,” Patrick said. “My nature is to try harder and to do more, and I was like, ‘What if I don’t do it for the right person? What if I just get a stick up my a** about this and get too proud?’”
According to Patrick, she “wished [she] would have tried” to leave the situation earlier.
“I don’t have shame and I don’t have regret because I know that everything leads to the next thing,” she added. “It’s all part of the path of learning the lessons and becoming who you are again. It’s not that you’re not going to go through hard times again, but learn how to get through them quicker [and] learn how to get through them more peacefully.”
Patrick later moved on with Carter Comstock before they split in 2022 after nearly one year together.
“I’m like, ‘Is my judgment the best?’ I don’t know,” Patrick exclusively joked to Us Weekly in May 2022, referring to the split. “I think that you just have to follow your heart and trust your intuition.”
She continued, “I think that’s something that increasingly over time, I’m doing a better job of. So just trust that intuition, look for … like right, if there are red flags at the beginning, like trust that [and] don’t just brush it off. I think those are the things that I’m beginning to realize are really critical. … I have no doubt that it’ll come along and [at the] perfect timing.”
Rodgers, for his part, was briefly engaged to actress Shailene Woodley after he and Patrick went their separate ways. Their on-off relationship ended for good in 2022, before he found love again with a currently unidentified partner.
“I’m in a different phase of my life,” Rodgers said on the Pat McAfee Showlast month. “I’m 41 years old. I’m in a serious relationship. I have off-the-field stuff going on that requires my attention. I have personal commitments not knowing what my future was going to look like after last year that are important to me.”
Rodgers is an NFL free agent who has not yet formally signed with a new team ahead of the 2025-2026 season.

Taylor Swiftand Travis Kelce reemerged from their hiatus from the spotlight for a low-key date in Florida!!! — three exclamation points obviously required.
Swift and Kelce, both 35, were spotted having dinner at Harry’s restaurant in West Palm Beach on Friday, May 23, according to photos obtained by TMZ. The pop star wore an off-the-shoulder floral sundress with a black handbag, while Kelce opted for a leaf-printed button-down, khaki pants and a black baseball cap.
According to the outlet, Swift and Kelce were seen holding hands as they entered the establishment but reportedly kept the PDA to a minimum.
Kelce, a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, recently relocated to the Sunshine State — temporarily — to start training for the upcoming 2025-2026 NFL season. He’s been renting a $20 million abode in Boca Raton, which is approximately 25 miles from downtown West Palm.
Swift, for her part, has been flying under the radar since ending her history-making Eras Tour and cheering on Kelce in the 2025 Super Bowl in February. (The Chiefs ultimately lost to the Philadelphia Eagles.)
“Taylor and Travis are doing great, and they’re still very much together and in love,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in a cover story last month. “They’re just taking a break from the public eye.”
In addition to enjoying their well-earned downtime, Swift and Kelce stepped out for a handful of vacations in the likes of New York, Montana and Utah.
“Travis wants to take [a breather] from the public eye,” a second source told Us in April. “He was working too much last year, and he didn’t play as well as he wanted. He wants to have a good season and not have the focus be on his relationship with Taylor.”
Kelce has been dating the Grammy winner since summer 2023, shortly after he called her out on his “New Heights” podcast for not wanting to meet when he went to her Eras Tour concert in Kansas City. After hearing Kelce’s podcast pleas, Swift reached out, and the rest of their love story is history.
“We actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other,” she told TIME in a December 2023 profile, addressing her first appearance at his game the previous September. “By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”
Swift kept stepping out at many of Kelce’s games, including back-to-back Super Bowls, all of which often stole attention and elicited criticism from football fans. No matter what, Swift has shaken off the haters.
“I don’t know how they know what suite I’m in,” she added to TIME. “I don’t know if I’m being shown 17 times or once. “I’m just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I’m being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads.”
Kelce is equally proud of Swift, attending many of her Eras concerts and even organizing a post-tour party in December 2024.

Beloved food show host Adam Richman is giving fans an update following a mysterious second operation.
“I’m home, and grateful to have made it through,” the Man v. Food host wrote in an update to an original Instagram post shared on Friday, May 23. “Feeling quite rough, but that’s to be expected. Looking to use this summer to rebuild mentally and physically and come out with some new bangers for you this fall.”
He added, “Also Jalen Brunson should NOT have tried that long range three,” referring to the New York Knicks’ guard and his recent playoff performance
On Friday, Richman, 51, shared a vague post asking fans for their prayers and well-wishes ahead of a mysterious second surgery.
“Hello beautiful people. Don’t want to scare anyone like last time, so just want to be ultra clear-Today is surgery number two,” he wrote. “And because nobody knows the future, I just wanted to once again tell all those who have been so kind and supportive of me & the shows I make and have made, I am forever grateful & love you all so much.”
The original post continued, “If I’m granted the opportunity to come out of this, I promise I’ll continue to work my tail off to give you my all. Blessed to live the life I have & yes, blessed to live long enough to see my beloved @spursofficial lift a European Trophy. If ya have a second, lift your boy up in your prayers. See ya on the other side.”
One month earlier, the former host sparked concern over his health after sharing a cryptic Instagram post in which he said he never claimed to be perfect.
“Thank you all for the support you have given & the chance to live out my dreams to uplift so many others through the shows that I make, and to tell their stories,” he wrote on April 10. “I’m not perfect, never claimed to be. I’ve always tried my best and tried to lead with love. I’m rooting for all of you, & appreciate every last one of you.”
Later, Richman gave fans an update in which he explained the post and apologized for causing so much online worry.
“I wasn’t going to say anything because it’s kind of a personal nature,” he said at the time. “So I have to have a couple of surgeries. Thankfully it’s just to fix some injuries I’ve had. It’s nothing, God forbid, related to a much more serious medical condition. But they’re serious surgeries to fix these injuries.”
Richman went on to explain that his father had undergone what he referred to as a “routine surgery” when he was 52 and “never came out,” which left the television host afraid of hospitals and surgeries.
“These injuries are maybe a little bit of a result of me feeling my own age,” he added. “I’m scared. I’m super scared out of my mind, and a bit sad. I know nowadays, everyone’s trying to be a sigma — no one wants to admit any kind of fear, but I’m scared.”
Ahead of his unspecified procedures, Richman said he “prayed” and, as a result, felt “a lot of gratitude and a bit of humility” which ultimately inspired him to share the original, concerning post.
“I was trying to communicate because the bottom line is that I work at the pleasure of the people that enjoy my shows,” he explained. “That enjoy me as a host —or whatever that is.”
Khloé Kardashian is ready to usher in a whole new generation of “Cheetah sisters.”
“Girl sleepover and it’s about that time @adriennebailon,” Kardashian, 40, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Friday, May 24, sharing a photo of her TV cued up to watch 2003’s The Cheetah Girlson Disney+.
While it’s not known who scored invites to the intimate sleepover, Kardashian shares daughter True, 7, and son Tatum, 2, with ex Tristan Thompson. She also frequently babysits her 8-year-old niece Dream Kardashian, the daughter of exes Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna.
The now-classic Disney Channel Original Movie, based on Deborah Gregory’s book series of the same name, starred Raven-Symoné, Sabrina Bryan, Kiely Williams and Bailon-Houghton, now 41, as a teenage girl band. The musical’s success spawned two televised sequels in 2006 and 2008, respectively. (Bryan, 40, Williams, 38, and Bailon also went on multiple live concert tours and recorded several CDs as their onscreen personas.)
During the Cheetah Girls’ heyday, Bailon-Houghton dated Rob, now 38, from 2007 to 2009. Bailon-Houghton and her family even made cameos on his family’s Keeping Up With the Kardashians docuseries at the time.
“It really is the shortest relationship I’ve ever had,” Bailon-Houghton, who is now married to producer Israel Houghton, exclusively recalled to Us Weekly in December 2018 of her previous romance. “I was like, ‘Guys, but I’ve accomplished other things.’”
Courtesy of Khloe Kardashian/ Instagram
She added, “I think that even got misinterpreted as me saying at some point I wish I had never done the show. I don’t think it was that at all. … I just was annoyed that people tried to say that was the only thing I had accomplished. So, that was a sucky spot in my career.”
Bailon-Houghton rose to fame as a member of girl group 3LW before The Cheetah Girls came her way. She’s since starred in additional film projects, launched a jewelry line and cohosted The Real talk show.
While Bailon-Houghton has moved on from Rob and their one-time romance, she still keeps up with his famous siblings.
“I love those girls and I think that they’re amazing,” Bailon-Houghton told Us in January 2024. “They’re girls’ girls. They’re always there to lift you up and be like, ‘You’ve got this. You look amazing,’ give a compliment, and it’s awesome.”
At the time, the actress told Us that she was “waiting” to introduce her 2-year-old son, Ever, to Kourtney Kardashian’s youngest, Rocky. (Kourtney, 46, and husband Travis Barker welcomed their son in November 2023. They each have three older kids from previous relationships.)
“We’re definitely going to make it happen,” Bailon-Houghton quipped.

The offer to star in TheBallad of Wallis Island came amidst Carey Mulligan’s pregnancy with her third baby.
“Marcus [Mumford, my husband] told me I needed to do the film before I even read the script because he was such a big fan,” Mulligan, 39, told The Times of London in an interview published on Friday, May 23. “I said, ‘Well, I’m going to read it first.’ But he just said, ‘Be in the film.’”
The Ballad of Wallis Island is based on Tom Basden and Tim Key’s 2007 short film of the same name, which was nominated for a BAFTA that same year. Since then, Mumford, 38, became a devoted listener of the Key’s Poetry Programme radio show on BBC Radio 4.
Mulligan had announced in January 2023 that she and the Mumford & Sons frontman were expecting their third child. (They also share daughter Evelyn, now 9, and son Wilfred, now 7.)
While Mulligan was initially aware that joining Wallis Island meant that she’d be shooting the project newly postpartum, she couldn’t bear to turn down director Richard Curtis’ offer.
“I wanted to be in something fun,” Mulligan told The Times. “I wanted to be a part of something that would give people joy. I am aware that I’ve done lots of quite sad films. I thought, ‘Oh, I’ll be in something lovely, I’m not going to make anyone cry.’”
Mulligan and the crew shot Wallis Island in August 2023 in just 18 days on location in Wales.
“[It was] the shortest shoot I’ve ever done,” Mulligan recalled, noting her youngest child was 10 weeks old at the time. “My mum came [to help and] my family came. We saw lots of aunts and uncles. It’s a massive advert for Wales. It looks so beautiful.”
“He loved them all and was around for a bit of the rehearsals. He was a cheerleader in the background,” Mulligan gushed, also noting that she was a bit nervous about singing with Basden, 45, Key, 48, at a May screening, unlike her spouse on the set. “I did it, but it was excruciating. I can do it fine on set and in character, but that just pushed me completely over the edge.”
Mulligan revealed in October 2023 that she had given birth earlier that year, telling Vogue that life as a mom of three was “very normal.” (Mulligan and Mumford have not publicly shared their little one’s name or sex.)
The Pride and Prejudice actress and Mumford, who have been married since 2012, often keep details about their family private. While speaking with The Times, Mulligan did tease that she planned to have “a lovely summer off” with her kids in the forthcoming months.
Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson might be a well-known reality star — but that doesn’t mean she’s been paid like one.
“I never had gotten all the money. I have never, ever received the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo money. I’ve never seen it,” Thompson, 19, claimed in an interview with People published on Saturday, May 24, alleging that she has received zero funds from her time starring on both reality TV shows Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and Toddlers & Tiaras.
“Never ever even heard of it, if I’m being completely honest,” she added. “I don’t know what happened to it.”
This isn’t the first time money has been a contentious topic for Thompson, who rose to fame when she starred on Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, which aired on TLC from 2012 to 2017. The series followed the child beauty pageant contestant and her family, including mom June “Mama June” Shannon — who stars in the WeTV spinoff series, Mama June: From Not to Hot. The show began airing in 2017, with season 7 set to premiere on May 30.
An April 2025 trailer for the upcoming season revealed Thompson and Shannon are still sparring over cash. The clip begins with June telling the group, “Even though we might be a dysfunctional family, the dysfunctionality works for our family.” In the next clip, Thompson is seen asking Shannon for the money she owes, as June hands her what appears to be a dry-erase board in the shape of a giant check.
“This isn’t a game,” Thompson tells the camera.
Growing up as a reality TV star hasn’t just impacted Thompson’s bank account. The former beauty pageant star said her time in front of the cameras has also impacted her own body image — for better and for worse.
“For the most part, I’m very confident in myself and what I wear. I’m kind of just like, ‘Who gives a damn?’” Thompson, 19, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting Lifetime’s new series I Was Honey Boo Boo. “A lot of people look at bigger girls and they’re like, ‘Oh, they’re not healthy.’ But I feel like healthy bodies come in all different shapes and sizes. I’m completely healthy. I may be a little bit bigger, but I’m completely healthy.”
Thompson — whose mom underwent a full body transformation, including a 2015 gastric sleeve — noted that the show contributed to her own issues surrounding body image and a sense of self..
“That was just mainly because my mom was going from not to hot,” Thompson explained to Us. “She was a bigger girl and I’ve always been a bigger girl myself too. And just to see my mom go from 300 pounds to 100 pounds was a shock to me just because it’s like, ‘Am I going to have to do that one day because I’m a bigger girl? [Are] people not going to love me until I get surgery or I’m this thin pretty little girl?’”
She continued, “So it was very hard on me, but after a while I noticed that either way my mom was still getting shown love, so I was like, I mean she’s still getting shown love.”
British influencer Saffron Barker claimed that her recent vacation in Las Vegas ended with a robbery.
“This holiday was a nightmare,” she captioned a YouTube video posted on Friday, May 22. “Emergency surgery, we got robbed and they stole EVERYTHING.”
Before Barker, 24, shared the footage from her and boyfriend Josh Miln’s ill-fated getaway, she issued a disclaimer.
“Before this vlog starts properly, I just want to let you know that this video is a little bit all over the place,” Barker wrote at the start of her video. “You’ll understand why as soon as it gets started because it, honestly, was just bad luck after [bad] luck. However, I still wanted to post it as you’ll see throughout the video [that] we tried to make the best out of a lot of bad situations, which I think we did a good job of.”
She added, “I’m very grateful to have had Josh with me throughout this whole thing because it made me realize how now matter what life throws at you, you have to find happiness within it.”
Barker and Miln, who turns 24 later this month, traveled from Los Angeles to Las Vegas in a hired car.
“I think [it] is going to be the most incredible thing. I mean, I have done that with my parents before,” she said. “Like the fact that I’m doing it with Josh, I just think it’s going to be the best thing ever. Something we are dying to do is a road trip around America.”
Before Miln joined the YouTube star in California, Barker was briefly hospitalized for an ear infection after undergoing root canal surgery. She was discharged ahead of his arrival. The pair then set off to Sin City, stopping for lunch at the legendary Peggy Sue’s diner.
“Little did we know, whilst we were having food in the diner, someone broke into our car and stole EVERYTHING,” Barker wrote in a caption.
Once Barker and Miln went back out to the Jeep SUV, they discovered that the back window had been smashed and all of their belongings were no longer stored inside.
“We walked outside, and the car was completely smashed in,” she recalled. “Obviously, this is a car that we had rented. And inside was every single thing, I feel, that I own. I mean, our passports, cards [and] the list could go on and on. I mean, I genuinely have nothing, like handbags. The only thing we brought into our restaurant was our phones.”
Barker added, “Although it’s really sad that we’ve lost all that money and all the things that we’ve worked really hard for … it’s also just the inconvenience now of we can’t even get home [and] we don’t even have cards to pay for anything.”
According to Barker, she and Miln don’t even have their IDs on them, which also caused an issue when they arrived at their hotel.
“They didn’t actually even want to let us into the hotel because they were like, ‘But you don’t have a physical ID, even though I have my picture,’” Barker alleged. “That was a hassle, but at the same time, we keep saying how lucky we are that we could have been held at gunpoint [or] these people could have been following us.”
The hotel ultimately allowed Barker and Miln to check into their reserved room as they tried to figure out their next steps — including how to get back home.
“We were very naive because I’d never been there before,” Miln added, reflecting on the burglary. “You don’t really second-guess these things. We’re not really used to that way of life with expecting things to be taken for granted — like the safety of your things in a car. Looking back on it, we didn’t leave the car with things out in the spotlight. It just seems really bizarre.”
This year has already delivered some incredible films — but no season does a blockbuster quite like summer.
From Tom Cruise’s latest — and potentially final — addition to the Mission: Impossible franchise to Celine’s Song’s highly anticipated romantic comedy The Materialists, all genres are ripe for the picking for theatergoers as temperatures continue to rise.
“People call romances chick flicks,” Song told Time in May of her quest to bring respect back to romance films after her Oscar-nominated debut, Past Lives. “Of course it’s tied to misogyny. But when people say it’s not important, I ask, ‘Not as important as what?’ When you watch a movie, we don’t all know what it’s like to save the world. But we know what it’s like to fall in love. It’s the biggest drama in our lives. It’s vital, and we need to talk about it more.”
If staying home is more your speed, streaming services are also doling out A-list content. Consider John Cenaand Idris Elba’sHeads of State: The duo star, respectively, as the president of the United States and prime minister of the United Kingdom in this Prime Video buddy action comedy that follows the world leaders as are they are targeted by assassins.
“Once the movie starts, it doesn’t stop, and it starts with Air Force One getting destroyed,” Cena teased exclusively to Us Weekly in May of what to expect in the high-stakes flick. “We get to run the presidential beast through the paces in what is an epic car chase. I’m hung out of a bank vault from a 30-story building. We jump off a train, and that’s just getting warmed up.”

According to late-night host Jimmy Kimmel, Fox & Friends desperately needs to update their celebrity rolodex.
During the Wednesday, May 21, episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the host alleged that the popular morning news show Fox & Friends attempted to book the late Kirstie Alley, who died in 2022, to speak about her former Cheers costar George Wendt, who died on Tuesday, May 20.
“This is an exclusive,” Kimmel, 57, said. “This is an e-mail I obtained from a source … This was sent from a talent booker at Fox & Friends yesterday to the people who represented Kirstie Alley. The names have been blurred to protect the stupid.”
The host then started to read the alleged email out loud for fans and viewers.
“We would love to have Kirstie Alley on tomorrow morning’s show, May 21st, to talk about George Wendt,” the alleged correspondence read. “It would be a 2-5 minute interview sometimes between 6-9 am ET. Please let me know if she’s available!”
Kimmel continued, “Sadly, Kirstie Alley is not available because she, too, passed away three years ago. Just like most of the viewers at Fox News.”
Us Weekly has reached out to a representative of Fox News for comment.
News broke in December 2022 that Allie died after a brief battle with cancer.
“We are sad to inform you that our incredible, fierce and loving mother has passed away after a battle with cancer, only recently discovered,” Alley’s daughters, William “True” Stevenson and Lillie Stevenson, announced in a statement at the time. “She was surrounded by her closest family and fought with great strength, leaving us with a certainty of her never-ending joy of living and whatever adventures lie ahead.”
“The family concluded: Our mother’s zest and passion for life, her children, grandchildren and her many animals, not to mention her eternal joy of creating, were unparalleled and leave us inspired to live life to the fullest just as she did.”
Years later, on Tuesday, Wendt’s family confirmed to Us that the beloved actor – best known for his role as Norm on Cheers – died. He was 76.
“Beloved actor and comedian, George Wendt, best known for starring in the NBC hit comedy Cheers, has passed away,” a rep for his family told Us in a statement. “George’s family confirmed the news of his death early Tuesday morning, announcing he died peacefully in his sleep while at home. George was a doting family man, a well-loved friend and confidant to all of those lucky enough to have known him. He will be missed forever.”
Joe Jonas’ post-divorce solo album, Music for People Who Believe in Love, seeminglyhas the approval of his ex-wife, Sophie Turner.
“Go go @joejonas,” Turner, 29, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, May 24, sharing a Spotify link to the record.
Jonas, 35, released his second solo LP on Friday, May 23, featuring many songs about his new normal since he and Turner separated in 2023.
“It was scary at times, and also freeing,” Jonas told Billboard in August 2024 of his decision to write and sing about his private relationship. “I’m not trying to come for anyone on this album. I’m not trying to put stuff on blast. … I’m a happy person, and the music needed to resemble that — but also, the journey to get here.”
He added, “I was going through a lot of life changes, finding out who I was as a person and father and friend, and living under the microscope of what the music industry can be. And I think, at such a crazy time in my life, I looked to music as an outlet.”
Us Weekly confirmed in September 2023 that the Jonas Brothers singer filed for divorce from Turner after four years of marriage. They subsequently went toe-to-toe over custody arrangements of daughters Willa, 4, and Delphine, 2. (The kids have dual citizenship in the United States and Turner’s native England.)
“After a productive and successful mediation, we have agreed that the children will spend time equally in loving homes in both the U.S. and the U.K.,” the now-exes told Us in a joint statement at the time. “We look forward to being great coparents.”
While Jonas has remained relatively quiet about the breakup and resulting custody battle, Turner called the situation “incredibly sad” in a Harper’s Bazaar profile.
“We had a beautiful relationship, and it was hard,” she recalled last year. “I’m so happy to be back. It felt as if my life was on pause until I returned to England. I just never really feel like myself when I’m not in London, with my friends and family. I was away for so long — six years — and it was when my friends were getting engaged, and when I got pregnant. I went for dinner with someone the other day, and she said, ‘I never got to touch your belly.’ We didn’t have those key experiences with each other.”
Throughout most of their marriage, Turner lived with Jonas in both Los Angeles and Miami.
There’s a simple answer as to why so many pro golfers (and other wealthy celebs) live in the small Florida town of Jupiter: golf courses.
In fact, there are 16 golf courses within a 15-mile radius of the destination, both public and private, per Golf Digest. The variety of playing areas and Florida’s warm weather and no state income tax have drawn the likes of Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods and more athletes to join Jupiter’s population of over 61,000 residents over the years.
Born in Holywood, County Down, Northern Ireland, McIlroy, 36, has been a Florida native for many years. He purchased a home in Palm Beach Gardens but relocated to Jupiter in 2017. His current home — worth approximately $18 million, per Realtor.com — was previously owned by fellow golfer Ernie Els.
McIlroy’s home is located inside the gated community of Bear’s Club, which features its own eponymous private golf course. The club was founded by former pro golfer Jack Nicklaus in 1999.
“The club possesses a memorable collection of par-5 holes, anchored by the gorgeous home hole, which features an inspiring greensite,” the club’s website reads. “The long pear-shaped green is tucked into the elbow of a lake, leaving a generous bailout area to the right. Just beyond the water that guards the green sits the impressive stone facade of the grand Tuscan-style clubhouse.”
In addition to the nearby golf course, McIlroy’s house features amenities such as a home theater, tennis court, outdoor kitchen, recording studio, spa and pool, per Realtor.com. The residence sits on 2.4 acres and includes nine bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.
Earlier this month, McIlroy and his wife, Erica Stoll, finalized plans to move across the pond into their newly built mansion in Surrey, England, with their 4-year-old daughter, Poppy. Per The Telegraph, the couple will still retain their Florida home, which will serve as their “base” during the golf season.

Not only does fellow golf legend Woods, 49, live nearby McIlroy in Jupiter, but his approximately $60 million mansion is close to his girlfriend Vanessa Trump’s home, per Realtor.com. Woods purchased his grand home for $40 million back in 2006. His primary residence is fitted with his own golf studio and putting green.
McIlroy and Woods’ other Jupiter natives and golf stars include Rickie Fowler, who purchased his $14 waterfront mansion back in 2016. Golf Monthly previously pointed out that his home’s entrance features what looks like a replica of the August National Golf Club’s Magnolia Lane.
Fowler, 36, gave fans a glimpse at the front of his home back in June 2020, sharing an Instagram video of himself successfully shooting a trick shot.
Brooks Koepka also lives close-by in a $7 million home overlooking the Loxahatchee River. He reportedly purchased the house for a little over $3 million in 2018.
Golfers aside, several (possible golf-loving) celebrities have lived in Jupiter over the years, including Burt Reynolds, Alan Jackson, Michael Jordan, Olivia Newton-John and more. Célion Dion reportedly sold her $38.5 million beachfront Florida estate in 2017, while Serena Williams bought her Jupiter home for $8 million with her husband, Alexis Ohanian, in 2020.
Bachelor Nation star Tyler Cameron was born and raised in Jupiter. Earlier this year, he revealed that the house shown during his hometown date with Hannah Brown on The Bachelorette season 15 was not in fact his childhood home. “It was really beat-up and as [my mom] did all that work, the Bachelorette producers told us, ‘It’s too small. It’s not going to work,’” he shared in a March TikTok video.
Former President Joe Biden is spending time with his loved ones amid his recent cancer diagnosis.
Biden, 82, made a low-key appearance at grandson Hunter’s high school graduation on Friday, May 23. (Hunter and his sister, Natalie, are the two children of Joe’s late son, Beau Biden, and wife Hallie Olivere.)
“Proud Nana and Pop,” Joe’s wife, former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Friday, sharing a photo of their family.
In addition to Olivere, Hunter and Natalie, Joe and Jill, 73, were joined by their daughter, Ashley Biden. (Joe shared sons Hunter and Beau, as well as late daughter Naomi with first wife Neilia Hunter, who died in 1972.)

Ashley, 43, also shared several photos of the Bidens at the ceremony via her Instagram Story, adding a heart sticker to the post.
Hunter’s graduation marks Joe’s first public outing since revealing that he had been diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer.
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms,” a Sunday, May 18, statement read. “On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.”
The statement continued, “While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive, which allows for effective management.”
At the time, Joe’s office revealed that he and his family were currently “reviewing treatment options with his physicians.” The former politician broke his silence on his health scare the following day.
“Cancer touches us all. Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places,” Joe wrote via Instagram on Monday, May 19. “Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.
Joe’s office confirmed earlier this month that a “small nodule” was found on his prostate during an annual physical exam.
Joe, a longtime senator, served as the Vice President during Barack Obama’s two-term presidency. He was later elected as the Commander in Chief in 2020, defeating incumbent Donald Trump. While Joe initially sought reelection, he ended his campaign and endorsed then-VP Kamala Harris more than 100 days before the election. (She was defeated by Trump last November.)
Throughout his political career, Joe has had his family by his side.
“He’ll pick up our calls no matter where he is,” Hunter’s daughter Naomi, now 31, told PBS in an August 2020 interview. “He’ll be onstage, giving a speech, and we’d call him and he’d be like, ‘What’s wrong?!’ He’s made sure that every single tradition, every holiday, we’re all together. I don’t think there’s been any decision, no matter how big or small, that we haven’t decided as a family.”
Jordon Hudson isn’t happy about that 2023 Bill Belichick video.
On Friday, May 23, Hudson fired off a tweet at the popular vacation rental service Airbnb, in reference to a video of a shirtless Belichick exiting a rental the pair reportedly shared in the summer of 2023.
“Hey @Airbnb – Quick question. How do you feel about Airbnb owners publicly distributing security footage and information about tenants / their stay?” Hudson wrote on X.
The original video showed Belichick as he departed the Airbnb early one morning. The footage made such an impact at the time that retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady brought up the infamous clip during his live Netflix roast in May 2024.
“Everybody asks me which ring is my favorite,” Brady, 47, said. “I used to say, ‘The next one.’ But now that I’m retired, my favorite Ring is the camera that caught Coach Belichick slinking out of that poor girl’s house at 6 a.m. a few months ago.”
Back in 2023, many believed Belichick was leaving Hudson’s home. On the Friday, May 23, episode of the “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast, journalist Pablo Torre reportedly uncovered the real story behind the video — and even found a new one.
Torre, 39, managed to discover a separate Ring camera video of a “very shirtless” Belichick leaving the same home around the same time as the first video, which were both discovered to be taken in July 2023 when Belichick was still head coach of the New England Patriots.
Using a team of geo guessers, including social media personality Rainbolt, Torre was able to zero in on the exact location of the house in the video: an Airbnb in Winthrop, Massachusetts, roughly seven miles outside of Boston.
Torre then decided to visit the Airbnb and speak with its owners, who live above the property. “We saw the Ring video in the morning, not knowing who this was,” the female owner claimed. “But this is an older gentleman with a very young woman who checked in the night before.”
The pair initially thought Belichick might be a “relative or drug dealer” and noted Hudson didn’t spend a lot of time at the property. “As the week went on, we were thinking she was an escort or something,” the female owner said.
The owners also believe one of their friends might have leaked the security footage after they shared it. Torre made it clear that he does not believe the couple nor Hudson herself were responsible for giving the video of Belichick to the media. He also found a review Hudson left on Airbnb for the property to confirm it is the same one from the video.

The penultimate episode of The Handmaid’s Taleoffered fans a glimpse ofTaylor Swift’s long-awaited Reputation (Taylor’s Version), prompting speculation that there were even more hidden Easter eggs onscreen.
Elisabeth Moss’ June led an army of Handmaids into a rebellion to a soundtrack of “Look What You Made Me Do (Taylor’s Version)” during the Tuesday, May 20, episode. Fans quickly theorized that one of the shadowed figures exiting a truck behind them was Swift, 35, because the actor’s gait presumably mimicked the pop star’s own stage-worthy strut.
Amid fans’ fervent hopes for an unexpected Swift cameo amid her professional hiatus post-Eras Tour, Moss is clearing the air about the onscreen performer’s identity.
“Of course it’s not her,” Moss, 42, told TVLine in an interview published on Friday, May 23, joking that she found the fan theory to be “amazing” despite its inaccuracies.
“Oh my God, that’s hilarious. I love that idea, though,” Moss, who also directed the episode, told the outlet. “But this is one of the reasons we were so excited about this moment, just the fan engagement on Handmaid’s is so intense, and then marrying that with the Swifties is, like, ‘Jesus Christ.’ It’s so fun!”
According to Moss, Swift was likely too “busy” to play an unnamed, mysterious extra on the final season of TheHandmaid’s Tale.
“I’m afraid that’s not Taylor. She’s pretty busy,” Moss quipped. “I feel like if she was going to come do our show, we would’ve made sure we saw her face.”

Many Swifties played into the speculation because Swift brought her Eras Tour to Toronto last fall, which aligned with the filming dates and locations of The Handmaid’s Tale finale.
“I’ll clear up that incredibly astute observation. A lot of us went to the Eras Tour in November in Toronto, which is partially why Taylor was very top of mind for me,” Moss said. “But also [her original version of] Reputation came out at … I think it was [during] season 4, and we were obsessed with that album on set, as a cast.”
She continued, “It’s been a long mutual love affair between her and a lot of our cast. I mean, Josh Charles was in her [‘Fortnight’] music video [and using her music] was something that I’ve wanted to do, well, from the beginning.I was going to say, ‘Since I’ve been a director,’ but from the beginning!”
