Hilary Duff has four kids, so she knows a thing or two about stylish mom looks. Unfortunately for our wallets, it’s not always possible to snag a celebrity’s exact outfit. Luckily, there are always options to get the look for cheaper. Take Duff’s simple jeans and tank top ensemble. She’s wearing $540 jeans from Khaite, but you can get these Lee jeans that nail the same vibe for just $37.
Unlike the typical mom jean, which have a high waist and relaxed fit, the Lee straight-leg jean is a little less relaxed, but they’re still incredibly comfortable to take you through your daily errands.
These jeans come in a dozen washes, but to get Duff’s look, go with the ‘greet the day’ option. It’s a dark, but not too dark, wash, so it’s ideal for everything from running to the store or pairing with a nice top to go out to dinner. But there are both lighter and darker washes (including black!), so you can find your favorite. Choose from sizes 0 to 18, as well as short, regular and long lengths.
The Lee jeans have nearly 9,000 ratings on Amazon. Shoppers love the high quality fabric, the solid fit and undeniable comfort.
“Rare to find jeans that accommodate for a mom belly. These do,” one verified purchaser shared. “They don’t cinch in at the top super hard. Hate when I sit down in other jeans and I just feel like I’m being cut in half! Comfy to wear all day.”
“Oh my GOSH!! Finally found a pair of jeans that fit! Nice and stretchy, good fabric, comfy! I have looked for comfy jeans for years and I finally found them! They fit this mom bod!” another happy shopper said.
There’s no wrong time of year to wear jeans, so even though we’re stepping into summer, you always need a reliable pair ready for a night on the town. Hurry and grab this Duff-approved jeans style before the secret’s out!
One of the lovebirds’ most talked about ensembles was their outfit at the 2022 Met Gala. When the duo arrived at fashion’s biggest night, Lively swept the carpet in a look inspired by the Statue of Liberty. It started out as a copper toned Versace gown, featuring a metallic pleated sweetheart neckline and copper tinted gloves.
Dramatically, she then revealed her second look of the night, transforming into a teal goddess. She told Vogue that constellations from the ceiling of Grand Central appeared on her train and the crown she accessorized with had seven spikes on it and twenty-five jewels, representing the Statue of Liberty’s crown.
Reynolds watched her shine all night long while hosting the event alongside her. For his part, he donned a velvet suit by Gucci. He accessorized with a gorgeous white flower pin, which matched his bowtie and vest. He finalized the ensemble with a gold watch.
Not only do they rock every red carpet, but they also know how to look just as stylish on the streets. Lively actress often shows off a fresh face on social media and the Deadpool star rocks casual clothes.
The actors started dating in 2011 and secretly tied the knot in 2012. Keep scrolling to see their best style moments through the years:

The 2025 Cannes Film Festival red carpet, bathed in a week of relentless sun, experienced a sudden shift just as Rihanna made her entrance on Monday, May 19, in the South of France to show off her growing baby bump.
As if on cue, the skies unleashed a dramatic shower. Over the top? Certainly. But when Rihanna, 37, steps onto a scene, even an act of nature becomes a memorable backdrop.
The pregnant singer was on hand to support partner ASAP Rocky at the premiere of his new film, Highest 2 Lowest, and her look ensured all eyes were on her, even amidst the downpour.
In true Rihanna fashion, she commanded attention in a striking Alaïa chiffon gown rendered in a bright and bold stroke of (baby?) blue that defied the decidedly gloomy forecast.
Strategically sliced with cutouts that artfully framed her burgeoning baby bump, the dress struck that elusive balance between ethereal fluidity and flashes of skin in all the right places.
She adorned both hands with statement rings and upped the sparkle with diamond-encrusted stud earrings with delicate butterfly and leaf motifs. A matching ocean blue clutch completed the monochromatic ensemble.

For his part, Rocky, 36, who takes a leading role in Spike Lee’s hotly anticipated neo-noir crime thriller, maintained his signature slick cool in an oversized Saint Laurent suit, punctuated by a subtly striped tie from the French fashion house’s Spring 2025 collection.
The look was sharp yet imbued with the rapper’s characteristic nonchalance elevated by Ray-Ban wayfarers of his own design, a Bvlgari watch, blinged-out brooches and rings.
This appearance marked Rihanna’s grand return to the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, a long-awaited moment for the singer’s fans and fashion aficionados alike.

After revealing her third pregnancy to the world with a captivating appearance at the Met Gala earlier this month, Monday marked her first time at the festival in eight years.
Following the premiere, the palpable affection between Rihanna and Rocky, who are already parents to sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, was evident as they walked arm-in-arm. The rapper gallantly held an umbrella over his expectant significant other as the rain continued to fall while they and the cast and crew departed the theater.

The moment provided the kind of cinematic flourish that felt orchestrated for the fashion power couple.
Colin Cowherd is wading into the discourse concerning Bill Belichick and his age-gap romance with Jordon Hudson, claiming the former NFL head coach’s family is concerned about more than just his well-being.
In a video the Fox Sports radio host shared on X on Sunday, May 18, Cowhead alleged that Belichick’s family isn’t as concerned about the North Carolina football coach, 73, as much as they are about his will — more specifically, the possibility that they won’t financially benefit as a result of his relationship with Hudson, 24.
“Stop me if you’ve heard this one before — a wealthy old man starts dating a young ambitious woman, and suddenly the family is ‘concerned,’” Cowhead began. “Look, I don’t buy into this whole idea that Bill is some old feeble man who doesn’t know what he’s doing.”
Cowherd added, “And let’s be honest, families aren’t worried about Bill, they’re worried about the will. When dad’s worth over $100 million, suddenly everybody’s got questions like, ‘Who’s getting cut out?’”
On the May 9, episode of the “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast, reporter Pablo Torre said the Belichicks are “extraordinarily concerned” about the couple’s relationship. Torre said he spoke to a “family source” who said there is “deep worry for how detrimental Jordon can be for not just North Carolina but Bill’s legacy, reputation — everything he has built and worked for over decades.”
Cowherd went on to say that he would understand the family’s alleged concern if the former New England Patriots coach was “93” or had been “found wandering barefoot at a truck stop.”
“But he’s not being held in a basement. She’s not spoon-feeding him oatmeal,” he continued. “They’re busy building their own brand, in Chapel Hill, no less. Air Jordon Hudson.”
Us Weekly has reached out to the University of North Carolina for comment.
Belichick and Hudson have been dating since 2021, when the pair reportedly met on an airplane.
During an interview on “The Pivot” podcast on Friday, May 16, Belichick explained the role his girlfriend plays in his personal and professional life.
“I stay focused on football and, some of the other opportunities that come along, Jordon looks at those and can dig into them a little bit deeper,” he said. “But really, what she does is help me spend my time on football, and that’s what’s important to me.”
Belichick also listed Hudson’s “actual responsibilities.”
“Well, nothing with North Carolina. That would be No. 1,” Belichick stated. “It would be personal opportunities, [like] a speaking thing, appearance on this or talk about this or somebody happens to want an autograph, that type of thing. So, she kind of helped organize that for me.” He also defended the decision to allow Hudson to “filter” through his emails.
“So she could, at least, filter through them because we didn’t have a sports information guy,” Belichick said. “That was taken as ‘Jordon’s running the sports information department.’ She’s not doing it. I mean, there was nobody to help me sort them out, so I was asking her to do that.”
Irina Shayk traded in red carpet-worthy heels for a pair of shoes that are a little . . . comfier! The supermodel recently stepped out wearing black thong sandals that proved comfy summer footwear can look totally chic. We rushed to Amazon to recreate the look — and landed on this affordable version.
At the 78th Cannes Film Festival, Shayk embraced a sleek, off-duty look with an edgy twist. She coordinated gray-ish brown trousers with a leather bomber jacket and a white T-shirt. She pulled the outfit together with a muted blue shoulder bag and black sunnies.
While Shayk could’ve paired this look with elegant heels or sleek white sneakers, she opted for black flip-flops to stay comfy (and cool) in the French Riviera. Her exact pick remains a mystery, but we can recreate her effortless vibe with this $20 lookalike on Amazon.
Get the Litfun Arch Support Flip Flops (Originally $30) on sale for just $20 at Amazon! Please note, prices are accurate at the date of publication, May 19, 2025, but are subject to change.
The Litfun Arch Support Flip-Flops channel Shayk’s sleek sandal look but with a foot-friendly twist! On the exterior, the shoe design is chic and versatile, made with a classic thong silhouette, textured pattern and a hint of shine. They’re so stylish, you’d never know they’re actually made for people with plantar fasciitis.
The ergonomic arch support design can help relieve foot pain, while the shock-absorbing EVA cushions the foot like a hug. Unlike some plantar fasciitis-friendly sandals that can be clunky, the rubber material makes them lightweight, non-slip and effortlessly chic.
Shayk isn’t the only one going for the easy, breezy sandal style this season. This exact pair was bought over 2,000 times just last month!
Shoppers are saying they’re the “most comfortable flip-flops ever” and they’re “really actually nice looking.”
People often reserve flip-flops for wearing to the pool or around the house, but Shayk’s look is an example of how they can be dressed up. Channel French Riviera-inspired looks when you pair the thong sandals with a flowy black dress and oversized shades or a flowy maxi skirt and a breezy tank.
While these are our favorite sandals to copy Shayk’s look, there are still tons of black flip-flops on Amazon to choose from. Keeping scrolling to shop aJennifer Anniston-approved pair, a comfy Crocs pick and more.
There’s only one episode left for Chicago Med, Chicago Fire and Chicago P.D. this season, and the One Chicago showrunners tease drama, romantic updates and danger for all.
During the May 14 episode of Chicago Med, viewers learned that Dr. Hannah Asher (Jessy Schram) is pregnant with a baby presumed to be Dr. Mitch Ripley’s (Luke Mitchell). Showrunner Allen MacDonald exclusively told Us Weekly that when it comes to Hannah and Mitch’s future, it’s an “unfortunate wait and see” scenario.
He teased that fans might not get quick answers about how Hannah plans to proceed and whether she plans to tell Mitch about the pregnancy during the Wednesday, May 21, finale.
Chicago Fire, meanwhile, left fans with questions about Chief Dom Pascal’s (Dermot Mulroney) future at Firehouse 51 during the pre-finale episode. When it comes to the Wednesday conclusion, showrunner Andrea Newman told Us that Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) will be caught in the middle of Pascal’s case as Pascal fights to prove he is not guilty of attempted murder.
Chicago P.D. fans will also be in for a complex and explosive conclusion during the season 12 finale, according to showrunner Gwen Sigan. (It will also show Kim Burgess and Adam Ruzek’s wedding!)
“There are some dire straits when we catch up with [Intelligence] in the first scene of the last episode,” she revealed, revealing, “The fractures are really between the team and Voight.”
Scroll down for a breakdown of what viewers can expect from each One Chicago finale:
‘Chicago Med’
Dr. Charles’ Saga Continues
Elizabeth Sisson/NBC
After Dr. Daniel Charles’ (Oliver Platt) mother died earlier this season, he was reunited with his two daughters, Robin (Mekia Cox) and Anna (Hannah Riley), at her funeral. According to the finale preview trailer, Charles’ daughter Anna ends up in the ED and it puts a strain on his family as a result.
“Dr. Charles through this season has been — he’s a really vivacious, gregarious guy, but he is also lonely. And that was one of the themes for everybody kind of this season, but especially Charles,” MacDonald exclusively told Us on Friday, May 16. “As great of a psychiatrist as he is, and as talented of a shrink that he is, he doesn’t necessarily do well confronting his own issues.”
Those issues will bubble to the surface during the Med finale. MacDonald explained that “the way to resolve” his guilt over not mending fences with his mom before her death is for Charles to work on his relationships with his daughters. “It was important to us to see the whole family unit together,” the showrunner said.
During the May 14 episode, Dr. John Frost (Darren Barnet) discovered that his young patient’s lung transplant was called off when a wealthy tech guru managed to jump the line and get his daughter the lungs amid her cancer battle. In the finale, Frost’s patient’s father will go off the rails after learning he might not survive without the lungs.
“Frost is going to be a big part in attempting to de-escalate,” MacDonald explained. “That story line is kind of about looking in the mirror and like really facing the truth.” The TV creator noted that ultimately the episode will come down to the kids, who both need the lungs.
MacDonald added, “Sometimes the sick kids have the clearest perspective of what’s going on and have something to teach their parents.”
‘Chicago Fire’
Severide’s on the Case — And Caught in the Middle
Peter Gordon/NBC
When fans last saw Chicago Fire, Pascal was taken in for interviews by the Office of Fire Investigation (OFI) after evidence pointed to him trying to kill the man that killed his wife, Monica (KaDee Strickland), in a car accident. Severide, meanwhile, was convinced of his innocence, which could get him into trouble with OFI.
“We’ve been calling that situation the ‘who’s your daddy situation’ for Severide because he’s got such daddy issues,” Newman exclusively told Us, noting that OFI leader Captain Tom Van Meter (Tim Hopper) was like a “father figure” to Severide before Pascal took over that territory.
According to the showrunner, Severide “wasn’t betraying Van Meter” by keeping his investigation into Pascal (on the hunt to prove his innocence) a secret. “Van Meter sees it as, ‘You didn’t come to me, you didn’t trust me,’” Newman explained. “So now [Severide’s] caught between these two kind of father figures that he cares about very deeply. But he is all in with Pascal and that’s gonna have consequences.”
Earlier this season, Violet Mikami (Hanako Greensmith) wrote down her feelings for firefighter Sam Carver (Jake Lockett) in a letter but never sent it. Now that Violet is single again — she broke up with her boyfriend prior to the finale — Newman told Us, her letter could finally make its way to Carver.
“She’s been told that he is in a precarious place. He’s walking a tightrope right now where something could push him over and he’s backsliding and you know, off his recovery train [with alcohol],” the showrunner said, revealing that Violet has to be “really careful” that she’s “not pushing him in any way.”
That being said, Newman hinted that her feelings are “absolutely bubbling over” and that the finale could be the moment when that “bomb” goes off and she spills her true feelings.
‘Chicago P.D.’
The Team Is Ready to Fight
Lori Allen/NBC
Chicago P.D.’s ongoing battle between Sergeant Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) and Deputy Chief Charlie Reid (Shawn Hatosy) came to a head during the May 14 episode. By episode’s end, Reid arrested Dante Torres (Benjamin Levy Aguilar) for sleeping with his CI and stripped Burgess (Marina Squerciati) of her badge for covering it up. He also disbanded the rest of Intelligence, leaving everyone to reconsider what’s next.
Voight, however, is “obviously not going to go down without a fight,” Sigan exclusively told Us, adding that everyone is “going off book” in the finale. She teased that viewers will be toying with the question of whether Voight has “really changed” and “evolved” as he does anything in his power to take down Reid and his dirty policing tactics.
“This really was meant to test him and put sort of this fun-house mirror that Reid represents up against him,” Sigan said. “Voight [is] trying to determine where to fight against his basic instincts in a way, and to listen to Chapman (Sara Bues) and to listen to the team.”
Sigan noted that the finale contains “really real” stakes for everyone on the team, including Burgess, who made detective shortly before Reid took away her badge. “This has been what she’s been wanting for a decade or more,” the showrunner explained. “And it’s been taken away from her in a moment. And she’s supposed to be happy, and she’s supposed to get married, and she’s supposed to have the best few weeks of her life.”
Instead of relaxing as a blissful bride-to-be, Sigan said Burgess is left asking, “Am I even gonna have a job?” She noted being a cop is a “huge” part of Burgess’ identity, which leaves her reeling prior to her wedding.
“It is a dark moment. I think they’re all wrestling with it,” Sigan added. “They’re wrestling with, ‘How far will we go to get to get it back and to take this guy down?’”
Chicago Med’s season 10 finale airs on NBC Wednesday, May 21, at 8 p.m. ET, followed by the Chicago Fire season 13 finale at 9 p.m. ET. Chicago P.D.’s season 12 finale wraps up that same evening at 10 p.m. ET.
Former President Joe Biden and his family have endured several tragedies over the years.
Biden married his first wife, Neilia Hunter, in 1966. The couple shared two sons, Joseph “Beau” Biden III and Hunter Biden, and a daughter, Naomi “Amy” Biden.
Weeks after Joe was elected to the Senate in 1972, Neilia and their three kids were involved in a car accident. Beau and Hunter survived the crash but Neilia and Amy tragically died.
Years after mourning his wife and daughter, Joe met Jill Biden. The couple wed in 1975 and welcomed daughter Ashley Biden in 1981.
Throughout his struggles, Joe remained a dedicated public servant. He served as a Senator from 1973 to 2009 before becoming Barack Obama’s vice president. In 2020, Joe was elected as the 46th president of the United States.
Joe initially was going to run for a second term. However, in July 2024, Joe withdrew from the election after he received concerns from the public about his age and health. (Joe was 81 years old at the time.)
In May 2025, news broke that Joe was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Keep scrolling to see the tragedies that Joe and his family have endured over the years:
Neilia Hunter and Naomi Biden’s Deaths
In December 1972, Neilia, Amy, Beau and Hunter were involved in a car accident while Christmas shopping. The Biden family’s station wagon was hit by a tractor-trailer after Neilia accidentally drove into the path of the oncoming vehicle.
Neilia, Amy, Beau and Hunter were pulled from the wreckage and rushed to Wilmington General Hospital. Neilia and Amy were pronounced dead on arrival. They were 30 and 13 months, respectively.
Biden’s sons survived the accident but sustained injuries. Beau had a broken leg while Hunter had a fractured skull.
“The pain … seemed unbearable in the beginning, and it took me a long time to heal, but I did survive the punishing ordeal,” Joe wrote of the tragedy in his 2017 memoir, Promise Me, Dad. “I made it through, with a lot of support, and reconstructed my life and my family.”
Joe Biden’s Brain Surgeries
In 1988, Joe began to suffer from severe neck pain, which was caused by a leaking intracranial berry aneurysm. While recovering from surgery, Joe suffered from a pulmonary embolism. The procedures and recovery kept Joe away from the Senate for seven months.
Beau Biden’s Cancer Battle and Death
In 2013, Beau was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, which is a type of cancer that starts as a growth of cells in the brain or spinal cord, per Mayo Clinic. Beau underwent surgery to remove a lesion. He also completed radiation and chemotherapy treatments.
Two years after his diagnosis, Beau died following a recurrence of brain cancer. He was 46.

Hunter shared in his 2021 memoir, Beautiful Things, that he battled addiction throughout his adult life. He shared that his struggles started with alcohol when he was a teen before turning to crack cocaine. Hunter explained that he believed his struggle stemmed from losing his mother and sister.
“There were also times, I have to admit, when I felt as if no one else could understand my pain. It seemed narcissistic even to contemplate. Yet that didn’t make it feel any less true,” he penned. “Believing that your pain is exceptional doesn’t lessen anyone else’s. Pain is our universal condition. People can go through life without finding love, but no one lives long without experiencing real hurt. It can connect us or isolate us.”
Hunter has sought treatment for his addiction struggles and faced several legal issues.
Joe Biden’s Withdrawal From the 2024 Election
In July 2024, Joe announced that he was withdrawing from the 2024 presidential election after the public raised concerns about his age and health following a debate against Donald Trump.
“It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your President. And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as President for the remainder of my term,” he wrote in a letter shared via X.
Joe subsequently endorsed his vice president, Kamala Harris, to run in his place. Harris ultimately lost to Trump.
Joe Biden’s Cancer Diagnosis
Bruce Glikas/WireImage
Months after leaving the White House, Joe was diagnosed with an “aggressive” form of prostate cancer.
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms,” read a May 2025 statement from Biden’s personal office to CNN. “On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone.”
The statement added that Joe and his family were “reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”
After news broke about his condition, Joe took to social media to break his silence.
“Cancer touches us all,” he captioned a May 2025 Instagram post. “Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.”
The duo, who were first photographed together in 2014, have been spotted on several occasions with their fellow, shared BFF Taylor Swift. Four years later, the trio celebrated New Years Eve with several other celeb pals in tow.
In 2024, Hadid stepped out with Lively to attend husband Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool & Wolverine premiere. The pair honored the MCU characters via their attire, with Hadid rocking a yellow get-up and Lively donning a red outfit. Hadid, for her part, also weighed in on Lively’s It Ends With Us film, which was set to be released one month later. “It is actually so good,” Hadid told E! News. “I’m not paid to say it. It’s great.”
Months later, Lively made headlines when she accused her It Ends With Us costar and director, in part, of sexual harassment. Baldoni has denied all allegations against him. While fans decoded Swift’s feelings about the legal battle (her name has been brought up on multiple occasions), a source exclusively told Us Weekly that Hadid had “naturally’ distanced herself from Lively.

“Mary Poppins, Audrey, Ariel, Ms. Frizzle, Cinderella, Gwen, Mr. Toad, Avril, Nancy Drew, Posh Spice, Rizzo, Frida Kahlo, Steve Irwin, Dorothy,” Swift wrote via Instagram. “This new year we decided to dress up as our childhood heroes. Sending you all love and hope going into 2019 .”
August 2019
Hadid gushed over Lively in celebration of the actress’ 32nd birthday, alongside a photo of the twosome posing inside a kitchen.
“It’s this Queen’s birthday week and I just want to say how grateful and lucky I am to have a friend like you, B,” Hadid wrote via Instagram at the time. “You are a real one and inspire me in so many ways. I will only be able to thank you enough by making you endless oatmeal griddle cakes and training your children to be world class disposable-camera photographers. I love you ! Wishing you every blessing.”
Lively, Swift and Hadid were spotted walking with Alana, Danielle and Este Haim in New York City.
August 2023
Hadid gushed over Lively while sharing a throwback snap for her birthday. “Pretty sure this pic is before her (our) baby number 1 but I just love it bc I still feel like the baby of the group,” Hadid wrote via Instagram Story. “Lots-o-angelbabies later, u are a magical friend and mamma — protective, warm, witty, thoughtful, talented, HOT!” she continued. “Ur made of all the good stuff like rainbow sprinkles and butter and bourbon whipped creme. And lobster salad. Lots of lobster salad.”
Hadid concluded: “Thank you for your light and example sister @blakelively. Wishing you the best year yet. u know ily!”
Lively shared the post, adding, ““This was before baby #3 for me and #1 for you. Coparenting with you whether you agree to raise my children or not is one of my life’s greatest joys. Love you, mama, sister, friend.”
The twosome attended Reynolds’ Deadpool & Wolverine premiere, where Lively joked that her husband was crashing a girls’ night out.
“He’s such a hen. He can hang with men, but he’s really a hen at heart,” she told Entertainment Tonight, while Hadid added, “He loves a girls’ night and to hear all the goss.”

Amid Lively’s ongoing legal battle with Baldoni, an insider told Us that Hadid has “always had a closer friendship with Taylor and stands by her.” The source shared, “She has been a very loyal friend to Taylor, and they have been best friends for a decade now.”
The insider noted that Hadid “hasn’t necessarily chosen sides” between Lively and Swift, but rather that the current status of their inner circle is a “reflection of the closeness her and Taylor have shared over the years.”
The source added that Hadid and Lively “really haven’t been as close in almost a year” but there are “no hard feelings” between the two.
“As Taylor has begun to distance herself from Blake, Gigi has naturally done the same,” the insider said. “The shift wasn’t abrupt, but gradual and organic change in dynamics.”
While Swift and Lively’s friendship has allegedly changed amid the legal battle, Hadid “doesn’t want to be involved at all,” the source said. “They haven’t been in touch much this year and it does have everything to do with the lawsuit.”
Nothing can stop these celebs from showing off some skin at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival — even a naked dress ban.
While naked dresses are taking over most red carpets these days, Cannes decided to opt out of the trend this year. In the FAQ section of its website, it states, “Nudity is prohibited on the red carpet, as well as in any other area of the festival.”
Take Charli XCX, for example, who rocked a custom Saint Laurent lavender dress at the festival’s Presidential Dinner on May 18. Her slinky dress had a sheer cutout over her midriff and legs. She teamed the look with a dramatic boa that dragged behind her as she walked.
Keep scrolling to see how stars were still able to wear a (semi) sheer dress at the Cannes Film Festival:
’Tis the season for outdoor gatherings, so we went straight to the master, namely chef Michael Symon, for a delicious dish.
“When it comes to surefire seafood for groups, it’s hard to top shrimp,” the James Beard Award-winning chef exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly. “Even for people who say they don’t love seafood, shrimp seems to be the exception. The plump, sweet crustaceans are the perfect carrier for any flavor combination you feel like going with — and they grill up in no time flat!”
According to Symon, he prefers whipping up the dish with head-on shrimp because he loves “the presentation.”
“And I think they taste better,” he adds. “These require at least an hour to marinate, but they cook in less than five minutes.”
To make Symon’s Smoky Grilled Shrimp, which serves six, he gave Us a helpful piece of cooking advice.
Ed Anderson
“To prevent sticking to the grill, make sure the grates are preheated, scrubbed clean and oiled before laying these guys down,” Symon says. “If you would prefer to skewer them before cooking them, go right ahead.”
Keep scrolling for Symon’s Smoky Grilled Shrimp recipe:
Ingredients
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Grated zest and juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup fresh cilantro leaves, for serving
Lime wedges, for squeezing
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, salt, brown sugar, smoked paprika, cayenne, coriander and cumin. Add the shrimp and toss to fully coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 4 hours.
2. Prepare and preheat a charcoal grill for direct cooking.
3. Cook the shrimp on the hot side of the grill until nicely charred, about 2 minutes per side.
4. Transfer the shrimp to a platter, garnish with cilantro leaves and lime wedges and serve.
Symon’s ninth cookbook, Symon’s Dinners Cooking Out, is available now.
“Patricia Cornwell has been writing about a medical examiner named Dr. Kay Scarpetta for over 20 years, and I can’t even tell you how many millions of people have bought these books. And Nicole is going to play Dr. Kay Scarpetta,” Curtis exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2025. The Scream Queen plays Kidman’s sister, Dorothy, in the series.
Despite both enjoying long, successful careers in Hollywood, this is the first time the two have worked together on the same project.
The series will run for at least two seasons on Amazon Prime Video, a deal that was announced in September 2024. Kidman and Curtis will also executive produce the series together — something that will likely help their friendship continue to blossom on and off camera.
Here’s a look at the growing relationship between Nicole Kidman and Jamie Lee Curtis.
While speaking toUs Weekly in May 2025, Curtis revealed she and Kidman first met at the Oscars. “She actually introduced herself to me and we exchanged hellos and a little bit of chick bonding,” she told Us.
Curtis continued, “But then we walked away and I was like, ‘Okay, wow. That was crazy.’ And six months later she heard that we were making the Scarpetta show and that I was producing and she basically said, ‘I want to be Scarpetta.’ And then when I went, ‘Okay, great,’ she said, ‘But you’re going to be in it with me, right?’”
“It was that moment of like, ‘Yes, Nicole Kidman. Yes. I’m going to be in a show with you.’ I had no choice,” she added. You had no choice. I was going to be a producer, and at that moment it was decided that I was going to act in the show.”
Jamie Lee Curtis praised Nicole’s “dream and hustle”
“The question is, how does one become the most successful and popular star in the global cinematic broadcast and digital universe? Well, in Nicole Kidman’s case, you start out as a young actress in Australia,” she said. “You dream and hustle and work hard with an internal drive mechanism and a level of ambition and a dedication to craft, plus an exceptional ability to shape shift and dodge and weave and apply the constant importing of new skills to hone and perfect the work.”
“All of us are better when we’re loved,” Curtis also said. “Nicole Kidman was loved. It’s very clear, mostly by her beautiful mother, Janelle, who she sadly lost earlier this year. But she is also loved by her family of origin, her husband, children, chosen family, pets, friends, and countless colleagues from all over the world, not to mention all of her fans and the audiences who appreciate her great work.”
Nicole described Curtis as “fierce”

Kidman has been just as effusive with her compliments for Curtis. While speaking to E! News, she said of her co-star, “That woman is fierce. She is, her talent is abundant, but she’s also just a woman’s woman. She stands by your side. She’s got your back. I can’t say enough lovely things about her. I think everyone in this industry knows that’s what she’s like. And she’s lived a life and she’s willing to share and support. I mean, she’s what you should be.”
Blake Lively is condemning Wayfarer Studios for what her lawyers are calling a “disingenuous charade” of an investigation into her sexual harassment claims against It Ends With Us costar and director Justin Baldoni.
Lively’s legal team filed a motion to compel Baldoni’s film studio to share documents concerning its “so-called ‘investigation” around the actress’ initial accusations against Baldoni on Monday, May 19, Us Weekly can confirm.
“It appears that Wayfarer is trying to hide behind the ‘investigation’ to conduct shadow discovery and hide it from any scrutiny,” a spokesperson for Lively told Us in a statement on Monday. “As Ms. Lively has alleged, Wayfarer ignored its legal obligation to conduct an investigation when she privately raised concerns starting in May 2023, but claims it’s doing one now — in the middle of a case in which it sued her for $400 million for the same things it now says its ‘neutrally’ investigating.”
The statement to Us is similar to what was written in the letter to Judge Lewis J. Liman on Monday, per court records obtained by Us.
“Does anyone believe that Wayfarer is genuinely investigating a film set workplace that no longer exists?” Lively’s reps wondered in their statement on Monday. Us Weekly has reached out to Baldoni’s team for comment.
Lively’s initial complaint, filed in December 2024, accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and allegedly fostering a hostile work environment on the film’s set. Lively claimed, in part, that Baldoni discussed his sex life, including an alleged pornography addiction, with her during their time on set. She further alleged that “degrading and sexual comments” had been made by Baldoni about Lively. (Baldoni has vehemently denied all allegations against him.)
Lively’s legal team subsequently filed a Rule 11 Sanctions on Monday, “requesting the Court to impose monetary sanctions” against Wayfarer Foundation founder Steve Sarowitz, Baldoni’s producing partner Jamey Heath, publicists Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel, and It Ends With Us Movie LLC.
The Rule 11 filing called into account “claims against Ms. Lively that have no reasonable basis in law or fact and clearly were brought for an improper purpose.” One example stated in the docs was allegations made by Baldoni’s legal team that Lively is extortingTaylor Swift amid the ongoing lawsuit.
“If you want to know why Justin Baldoni’s lawyer pulled his latest inflammatory and defamatory media stunt, it might be because he knew that both he and his clients were about to be hit with sanctions motions based on his reckless decision to file multiple frivolous claims in federal court,” Lively’s lawyers, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb, shared in a statement on Monday. “You can’t file lawsuits in federal court that have no basis in law or fact to create a harassing media narrative, or in other words, their strategy from day one.”
They concluded: “The Baldoni legal team received notice of their sanctionable behavior weeks ago, but doubled down rather than withdrawing their frivolous and harassing claims. Now they’ll face the consequences of treating federal court like a media playground.”
Their power couple fashion narrative began with their 2017 engagement announcement. Prince Harry, now 40, true to form, sported a classic blue suit, while Markle, now 43, exuded chicness in a white coat by Line the Label, a Canadian brand she has consistently championed.
Their May 2018 nuptials unveiled two sets of awe-inspiring ensembles. Markle graced the aisle in a custom Givenchy gown featuring a dramatic 16.5-foot veil for the ceremony, while Prince Harry donned his distinguished Blues and Royals uniform.
Later, they emerged in more relaxed, yet impeccably polished attire: Markle in a high-necked Stella McCartney reception dress and Prince Harry in a timeless black tuxedo with a bow tie.
Another significant moment arrived in May 2019 with the introduction of their newborn son, Archie. Markle looked radiant in a white trench dress by Grace Wales Bonner, while Prince Harry appeared dashing in a classic gray suit. Their sophisticated style statement subtly affirmed that parenthood would not diminish their signature elegance.
Their last royal appearance on March 9 for the Commonwealth Day celebrations at Westminster Abbey was a definitive style statement. Markle’s emerald Emilia Wickstead dress with a built-in cape beautifully harmonized with Prince Harry’s turquoise tie — a final demonstration of their perfectly synchronized style.
Although they stepped back as senior royals in January 2020, relinquishing their HRH titles in order to pursue financial independence, their time since has also provided unforgettable joint fashion moments that also deserve a revisit.
Take, for instance, the November 2021 Salute to Freedom Gala in New York. Markle shone in a Carolina Herrera red halter-neck gown with a sweeping overskirt, perfectly complemented by Prince Harry’s impeccably coordinated black and white tuxedo.
Fast-forward to April 2025, their outfits still consistently garner headlines. Case in point? The his-and-hers tailoring they wore ahead of the Time100 Summit. Her textured Ralph Lauren separates leaned into her new Montecito-meets-Manhattan aesthetic. At the same time, his classic suit, sans tie, showed that their combined style is a testament to modern sophistication.
Amid his ongoing feud with Sean “Diddy” Combs, fellow rapper 50 Cent reacted to the accusations that certain fans were allegedly paid to show their support for the embattled entertainer outside the New York City courthouse amid his ongoing sex trafficking trial.
“Diddy paying people to wear ‘Free Diddy’ shirts is diabolical, but $20 a hour [sic] ain’t bad,” 50 Cent, 49, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, May 18. “I might go throw that on for an hour tomorrow. LOL.”
The rapper (real name Curtis Jackson) also uploaded news footage of several individuals wearing black T-shirts that read, “Free Diddy” or “Free Puff.” The group was standing near the courthouse where Diddy, 55, is currently standing trial. (The courtroom proceedings began earlier this week.)
Diddy has not confirmed whether his team was, in fact, paying random fans a stipend to wear supportive merchandise. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.
The disgraced music mogul was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has denied all allegations against him and has pleaded not guilty.
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo told Us in a statement at the time. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”
Years before Diddy stood trial, he had a longstanding feud with 50 Cent. Back in 2006, 50 Cent claimed in his “The Bomb” that Diddy had knowledge of the 1997 murder of the Notorious B.I.G.
“Who shot Biggie Smalls? We don’t get ‘em / They gonna kill us all,” 50 Cent raps. “Man, Puffy know who hit that n****.”
50 Cent has never had proof of Diddy’s involvement in the murder. Diddy, for his part, has frequently denied that he had any information about the killer over the years.
The rap stars’ feud continued to escalate, leading up to Diddy’s misconduct scandal and arrest.
“Look, it seems like I’m doing some extremely outrageous things, but I haven’t,” 50 Cent told People in October 2024, discussing his frequent comments about Diddy. “It’s really me just saying what I’ve been saying for 10 years.”
He added, “Now it’s becoming more full-facing in the news with the Puffy stuff. But away from that, I’m like, ‘Yo, it’s just my perspective because I stayed away from that stuff the entire time, because this is not my style.’”

Tragedy struck the reality show for the first time in 2013 when season 1 star Henry Foots died. Five years later, Lexington County Coroner’s Office in South Carolina confirmed to Us Weekly that James “L.B.” Bonner died by suicide.
“On the show, viewers saw L.B. struggle with obesity following a tragic accident that claimed his right leg. Even though he once weighed 650 pounds, L.B.’s hard work and dedication helped get him in the 200-pound range,” the network said in a statement in August 2018 following his untimely death. “His spirit and determination as displayed through his story, quickly made L.B. a fan favorite, and family and friends have taken to L.B.’s Facebook page to commemorate his life. TLC was deeply saddened to hear of L.B.’s passing and is honored to have shared his honest and courageous story on My 600-lb Life.”
That same month, fellow season 6 star Fleming died at the age of 50, with her daughter, Danielle, telling TMZ that “she was sick and her body was tired and her body just gave out.”

It’s safe to say that most Hollywood A-listers will happily go under the knife to fend off signs of aging. From botox to face lifts, there are so many quick solutions for wrinkles — though they’re often costly, painful and to some, morally compromising. However, many celebrities have found next-level skincare products from vegan serums to LED masks that will keep you looking younger for longer and fight wrinkles naturally with the power of good skincare.
We tracked down what 16 celebs from Jen Aniston to Nicole Kidman are actually using for youthful skin, without cosmetic surgery. And we have some additional skincare tips at the end, too, that will help keep our skin healthy in all conditions.
16 Celebrities Fighting Wrinkles — And How They’re Doing It
1. Naomi Campbell: At 54, supermodel Naomi Campbell is simply ageless. And it’s (at least partially) due to her skincare routine, which includes Augustinus Bader’s The Rich Cream. According to InStyle, Campbell also uses other products from the brand, too, so she’s definitely a fan.
“I’ve been wearing sunscreen everyday since I was in my very early 20s,” Lopez told Glamour. “You should start at a very young age.”
4. Julianne Moore: Of course 64-year-old actor Julianne Moore has a skincare regimen, which includes Revision Neck Firming Cream to help prevent the skin on her neck from sagging.
“My skin-care routine has gotten more and more complicated as I get older,” she joked in an interview with Vogue.
5. Olivia Wilde: Olivia Wilde uses True Botanicals Vitamin C Booster a few times a week because it keeps her skin looking bright and fends off signs of aging.
“Overall, my beauty approach is low key, but thoughtful,” she explained during a 2017 interview with Into The Gloss. “I don’t obsess over beauty but I try to be kind to my skin. I plan on using it for another 60 years or so.”
6. Kim Kardashian: Yes, even celebrities like Kim Kardashian are fighting wrinkles. She frequently uses CurrentBody Skin’s LED mask, which may boost collagen and keep the skin looking younger, longer.
“You can find me right here… Face, neck and hand red lights for the win!” she posted to Instagram Stories in 2023, according to Marie Claire. “I’m obsessed with these — I gave them as gifts this year.”
7. Sophia Bush: When Sophia Bush isn’t busy acting or advocating for the environment, she’s stocking up on skincare. Her secret is A313’s Vitamin A Cream, which she buys in bulk whenever she’s in France. Alexa Chung recommended it to her, The Sun reports, and it’s been her go-to product ever since.
8. Jennifer Aniston: To maintain her forever-young look, Jennifer Aniston regularly uses Tatcha’s Serum Stick. In fact, she carries it with her on The Morning Show set to keep her complexion looking glowy and dewy during filming. It also protects the from UV damage and wrinkles, so it’s a total win.
9. Gwyneth Paltrow: Goop queen Gwyneth Paltrow is obviously loyal to her brand, but clearly, it’s working for her. She particularly likes her All-In-One Face Cream because it keeps the skin hydrated, which in turn, fights wrinkles.
10. Brooke Shields: Step one in Brooke Shields’ skincare routine is the True Botanicals Chebula Active Serum. In addition to being completely vegan, its anti-aging properties keep your skin free of fine lines and wrinkles.
“[It’s] the first product I apply to my skin,” she told Prevention. “It just really skins into my skin so well and chebula is a very, very powerful antioxidant for the skin.”
11. Nicole Kidman: Kim K isn’t the only light therapy fan — Oscar-winning actor Nicole Kidman religiously uses a Solowave red light therapy wand before making red carpet appearances. It effectively erases fine lines, which is a total godsend when you’re about to be professionally photographed.
“It eats off the top dead layer of your skin, [providing] an automatic refresh,” she raves.
13. Courteney Cox: Courteney Cox’s says her beloved Dermalogica Retinol Serum “smooths out your skin texture.” So if you, too, are noticing fine lines on your face, this could be the answer to all (or most) of your problems.
“As you get older and start seeing wrinkles and fine lines,” she admitted, “it’s so important to moisturize and use great products that really hydrate and take care of your skin.”
15. Halle Berry: Actor Halle Berry attributes her perfect skin to Olga Lorencin Ageless Facial in a Box, which includes two moisturizing products that smooth out wrinkles. She also says eating healthy likely helps maintain her youthful complexion — so eat your vegetables!
Even if you aren’t a celebrity, when it comes to fighting off wrinkles with skincare, there are a few things you should know.
1. Staying moisturized is key to erasing wrinkles, because moisturizer keeps your skin hydrated and line-free. This is also the case for eye or neck creams, which target the skin in those areas, specifically.
2. Using SPF is also key to keeping your skin youthful, because it blocks UV rays which penetrate the skin. Skin that’s overly exposed to the sun can look leathery and saggy, so it’s important to start using sunscreen daily at a young age.
3. Light therapy has become increasingly popular, because it increases the elasticity in your skin.
4. Vitamin C boosts collagen production. This protects the skin from becoming damaged, while brightening and tightening it, too.

My 600-Lb. Life has changed the lives of many of its most memorable stars throughout its tenure — and the long-running series shows no signs of slowing down.
The reality show premiered on TLC in February 2012, documenting the journeys of obese patients as they attempt to lose weight via significant lifestyle change and surgical intervention. Bariatric surgeon Dr. Younan Nowzaradan (a.k.a. Dr. Now) oversees the process, which often involves developing new eating patterns and undergoing an approved gastric bypass procedure if and when certain criteria are met.
“It just happened,” Nowzaradan told Houstonia magazine in October 2017 of how the series came to be. “I was operating on a lot of 600-pound people.”
The surgeon hoped that the show would be helpful not only to his patients but also to viewers and his colleagues.
“We continue to try to provide education for everyone. That’s the reason I started the television series, [which] was to make an impression on the medical community that they should take care of these patients,” he explained at the 2016 ObesityHelp National Conference. “Another reason important to me was to have a show that provided inspiration for people and for the medical community with my hope to change [biased] opinions about morbidly obese people.”

She ultimately did not qualify for surgery.

Shelton, who appeared on season 1 in 2012, went from 675 to 295 pounds after his operation, but he was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, an autoimmune disorder that causes the immune system to damage the nerves. When it comes to the Duggars, the more members, the merrier — which is why some fans have a hard time keeping track of the famous family.
After tying the knot in July 1984, Jim Bob Duggar andMichelle Duggar (née Ruark) welcomed a total of 19 children, including two sets of twins, and the couple bestowed all of their little ones with J-monikers.

And I know because of our faith, that is the solid foundation that we have.”

Morgan, 39, was questioned on Monday, May 19, about a 2018 incident where Diddy, 55, allegedly hit her with a wooden hanger. Cassie, 38, said in her own testimony that the alleged altercation ended her friendship with Morgan. “We were best friends,” Morgan told the jury. “We don’t speak anymore.”
Of the alleged incident, Morgan claimed that Diddy hit her in a fit of anger over another relationship Cassie (full name Casandra Ventura) was having at the time. “I had a concussion. I was dizzy. I vomited a few times,” she recalled.
She went on to claim that Cassie and Diddy asked her to sign a nondisclosure agreement for $30,000 after the alleged incident. She told the jury she signed the NDA and did not speak to Cassie again.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied all the allegations against him.
On Monday, Morgan also claimed that she witnessed Diddy physically abuse Cassie, who dated the mogul off and on from 2007 to 2018. “She lost her confidence big-time,” Morgan said of the singer. “She lost her spark.”
Morgan also corroborated Cassie’s previous claims that Diddy had a major hand in the success of her music, saying, “Sometimes she’d be frustrated because she’d be working on music and it would never work out. He was in charge of her career.”
During direct questioning by Assistant U.S. Attorney Meredith Foster, Morgan alleged she saw Diddy hit Cassie on two separate occasions: once in the Hollywood Hills and once in Jamaica. After the Hollywood Hills incident, Morgan claimed she hid with Cassie on the steps of Diddy’s neighbor’s house for 20 to 30 minutes as Diddy and an employee drove around looking for them.
In Jamaica, Morgan allegedly saw Diddy drag Cassie on the floor by her hair. At one point, she “hit her head on the brick” and was motionless for 20 to 30 seconds. “I thought she was knocked out,” Morgan recalled.
Upon waking up, Cassie ran off into a wooded area. When Morgan found her, they hid in a ditch together for “what felt like hours.”
Morgan also testified about the aftermath of the 2016 incident where Diddy assaulted Cassie at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, surveillance video of which was shown to the jury. After the incident, Cassie returned to her apartment where Morgan was staying with her. Morgan said Cassie had a black eye.
About 30 minutes after Cassie’s return, Diddy allegedly arrived at the apartment and started trying to break down a door with a hammer. Cassie was “numb,” Morgan claimed, adding, “I don’t think she would’ve cared if he came in and killed her.”
Morgan noted that she was one of the only friends in Cassie’s life at the time who was not an employee of Diddy. “Combs controlled everything,” she claimed, adding that she felt like Cassie would come away from hangouts with Diddy’s entourage feeling more positive about their relationship. “You could tell they were convincing her it was OK,” Morgan alleged.
Cassie testified in court for four days last week, sharing details about the hotel incident and other alleged abuse by Diddy. She previously sued him in November 2023, alleging that he physically and sexually abused her throughout their 11-year relationship.
Diddy denied her allegations in a statement via his lawyer at the time. “Mr. Combs vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations,” the mogul’s lawyer Ben Brafman said.
One day after the lawsuit, Cassie and Diddy settled the suit out of court. Cassie revealed last week that the settlement was for $20 million.
Six months later, CNN published an edited version of the 2016 hotel assault video. Diddy issued a public apology for his actions in the video via Instagram in May 2024.
