Adam Devine says he’s a victim of ghosting by his friend and former costar Zac Efron.
“Zac calls me — hasn’t called me in several years — calls me out of the blue,” Devine, 41, recalled on the Wednesday, April 2, episode of the “In Depth With Graham Bensinger” podcast. “He’s on some private island somewhere and he goes, ‘Hey man, I just wanna let you know that I miss you.’”
Devine said he missed his “good friend” too and claimed he was asked by Efron, 37, if he still has “that place down by the beach.”
“He’s like, ‘Would it be cool if I came and crashed with you for two weeks?’ I’m like, ‘Uh, yeah, sure, come stay with me,’” Devine claimed to host Graham Bensinger. “He’s like, ‘Alright, I’m gonna call you tomorrow to get all the details, and then I’ll be there early next week, and then you’ll send me the address and all that.’ I’m like, ‘Alright.’”
Devine appeared confident that it was going to happen because he even gave his wife, Chloe Bridges, a heads up. (And yes, she was cool with having a temporary guest at her house.)
Ultimately, the actor claimed he never heard from Efron again after the surprise call.
“He ghosted me, dude. Never called back,” Devine claimed in the podcast episode. “I even texted him like, ‘Are you gonna stay here?’ And [I] haven’t talked with him since. So I’ve [got] no idea, dude. No idea.”

Devine and Efron starred as brothers in the 2016 comedy Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates. The movie was based on the true story of real-life brothers Mike and Dave Stangle, who were instructed to bring dates to their sister’s wedding.
In a surprise movie twist, the two hard-partying brothers find themselves out-hustled by an uncontrollable duo.
The film, which also starred Anna Kendrick and Aubrey Plaza, sparked a group chat with the main cast members that remains active today.
“We’re on this text chain,” Devine shared. “For whatever reason, I think Mike and Dave is airing a lot on TV and people are watching it a lot now so we were texting, ‘Oh yah, just ran into someone. They told us about Mike and Dave.’”
Away from the big screen, Devine and Bridges, 33, continue to live in Orange County, California, as they raise their 13-month-old son, Beau.
“This year has been the most transformative year of both of our lives,” Devine shared via Instagram in December 2024 . “It is so cool to see you go from being my wife to now the incredible mother of our child. Life man, what a ride and I’m so happy to be on it with you.”

Their feud dates back to President Donald Trump’s address to a joint session of Congress in March, when McCain took to X to thank him for comments in his speech.
“This is the first time I can remember crying during a state of the union,” McCain wrote via X at the time. “Thank you President Trump. This is so beautiful. Anyone who has been impacted by brain cancer knows how special this is.” (The address wasn’t officially a State of the Union, as it came just weeks after Trump was sworn in.)
Coon quoted that post with, “Who’s gonna tell her?” seeming to refer to Trump’s decision to cut funding for cancer research. McCain responded to Coon’s post by quoting it with a screenshot of Kate (Leslie Bibb) from White Lotus.
Just days before the speech, fictional character Kate admitted to voting for Trump on the show.

McCain also posted that she wasn’t sure if she should continue watching White Lotus because “one of the stars decided to tweet some nasty crap at me.”
Coon addressed Bibb’s character and called out McCain by name in a story for The Hollywood Reporter, published Wednesday, April 2, adding more fuel to their tiff.
“I do think people like Meghan McCain and her community are really gratified to see a conservative person on television,” Coon said. “I have conservative people in my life who reached out to me to say that was an awesome conversation because I don’t think it vilifies Kate.”
McCain saw the story and fired back via X, writing on Thursday, “Yes Carrie, I am ‘gratified’ that the conservative character represented on White Lotus is the responsible, family oriented one not making a fool of herself. Unlike the progressive liberal you’re representing who is sleeping with hotel staff and showing her tits to everyone.”
Coon’s character, Laurie, doesn’t actually sleep with a member of the hotel staff but does sleep with the friend of a staff member.
“I didn’t realize my quote was so inflammatory,” Coon wrote Thursday in a tweet quote of McCain’s post. “Is ‘gratified’ a new trigger word?”
The White Lotus airs Sunday nights at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.

UPDATE 4/4/25 at 1:27 p.m. ET — Russell Brandhas broken his silence after the U.K. government brought forth charges of rape and assault.
“When I was young and single, before I had my wife and family, I was a fool,” Brand said in a Friday, April 4, X video. “I was a fool before I lived in the light of the Lord. I was a drug addict, a sex addict and an imbicile, but what I never was … was a rapist. I’ve never engaged in nonconsensual activity. I pray that you can see that by looking in my eyes.”
Brand further noted that he is “incredibly grateful” to have the opportunity to defend the charges in court.
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) confirmed on Friday, April 4, that Brand, 49, had been charged following claims from four different women between 1999 and 2005.

“We have today authorized the Metropolitan Police to charge Russell Brand with a number of sexual offenses,” a spokesperson for the CPS, Jaswant Narwal, said in a statement. “We carefully reviewed the evidence after a police investigation into allegations made following the broadcast of a Channel 4 documentary in September 2023. We have concluded that Russell Brand should be charged with offenses including rape, sexual assault and indecent assault.”
Brand is scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, May 2, for his first hearing on the charges.

The comedian was accused of sexual misconduct in a 2023 Channel 4 documentary, which he vehemently denied ahead of its release.
“I’ve received two extremely disturbing letters, or a letter and an email, one from a mainstream media TV company [and] one from a newspaper, listing a litany of extremely egregious and aggressive attacks,” he said in a September 2023 video posted on X. “As well as some pretty stupid stuff, like my community festival should be stopped, that I shouldn’t be able to attack mainstream media narratives on this channel, but amidst this litany of astonishing, rather baroque attacks, are some very serious allegations that I absolutely refute.”

Brand added, “As I’ve written about extensively in my books, I was very, very promiscuous. Now during that time of promiscuity, the relationships I had were absolutely, always consensual,” he said. “I was always transparent about that then — almost too transparent. The accusations against Brand were detailed in a Channel 4 Dispatches investigation.
“It’s worth mentioning that there are witnesses whose evidence directly contradicts the narratives that these two mainstream media outlets are trying to construct apparently, in what seems to me to be, a coordinated attack,” he claimed at the time of the documentary. “Now, I don’t want to get into this any further, because of the serious nature of the allegations, but I feel like I’m being attacked and plainly they are working very closely together.”
Brand was previously married to Katy Perry from 2010 to 2012. He married Laura Gallacher in 2017 and they share three kids.

Among the reception’s many guests was the London Vegetable Orchestra, who notably played music using instruments crafted from home-grown vegetables. Charles tried his hand at one of the unique instruments, performing a rendition of “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” with the group.
Following the jam session, the four-person ensemble showed off their instruments while informing Charles he could keep his carrot recorder, per a clip shared by Sky News. The Royal Family’s X page shared another performance from the London Vegetable Orchestra, as they played a cover of The Beatles’ “Let It Be” — hilariously retitled “Lettuce Bean” — outside of Windsor Castle.
Thursday’s gathering of musical groups marked one of Charles’ first public events since his brief hospital stay last month. Buckingham Palace announced on March 27 that Charles “experienced temporary side effects that required a short period of observation in hospital” amid his ongoing cancer treatment.
A handful of his scheduled appearances were subsequently postponed. “His Majesty would like to send his apologies to all those who may be inconvenienced or disappointed as a result,” the statement continued.

Charles was spotted leaving his Clarence House home in London on March 28. Chris Ship, royal editor at the U.K.’s ITV News, shared via X that Charles was traveling to the royal family’s Highgrove country estate in Gloucestershire, England, for the weekend, though the palace did not confirm the plans.
Charles was once again back to public-facing duties on Tuesday, April 1, per an update from Buckingham Palace. Though the monarch will continue his typical meetings and scheduled public engagements, some appointments have reportedly been rescheduled to allow Charles extra time to rest before his and his wife Queen Camilla’s upcoming visit to Italy, per People. The couple — who recently adopted a new rescue puppy — are set to leave for their trip on Monday, April 7.

Last month, one of Camilla’s unnamed aides claimed to Newsweek that it has been “exhausting” for her to balance her royal duties with supporting Charles through his cancer battle. Camilla, 77, filled in for her husband at many royal events before he resumed his duties.
“It would have been draining for a woman half her age,” the anonymous aide explained in an interview published March 12. “But I think if one is to attempt to see a benefit from that period, actually it did give a chance for the media, and the world, to see some of the work that she had always been doing with greater interest and clarity.”
Evelyn Braxton continues to be unfazed by any of her daughters’ social media drama.
“I know – knowing them – that they will resolve it. They’ll get it together,” Evelyn, 77, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting Cooking Sessions with Tamar and Ms. E. “They’re sisters for God’s sake. They’ve been sisters all their lives. So, I mean, even before social media, this or that, it’s life.”
Last month, Toni Braxton tried to celebrate Tamar Braxton’s birthday on social media. When attempting to share a photo of her sister, the “Unbreak My Heart” singer, 57, claimed she was blocked.
“Wanted to repost that GORGEOUS picture of you, but I’m blocked, again??” she wrote via Instagram. “Anyway, Happy Birthday Tay!”
Tamar, 48, replied, “Or you could have called. #GasLighting.”
While the exchange made plenty of headlines, Tamar assured fans that everything is good with her sisters.

When asked to share which sister she is closest to, Tamar joked that “it switches.”
“Imagine having several,” she joked to Us when referencing Toni, Towanda, Trina and the late Traci Braxton. “One week you’re close to one, and then the next week you’re close to the other. That’s how that works.”
Fortunately, filming projects together like The Braxtons or celebrating major life events like Towanda’s recent wedding allows everyone to come together and grow together.
“It always does,” Tamar explained. “I think the strain comes when the distance is too far in between.”
She added, “[Towanda] was a beautiful, beautiful bride. My son and her Godson rang the bell and it was really exciting. They had the biggest wedding party that I’ve seen since the ‘80s. A full wedding party.”

Compono, 32, who is 22 weeks pregnant, shared an update via Instagram, accompanied by a photo of herself with her baby bump proudly on display.
She and her husband, fellow Challenge alumZach Nichols, also share kids Anthony, 3, Liliana, 2, and Carmella, 13 months.
“March recap: Anthony is officially potty trained It’s true, it’ll happen when they are ready,” she wrote, adding, “I had my 20 week sono and they found a CPC seen in right ventricle of her brain (cyst). Genetic testing all came back low risk, the doctors mentioned it might fix itself but everything will be fine. Anyone experience this? ”
The choroid plexus is the part of the brain that bathes and protects a baby’s brain and spinal column. A cyst in that area occurs in approximately 1 to 2 percent of babies and forms when “a tiny bubble of fluid is pinched off as the choroid plexus forms,” according to UCSF Health. The cysts usually disappear on their own without any adverse consequences.
In a very small percentage of babies with CPCs, a disorder called trisomy 18 can happen, where the baby has an extra copy of chromosome 18. Babies with trisomy 18 (about 1 in 3,000) are often stillborn and survival beyond infancy is rare.
Compono first announced her pregnancy via Instagram in January.

Meghan Markle celebrated the launch of her new As Ever product line by giving her famous friends a sneak peek at the brand’s items.
Stars such as Abigail Spencer, Mindy Kaling and Chrissy Teigen were gifted jars of the brand’s first-ever product — a jar of jam — back in April 2024. Meghan even put her own personal touch on each jar by using her calligraphy skills to write out the brand’s name, formerly American Riviera Orchard, on each label, which also featured an image of Montecito, where Meghan and husband Prince Harry live.
The Duchess of Sussex originally announced American Riviera Orchard in March 2024 by launching the company’s Instagram page after a five-year social media absence. The brand was renamed As Ever in February 2025, and the line’s variety of lifestyle goods and food products sold out within an hour of its April 2025 launch.

Art Garfunkel opened up about stepping away from his legendary music career due a long standing battle with the skin condition psoriasis.
“Psoriasis is something I lived with quietly for many years. It was part of my life even during my most public moments, including on tours, but I rarely, if ever, spoke about it,” Garfunkel, 83, told People in an interview published on Friday, April 4.
The Simon & Garfunkel musician revealed that he underwent numerous treatments for the autoimmune disease, which can cause patches of dry and irritated skin, but had little success until recently. The singer detailed experimenting with “different creams, remedies, even treatments involving UV light and tar” without much relief.
“My treatment journey was long, and it wasn’t easy … I remember being completely covered in tar; what a mess. Some gave me temporary relief, but nothing really lasted — it was a frustrating cycle,” he explained. “The itching always came right back, and so did the scales. It was so uncomfortable.”
Garfunkel’s health condition even forced him to put his music career on hold because of the strain of having to cover up the physical signs of psoriasis.
“Performing is such a big part of who I am, so having to step back because of my psoriasis was difficult,” he remembered. “I could be in front of thousands of people but still have to cover up. It can affect your confidence, your comfort in your own skin, and it isolates you in ways people don’t always see.”
However, Garfunkel said he’s now comfortable appearing in public again after using Ilumya, a pharmaceutical treatment that manages moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. As he begins this new chapter in his life, the musician credited his wife of 37 years, Kim Garfunkel, and his family with offering him unwavering support.

The Vanderpump Rules cast overhaul hasn’t just affected their friendships with each other — but with Lisa Vanderpump as well.
During the Tuesday, April 1, episode of the “Two T’s With a Pod” podcast, Scheana Shay was asked about her current relationship with Vanderpump, 64, to which she replied, “I don’t talk to her too often. She usually calls when she needs something.”
Shay, 39, noted that her last interaction with Vanderpump was business-related. “That was recent when I talked to her,” she added. “She had a question about a friend of mine on another show of hers, and that was pretty much it.”
Vanderpump also recently revealed where she stands with the cast. “I do love them all regardless of their antics and their foibles. There’s a deep love just because of what we’ve been through together and seeing them at such a young age, even though they’ve been very frustrating at times, for sure, and they’ve made mistakes,” Vanderpump said on the Tuesday episode of Bravo’s “Hot Mic” podcast. “But, it was predictable.”
The restaurateur recalled getting a call “straight away” from Tom Schwartz after it was confirmed that season 12 of the hit Bravo series won’t feature any of the OG cast members. “He said, ‘I just want to thank you for all the opportunities you’ve given me.’ And James [Kennedy], too,” she noted. “Lala [Kent], I’ve always been very close to her.”

Vanderpump went on to name who didn’t contact her, adding, “I think Ariana [Madix] texted me or tweeted me or something. Katie [Maloney], I didn’t hear from. But, as I say, that doesn’t really surprise me. It’s strange because I’m not saying they should be grateful to me — but they should be grateful for the show. We always celebrated them. But that show gave them a plethora of opportunities they wouldn’t necessarily have had.”
The Vanderpump Rules franchise began as a spinoff of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which Vanderpump starred on from 2010 to 2019. Vanderpump Rules became its own cultural phenomenon as Vanderpump expanded her TV universe with Vanderpump Villa, Vanderpump Dogs and Overserved With Lisa Vanderpump.
Season 11, which aired in 2024, left Bravo viewers divided on the future of the franchise. The network eventually confirmed in November that Vanderpump Rules will be returning — but with an entirely new cast.
Despite the Vanderpump Rules shakeup, the show’s spinoff The Valley is preparing to air a second season with the same cast. Shay, who will make appearances, was asked whether Vanderpump was involved with the project.
“She has her name on it. She’s technically an executive producer,” Shay added on Tuesday. She doesn’t know anything going on [on the show]. When she found out Kristen [Doute] was pregnant, she asked if we knew who the dad was, and we’re like, ‘You’re an executive producer on this show.’ She’s very much not involved, but she has her name on the show.”

During a recent teaser of her upcoming appearance on Camilla Araujo’s podcast, Bonnie, 25, revealed that she makes approximately $2.1 million on the online platform.
“How much do you make a month?” Bonnie then asked Camilla, 22, who said that she earns “roughly the same amount.”

Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin revealed one of the secrets to their long-lasting marriage: hormone replacement therapy.
Rinna, 61, broached the topic during the Friday, April 4, episode of her and Hamlin’s “Let’s Not Talk About the Husband” podcast while explaining how they stay active despite being in the “retirement” age bracket.
“I think when people get really complacent, they’re no longer curious, they’re no longer caring about how they look,” Rinna said. “For a woman, you hit menopause and you’re not on hormone replacement therapy — which, by the way, I think is key for everyone. I’m not an expert, but you’ve gotta be on hormone replacement. You have to. Have to!”
Hamlin, 73, agreed with his wife, adding, “I’m just gonna chime in here and say as soon as she went on hormone replacement, our life got really good, everybody.”
Hormone replacement therapy treats symptoms of menopause like hot flashes, night sweats and mood swings and works by replacing the hormones your body no longer makes once you enter menopause. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum noted that some research has previously found that HRT increases the risk of breast cancer in some people, but she’s still a “huge proponent” of the treatment.
“I am not an expert, but I swear to God, if I wasn’t on hormone replacement therapy,” she continued.
Hamlin then added, “We would be divorced. More than likely.”
Rinna recalled having some skepticism about starting HRT when her doctor first proposed it to her around age 52.
“I’m not sleeping, my hair’s falling out, I’m f***ing pissed off all the time, I’m so out of my body, I can’t sleep, I’m just a nervous wreck, I’m flipped out,” she said. “[My doctor said], ‘If you don’t take it now, by the time you’re 60, you will have your hair falling out, your skin will be dry and brittle, and you will be on two separate antidepressants and it will be too late for you to go on it.’”
Hamlin again piped in to quip, “And you’ll be single, more than likely.”
“Hormone replacement therapy, that keeps you young!” Rinna added, as her husband joked, “And it also keeps us together.”
The former soap star noted that she would “f***king kill” Hamlin if he ever tried to get her to stop taking HRT.
“Are you kidding me?” he replied. “I’m gonna make sure you take it forever.”
Rinna and Hamlin tied the knot in 1997 and later welcomed daughters Delilah Belle, 26, and Amelia Gray, 23. (Hamlin also shares son Dimitri, 44, with ex Ursula Andress.)
While Rinna announced her exit from RHOBH in 2023, she and Hamlin remain one of the few couples to survive the so-called reality TV curse, as numerous Bravo couples have filed for divorce after appearing on a Housewives franchise.
“We like each other,” Hamlin exclusively told Us Weekly last year when asked what keeps him and Rinna together. “Most of our friends spend most of their time trying to avoid their spouses.”
Rinna concurred, adding, “That’s true. We like to hang out. We love to go on adventures.”
