Max — who Chelsea shares with her husband, Los Angeles Dodgers star Freddie Freeman — was rushed to the hospital in July 2024 after he was unable to sit, stand or walk. Chelsea, 33, and Freddie, 35, eventually announced Max had been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, an autoimmune disorder during which the body’s immune system attacks the nerves.
In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, Chelsea explained how Max has progressed in the months since his initial hospitalization.
“He’s been so resilient,” said Chelsea, who spoke to Us via her partnership with OFF! for Adults & Kids. “It’s been amazing to see. He’s still in [physical therapy] two times a week. It will be a full one-year recovery before he’s back to complete normal.”
In reflecting back on the ordeal, an emotional Chelsea called it “the most terrifying thing I’ve ever been through.”

“It was very, very, very intense,” Chelsea said. “It obviously taught us that health is everything. It was awful. He was fully paralyzed on a ventilator. Seeing him able to play outside, it’s really a miracle for how sick he was.”
Max, who turned 4 in February, is doing far more than just playing outside. Chelsea said he’s already been taking swim lessons and she and Freddie recently signed him up to play Little League.
“I wasn’t even sure a few months ago if he was going to be able to play baseball,” Chelsea admitted. “You don’t know exactly how the recovery is going to go.”
Not only is Max taking after his Dad — who was named World Series MVP in October after the Dodgers defeated the New York Yankees in five games — he’s also picking up the bat in the same way that his two older brothers did before him.
In addition to Max, Chelsea and Freddie also share sons Charlie, 8, and Brandon, 4, who was born three months before Max via surrogacy.
“It’s really cool,” Chelsea said of seeing her three boys on the diamond. “Freddie grew up playing Little League, so it’s definitely cool to see that Charlie is so into baseball. Brandon is a lefty like Freddie. And Max is very athletic, as well. It’s very special to see them follow in their father’s footsteps.”
With baseball season around the corner — for both Freddie and the boys — Chelsea will use OFF! to help keep her family safe from mosquitos and other nuisances while they’re enjoying America’s Pastime.
“My kids actually love putting it on,” Chelsea said with a laugh. “With the start of baseball and the warmer weather come bugs and ticks … I love this product, obviously it’s safe to put on my children. They don’t fight me at all using it. It’s a prevention method that’s super important to me.”
Comedian Matt Lucas is clarifying what he meant when he recently said Millie Bobby Brown had a “mommy makeover.”
Lucas, 50, posted an apology statement via Instagram on Monday, March 3, to Brown, 21, after she called out haters (himself included) who commented on her appearance.
“Dear Millie, I just saw your post and wanted to respond and provide some context. Nearly 25 years ago I co-wrote and appeared in a sketch show called Little Britain,” he explained.
Lucas continued: “There was a character in it called Vicky Pollard, who had blonde hair and always wore a pink top, and in the photo you had blonde hair and wore a pink top so I pointed out the similarity by posting one of her catchphrases. I thought you looked terrific, and I was mortified when the press wrote that I ‘slammed’ you, firstly because that’s not my style, and secondly because I think you’re brilliant.”
The Bridesmaids actor added that he “would not” have posed his previous comments if he thought it would upset her. “I realize it has and for that, I apologize,” he wrote.
Lucas’ apology followed Brown’s social media post on Monday, in which she called out Lucas and, in turn, the media for joking about her “mommy makeover look.”

The Stranger Things star, who was also recently criticized by internet trolls for saying she was aging poorly, added: “I refuse to apologize for growing up. I refuse to make myself smaller to fit the unrealistic expectations of people who can’t handle seeing a girl become a woman.”

Faster Pussycat singer Taime Downe‘s fiancée, Kimberly Burch, has reportedly died after falling overboard from a Royal Caribbean cruise ship near the Bahamas.
TMZ reports that Burch fell to her death after being seen in a “heated argument” with Down, 60, on board The ‘80s Cruise, which set sail from Miami on Sunday, March 2, and was headed to the Bahamas.
According to the U.S. Coast Guard, the incident occurred 20 miles off the coast of Freeport. The Coast Guard reportedly provided a helicopter and personnel to the Royal Bahamas Defense Force in its rescue mission but the search was eventually suspended without finding a body.
Kimberly’s mother Carnell Burch told the website that Downe had personally called her to deliver the tragic news on Monday, March 3, but it’s still unclear how Kimberly fell overboard. Carnell claimed that her daughter had been drinking but hadn’t shown other obvious signs of distress.
A Royal Caribbean Group confirmed the incident: “Our crew immediately launched a search and rescue effort, is working with local authorities, and we are providing support and assistance to the guest’s family during this difficult time. To respect the privacy of our guest’s family, we have no additional details to share.”

In a social media post, Kimberly had confirmed to her Instagram followers over the weekend that she “made it to The 80s Cruise” while posing with Downe. Faster Pussycat were set to perform on the cruise alongside fellow 1980s music stars Adam Ant, Tiffany, Squeeze, and Men at Work.
Former Vixen lead singer Lorraine Lewis responded to Kimberly’s final post with a tribute: “Devastating news. Taime & Kim are soul mates. RIP beautiful. Sending so much love to both of you and your families. This is unimaginable. RIP Kim.”
Downe last posted a photo with Burch on February 14 for Valentine’s Day, where he wrote to her via Instagram: “I had a beautiful #valentinesday with my love and better half @burchkimberly. We ate candy and cupcakes. I’m a lucky man!”
Downe has been the frontman of heavy metal band Faster Pussycat on and off since its formation in 1985. The group rose to fame as part of the historic Sunset Strip hair metal scene of the mid 1980s alongside Guns N’ Roses and Poison.

Faster Pussycat’s self-titled debut album was released in 1987, but they reached the peak of their success two years later with their single “House of Pain,” which hit No. 28 on Billboard Hot 100 chart. Their most recent studio album, The Power and the Glory Hole, was released in 2006.
Downe is next set to perform with Faster Pussycat on the Monsters of Rock Cruise, which sails from Miami, Florida to Nassau, Bahamas from March 10 to March 15. There is no confirmation yet on whether Faster Pussycat’s concert will go ahead as planned.
Monica Garcia is pregnant with her fifth baby — her first with boyfriend Braxton Knight.
“It was difficult coming off such a tumultuous whirlwind with RHOSLC and all the love and hate I received from all of that,” she told People on Tuesday, March 4. “Old friends turned on me, I was iced out by the cast, I lost my job, my relationship with my mother has never recovered, my world was crumbling. Then I had an unexpected pregnancy and miscarriage at 40. The entire time I was going through all of that, the world chose to spit on me and continue to kick me while I was down. The accusations of me lying about a pregnancy and miscarriage that I received daily while dealing with such an unexpected loss was a pain that I will never forget. I was losing a baby while being shredded apart by some of the most awful comments I’ve ever had said to and about me.”
Garcia told the outlet that she’s due next month.
“God has been there for me every single step of the way,” she said. “I have been so blessed and been silent about all of it. I just hope someone reads this and it resonates with them on some level. Reminds them that no matter what people do to you, say about you, or try to take from you, they can NEVER take what God has for you.”
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City alum, 41, is already the mother of four daughters with ex-husband Mike Fowler: Bri, 19, Jaidyn, 14, West, 8, and Kendall, 7. Garcia and Fowler were married from 2009 to 2023.
In April 2024, Garcia announced that she was pregnant with baby No. 5, but she later suffered a miscarriage.
“I literally just found out,” she explained during an appearance on the “Viall Files” podcast, sharing that she was seven weeks pregnant. “I have not told one f—ing person except for my best friend.”
Garcia — who starred on season 4 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, which aired from September 2023 to January 2024 — then divulged how she discovered the news.

“I literally went into urgent care for something totally unrelated that I thought was wrong,” she said. “And the doctor came in and was like, ‘You’re pregnant.’”
Garcia recalled being “on the urgent care floor, bawling my eyes out” when she received the information.
“Because I’m like, ‘I’m 39!’ Like, there’s no way,” she recounted. “I’m on birth control. By all means, I should not be pregnant.”
Garcia also praised Knight — whom she met while filming a snowmobiling scene for The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City — for his reaction to her pregnancy.
“I think honestly, we were both in shock,” she said. “But he has been incredible.”
At the time, Garcia clapped back at negativity surrounding her pregnancy news.
“Yes. I already have four girls. No. I was not planning on being 39 and going through the baby stage again, but unexpectedly here I am,” she wrote via Instagram in April 2024. “For everyone making hateful comments and judging me as a mother, immediately deleted and blocked. I will not intake the negativity coming at me over a baby. To everyone else, THANK YOU.”
Southern Charm star Molly O’Connell is getting candid on how ketamine infusions “completely changed” her life.
“I was in a deep depression. I struggle with depression and anxiety,” O’Connell, 37, shared on the “LadyGang” podcast on Tuesday, March 4. “I have PTSD and I got in a real rut and I couldn’t get out of bed. I wasn’t showering for long periods of time. I wouldn’t leave my house, I would just order DoorDash. I wouldn’t do anything, wouldn’t let anybody come over. And I wasn’t in a place where I could even do therapy. I needed to get better.”
O’Connell, who began appearing on season 10 of Southern Charm, explained that she started the ketamine infusions because Top Model’sLisa Dato posted about how it “changed her life.”
“I messaged her; she told me about it. So had she not posted that publicly, I wouldn’t have known to do that,” she said. “I did a ketamine infusion and during the ketamine infusion is when I was playing ‘80s rock ballads … I was like, ‘Why did I quit music?’ … ‘Why would I let my anxiety stop me from something that I loved so much? And that I’ve done since I was 3, 4 years old.’ It was just ridiculous.”
The reality star noted that after the infusions she was able to “get out of that rut” and start different types of therapy including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and exposure therapy.
O’Connell began starring on season 10 of Southern Charm in December 2024. Since her start on the show, O’Connell has been open about her challenges as a model with weight fluctuation.

“I gained weight and most of the stuff I do, you need to be a certain size. I do a lot of e-commerce and that’s just how it is [now],” O’Connell shared on the “LadyGang” podcast on Tuesday. “I’ve lost those jobs and weight is a part of that. It affects a lot of parts of my life, and I’ve got a lot of shame around it because of just society and the modeling industry and the toxicity of all that.”

After growing up in a Toronto suburb, O’Hara pursued a career in comedy with the support of her parents and six siblings. "Everybody in my family's funny,” she told The New Yorker in January 2019. "Being funny was highly encouraged in our family, I think. I impersonated people for my dad, and that would really make my dad laugh.”
The aspiring comedian starred on Second City’s SCTV from 1976 to 1979. She then appeared on SCTV Network from 1981 to 1983 and SCTV Channel from 1983 to 1984. O’Hara was a writer on all three sketch shows.

The actress reprised her role as Delia Deetz in 2024’s Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, which follows the Deetz family when Lydia’s (Ryder) teenage daughter, Astrid (Jenna Ortega), accidentally opens a portal to the afterlife and meets Beetlejuice (Keaton).

“Kyle and I have a very brother-sister relationship because we’ve known each other for, like, almost 10 years now,” Paige, 32, exclusively told Us Weekly on Tuesday, March 4, while promoting her DSW collection.
She noted that their dynamic includes the ability to “say the meanest things we’ve ever thought in our head to each other.”
“But then I know, like, I’m coming over and playing with the dogs at your apartment,” she added.
Paige and Kyle, 42, have been friends since she joined Summer House during season 3 in 2019. The fashion correspondent is even closer to Kyle now that he’s married to one of her BFFs Amanda Batula, another star on the Bravo series.
During the season 9 trailer, which dropped in late 2024, Bravo teased that there would be issues between Paige and Kyle. In the video, Kyle accused Paige of being “two faced,” which set her off. “Did you say I’m being two faced?” she screamed back in response. “How f—ing dare you?”
Fans got more insight into their fight during the Wednesday, February 26, episode of Summer House. During the episode, Paige revealed that Kyle sent her a “bit of rage texting” about her “best friend” Hannah Berner and her then-boyfriend Craig Conover. (Paige broke up with Craig, 36, in November 2024 after three years of dating.)
Paige told the cameras that Kyle’s messages about Hannah, 33, were prompted by Hannah going on a podcast and dredging up their past drama. (Hannah feuded with Kyle for years before exiting Summer House after season 5. She alleged on a 2024 podcast that Kyle had a hand in her firing.)
Paige explained that Kyle’s negative remarks about Craig were because the Southern Charm star “signed a deal to do some ad with another drink company.” (Craig invested in Spritz Society in spring 2024, which Kyle confessed didn’t sit well with him because it is a rival to his company Loverboy.)
According to a screenshot of Kyle’s alleged texts, he wrote he was “beyond discouraged” with Craig and Paige, and claimed Craig was spreading “about a dozen of lies.”
“Now I’ve gotten to the point where you f—d with my best friend. Now you’re f—ing with my boyfriend [Craig],” Paige told Ciara Miller on Wednesday’s episode speaking about Kyle. “You disrespect me. Think you can text me anything you want. F— you!”
Paige then quipped, “You’re lucky I don’t buy Loverboy and f—ing sell it.” She also teased that she planned to tell Kyle off and address his rage texts in front of the group — which will be shown on the Wednesday, March 5, episode of the series.
It’s been months since Paige and Kyle feuded in the Hamptons — the show was filmed in summer 2024 — and according to Paige they have since moved on.
“I feel like we do get our rage out with each other because we know like, ‘OK, we’re not gonna not be friends,’” she told Us, confirming, “So we’re fine. Honestly, he was just texting me this morning.”
Kyle, meanwhile, exclusively told Us in October 2024 that he does “cherish” his friendship with Craig and that they are “good” after the alcohol company debacle.
Paige, who has publicly traded jabs with her ex Craig over the past few months, is also focused on her future. The reality star recently teamed up with DSW for her own spring shoe collection and told Us all about which styles everyone needs this season.

Kristen Doute and MJ Javid did not hesitate to throw shade at Andy Cohen for his alleged support of “poorly behaved men” on Bravo.
During the Monday, March 3, episode of the “Balancing Act” podcast, Doute, 42, was discussing her The Valley costar Jax Taylor‘s continuous ups and downs that were well-documented on Vanderpump Rules.
“Every single reunion with Andy, Jax was saying ‘Andy, I’m just a work in progress,” Doute said. “And Andy would be like, ‘How many more years are we going to sit here and you’re going to say that?'”
Javid, 52, replied by claiming that Cohen, 56, actually “loves his poorly behaved men,” to which Doute added, “He sure does. He certainly does.”
The Shahs of Sunset alum quipped that Cohen’s support was “to the West Coast and back.” Doute didn’t disagree, noting, “He certainly f—king does.”
Us Weekly has reached out to Cohen for comment. While neither Doute nor Javid clarified which men on Bravo they thought Cohen supported, their comments came one day before Taylor, 45, revealed that he had a cocaine addiction during his time on Vanderpump Rules.
“I thought for the most part that I was keeping a lot of it under the radar. But clearly I wasn’t,” Taylor recalled on the Tuesday, March 4, episode of Alex Baskin‘s “Hot Mic” podcast. “When I watch back I’m like, ‘How big are my f—ing pupils? I’m sweating and there’s no reason to be sweating in the scene. Why am I sweating?’”
After fans questioned Taylor’s behavior in the past, he acknowledged there were “some signs” they were picking up on, adding, “And [producers] did pull me aside a couple times and say, ‘Listen, calm down now.’ They didn’t know, but they thought I was drinking too much.”
“I would go off on my own. We would film a scene and you have 30 minutes [of] downtime so most people go rest. I would go to a bar, get lit or go next door from SUR and that’s where we all went because we weren’t allowed to drink during scenes,” he detailed. “During certain times, we would go to parties. But when we’re doing these important scenes, they were like, ‘Stay away from that’. But we’d all sneak in the back alley or we would all go get ripped before a scene.”
Vanderpump Rules, which debuted in 2013, started as a spinoff of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and evolved into its own franchise. The show originally followed Lisa Vanderpump and the staff at her restaurant SUR — Taylor, Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval and Doute — as they tried to navigate professional and personal conflict.
Doute and Schroeder were original cast members on Vanderpump Rules who were both fired in June 2020 due to past racially insensitive behavior toward former costar Faith Stowers. Taylor and Cartwright, meanwhile, left the show that same year before reuniting with Doute on The Valley.
Bergmann set the record straight on his now-viral comments on Tuesday, March 4. “Omg y’all I’m so sorry and confused,” he wrote via X. “Everything being reported on is none of my business. My contribution to this was taken out of context and said in what I thought was relative obscurity, but it obviously wasn’t.”
Travis and Taylor were public for months before the NFL player moved into Bergmann’s neighborhood. “He moved in November, that’s all I know,” Bergmann continued. “I told Michele, who is a giant fan, hey this is serious. She didn’t believe me for six months. That was the intention of the comment. Again it was taken out of context but I shouldn’t be talking about it anyway. So consider this the last time I do.”
“He’s an enigma — on one hand, he’s, like, this big, tough football player,” Bergmann, 41, explained during a recent appearance on “The Social Game” podcast. “On the other, he’s going to have about 12 Taylor Swift songs written about him.”
The MTV alum called himself the “first person” to know about Kelce, 35, and Swift’s romance. Bergmann claimed that he “tried to tell” Survivor alum Michele Fitzgerald — who hosts the podcast alongside Kellie Nalbandian — about the courtship but she “didn’t believe it.”
Kelce and Swift, 35, took their relationship public in September 2023 when she attended one of his football games, but Bergmann had the inside scoop months prior.
“I beat the validating of her showing up to games and stuff by, like, six months,” Bergmann continued. “To me, he’s the boy next door.”
Bergmann’s connection to Kelce goes far beyond where they live. The former Challenge winner was once mistaken for the Kansas City Chiefs tight end after photos were snapped by their respective homes.
“We live inside a gated community, and I was exiting the gated community in my brand new beautiful truck recently,” Bergmann said during a “Rob Has a Podcast” appearance in February 2024. “And the paparazzi snapped me, and they thought I was Travis Kelce.”
He continued, “So they published a picture of me in my car and they said something along the lines of ‘Travis Kelce doesn’t love Taylor Swift as much as Taylor Swift loves Travis Kelce.’ So I am apparently his doppelgänger.”

Bergmann noted that he’s been “rooting for” Kelce for a long time. “It is now mainstream cool,” he added at the time. (Kelce, however, has said on his “New Heights” podcast that he isn’t watching season 3 of The Traitors. Sorry, Wes!)
Bergmann hasn’t offered more details about the origin of Swift and Kelce’s romance, but the singer actually has. Swift told Time Magazine in December 2023 that they had privately dated before she made the decision to attend one of his games.
“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” she said at the time, referring to a July 2023 episode of “New Heights” in which Kelce talked about wanting to give Swift a friendship bracelet. She said that they “started hanging out right after that.”
Swift noted that there was “a significant amount of time” that they spent together before taking things to the next level.
“We got to get to know each other,” she shared. “By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”
After Lynskey, 47, and Ritter, 45, attended the Vanity Fair Oscars party on Sunday, March 2, viewers of the actress’ hit Showtime series took to social media to jokingly ask whether her husband could fight them for her. (Lynskey rocked a stunning red gown alongside her husband, who opted for a black suit.)
Ritter initially confirmed he can “fight” on X before sharing a video on Monday, March 3, of him showing off his moves, adding, “I tried to warn you, now LOOK AT THESE DECOR CHOICES.”
“Melanie would like everyone to know there is no rug in the room yet but that is a part of her evil master plan to make the world more beautiful in any and every way she can,” he wrote while Lynskey replied in a separate comment, “Traditionally when a person puts their back out they rest and take care of it, but you’re a lone wolf dring you’re gonna do you.”

Ritter has shared the screen with Lynskey on multiple occasions. The couple met while filming The Big Ask in 2013 and later collaborated on projects such as We’ll Never Have Paris and The Intervention. Ritter also scored cameo roles in Lynskey’s shows Candy, The Last of Us and Yellowjackets.
“We’ve worked together a few times and it’s always been really fun, but I mean, I’ll do anything with him. He’s so talented,” Lynskey exclusively told Us Weekly in April 2023. “I love his face. I love looking at his face.”
Lynskey, who welcomed a daughter with Ritter in 2018, joked that there were no more plans for them to work together.
“No, that’s it. Thank you!” she quipped. “He can’t be the favorite! I just don’t want the crew to like him more. That was my only issue was that everybody — nobody could stop talking about how kind he was and wonderful and easygoing. And at a certain point, I was like, ‘I got it.’ Yeah, I got it. He’s great. He’s the best.”
Ritter filmed an appearance on Yellowjackets, which has remained a mystery after it didn’t air during season 2. After the series was renewed for a third season, Entertainment Tonight reported that Ritter would still join Yellowjackets in the future.
“It was great. But I came back to work and everybody was like, ‘Your husband’s the nicest person in the world. He’s our favorite,'” Lynskey recalled to Us. “And I think, previously, I felt like I was some people’s favorite.”
Lynskey added: “Everyone was like, ‘We still love you.’ And I was like, ‘I know he’s nicer. He’s nicer than me. He’s easier to be around. He never complains.’ So he became the new favorite. It was hard for me to give up the title, but I was also happy.”
The Valley star Jax Taylor opened up about his past cocaine addiction, revealing that he’s 83 days sober. During the latest episode of the “Hot Mic” podcast, Taylor, 45, admitted that it was “hard to say out loud” that he’s struggled with “substance issues” throughout his life. “I’ve been dealing with this on and off since I was 23 and now I’m 45. Sklenar, 34, looked chic in an all-black tux at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday, March 2. In addition to accessorizing his look with a gold ring and watch, the actor added a pop of color to his dark ensemble by sporting a delicate, pink flower-shaped brooch on his jacket.

Sklenar and Baldoni’s fashion coincidence comes amid the latter’s ongoing legal drama with It Ends With Us leading lady Blake Lively. (Us Weekly has reached out to Sklenar’s reps for comment on his Oscars afterparty outfit.)
Based on Colleen Hoover’s 2016 book of the same name, It Ends With Us follows Lily Bloom (Lively) as her seemingly perfect relationship with Ryle (Baldoni) becomes abusive. Her relationship struggles come around the same time she reconnects with her first love, Atlas (Sklenar).

Prior to the film’s August 2024 premiere, rumors swirled online that Baldoni and Lively, 37, butted heads on set over creative differences. Sklenar addressed the drama in a lengthy Instagram statement at the time, writing, “This film is meant to inspire. It’s meant to validate and recognize. It’s meant to instill hope. It’s meant to build courage and help people feel less alone. Ultimately it’s meant to spread love and awareness. It is not meant to once again, make the women [sic] the ‘bad guy,’ let’s move beyond that together.”
Sklenar later voiced his support for Lively when she filed her December 2024 sexual harassment lawsuit against Baldoni, accusing the director of inappropriate on-set behavior and claiming he launched a smear campaign against her to ruin her reputation. He shared a link to The New York Times’ reporting of Livelky’s lawsuit via his Instagram Story at the time, writing, “For the Love of God Read This,” as well as tagged Lively in the post.
Baldoni has refuted the allegations in his $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times and his $400 million lawsuit against Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist, Leslie Sloane. Among his claims, Baldoni accused Lively of attempting to take over creative control of the film, attempting to ban him from the movie’s NYC premiere and influencing the film’s cast to “shun” him.
Both Lively and Baldoni’s teams — as well as The New York Times — have continuously denied the other’s allegations. A trial date has been set for March 9, 2026.

Amid the legal drama, Sklenar has continued to keep his focus on the film’s message of domestic violence awareness. When asked if he was “Team Justin’ or “Team Blake” during an appearance on CBS Mornings last month, Sklenar said he is “Team It Ends With Us.”
He explained, “I just want people to remember why we made the movie in the first place and what it stands for, just keeping the focus on that. That movie meant so much to me.”
Sklenar called Baldoni and Lively’s legal battle a “tough situation” in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter at Sunday’s Vanity Fair Oscars Party. “I just hope everyone remembers what the movie is about and why we made it in the first place,” he stated. “It’s about love and it’s about supporting women in general and helping people through tough times. That movie has helped so many people, and I just want people to remember what it’s about and why we made it.”
Tori Spelling is recalling her major wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet.
“I did have a nip slip situation at the … what was I presenting at? It was either the Billboard Music Awards or the American Music Awards,” the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 51, said on the Tuesday, March 4, episode of her “MisSpelling” podcast. “It was during the phase where I had platinum hair and I had the corkscrew curls — very Drew Barrymore — thin eyebrows, big dark lips. And this was one I had got styled for.”
Spelling was seemingly referring to her look for the 23rd Annual American Music Awards in 1996. She explained that the look was “light blue” with a “shimmery” and “see-through” texture. Instead of going for a gown, she wore a blouse with either “one” or “two buttons” that showed off her belly. Spelling completed the look with matching pants.
“At the time, I was all about tight dresses so I was trying something new and the stylist was like, ‘This would look great.’ So I was styled and glammed for this,” she recalled. “I guess we didn’t take into consideration that it was see-through.”
Spelling attended the event with Patrick Muldoon, whom she was dating at the time. (She walked the red carpet solo since she was a presenter that evening.)
When Spelling was posing for photos, she noticed that the press was “chit-chattering” about something.

“I’m looking up flashes everywhere [I] couldn’t even see the sea of paparazzi … and I could just hear people being, ‘Oh my god,’” she reflected. “My publicist swooped in and whispered, ‘Wait’ and she took me off. You could either see through my top or I had a nip slip. We can google it.”
Spelling added that she was “pretty sure” that she didn’t wear a bra or nipple covers with her outfit at the time. The actress then realized another factor that contributed to her wardrobe malfunction.
“Oh! I think I had just gotten my boob job a little bit before that so they were very perky and out there and hard,” she said. “The top was cut open in a way that if I turned you could just see all through the entire side of the boob. It was side boob, that’s what it was.”
Spelling explained that if you searched for photos of the incident online, they most likely would not be there since her publicist at the time fixed her outfit.
“She readjusted me. She stopped the press line,” she recalled. “I went backstage and then I was good to go with some scotch tape bundled up under there.”
Spelling added that in order to prevent another mishap when she was presenting during the awards show someone backstage was able to “quick fix” the top.
Regina Hall has some unexpected — and unwanted — house guests.
“I have squatters, roommates, I don’t know what you call them,” Hall, 54, joked while appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday, February 3.
The Support the Girls actress then discovered that she has something in common with host Jimmy Kimmel — their homes have both been invaded by raccoons.
“Some call them pests, some call them pets,” Kimmel, 57, noted, before Hall admitted: “I call them f—ers!”
Kimmel showed security camera footage of multiple raccoons searching for food outside Hall’s home as his studio audience groaned in horror.
“Look at that little fat one right there,” Hall angrily complained as the video played. “They’re getting bigger every [day]! It’s not up there [in the footage] but I put these lights up. The lights and sounds are supposed to [discourage the racoons] but they think it’s a club!”
She went on: “It’s supposed to make them scared. It does nothing! They think it’s like paparazzi!”

The actress discovered that her pesky raccoons are searching for earthworms in the fresh sod she’d recently installed in her yard. Kimmel offered a unique solution – put a bucket of earthworms somewhere outside of her property to lure the raccoons away.
“They’d come back more,” Hall insisted.
Hall admitted she’d once got so frustrated by her uninvited guests that she’d nearly thrown an apple at the racoons in anger, but quickly clarified: “I didn’t [actually do it]!”
“[I realized] no, they’re going to think I’m feeding them,” she pointed out. “You can’t feed them.”
Kimmel’s second suggestion was a bit trickier, as he encouraged Hall to to put earthworms and other food on her “neighbor’s lawn” instead.
Hall later detailed her many attempts to rid her yard of these uninvited guests, though she’s had absolutely no success thus far.
“I put out mothballs, they’re supposed to not like mothballs,” she said. “I’ve put out peppers. I’ve done the lights… I gotta protect my lawn too! They’re so smart and tenacious, this has been going on, I swear, like six [or] seven months. They’ve got rights! It’s horrible.”
Kimmel shared that he’d been experiencing a similar problem at his home, after spotting raccoon-shaped footprints on his staircase.
“It could be a possum,” Kimmel theorized, but Hall corrected him: “It’s a raccoon, I know it!”
Hall warned Kimmel he might be in for more trouble if he has a swimming pool — the furry creatures have started to use hers to take baths.
“There’s salt butt prints surrounding my pool,” she vented. “Their fat asses have sat around and left stains around the entire pool. I can’t get them up!”
When Kimmel suggested Hall’s only solution might be to move out of her house, she conceded: “Maybe! I might have to! … One of [these raccoons] has been to prison, for sure!”

Kendall Jenner is down to experiment with her makeup, as long as she keeps her base the same.
For the Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday, March 2, Jenner, 29, wanted her makeup to be a bit “on the darker side” with the same signature glow she regularly dons. “We never take it too far,” she explained to Vanity Fair while getting ready in a YouTube video directed by Kirsten White and published on Monday, March 3.
Jenner’s makeup artist, Mary Phillips, agreed with her, sharing, “We’ll change the tones of the makeup but we’ll keep her signature makeup look very similar.” She then dusted the Infallible Blur-fection Powder under Jenner’s eyes and on the centers of her face. Phillips gave the Kardashians star the exact eye look she wanted, which included bronzed eyeshadow and flirty lashes that came courtesy of L’Oreal Paris Panorama mascara
As she got glammed up, the model praised Phillips — whom she’s worked with for nine years — and hairstylist Tamás Tüzes, calling the team her “angels sent from heaven.”
“I literally don’t go anywhere without Mary,” the supermodel said. “I will not step foot on a red carpet without Mary.”
Jenner continued, making Phillips blush, “She’s the best thing to ever happen to me. I’m obsessed with her. She’s more than a makeup artist — she’s my family.”
Phillips then returned the love to Jenner, telling her, “It’s very mutual. She saved me, too. We found each other.”
Jenner — who only stays out late “five nights out of the year” — also praised her new hairstylist, Tüzes, noting she felt “so lucky” to be working with both of them.
The 818 founder knows how truly “important” it is to have a good glam team and credited many of her looks to them. “It’s also [about] having good energy with you and people you trust and feel comfortable with and that lift you up,” she explained.
Jenner also gave a shout-out to her vintage 1992 Mugler dress, featuring a rubber lace silhouette, long pagoda sleeves and a keyhole cutout. Styled by Dani Michelle, she felt “honored” to wear the design.
On the 1992 runway, Eva Herzigová modeled the dress in red ruby earrings, which Jenner recreated with custom pieces from Lorraine Schwartz.
Elsewhere in the video, Jenner quipped that a Dirty Shirley would be her Vanity Fair Oscar party cocktail of choice. She even got into the spirit by ordering one to her hotel room before heading out. Cheers to that!
Nancy Travis reflected on how inspired she was by former costar Gene Hackman after his death.
During an exclusive interview for an upcoming issue of Us Weekly, Travis, 63, recalled sharing the screen with Hackman.
“Given the fact that Gene Hackman has just passed away, I did [want to note that] I worked with him in a movie called Loose Cannons,” she noted. “I just remember marveling while acting opposite him and thinking, ‘He’s not doing anything. This is one of the greatest actors of our time and nothing’s happening.'”
Travis left the set with a new appreciation for his subtle but powerful performance, adding, “What a journey I went on to learn about acting, because he’s amazing. He was amazing [just] by virtue of the fact that he does it all internally, and it’s his relationship with the camera. He was amazing.”
Us confirmed on Thursday, February 27, that Hackman and his wife, Betsy Arakawa, were found dead at their home in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Hackman rose to stardom for his roles in movies such as The French Connection and Unforgiven, earning two Oscars and widespread acclaim throughout his career.
“I never think of myself [as a star],” Hackman told Larry King during an interview in 2004. “I never had the aspirations to be a star. I wanted to be an actor. A movie actor, a theater actor, that’s all I ever wanted to do.”
After Hackman’s death, tributes poured in from Hollywood.

Francis Ford Coppola, who directed Hackman in 1974’s The Conversation, wrote, “The loss of a great artist, always cause for both mourning and celebration: Gene Hackman, a great actor, inspiring and magnificent in his work and complexity. I mourn his loss, and celebrate his existence and contribution.”
Meanwhile, George Takei noted that “we have lost one of the true giants of the screen,” adding, “Gene Hackman could play anyone, and you could feel a whole life behind it. He could be everyone and no one, a towering presence or an everyday Joe. That’s how powerful an actor he was. He will be missed, but his work will live on forever.”
Bill Murray praised Hackman while discussing their time working together on Wes Anderson’s The Royal Tenenbaums. “He was a tough nut, Gene Hackman. But he was really good,” Murray told the Associated Press. “And he was really difficult, we can say it now, but he was a tough guy. Older, great actors do not give young directors much of a chance. They’re really rough on them, and Gene was really rough on Wes. I used to kind of step in there and just try to defend my friend.”
Murray, 74, noted how Hackman would nail a take “25 times” while another other actor in the scene would blow it “every single” time.
“I was watching it going, ‘No wonder this guy wants to throttle people,’” he continued. “And then he sort of gave an ordinary performance and the other actor got it right and I thought Gene was going to throw the actor off the ledge of the building. So, he was a great one. He was a great actor.”
The actress first offered fans insight into her life when appearing on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for two seasons from 2019 to 2020. Five years later, in 2025, she peeled back the curtain once again via her own Bravo reality series, Denis Richards & Her Wild Things.
“After Housewives, [producer] Alex Baskin approached me and asked if I would want to do a family reality show,” Denise told Us Weekly exclusively in February 2025. “Obviously, I wanted the girls to really want to do it and I think it’s also a great time for them. They’ve always lived, basically, in the shadows of their parents where they’re the daughters of, and it’s a nice time for them to be able to be themselves and shine.”
While the girls had differing views about starring in a reality show — Sami was immediately on board, while Lola had her reservations — they both agreed to appear. Denise told Us that she really wanted the series to showcase her family for who and how they are.
“I wanted us to just live our life,” she continued. “One of the biggest things I wanted the girls to do is to just be their true, authentic self. I don’t want anything inauthentic. … I think that there’s a lot of things that a lot of people can relate to.”

After her Hollywood breakthrough in 1986’s River’s Edge alongside Keanu Reeves and Crispin Glover, Skye was suddenly shot into teenage superstardom. She then followed her early success with the most iconic role of her career as high school valedictorian Diane Court in 1989’s Say Anything…, in which she was memorably wooed by costar John Cusack (and a boombox playing Peter Gabriel‘s “In Your Eyes”).

One of the more uncomfortable passages in Say Everything: A Memoir involves Skye’s relationship with the Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Kiedis when she was just 16 and he was 24.
The two met shortly after the rocker finished a stint in rehab, and Skye remembers that they were “full-blown, instantly enmeshed” after she surprised the singer backstage at a Chili Peppers concert in Tucson. Skey describes a fraught romance with the singer, in part because Kiedis allegedly used drugs throughout their time together.
“My ‘Falling for Anthony’ phase was quickly replaced by my ‘Saving Anthony’ phase,” she said. “Sometimes I’d drive all night looking for him, trawling the usual spots over and over.”
The actress added: “Anthony would have to hit rock bottom to quit drugs, just as I’d have to hit my own rock bottom to quit the feeling I had to take care of Anthony. The need to save him was an addiction in itself. I was hooked.”
Skye claimed that, aside from trying to stop Kiedis’s alleged drug use, she also dealt with the singer’s alleged infidelity.
“He was always cheating on me, and I was never surprised,” she claimed.
When Skye discovered sometime later that she was pregnant at age 17, she made the decision to have an abortion.
“While I regretted not being more careful, and putting myself in danger, I was taking care of myself now, making a choice that felt good and important for my future,” she wrote. “I wanted to be young and also to keep working. I would not have a baby at 17, with someone who didn’t want to be a dad, wouldn’t commit to me, and had anger issues. Not to mention the heroin.”
The couple broke up soon after.

Skye confessed to harbouring a crush on her River’s Edge costar all throughout filming and finally made her move once they spent some time alone.
The actress interrupted Reeves as he was trying to take a shower, recalling: “I maneuvered between him and the open shower curtain, water spraying my back. His beautiful neck was right there, so close I could lick it, so I did. I zeroed in on his beautiful throat, sucking and making out with it.”

Skye reported that it was “only a little awkward” between them on the River’s Edge set after their near-miss, though she credited Reeves with consistently treating her with respect.

Skye confirmed that, although she and Cusack both had crushes on each other while filming Say Anything…, they never acted on their feelings until decades later.
Once Skye had divorced her husband Horovitz in 2000, she reconnected with Cusack and they engaged in a brief fling.
“I’d slept with Johnny after my divorce because I’d needed to get him out of my system and it had worked — now I knew we were meant to be in love only in the movies,” she wrote.
The actress said that, aside from their brief fling, she’d had “sweet friendship” with Cusack and “always admired him.”

Skye and Horovitz got married in 1992, but their relationship was tumultuous. The pair had multiple separations and brief reconciliations before their divorce in 2000.
The Arrested Development actress addressed the trauma of splitting from the Beastie Boys member, acknowledging feeling as if “the floor [fell] out from under” her feet when she received a letter from Horovitz asking for a divorce.
One of the ways Skye coped with the breakup of her marriage was to get her “Adam” tattoo altered to a more empowering message.
“As a divorce present to myself, I’d had ADAM turned into MADAME. I loved my MADAME tattoo,” she declared.
She also credits her strained marriage with helping her discover her bisexuality. She later dated model Jenny Shimizu and socialite Ingrid Casares.
Shortly after her divorce, Skye received an unexpected phone call from her A Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon costar Perry, who she said suggested they catch up over a “sober drink” since they were both recovering addicts.
“I normally didn’t accept booty calls, which I assumed this was… but it was Matthew Perry! I was curious, and he was adorable and handsome and rich and presumably sober, so I said yes,” she noted.
Perry is described by Skye as taller than she remembered and “quite dashing,” with “a great head of hair” and a “playful twist of a smile.”
“Somehow I didn’t see Chandler from Friends, I saw the boy I knew when we were 16 and 17,” she explained.
Skye wrote that, before long, the two were under the covers in Perry’s bedroom. “The sex was perfectly pleasant, though the silent talking heads on the flat-screen distracted me and Matthew seemed far away. Neither of us gave it our all,” she admitted.
The two hooked up a second time one week later, but this was the last time Skye ever saw Perry in person. Skye later shared the final text she’d received from Perry before he died at age 54 in October 2023.
“I was meditating (I meditate now) and ‘In Your Eyes’ started playing. And I instantly thought of you and how beautiful you are,” Perry wrote to her.

Skye tied the knot with Aussie rocker Lee in December 2008 and the couple welcomed daughter Goldie Priya the following year.
The pair first met when Skye was 26 and Lee was 18, but they wouldn’t begin dating until over a decade later. Skye had recently split from Horovitz, while Lee had broken up with Claire Danes.
Once they pair finally hooked up, Skye realized: “Our romp had activated something in me. I wanted more and felt confident I could bag this kid again, easy-peasy. I was hot and sexy and desirable, still in my prime. Why play games? Ben wasn’t some stranger. God, what a relief. I could just be myself.”
Skye said that her only regret from her courtship with Lee was their decision to get married in a traditional Hindu ceremony in India.
“Cringe-worthy, I know. This was before the mainstream conversation about cultural appropriation,” she confessed.
The actress said of her life now: “Ben and I have been married for 16 (faithful!) years. Is it a coincidence that the three major relationships in my life have been with musicians? Maybe not. I grew up wishing my father’s [‘Mellow Yellow’ singer Donovan] songs had expressed love for me. Now my partner sings achingly beautiful, romantic songs about me, and silly, sweet ones for our daughters to make them laugh. His love, devotion, and camaraderie make the world feel limitless, yet safe, for all of us. And nothing has helped me make peace with my fatherless past more than seeing Ben father my daughters.”

Kristin Cavallari is coming back to TV like you’ve never seen her before!
Cavallari, 38, announced on the Tuesday, March 4, episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast that she is doing a docuseries that will “follow the entire podcast tour journey.”
“I know that I have said I will not go back to reality TV 5,000 times. This is different,” she revealed. “This is not just a show about my personal life. I’m not dating on the show. It’s not trying to come up with drama for story lines.”
Cavallari insisted, “This is truly a docuseries in the best sense of the word.”
E! announced on Tuesday that Honestly Cavallari: The Headline Tour will premiere on Thursday, June 5. The series will capture behind-the-scenes moments from Cavallari’s upcoming podcast tour, which kicks off in Atlanta on Friday, March 7.
Cavallari told her listeners on Tuesday that she wants to make the new show “as authentic as possible” after doing three other reality shows in her career.
“We are going to make this as real as possible. I’m excited and just show you guys the behind-the-scenes,” she said, teasing, “I’m going to save all the juicy stuff for the show and the actual podcast.”
Cavallari previously revealed that her Headline Tour will focus on headlines (naturally) she’s made over the years, with guest stars that have either raised eyebrows in the press themselves or were part of her news-worthy stories.
The series will be unlike Cavallari’s past TV gigs, as it will feature “candid conversations with famous friends, Bravolebrities, memorable exes and other notable celebs from Kristin’s life as they unfold the stories behind their buzziest headlines — and make new ones — with jaw-dropping revelations that set the record straight,” according to E!’s press release.
As Cavallari’s tour unfolds — with additional dates in Chicago, Boston and New York — the guest will be revealed in real time and the cameras will capture it all.
While Cavallari is new to touring, she knows how to work a reality TV camera. The Uncommon James founder got her start on MTV’s Laguna Beach, which documented her life and that of then-boyfriend Stephen Colletti, alleged rival Lauren Conrad and more Laguna Beach High School students.
The series, which ran from 2004 to 2006, led to a spinoff in Los Angeles called The Hills. After Conrad left the second show, Cavallari stepped in as the lead. (Cavallari and Conrad crossed over during season 5 in 2009, before Cavallari took the helm for season 6 in 2010.)

Cavallari later helmed her own E! reality series called Very Cavallari, which followed the expansion of her business in Nashville and her marriage to Jay Cutler. (Cavallari and Cutler, 41, announced their divorce in April 2020. The exes share three children: Camden, Jaxon and Saylor.)
Very Cavallari lasted three seasons from 2018 to 2020. It was the last time that Cavallari starred on reality TV.
