Author Colleen Hoover is seemingly removing herself from the narrative of Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni‘s legal drama.

Fans noticed that Hoover’s Instagram account is no longer active amid daily developments in the actors’ lawsuits against each other. The trouble began when Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 40, came together to adapt Hoover’s book It Ends With Us for the big screen.

The movie, which was released in August 2024, follows Lily Bloom (Lively) as her relationship with neurosurgeon Ryle Kincard (Baldoni) becomes abusive. She eventually finds an ally in her high school love interest, Atlas Corrigan (Brandon Sklenar). Throughout the press tour last summer, Baldoni — who directed the film — and Lively were not seen promoting the film together.

Following speculation about tension between the costars, Lively filed paperwork in December 2024 accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment, creating a “hostile work environment” and causing her “severe emotional distress” while working together.

In a statement provided to The New York Times, Lively said, “I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted.”

Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman called Lively’s claims “completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious,” alleging in a statement to Us Weekly that Lively filed the lawsuit to “fix her negative reputation” and “rehash a narrative” regarding the production of It Ends With Us. (Lively served as a producer on the movie.)

Freedman went on to claim that Lively made “multiple demands and threats” throughout filming, which included “threatening to not show up to set, threatening to not promote the film, ultimately leading to its demise during release, if her demands were not met.”

At the time, Hoover, 45, showed her support by publicly praising Lively, writing via her Instagram Story, “Blake Lively you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive and patient since the day we met. Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt.”

Last month, Baldoni was one of 10 plaintiffs who launched a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times for its coverage of Lively’s accusations. A spokesperson for the The New York Times told Us that the outlet is planning to “vigorously defend against the lawsuit.”

Baldoni’s Wayfarer Studios later filed a lawsuit against Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and Lively’s publicist, Leslie Sloane, seeking $400 million in damages. The lawsuit, filed earlier this month, included accusations of civil extortion, defamation, false light invasion of privacy and other claims.

“This lawsuit is a legal action based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence detailing Blake Lively and her team’s duplicitous attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored information to the media,” Freedman told Us on Thursday, January 16. “It is clear based on our own all out willingness to provide all complete text messages, emails, video footage and other documentary evidence that was shared between the parties in real time, that this is a battle she will not win and will certainly regret. Blake Lively was either severely misled by her team or intentionally and knowingly misrepresented the truth.”

Lively, meanwhile, slammed the legal action taken against her.

“This latest lawsuit from Justin Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios, and its associates is another chapter in the abuser playbook. This is an age-old story: A woman speaks up with concrete evidence of sexual harassment and retaliation and the abuser attempts to turn the tables on the victim. This is what experts call DARVO. Deny. Attack. Reverse Victim Offender,” the statement read. “Wayfarer has opted to use the resources of its billionaire co-founder to issue media statements, launch meritless lawsuits, and threaten litigation to overwhelm the public’s ability to understand that what they are doing is retaliation against sexual harassment allegations.”

Lively’s legal team accused Baldoni and his associates of trying to “shift” the focus onto her instead.

“They are trying to shift the narrative to Ms. Lively by falsely claiming that she seized creative control and alienated the cast from Mr. Baldoni. The evidence will show that the cast and others had their own negative experiences with Mr. Baldoni and Wayfarer. The evidence will also show that Sony asked Ms. Lively to oversee Sony’s cut of the film, which they then selected for distribution and was a resounding success,” the statement continued.

The statement concluded: “Their response to sexual harassment allegations: she wanted it, it’s her fault. Their justification for why this happened to her: look what she was wearing. In short, while the victim focuses on the abuse, the abuser focuses on the victim. The strategy of attacking the woman is desperate, it does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively’s complaint, and it will fail.”

W.A.G.s to Riches introduced viewers to the wives, girlfriends and former partners of professional athletes and rappers — but which couples are still together?

The Netflix reality series, which premiered on Wednesday, January 22, stars Sharelle Rosado, Maranda Johnson, Ashley Wheeler, Alexis Welch Stoudemire, Porsha Berto, Sadé Vanessa, Lastonia Leviston, Keeta Hill and Julz Goddard. The show focuses on the women’s personal ambitions and their efforts to build successful businesses without relying on their famous partners.

Viewers are probably most familiar with Sharelle, who starred on the short-lived Selling Sunset adjacent series Selling Tampa in 2021. At the time, Sharelle was engaged to Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson and were at the center of W.A.G.s to Riches. The pair have since called it quits.

When asked if she had time to prepare for the fires, Saint John, 48, revealed she was outside of the U.S. when her house was impacted. “I was in Zambia and saw my house on Twitter, and that’s how I found out that it was gone,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared. “It was devastating and I felt so helpless.”

She added: “There was nothing I could do. You can’t send anybody to go get anything or anything. And so, I just tried to make my way back as quickly as possible.”

Saint John owned her home for “about four years,” but noted that she worked 25 years to be able to afford it. “[I’m] in deep grief. I had a keypad on the house, not a keyhole so that people could just put in a code and go in whenever they want. And so, we all lost a home.”

As for how her daughter, Lael, 15, is holding up, Saint John said her only child is doing “alright” and is finding “community” in friends who also lost their homes. (She shares Lael with her late husband, Peter, who died of cancer in 2013.)

Saint John announced the loss of her Malibu residence via an emotional Instagram post on January 9. “This is the house I wanted. The house I prayed for. The house I worked in blood, sweat and tears for,” she wrote alongside photos of herself and her daughter in the house over the years, as well as footage of the wildfire damage. “The house that I put a keypad instead of a keyhole in the front door because I wanted all my family and friends to have a code and use the house whenever they wanted.”

Saint John said she found “peace” with the home “after battling with racist neighbors and a community that made me have to buy it in a trust within a trust so no one would know that widowed, single Black woman with a teenager was buying on the exclusively-held beach.” She added: “This was my EFF YOU I’m here house.”

Bling Empire: New York star Lynn Ban has died shortly after undergoing brain surgery. She was 51.

“My mum passed away on Monday,” Lynn’s son Sebastian captioned an Instagram post on Wednesday, January 22. “I know she wanted to share her journey after her accident and brain surgery, so I thought she would appreciate one last post sharing the news to people who supported her.”

He continued, “Many of you followed my mum but never got the chance to know her or meet her in person. I would like to take the chance to share who my mum really was.”

Sebastian referred to Lynn as “the best mother to me, and someone who cared for all” while honoring her memory.

“She always had a smile on her face even when times were tough during her recovery process. She was a fighter until the end and is the strongest woman I know,” he continued. “She was the funniest and coolest mum I could ever ask for. She took care of me, my dad, and our Entire family throughout her whole life.”

Sebastian promised to “make sure” his mother “is never forgotten” following her sudden death.

News broke late last month that Lynn underwent emergency brain surgery after getting into a ski accident on Christmas Eve.

After her headache persisted, Lynn went to the hospital for a scan. She shared a photo of herself laying in a hospital bed and wearing a hospital gown. Half of Lynn’s head was shaved, and a line of stitches could be seen going through the middle of her scalp. “This saved my life,” Lynn wrote, revealing that she was diagnosed with a brain bleed and underwent an emergency craniotomy.

“There’s a long road of recovery ahead but I’m a survivor and grateful to ski patrol , the incredible team of doctors and nurses and the [heart emoji] and support my family and friends,” Lynn concluded. “Grateful and blessed to see the new year.”

Prince Harry’s Invictus Games has replaced the use of rifles with lasers, according to multiple reports.

The Duke of Sussex, 40, will host the 2025 Invictus Games in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, from February 8 until February 16. The competition for injured or sick servicemen or women was founded by Harry in 2014.

Harry has switched to lasers for the biathlon event — which consists of Nordic skiing and target shooting — instead of rifles, which were traditionally used, per reports by the U.K.’s Telegraph newspaper and Fieldsports News.

However, the decision has been criticized by Christopher Bryde, a competitor on the U.S. biathlon team.

Speaking in a video message for Fieldsports News, Bryde said: “After having some time shooting the guns on the range, I can see several disadvantages.”

“We had a couple of issues with the cold and some of the [laser] guns just not working. Also, snow seemed to obstruct some of the targets,” he continued.

Us Weekly reached out to the Invictus Foundation for comment. However, a spokesperson for the organization told the Daily Mail: “The principal reason for the lasers is inclusivity.”

“[They] can be used by a wide range of those with disabilities,” they added.

The spokesperson said snow blocking the lasers “wouldn’t be the case” because “there would be officials on site ensuring readiness for the rifles.”

The decision to remove rifles from the games follows changes to the modern pentathlon during the 2024 Paris Olympics, which used lasers instead of pistols.

The Duke of Sussex celebrated the tournament’s tenth anniversary in 2024. Speaking to TSN in November, Harry said the anniversary was a “really exciting” milestone.

“The Invictus movement started back in 2014. It’s a sporting platform used for the rehabilitation and support for wounded soldiers, serving and veterans,” Harry said.

“We have 25 nations, growing all the time. It’s really an opportunity for the individuals themselves and their families to heal and rehabilitate,” he added.

Before launching the tournament, Harry had a longstanding military career. He joined the British Army in 2005 and went on to serve in Afghanistan. He retired in 2015, one year after launching the Invictus Games in London.

“I have witnessed firsthand how the power of sport can positively impact the lives of wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women in their journey of recovery,” Harry said at the launch of the Games in 2014.

Ciara Miller thinks that some contestants on The Traitors had their eye on Bravo stars.

After Housewives Dorinda Medley and Chanel Ayan were among the first celebrities to be kicked off season 3 of The Traitors, Miller, 29, exclusively told Us Weekly that she thinks certain players have a very specific strategy.

“I just feel like some of these Survivor, Big Brother people had chips on their shoulders and they’re going to take out the Bravo people because they know that they’re the most liked,” Miller told Us, while promoting her and Amanda Batula’s partnership with KIND Snacks.

Miller explained that she went into The Traitors with the idea that she “would never” go for any over her fellow Bravo contestants. “You don’t go after your own kind,” Miller quipped.

The Summer House star called her time on The Traitors “an out of body experience,” adding that she didn’t know what she was “getting myself into” with the former Survivor and Big Brother contestants.

“I ended up finding my people and I’m really glad that I did it actually,” she continued. “It definitely pushed me outside of my comfort zone, but it was definitely very challenging and now watching it back, I mean, I can’t wait to see the rest of Traitors. I feel like I’m watching it unravel with everyone else.”

When it comes to identifying the traitors, Miller said that her “gut was right.” (Host Alan Cumming named Bob the Drag Queen, Danielle Reyes and Carolyn Wigler as the season 3 traitors. Boston Rob later joined the group as a traitor.)

“I’ll just say my gut was right in the beginning, and the more you talk to people the more they kind of sway you,” Miller explained. “So my gut was actually right in the beginning, but I ended up kind of focusing my attention on something different.”

While completing in the challenges on The Traitors, Miller described the physical component as being challenging.

“There was a lot of running. Oh, so much running. That’s why I was like, ‘I’m going to lead on the boat,’ Because I was like, ‘There’s no way I can row this boat and no way I wanted to row the boat.’ I was like, ‘I’m going to just yell.’”

For this reason, Batula, 33, said there was “no way” she would participate on the show. “I think I would be the Ekin-Su, I would just be so lost and trust everyone and believe everything everyone said. So I’d be terrible at it.”

Before Miller appeared on the show, she did not reach out to Summer House costar and Batula’s husband Kyle Cooke because of the quick turnaround.

“I had five days before I knew that I was kind of leaving to go out there,” Miller explained. “I was really focused on my clothes getting to New York as opposed to game planning.”

While on the show, Miller joked that there was such “little” down-time it was the “least amount of bed rotting” she did for a couple weeks. “It was intense,” Miller said.

While bed-rotting with Batula, Miller said the duo love to munch on KIND Snacks. “Everything’s great in moderation,” Miller said. “And why not have the best snack for being in bed? It leaves no crumbs. The Kind bars are a hundred percent crumb free, which we love.”

The Traitors airs on Peacock Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.

Sting has canceled an upcoming appearance and postponed three shows amid an ongoing illness.

“On advisement from his doctor, due to illness, it is with sincere regret that Sting must cancel his appearance at the Bass Magazine Awards this Thursday,” read a statement shared via the 73-year-old singer’s Instagram on Tuesday, January 21.

Sting was set to accept the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Bass Magazine Awards in Santa Ana, California, on Thursday, January 23. He is also currently on the STING 3.0 concert tour, and two dates have been pushed to the summer.

The star’s Phoenix show, originally scheduled for Friday, January 24, has been moved to Sunday, June 1 and the Wheatland, California, tour stop, originally set for Sunday, January 26, has been moved to Wednesday, May 28, the statement revealed. Sting was also set to perform at the Cherrytree Music Company’s 20th anniversary on Saturday, January 25. This has since been postponed to Thursday, May 29.

Details about the singer’s illness have not been revealed.

Sting is set to return to the stage at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis alongside Billy Joel early next month before traveling to South America as part of the STING 3.0 tour.

The British singer was famously a member of The Police (alongside Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland) before departing the band during a concert in August 1983. His debut solo album, The Dream of the Blue Turtles, was released in 1985 and he has dropped 14 solo records since.

“I don’t think any grown man can be in a band, actually,” Sting said during a 2022 interview about his decision to leave The Police. “A band is a teenage gang. Who wants to be in a teenage gang when you’re knocking 70? It doesn’t allow you to evolve.”

He continued, “You have to obey the rules and the gestalt of the band. As much as I love the [Rolling] Stones and AC/DC, it’s hard to see growth in their music. For me, the band was merely a vehicle for the songs and not the other way around.”

Despite his rather strong feelings about the group, Sting did reunite with The Police for a 2007 reunion tour.

“It feels like a fresh start,” Lindsay, 39, told TMZ during a brief interview on Tuesday, January 21. The former Bachelorette star was stopped by the outlet at the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) days after attending a college football event in Atlanta.

Lindsay and Abasolo’s divorce judgment, which was obtained by Us earlier this month, noted that Abasolo “waives, discharges and releases” Lindsay from “any and all” future payments. The court docs revealed, however, that Lindsay still owes Abasolo $460,229.

Their divorce agreement stated that Lindsay would keep her engagement and wedding rings along with their California home and her 2023 Porsche Macan. Abasolo kept their Miami home and his 2021 Honda Accord.

For months, there was speculation of trouble in Jessica Simpson’s marriage to husband Eric Johnson. They’ve both been spotted without their wedding rings on multiple occasions and — in an out-of-character move for Simpson — neither noted their 10th wedding anniversary in August 2024 on social media. Simpson, 44, also failed to acknowledge Johnson’s 45th birthday in September 2024, and he was notably missing from a set of family back-to-school photos she posted on Instagram that same month. Finally, on January 13, the singer confirmed the suspicions, releasing a statement that she and Johnson “have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage.”

According to sources, the pair — who share kids 
Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11, and Birdie, 5 — had been living separate lives for over a year before making the announcement. In November 2024, when reports of Johnson flirting with other women began to surface, a source tells Us Weekly they realized their issues were too large to overcome. “There were trust issues caused by the breakdown of their marriage,” the source explains in the latest Us cover story. “She’s sad [about the split] but knows she had to make a tough decision.”

Simpson and Johnson fell fast and hard for each other after meeting at a party in 2010. He had just separated from his first wife, while Simpson — who split from first husband Nick Lachey in 2005 — had recently ended her on-again, off-again romance with musician John Mayer. “We connected on all levels,” Simpson wrote of Johnson in her 2020 memoir, Open Book. “We both were ready for the real deal.”

They appeared blissfully in love as they navigated life with their growing family. Simpson often sang her husband’s praises. In Open Book, she called him “the most incredible father on the planet,” and while promoting the memoir she gushed about him being her “sexual shaman.” When Simpson got sober in 2017, Johnson was by her side. (The former NFL player also stopped drinking at that time.) “Sobriety made the marriage better,” says the source. “They both became more present when they got sober.”

In April 2022, Simpson told an outlet that their marriage was “stronger than ever,” adding, “I feel like every moment with us, we’re growing as long as we’re communicating, and our love is only deepening.” A year later, they still seemed to be solid, with Simpson posting PDA-packed photos of her and Johnson on a March 2023 couples getaway. That September — the last time Johnson was seen on her Instagram page — Simpson wished him a happy birthday, writing, “My heart is so taken with this man, I could hardly call it my own.”

Troubled Waters

Things apparently took a turn after that when, according to a Simpson source, Johnson had been seen flirting with women at a bar. “Jessica is not [the type of] woman to put up with anything,” a third source tells Us. “She’s independent, and she has her own mind and money and her family’s support.”

Job focus may have also been a factor in their demise, with a fourth source explaining they had different goals when it came to their careers. The pop star turned entrepreneur’s bestselling fashion brand is worth $1 billion. Johnson played his final football season for the New Orleans Saints in 2007. “Jessica has been incredibly generous with Eric,” notes the first source. “She’s never had any resentment because she looks at them as a family. Anything that has been earned has been for her family, and they all contribute in different ways. He’s tried to find his place career-wise, and she has always supported that.”

They tried to make it work. “They’d done counseling before, but it didn’t get them anywhere, and Jessica wasn’t interested in doing it again,” says a fifth source. “They’ve had enough of the back-and-forth and ups and downs. They want different things.”

By November 2024, Simpson was saying she was single and that she wanted a divorce. She’d been spending a good amount of time in Nashville recording her upcoming album. In a photo Simpson posted from her Nashville music room on November 11, 2024, she wrote that her comeback would be “personal,” adding, “It’s an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve.” The Simpson source says the singer had spent the last year going back and forth between Nashville and L.A. as she and Johnson had “slowly been separating their lives and figuring out what’s next.”

Looking Ahead

The Simpson source says there’s a prenup in place but adds the divorce “could get messy.” In the meantime, “Jessica isn’t going to worry about what [Eric’s] doing,” notes the third source. “She’s doing her own thing too.” Beyond her return to music, the star is also writing another book and is focused on staying sober and healthy. The third source adds Simpson has worked hard to get in shape and is exercising and eating right. “She is loving her body! Jessica looks amazing and wants to maintain it.”

She’s also leaning on family members, especially her sister, Ashlee, 40. “Jessica’s family just wants her to feel safe, secure and happy,” says an insider. “They support 
whatever decisions she makes to keep her and the kids in a stable place.” The couple’s sprawling Hidden Hills home — which they purchased in 2013 — was listed on January 11 for $17.9 million. “She wants to sell the house because there are too many memories there,” says the fourth source. “Jessica wants a fresh start. She wants to move on.”

It has been 17 years since Heath Ledger‘s sudden death and his legacy is still being remembered.

The Australian-born actor died at age 28 on January 22, 2008, following an accidental drug overdose. The toxicology report released following his sudden passing revealed that Ledger died from “acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam and doxylamine.”

Ledger was found dead after his housekeeper and massage therapist entered his New York City apartment in the late afternoon. Years later, director Stephen Gaghan revealed that he planned to turn Malcolm Gladwell book Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking into a movie. But after Ledger (who was attached to the project) died, the film never came to fruition.

Gaghan got a call from Ledger’s father, Kim Ledger, on the day of the actor’s death. (Ledger’s friend was also on the call.)

“They were there with the body and our script was in bed with him, and your book was on the bedside table,” Gaghan recalled while talking to Gladwell during a February 2024 episode of the “Developmental Hell” podcast. “I think my number was on the script, like, written. These guys, as you can imagine, they are in shock, and they dialed that number, and I don’t know why.”

Gaghan said he was in an airport with his wife, Minnie Mortimer, when he got the call about Ledger.

“The emotion, what they were going through, I should not have been a party to in any way really, and yet as a human or as somebody who just cares, I just was there and I was listening and my wife was looking at me,” the director continued. “I remember her face and I was just like, I was speechless. I just listened and listened and listened. It was just really, really sad. And it’s still sad.”

Ledger rose to fame in the late 1990s after starring as Patrick Verona in 10 Things I Hate About You. He went on to appear in The Patriot, Monster’s Ball, A Knight’s Tale and The Brothers Grimm before playing Ennis Del Mar in Brokeback Mountain, a role which nabbed him a 2006 Academy Award nomination in the Best Actor category.

Ledger also famously played the Joker in Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight, which was released in July 2008 — months after Ledger’s death. The actor was posthumously awarded the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role in February 2009, exactly 13 months after his passing.

Over the years, Ledger has been remembered positively by fellow Hollywood stars. His longtime girlfriend Michelle Williams has spoken at length about his death. (Ledger and Williams dated from 2005 to 2007, after meeting on the Brokeback Mountain set. They share a daughter, Matilda, who was born in October 2005.)

Chris Brown has filed a $500 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. Discovery, accusing the company of defamation in a recent docuseries.

In a lawsuit filed Tuesday, January 21, in Los Angeles Superior Court, Brown, 35, claimed that WBD and production company Ample Entertainment knowingly included false allegations of sexual assault against him in Investigation Discovery’s Chris Brown A History of Violence, per documents obtained by Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 22.

Brown’s attorneys said that a woman who accused him of a 2020 rape, identified only as “Jane Doe” in the program, had previously been “discredited” and was “a perpetrator of intimate partner violence and aggressor herself.” (Doe’s 2022 lawsuit accusing Brown of sexual assault and battery on a yacht owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs was dismissed, the filing said.)

The “Forever” singer’s lawyers argued, “To put it simply, this case is about the media putting their own profits over the truth,” per docs obtained by Variety. “Since the beginning of October of 2024, Ample LLC and Warner Brothers were put on notice that they were promoting and publishing false information in their pursuit of likes, clicks, downloads and dollars and to the detriment of Chris Brown. Ultimately, on October 27, 2024, they aired ‘Chris Brown: A History of Violence’ (the ‘Documentary’), knowing that it was full of lies and deception and violating basic journalist principles.”

Brown is accusing WBD and codefendant Ample of libel and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Us Weekly has reached out to WBD and Ample for comment.

“This case is about protecting the truth,” Brown’s attorney, Levi McCathern, said in a statement to People and Deadline. “Despite being provided with evidence disproving their claims, the producers of this documentary intentionally promoted false and defamatory information, knowingly disregarding their ethical obligations as journalists. Their actions undermine not only Mr. Brown’s decade-long efforts to rebuild his life but also the credibility of true survivors of violence.”

In the suit, Brown’s attorneys noted his past legal troubles, including a 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna, but said the singer “publicly acknowledged and addressed” his mistakes in a 2017 documentary and has since “grown from those experiences, and his evolution speaks for itself.”

Also on Tuesday, Housewives producer Andy Cohen reacted to rumors that OG Housewife Lisa Vanderpump may be returning to the show. (Vanderpump appeared as a main cast member from seasons 1 through 9.)

“It was repeated all over the place that I’m trying to get Lisa Vanderpump back on The [Real] Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Cohen, 56, said on his SiriusXM radio show Andy Cohen Live.

Plot twist! As Brooks Nader’s relationship with Gleb Savchenko continues to heat up, the model is sharing an update on her divorce from her ex, Billy Haire.

Nader, 28, shared a video via TikTok on Monday, January 20, of her and Savchenko, 41, lip-syncing along to an interview between Ellen DeGeneres and Amy Schumer on DeGeneres’ former talk show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

“And how is your husband doing?” Savchenko can be seen lip-syncing along to DeGeneres. Nader is then seen lip-syncing Schumer’s response: “He’s great. Chris, right?”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Garcelle Beauvais is calling out costar Kyle Richards.

Kyle, 56, recently described Garcelle as an “a–hole” on the RHOBH After Show after Garcelle, 58, appeared to encourage her to come out as a lesbian during a pep talk on the Tuesday, January 14, episode of the Bravo reality show. (Kyle’s friendship with singer Morgan Wade has been a hot topic of speculation over the past two seasons.)

During a group visit to Chuck E. Cheese with Kyle, Erika Jayne, 53, and Sutton Stracke, also 53, on last week’s episode, Garcelle told Kyle, “Be whoever you want to be. If you want to be a lesbian, be a lesbian,” while offering Kyle advice amid her separation from husband Mauricio Umansky.

Speaking to TMZ on Tuesday, January 21, Garcelle said she was surprised by Kyle’s strong reaction because “I wasn’t saying it to be malicious,” adding that her remark wasn’t necessarily to prompt discussion about Kyle’s sexuality but “more about, we’re powerful women, we can be whatever we want to be.”

For her part, Kyle said she was thrown by Garcelle’s choice of words. “What was really going through my head was, ‘You’re being an a–hole right now.’ Don’t try to act like oopsie-daisies. You know exactly what you’re doing,” Kyle told Erika on the RHOBH After Show.

“I was thinking, ‘If you’re thinking you’re going to get a reaction from me, or I’m going to be offended, I’m not,’” Kyle added. “It’s nothing I haven’t seen in tabloids and things.”

Garcelle also addressed her remarks during the After Show while talking to Sutton and Jennifer Tilly, reiterating that she was trying to encourage Kyle to live her life without worrying about other people’s opinions. “We’re allowed to be who we are at this age,” she said. “You don’t have to worry so much about what other people think of us.”

On the After Show, Kyle also claimed that Garcelle didn’t apologize for the remark. “She just said, ‘I can’t believe I said that,’” Kyle told Erika. “I was just like, ‘Yeah.’”

Christina Haack is removing a second tattoo from her body amid her ongoing divorce from estranged husband, Josh Hall.

Haack, 41, took to social media on Tuesday, January 21, to share an Instagram Story of a wrist tattoo being surgically lasered, captioning the footage, “4th times a charm (when it comes to tattoo removal) Burns so good.”

The HGTV personality also tagged Newport Beach, California-based plastic surgeon Jonathan Zelken MD in the post, just as she did in August 2024 when she revealed via an Instagram Story that she was removing a ring tattoo from her ring finger.

The more recent wrist tattoo post, which revealed what appeared to be an inked infinity symbol, was accompanied by the track “Feather” by Sabrina Carpenter — a song about cutting ties with a former partner.

Haack and Hall, 44, were married for less than three years before each filing for divorce in July 2024. Haack said during the January 9 episode of SiriusXM Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live that the pair’s divorce battle is far from over. “[We’re] not even close,” Haack confirmed. “We’re going to be going to trial, I hear.”

Despite the ongoing proceedings, which have disputed spousal support and attorney fees among other issues, Haack has reportedly moved on romantically with Christopher LaRocca, the CEO of Network Connex in Orange County, California.

A source told Us Weekly that Haack recently travelled to Reims, France, to embark on a new champagne business venture. She was photographed with LaRocca at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday, January 14.

As for Hall, he went Instagram official with girlfriend Stephanie Gabrys via Instagram Stories on Monday, January 13. Hall’s post included a photo of himself with Gabrys sitting on his lap near a fire pit as a Christmas tree stood in the background.

Although Haack and Hall are yet to reach a resolution, Haack has appeared to maintain healthy relationships with several of her exes.

Haack also revealed exclusively to Us that her relationship with ex-husband Ant Anstead, with whom she shares son, Hudson, 5, also improved after parting ways with Hall. “When Josh and I split up, I hadn’t really talked to Ant in years,” Haack told Us earlier this month. “The whole time I was with Josh, I would worry [thinking about how] Hudson’s sports [games] are coming up, we’re going to have to be on the field together, how’s Josh going to handle it?”

Comedian Ron Funches found a friend in Travis Kelce last year — and now he’s sharing insight into his pal’s endearing personality.

Funches, 41, posted a clip from his December 1, 2024 gig at Kansas City’s Comedy Club via Instagram on Sunday, January 19, revealing he’s a major fan of Kelce, 35. The pair first clicked when Funches appeared as a guest star on Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?, hosted by Kelce, in October last year.

“I started doing this game show … and it’s hosted by Travis Kelce,” Funches was seen telling the crowd in the video. “We started to become friendly, you know? And then he knew I was coming out to do shows for Thanksgiving week and he hit me up on Instagram and he was just like, ‘Hey man, are you coming to my city, let me know if you need anything.’”

Labelling the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end “a golden retriever of a human being,” Funches explained how Kelce invited him to attend an NFL game while he was in town.

Funches explained, “He’s a f—ing good guy. He’s a good dude and not only did he get us tickets [but] an hour and a half before the game, I get another little ding on my phone. He was just like, ‘Hey man, I’m getting ready to go into game mode, I’m gonna turn my phone off but before I do, I just want to make sure you got in OK.’”

Kelce’s check-in impressed Funches to no end. “You Prince Charming mother f—er. He is amazing, he is a golden retriever of a human being. It’s probably why he’s so good at football. He just, like, sees the ball and, ‘I gotta go get it.’”

Funches briefly touched on the analogy during an interview with Us Weekly in October 2024, in which he discussed his Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity? appearance and said, “[Kelce] brings his traditional golden retriever energy of a man who’s super attractive yet down to earth. He is a pretty amazing gentleman.”

The comedy gig also saw Funches make a crack about Kelce’s relationship with Taylor Swift, 35, whom he began dating in summer 2023. “I think he’s too good for her,” Funches joked in the clip, which drew loud laughter from his audience.

Funches’ praise for Kelce extended to his post’s caption, which read, “The rumors are true…@killatrav is a good dude.”

The Instagram clip came on the back of yet another public recollection that reiterated Kelce’s legendary status. According to former Chiefs running back Charcandrick West, who played for the Chiefs from 2014 to 2018, Kelce once faked being late to a Chiefs’ hotel so West, 33, wouldn’t get fined.

During an interview with ESPN that was published on Tuesday, January 21, West said he had been stuck in traffic one evening when he spoke to Kelce on the phone and told him he was going to miss the team’s evening curfew.

When West made it to the hotel, Kelce was standing outside waiting for him, as he didn’t want West to, “be the only one to get into trouble for being late.”

Hailey Bieber appears to be unconcerned by the controversy surrounding husband Justin Bieber unfollowing her on social media.

Hailey, 28, took to Instagram on Tuesday, January 21, to share a carousel of images that included one snap of Justin, 30, seemingly sleeping while seated at a restaurant.

Captioning the carousel with two emojis — the slice of cheese and wide grin smiley — Hailey’s post arrived after Justin shared a selfie via Instagram Stories set to the song, “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe,” by Kendrick Lamar, earlier that day.

The couple’s posts followed Justin denying that he unfollowed Hailey via Instagram one day prior. (Us Weekly confirmed on Tuesday morning that Justin was not following his wife on the social media platform after fans initially picked up on the shock move.)

The controversy was a surprise to many as Justin had shared a sweet social media tribute to Hailey just hours prior to his unfollow. “The greatest woman I have and will ever know,” Justin captioned a series of Instagram photos on Monday, from what appeared to be taken during a winter getaway.

Justin and Hailey started dating in 2015 before calling it quits one year later. After their split, Justin briefly rekindled his on-off romance with Selena Gomez, but the pair broke up for good in 2018. Months later, Justin and Hailey reconnected, getting engaged and exchanging vows in a New York City courthouse in September of that year, before hosting a second wedding one year later.

Despite the social media drama, the pair have been enjoying their winter. Justin posted several sweet images from the couple’s latest vacation on Tuesday, including one romantic black-and-white photo that captured him and Hailey sitting across from each other at a table and smiling at one another. A second image showed them dressed in winter gear as they presumably prepared to hit the slopes together.

The twosome have also been busy raising their little one. Earlier this month, a source exclusively told Us that Justin and Hailey’s relationship has completely changed since Jack’s arrival in the world. “There has been a total shift in their marriage since renewing their vows [in May 2024] and welcoming baby Jack,” the insider shared. “He’s truly brought them so much happiness and a renewed bond.”
