Lindsay Arnold couldn’t be happier with the results of her breast augmentation and lift.

“I’m on day three post-op, and honestly, feeling really good today,” Arnold, 31, said in a Sunday, January 19, TikTok. “Yesterday was by far the hardest day. Surgery went great. Everything went as expected.”

The Dancing With the Stars alum explained that she gave her surgeon a size range, which she initially thought would be 245cc to 300cc. However, leading up to the surgery, Arnold changed her mind to be in the 265cc to 285cc range — but was “leaning more towards” 265cc.

“My surgeon does this quite frequently and believes in this technique a lot, because you do not have to cut into your pec muscle, which was very appealing to me,” Arnold said. “I’m someone who’s super active and I didn’t want anything messing with my muscle function. The recovery is a lot easier because you don’t have to wait for a muscle to heal.”

Arnold also received a “GalaFLEX,” which she explained is “an internal mesh bra that they put underneath.”

“After about 18 months, it dissolves and becomes like collagen, but it’s really just to help give support on the bottom, which I love so much,” she said. “So there you have it. That’s all the details about my brush, augmentation and lift. I am so happy with the results so far, and I know it’s just going to keep getting better as they heal and settle in all the things.”

While sharing the results from her surgery, Arnold gushed that her fans were “so supportive” of her decision.

“Even if you don’t, like, agree with it or want to do it for yourself, I appreciate the respect that this is something that I wanted to do for myself,” she said.

After sharing her decision to receive a breast augmentation and lift in a separate TikTok video, Arnold said she initially wanted to undergo the procedure once she and her husband, Sam Cusick, were done having kids.

While she and Cusick are “not done having babies” yet, Arnold noted that the couple were not in a rush to expand their family. (Arnold and Cusick are parents to daughters Sage, 4, and June, 20 months.)

“I just decided I didn’t want to wait,” she said in December 2024. “Obviously, [I] know there are chances I’d maybe need to get a lift later on in life or whatever, but I just don’t want to wait anymore. … We’re just putting [family planning] on pause a bit longer.”

“As your first born, I can say exactly what I need to say, be entirely who I am, love selflessly without fear or expectation and always find ways to think outside of the box to solve any problem at any given time because you are my guide and have shown me the beauty in the how,” Jessica wrote. “Many of these things cannot be taught with words — only through leadership and action. I’m led by your example and grace each and every single given day. You make it all happen even if you don’t know how, you learn to find the way.”

Jessica’s post marks her first upload since announcing her divorce from Eric Johnson, with whom she shares three children: Maxwell, 12, Ace, 11, and Birdie, 5.

“Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,” Jessica told Us Weekly in a statement on January 13. “Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. Following the news, a source exclusively told Us that Jessica and Johnson’s relationship was “just not working and hasn’t for a while.” As Jessica navigates the split, the insider added that she is “happy and healthy.”

Actor Jack Merrill has some ideas about why he survived a harrowing encounter with serial killer John Wayne Gacy.

In his one-man show The Save, a performance of which was attended by Us Weekly on Friday, January 17, Merrill, 65, says he was “abducted and raped by John Wayne Gacy” in Chicago when he was only 19. The performance explores the reasons why the infamous serial killer ultimately let him go free.

“The whole reason I’m doing The Save is to connect with people in a way that is way different from what most would expect from someone who has experienced what I have,” Merrill exclusively told Us following his performance on Friday. Merrill’s onscreen credits include minor roles in shows like Law & Order, Hannah Montana, Grey’s Anatomy and Sex and the City.

Between 1972 and 1978, Gacy abducted, sexually assaulted and killed at least 33 young men until he was finally caught. In 1980, he was found guilty of 33 counts of murder and sentenced to death. His execution took place 14 years later in 1994.

According to Merrill, he was one of the lucky ones despite his horrific abduction and difficult childhood.

Growing up, Merrill said both of his parents were emotionally, physically and verbally abusive toward him and his sisters, describing his childhood home as an “unhappy and unnerving place.” He credits a lifetime of enduring his mother’s “rages” for his survival in Gacy’s home.

“My mom and having to lay low during the rages, it was the same thing,” he explained during the show, adding, “My family gave me some serious tools that I was able to use to defend myself.”

Merrill explained that Gacy liked and trusted him. He told Merrill he wasn’t “like the others.” He even took Merrill’s handcuffs off so they could sit at the bar in Gacy’s house together, have a few beers, smoke and talk but only if Merrill promised he would be “good.”

“I could tell he didn’t like the others,” the playwright explained. “He wanted to differentiate me. I knew if I listened to him, he wouldn’t hurt me. I had to accept this was normal. There was no other choice.”

Gacy’s trust in him did not save Merrill from harm — the killer still sexually assaulted him. “This is how I lost the final stretch of my innocence,” Merrill said, adding that as the assault was taking place, he “told myself I was going to get through this, I was going to get past this.”

In an October 2024 interview with People, Merrill said of the event, “I knew if I fought him, I didn’t have much of a chance. I never freaked out or yelled.”

The following morning, Gacy let Merrill go free, allegedly saying, “You’re a good kid. I like you. Maybe we can get together again sometime.” He gave Merrill his phone number on a small piece of paper, which the actor says he promptly flushed down the toilet.

A month or two later, he saw Gacy’s face on a newspaper with the headline, “Bodies Found at Suburban Site.” Merrill, however, never came forward to the police about his story. “I decided if the police ever needed me, I would come forward,” he said. “But, they never needed me.”

Merrill says that for a while he kept what happened to him a secret. He decided to come forward, however, after both of his parents died. He says he is happy that his parents died without ever knowing what happened to their son.

“I wanted to tell people at a certain point. It happened and it is a part of me, and I wanted them to know,” he explained. “Anyone I told grew distant from me, to try and process it, I don’t blame them.”

Merrill shared that, in order to move on with his life he inevitably had to forgive Gacy. “Actually not just with Gacy but with my family as well,” he said. “I have lived a great life. I did not let them take my possibilities away from me.”

He said, “Forty-six years later, I am still here. Happy and grateful and proud. I did not leave my sanity at that house near the airport. I am not a victim. It was one night. Something that happened. This is my life.”

The comedy series, adapted from Pamela Redmond Satran’s novel of the same name, follows 40-year-old Liza (Foster) as she tries to re-enter the workforce after her divorce. In order to secure a job at publishing house Empirical, Liza pretends to be 26 all while fooling her bosses, coworkers and potential love interests.

“I really think all the characters of the show do get their happy ending,” creator Darren Star exclusively told Us Weekly in April 2021 of the series finale. “There’s sort of, like, twists and turns in the final episode, which is an hour-long episode, until the very last moment. The show doesn’t really, let’s say, stick the landing until that very last scene. It’s a fun season, and I hope it’s going to leave the audience happy and satisfied at the end.”

Last year, one of my new year’s goals was to run my first half marathon. Not to brag, but I successfully completed my first 13.1 miles last May, and finding the right running shoes made all the difference.

With so many stylish royals in the world, it’s hard to believe there’s even more regal fashion for Us to obsess over. But alas, there is one British dignitary whose wardrobe we just cannot get enough of these days: Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh.

Netflix’s Apple Cider Vinegar introduces the true story of wellness guru Belle Gibson, who lied about having cancer.

The limited series, which premieres on February 6, stars Kaitlyn Dever as Gibson, who launched a media empire after falsely claiming she was fighting cancer in her liver, blood and kidneys. After releasing her The Whole Pantry mobile app and companion book circa 2013, Gibson found herself under fire when fans questioned the inconsistencies in her story.

Gibson confirmed in 2015 that she lied about having cancer. “No. None of it’s true,” she told Australian Women‘s Weekly at the time. “I am still jumping between what I think I know and what is reality. I have lived it and I’m not really there yet.”

Apple Cider Vinegar also features Alycia Debnam-Carey as a character inspired by Jessica Ainscough, a fellowblogger who shared her personal story of using alternative cancer treatments before dying of her untreated cancer at the age of 29 in 2015.

Jesse Palmer isn’t surprised by Marcus Freeman’s extra cameratime.

During an interview about his partnership with Great Clips, Us Weekly couldn’t help but ask the Bachelor host and college football analyst, 46, about the social media chatter surrounding Freeman’s good looks every time Notre Dame plays a game.

“First off, I agree. Marcus Freeman is very good looking,” Palmer told Us. “Speaking of good genetics, he was a great football player too — for The Ohio State University, might I add — before coaching at Notre Dame. He’s the total package. He’s not just a great coach. He also happens to be extremely handsome on the sideline.”

Palmer hypothesized that Freeman, 39, “doesn’t pay too much attention” to the hype, however.

“[Or he] doesn’t let it affect his preparation for the big game. He’s a busy guy. He’s got to get the X’s and O’s ready on game day. He’s got to make sure his team is in the right headspace. He’s recruiting, he’s doing everything. You’re the head coach for Notre Dame. I mean, that’s got to be one of the most pressure packed head coaching positions in any sport in the entire world,” Palmer said. “He handles it all extremely well. And yes, there’s a lot of camera shots of him on the side. You notice that? Maybe more than the normal head coach. I mean, Ryan Day should be getting his fair share too. He’s got a great beard. He looks great too, but I mean listen, it’s like watching a Kansas City Chiefs game with Taylor Swift in the box. You got to give a lot of shots that way. You have to take it for the fans at home. If you’re watching a Notre Dame game, you’re probably getting a lot of Marcus Freeman on the sidelines.”

To sum it up? “He’s become the Taylor of college football.”

As NFL viewers know, it’s common to get a glimpse of Swift when she’s watching boyfriend Travis Kelce, whom she’s been dating since summer 2023, at Chiefs games. While the superstar will likely be in KC this weekend, fans will see plenty of Freeman (and Day) when the Fighting Irish take on The Ohio State Buckeyes at the National Championship in Atlanta on Monday, January 20.

Palmer, for his part, will be tuning in — and thinks the Buckeyes will be winning it all.

“It’s two excellent defenses squaring off. So I think this game’s going to come down to which can make the most explosive plays, and that’s where I think Ohio State has an advantage. I really do,” he said. “I think running the ball and throwing the football, I think there’s some weapons, especially at wide receiver that I think are going to be big differences and Emeka Egbuka and Jeremiah Smith for Ohio State. So I’m expecting the Buckeyes to win. I do want to preface that my brother played at Notre Dame, so our family has strong Notre Dame ties. I’ve already told him my prediction and what I think is going to happen. So I’ve cleared it with Billy and I’m allowed to tell you, I think Ohio State’s going to win.”

During the game, fans can also expect to see Palmer’s Great Clips commercial that aired during the playoff.

“Ever since I was a little kid, my hair has just done what it wants. I mean I can style my hair in five seconds [with] a little pomade. I could do it in the dark. It doesn’t matter what I do — It’s going to look like that. It’s been looking like that ever since I was 6,” Palmer said. “So this may come as a massive surprise to many people, but this is actually very, very low maintenance for me. It’s like when you play football and your performance, so much of it is talent, but a lot of it has to deal with what you put in going into game day and so great haircut, some genetics and some pomade. Lamar Odom is opening up about his surprise reunion with ex-wife Khloé Kardashian on The Kardashians season 6.

Lamar, 45, and Khloé, 40, documented their first meeting in several years for the upcoming season, as teased in a trailer shared by Hulu on Friday, January 17, and the former NBA star is revealing how his cameo came to be.

According to Lamar, the reunion was brokered by his friend and Khloé’s best friend, Malika Haqq, who herself has appeared on The Kardashians and its predecessor, Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

“I bumped into her in Las Vegas,” Lamar said of Malika, 41, during a Monday, January 20, interview on the Australian radio show, The Kyle & Jackie O Show. “I think it was Super Bowl weekend. She came to me, she said, ‘Lamar, I think it’s time for you and Khloé to [meet] … it’s been years. You haven’t seen her. If you’re up for it, I think I can make it happen.’”

As seen in the Kardashians season 6 trailer, Lamar visited Khloé at her Hidden Hills mansion with a bouquet of red roses.

According to the former Los Angeles Lakers player, he didn’t realize that his meeting with Khloé would be filmed.

“And I went there, and there were cameras there and I was like, ‘Oh, all right,’” Lamar explained. “It’s cool, I understand it, you know.”

As for where he and Khloé stand now, Lamar said, “It would be a blessing just to be her friend,” denying that they are back together.

“You know, so much time has passed, and people have, you know, changed,” he added. “I think for the better.”

Later in the interview, radio personality Kyle Sandilands pressed Lamar on whether he still had feelings for his ex, saying, “You’re in love with her still. You want to be with her or not? You want her back? You can admit it.”

Lamar responded, “I don’t care. I think it’s healthy. I think it’s healthy sometimes to like, you know, move on. You know, in a healthy way. Like I said, it’d be a blessing just to be a friend, just to be around her.”

Khloé married Lamar in September 2009 after one month of dating, soon chronicling their romance on E!’s Khloé & Lamar docuseries. The reality TV star filed for divorce four years later but postponed her court motion after Lamar was left comatose after overdosing at a legal brothel in Nevada. Khloé served as Lamar’s caretaker while he recovered. She refiled for divorce in May 2016, which was finalized seven months later.

Khloé teased her reunion with Lamar while speaking to her mom, Kris Jenner, and sister Kim Kardashian in the Kardashians season 6 trailer. “I honestly think timing is everything,” she said in a confessional before the trailer cut to footage of Khloé talking to a shocked Kim, 44, and Kris, 69.

“This is insane,” Kim quipped before Kris tearfully called the NBA alum “the love of [Khloé’s] life.”

“I don’t even know this person anymore,” the Good American founder added in a voiceover as footage of Lamar arriving at her house was shown.

The Kardashians season 6 premieres Thursday, February 6, on Hulu.

Cameron Diaz is ready to revisit the role that made her famous.

The Back In Action star, 52, said she’d be down to reprise her breakthrough role as Tina Carlyle in a sequel to The Mask, but only if lead actor Jim Carrey is back.

“If Jim’s on board … I mean, I’ve been riding those coattails from day one,” Diaz told Access Hollywood in a recent interview.

Carrey, for his part, reflected on 30 years of The Mask and whether he’d be interested in a sequel while promoting last year’s Sonic the Hedgehog 3. “Oh gosh, you know, it has to be the right idea. If somebody had the right idea, I guess,” Carrey, 63, told ComicBook.com in December 2024. “It’s not really about the money. I joke about the money … but I never know. You can’t be definite about these things. I said I’d like to retire, but I think I was talking more about power-resting. Because as soon as a good idea comes your way, or a group of people that you really enjoyed working with and stuff, it just — things tend to change.”

Diaz added that after a while “people stopped asking” her to take on new roles. “It was so lovely,” she said.

“It’s a privilege to do this,” she told host Graham Norton about acting. “I just said to myself, if I just let this go, all of this goodwill, all of this which I got to build over so much time, the passion that I have for entertaining people and making movies that [make] people smile and laugh and have a good time, and they sit in the theater or they sit at home and it moves them — if I don’t engage in that again and give that a chance and participate in it and be grateful for it, I would be a fool.”
