Don’t call it a comeback, but Cameron Diaz has officially returned to the red carpet, making her first appearance on the crimson rug on Wednesday, January 15, after taking a ten-year hiatus from Hollywood.
When she stepped out for the Berlin premiere of her new Netflix film Back in Action, she turned heads in a full Gucci look with a decidedly laid back twist that was right in line with her eternally cool California girl aesthetic. She ditched high heels in favor of Gucci penny loafers that grounded dark denim mom jeans and a sheer blouse, then threw an oversize coat on top for an extra layer of swagger.
But former model Diaz, 51, has always been a red carpet standout, and her celebrity peers have long praised her directional style, a unique brand of poetic bohemia that consistently sets her apart.
In her Vogue May 2003 cover story, Diaz’s Charlie’s Angels costar Lucy Liu said of her friend’s wardrobe: “For Cameron, it’s an art form, and it’s all about transformation and change — like turning a skirt into a tube top. Something could cost $10 or $10,000 — either way, if she’s comfortable in it. She makes it work. She defines her own fashion, and people follow it.”
During her mercurial rise in Hollywood, her red carpet aesthetic read like a masterclass in ’90s-era minimalism. She was a fan of all-black little black dresses that highlighted her mile-long legs and she’d add a kicky red heel to simple black pants with a halter top and a cardigan draped over her shoulders. As she landed bigger roles, she occasionally landed on the worst-dressed list. At the 2002 Academy Awards she wore an Emanuel Ungaro Haute Couture kimono dress that is now considered ahead of its time.

Indiana Pacers guard Bennedict Mathurin disagreed with a foul call late in his team’s 127-117 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday, January 15, and he let official Natalie Sago know about it.
As a result, he’s been suspended one game without pay for “for making inappropriate contact with and verbally abusing a game official,” the NBA announced Thursday, January 16, in a release.
The incident came late in the fourth quarter as Mathurin, 22, chased down Cavaliers center Evan Mobley and attempted to block Mobley’s dunk attempt. Sago, 35, called Mathurin for a foul, causing the third-year player out of Arizona to immediately begin arguing, clapping directly behind Sago’s face and bumping into her.
Crew chief Zach Zarba confirmed after the game via an NBA pool report that Mathurin was “correctly called for” a foul after hitting Mobley.
Sago assessed Mathurin with two technical fouls and ejected him from the game as his teammates held him back while he continued protesting the call.

It was actually his third technical of the game; he also received a technical foul earlier in the game for hanging on the rim and pulling himself up after a dunk.
Mathurin finished the game with 19 points and four rebounds.
The suspension will cost him $41,642, according to ESPN. Mathurin, however, is in the midst of his first pro contract, worth $29,936,173 over four years.
“It was the moment,” Mathurin said after the game. “The game is so intense, especially myself — being this competitive, I just want to win. It was an unfortunate situation, but I was able to learn from it.”
“I went to see Natalie and everything’s all right,” he continued. “[I] wanted to apologize for the unfortunate situation. We were able to end on good terms. I wish her to have a great night, and the next time we meet, it’s all friendly.”
Sago has been a full-time NBA referee since 2018 when she became only the fifth woman ever to hold the position. She had officiated 233 career games coming into this season and earned NBA All-Star duties in 2022 — an assignment that goes to the best officials in the league.
Pacers coach Rick Carlisle called the incident an “emotional moment.”
“It happens all the time … disagreement on a call,” he said. “[Mathurin] got run and we just move on.”
The Pacers’ next game is Thursday night, on the road against the Detroit Pistons. Mathurin will be eligible to return Saturday, January 18, at home in a game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Revlon’s Glimmer Gloss, which launched on January 6, features 10 shades that are a “total game-changer” according to Nogueira. Her favorite? The Bronze Spark, which she told Us is a “chef’s kiss!”
“I’m totally addicted to the hydrating and nourishing formula, it makes my lips feel so soft and smooth after every use,” Nogueira continued. “I keep one of these lippies in each of my bags [along with the Revlon ColorStay Lip Liner] because I just can’t leave the house without it!”
When it comes to confidence, Nogueira feels her best with black hair and a bit of self-tan. She recently added red highlights to her midnight mane but told Us she’s not planning to experiment with other colors.
“The red highlights did not last very long,” she joked. “I got them for the holidays to spice it up, but for almost 15 years now, I have been dying my hair black. I feel most confident and most like myself with black hair.” Nogueira also noted that she “loves” the contrast between how dark her tresses are and how fair her skin is with her polarizing green eyes.
“I am naturally blonde which is interesting because most people only know me with black hair. I don’t think I will ever go back to my natural hair color,” Nogueira said while chatting with Us. While she hasn’t spotted any gray strands yet, the only way she could see herself changing her hair up is if she goes fully silver.
Nogueira also opened up to Us about what she’s “insecure” about, which is a red lip. “Every time I do a red lip for a video, I take it off right after,” she told Us, noting it would be “majorly” outside of her comfort zone to wear it on a red carpet — even though the guru admitted it would be a “power move.”

“I try so hard to feel confident and comfortable in a red lip, but I haven’t come around yet. I always preferred the focus to be on my eyes and not my lips,” she explained.
When it comes to her everyday routine, Nogueira uses a concealer that’s part of the Glimmer collection, the brand’s Brightening Concealer. “It’s like a cup of coffee for your face,” she quipped. “A little under my eyes goes a long way and it looks like I actually got eight hours of sleep, even if I didn’t.”
Nogueira also recommended the Glimmer Blush Drops to Us as a “dupe for some other high-end products” on the market.”
Something she’s still experimenting with is self-tanner. After joking that getting a bronze at home is not her “area of expertise” because her hands always turn out “awful,” she shared a tip she recently received from a fan.
“I saw a comment that said to do your hands last when you self-tan, let it sit for ten minutes, and wash your hands. It worked really well!” Nogueira told Us. “My hands actually matched the rest of me for once!” Her go-to tanning products include the Tree Hut scrub, Lux Unfiltered Shower Oil and Sol De Janeiro Body Butter.
“Everyone is quick to assume the worst things,” Trista, 52, exclusively told Us Weekly while talking about her stint on Special Forces. “I think it’s human nature, honestly. I mean, I didn’t know what happened to the world. I’m like, ‘All of you have lost your minds.’ Sorry, but why the huge hubbub about this?”
After posting a series of cryptic social media posts in May 2024, Ryan, 50, sparked fan concern that he and Trista were on the rocks. After Ryan shared that Trista would not be spending Mother’s Day with their children, son Maxwell, 16, and daughter Blakesley, 15, rumors ramped up that there was trouble in paradise.
In actuality, Trista was away filming Special Forces and could not address the speculation surrounding their romance.
“I had people texting me nonstop, ‘Are you OK? What’s happening? Are you having a nervous breakdown? Did you guys get divorced? Are you having a trial separation? “The fires in California have devastated so many families and it’s been heartbreaking to see these stories unfold,” Swift, 35, wrote via Instagram Stories on Thursday, January 16. “So much suffering, loss and destruction. As so many people embark on some of the most challenging times of their lives, there are also many amazing organizations and groups banding together to help these communities rebuild.”

A string of wildfires broke out in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of L.A. on January 7, quickly spreading to other surrounding areas. The fires have ravaged thousands of acres of property, including many owned by celebrities and other residents. In addition, many individuals fled their homes under mandatory or voluntary evacuation orders. According to NBC News, there has been 25 deaths at the time of publication.
It is not known whether Swift specifically was affected though she does have a Southern California residence, in addition to homes in New York City, Watch Hill, Rhode Island and Nashville. The Grammy winner also spends time in Kansas City, which is where boyfriend Travis Kelce lives and plays for the Chiefs professional football team.

Throughout her years in the spotlight, Swift has been known to give back and support those in need. While on her Eras Tour, she also donated funds to local food banks in multiple cities where she performed.
“This will provide the weight equivalent to feeding 1,200 people three meals a day, for three days – or 10,800 meals. This will be 2.5 weeks of what we typically distribute,” Cardiff Foodbank executive Rachel Biggs told The Guardian in June 2024. “The breathing space Taylor’s donation has given us will enable us to lift our heads and shift our focus from the food bank to the creation of a sustainable operation supporting people who currently need our help with support to address the root cause of poverty and financial support to set them on the path to not needing our aid anymore.”
At the end of her Eras run, Swift also handed out $197 million in bonuses to members of her crew throughout the past two years. (She wrapped her record-breaking tour in December 2024.)
President-elect Donald Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance will officially be sworn into office on Monday, January 20, and the inaugural committee has assembled a long list of performers to mark the occasion.
Trump, 78, served as the 45th President of the United States from 2017 to 2021 and will take the oath of office just after noon on Inauguration Day to become the 47th president. But the ceremony is more than a changing of the guard in Washington, D.C. It’s a day-long event, beginning on the steps of the U.S. Capitol and continuing into the night with three official inaugural balls.
In keeping with tradition, that means numerous musical guests will descend on Washington to entertain the crowds.

Christina Haack will be required to pay estranged husbandJoshua Hall part of the earnings from the sale of their $4.5 million residence in Nashville.
Haack, 41, was ordered to pay Hall, 44, a sum of $150,000, according to new court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
“No later than five days after the close of the escrow, [Christina] is ordered to deposit $150,000 from the sale of the home into [Josh’s] counsel-client trust that is interest-bearing with restricted access,” the filing reads.
According to the Daily Mail, a judge issued the order in October 2024. The documents were filed earlier this month when Haack retained new legal representation.
Haack and Hall had been married for two years, each filing for divorce in July 2024. Earlier this month, the Christina on the Coast star confirmed the divorce isn’t settled yet.
“[We’re] not even close,” she said on Jeff Lewis Live on January 9. “We’re going to be going to trial, I hear. It’s going to be fun. Can’t wait.”
According to Haack, her estranged spouse “doesn’t want to do mediation” to settle the proceedings.
“[The court hasn’t] ordered me yet but he’s been asking me [for money],” Haack claimed to radio host Jeff Lewis. “I’ve already had to give a little something, but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live and he bought a Bentley, but he also doesn’t have a job.”

Hall has not publicly addressed Haack’s recent accusations.
“Hall is not available for comment, as he’s continuing to live his life in the present and celebrating his beautiful new girlfriend’s birthday,” his spokesperson told Us, referring to Nashville-based model Stephanie Gabrys. “With that said, it’s sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina the best.”
Us confirmed earlier in January that Hall has been seeing Gabrys since splitting from Haack. The HGTV star, for her part, has also reportedly moved on with CEO Christopher LaRocca.
This was Haack’s third marriage. She was previously married to Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead, respectively. Haack and El Moussa, 43, share daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, while she coparents son Hudson, 4, with Anstead, 45.
As for Haack, she hasn’t ruled out potentially getting married again down the line.
“I’ll always love love,” Haack told Us in a January cover story. “I probably will [get married again] eventually. But, not anytime soon.”

OnlyFans influencer Bonnie Blue made headlines for breaking the world record for sleeping with 1,057 people within a 12-hour period — but there’s a lot about her fans don’t know.

Bynes, 38, showed off new footwear designs via Instagram on Thursday, January 16. In her notebook, Bynes sketched a low-top platform sneaker featuring “LOVE U BRO” written on the outside of the shoe’s sole.

“I don’t know what he’s gonna do,” Baumgartner said. “I will tell you, it was really fun to see that last game against the Dolphins. I don’t know if ‘back’ is the right word, but it was fun to see him playing at such a high level — to be enjoying it, to be making all the throws, to be scrambling.”
He added, “I’m not going to make excuses. He doesn’t need me to do that for him. But it was very clear that he was injured early in the year. I do wish we had seen a healthier Aaron Rodgers during the first part of the season before things got away.”
Baumgartner hinted that retirement is firmly on the table for Rodgers, but he’s hopeful that his friend will give things one more shot before calling it a career.
“If he’s not playing anymore, the league is not as much fun,” he argued. “I certainly would love to see him play more. I don’t know if it’ll happen or where it could happen.”
While Rodgers ponders his gridiron future, Baumgartner has the Hilton Grand Vacations 2025 Tournament of Champions in Orlando to look forward to, where the actor will complete with fellow celebrities and actors like Don Cheadle, Blake Griffin, Anthony Anderson and Alfonso Ribeiro alongside the best golfers the LPGA Tour has to offer, including Lydia Ko, Nelly Korda and Celine Boutier.
“It’s so fun to play with these women when they’re dialed in,” Baumgartner gushed. “That’s a thrill for me. Ultimately, I know why I’m there. I’m there to have a good time and to help the people there watching have a good time. And I hope I hit a few good shots that the people watching are surprised about.”
The Hilton Grand Vacations 2025 Tournament of Champions takes place at Orlando’s Lake Nona Golf & Country Club from January 30 to February 2.

Gabriel Basso prefers to do his own stunts whenever possible.
“I think that can kind of get misconstrued into the world of like, I do it because I want to say I can do it, and it’s really not about that,” The Night Agent star, 30, said during a Tuesday, January 14, appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “To me it’s about audience immersion.”
Basso stars in the Netflix series as FBI agent Peter Sutherland, who works in the White House as a Night Action telephone operator. He told Fallon, 50, that when the audience watches The Night Agent, he wants them to feel that his performance is believable.
“I don’t want the audiences watching the show, and then right as I’m about to get hit or hip tossed or thrown on my back, you know. I feel like it’s a lie,” the actor said. “I enjoy acting, I don’t like lying.”
For Basso, he views it as there’s a “difference” when it comes to executing stunts for the “sake of the audience immersion” and “the sake of believability.”
“They like Peter [and] to watch him take hits is important, I feel like,” he explained. “And if that requires me to get tossed into a wall, then fine. It’s not the end of the world.”

One stunt that was on the table for Basso was skydiving — which he already does in his personal life.
“[Netflix] brought it up as an idea and then I was like, ‘Oh I already skydive. I’ll do it,’” Basso said. “But then insurance called and was like, ‘Yeah stop it.’”
Fallon then showed a photo of Basso skydiving.

“I went down to Skydive San Diego,” Basso explained of the photo of him soaring in the air. “I got my A-Class recertified”
The late night host then realized he was holding the photo of Basso in the air upside down. Basso quipped the photo of him in the sky “looked cooler the other way” as his back was seemingly facing the ground.
“I like that. That’s hard to do,” Fallon teased before re-enacting the pose in his chair. “You really gotta arch your back.”
Last month, Basso made an epic jump out of Netflix’s blimp during the Christmas Day football game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texas. Basso parachuted out of the blimp in Houston. After completing the stunt, he subsequently revealed that the season 2 trailer for The Night Agent dropped.
“It was cool to see Houston from a blimp. Definitely a memory!” Basso said to Netflix’s Tudum in December 2024.
The Night Agent season 2 premieres on Netflix on Thursday, January 23.
“Forty-two years ago, for reasons beyond my comprehension, David Lynch plucked me out of obscurity to star in his first and last big budget movie. He clearly saw something in me that even I didn’t recognize. I owe my entire career, and life really, to his vision,” MacLachlan, 65, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, January 16. “What I saw in him was an enigmatic and intuitive man with a creative ocean bursting forth inside of him. He was in touch with something the rest of us wish we could get to.”
MacLachlan wrote that his friendship with Lynch “blossomed” on Blue Velvet and Twin Peaks, gushing that he “always found him to be the most authentically alive person I’d ever met.” (Lynch directed both the film and TV show, while MacLachlan starred in them.)
“David was in tune with the universe and his own imagination on a level that seemed to be the best version of human. He was not interested in answers because he understood that questions are the drive that make us who we are. They are our breath,” MacLachlan wrote. “While the world has lost a remarkable artist, I’ve lost a dear friend who imagined a future for me and allowed me to travel in worlds I could never have conceived on my own.”
Alongside the message, MacLachlan shared a series of photos of him and Lynch through the years.
“I can see him now, standing up to greet me in his backyard, with a warm smile and big hug and that Great Plains honk of a voice. We’d talk coffee, the joy of the unexpected, the beauty of the world, and laugh,” he wrote. “His love for me and mine for him came out of the cosmic fate of two people who saw the best things about themselves in each other.”

MacLachlan continued, “I will miss him more than the limits of my language can tell and my heart can bear. My world is that much fuller because I knew him and that much emptier now that he’s gone. David, I remain forever changed, and forever your Kale. Thank you for everything.”
News broke on Thursday that Lynch died following a battle with emphysema, which he was diagnosed with in 2020 after decades of smoking.
“It is with deep regret that we, his family, announce the passing of the man and the artist, David Lynch,” Lynch’s family wrote in a Facebook post. “We would appreciate some privacy at this time. There’s a big hole in the world now that he’s no longer with us. But, as he would say, ‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ It’s a beautiful day with golden sunshine and blue skies all the way.”
2025 kicked off with a slew of celebrity breakups.
Two months after first sparking split rumors, Jessica Simpson announced that she and Eric Johnson had called it quits after 10 years of marriage. “Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,” she told Us Weekly in a January 13 statement. “Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.”
The exes wed in 2014 and share kids Maxwell, Ace and Birdie. Just two days before announcing their split, Simpson put her Los Angeles home back on the real estate market at an asking price of $17.9 million.
Meanwhile, news broke on January 8 that Jessica Alba and Cash Warrenseparated after 16 years of marriage. Alba was nine months pregnant with the pair’s eldest child, daughter Honor, when they tied the knot in 2008. They went on to welcome daughter Haven and son Hayes in 2011 and 2017, respectively.

Earlier that week, Us confirmed that Ford filed divorce docs, requesting spousal support from Routh and joint physical and legal custody of their son, Leo.
Alba broke her silence on her and Warren’s split one week after it was first reported. “I’ve been on a journey of self realization [sic] and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” she wrote in a January 16 Instagram statement. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and now it’s time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
She continued: “We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”
Multiple outlets reported on January 7 that Butler and Gerber ended their romance after three years of dating. TMZ reported that the pair broke up near the end of 2024 as Butler did not join Gerber on a family vacation.
One day after posting a cryptic Instagram Story about how “bigger and better things” were in store for her, Osaka confirmed that she and her longtime boyfriend, Cordae, had gone their separate ways. “Hi everyone, just wanted to say that Cordae and I are no longer in a relationship,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on January 6. “No bad blood at all, he’s a great person and an awesome dad.” (The exes began dating in 2019 and welcomed their daughter, Shai, in July 2023.)

It’s about to heat up in Port Charles.
General Hospital co-head writers Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte aren’t holding back when it comes to their vision for the long-running ABC soap.
The pair are teaming up for the first time after the show replaced Van Etten and former co-head writer Dan O’Connor last year. It then hired Korte and veteran soap writer Patrick Mulcahey, but Mulcahey’s tenure was short-lived, and Van Etten soon returned.
The pair teased fans with what to expect from General Hospital while they’re at the helm of the writers room, calling their version of Port Charles “volatile and sexy” in an interview with TV Insider published Wednesday, January 15.
“It’s an incredible responsibility. We must honor the show’s history and the audience’s love for it, as well as the work of all those who preceded us — all while creating new story to challenge and grow its characters,” they elaborated. “We’re privileged to write for such a talented cast, many of whom have embodied their roles for decades. It’s humbling. We work daily to earn and maintain the trust of our audience and colleagues.”

Van Etten and Korte added that they never stop bouncing ideas off of each other, and sometimes, the crazier the better.
“We keep the atmosphere safe for voicing any idea, even the ludicrous ones. Sometimes when we rein it in, the ludicrous idea is the most exciting one,” they said. “There are times when our ideas are in conflict; but in those circumstances we have space to talk it through and find common ground such that we can proceed in a direction that speaks to the characters and to the larger canvas. We hear one another out and never feel handled.”
Van Etten and Korte have a combined 35 years of experience in the General Hospital writers room, and Korte feels their longevity and working relationship will serve them in their current roles.

“I could not ask for a better collaborator and writing partner than Chris, who brings so much creativity, enthusiasm and experience to the task,” she said. “I hope that my history with the show enables me to understand the characters, to hear their voices clearly, to honor their complex history and to track off that history as we move them forward.”
As for Van Etten, he called it an “honor” to work with Korte, adding, “She has a steady hand, abundant empathy and an awesome imagination.”

Palmer, 31, stepped out in a plaid look that had Us totally buggin’ over the one and only Dionne “Dee” Davenport, played by Stacey Dash, in Clueless, while in New York City on Thursday, January 16. For her outing at NBC Studio, Palmer wore a fuzzy black-and-white plaid coat featuring gold buttons and an ankle-skimming silhouette.
Palmer wore the jacket open, giving fans a glimpse of her matching mini skirt and black turtleneck top, a pairing that would have looked right at home in Beverley Hills. The actress, who is in Manhattan to promote her new movie, One of Them Days, tied her Clueless-esque look together with knee-high boots, a black leather purse and sleek gloves. She further accessoried with dangling gold earrings and a Dionne-worthy leather cap.
Palmer added even more eye candy to her look with a flawless full beat, featuring sharp eyebrows, bronzed and blushed cheeks, smokey eyeshadow, long lashes and pink glossy lips.
Palmer looked just like Dionne, who iconically wore a black-and-white plaid blazer fearing leather lapels while pulling up to school with Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone) in the 1995 cult-classic movie. Just like Palmer’s outfit, Dee rocked a matching mini skirt and black knee-high boots. Instead of a leather cap, she wore a statement hat featuring a large rim, a white top and a red embellishment. She topped off her outfit with a white button-up shirt and a Clueless requisite red sweater vest.

On Thursday, January 15, she rocked a little black dress with a matching coat. Earlier in the day, Palmer looked colorful and cozy in a teal set featuring fur lining. She elegantly flipped her auburn mane while strutting through the city and gave the camera a soft smile.
“I was born and raised in Altadena. My childhood home is at the top of where everything was happening and where the fires were really, really bad,” Floyd, 32, exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 15. “The church that we grew up in, the schools, the grocery stores, our favorite pastrami shop, every single thing is gone. It’s just devastating.”
The Eaton Fire, which started in Altadena, has burned more than 14,000 acres and more than 7,000 structures have been damaged or destroyed.
Although Floyd’s current house is located nearly 30 miles away, the tragedy still hits home.
“Altadena is such a special place,” she said. “It was gorgeous. The trees and the mountains and the houses had so much character, and then it’s also special because that was one of the first places that opened up to allow Black people to buy homes over there. A lot of those houses are 4/5th generational homes, and that’s gone.”
With the help of her husband, Zach Davis, family and complete strangers, Floyd is trying her best to help as many people rebuild and adjust to a brand-new reality.
One night, Floyd started an Amazon wishlist for her Snapchat followers with nearly 100 items added. After fans from across the country fulfilled orders immediately, Floyd kept expanding.
“The next day, I just sat on my couch and I added thousands of products, and then I was like, ‘I wonder if this is gonna work,’” she said. “I woke up the next morning and I looked at Zach and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, there’s 1,600 orders. What are we gonna do?’”

The couple turned their Los Angeles home into what they jokingly called an “Amazon warehouse” where victims could pick up essential items. They’ve since expanded into a StarSuites Beauty Salon in Sherman Oaks, California.
“We started in the garage, and then we kind of just moved on into the actual house, because we ran out of room,” Davis shared. “Now we’re just everywhere.”
The MTV reality stars have received support from their Teen Mom family including Maci Bookout, Jade Cline, Catelynn Lowell and Mackenzie McKee. Floyd’s biggest supporter, however, is her husband.

“I’m beyond proud of her and just amazed to see the way she can round this up in a matter of [days],” Davis told Us. “This started as something she didn’t think would be as big. She thought maybe 100 packages or 200 orders, but it ended up being over 3,000. I feel blessed as a husband to be able to have a wife on my side who’s willing and able to do this and use the platform for the greater good. It’s a blessing.”
While many celebrities are affected by the Los Angeles wildfires, Floyd reminded Us that it doesn’t matter where destruction hits in Southern California. Every victim needs and deserves support during an uncertain time.
“You have no idea what anybody’s financial state is, whether they’re living in this nice house or living check to check. You just don’t know,” she said. “Either way, it doesn’t matter if you’re rich or if you’re poor. At this point, if you lost your home, you’re homeless. Everyone is on the same playing field of starting over and having to rebuild.”

Teen Mom: The Next Chapter returns on MTV Thursday, January 30, at 8 p.m. ET.

Swift made her Chiefs Kingdom debut in September 2023 when the Chiefs faced off against the Chicago Bears. The Grammy winner sat in a suite with Travis’ mom, Donna Kelce, to take in the game. Travis’ teammate, James Winchester, shared that he noticed that the tight end was blushing over having Swift cheer him on.
“I walked up to Trav. I just said, ‘Hey, man, that’s cool she’s here.’ He’s like, ‘What do you mean? Did they put her up on the jumbotron or something?’ I’m like, ‘No, Jay just told me. That’s awesome, man, good for you,’” Winchester recalled during a May episode of the “Like a Farmer” podcast. “He’s just kind of smiling and, you know, blushing.”
Big Brother Teasing
After Travis and Swift made headlines following that first game, Travis’ big bro, Jason Kelce, couldn’t help but tease him over Swift putting him “on the map.”
“I just thought it was awesome that everybody in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her. The friends and family. She looked amazing,” he gushed during the brother’s “New Heights” podcast. “And on top of that, the day went perfect for Chiefs fans. We script it all, ladies and gentleman. It was absolutely electric.”
When Travis had a bye week in November 2023, he jetted off to Buenos Aires to catch Swift’s Eras Tour concert. Travis was in the audience with Taylor’s dad, Scott Swift, and watched the show from the VIP booth, During the show’s finale, Taylor changed the lyrics to her finale song, “Karma,” from “guy on the screen,” which was a reference to her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn, to “guy on the Chiefs.”
Fans in attendance captured Travis’ reaction to the surprise which left him turning red and covering his face. Scott went to give the football player a high-five, but Travis was so stunned he missed the moment.
Travis opened up about the experience on his and Jason’s podcast and admitted he was “shocked” by the shout out. He also apologized to Taylor’s dad for leaving him hanging.
“Mr. Swift, I apologize, big guy,” Travis said. “I never miss a high-five, too, big high-five guy. It’s the most electric thing you could do at an event.”

Making Taylor an ‘Honest Woman’
In June 2024, Travis attended the Big Slick Celebrity Weekend charity event in Kansas City. While at the event he chatted with Jason Sudeikis who teased the football player about his potential future with Taylor.
“Hey, Travis, real talk. It’s just us guys here. When are you gonna make an honest woman out of [her]?” Sudeikis jokingly asked before referring to Harrison Butker’s controversial graduation speech about women choosing to be homemakers over pursuing a career. “Taylor doesn’t need to be working anymore. And again, I know your kicker agrees with me.”
Travis laughed and smiled at the joke before he sarcastically replied, “Guys, you’re really pushing it.”
Falling for the Boy on the Football Team
During the Lyon, France stop of her Eras Tour, Taylor performed “Fifteen” as one of the night’s secret songs. The Fearless track, which dropped in 2008, includes the line, “In your life, you’ll do things greater than dating the boy on the football team.” When Swift belted the lyrics out, she realized the irony of her words leaving her smiling and blushing as the crowd went wild.
The Best Cooking Partners
During Travis’ June 2024 Chiefs press conference, he was asked about his favorite meals to cook with Taylor.
“I respect that question, but I’m gonna keep that one to myself,” he said, blushing and smiling. “I thoroughly enjoy cooking with her, so it’s something I’d rather keep personal.”
At the very end of the press conference, Travis quipped that the pop star “makes a great Pop-Tart and cinnamon roll.”

Taking the Stage
Travis attended Taylor’s London Eras Tour concerts in June 2024 — and ended up on stage. The singer throws a fake tantrum in between “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” and “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” during the Tortured Poets Department section of her show every night. For her third night at Wembley Stadium, Travis joined her dancers on stage.
After their rehearsed skit, Travis stood behind his girlfriend blushing with a giant smile on his face as she began the song.
Appreciating the Praise
When Adam Sandler appeared on an August 2024 episode of “New Heights,” he couldn’t stop gushing over Swift. “By the way, what a girl,” he told Travis, who referred to his girlfriend as the “best performer out here.”
Sandler went on to explain how significant Swift is to his family, explaining that his two daughters — Sadie and Sunny — are big fans. “I love listening to her in the car. I love what she had to say, every message, every melody, the production, how cool she was,” he said. “What she meant to young girls, what she means to women. What she means to guys doing the right thing in life.”
Travis thanked Sandler for his kind words, even noting that Swift was “so grateful” to see the actor and his daughters at the October 2023 premiere of her Eras Tour concert film. “You got me sweatin’ over here,” Travis teased.
Never Been Happier
“I’m enjoying all aspects of life that’s for damn sure,” Travis said on the Stephen A. Smith Show in January 2025. “Me and Taylor are happy and I couldn’t be happier to have that confidence and that comfort off the field and all the support I could ever ask for in the stadium.”
He added, “I think, personally, the beauty of being in a very strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to come in and focus on your craft, focus on being the best version of you. That’s why I wanted to be at [her] concerts supporting her and being there for her, making sure she feels comfortable and supported in everything she’s doing in life.”
Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelcehas already secured his legacy as one of the greatest tight ends of all time, but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to walk away from his NFL career.
“I know I’m 34 years old, about to be 35, but I have a love to do this right here in the middle of the heat in June,” Kelce said ahead of the Chiefs’ minicamp session in June 2024. “I love coming to work every single day and doing this.”
According to a study by RBC Wealth Management, the average retirement age for an NFL player is 27.6 years old, but Kelce added that he plans to keep playing football “until the wheels fall off.”
Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, who is two years his senior, set an example of a graceful exit when he retired from the Philadelphia Eagles at the end of the 2023 season. During a June 2024 episode of their “New Heights” podcast, Jason gave his brother some retirement wisdom.
“This is when you’re going to start knowing, whenever this time comes, and you need to walk away,” Jason said. “[It’s] the fighting your body, like, you used to be able to do something you can’t do anymore. That’s when it’s like you’re fighting that, to continue to get that back. That’s when it starts to become hard. Bottom line is everyone knows when it’s time for them.”
Unlike Jason, Travis doesn’t have a family to factor into his retirement timeline — Jason shares daughters Wyatt, Elliotte and Bennett with wife Kylie Kelce — but he is in a committed relationship with Taylor Swift. Although a source exclusively told Us Weekly in May 2024 that Travis has “no plans” to propose to Swift anytime soon, the pair’s romance is going as strong as their respective careers.

“I absolutely love what I’m doing, I love doing it here in Kansas City,” he said. “I don’t even want to think about putting a time limit on this. My body still feels good, I still feel like I can help the Kansas City Chiefs win. On top of that, every single day is a blast coming into the building.”

At the Chiefs minicamp, Travis reiterated his desire to keep playing football.
“I love this game,” he continued. “I know I’m going to miss it when I’m done playing. … I get to play a game for a living at the age of 33, 34 and I think that’s something – you know, I don’t want to lose that. I don’t want to lose that excitement that I had for a game when I was a kid.”

The athlete admitted that injuries prompted him to think about retirement “more than anyone could ever imagine” during an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
“That’s the only thing I’ve never really been open about,” he said. “The discomfort. The pain. The lingering injuries — the 10 surgeries I’ve had that I still feel every single surgery to this day.”

“I have no reason to stop playing football,” Travis told reporters at a press conference. He noted that opportunities like his March 2023 Saturday Night Live hosting gig had given him a glimpse of his future prospects, but he still wasn’t ready to walk away from his first love.
“I’ve been fortunate to do a few things outside of the sports world that I’ve been enjoying doing, like getting on camera,” he explained. “The SNL stuff kind of opened up a new happiness and a new career path for me, but it’s funny for me to even say that at this point in my career because I think it’s so much further down the road than it is right now.”
During a press conference, Travis said that he wasn’t planning on retiring “anytime soon” and said he “really can’t put a timeframe” on his NFL exit.
“I’m going to do it until the wheels fall off,” he said. “I can definitely understand that it’s toward the end of the road [more] than the beginning of it. I just gotta make sure I’m set up for after football as well.”
Travis added that he still gets a lot of joy from his NFL career.
“I love coming to work every single day,” he said. “Obviously, I know there’s opportunities outside of football for me. I think you’ve gotta keep in perspective that I’m a little kid when I come in this building.”

During an appearance on the Stephen A. Smith Show, Travis denied that he’s ready to retire at girlfriend Swift’s insistence.
“She’s fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game,” Travis said. “She loves coming to Arrowhead [Stadium] and coming to the games and cheering for me, so I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams.”

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Baldoni 40, claimed that Lively, 37, named a drink at the premiere afterparty “Ryle Can Wait.” (Baldoni played Ryle in the film, who abused Lively’s character, Lily.)
“Lively’s disastrous marketing efforts and tone-deaf press interviews and appearances backfired and led to widespread criticism of Lively’s promotional approach to the Film’s highly sensitive focus on domestic violence,” the docs state. “Past videos of Lively resurfaced online — videos that appeared to solidify public perception that Lively was an insensitive ‘mean girl’ who cared more about peddling her products than acknowledging the domestic violence survivor community. Social media commenters quickly pointed out that her tie-in of her alcohol beverages was in particularly poor taste, given the World Health Organization estimates that 55 percent of domestic violence incidents are linked to alcohol. Unbelievably, Lively made this harmful and irresponsible message worse by naming a drink at her premiere afterparty ‘Ryle You Wait.’”
“The suggestion that Wayfarer caused the online backlash against her is absurd given the evidence of her own insensitivity,” the court documents continued, denying Lively’s own claims that Baldoni and his production company attempted to tarnish her reputation.
In addition to acting in It Ends With Us, an adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s bestselling novel, Lively also served as an executive producer. Baldoni, meanwhile, was the movie’s director.
In the suit, Baldoni also repeats claims that he was uninvited to the It Ends With Us afterparty and he organized a separate bash for his team in the basement of the movie theater.
“The Wayfarer afterparty, held separately from the celebrity event and attended by crew, family, and other Wayfarer friends, was a ‘dry’ gathering, in part to acknowledge the known negative relationship between alcohol and domestic violence,” the court filing reads. “It was attended by the entire Wayfarer team from Los Angeles and their friends and family. The atmosphere and tone of the Wayfarer afterparty were aligned with Baldoni’s vision for the Film, focusing on celebration and gratitude, despite being humiliated.”
The lawsuit featured images from the gathering, in which Baldoni, wife Emily and other colleagues were posed with their to-go drink cups of nonalcoholic beverages.
News broke in December 2024 that Lively sued Baldoni for sexual harassment and fostering a hostile work environment on the film set, in addition to attempting to besmirch her reputation. He vehemently denied the allegations.
In his recent court documents, Baldoni further refuted Lively’s allegations by citing their different perspectives to promote the film.
“Lively’s disastrous marketing efforts and tone-deaf press interviews and appearances backfired and led to widespread criticism of Lively’s promotional approach to the Film’s highly sensitive focus on domestic violence,” the filing reads. “Past videos of Lively resurfaced online — videos that appeared to solidify public perception that Lively was an insensitive ‘mean girl’ who cared more about peddling her products than acknowledging the domestic violence survivor community. Social media commenters quickly pointed out that her tie-in of her [Betty Booze] alcohol beverages was in particularly poor taste, given the World Health Organization estimates that 55% of domestic violence incidents are linked to alcohol.”
According to Baldoni, the criticism “could have been avoided” had Lively agreed to meet with the movie’s domestic violence partner organization, nomore.org. He allegedly offered Lively the option, but she refused.
In Lively’s filing last month, she claimed that promoted the film as agreed upon.
“Ms. Lively and other cast members were under a contractual obligation to render promotional services in accordance with the Marketing Plan,” her filing reads. “The Marketing Plan directed the cast to ‘focus more on Lily’s strength and resilience as opposed to describing the film as a story about domestic violence’ and to ‘avoid talking about this film that makes it feel sad or heavy [sic] — it’s a story of hope.’”
Lively later shared a list of resources on her social media pages after the film was released in August 2024.
The publicists named in Lively’s suit and Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman released separate statements on Thursday, January 16.
“This lawsuit is a legal action based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence detailing Blake Lively and her team’s duplicitous attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored information to the media,” Freedman said in the statement. “It is clear based on our own all-out willingness to provide all complete text messages, emails, video footage and other documentary evidence that was shared between the parties in real-time, that this is a battle she will not win and will certainly regret. Blake Lively was either severely misled by her team or intentionally and knowingly misrepresented the truth.”
He continued, “Ms. Lively will never again be allowed to continue to exploit actual victims of real harassment solely for her personal reputation gain at the expense of those without power. Let’s not forget, Ms. Lively and her team attempted to bulldoze reputations and livelihoods for heinously selfish reasons through their own dangerous manipulation of the media before even taking any actual legal action. We know the truth, and now the public does too. Justin and his team have nothing to hide, documents do not lie.”
The publicists, meanwhile, noted in part: “It is devastating that we are forced to answer this viciously selfish ongoing litigation littered with documented and provable lies in the midst of the tragedy impacting California where we reside. “Five months ago, Ms. Lively chose to promote a film about domestic violence in a way that caused instant negative and organic backlash due to her own highly publicized actions. Instead of accepting responsibility, she decided to cruelly blame us. This malicious attack on private individuals by Ms. Lively and her team in which they chose to spoon-feed The New York Times with doctored, out of context and edited text messages in an effort to paint herself as a victim set off a chain of events that has been harmful beyond measure.”
Lively has not publicly addressed Baldoni’s latest claims but previously denounced similar accusations.
