Gypsy Rose Blanchard has shared an update on how she’s adapting to her new role as a mom.
Blanchard, 33, posted a photo of her postpartum body via her Instagram Story on Friday, January 3 just one week after welcoming her daughter.
“Almost a week postpartum,” Blanchard captioned the post. “Feeling more energized.”
Blanchard and her partner, Ken Urker, welcomed a baby girl named Aurora on Saturday, December 28. Following the birth, Urker took to social media to announce the news via Instagram on Wednesday, January 1.
“Welcoming 2025 with the greatest gift of all ,” Urker shared alongside a photo of him, Blanchard and their new baby in the hospital.
The birth took place in Blanchard’s home state of Louisiana. “Aurora is healthy and we are so happy,” Urker told TMZ.
One year before her daughter’s arrival, Blanchard was released after serving nearly nine years in prison. In 2016, she pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.
Nicholas Godejohn, Gypsy’s boyfriend at the time, conspired to kill Dee Dee with Gypsy, with Godejohn ultimately stabbing her to death. Godejohn pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and was sentenced to life in prison.
Dee Dee is widely believed to have suffered from Munchausen syndrome by proxy, defined by the Cleveland Clinic as “a mental health condition where you pretend that someone within your care is sick when they aren’t.” Throughout her childhood, Gypsy was convinced that she had various ailments, including leukemia, muscular dystrophy and brain damage, and was told that she required a feeding tube and a wheelchair.
The 2017 documentary Mommy Dead and Dearest and the 2019 Hulu limited series The Act, in which Gypsy was played by actress Joey King, both depicted the saga.
Gypsy and Urker previously got engaged in 2018 while she was still in prison. The couple split in 2019 and Gypsy later tied the knot with Ryan Anderson in July 2022 while she was behind bars. Their nuptials involved a small ceremony with no guests.
Shortly after she was released in December 2023, Gypsy announced she and Anderson had split. She officially filed for divorce from Anderson in March 2024.
Four months later, Gypsy confirmed speculation that she was pregnant with Urker.
“I know the rumors have been flying around for quite some time now, and I’m happy to announce that I am 11 weeks pregnant,” she said in a YouTube video in July 2024. “Ken and I are expecting our very first child come January 2025.”
Denise Richardsis admitting her Special Forces stint came at a price.
The actress, who competed on season 3 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, revealed she ended up rupturing her breast implants during one of the grueling tasks.
“I jumped off a bridge, too — and that’s when I ruptured my [breast] implants — off of that thing,” Richards, 53, revealed on SiriusXM’s “Jeff Lewis Live” on Friday, January 3, while discussing the physical challenges she faced while taking part in the reality series.
Richards blamed a harness she was wearing during the activity for causing the rupture and shared that she is still yet to fix the issue affecting both her breast implants.
“I still have to get them redone,” Richards added. “I was supposed to a month ago but couldn’t because we were filming, so yeah, no, I still have to get them redone.”
She explained that she believes she would also have to bear the financial cost herself to repair the ruptures.
“I have to pay,” she said. “I think we pretty much signed our life away doing that show… It’s dangerous.”
In November, news broke that Richards was cast alongside 15 other recruits — including Kayla Nicole, Brody Jenner, Cam Newton, Stephen Baldwin, Carey Hart and more — for Special Forces’ season 3, which premieres on Fox on Wednesday, January 8.
During the show’s five-week run, fans will watch the celebrities attempt the “harshest, most grueling challenges from the playbook of the actual Special Forces selection process” while training in Wales, England, per Fox. There are no votes or eliminations on the series.
Season 3 of Special Forces features stars trying their hand at tasks including “a high pressure hostage rescue, a treacherous ladder crossing between steep cliffs nearly 100 ft above the sea, a boat dunk drill where they will be submerged into the frigid ocean and tasked with performing essential survival duties, a surf immersion where they will have to control their panic in an exercise that takes them to the brink of drowning, and much more.”
The exercises are led by ex-special forces operatives; Directing Staff (DS) agents Rudy Reyes, Mark “Billy” Billingham, Jason “Foxy” Fox and Jovon “Q” Quarles.
Both Lively, 37, and Baldoni, 40, have alleged in their respective legal battles that they each had a hand in creating different cuts of the film at the center of the drama, It Ends With Us.
In her complaint, Lively detailed alleged changes that Baldoni made during the filming of the Colleen Hoover book adaption.
She claimed that additional “graphic” scenes were added that weren’t originally present in the script.
One of the alleged graphic scenes described in the complaint was a scene requiring Lively to “orgasm on camera” – a scene that did not appear in the original script.
“After Ms. Lively signed onto the movie based on a draft of the script, Mr. Baldoni, without Ms. Lively’s knowledge or consent, personally added graphic content, including a scene in which
Ms. Lively was to orgasm on-camera,” the complaint read. “When Ms. Lively objected to these additions, Mr. Baldoni insisted he had added them because he was making the Film ‘through the female gaze.’”
The legal document went on to describe a simultaneous climax scene that Lively claimed Baldoni advocated to include.
“Although he agreed to remove the scenes, he made a last-ditch attempt to keep one in which the couple orgasm together on their wedding night, which he said was important to him because he and his partner climax simultaneously during intercourse,” the complaint read. “Mr. Baldoni then intrusively asked Ms. Lively whether she and her husband climax simultaneously during intercourse, which Ms. Lively found invasive and refused to discuss.”
According to Lively’s complaint, Baldoni also allegedly added a scene involving the younger version of her character Lily (played by Isabela Ferrer) losing her virginity.
“Mr. Baldoni added a detailed scene to the Film in which the underage version of Ms. Lively’s character, Lily, loses her virginity. In both the book and the script for the film, there was no sex scene; instead, the details about this moment were left to the audience’s imagination.” the complaint read.
It continued: “But Mr. Baldoni, added in considerable details, including both dialogue between Young Lily and her boyfriend (Atlas) about the loss of her virginity, as well as a simulated sex scene in which Mr. Baldoni filmed, and included in his initial cut of the Film, a close up of Young Lily’s face, accompanied by an audible gasp at the moment of penetration. Ms. Lively was informed that when this scene was shot, after Mr. Baldoni called “cut,” he walked over to the actors and said, ‘I know I’m not supposed to say this, but that was hot,” and, “did you two practice this before?’”
Baldoni filed a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times on Tuesday, December 31. The actor and director is suing for libel and false light invasion of privacy following The New York Times’ reporting on costar Lively after she sued him for sexual harassment.
The director was one of 10 plaintiffs in the lawsuit, which also includes publicists Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel as well as It Ends With Us producers James Heath and Steve Saraowitz, who began legal proceedings against the media outlet.
In his complaint, Baldoni claimed two different, competing edits of It Ends With Us emerged during production – one overseen by him and the other commissioned by Lively. Baldoni claimed his version tested significantly higher than Lively’s with focus groups.
The same day Baldoni sued The New York Times, Lively officially filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, Nathan and Abel, along with Wayfarer Studios in the Southern District of New York.
The lawsuit alleged sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and lost wages. The claims parallel those made in Lively’s complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Department last week.
Lively spoke out about her legal action via a Saturday, December 21 statement to Us Weekly.
“I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted,” she said.
A New York Times spokesperson told Us Weekly in a statement on Tuesday, December 31 that the outlet is planning to “vigorously defend against the lawsuit.”
“The role of an independent news organization is to follow the facts where they lead,” the statement read. “Our story was meticulously and responsibly reported. It was based on a review of thousands of pages of original documents, including the text messages and emails that we quote accurately and at length in the article. Those texts and emails were also the crux of a discrimination claim filed in California by Blake Lively against Justin Baldoni and his associates.”
The statement continued, “To address some inaccuracies in the lawsuit, when seeking comments from Mr. Baldoni and others who would be mentioned in the article, The Times shared the information that we intended to publish, including references to specific text messages and documents, asked them to identify any inaccuracies, provide additional context and speak with our team. Mr. Baldoni, Wayfarer and the other subjects chose not to have any conversations with The Times or address any of the specific text messages or documents and instead emailed a joint response, which was published in full. (Also, they sent their response to The Times at 11:16 p.m. ET Dec 20th, not at 2:16 a.m. ET Dec 21st as the complaint says.)”
In response to Baldoni filing the lawsuit, Lively’s attorney told Us on Tuesday, December 31 that the lawsuit was based on an “obviously false premise.”
“Nothing in this lawsuit changes anything about the claims advanced in Ms. Lively’s California Civil Rights Department Complaint, nor her federal complaint, filed earlier today,” the statement read. “This lawsuit is based on the obviously false premise that Ms. Lively’s administrative complaint against Wayfarer and others was a ruse based on a choice “not to file a lawsuit against Baldoni, Wayfarer,” and that “litigation was never her ultimate goal.” As demonstrated by the federal complaint filed by Ms. Lively earlier today, that frame of reference for the Wayfarer lawsuit is false. While we will not litigate this matter in the press, we do encourage people to read Ms. Lively’s complaint in its entirety. We look forward to addressing each and every one of Wayfarer’s allegations in court.”
Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman also shared a statement with Us Weekly, vowing to “take down” The New York Times for its “vicious smear campaign.”
“In this vicious smear campaign fully orchestrated by Blake Lively and her team, the New York Times cowered to the wants and whims of two powerful ‘untouchable’ Hollywood elites, disregarding journalistic practices and ethics once befitting of the revered publication by using doctored and manipulated texts and intentionally omitting texts which dispute their chosen PR narrative,” he said via a statement to Us on Tuesday, December 31. “In doing so, they pre-determined the outcome of their story, and aided and abetted their own devastating PR smear campaign designed to revitalize Lively’s self-induced floundering public image and counter the organic groundswell of criticism amongst the online public. The irony is rich.”
He continued: “Make no mistake however, as we all unite to take down The NY Times by no longer allowing them to deceive the public, we will continue this campaign of authenticity by also suing those individuals who have abused their power to try and destroy the lives of my clients. While their side embraces partial truths, we embrace the full truth – and have all of the communications to back it. The public will decide for themselves as they did when this first began.”
Over the years, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has selected the child of a celebrity to carry the torch into awards season and assist with the annual Golden Globe Awards.
The coveted title of Miss and Mr. Golden Globes dates back to 1963 when Donna Douglas and Eva Six shared the honor. The tradition of the role going to a celebrity kid, however, didn’t start until 1971 with Anne Archer, who went on to become a successful actress in her own right.
Being Miss or Mr. Golden Globes — or the Golden Globes Ambassador as it was changed to in 2018 — does include a few in-show responsibilities. Throughout the event, the ambassador assists the presenters in handing out awards and escorting the winners from the stage.
While many stars have held the role over the years, the ambassador program was discontinued in 2021.

Hotel employee Braian Nahuel Paiz has been arrested in Argentina in connection with singer Liam Payne’sdeath.
The waiter, 24, was charged last month for allegedly supplying the late One Direction star with drugs prior to his fatal fall.
Paiz was arrested at his home outside of Buenos Aires, Argentina on Friday, January 3 and could face between four and 15 years in prison, reported People andTMZ. Per TMZ, Paiz was under house arrest at the time local authorities raided his home.
People reported on Friday, January 3 that both Paiz and his lawyer Fernando Madeo Facente are maintaining that the hotel employee is innocent.
Payne, who shot to fame as one of five members of boy band One Direction, died on October 16, 2024 after falling from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires. He was 31.
A preliminary autopsy cited “multiple traumas” as the cause of Payne’s death, including hemorrhages in his chest, skull and abdomen. The partial autopsy found multiple drugs were reportedly found in his system at the time of his passing, including traces of “pink cocaine” — a mix of methamphetamine, ketamine and MDMA — cocaine, benzodiazepine and crack.
Paiz was one of five people charged on Monday, December 30 by Argentina’s National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office in connection to Payne’s death.
In addition to Paiz, CasaSur employee Ezequiel Pereyra was also charged with allegedly supplying drugs to Payne ahead of his death.
Meanwhile, Payne’s friend Roger Nores is among those facing manslaughter charges, along with Esteban Grassi, a receptionist at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel, and the hotel’s head of security Gilda Martin.
During an interview with Argentina’s Telefe Noticias that aired in November 2024, Paiz denied dealing drugs to the late musician. Paiz claimed he initially met Payne when he dined at the restaurant where Paiz works in Puerto Madero in the weeks leading up to his death.
According to Paiz, Payne “was already under the effects of drugs and he didn’t actually eat anything” at the restaurant.
He continued, “We swapped details and saw each other later that night. It was all normal.”
Paiz insisted, “I never supplied Liam with drugs,” adding that the pair arranged to meet at the “Hyatt in Palermo” on October 2. They met up again at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires on October 13.
“We took drugs together, but I never took drugs to him or accepted any money,” he claimed, adding that he still had the messages exchanged between himself and Payne to arrange their second meeting.
Payne’s funeral was held in Amersham, England, on Wednesday, November 20. Payne’s former One Direction bandmates — Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan — were among those in attendance.
Jennifer Sheffield celebrated the positives about her and Brandon Sheffield’s divorce in an ominous TikTok post weeks before they were both found dead in what authorities are alleging is an apparent murder-suicide.
“So, I’m about to be a newly single mom. I am in the middle of divorce,” Jennifer said in a video shared via TikTok on December 10, 2024. “My husband is being incredible, though, really and truly … we’re working together. Everything’s great.”
The 30-year-old TikTok personality appeared upbeat and happy as she recorded the video while driving around Mississippi.
“We’re splitting everything down the middle. Everything is good,” she said of her relationship with her estranged husband, Brandon, 40, at the time. “It is a very civil divorce with our daughter in mind.”
Jennifer confessed that since she was going to be a mom with a “single income,” she was reaching out to her network for tips on keeping costs down.
She noted that Brandon would be “helping” with the fees associated with their daughter once the divorce was finalized. “He will be supporting her, so essentially, like, I’m really thankful for that and that I will not have to worry so much about supporting her,” Jennifer continued.
However, she pointed out that she will be on a “very limited income with buying a new house,” and expressed concerns over branching out from Brandon, saying, “I’ve never done this before. I’ve never been on my own before.”
Jennifer concluded, “If you have any tips I would really appreciate it because I’m a little scared right now.”
The positive message about her relationship with Brandon amid their divorce was shared 18 days before Jennifer and Brandon were found dead on December 28, 2024, in Brandon, Mississippi, around 7:19 a.m. local time. Brandon Police Department chief Joseph French confirmed their deaths to Dark Horse Press Now that same day.
Authorities arrived on scene after receiving a welfare check call from Jennifer’s family, who reported signs of foul play.
The police chief reportedly told the outlet that it “appears that Brandon Sheffield shot Jennifer Sheffield and then shot himself,” before adding that the authorities were working with the theory that their deaths were the result of an apparent murder-suicide.
“This is an ongoing investigation,” French told ABC affiliate WJTV in a statement on December 28. “I would like to thank the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation for their assistance with the Crime Scene Unit to assist with processing the scene.”
Prior to her death, Jennifer documented her life as a mom in Mississippi, who was focused on getting into medical school. She had more than 6,500 followers and over 100,000 likes on her more recent videos.
The Kardashians star revealed in March 2020 that her sister Kendall Jenner and pal La La Anthony were responsible for her tuning in for season 1. “Alright @KendallJenner and @lala got me to watch Love Is Blind and I’m obsessed!!!!!!!!!” she shared via social media at the time.
Love Is Blind debuted in February 2020 on Netflix and followed a group of singles as they tried to make a connection — and get engaged — without seeing one another.
With six seasons of drama as of 2024, the series has continued to draw in viewers and celebrity fans, like Bachelorette alum Thurston.
“I just finished episode 6 of #loveisblind2 and all I’m gonna say is I’m #teamnatalie and just want her to be happy,” Thurston shared via social media in February 2022.

Year after year, celebrities get into the winter spirit by heading to the mountains and channeling their inner snow bunny.
Whether they are getting in on the snow-filled fun alone or bringing their families, stars are all in on cold weather getaways. Ashlee Simpson and husband Evan Ross, for example, took their kids to Aspen, Colorado, for the holidays in December 2019, and met up with Ross’ extended family, including his sister Black-ish star Tracee Ellis Ross. They even coordinated their pajamas in between snow activities.
Comedian Chelsea Handler got in some serious aunt time with all of her nieces and nephews, as well as her siblings, during the 2019 holiday season in Whistler, Canada. “Having the time of my life on this mountain, thanks to the sage guidance of my two ski guides,” Handler captioned a series of photos while skiing at the time.

Donna D’Errico is looking back on the more challenging moments of her life before she found success on Baywatch.
“I was homeless for a while. I was homeless for about three months, way in the beginning before Baywatch,” D’Errico, 56, exclusively told Us Weekly while attending the Los Angeles Mission’s annual Christmas celebration. During the event, D’Errico gave back by providing food to others experiencing homelessness on Skid Row, a neighborhood in L.A. that contains one of the largest populations of unhoused people in the country.
“I understand, and I sympathize with their plight,” the actress continued, adding that “it’s important” for people experiencing homelessness to “know that they’re a solid part of the community, too.”
“They’re not just outcasts and stuff that everybody looks down on. A lot of people do feel like that, but they shouldn’t be made to feel like that because we’re all people. Some of us have homes to live in, and some of us, unfortunately, don’t,” D’Errico said. “So, they’re categorized in the homeless group. But I don’t like doing that. We’re all people, and some are better off than others, and I want them to know that they’re important and valuable parts of society too.”
While D’Errico reflected on her past, she noted that it’s important for her to give back to the community and the homeless population in L.A. because, like herself, she knows people who have been impacted by homelessness.
“Homelessness has touched me in several different ways,” she shared. “I’ve had family who were homeless for a while, friends who were homeless for a while.”
D’Errico also took to Instagram to share her support for the LA Mission’s cause, while thanking the organization for the opportunity to give back. “Thank you to @thelamission for allowing me to come volunteer these past many years,” she wrote in a post shared in December 2024. “We served hundreds of Christmas meals today to a great many lovely people who are down on their luck.”
Everything changed for D’Errico when she booked the role of Donna Marco — a blonde bombshell lifeguard in the classic series Baywatch. Since then, she’s primarily focused on her work as an animal rights advocate.
D’Errico was set up with her ex-husband, Nikki Six of Mötley Crüe, by her Baywatch co-star Pamela Anderson, who was previously married to Mötley Crüe member Tommy Lee. D’Errico and Sixx married in 1996 and officially divorced in 2007.
When asked if D’Errico has seen Anderson’s latest film, The Last Showgirl, which has earned Anderson high critical praise for her performance, D’Errico said she hasn’t but added, “Whatever she’s got going on, I’m sure it’s fantastic.”
“I’m usually pretty good at holding my tongue, keeping my mouth shut … not saying anything, take s— from every which way and I feel like I don’t wanna today,” Cabral, 36, said in a lengthy Instagram video uploaded on Friday, January 3. “So in light of all the s— that’s been going down, I feel compelled to say if you guys only knew what it was like to be involved with this person while she’s berating me on how I treat people.”
Since joining the RHONJ cast in season 13, Cabral has had her fair share of ups and downs with Aydin, 47.. Most notably the women were at odds in season 14, which resulted in a physical altercation that subsequently got them both briefly suspended from filming.
In the Friday clip, Cabral shared that when she figures out a person’s true colors she doesn’t hesitate to cut them off.
“It broke my heart to know who people truly are and to see their true colors. Once I find that out done, bye, see you later,” she said. “And I guess it drove people insane that I’m so easily able to cut [people] out that they just spiraled and wanted to talk s—, and spew s—, and hatred and lies.”
While Cabral didn’t call out Aydin directly in the video, she was seemingly referring to the recent incident between Aydin and several Jersey Mike’s workers. The drama began when Aydin went on an Instagram Story rant about her alleged experience at a Jersey Mike’s location in an airport.
“They took our order and then they took the lady’s order that was after me but they fulfilled her order first somehow, made us wait,” Aydin claimed, calling out “the 80-year-old” working at the establishment. “Everything was slow. We’re not complaining. We get it, it’s early in the morning. You’re in a bad mood, it’s New Year’s, you’re working — I’d be pissed too.”
Cabral explained that since joining the Real Housewives franchise, she’s only tried to use her platform for “good.” However, she claimed that because “idiots” have “spread lies” about her, she’s been getting trolls in her comments section to this day spewing hate based on “false narratives” created by others.
“Imagine being a person who only looked out for people. I wanted everyone to succeed, even that asshole, even this schmuck with what she did the other day,” she continued. “A leopard never changes its spots. At the end of the day, the truth always comes out and [the] true colors of certain individuals always comes out. I will stand my ground until the day that I die, I will take the bullets from the nonsense these idiots spewed.”
Cabral added that when people meet her in real life they’re surprised that she’s nice, adding that she’s been advocating for her fellow Housewives to rethink how they act — especially in public.
“Let this be a testament of don’t always believe what you see on TV. I can’t [say I feel] vindicated by this since real people were hurt,” she said. “To see the people in this video, this woman who was working at 7 o’clock … I’m sure you all felt the same way but damn man we gotta do better.”
An apparent employee of the sandwich shop then posted a now-viral video responding with the fast food chain’s perspective of the interaction.
“I really hope this stupid bitch has TikTok,” the employee began in her post. “I really hope I come up on your For You Page bitch, I really hope you recognize me.”
The worker claimed that Aydin didn’t know what she wanted and ended up ordering “four different sandwiches” and “changing the bread last minute.” While the staff was attempting to fulfill the requests, Aydin allegedly started “backing up the entire line.” Workers then told the RHONJ star she needed to get back in line if she was going to add more sandwiches. (Us Weekly has reached out to Aydin’s team for comment.)
“She starts tweaking,” the employee claimed, alleging that Aydin said, “I’m a celebrity” and claimed she was going to sue. “She starts recording all of us and she posts it. … Learn how to order.”
Shortly after playing Bridget in the coming-of-age movie, Lively landed the role of Serena van der Woodsen on The CW’s Gossip Girl. The teen drama, which premiered in 2007, shot the actress to superstardom and her star has only risen in the decades since.
From Kiki Layne’s twisted updo in 2019 to Jessica Biel’s chignon accessory and Jessica Alba’s timeless beach waves in 2017, celebrities have gotten creative with their tresses through the years.
Lady Gaga served Us with an unforgettable coiffure at the 2019 ceremony. That evening, her signature blonde mane was colored blue and pulled up into an elaborate top knot by celebrity hairstylist Fredric Aspiras.
Aspiras opened up about the ‘do in a 2019 interview with Allure, sharing that “Gaga wanted to feel like herself” at the event, and the dye job was “inspired by the magnificent color” of her periwinkle Valentino dress.
Another memorable moment came from Tracee Ellis Ross at the 2017 soirée.
The Black-ishactress donned the perfect coily ponytail courtesy of stylist Araxi Lindsey. Her locks were slicked back in the front, revealing her voluminous mane in the back. To hide the hair band, the California native wrapped her brunette tresses around the tie.

Brandy Ledford has big plans for 2025 and one of them involves seeing Channing Tatum in a compromising yoga pose.
The Baywatch: Hawaii alum has taken up yoga as a way of staying present and has even begun teaching the craft. She told Us Weekly that one of her goals is to start a celebrity yoga retreat.
Her friends are first on the invite list, but after that, it’s Magic Mike himself.
“I want my really good friend, Denise Richards. I think we’d have a blast. My friend is Cindy Crawford‘s trainer. I think she would be amazing to come,” Ledford, 55, told Us at the Los Angeles Mission’s annual Christmas celebration. “Channing Tatum, because I want to see him in Downward Dog. That would be great. I want to see him in all kinds of Downward Dog.”
For the uninitiated, Downward Dog is one of the most famous yoga poses. It involves placing one’s head on the floor with arms stretched forward, legs straight with feet planted on the floor and hips high in the air.
On a more serious note, Ledford’s interest in promoting yoga in the new year comes from an effort to stay sober.
“I think that would be really fun. Be fun and just stay sober,” she added. “Continue to stay sober. And I’m looking into doing some brand partnerships, so I think that’d be really fun, just being, like, an over 50-year-old celebrity influencer.”
She expanded on the importance of yoga in her life in an Instagram video in June.
“Today and every day, I celebrate the transformative power of yoga,” she wrote in the caption to a video showing her leading a group through a yoga exercise. “As a yoga teacher, I’m humbled to share this ancient discipline and witness its profound impact. Yoga is more than just exercise — it’s a harmonious blend of clarity, vitality, and spirituality. It’s where music meets movement, creating a sanctuary for my soul.”
She continued, “Yoga is a crucial part of my sobriety journey, helping me cultivate inner peace, balance, and connection. I’m grateful for its role in my life and honored to be part of a global community that recognizes its benefits.”
While Ledford’s spiritual life focuses on her own sobriety and mindfulness, she added that it was “absolutely essential” to give back to the community.
“I often love to give financial donations, and I don’t often get an opportunity to actually serve,” she said of her time at the LA Mission. “So to be able to do both feels really meaningful. I also love the idea of promoting it to hope that more people will donate if they see us here.”
Hope Valley is full of love triangles and complex love stories, but the cast of When Calls the Heart’s real-life romances aren’t quite as hard to keep track of.
During that time, the protagonist Elizabeth Thatcher (Krakow) has found love more than once. Off screen, Krakow has been much quieter about her love life. The actress, however, did confirm her romance with WCTH costar Ben Rosenbaum in February 2024.
McNally has been equally as hush-hush about his relationship with fellow Hallmark star Julie Gonzalo, with whom he shares one child.
McGarry, meanwhile, met his now-wife Kayla Wallace on WCTH. The couple went public in fall 2020 before getting engaged in December 2022.

Some stars including Alex Borstein and Emma Roberts give their followers an inside look at their pre-show rituals. Roberts, for example, is a fan of grabbing a burger while in full makeup.
“Post any awards show, we always end up back at her hotel room, you know, because she doesn’t live in Los Angeles, and we just get undone together,” Philipps exclusively told Us Weekly in January 2021 about her friendship ritual. “We’re just, like, taking out extensions, taking off eyelashes, washing our faces, putting on sweats, putting on cozy outfits. And then we go eat at Jon & Vinny’s or go get food.”
Veep’s cast is known for sharing group shots, whether they win or lose each year. The 12 Years a Slave team, on the other hand, showed how excited they were for their 2014 win with a backstage selfie worthy of being framed.

Simone Biles can really do it all — gymnastics and get glammed up.
Biles, 27, was announced as Sports Illustrated’s 2024 Sportsperson of the Year on Thursday, January 2, and looked as chic as ever in her cover shoot. From snakeskin getups to sheer dresses, her sartorial style shined through.
In one shot, Biles, who was styled by Kesha McLeod, proved that she stays on top of current trends while rocking a pair of silver sequin booty shorts by Retrofête. Biles made sure fans got a glimpse of her toned legs by pairing the glittery shorts with scrappy Giuseppe Zanotti heels. The gymnast tied her outfit together with a fitted black SER.O.YA bodysuit and Effy Jewelry diamond rings.
Biles, who is known to rock a full face of makeup on and off the beam, donned a full beat for her shoot, thanks to Deja Blackwell. Her makeup included long lashes, filled-in eyebrows, a touch of eyeshadow, blushed cheeks and glossy lips. Her highlighted hair was styled by Justin Revenge and parted down the middle and styled in bouncy curls.
Photographed by Shaniqwa Jarvis, Biles looked sexy in a snakeskin ensemble featuring a textured silhouette and thumbholes. Biles accessorized with hoop earrings for the image, and a funky brown-and-white nail design.
Elsewhere in her photo shoot, Biles looked extra glamorous in a sheer plunging halter bodysuit and structured skirt by David Kona. The piece featured a pleated design that snatched at her was it, a wired rum and more see-through fabric that cascaded down her legs.
While chatting with Sports Illustrated, Biles opened up about competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics after dropping out of the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, sharing, “You kind of have to go up there and tell yourself, I’m a boss ass bitch.”
There’s no red carpet like a Golden Globes red carpet. Through the years, fan-favorite stars have showcased their best, boldest and most beautiful fashions at the annual awards show.
When thinking back on the most standout Golden Globes looks, it’s hard to pick just one — but Jennifer Lopez is certainly a contender. The “Waiting for Tonight” songstress turned heads at the 2009 soirée when she stepped onto the red carpet in a gold Marchesa gown that featured a plunging neckline and a backless construction. The dress was finished with a cascading train.
Beyoncéalso brought the drama that year, commanding attention in an ivory Elie Saab gown. The strapless number hugged her famous curves and was equipped with a daring high slit. The “Halo” singer elevated the garb with a stunning Lorraine Schwartz diamond necklace.
Anne Hathaway looked like a trophy herself at the 2011 ceremony, wearing a bronze-colored Armani Prive gown. The glistening design was made with long sleeves and included a protruding shoulder detail.
Another noteworthy Golden Globes ensemble came from Issa Rae in 2018. The Insecure creator was a vision in a black Atelier Prabal Gurung gown that shined against the light. The piece looked like a work of art thanks to its pleated skirt and long-flowing cape.
Almost every star at the 2018 Golden Globes opted to wear all-black as a form of solidarity in support of the Time’s Up movement, which launched to raise awareness about sexual harassment.

Craig Conover is trying to live in the now after his split from Paige DeSorbo, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.
“Craig has been in good spirits since his split from Paige was announced,” the insider says, noting that the Southern Charm star “has a lot of friends rallying around him.”
While Conover, 35, is “internally upset” over the breakup, he “put on a brave face” during his New Year’s Eve festivities and “had a lot of fun,” per the source.
“He spent the last few days in Aspen, [Colorado], trying to get his mind off of things,” the insider adds, sharing that for now, Conover is “trying to be around positive and fun people.”
Outside of spending time with his inner circle, the Sewing Down South founder is “really focused on his businesses and that is keeping him busy,” the source explains.
Conover currently runs two Sewing Down South locations — one in Charleston and one in Nashville — in addition to working on Southern Charm, cohosting the “Pillows & Beer” podcast and opening By The Way restaurant with pal Austen Kroll in late 2024.
The past few weeks have been a rollercoaster for Conover, who recently shut down speculation that he and DeSorbo had split. “I don’t know where that came from, because we’re together, like, every week,” Conover told E! News at the time, confirming that he and the Summer House star, 32, were “not broken up.”
Shortly after celebrating Christmas with their respective families, DeSorbo announced on Monday, December 30, that she and Conover had parted ways after three years of dating.
“Craig and I have decided to no longer be together,” DeSorbo explained during her and Hannah Berner’s “Giggly Squad” podcast. “I love him, I think he loves me. I think we will remain friends.”
She insisted, “No one did anything. It wasn’t a bad thing. I think we both were just being really mature and saying what we want and what we didn’t want, and I think that’s extremely powerful to be able to voice how you’re feeling in real time and what you want for your future.”
“Craig was ready for the next steps and had plans to propose to Paige. He was really pushing for the next steps and wanted to settle down with her,” an separate insider exclusively told Us on Tuesday, December 31, explaining that the pair’s physical distance was making that next step even harder to make happen.
DeSorbo, who resides in New York City, didn’t want to move to Charleston, where Conover lives, according to the source. “Logistically it was never going to work out long term,” the insider explained.
While the source noted that “many of their friends are not shocked” by the breakup, “Everyone is sad for them.”
The split is still fresh for the Bravo personalities who got close after filming season 1 of Winter House in early 2021. They began dating that summer and fans got glimpses at their romance on both Southern Charm and Summer House over the past three years.
When it comes to next steps for Conover, the first insider tells Us that he and DeSorbo “haven’t cut all communication off yet.”
The former couple are handling the split “maturely,” the source says, noting that Conover “has said he definitely misses her” and it’s been “a hard transition emotionally so far.”
Bijou Phillips found a second chance at love with Jamie Mazur shortly after her split from ex-husband Danny Masterson.
Us Weekly confirmed that Phillips filed for divorce from Masterson after 12 years of marriage in September 2023. The news broke less than a month after the That ‘70s Show alum was found guilty of two counts of forcible rape for incidents that occurred in the early 2000s.
Masterson, who has vehemently denied the allegations, was sentenced to 30 years in prison. While Masterson was on trial, Phillips remained by his side. The exes share daughter Fianna, whom they welcomed in February 2014.
In June 2024, Us confirmed that Phillips had moved on from Masterson with Mazur. According to a source, Phillps and Mazur had known each other for quite some time as the actress was friends with his former fiancée Alessandra Ambrosio. (Mazur and the model, who split in 2018, share daughter Anja and son Noah.)
“Jamie and Bijou have run in the same social circles for many years,” the insider exclusively told Us of the pair’s romance. “Bijou was friends with Alessandra many years ago and that’s how they knew each other.”
