The Jimmy Kimmel Live! host, 57, returned to his late-night ABC slot on Monday, January 13, and opened the show with an emotional monologue about the fires, which began earlier this month and continue to burn, decimating homes and displacing thousands of people.
“It’s been a very scary, very stressful, very strange week here in L.A., where we work, where we live, where our kids go to school,” Kimmel said. “We are back at our studio, which we had to evacuate.”
“That’s our building right there, the El Capitan,” he said, showing footage of a fire near the studio where the show is taped. “That’s how close this fire was to our theater here. Many of us had to leave our homes in a hurry. Some of our coworkers lost their homes. It’s been terrible.”
Kimmel continued, “Everyone who lives in this city knows someone — most of us, multiple people — families, friends, colleagues, neighbors, whose houses burned down. And the truth is we don’t even know if it’s over.”
Though the fires continue to ravage L.A., the comedian said he was heartened to see so many people coming together during the tragedy.
“I think I speak for all of us when I say it has been a sickening, shocking, awful experience. But it has also been, in a lot of ways, a beautiful experience because once again we see our fellow men and women coming together to support each other,” he said. “People who lost their own homes were out volunteering in parking lots, helping others who lost theirs.”
Kimmel noted that his Jimmy Kimmel Live! sidekick, Guillermo Rodriguez, “almost had to come live with me” because he was at risk of being evacuated from his home.
The late-night talk show host said that, in total, he had nearly 20 people staying with him sheltering from the fires. (Kimmel and his wife Molly McNearney have two children, Jane, 10, and Billy, 7. He also shares two adult children, Katie, 33, and Kevin, 31, with ex-wife Gina Maddy.)
“We had 19 people living with us, and four dogs. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever experienced,” Kimmel said. “It’s so strange to look around your house and decide what you want to take, and then fight with your kids about what they want to take. We had to leave a lot of stuffed animals behind.”
“The January 14th announcement will be postponed to a later date due to the devastation caused by the ongoing fires around the area of Los Angeles,” the pop superstar, 43, shared via Instagram on Monday, January 13.
She continued, “I continue to pray for healing and rebuilding for the families suffering from trauma and loss. We are so blessed to have brave first responders who continue to work tirelessly to protect the Los Angeles community.”

The singer’s family has been affected by wildfires in the Los Angeles area, which have ravaged areas such as the Pacific Palisades and the Hollywood Hills. Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, shared via Instagram on Thursday, January 9, that she had lost her Malibu bungalow to the fires. “It was my favorite place, my sanctuary, my sacred happy place,” Tina, 71, revealed.
“God Bless all the brave men and women in our fire department who risked their lives in dangerous conditions,” Tina continued. “We [thank you] for your dedication and bravery and for saving so many lives. This could have been so much worse without the dedication of the disaster workers and first responders. I’m so sad for the people who lost the five family members. My deepest prayers are with you!!!!!”
She added, “To the people who lost their homes and belongings, I can only imagine how it feels to lose properties and everything you worked so hard and sacrificed so much to own! My heart and deep prayers go out to all of you I cannot imagine the pain and suffering and fear that you are enduring. I am praying diligently for our beautiful City of Los Angeles!! We are resilient though and we will recover!”
“The fund is earmarked to aid families in the Altadena/Pasadena area who lost their homes, and to churches and community centers to address the immediate needs of those affected by the wildfires,” the organization said.

Maria Menounos is opening up about the time friends shamed her decision to have a child via surrogate.
“They were friends. One of them worked for me for a while,” Menounos, 46, shared on the Monday, January 13, episode of the “Women in the Nude” podcast.
“This is somebody who was, like, so sweet and I, like, loved,” she explained to host Sasha Pieterse. “She said to my husband, ‘What do you mean she can’t carry? Like, that doesn’t make any sense.’”
“And he goes, ‘Her neurosurgeon — the top neurosurgeon in the world — said she can’t carry.’ And she was like, ‘I just don’t get it. It just doesn’t make any sense.’”
Following that exchange, Menounos cut ties with her friend.
“I was like, ‘Oh, I don’t ever want to talk to you again,’” She recalled. “It’s one thing to be judged by outside people who don’t know and don’t get it. But you actually know me, and you know what we’ve gone through. For you to even say anything so judgmental is just crazy to me.”
Menounos and husband Keven Undergaro welcomed their daughter, Athena Alexandra, with the help of a surrogate in June 2023.
The former E! News anchor had faced infertility issues that led to IVF treatments, which were halted when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2017. The tumor was removed and she was given a clean bill of health, but her neurosurgeon advised her against carrying a child.
When Menounos and Undergaro’s first surrogate fell through in 2020, Menounos had all but given up hope — then she joyously announced in February 2023 that they’d found another and were expecting a baby.
“Athena is our miracle baby,” the “Heal Squad” podcast host told Usafter her daughter’s birth. “I’m so grateful for her.”
Menounos expanded on Athena’s impact on her life in an interview with Us last November, saying, “It’s been the greatest gift. I think the first thing that I felt after she was born is that I finally knew where I belonged. And that was a really incredible feeling. I didn’t feel like I was chasing after anything anymore. And she’s just magic. And I just love every second of it. She’s just brought so much joy to all of us, and I’m so grateful.”
As for whether she sees more kids in their future, Menounos told Us that “it would be a dream.”
“We’ve already discussed that we wanted to. The second she was born, I’m like, ‘I want more, I need more,’” she said. “And then we were kind of like, ‘Well, let’s wait ‘till she’s old enough so that transition feels good for her.’ So she doesn’t feel like a loss; she feels like a gain and that she’s got a new role. So that’s kind of what we’re thinking.”
Haack, 41, took to her Instagram Stories on Monday, January 13, to share a photo of firewood burning in a large bowl. She captioned the post “energy cutting” and added emojis of a peace sign as well as a wolf and a moon — a reference to the full Wolf Moon in the skies that night.
The HGTV personality seemed to be engaged in a wellness practice called “cord cutting,” which energy healer George Lizos recently described on Goop.com.
“Toxic cords of attachment … are created deliberately over time,” Lizos said. “The majority of these ties are formed as a result of the time and energy you spend deliberately with others — moments shared and words exchanged. Although these cords may have been positive at the start of a relationship, they have since become negative as the relationship has deteriorated.”
While Haack attempted to release negative attachments, her ex Hall went Instagram-official with new girlfriend Stephanie Gabrys.

According to court documents obtained by Us, Haack — who hired divorce attorney Laura Wasser — requested that neither party receive spousal support and wanted Hall to pay her lawyer fees. Hall, meanwhile, was seeking spousal support from his ex and asked her to pay his attorney fees.
“[The court hasn’t] ordered me yet but he’s been asking me [for money],” Haack, who is now reportedly dating businessman Christopher LaRocca, alleged in her latest interview. “I’ve already had to give a little something but then he bought a Bentley. I gave him money to live and he bought a Bentley but he also doesn’t have a job so.”
Responding to Haack’s latest interview, Hall’s spokesperson told Us: “Hall is not available for comment, as he’s continuing to live his life in the present and celebrating his beautiful new girlfriend’s birthday. With that said, it’s sad Christina must resort to low blows about her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should focus on her new boyfriend and stop talking about Josh. As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina the best.”
Hall’s rep added, “Christina knows nothing about Josh’s life, and it’s sad she keeps speculating. Her accusations are baseless.”
Jessica Simpson announced she and her husband, Eric Johnson, have called it quits after 10 years of marriage.
“Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage,” Simpson told Us Weekly in a statement on Monday, January 13. “Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them. We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family.”
Simpson sparked split rumors in November 2024 while teasing new music. “Interviews in my Nashville music room where I unearthed my singular magic,” she wrote via Instagram. “This comeback is personal, it’s an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve.”

Hall took to his Instagram Stories on Monday, January 13, and shared a pic of himself with Gabrys sitting on his lap near a fire pit with mountains and a Christmas tree in the background. The couple smiled while sporting casual, cozy attire.
“Happy 35th to this real life [angel],” Hall captioned the photo, adding an angel emoji and tagging Gabrys.

While Monday’s social media post marked their first time posing as a couple, the duo posted separate Instagram snapshots from Big Sur, California in September just days after Hall’s birthday. Gabrys also tagged Hall in a Story that showed off a beautiful floral bouquet. She added the message, “You don’t have to ask him if he loves you.”
On New Year’s Day, Hall reflected on how the previous year was “tough” for him but explained that he had grown as a person.

Influencer Max Emerson and fiancé Andrés Camilo lost their home in the Los Angeles wildfires — and the tragedy led to them calling it quits on their nearly decade-long relationship.
“After nine years together we’ve decided to separate,” Emerson and Camilo wrote via a joint Instagram statement on Monday, January 13, alongside a series of pics throughout their relationship. “The fire that took our home accelerated this decision by giving us clarity and simplicity. We were already beginning to explore different paths- this tragedy is serving as a catalyst for a clean break.”
The duo explained that they have realized it’s “time to start” their lives again “as individuals,” but noted that they don’t regret the years they spent together.
“Our time together wasn’t wasted,” they continued. “We still love each other fully, deeply, and unconditionally. That love doesn’t end; it evolves. We are part ways with respect and gratitude, carrying forward all that we’ve learned.”
Emerson and Camilo revealed earlier this week that their residence was one of the homes lost during the wildfires, which began raging through Los Angeles on January 7 when high winds caused brush fires to spread quickly through the Pacific Palisades and surrounding neighborhoods.The fires have destroyed more than 12,000 structures, and placed over 150,000 people under mandatory evacuation orders.
At the time, Emerson and Camilo took to Instagram to reveal that nearly their “entire” neighborhood had “burned to the ground,” but clarified that they were safely in Utah for work.
“We’re very grateful to be somewhere that feels safe right now,” Emerson said in the January 10 video. Camilo added, “We’re feeling a great sense of loss for everything in our home, for everything that our neighbors are going through. Everyone that’s been displaced.”
While Emerson said they were both “grieving for our planet right now,” Camilo noted that they are grieving the loss of all their personal items as well, which included things like “art,” “photos” and other “prized possessions.”
“We are filled with gratitude and a deep sense of loss,” Emerson captioned the post, promising to share more in the coming days as “the amount of things to consider is overwhelming at the moment.”
Emerson returned to Instagram on January 11 to share a video of the pair’s home up in flames along with a carousel of photos from happier times. He revealed that he and Camilo “fully restored” the house “with the hop of starting our family” there.
“Words cannot fully convey the devastation we feel for all that was lost in less than twenty four hours,” he captioned the post. “Despite some of our dreams being put on hold, we remain optimistic and excited for the future… and it’s all because of the tsunami of love and support we’re receiving from our family, friends and community. It’s all very overwhelming, so please be patient if we aren’t super communicative in the next couple weeks. Thank you for always showing up for us.”
Emerson concluded the post by giving a shoutout to their neighbor, who “did everything he could to save our home.”

Kelly Stafford and her four daughters are ready to cheer on Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford after their recent hospital visit.
“We made it on the bus,” Kelly, 35, wrote alongside a video of her family settling in their seats via her Instagram Story on Monday, January 13.
Kelly panned the camera over to her and Matthew’s kids, twins Sawyer and Chandler, 6, Hunter, 4, and Tyler, 2, as they waited to hit the road. The little ones excitedly cheered, “Go Rams!” and “Let’s Go Daddy!”
In addition to showing off her family gearing up for the sporting event, Kelly also shared a glimpse of a blue hat with a Los Angeles Fire Department patch attached via a giant gold safety pin.
Kelly and the girls traveled to Arizona earlier this week so they could see Matthew, 36, and the L.A. Rams face off against the Minnesota Vikings in the NFL Wild Card game on Monday. The game was originally scheduled to be played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood but was relocated amid the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires. In addition to traveling to Arizona herself, Kelly also arranged several charter buses to transport Rams season ticket holders to the match.
Hours before the group took off to Arizona, Kelly shared that her daughters were in the emergency room with an undisclosed illness. The internet personality also did not disclose which of her children was feeling under the weather.
“Last night was long,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Saturday, January 11. “Back in beds and sleeping, everyone except Hunter. Feels like she drank a Celsius. … Before that tho, they were all smiles getting to go with daddy on his work trip.”
The following day, Kelly shared a pic of her daughters while out to eat on their trip.
“Found our happy place in AZ,” Kelly wrote via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, January 12, along with a snap of two of her daughters looking less than pleased at a Waffle House restaurant. “I promise we are happy.”
Last week, Kelly revealed she and two of her daughters had come down with the flu.

The Weeknd has postponed an upcoming concert, as well as the release of his latest album, Hurry Up Tomorrow, amid the ongoing wildfires that have devastated the greater Los Angeles Area.
“Out of respect and concern for the people of Los Angeles county, the Rose Bowl show has been cancelled and the album date has been postponed to [January 31, 2025],” the Canadian singer-songwriter, 34, wrote in a statement shared via Instagram on Monday, January 13.
The concert was originally scheduled for Saturday, January 25, at the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California.
“This city has always been a profound source of inspiration for me, and my thoughts are with everyone impacted during this difficult time,” The Weeknd (real name Abel Makkonen Tesfaye) continued in his statement. “In light of this, I have also decided to push the release of my album to January 31.”

Wildfires began raging through Los Angeles the morning of January 7 when high winds caused brush fires to spread quickly through the Pacific Palisades and surrounding neighborhoods. The fires have destroyed more than 12,000 structures, and placed over 150,000 people under mandatory evacuation orders. According to local authorities, the death toll has reached at least 25 people and is expected to increase as search and rescue efforts continue.
Several industry events in California have been postponed due to the wildfires, including the Critics Choice Awards, which was originally slated to take place on Sunday, January 12, but has since been pushed to Sunday, January 26.
Premieres for movies like Unstoppable (starring Jennifer Lopez), Wolf Man, The Pitt, The Last Showgirl and A Complete Unknown have also been canceled. The Academy, meanwhile, pushed its announcement of Oscar nominations back to Thursday, January 23, in light of the fires.
Shortly after the fires began, nonprofit organization Film LA shared a production alert on January 8 noting that “the L.A. County Fire Department has specifically instructed that all permits issued for filming in the communities of Altadena, La Crescenta, La Canada/Flintridge and Unincorporated Pasadena are withdrawn.”
“The past two days have brought unprecedented risk to life and property from multiple area wildfires, while also placing extreme demands on public safety personnel,” the alert continued. “With deepest appreciation for the efforts of local firefighters, police and paramedics at this difficult time, we advise the production community that personnel resources ordinarily available to support film production may not be available during the local State of Emergency.”
Former Playboy model and reality star Kendra Wilkinson is no stranger to the public eye.
The 39-year-old first turned heads in 2004, when she attended late Playboy publisher Hugh Hefner’s 78th birthday party. Shortly after the event, she was asked to move into the iconic Playboy mansion and started dating Hefner.

2019
Wilkinson and Baskett’s divorce was finalized.
“I went through a divorce, lost everything I knew, which was my TV show. I had a TV show every year until my divorce,” Wilkinson said during an August 22 appearance on the “On Display with Melissa Gorga” podcast. “Then my divorce happened and all of a sudden, now I’m left with no marriage, I’m left with no show, I had to move into a little house — I didn’t understand what was going on and all of a sudden I had to do some intense healing.”

Wilkinson returned to reality television with a new show, Kendra Sells Hollywood.

Wilkinson had more than a few words to say to naysayers online who had disparaged the former Playboy model’s weight.
“For those of you hating on my new weight, 40 yr old face please know that I’m happy, healthy, and at a peace in life finally,” she wrote via Instagram in January. “Leave me alone and respect that I’m where I actually want to be finally all together.”
Retired actress Dalyce Curry has died in the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires. She was 95.
“About an hour ago the coroner confirmed her remains were indeed found at the property. #RIPMOMMADEE ,” Curry’s great-granddaughter, Dalyce Kelley, wrote via Facebook on Sunday, January 12. “We had a great run. She impacted my life in so many ways. This loss is devastating.”
Curry appeared in various films including The Ten Commandments, Lady Sings the Blues and most notably, The Blues Brothers. But to Curry’s family, she was best known as Momma D.
When the wildfires broke out in Los Angeles last week, Kelley — who served as Curry’s caretaker — shared via social media on January 8 that her great-grandmother’s home in Altadena was destroyed by the Eaton Fire. She explained that during that time they could not locate nor get in contact with Curry.
“My grandmothers house burned down has anyone seen MOMMA DEE,” Kelley wrote via Facebook at the time. “At the shelter searching a third time. Not here.”
Kelley had last seen her great-grandmother the day before, which was when the devastating fire in the Pacific Palisades first began. Kelley was later escorted by officials to what was left of Curry’s home.
“It was total devastation,” she said to local news outlet ABC 7. “Everything was gone except her blue Cadillac.”
Kelley also shared footage of the destruction via her Facebook page. While on the property, Kelley called out to see if Curry was somewhere in the rubble.
On January 7, an extreme wind storm caused by Santa Ana gusts sparked fast-burning brush fires along Sunset Boulevard and Palisades Drive. Many drivers abandoned their vehicles to seek safety, according to the Los Angeles Times. That same day, the Eaton Fire also began. The cause for both blazes are under investigation.
Currently, the Eaton Fire is 33 percent contained while the Pacific Palisades Fire is only 14 percent contained. According to CNN, 24 people have died as a result of the ongoing fires. California Governor Gavin Newsom said there are “likely to be a lot more” deaths, as people are still missing and search and rescue efforts remain underway.
Former Australian child actor Rory Sykesalso died in the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires. He was 32 years old.
“It is with great sadness that I have to announce the death of my beautiful son @Rorysykes to the Malibu fires yesterday. I’m totally heartbroken,” Rory’s mother, author Shelley Sykes, wrote via X on Thursday, January 9. “[He was a] British-born Australian living in America, a wonderful son, a gift born on mine and his grandma’s birthday 29 July 92.”

As the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?’ We wish Christina the best.
Hall’s rep added, “Christina knows nothing about Josh’s life, and it’s sad she keeps speculating. Her accusations are baseless.”

During her interview on The Drew Barrymore Show, which aired Monday, January 13, the Drew Barrymore asked if Close, 77, had even dipped her toe back into the romance pool after her divorce. (Close and businessman David Evans Shaw split in 2015 after nine years of marriage.)
“No, I don’t know. I mean, I’m always up for anything, but I’m very happy right now,” the Back in Action star said.

The “Never Really Over” singer opened up about how helping her fiancé with his son, Flynn, has helped her finally grow up. “I guess this has definitely matured me. I guess this is adulting,” she said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. “I used to not wake up until 11 a.m. and now I’m in bed like a normal person at 10 p.m., just, like, falling asleep.”
The “Teenage Dream” singer brought Bloom and 60 friends to Egypt to ring in her 35th birthday and marvel at the Pyramids of Giza. “It’s like looking out over the entire cosmos — Egyptian magic got my heart open to a download of love for my Scorpio’s wonder women both celebrating their #birthday,” the Lord of the Rings star wrote on Instagram.
After a source told Us exclusively in October 2019 that the pair were hoping to tie the knot by the end of the year, a second insider revealed that Bloom and the Grammy nominee were forced to reschedule. “They changed the timing due to the location they want,” the source said at the time. “They’re going to have one local wedding party, and the other will be a destination wedding party.”
Perry explained to Vogue India that she and her partner “pull the poison” out of each other in order to thrive. “I’ve never had a partner who was willing to go on an emotional and spiritual journey like Orlando,” the Brit Award winner said. “It’s challenging, because you’re facing all the things you don’t like about yourself. It’s like a never-ending cleanse.”
In celebration of Bloom's 43rd birthday, Perry gushed via Instagram, "I am in constant awe and wonder of how such a loving/kind/compassionate/supportive/talented/deeply spiritual/did I mention incredibly good looking/James Bond of a human being can actually exist in the flesh! There’s a reason why all animals and children run straight into his arms... It’s his heart, so pure. I love you Orlando Jonathan Blanchard Copeland Bloom. Happiest 43rd year."
Perry announced in the music video for her song "Never Worn White" that she and Bloom are expecting their first child together. The pregnant star revealed her baby bump at the end of the visual and later confirmed on Instagram Live that she is due in the summer.
Perry admitted that her romance with Bloom is not perfect. “There’s a lot of friction between my partner and I,” she explained during an episode of On Air With Ryan Seacrest. “But that friction breeds something beautiful. It can breed a lot of light.”
Us exclusively reported that their relationship had “changed since she got pregnant.” According to a source, “Orlando and her are having some ups and downs right now. Katy is dealing with the nerves of being a first-time parent, and Orlando is stressing about having a baby in their lives at this time.”
Perry confessed that things were not always smooth as they quarantined together during the coronavirus pandemic. “He’s seen it all and, God bless him, he’s still here which is amazing and commendable because I have definitely tested him,” she told SiriusXM’s Hits 1 n chill. “[I’ve] been like, ‘Oh, yeah? Oh, yeah, you think you can handle me? Let’s see it.’”
The “Small Talk” singer reflected on her 2017 breakup from Bloom. “My career was on this trajectory when it was going up, up and up and then I had the smallest shift, not that huge from an outside perspective. But for me it was seismic,” she said on the Canadian radio show Q on CBC. “I had broken up with my boyfriend, who is now my baby-daddy-to-be, and then I was excited about flying high off the next record and the record didn’t get me high anymore. … The validation didn’t get me high, and so I just crashed.”
Perry opened up about the evolution of her romance. “We have been through f—king hell,” she told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe. “We have been down to the mat and come back up again so far. … Now it’s a relationship, but it’s work. Dating is different than real relationships. You’ve got to make a choice every day to be in this relationship and to work hard on yourself with someone that’s mirroring you so intensely. Bloom joked about how their life has changed as new parents amid the coronavirus pandemic as Perry celebrated her 36th birthday on October 25. "Happy Birthday my love," he captioned four pics on Instagram. "Oh the places we’ll go..." The post began with a photo of them in Egypt seeing the pyramids and ended with the pair reclining in bed together, with Perry smiling, sans makeup. He also shared a video to the birthday girl from Borat (Sacha Baron Cohen), calling it her "dream come true birthday message."
“Orlando has made Daisy his priority and slashed a lot of his work time to stay home for the holidays,” a source exclusively told Us in November 2020, noting the British actor is “super involved” with the couple’s daughter. “Orlando is so happy about being a new dad again. He has been doing the night feeds and helping out however he can.” The insider added that Perry and Bloom have grown “closer” since welcoming Daisy.
The Carnival Row star announced in November 2020 that the couple adopted a new puppy named Buddy after the loss of Bloom’s dog, Mighty, four months prior. “Nothing can replace Mighty man, but fostering this little guy has really filled my heart,” he wrote via Instagram at the time. “If you’ve never fostered or are considering, I’d highly recommend it — it leaves two beings better off & remember what they say never judge a book by its cover.”

“Happiest 44th to my love, brilliant father of my Dove & a shimmering mirror that sees and reflects to me what I can’t yet see,” the “E.T.” singer captioned a series of photos of the pair in celebration of Bloom’s birthday in January 2021. “Thank you for always going back down to the mat with me and never tapping out ... So glad my moon found its sun, love you whole world doe♥️.”
The duo snuggled up to each other while exploring Venice, Italy, in June 2021. “🍕dump and a kiss under the bridge for good luck 🍀,” Bloom captioned a series of photos from the Italian getaway, including one of the pair kissing under a bridge and riding a gondola. Perry also posted snaps from the couple’s romantic trip, highlighting a visit to a glass blowing warehouse, a ride on a boat with her puppy and the city’s famous canals.
The couple made their first onscreen appearance together in a short film called Transmissions From the Future. The video was produced to raise awareness about the For the People Act, which would expand voting rights across the United States and change campaign finance laws, among other things. In the movie, the pair played older citizens from the year 2055 warning people in the past to "save democracy while you can." Bloom also gave a shoutout to the duo's then-9-month-old daughter, saying, "Tell Daisy we love her."
Perry and Bloom packed on the PDA while soaking in the views at the Six Senses Kaplankaya resort in Turkey. “♥️ infinity & beyond♥️,” the musician captioned the vacation snaps.
When Bloom shared a handful of snaps from the couple's summer getaway in Italy, the "Never Really Over" songstress couldn't help but notice something was left out of the upload. "You forgot to tag me daddy," she commented.
"I love her," Kerr gushed of Perry in an August 2021 "Moments With Candace Parker" podcast episode, saying that she likes the singer "more" than Bloom. "He's, like, to me right now, a brother. And most of the time, an annoying brother. So she helps me deal with him. And I'm so grateful that she's there because it takes the pressure off me."
The pair couldn't keep their eyes off one another while attending Variety's Power of Women event.
During the event, the American Idol judge called up her beau to help her “undo my corset” ahead of her musical performance. Bloom, for his part, hustled onto the stage to loosen her shapewear as Perry noted, “Pull it all the way down. I have [a] girdle in here. All the way down!”
After the Lord of the Rings actor unzipped her ball gown, he gave her a quick kiss on her shoulder and returned to his seat.
The Elizabethtown actor shared a sweet tribute to his love for her 37th birthday. "We do life we do love and it’s fun," he wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of the duo enjoying dessert. "I’ll celebrate you today and everyday. I love you."
“Yesterday he was shooting something and he was in full armor. We talked about the costumes and the makeup,” the “Roar” singer told E! News on December 17. “Or I'll have a fitting going to something, he'll ask me for notes and I'll show him this. It's fun. We tell each other the truth. I’m like ‘Babe, don't wear that. You look like, something, don't.'"

The "When I'm Gone" singer celebrated Bloom's birthday with a sweet Instagram tribute. "Happiest 45th to the kindest, deepest, most soulful, sexy & strong man I know," she wrote. "Thank you for being a constant compass, an unwavering anchor and bringing joi [sic] de vivre into every room you walk in. You are the love and light of my life. I thank my lucky stars for you and our darling dd."
After being spotted wearing a gold band on her left ring finger, the singer denied that the couple already had a wedding ceremony.
"Well, no. It's a destination location," Perry said on Australia's Kyle and Jackie O Show in February 2022 about their nuptial plans. "We're still trying for it to work out. But every couple of months it's like, new variant! New variant! New variant!"
Perry gushed about the way her fiancé helps her find balance during an appearance on the "Dear Chelsea" podcast. "I always say when he walks into the room he has this joie de vivre to him and some people ask, 'What is this guy on?'" she explained. "He's just really got this happy, posi[tive] vibes and I'm a little bit more heady and prone to depression in some ways — and so it's good for me to be around him because he gets me out of my head a little bit."
The singer added that it was Bloom's kindness that drew her to him — and made her feel confident about starting a family with him. "I got to see what a great dad he was with his first child, Flynn, who is now 11. So that definitely, primally influenced me [to want kids] — something inside of me said, 'You, mid-30s. This man is nice. Must breed,'" she joked. "He is a kind man."
Bloom shared a selection of photos that showed off his shirtless workouts in Australia, and his love couldn't help but make a joke about getting a little too hot and bothered. "Babe where did you put the cortisone cream," Perry commented via Instagram. "I have a heat rash."
After being asked if she and Bloom were planning on having more children, Perry hinted another baby could be in the couple's future. “I’m a planner … so we’ll see,” the "Firework" singer told People.
“Every time I blow a candle out I always wish for you,” Perry wrote via Instagram alongside a snap of her holding onto Bloom and Daisy’s hands on her 38th birthday. “38 and grateful ♥️🎂.”
"Right now, Katy especially feels like she has her hands full. Wedding planning isn't her focus right now. It hasn't been No. 1 on their list,” a source exclusively told Us of the couple’s wedding plans. “Orlando and Katy both see it as a ceremony and aren't in a rush to get married. They have a much deeper and connected relationship than they did before.”
The twosome feel “more like a team” since welcoming Daisy. “They have different priorities than before,” the insider explained. “Having this big wedding isn't as important — they see themselves as practically already being married."
When it comes to expanding their family, the source told Us that Perry and Bloom haven’t ruled out a second child.
"They're not taking any steps to prevent kids, but they're not actively trying for another one,” the insider said, noting that the musician “doesn't want to walk down [the] aisle pregnant,” per the source. “They're not against having another baby, though. They're just simply focused on Daisy."
Despite their goofiness together, Bloom got candid about his and Perry’s relationship struggles in an interview with Flaunt Magazine.
Stating that they are in “two very different pools” in terms of their career success, the Carnival Row star explained, “Her pool is not a pool that I necessarily understand, and I think my pool is not a pool that she necessarily understands.”
He continued, “Sometimes things are really, really, really, challenging. I won’t lie. We definitely battle with our emotions and creativity, [but] I think we’re both aware of how blessed we are to have uniquely connected in the way that we did at the time that we did, and there’s definitely never a dull moment.”
Perry revealed during an American Idol event in New York City that she was “five weeks sober” after making a “pact” with her fiancé. She noted that she wouldn’t “cave” because she made a “promise” with Bloom to be alcohol free for three months.
Perry offered fans rare insight into how she and Bloom keep their romance running smoothly after so many years together. "Orlando and I’s initials are O.K.," the "Wide Awake" songstress, 38, wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of herself and her fiancé. "We continuously put in the work to make sure they aren’t 🚨K.O.🚨. Find yourself a partner that will go down to the mat with you and get back up every time. I love you my fighter @orlandobloom 🥊♥️."
Bloom replied in the comments section, writing: "I love you and our love ❤️ bombs💥wouldn’t have it any other way 😍."
For the couple's location, Perry tagged "The Hoffman Process," which is a week-long therapy retreat designed to help participants identify and overcome negative behaviors and thought patterns. Both she and Bloom have completed the treatment, and Perry has credited it with "profoundly" changing her life.
During an appearance on “Call Her Daddy,” Perry told host Alex Cooper why she and Bloom split in 2017.
“We weren’t really in it from day one,” the singer admitted. “He was, in a way, because he had just done a time of celibacy and he had set intentions. I was fresh out of a relationship and I was just like, ‘I can’t do this anymore. I need to swim in a different pond.’”
While Perry had “yet to do some real work” on herself, Bloom went to a weeklong retreat “to rewire all [his] bad habits.” When he returned, the duo were not on the same page.
“He went there, and then he came back and he wasn’t playing this cat-mouse game with me anymore,” Perry recalled. “And I was like, ‘Hm.’ I was so used to this push-pull. … I was playing games because it was a dopamine hit. It was what I knew.”
Perry later decided to go to the retreat herself, and found that she then “spoke the same language” as Bloom.
“It changed my life, it saved my life,” she said.
Elsewhere in the interview, Perry shared that nothing gets her going quite like Bloom doing household chores.
“If I come downstairs and the kitchen is clean, and you’ve done all the dishes and closed all the pantry doors, you better be ready to get your d–k sucked,” she quipped. “That is my love language! I don’t need a red Ferrari … I can buy a red Ferrari. Just do the f–king dishes! I will suck your d–k! It’s that easy!”
Perry was introduced by Bloom ahead of receiving the Video Vanguard Award at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
“You fell in love with her as Katy Perry. I fell in love with her as Kathryn Hudson. Kelsea Ballerini is gearing up for her tour in the most fashionable way.
Ballerini, 31, teased the wardrobe from her upcoming Kelsea Ballerini Live on Tour via Instagram on Sunday, January 12. In the snap, she zoomed in on part of her costume, waiting to reveal the rest when she takes the stage for the first time on Tuesday, January 21, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Her glamorous outfit featured a pastel pink feathered mini skirt that cascaded to the floor and trailed behind her. Ballerini grounded the look with knee-high blush leather boots and nude fishnet tights.
Based on Ballerini’s usual stage style — which consists of sparkly catsuits, micro shorts, shimmering gowns and more — fans can expect an extravagant lineup of looks for her tour.
She recently shimmered in a strapless ensemble while performing in London last month. For the show, she rocked a black sequin romper that hugged her curves. The ensemble was finished with super-short shorts that showed off her toned legs.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of rape by another alleged victim in a new lawsuit.
In the complaint, which was filed in New York and obtained by Us Weekly, the woman claimed Diddy raped her in 2000 when she was a 16-year-old high school student. The plaintiff, who was identified as Jane Doe, said she was living in Manhattan with her parents and claimed to be working as a babysitter in an apartment building where Diddy’s partner also lived. (It is unclear who the romantic partner was.)
The accuser claimed she came across Diddy, now 55, and two other men who allegedly worked for him. Diddy repeatedly asked her whether she wanted a ride home, which she refused before ultimately getting in the car with him.
The woman alleged that she became concerned when she was not dropped off at her house, claiming that she was offered a drink to “calm her down.” The plaintiff alleged that the drink made her feel “groggy” and “unsteady.”
The accuser claimed she was taken to another location by Diddy and his two employees before he raped her. The woman was then taken to her home. (The other two employees are not named in the lawsuit.)
Diddy’s legal team denied the accusations in a statement to Us.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” the statement read. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
The new lawsuit is one of many against Diddy since his ex Cassie accused him of sexual abuse in a bombshell lawsuit in November 2023. Diddy’s lawyer Ben Brafman denied the accusations on his behalf at the time, and Cassie and Diddy settled out of court one day after her court filing. Last year, a 2016 video that showed Diddy assaulting Cassie in a hotel resurfaced. Diddy publicly apologized for his actions.
In March 2024, several of Diddy’s residences — including homes in Miami and Los Angeles — were raided by Homeland Security in connection to a sex trafficking investigation. Six months later, Diddy was arrested on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. As he awaits a criminal trial in May, Diddy has denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process,” read a statement to Us in October 2024. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — adult or minor, man or woman.”
