Sydney Sweeney’s Sleep Mask for Soft Lips Has Nearly 5,000 Rave Reviews

8 July 2025 at 01:45

If you’re tired of waking up to dry, cracked lips no matter how much balm you apply, you’re not alone. Even Sydney Sweeney knows the struggle of constantly applying and reapplying lipstick between red carpets and movie sets. That’s why she swears by Laneige’s Lip Sleeping Mask,  which is one of her absolute beauty essentials.

“I have one on me at all times, in my bag, in my bathroom. It has just been my staple product,” she told E! — and she’s far from the only fan. More than 10,000 Amazon shoppers bought the rich, overnight treatment last month, and nearly 5,000 have left glowing reviews.

Unlike typical balms that just sit on top of your skin, this Korean-beauty favorite goes deep to hydrate while you sleep.

It’s loaded with antioxidants for smoother lips, plus shea butter, murumuru seed butter and coconut oil for long-lasting hydration. If you’ve tried every drugstore balm with no luck, Laneige’s Lip Sleeping Mask might be the heavy-duty solution you need.

Fans rave that it’s the only thing that truly works on stubbornly dry, chapped lips: “I started putting this on my lips before bed and within just a couple of days, my chronically dry, chapped lips were back to normal. I also noticed that my lips look fuller, which I wasn’t expecting but am excited about,” said one Amazon reviewer.

Another, living in Arizona’s dry climate shared, “My lips have been dried and flaky. This product saved my lips!”

This New Netflix TV Show Is Even Better Than 'Virgin River' and 'Ransom Canyon'

8 July 2025 at 01:40

Calling all romantics!

If you’re craving a heaping dose of slow burns, longing glances and heartfelt drama, Watch With Us has a recommendation for you.

Sullivan’s Crossing, which first aired in Canada before being acquired by The CW, drops three seasons on Netflix this week, and this emotional series is the perfect summer binge for fans who are already missing Virgin River or Ransom Canyon.

Here’s why you should watch this addictive drama, which stars familiar faces like Chad Michael Murray.

The Premise Is Comfortingly Familiar

There’s nothing revolutionary going on in Sullivan’s Crossing — and that’s a big part of its appeal. The series follows Dr. Maggie Sullivan (Morgan Kohan of Hallmark’s When Hope Calls), a neurosurgeon who returns to her tiny hometown to live with her father after being sued for negligence. There, she must reconcile with her estranged dad Sully (Scott Patterson) and confront her growing feelings for a handsome townie (Murray).

The predictability of the plot is part of the charm — it’s a classic “big-city girl returns to a small town” story about getting back to your roots and letting love in. If you’re in the mood for a cozy binge with just enough drama to keep you hooked, Sullivan’s Crossing is the perfect fit.

9 Must-Watch Hallmark Shows on Right Now (June 2025)

The Setting Is Stunning and Immersive

Filmed in the forests of Nova Scotia, the fictional town of Sullivan’s Crossing is an idyllic paradise of greenery, water views and solitude. Despite the drama on the show — and there’s plenty — watching Sullivan’s Crossing feels a bit like taking a vacation to a remote cabin. Sweeping aerial shots of mountains, rivers and rustic cabins lend the show a peaceful, transportive quality that makes it feel like a breath of fresh air.

Even in the tensest moments, the natural beauty of the setting gives the show a calming, almost therapeutic backdrop. If you need a break from the summer heat or just want to feel like you’ve escaped to the woods for a weekend, this series delivers.

TV Shows and Movies That’ll Give You the Fall Feels: ‘Gilmore Girls,’ More

It’s a ‘Gilmore Girls’ Reunion

Featuring a similar “small town where everyone knows everyone” energy to Gilmore Girls, Sullivan’s Crossing also stars two of the beloved series’ supporting cast members. Scott Patterson, who plays Maggie’s dad Sully, played gruff diner owner Luke in the iconic 2000–2007 series. Murray, for his part, portrayed wealthy bad boy Tristan Dugray in the first two seasons. The two characters never shared a single scene, but they were both impactful in creating the legacy of the long-running, beloved series.

If you’re a fan of Gilmore Girls, Sullivan’s Crossing may check many of the same boxes. It features romantic entanglements, class differences and an emotional parent-child relationship — though this series is about a father and daughter rather than a mother-daughter duo. Murray and Patterson are just as charming as they were in Gilmore Girls, and they both share solid chemistry with Kohan that gets the viewer invested in the growth of the relationships.

Overall, if you’re a fan of romantic, idyllic stories that star talented (and attractive) actors, Sullivan’s Crossing is a great fit. You can watch all three seasons of Sullivan’s Crossing on Netflix, and a fourth season is in the works.

LeAnn Rimes Reflects on Public Backlash Following Eddie Cibrian Affair

8 July 2025 at 01:34

LeAnn Rimes is looking back at “all of the craziness” she went through when her affair with husband Eddie Cibrian became public.

The “How Do I Live” singer, 42, met Cibrian, 52, on the set of the 2009 Lifetime movie Northern Lights while they were both married to different partners. Rimes was married to professional dancer Dean Sheremet at the time, while Cibrian was married to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Brandi Glanville.

“I realized very quickly that there are a lot of women who’ve been hurt,” Rimes shared with Flow Space in a recent interview, reflecting on the strong feelings people had about the affair.

She continued, “Like, I’ve been on both sides of that coin — I’ve been cheated on, too, so I know that feeling. But so many women don’t know what to do with that anger … I was a target that was just easily projected upon. And once I realized that, things got a lot easier.”

Rimes said that “instead of taking it personally,” she realized, “This is not all my pain to carry. I know what I’m responsible for in the situation and making amends for that. But you know, the world’s pain is not mine to carry, and I think that really got thrown at me for a long time.”

Rimes and Cibrian married in 2011 in a ceremony attended by Cibrian and Glanville’s two sons, Mason, now 22, and Jake, 18. The couple have been going strong ever since.

Asked about the secret to their successful marriage, Cibrian joked with Flow Space, “Because we are in bed by 7:30!”

Over the years, Rimes, Cibrian and Glanville, 52, have reconciled and regularly put on a united front when it comes to the former couple’s sons.

“I think we both grown up quite a bit, and we both love Eddie’s parents,” Glanville said of her relationship with Rimes during a 2018 episode of the “Hollywood Raw” podcast. “We both love the kids, and Eddie’s going to be in my life for the rest of my life.”

“We bicker still like we’re married when we’re not. We’re like sister wives. It’s me and LeAnn and Eddie,” she added.

“I don’t know how we did it, all three of us, LeAnn, Eddie and myself,” Glanville later told Entertainment Tonight in 2019. “We, that’s a big thing for me to say, we. We have amazing children. … We’ll have a fight one week, and then we won’t. But that comes with parenting two teenagers.”
