What’s Been Happening on ‘Chicago Fire’, ‘Chicago P.D.’ and ‘Chicago Med’?

In the season finale of Chicago Fire, Chief Dom Pascal became the prime suspect in a suspicious car fire involving Robert Franklin (Matthew Collins). Franklin is connected to Pascal’s late wife, Monica, who died in a fire two months prior. The incident raises questions about Pascal’s past and intentions. Meanwhile, Severide and Stella Kidd faced emotional turmoil as the expectant mother of the child they hoped to adopt changed her mind, leaving them devastated .

Meanwhile, on Chicago P.D., the Intelligence Unit was left in chaos after Deputy Chief Reid successfully dismantled their corrupt operation. Voight is under internal investigation, left reeling from the failure to stop Reid and the murder of Otero. Burgess has been suspended, while Torres has been arrested, both targeted as part of Reid’s strategic takedown. Atwater and Ruzek are still standing but shaken, unsure of how to proceed without the unit’s full backing.

The staff of Chicago Med are facing some serious potential shakeups, as hospital administrator Sharon Goodwin has been tasked with implementing difficult personnel cuts. Dr. Hannah Asher is unexpectedly pregnant, while Dr. Daniel Charles learned that his daughter, Anna, dropped out of Stanford and has returned to Chicago, prompting him to confront familial issues.

When will ‘Chicago Fire,’ ‘Chicago P.D.’ and ‘Chicago Med’ Return?

No release dates have been announced for any of the shows yet, but NBC has confirmed they will all return in the fall of 2025. Stay tuned for more updates!

Everything Coming to Disney+ in June 2025

31 May 2025 at 00:00

There are only a handful of new programming options coming to Disney+ in June, but one of them is a brand-new Marvel original series.

Ironheart is spinning out of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, with Dominique Thorne reprising her role as Riri Williams, a genius who built her own Iron Man-style armor in her first MCU appearance. For her self-titled show, Riri is desperate to recreate her achievement now that she no longer has access to Wakandan technology. And she may take some ethical shortcuts along the way.

Anthony Ramos is costarring in the series as Parker Robbins, aka the Hood, and there are rumors that Sacha Baron Cohen‘s mystery role on the show is Marvel’s devil incarnate, Mephisto.

To make up for the small selection of originals, Disney+ is also getting a handful of movies and shows on loan from Hulu and ESPN in June. You can find the complete list of everything coming to Disney+ in June 2025 below.
