Ringo Starr and wife Barbara Bach have been happily together since the ‘80s.
The couple met while on the set of their 1980 film, Caveman. Before getting together, Starr (real name Richard Starkey) was previously married to Maureen Cox from 1965 to 1975. The exes share three children: Zak, Jason and Lee.
Bach, for her part, wed Italian businessman Augusto, Count Gregorini di Savignano di Romagna in 1966. During their marriage, Bach welcomed daughter Francesca and son Gianni. They divorced in 1975.
Despite connecting during the slapstick comedy, Starr and Bach didn’t start their romance until the filming was nearly over.
“The truth is, we weren’t together until the very end of Caveman. Working, we got along fine, but we each had other people, our respective friends,” Bach said in a 1981 interview with Playboy. “Then, all of a sudden, within a week — the last week of shooting — it just happened. We changed from friendly love to being in love.”
One year later, Starr and Bach tied the knot in London. They’ve been by each other’s side ever since.

Bach and Starr celebrated the 11th anniversary of Ringo’s Peace & Love Birthday Celebration in Los Angeles.
“Peace & Love from Ringo, family, and friends in Beverly Hills, California! ,” Star wrote via Instagram alongside a video from the event.
It turns out Special Forces costars Kayla Nicole and Cam Newton crossed paths (at least virtually) before their time in Wales.
Back in April 2022, the quarterback, now 35, raised eyebrows for his comments about women during an appearance on the “Million Dollaz Worth of Game” podcast.
“Now a woman, for me, is handling your own but knowing how to cater to a man’s needs. Right?” Newton said. “And I think a lot of times when you get that aesthetic of like, ‘I’m a boss bitch, I’m this, I’m that.’ No, baby! But you can’t cook. You don’t know when to be quiet. You don’t know how to allow a man to lead.”
Nicole, who was dating Travis Kelce at the time, took to Twitter (now known as X) to address the remarks.
“The obsession with women being able to cook is truly comical. Cause it’s like if your palate is so superior date a Michelin star chef then bozo. Pretty sure the average woman is capable of making edible food. How do you think she’s survived thus far?” the influencer tweeted.
Nicole added in a second post: “It’s really not a matter of can she cook — it’s more like does she want to cook for your hungry hippo ass.”
Nicole further addressed the situation via Instagram Live, which was captured by TMZ Sports: “I think it’s foolish that we have to keep having the same tired conversation about the qualities that make a woman of substance. This man said that you need to be able to cook and to be quiet because that’s what his mama did. Like boy, go date your mama then.”
The following day, Nicole clarified her statements.
“I don’t have ‘beef’ with anyone. I have beef with the ideation that reduces a woman’s worth to what’s being put on a dinner plate,” she wrote. “This narrative was publicly shared on a podcast, it’s important for it 2 be publicly denounced. Now if y’all will excuse me, gonna go order postmates.”
While Newton didn’t address Nicole directly, he did claim he was unfairly “scrutinized” at the time.
“You can’t expect so much from a person and give so little. … I should have said on top of what I also said and mentioned that not only should a woman know when to be quiet, a man also should know when to be quiet,” Newton said in a YouTube video. “Whether it’s being whatever you need to be as a human being — man or female — you should be that. And I think not going into depth like I should have cost me.”
“I got daughters,” he continued. “When the day comes when my daughters look back and say, ‘Damn dad, what did you really mean about that,’ I’m not going to cower away and say, ‘Well, that just got threw out of context.'”
Newton has eight kids, including three daughters, with several different women. Most recently, he and girlfriend Jasmin Brown welcomed a baby girl in 2024.
Nicole and Kelce, meanwhile, were over for good in 2022 after dating on and off for five years. He started dating Taylor Swiftduring summer 2023. On Special Forces, Nicole has spoken about the backlash she has received from Swift’s fans, but she also complimented the Grammy winner.
“I really, like, like her,” Nicole said on episode two, referring to Swift. “I think she’s very talented.”

Cameron Diaz got real about what she’s been doing during her 10-year movie hiatus — and parenting is at the top of the list.
“I was not keeping up with any kind of training,” Diaz, 52, said of her break from Hollywood in behind-the-scenes video from Netflix’s Back in Action posted on Wednesday, January 15. “I did nothing public. I said no to everything.”
“That was what I was putting most of my focus on,” Diaz explained. “If I was doing anything other than just sort of being a mom and living my day to day.”
The mother of two confessed, “That was pretty much it. I’m just trying to stay alive just like every other mother. I’m just trying to keep it going.”
Diaz had an extremely lucrative career, pumping out 38 movies in 20 years before pressing pause after 2014’s The Other Woman, Sex Tape and Annie.
The following year, the Charlie’s Angel star shifted her focus to building up her home life. Diaz married Benji Madden in 2015 and in 2018 she revealed she was “semi-retired” as an actress before clarifying that she was “actually retired.”
In 2019, Diaz and Madden, 45, welcomed their first child, daughter Raddix, via surrogate. The pair expanded their family in 2022 when their son, Cardinal, was born via surrogate.
That same year, Diaz came out of retirement to start filming Back in Action with Jamie Foxx, whom she worked with on Annie nearly a decade prior.
In their new movie, Diaz and Foxx, 57, play former CIA agents and married couple Emily and Matt, who find themselves pulled back into the world of espionage when their secret identities are blown.
Back in Action kick started Diaz’s return to Hollywood. She has since filmed Apple TV+’s Outcome with Keanu Reeves and Matt Bomer and is set to reprise her role as Princess Fiona in Shrek 5.
“Cameron feels like she’s settled now and is in a good place mentally,” a source exclusively shared for Us Weekly‘s cover story earlier this month. “She has a new outlook on work and the industry as a whole.”

Antonia and Johanna claimed in January court documents obtained by People that they have “serious concerns” about the “mismanagement” of Danny’s role as trustee over Bennett’s estate.
“Danny acted in multiple, conflicting fiduciary capacities for an extended period prior to Tony’s death and took (for himself and his children) significant funds from the Family Trust,” the court documents read. “Moreover, as publicized by Danny to various media outlets, at some point prior to Tony’s death, Tony entered a phase of diminished capacity, which means Tony was no longer able to act as co-trustee, leaving Danny to serve as sole Trustee of the Family Trust with no oversight.”
According to Antonia and Johanna, their late father had a “clear intention and direction” that all four of his children would be treated equally. They are seeking Danny’s accounting from both before and after Bennett died in 2023.
Antonia and Johanna named Danny in a June 2024 legal motion, claiming that certain assets were unaccounted for after Bennett died. The two women, as well as their brother Dae are all beneficiaries of the Tony Bennett 1994 Family Trust, while Danny is the sole trustee.
Danny has not publicly addressed his sisters’ new accusations, but he previously filed to transfer the court case to the surrogate’s court or dismiss it in November 2023. Antonia and Johanna are now asking the court to deny his motion.

Bennett died at the age of 96 in July 2023. He is survived by wife Susan Benedettoand his four children. He shared Danny and Dae with ex Patricia Beech, as well as his two daughters with ex Sandra Grant.
One year after Bennett’s passing, Antonia and Johanna accused their sibling of misconduct. According to the filing obtained by People, the pair claim Danny would allegedly write checks using funds from the trust “as he saw fit” and made “multiple gifts to himself” totaling over $200,700. Antonia and Johanna also claimed that Danny took $50,000 advances in addition to commissions he earned as Bennett’s business manager.
The legendary jazz singer created the trust in 1994, naming his sons as co-trustees. The fund was amended in 2008 in which Dae was replaced as trustee with the singer himself.
Antonia and Johanna also named Dae and Benedetto as respondents in the lawsuit, claiming that they avoided “accountability for Danny’s actions” because they previously claimed the sisters “lack standing” to request accounting for periods ahead of Bennett’s death. Neither Dae nor Benedetto have publicly addressed the claims.

Diaz, 52, walked the red carpet for the Wednesday, January 15, Berlin premiere of her new film Back in Action. The actress stunned in an all-black ensemble.
The outfit included a black blouse with sheer coverage across the top of her torso. Diaz paired the top with black trousers and a matching oversized coat. She opted for black penny loafers rather than high heels.
Diaz accentuated her look with a chic low ponytail that was tied with a black ribbon. She also had several pieces of her hair out in a curtain bang style to frame her face. For jewels, Diaz wore a pair of Jennifer Fisher gold puffy dagger earrings and an Alexis Bittar gold armor clip earring. She added a pop of color to her look rocking a bold red lip.
In addition to posing on the red carpet solo, Diaz was joined by her Back in Action costar Jamie Foxx and director Seth Gordon.
Wednesday’s event marked Diaz’s highly anticipated return following her decade-long retirement from Hollywood. Diaz took a hiatus from acting following the 2014 remake of Annie, which also starred Foxx, 57. During that time, Diaz tied the knot with husband Benji Madden in 2015. The couple went on to welcome two children.

In June 2022, Diaz revealed that she was returning to the spotlight when she was announced as a part of the Back in Action cast alongside Foxx.
