“Just a gentle reminder that it’s never OK to comment on a woman’s post, ‘You’re looking more transgender by the day,’ or ‘Your features are so masculine,’” Jessi, 33, wrote to fans via her Instagram Story on Thursday, July 3. “Most of the time these comments don’t get to me, but I’m feeling very emo today and want to never post again so thank you trolls.”
In a follow-up post, Jessi explained that “trolls” were mocking the results of a jaw realignment procedure she’d had to fix her temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ).
“I have a defined jaw line because of a TMJ surgery I got, and I swear it’s the number one thing that people tell me makes me look like a man,” she revealed. “Sorry Karen, I can’t control that?! I also get roasted for getting plastic surgery done but then get endless comments about my looks that make me more insecure so you can never win.”
Later, Jessi returned to her Instagram Story to thank her followers for sending “nice messages,” though she stressed that she wasn’t originally seeking out compliments.
“Thanks so much. It means a lot,” she assured fans. “I think I’m just emotional today because, unrelated, I’m starting my period tomorrow. “
The reality star then explained that she was feeling “very emotional” because she’d been working through some long-standing issues in therapy.
“I’ve been doing a lot of trauma work to unpack childhood issues and other things I’ve been going through, and a lot of things that are coming up are that I’ve always felt not good enough,” she explained to Instagram followers. “I feel like maybe I’m hypersensitive to it, but I do feel like out of all the girls on the cast, I get the most hate for my looks.”

Jessi went on, “It’s because everyone else is so beautiful, but I feel like I get the most criticism for it. Like, I look old. Like, I look like a man. It’s always something.”
“I’m trying to work through trauma of not feeling good enough and clearly I have insecurities, so anyway, not to ramble, don’t be mean to people on the internet,” she concluded. “It’s not nice. You never know what people are going through! It ruins someone’s day. Don’t do that.”
Earlier this year, Jessi confirmed on “The Viall Files” podcast that she was “working through” marriage issues with husband Jordan Ngatikaura, following a bombshell accusation from Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette that he’d slept with her. (Jessi and her Secret Lives of Mormon Wives costars previously visited the Vanderpump Villa cast in Italy in 2024, and she was later allegedly spotted with Marciano in Los Angeles. Jessi has denied kissing Marciano during their L.A. meetup.)
“There’s a lot more to the story, and it’s not what you think it is,” she insisted on the podcast in May.
While Secret Lives of Mormon Wives viewers will have to wait until season 3 for the fallout of the scandal, Jessi promised Us Weekly in June that she would “just be honest” about the situation when cameras rolled.
“I’ll say I’m an open book. Even though there were things I hadn’t shared yet — once I was in the position to share them — I have nothing to hide,” she told Us. “I was willing to just lay it all on the table.”
Jessi also acknowledged, “I’ve made mistakes. My husband has made mistakes. Everyone in their life has made mistakes. I think sharing those is relatable and hopefully people can get something out of it.”
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives seasons 1 and 2 are available to stream via Hulu.

The Fourth of July celebrates the birth of America as a nation, and that nation was born out of war.
War movies shouldn’t glorify the extreme loss of life that comes with armed combat, but they do serve as a reminder of the soldiers who sacrificed themselves for the good of the nation and the world.
To honor that sacrifice, the Watch With Us team has selected the following three must-watch war movies to stream on the Fourth of July weekend.
1917 is one of the rare big-budget World War I movies to be made in the 21st century, and director Sam Mendes masterfully conjures the illusion that the entire film was shot in just two very long takes. (The reality is somewhat different.) On the eve of a major offensive against the German army, British intelligence discovers that their forces are being lured into a lethal trap. With battlefield lines of communication disrupted, Lance Corporals Will Schofield (George MacKay) and Tom Blake (Dean-Charles Chapman) agree to relay the message to the commanding officers.
For Blake, this journey is personal and his brother is on the front line of the forces that may be killed if they don’t arrive in time to halt the battle. But without resources from the British army or anyone to back them up, this may be a one-way trip for the two soldiers.
Christopher Nolan‘s Dunkirk takes place during one of the darkest moments of World War II. In the aftermath of the Battle of France, the allied forces Britain and France are defeated and the remaining troops are trapped by the advancing Nazi army on the beaches of Dunkirk with little hope of escape.
British soldiers Tommy (Fionn Whitehead), Alex (Harry Styles) and Gibson (Aneurin Barnard) are desperate to get off the beach as death surrounds them. The situation is so dire that a civilian fleet sets sail to save the soldiers while putting themselves at risk from German attacks. That story unfolds from the perspective of Peter Dawson (Tom Glynn-Carney), his father Mr. Dawson (Mark Rylance), and their employee, George (Barry Keoghan). Their bravery in the face of danger may make all the difference in the world.
Matt Damon reunited with Jason Bourne director Paul Greengrass for Green Zone, a film inspired by a non-fiction account of the second war in Iraq by Rajiv Chandrasekaran. It’s not meant to be a documentary and dramatic liberties are taken. Damon’s Roy Miller is no Jason Bourne, but he is a dedicated soldier who is increasingly frustrated by his mission to find WMD evidence in Baghdad.
One of the remaining Iraqi generals, Mohammed Al Rawi (Yigal Naor), may have the answers that Miller is looking for. However, the battle for control of Iraq is far from finished, and Miller’s search is seemingly sabotaged by U.S. Department of Defense Special Intelligence officer Clark Poundstone (Greg Kinnear). Miller’s been asking too many questions, and that may undermine the entire justification of the war.
Michael Madsen‘s son shared an emotional tribute after his father’s sudden death.
Luke, 19, shared a photo of himself and Madsen on Friday, July 4, writing via Instagram, “Some Peoples Hero’s Wear Capes. And Fly Shooting Lasers Out Of Their Eyes. Some peoples Hero’s Can Fight Off Armies And Overcome Anything.”
“My Hero Wore A Cowboy Hat. My Hero Stood Taller And Stronger Than Any Man I’ve Ever Met. My Hero Understood Me Better Than Anyone,” Luke continued. “My Hero Is The Coolest Most Badass Human Being I Know. Not Only Was My Hero A Famous Tough Guy Movie Star. My Hero Was My Father. And He Was. Damn Good One. Love You Pops. I’ll See You Again Someday.”
Madsen, who was known for roles in Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs, died on Thursday, July 3, at age 67. After Madsen was found unresponsive at his home in Malibu, California, deputies arrived and he was pronounced dead at the scene. No foul play is suspected in Madsen’s death, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. Authorities believe Madsen died from natural causes.
“In the last two years Michael Madsen has been doing some incredible work with independent film including upcoming feature films Resurrection Road, Concessions and Cookbook for Southern Housewives, and was really looking forward to this next chapter in his life,” Madsen’s managers Smith and Susan Ferris and publicist Liz Rodriguez told Us Weekly in a statement on Thursday. “Michael was also preparing to release a new book called Tears for My Father: Outlaw Thoughts and Poems, currently being edited.”
The statement concluded: “Michael Madsen was one of Hollywood’s most iconic actors, who will be missed by many.”
Michael’s sister, Virginia Madsen, also broke her silence.
“My brother Michael has left the stage. He was thunder and velvet. Mischief wrapped in tenderness. A poet disguised as an outlaw,” Virginia, 63, wrote via Instagram on Thursday. “A father, a son, a brother — etched in contradiction, tempered by love that left its mark.”
“We’re not mourning a public figure. We’re not mourning a myth — but flesh and blood and ferocious heart,” she noted. “Who stormed through life loud, brilliant and half on fire. Who leaves us echoes — gruff, brilliant, unrepeatable — half legend, half lullaby.”
Virginia added: “I’ll miss our inside jokes, the sudden laughter, the sound of him. I’ll miss the boy he was before the legend. I miss my big brother. Thank you to everyone reaching out with love and memory. In time, we’ll share how we plan to celebrate his life. But for now — we stay close, and let the silence say what words can’t.”
Luann de Lesseps has had lots of high-profile romances throughout the years.
The Real Housewives of New York star married Count Alexandre de Lesseps in 1993 and went on to welcome daughter, Victoria, and son, Noel, in 1994 and 1996, respectively. The twosome eventually called it quits in 2009.
Following her divorce from Count Alexandre, Luann was linked to Hugh Grant, Jacques Azoulay and Harry Dubin before she started dating Tom D’Agostino Jr. in 2015. The pair tied the knot in December 2016, but split in August 2017 amid rumors that D’Agostino Jr. cheated on Luann.
“I don’t think he could give up his bachelor life to lead a married life the way I wanted to. I think he really loved me. I really do,” she shared on Watch What Happens Live in September 2017. “He still loves me. At this age, it’s really hard to change people … I expected more. I expected him to change.”
After her divorce from D’Agostino, Luann has continued to have other relationships throughout the years, including Rich Super, Garth Wakeford and Joe Bradley. Luann began appearing on Bravo’s dating series Love Hotel in April 2025.
“The guys were good looking and have careers and were interesting. … I’m a big manifester. So I said to myself, ‘I’m going to find love,’” she told Us Weekly in May 2025, noting that she “connected” with a man “further down the road” while filming the show.
Keep scrolling to learn more about Luann’s dating history throughout the years:
Keith Hernandez
Before she got married for the first time, the New York Mets player alleged that he had a “friends with benefits” situation with Luann.
“I met her in Manhattan, somewhere I forget, and she was absolutely gorgeous. I chased her like a hound,” Hernandez recalled on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in May 2018.

Luann married Alexandre in 1993, and the twosome went on to welcome daughter Victoria in 1994 followed by son Noel in 1996. After 17 years of marriage, the twosome called it quits in 2009, one year after season 1 of RHONY premiered.
“My family knew my marriage was in trouble,” she told producers on the RHONY 2016 special. “But the Housewives didn’t know. I didn’t want it to be fodder for the show.”
Luann told the outlet that her friend sat her right behind Grant and said he would take a shot with her.
“Before you know it, we are taking shots and making out … heavily at the table,” she shared. “My brother was like, ‘I can’t believe you’re making out with Hugh Grant,’ and I was like, ‘Neither can I.’”
Later that month, Grant shared a screenshot of a headline about the story to his Instagram Story, noting that he did remember “meeting a charming RHNY in a restaurant.”
“But I’d like to stress it was about 15 years ago. I don’t recall shots or kissing but her memory might be better than mine,” he said.
Luann responded to Grant’s comments via an exclusive statement to Us.
“Obviously, my memory is better than his!” she joked. “He’s right it was 15 years ago. We were both not married at the time, I had just divorced Alex. He was ever so charming and couldn’t have been nicer.”
Jacques Azoulay
Following her divorce from Alexandre and alleged makeout session with Grant, Luann began dating wine entrepreneur Azoulay in 2010. Although the twosome were serious and even began discussing having a family together, Azoulay and Luann ended up going their separate ways in 2013.
“They are at different points in their life now and have mutually agreed it is best,” Luann’s rep confirmed to Us at the time. “Luann is upset, but it’s amicable and they remain friends. Jacques has been a wonderful part of her life.”
Harry Dubin
During season 6 of RHONY, which aired in 2016, Luann had a brief on camera hookup with Dubin, who was once married to her costar Aviva Drescher and linked to castmates Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer.
Several years later, in May 2020, Dubin shared that he had hooked up with Luann after meeting her at one of Morgan’s cocktail parties and going home together.
“That’s the way Luann is,” Dubin said on an episode of the “Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef” podcast. “She goes after what she wants and she gets it. You can’t really deny that.”

D’Agostino Jr. and Luann were introduced by their mutual friend, Dorinda Medley, in 2015 and ended up getting engaged a few months later in February 2016. Despite allegedly cheating on her days before their engagement party, D’Agostino Jr. and Luann tied the knot in December 2016.
“I feel really lucky to have a second chance. At over 50 years old, I’m getting married again,” Luann said on the Steve Harvey Show at the time. “It’s very easy to walk away. The hard part is staying and working it out.”
After seven months of marriage, the twosome announced that they were getting a divorce.
“We care for each other very much, hope you respect our privacy during this sad time!” Luann wrote via X in August 2017.
“Luann and Rich started hooking up after she got back from rehab [in July],” a source told Us, at the time. “It wasn’t a serious relationship; they were just having fun. He didn’t break up with her, he is still her agent, and the two both decided to stop hooking up and keep things professional.”
Less than one year later, Luann revealed that she started dating Super again after giving him another chance.
“Listen, when there’s a connection, there’s a connection,” she told TMZ in October 2019. “He’s my agent and, you know, we’re just killing it on our cabaret tour and we’re having the best time. He’s the best. He’s the best agent in Hollywood. I’m a very lucky girl.”
The pair seemingly split a few months later.
Garth Wakeford
Luann started dating Wakeford after meeting on Hinge in August 2020. The twosome’s relationship was short-lived as they went on to split in 2021.
“Luann and Garth broke up a few months ago,” a source told Us in April 2021.
Following her brief fling with Wakeford, Luann began dating Gaytan after meeting him on a trip to Tulum.
“They were really into each other when they first met,” an insider told Us in May 2021. “He was catering to her and she got special treatment at the resort. He took special care of her when she was down there and they really hit it off.”
The pair seemingly split later that year.
Joe Bradley
According to an eyewitness source for Us, in January 2024, Luann and the Southern Hospitality star were seen “all over each other” at The Dream Hotel in New York City after flirting while taping Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.
While a rep for Bradley denied getting cozy with Luann, he finally confessed to kissing her in January 2025.
“I think that enough time has passed and I’m sick of the rumors and the lies,” he told Us, claiming he was “never self-conscious or trying to hide the fact” that he kissed her because Luann’s “iconic.”
While on the Love Hotel, Luann struck up a connection with Quine and the twosome have been seeing each other ever since.
“[James] said to me, ‘You know [Luann], I live in Hawaii, I can’t be there with you all the time. It is totally OK if you date, and when we see each other, we see each other, because I love you,” Luann said during a Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen episode in June 2025.
“I will say that I got a brand new ring, and I’m a very happy girl,” she told Us at the time. “And that’s all I can say about that for now.”
Michael Riemerschmid
Although she is still seeing Quine, Luann has continued to also spark romance rumors with Riemerschmid after being spotted in public on several occasions in 2025.
Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin’s daughter Delilah Belle Hamlin opened up about how much better she feels since getting sober a few years ago following her rehab stay for depression.
“I love being sober. I feel so ‘pick me’ when I’m like, ‘I’m sober,’ but whatever,” Delilah, 27, said on the Friday, July 4, episode of her parents’ “Let’s Not Talk About the Husband” podcast. “I love rehab. I love it.”
Her dad, 73, noted that his eldest daughter wasn’t “that messed up” when she went to rehab in 2018, but Delilah said her treatment was more about her mental health. (Harry and Rinna, 61, also share daughter Amelia Gray, 24, and Harry shares son Dimitri, 45, with ex Ursula Andress.)
“It was more so I just felt so out of control of my own emotions,” she explained. “I was so depressed, I was so anxious. It wasn’t even me, like, being addicted, it was more so recognizing that I needed more help. I needed to do intense therapy. It was just, like, a self-realization and I just needed help — it was a cry for help. I called you guys one day like, ‘Hey, I think I need to go to rehab, I’m not quite sure what that is.’”
Looking back now, seven years later, Delilah has no regrets.
“It was the best decision of my life,” she explained. “No one forced me to go. I was like, ‘I wanna go.’ I’m so lucky that you guys could afford it at the time and help me through it. I love it.”
In the future, Delilah wants to open her own rehab facility, though she’s now currently focused on modeling and making music.

Delilah first opened up about her rehab experience in 2019, revealing that she’d checked into a facility shortly after enrolling as a student at New York University.
“I wanted to share this with you guys today because it could help at least one person struggling with anxiety and or depression,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “This time last year I was in rehabilitation. I moved to New York to start my journey as a student at NYU. Not long after I moved to New York I began having terrible depression. I started attracting negative people into my life because my thoughts were so negative.”
She added, “I knew the way I was living was unhealthy and detrimental to my mental health so I called my mom and told her I needed help.”
After a stay in February 2018, Delilah returned again in June of that year.
“I learned so much about being independent, feeling less shameful and guilty, I learned about self-love instead of self-deprivation and so much more,” she told her followers. “I worked through traumas and self-love. But most importantly I learned what self-respect meant.”
In February 2022, Delilah celebrated six months of sobriety after accidentally overdosing on prescription medication the year prior. The model was hospitalized in November 2021 after mixing propranolol, which is used to treat heart problems and anxiety, with Benadryl.
Netflix rarely starts a month without dropping several new shows, and July is no exception.
It certainly helps to have a three-day holiday weekend so early in July, because that’s the perfect time to binge-watch to your heart’s content.
If you’re looking for suggestions for the holiday, the Watch With Us team has picked out three underrated Netflix shows you need to watch this weekend.
Our picks include a dark fantasy series that’s reaching its conclusion, a long-running CBS sitcom and a documentary that’s taking Netflix by storm.
The Lord of Dreams returns in the second season of The Sandman, which is based on the critically acclaimed fantasy comic book series. Morpheus (Tom Sturridge) has slowly recovered from his century in captivity and reclaimed his role as the ruler of the Dreaming. He is the personification of dreams, nightmares, and stories.
But all stories come to an end, and Morpheus’ time is running out. Can a dream truly die? Morpheus is going to find out, but he still has a few wrongs to put right before he can take his final bow.
For a Chuck Lorre sitcom, Mom sure has a lot of serious moments, and the series doesn’t shy away from some very dark material at times. Anna Faris stars as Christy Jolene Plunkett, a woman who has reclaimed her sobriety after years of addiction to alcohol, drugs and gambling. At the start of the show, Christy attempts to reboot her life and start fresh with her children, Violet (Sadie Calvano) and Roscoe (Blake Garrett), neither of whom fully trusts her to remain sober.
Christy’s mother, Bonnie Plunkett (Allison Janney), is also a recovering addict, and they’ve been estranged for a long time. It takes real effort on both of their parts to find some measure of forgiveness and a willingness to coexist. It’s not always a smooth or easy process, but they are a family and they’re trying to make it work.
‘Attack on London: Hunting the 7/7 Bombers’ (2025)
Twenty years ago this week, London was rocked by four suicide bombers who struck the city’s public transportation lines during the morning rush hour. The terrorists recognized the lack of security and took advantage of it. Attack on London: Hunting the 7/7 recaps those terrible events and the toll they took on the survivors and the entire United Kingdom.
It also chronicles one of the largest manhunts in the history of the country as authorities chase every lead to find any remaining terrorists before they can launch another vicious attack on the public.
Attack on London: Hunting the 7/7Bombers is streaming on Netflix.

“I mean I get it, it was a sick show, but l’ve really moved on. It’s not happening,” he captioned the post. “The excitement of the possibilities for me are far greater than the past. I’ve done it ladies and gents.”
Purcell continued: “I’m doing what I wanna do, not what people think I should do, nor what I can do with my eyes closed that’s a boring way moving forward professionally and in life I believe. Uncertainty is far more appealing.”
The clarification comes as Hulu is currently working on a reboot that is set in the same world as the original but will feature a whole new story and cast. So far, the upcoming show has cast Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, Ray McKinnon and Margo Martindale.
Prison Break, which aired on Fox from 2005 to 2009, introduced Us to Purcell and Wentworth Miller as fictional brothers Lincoln Burrows and Michael Scofield. The show followed Miller’s character as he got himself arrested in order to help his wrongfully convicted brother escape from prison to avoid death row and to prove his innocence.
Purcell and Miller, 53, reprised their characters in The Final Break, which was a TV movie that concluded the series before a revival was briefly ordered in 2017. Fox later confirmed that an additional season was in early development, but in 2020, Miller said he was done with the franchise.
“I’m out. of PB. Officially,” he wrote via Instagram at the time. “If you were a fan of the show, hoping for additional seasons … I understand this is disappointing. I’m sorry.”
Purcell responded in the comments section, writing, “It was fun mate. What a ride it was. Fully support and understand your reasoning. Glad you have made this decision for your health and your truth. Love ya brother.”
Miller, who came out in 2013, elaborated that he was “officially” stepping away because he no longer wished to play straight characters.
“I just don’t want to play straight characters,” he added. “Their stories have been told (and told). So. No more Michael. … If you’re hot and bothered [because] you fell in love with a fictional straight man played by a real gay one … That’s your work.”
Former Phoenix Mercury interim head coach Nikki Blue is suing the organization, alleging unequal treatment and pay based on her race and gender.
The suit, filed Thursday, July 3, in U.S. District Court in Arizona, also alleges the Mercury fired Blue, 41, as retaliation for her complaints of unequal treatment.
Blue joined the Mercury in 2022 as an assistant coach and ascended to the interim head coaching role in the middle of the 2023 season after head coach Vanessa Nygaard was fired. The Mercury went 7-21 under Blue’s leadership, and she was not retained.
Blue, who is Black, claims she was paid $250,000 in her interim role, less than the $375,000 that Nygaard, who is white, made. She also accuses the Mercury of setting her up to fail by fielding an uncompetitive team in 2023.
That team, led by Brittney Griner and Diana Taurasi, saw a number of players leave the previous offseason, though of those departures, only Kia Nurse is still playing in the WNBA two years later. The 2023 Mercury were also missing six-time All-Star Skylar Diggins, who did not play due to maternity leave.
After the season, the Mercury hired current head coach Nate Tibbetts, who is white. He is making more than $1 million per season, according to the AP. The Mercury went 19-21 in his first season and are 12-6 so far in 2025.
“Despite her exemplary record and professionalism, Ms. Blue was cast aside, demeaned and denied the opportunity to lead,” the law firm Mesidor PLLC, co-counsel on the case, said in a statement via the AP. “This lawsuit is not just about one woman’s career — it’s about the pervasive, institutional disrespect for Black women in sports leadership.”
Phoenix Suns and Mercury senior vice president of communications Stacey Mitch released a statement on Thursday attempting to discredit Sheree Wright, Blue’s attorney, who has been behind several lawsuits against the organization in the past, including the one that alleged former player Sophie Cunningham had an affair with team CEO Josh Bartelstein. (Both Cunningham and Bartelstein denied the allegation.)
“This is the fifth lawsuit brought against the organization by Sheree Wright, an attorney who has been disciplined twice by the Supreme Court of Arizona for committing numerous violations of the rules of professional conduct — including making false and unsupported allegations of racial bias against a judge,” Mitch said. “Like Ms. Wright’s other cases, this case is completely meritless. Ms. Blue was interviewed and considered for the head coach position, but didn’t get the position based on her performance as interim head coach, as well as her limited professional coaching experience. Sheree Wright’s continued abuse of the legal system for financial gain is unethical.”

Malachi Barton and Freya Skye are gearing up just in case their newest film, Zombies 4, ever happens off screen, though they aren’t sure that they would be able to survive on their skills alone.
“My survival skill would be clinging onto the people who would survive and hoping that they would take care of me,” Skye, 15, exclusively told Us Weekly ahead of the July 10 premiere of the film. “I think at the last minute, I think Milo [Manheim] and Chandler [Kinney] are surviving.”
“I think Chandler for sure is surviving,” Barton, 18, said in agreement.
Kinney, 24, known for her role as Willa in Zombies 2 and 3, has also appeared in Girl Meets World, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin and season 33 of Dancing with the Stars. In Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires, the newest installment of the Disney Channel original film series, Barton and Skye star alongside Milo Manheim (Zed) and Meg Donnelly (Addison), as they take off on a summer road trip after completing their first year of college. Zed and Addison are forced to face off with two new groups of monsters in the fourth installment of the Zombies films.
Barton and Skye’s characters, Victor and Nova, respectively, are vampires from rival clans. This is their introduction to the film series and Zed and Addison aim to bridge the gap between the groups of Daywalkers and NightWalkers. Barton told Us if it came down to it, Manheim, 24, may be a little too clumsy to survive the zombie apocalypse.
“Does Milo not give off, like, trip and fall and accidentally get bitten by a zombie,” Barton asked his costar.
“Yeah, [he’s] giving blending in with the zombies,” Skye responded. “He’s giving I’m one of you.”
“Or is he literally giving … I AM one of you,” Barton joked.
Barton offered Mekonnen Knife (MK), who plays Vargas in the new film, as another option as someone who may be able to survive the apocalypse. He was quickly shot down by Skye.
“No. I think MK would be like … I think he would want to capture it on his phone and get eaten for it,” Skye told Us.
Barton and Skye ultimately agreed that Kinney would be the only survivor.
“This whole cast is … everyone except for Chandler is not surviving,” Barton told Us.

A YouTuber has apologized for spraying baby oil outside a Manhattan courthouse where Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial verdict was announced on Wednesday, July 2.
“I’m learning, I’m listening and I’m moving forward with even more care and clarity,” Armon Wiggins wrote via Instagram on Thursday, July 3. “Yesterday, a clip of me outside the courthouse went viral and was taken out of context. What started as a lighthearted moment [and] part of a long-running joke with my audience was misinterpreted as support for Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. That was never my intention.”
Some thought Wiggins’ courthouse antics made light of trial testimony from Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie (full name Casandra Ventura) about the use of baby oil at alleged “freak off” parties. (Diddy has denied all allegations of wrongdoing.)
“For the past 60 days, I’ve worked hard to cover this case with honesty and objectivity,” Wiggins insisted. “That moment was about sharing a bit of levity with the community that’s been on this journey with me, nothing more.”
He went on, “Still, I fully understand how the timing and optics may have felt hurtful, especially to survivors of abuse. I sincerely apologize to anyone who was impacted or disappointed. This has been a reminder to move with greater care, and I remain committed to doing this work with integrity and heart.”
Wiggins is a comedian and influencer who has covered the Diddy scandal for a steady stream of content. He has amassed more than 100,000 followers on Instagram and 285,000 on YouTube.
Cassie testified in May that baby oil was frequently used in the freak offs at Diddy’s request. She recalled Diddy, 55, allegedly ordering her to step into an apparent kiddie pool filled with baby oil at a party at Montage Beverly Hills.
“If Sean wanted it to happen, that was what was going to happen, there was no way around it,” she told the court. “We used 10 bottles of baby oil, regular-size.”

She alleged that Diddy was so consumed with participants “glistening” at his alleged freak offs that she used to reapply baby oil “every five minutes” and said rooms where these freak offs took place were typically covered in baby oil as well.
Cassie testified that urine and blood were sometimes present on bedsheets as well during the freak offs because Diddy would allegedly demand that escorts urinate on her. (Cassie claimed that she was “expected” to participate in freak offs even while menstruating.)
Federal authorities reportedly found more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant when they raided Diddy’s properties in March 2024, according to NBC News. Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all of the allegations against him.
Diddy was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution on Wednesday but was acquitted of the arguably more serious charges of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking. He could face up to 20 years behind bars, but many legal experts have predicted it’s unlikely he’ll actually serve that much time.
Following the verdict announcement, Cassie’s attorney Douglas H. Wigdor praised her for having “the courage to file her civil complaint” against Diddy in November 2023, thereby “pav[ing] the way” for the rapper’s eventual criminal trial.
Cassie sued Diddy over accusations of sexual and physical abuse throughout their relationship, which lasted off and on from 2007 to 2018. The disgraced mogul denied her claims. Diddy and Cassie settled out of court one day after the lawsuit was filed. In May 2024, CNN published a hotel surveillance video of Diddy kicking and grabbing Cassie in 2016. He later apologized for his actions in a video shared via Instagram.
“Although the jury did not find Combs guilty of sex trafficking Cassie beyond a reasonable doubt, she paved the way for a jury to find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution,” Widgor told Us Weekly. “By coming forward with her experience, Cassie has left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and the fight for justice.”
The attorney concluded, “We must repeat — with no reservation — that we believe and support our client who showed exemplary courage throughout this trial. She displayed unquestionable strength and brought attention to the realities of powerful men in our orbit and the misconduct that has persisted for decades without repercussion.”
Cassie scored a legal victory following Wednesday’s verdict when her legal team formally asked Judge ArunSubramanian to block Diddy’s attorneys’ attempts to have him released from custody on a $1 million bond, pending sentencing. The judge ultimately denied Diddy’s bond request and ordered him to remain in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center for now.

Vanderpump Rules alum Lala Kent gave birth to her second baby 10 months ago — and she’s already working on expanding her family again.
Kent, 34, who shares daughter Ocean, 4, with ex Randall Emmett and conceived daughter Sosa via sperm donor, told Parents in an interview published on Thursday, July 3, that she is planning to get pregnant again within the next year.
“I feel like we sunk right into this new dynamic. It is so fulfilling and it’s difficult, but we’re a well-oiled machine,” she explained about being a mom of two. “And I just don’t think I’m done. I think I need one more. I am loving it so much that I’m not ready for the stages to be over as they pass.”
Kent noted that she wanted 10-month-old daughter Sosa to be “well into her 2s” when the new baby arrives.
“I think that’s a good age gap. I didn’t love that Ocean and Sosa are three and a half years apart,” she added. “I like sticking to the two and a half range. But you know what? The universe has a plan for me, and we just roll with it.”
According to Kent, her daughter Ocean would be a big sister to “five more babies” if she had it her way.
“She’s really taken on the role of being a big sister. Ocean is only 4, but she’s always seemed like an old soul and just wise beyond her years,” Kent shared. “When Sosa came into the mix, it just gave Ocean a different level of confidence. She really enjoys helping me out, even throwing away a dirty diaper. That was huge for her. She’s like, ‘I touched a poopy diaper!’ She really sunk into becoming a little caretaker, and it’s adorable to watch.”
“Ocean was so young when she had to start bouncing back and forth, so it’s just very much a part of her norm. She knows that she always comes back to this house,” Kent explained. “Ocean just finished her first year of preschool, and the school said she’s a little girl who is happy, healthy and thriving. And when you have such an up-and-down relationship with your coparent, you worry how that will affect your child. Even though she’s 4, kids are like sponges. They can feel our energy. So to know that she’s doing so well given the circumstances — it’s all you could hope for.”
The former couple faced major ups and downs after they went public in 2018. Two years after getting engaged, Us Weekly confirmed in November 2021 that Kent and Emmett called it quits amid infidelity rumors. They continued to hash out their issues in a custody battle that ended earlier this year.
“After over three years, we have signed an agreement that is best for our daughter, Ocean. So I’m very, very happy about that,” Kent shared on Amazon Live in March.
Kent noted that the custody battle “has weighed on [her] heart and soul” for a while, adding, “I’m sure it’s been the same for my ex, and I’m just so happy that we were able to get to a good place for the well-being of our kid.”
“I like to say I’ve been talking to men because dating means that there’s a potential for it to go somewhere. And I just don’t want that right now,” she noted. “If I start dating, you’re taking me away from my children physically. But what’s even worse? If my heart gets involved and you do something to make it hurt, you will take me mentally away from my children. That means I could be in the same room as my kids, and I’m not present. I just cannot allow it.”
Kent concluded: “Ocean was 7 months old when I was taken away from her emotionally, spiritually, physically — all the things — because I was in fight mode [with my ex]. I will not allow it to happen again.”

You can always count on Amazon Prime Video to stream some high-quality movies like Nosferatu and, later in the month, Wicked.
But what about films that don’t get that much attention — or awards?
Any one of these three underrated Amazon Prime Video movies is perfect to watch over the 4th of July weekend.
If you’re craving laugh-out-loud comedies like Baby Boom and Game Night or a sports drama like Blue Crush, these films will fill the need to watch some nice, summertime flicks.
‘Baby Boom’ (1987)
J.C. Wiatt (Diane Keaton) is a New York City business executive who loves her work so much that she barely has time for a personal life. That’s why it’s such a shock when she inherits a distant relative’s baby, Elizabeth (Kristina and Michelle Kennedy). At first, J.C. wants nothing to do with Elizabeth and tries to put her up for adoption. But when she decides to keep her, it totally upends her life and forces her to reconsider what she really values and what she wants to do with her career.
Baby Boom is a glossy, breezy comedy that’s very ’80s, complete with some oversized shoulder pads and a sax-infused score. While some of it is dated, it’s still massively entertaining, and that’s due to Keaton’s performance. J.C., who is called the “Tiger Lady” by her yuppie peers, is introduced as a stereotypical “career” woman who is soon softened by her brush with motherhood, but Keaton doesn’t make her a superficial sap.
Being a mom plays to J.C.’s strengths as a woman who is often the smartest person in the room, and Keaton’s intelligent, sometimes prickly performance is always mesmerizing to watch. Her J.C. walked so others in the genre, like Meryl Streep’s Miranda Priestly two decades later, could run.
Anne Marie (Kate Bosworth) works as a hotel maid by day, but in her spare time, she trains with her best friend, Eden (Michelle Rodriguez), to be a competitive surfer. She’s good, but she can be even better if she can get over her PTSD from a surfing accident that happened years ago. A romance with a college football player, Matt (Matthew Davis), helps her gain enough confidence to enter an important surfing contest, the Pipeline Masters, but does Anne Marie have what it takes to win it all?
Blue Crush is a pretty straightforward sports movie, with the underdog facing overwhelming odds to make her rags-to-riches dream a reality. What makes Blue Crush stand out is its still-stunning cinematography, which puts you right with Anne Marie as she rides the waves. The movie was shot in Hawaii and features real-life surfers like Keala Kennelly, which gives it a surprising authenticity that really sells the dramatic stakes. On a more superficial level, it’s just great to look at and catnip for anyone looking for a 105-minute escape to a beach paradise.
One of the most underrated movies of the last decade is Game Night, a raucous comedy that was initially dismissed when it was released in 2018 but has since been slowly embraced by appreciative audiences through streaming.
Max and Annie Davis (Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams) are die-hard game enthusiasts who take their game nights seriously. During one Friday session with their friends, Max’s brother, Brooks (Kyle Chandler), proposes that they try a new live-action role-playing game. They reluctantly accept, but when Brooks is kidnapped for real, they still think it’s part of the game. Once they realize the stakes are real, Max, Annie and the rest of their pals must find a way to save Brooks or else it’s game over for all of them.
Game Night has a fun premise, and the talented cast makes the most of it. Bateman plays to his strengths as a sarcastic husband with a competitive streak, while McAdams shows the killer comic timing that made her so great the previous decade in Mean Girlsand The Family Stone. Best of all is Jesse Plemons as the Davis’ weirdo cop next-door neighbor, who gets to utter the now-immortal line, “How could that be profitable for Frito-Lay?”
Actor Julian McMahon has died ... this according to a report from Deadline. The actor passed away Wednesday after a battle with cancer his wife, Kelly, told the outlet. Kelly released a statement which read, in part, “Julian loved life. He loved…
