Alec Baldwin's Wife Hilaria Didn’t Understand Prenups — But Still Signed It

Hilaria Baldwin didn’t fully grasp what a prenup was before signing one with husband Alec Baldwin.

“After my first marriage I said, ‘Let’s have a prenup,'” Alec, 66, who was married to Kim Basinger from 1993 to 2002, recalled during the first episode of TLC’s reality series The Baldwins on Sunday, February 23.

Hilaria, 41, recalled not entirely understanding the concept at the time.

“I just don’t understand quite what a prenup is. Because you are like, ‘After a certain number of kids it is this.’ And I was like, ‘You know what? I will just sign it,'” she noted. “Which was probably very stupid of me back then.”

Hilaria continued: “Now, I would read it again. I just said, ‘I won’t sign it. I don’t really want to think about the end by the beginning.’ And then you were like, ‘I don’t want to do it either.'”

The Baldwins offered an unfiltered look at Alec and Hilaria’s dynamic more than a decade after they tied the knot. In addition to Alec and Hilaria, the TLC series stars their seven kids: Carmen Gabriela, 11, Rafael Thomas, 9, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 8, Romeo Alejandro David, 6, Eduardo “Edu” Pao Lucas, María Lucía Victoria, 4, and Ilaria Catalina Irena, 2. Alec also shares daughter Ireland, 29, with his Basinger, 71.

While the reality show might come as a surprise to some, a source previously told Us Weekly that the pair were considering a way to document their hectic lives.

“Alec and Hilaria may be pitching reality show ideas soon,” the insider said in November 2023 about how Alec and Hilaria would only move forward with a series if it were “the right fit that would authentically show who they are as a family.”

The plan was to have a show that felt authentic to the Baldwins.

Celebrity Couples Who Got Married With a Prenup — and the Ones Who Didn’t

“They genuinely love spending time together so it would have to be something that shows their personalities, everyday laughter and adventures. It would have to be something very real and show how they spend their time together,” the insider added. “Alec’s favorite thing is spending time with Hilaria and their kids, and anyone who’s around them knows they just love being together. They love the idea of a show where they can show people who they are and what matters most to them.”

That same month, Alec discussed how being a father changed his priorities. “With me, everything’s about my family,” he shared on Kelly Ripa’s “Let’s Talk Off Camera” podcast. “Once we had five and then six and then seven kids, I can’t go anywhere for any length of time.”

Alec discussed how traveling for work has become difficult because he would need “12 plane tickets” to accommodate his family. “Nannies, kids, my wife, I need, like, 11 [tickets],” he said. “They don’t even have 11 seats in the business class section of the plane.”

The Baldwins airs on TLC Sundays at 10 p.m. ET.

Timothée Chalamet became the youngest person to win best male actor for a leading role at the 2025 SAG Awards — and his bold speech made it clear he is just getting started.

“I was not expecting this at all, truly,” Chalamet, 29, said after winning for his performance as Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown. “I know the classiest thing would be to downplay the effort that went into this role and how much this means to me, but the truth is this was five and a half years of my life.”

Chalamet reflected on his commitment to the role, adding, “I poured everything I had into playing this incomparable artist. Mr. Bob Dylan. A true American hero. It was the honor of a lifetime playing him.

The actor, who thanked his mother and his fellow cast members, went on to address the hopes he had for his career.

“Lastly, I can’t downplay the significance of this award because it means the most to me. I know we’re in a subjective business,” Chalamet continued. “The truth is, I’m really in pursuit of greatness. I know people don’t usually talk like that. But, I want to be one of the greats. I’m inspired by the greats. I’m inspired by the greats here tonight.”

Chalamet mentioned several people whose performances touched him as an actor. “I’m as inspired by Daniel Day Lewis, Marlon Brando and Viola Davis as I am by Michael Jordan and Michael Phelps,” he concluded. “And I wanna be up there. I’m deeply grateful for that. This doesn’t signify that but it’s a little more fuel, a little more ammo to keep going.”

Chalamet beat out The Brutalist’s Adrien Brody, Queer’s Daniel Craig, Sing Sing’s Colman Domingo and Conclave’s Ralph Fiennes for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role. He and his costars were also up against the actors from Anora, Conclave, Emilia Pérez and Wicked for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture, which ultimately went to Conclave.

A Complete Unknown, which was released in December 2024, depicted Dylan, 83, from the beginning of his career in 1960s New York to his famous electric guitar performance of “Like a Rolling Stone” at the 1965 Newport Folk Festival.

Dylan weighed in on Chalamet’s performance, writing via X that same month, “There’s a movie about me opening soon called A Complete Unknown (what a title!). Timothee Chalamet is starring in the lead role. Timmy’s a brilliant actor so I’m sure he’s going to be completely believable as me. Or a younger me. Or some other me.”

He added: “The film’s taken from Elijah Wald’s Dylan Goes Electric – a book that came out in 2015. It’s a fantastic retelling of events from the early ‘60s that led up to the fiasco at Newport. After you’ve seen the movie read the book.”

Chalamet replied to the tweet by writing, “Floored. I am so grateful. Thank you Bob.”

Hulu's 'Only Murders in the Building' Wins All Nominations at SAG Awards

Only Murders in the Building won every category they were nominated for at the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The hit Hulu series walked away with two trophies on Sunday, February 23, after Martin Short‘s win for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series and a win in the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series category.

The Hulu series, which debuted in 2021, follows three unlikely friends — played by Selena Gomez, Steve Martin and Short, 74 — who form a friendship over their love of true crime. The group ends up solving various murder mysteries connected to their New York City apartment building, the Arconia, which has led to many celebrity cameos over the years.

Season 4 introduced the residents of the other side of the Arconia, a.k.a. the Westies, who were played by guest stars including Richard Kind and Kumail Nanjiani, the latter of whom praised the main cast for creating a friendly environment for newcomers.

“It is truly a no-hazing set. It is absolutely and completely supportive, generous and kind,” Nanjiani, 46, exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2024. “It’s just a very, very joyful set.”

Nanjiani credited the executive producers — and stars — of the show for the positivity, adding, “What we get to do should be joyful. It’s hard work, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be joy with it. And [they] really understand that. [Steve and Martin] have been doing it so long, I’m sure they’ve been on all kinds of sets and they’ve decided if they are on a set, everyone is going to feel safe and joyful. And that’s what they do.”

The fourth season finale, which aired in October 2024, had Mabel (Gomez), Oliver (Short) and Charles (Martin) solve the murder of Sazz (Jane Lynch). There wasn’t much time for them to celebrate, though, because hours later, Oliver was exchanging vows with Loretta (Meryl Streep) while Mabel and Charles were approached by a woman (Téa Leoni) who came into the building asking the trio to help her find her missing husband. They said no, and by the next morning, Lester (Teddy Coluca) was the next victim at the Arconia.

“It’s always one of those strange experiences with the finales of our seasons because we always have to start there first in many ways before we even begin episode 1. And we walk through all of the details and lay down everything that actually, in truth, happened,” creator John Hoffman told Decider in October 2024. “And then we back our way, twisting our way to the front of the season in many ways with that mystery story. So a lot of it is just a burst of truth at the end in funny ways and then crafting around that, you know, ways in which we haven’t done before, hopefully.”

SAG Awards 2025 Nominations: See the Full List

Hoffman also weighed in on the chances of another star-studded season, telling The Hollywood Reporter, “First of all, I’m still a SAG member, and so I want all of the best actors to be working for us, whether they’re brand-name faces or not. If I find a part that feels really right and fun for someone incredible that we get the chance to work with, who wants to do the show, then that’s a gift. So more will come.”

He added: “But I think this season, particularly season 4 was all, again, built around TV and Hollywood, so it was its own cavalcade of stars. That’s where I went this season, but it might not look exactly the same next season. But still, I hope we can land some beauties.”

'The Bear' Gets Shut Out at 2025 SAG Awards

The Bear walked away with zero wins at the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards.

The hit series was nominated in three categories on Sunday, February 23, including Jeremy Allen White for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series and Liza Colón-Zayas and Ayo Edebiri for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series. The entire cast also received a nomination for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

After debuting in 2022, The Bear has explored the food industry through the lens of a talented chef named Carmy (White), who returned to Chicago shortly after his older brother Mikey’s (Jon Bernthal) death to take over their family sandwich shop, The Beef. After closing the local spot, Carmy and the employees reinvented the restaurant into The Bear, which found success and failure in the most recent season.

While a fourth season hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, The Bear has had Us talking — especially when it comes to the highly debated idea of Carmy and Sydney exploring a romance. Some fans have shown their support for the fictional couple while several cast members remain divided on whether the platonic partners should turn their connection into something more.

“They got a lot of trauma on both sides. Like, if even that [was explored] — I don’t think that window is open,” Edebiri exclusively told Us Weekly in January 2023. “But if it were, there would need to be, like, two seasons where it’s just them doing therapy individually before that would even be an option.”

Edebiri clarified that she and White didn’t initially plan to explore their characters as a couple. “I think when we were making it, neither of us were thinking about that,” she added at the time. “It did feel really nice to get to do something that felt different. There aren’t that many platonic male [and] female relationships.”

Creator Christopher Storer also weighed in on the show’s decision to zero in on the coworkers. “We wanted to make something that was about friendship and a partnership,” he told Variety that same month. “It really is so funny that that is one of the things that people took away — of all the heavy s–t that’s going on in the show! It was interesting because Ayo and Jeremy, since they are our friends and are such wonderful people, I think there is this charisma that comes off both of them.”

Storer added: “From the beginning, it was like, ‘We should just show people being really good at their jobs and pushing each other.’ Selfishly, I hadn’t seen a show without a romantic plot and was like, ‘That could be kind of cool and interesting.’”

The Bear is streaming on Hulu.

Jamie Lee Curtis Calls Colin Farrell Out at SAG Awards for Giving Her COVID

Jamie Lee Curtis used Colin Farrell‘s win at the 2025 SAG Awards to playfully put him on blast for giving her COVID.

Curtis, 66, presented the trophy for Best Actor in a Limited Series for Farrell’s role in Max’s Penguin on Sunday, February 23, saying, “The man who [won] gave me COVID at the Golden Globes: Colin Farrell.” Farrell joked about Curtis’ revelation after joining her on stage at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles.

“[I am] guilty as charged. But Brendan Gleeson f–ing gave it to me!” Farrell, 48, quipped about his The Banshees of Inisherin costar. “So I was just spreading the love.”

Farrell’s win came after he was nominated alongside Javier Bardem for Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menéndez Story, Kevin Kline for Disclaimer, Andrew Scott for Ripley and Richard Gadd for Baby Reindeer.

The SAG Award was Farrell’s first after he took home a trophy at the Golden Globe for the titular role. Farrell also walked away with a win at the Critics’ Choice Awards, which awarded his costar Cristin Milioti as well.

Farrell was recently asked about joining the ranks of Heath Ledger and Joaquin Phoenix, who played DC villain Joker in The Dark Knight and Joker, respectively.

“You mentioned two actors who are, I think, for my money, two of the most extraordinarily talented and gifted and just brilliant artists in films that I’ve ever had the fortune to observe and be affected by,” he said in the press room last month. “What Heath did in Chris Nolan’s Dark Knight was extraordinary, and will live on for future generations. And what [Phoenix] did with the Joker was as exemplified by all the awards that he won, in the Oscars. It was extraordinary.”

While Farrell was called out for passing on COVID at a star-studded event, he isn’t the first. Steve Martin revealed earlier this month that Martin Short got COVID after appearing on Saturday Night Live’s 50th anniversary special.

Rami! J. Law! Kerry! How Stars Earned Their SAG Cards

“Maya [Rudolph] had Covid. Marty has Covid. I wonder why? The SNL 50th Covid curse is real,” Martin, 79, wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of Maya Rudolph and Short, 74, sharing a kiss backstage at SNL 50: The Anniversary Special in New York.

Short’s illness caused a delay in several stops on his and Martin’s Dukes of Funnytown Tour, which took place in Durham, North Carolina, and Knoxville, Tennessee. Short was also not in attendance at Sunday’s SAG Awards despite winning for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series.

“Unfortunately, we have to reschedule our sold out Durham and Knoxville dates to 10/17 Knoxville and 10/18 Durham,” Martin added. “So sorry for the inconvenience. I think we’ll be funnier then, anyway.”

A Look Back at the 'Jersey Shore' Cast's Dating Histories

When Jersey Shore premiered on MTV in 2009, viewers got to watch the personal lives of eight housemates from New Jersey — and many fans are still keeping up with the group.

Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro‘s on and off relationship quickly became a largestory line as they tried to make things work. Following many fights and splits, Giancola and Ortiz-Magro initially stayed together when the series wrapped in 2012.

Less than two years later, however, Ortiz-Magro confirmed that the pair split for good. “Me and Sammi aren’t together anymore,” he exclusively told Us Weekly in August 2014. “We just grew our separate ways. She’s still a great person. I love her as a person and I care about her but we went our separate ways. That’s it.”

Emily Blunt and John Krasinski's Relationship Timeline

Hollywood is full of enviable high-profile romances, but none can compare to the relationship between Emily Blunt and John Krasinski.

Blunt and Krasinski began dating in 2008 after meeting through a mutual pal. During a 2011 appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the Office alum revealed that it was love at first sight for him.

“It was one of those things where I wasn’t really looking for a relationship and I was thinking I’m going to take my time in L.A.,” he explained at the time. “Then I met her and I was so nervous. I was like, ‘Oh God, I think I’m going to fall in love with her.’ As I shook her hand I went, ‘I like you.’ It’s one of those things where as soon as you meet someone you kind of know.

The Devil Wears Prada actress has also gushed about how her now-husband has impacted her. “Meeting John really changed my life,” she told InStyle in 2013. “When I feel the support that I have from him, I feel invincible. There’s someone behind you on your good days and someone in front of you on your bad days.”

The couple were engaged by August 2009 and tied the knot in Italy the following summer. They welcomed daughter Hazel in 2014 and daughter Violet in 2016.

The pair met via a mutual friend at a restaurant in 2008. “It’s kind of a sad, lame story,” Blunt recalled on Late Night With Seth Meyers in 2018. “I was in a restaurant, he was in the restaurant. I was sitting with a mutual friend … and my friend Gray goes, 'Oh my god, that's my friend John,' and that was it. He was sitting with our friend Justin Theroux, and he abandoned Justin and came over to us. He just stood there and made me laugh. I kind of [knew right away.]"

After less than a year of dating, Krasinski proposed to the London native in Los Angeles. Though the Jack Ryan actor described the proposal as “casual,” it led to many tears from both the happy couple and their friends and family. "I was nervous and the whole nine yards,” Krasinski told Access Hollywood at the 2009 Emmy Awards.
“She did cry after. I cried and we cried and then everyone around us was crying. Then, I think people weren't really sure what was going on, but they were crying because we were crying. But it was great. At the end of the day she said yes which is great. It's a big part of this whole thing."

Krasinski held his wife and trophy close in the 24th Annual Critics’ Choice Awards’ pressroom. Earlier that night, he walked away with the award for Best Sci-Fi or Horror Movie for A Quiet Place and he paid tribute to Blunt in his acceptance speech. “I got to make a movie about a love story, and a love letter to my kids, and I got to do it with the love of my life by my side,” he said. “So, I’m pretty sure it doesn't get much better than that!”

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar U.K., Blunt opened up about how the couple wound up living together. “I’d just bought a place in London and was going to live there with my sister. I didn’t ever see it as a move to the U.S., but gradually more and more of my stuff just accumulated at his house, and then suddenly I was living in L.A.,” she explained. “I think it’s the best way to do it – just to sneak-attack them, rather than turn up with trunks.”

Krasinski joked about how the couple’s marriage was tested while shooting a particular scene for A Quiet Place Part II. “There’s a scene where I put her in a car and — if you saw it in the trailer—she’s driving up the street,” he explained on Live With Kelly & Ryan. “All that is completely, totally real.”
The IF director continued, “I realized as I was explaining to her all the things that are going to happen, like, ‘You’re gonna hit this pedestrian and then these cars are gonna cut you off. And then a bus is gonna come at you at 40 mph.’ That’s all happening to her. And I realized, ‘Oh, my God. I just put my marriage on the line. I might end my marriage in this shot.’”

Blunt supported Krasinski by appearing on an episode of his Some Good News YouTube series, where they surprised a young Hamilton fan with a virtual performance from the original cast.

During an appearance on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, Krasinski revealed that Blunt had to cut him off after he became “addicted” to popcorn during the COVID-19 quarantine.“My kids had microwave movie popcorn for something, and they loved it, and then just slowly the time started getting earlier and earlier. And at, like, 9 a.m. at breakfast, I was like, ‘Does anybody want popcorn?'” he said in May 2021. “And Emily was like, ‘You gotta cool it on the popcorn! You got to stop microwaving popcorn at 9 a.m.'”

Shortly after celebrating their 11th anniversary, Blunt shared her secret to long-lasting wedded bliss.
"Just love," the Jane Austen Book Club actress told E! News on July 16, 2021. "You've got to keep loving and loving, and just listening."

During an episode of iHeartMedia’s "River Cafe Table 4" podcast, Blunt revealed that she made Ina Garten’s famous “engagement chicken” recipe for her beau before they got engaged.
"I guess I just made something that I knew he would love … a roast chicken, who doesn't love roast chicken?" the Jungle Cruise actress explained. The recipe apparently has a great success rate of bringing couples down the aisle, as Garten noted in November 2017 how its “magical powers” also fared well for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

"I wouldn't be anywhere in my life without her," the Office alum told Parade. "On a daily basis, but certainly career-wise, as a dad, she pushes me to be better every single day at everything I do. I look forward to the next day cause I know it'll be better than the one before."

Which 'Nobody Wants This' Stars Are — and Aren't — Returning for Season 2

Nobody Wants This Who Is and Isnt Returning
Adam Rose/Netflix

The second season of Nobody Wants This is about to start filming after blowing up online — but is every fan favorite returning for more episodes of the show?

Nobody Wants This, which premiered in September 2024, centered on the unlikely relationship between an outspoken, agnostic woman Joanne (played by Kristen Bell) and an unconventional rabbi Noah (portrayed by Adam Brody). The Netflix series received praise from critics and fans alike for the intense onscreen chemistry displayed between the two leads.

“They just have, like, unreal chemistry. It’s crazy because they’re friends in real life. They don’t have that chemistry off camera,” series creator Erin Foster, who based the show off her own marriage, told TVLine at the time. “There’s no, like, sexual tension on set, and then the camera goes, and it’s like, ‘Holy s—!’ It’s really there.”

While season 1 ended up on a hopeful note for Joanne and Noah, it remains to be seen whether they can continue to weather various relationship challenges. Foster clarified that fans shouldn’t be worried about missing too much of Joanne and Noah’s timeline when the show returns.

Adam Brody Reveals When He Starts Filming Season 2 of 'Nobody Wants This'

“I think we’ll pick up mostly more or less where we left off,” Foster told The Hollywood Reporter in October 2024. “Not the same night, but the same moment of, ‘So, what now? How do we do this?’”

Foster noted that Netflix urged her not to move the story along too quickly in season 1, avoiding “manufactured time jumps” that wouldn’t let the audience “experience the minutiae of how a relationship unfolds.”

In addition to the show’s original cast, Nobody Wants This surprised viewers with some newcomers — including Brody’s real-life wife, Leighton Meester.

“He’s my favorite actor, and he’s my favorite person. So the two of those things just make for a wonderful day at work,” Meester told TVLine in February 2024 days before her casting was announced. “I get to be with my best friend, who I love and look up to. I always forget that I’m watching him when I am, and whenever I work with him, it feels very secondhand, and there’s so much love and trust. So I’m just grateful every time I get to be on set with him.”

Before returning to film season 2, Bell teased what fans can expect, telling Variety in December 2024, “We’ve added some delicious people to the mix, [new showrunners] Jenny Connor and Bruce Eric Kaplan, which is very exciting. Nothing has been completely decided yet, but the writers have been in it for about a month. The season is roughly boarded out and I’m very happy.”

She continued: “That’s one thing I really respect about Erin Foster, who created the show, and even the newcomers we’ve had this season come in. Their commitment seems to be, ‘We gave the people what they wanted.’ The second season, we’re not going to have Godzilla make an entrance. It’s not going to become an alien show. No evil twins.”

“I don’t care [what happens in season 2], as long as it’s clever and sweet and funny, you know what I mean?” Brody told Variety that same month. “I want it to be good, and that can take many forms. I’m not too invested in the twists and turns as long as they’re true and smart and fun to play.”

Morgan

Justine Lupe is returning as Joanne’s younger sister and podcast cohost in the next season of Nobody Wants This. Based on some new casting developments — more on that later — fans should expect Morgan’s love life to be at the center of season 2.

“Season 2 is a-coming,” Tohn, who was promoted to series regular for season 2, exclusively told Us Weekly in October 2024. “It’s so nuts and so exciting. I mean, you make a show, you have no idea who’s going to watch it or if anyone’s going to watch it.”

She added: “I think that Kristen and Adam are really charming. I think the writing is fabulous, and I do think it’s really an easy watch, obviously. I mean, my opinions are the opinions of the people who love it. I’m just like, ‘Oh, this is what I’m clocking.’ Everyone’s loving it, watching it multiple times … and I guess I’m hearing from a lot of people that rom-coms were gone.”

'Grosse Pointe Garden Society' Cast Didn't Know Who Their Characters Killed

Grosse Pointe Garden Society Cast
Ben Rappaport as Brett, Aja Naomi King as Catherine and AnnaSophia Robb as Alice Steve Swisher/NBC

NBC’s Grosse Pointe Garden Society revolves around a murder — but even the cast didn’t know the identity of the dead body their characters were burying.

During an exclusive interview with Us Weekly, Ben Rappaport previewed what viewers can expect from the series, which premieres on Sunday, February 23, saying, “It all starts with our showrunners, Jenna Bans and Bill Krebs. It is remarkable how they have woven this thing together. The rollercoaster ride they’ve taken us on is absolutely incredible. Every couple of weeks we get the new scripts and we read them and are like, ‘Oh my God, what happens next?’ And we’re just dying for the next one.”

Rappaport, 38, noted that the stars of the show were theorizing exactly like fans would be.

“But all four of us have our own very intricate story lines that branch off of this. It just keeps you guessing all along the way,” he explained. “I think that’s the thing that’s going to hook people is the addictive quality in every episode where you think you’re getting closer — but then maybe you’re not. There’s a lot of twists and turns.”

What to Know About NBC's Murder Mystery 'Grosse Pointe Garden Society'

The actor continued: “But also the tone of the show [is so different]. There’s a murder mystery at the center, but it is truly a lot of fun and there’s a ton of humor in it. So I think, tonally, it’s a very engaging and addictive watch.”

What to Know About Grosse Pointe Garden Society 027
Sally Montana/NBC

According to the synopsis, Grosse Pointe Garden Society follows four members of a suburban garden club “who find their lives intertwined by scandal, mischief and a shared secret — a murder no one wants to talk about.” As the dark truths “begin to rot their lives under the surface, they struggle to remain as perfect as the flowers blooming in their garden above.”

In addition to Rappaport, Grosse Pointe Garden Society stars Melissa Fumero, Aja Naomi King, AnnaSophia Robb, Matthew Davis, Alexander Hodge, Nancy Travis and Felix Wolfe. Despite bringing the main characters to life, no one knew where the show was going when they filmed season 1.

'Grosse Pointe Garden Society' Star-Studded Cast: Where You Know Them From

“As a cast, we just found out very recently that information [about who is killed], which of course we are sworn to secrecy about. But for a long time we did not know,” Rappaport revealed. “That’s part of what was so fun about the twists and turns. Just like the audience, they really kept us guessing. As an actor, that’s part of the reason I really enjoy doing TV. You play a character through a variety of different circumstances and journeys. I really enjoyed not knowing to be honest with you.”

Rappaport couldn’t share much about what is to come but can’t wait for others to join in on the adventure, adding, “Throughout the episodes, we go through different parallel timelines. We jump back and forth between timelines. So you’re like, ‘Wow, how did we end up here?’ Then throughout the season, those timelines begin to converge. The biggest difference between [my character] Brett in the future [and in the present] is he is very stressed out. Especially all four of us, you’ll see our most stressed-out versions of ourselves in the flash forwards and in the future scenes.”

Grosse Pointe Garden Society premieres on NBC Sunday, February 23, at 10 p.m. ET and new episodes are available to stream on Peacock the next day.

'Traitors' Season 3 Cast's Unfiltered Thoughts on Danielle Reyes' Behavior

'Traitors' Season 3 Cast's Unfiltered Thoughts on Danielle Reyes' Behavior
Euan Cherry/PEACOCK

It isn’t just Traitors viewers who are conflicted about Danielle Reyes‘ approach to the game — her season 3 costars are just as confused.

The latest installment of Peacock’s hit series got off to a strong start when Danielle, Bob the Drag Queen and Carolyn Wiger were chosen as Traitors, causing chaos behind the scenes. The situation went even further off the rails once Boston Rob Mariano was brought into the mix, which left everyone at odds.

Boston Rob and Bob the Drag Queen’s Traitor-on-Traitor fighting was tough to watch — but so was Danielle’s very emotional performance in the role of a Faithful. While some found Danielle’s concern that she could be killed off believable, many of her fellow contestants — and fans watching at home — felt she was giving herself away with her over-the-top behavior.

The drama got worse once it was just Danielle and Carolyn left as the last remaining Traitors. Their issues with each other — which stemmed from them both trying to banish the other one from the castle — reached a fever pitch with a heightened roundtable that left Carolyn in tears and Danielle literally shaking when her competitor was unmasked as a Traitor.

All Rules and Behind-the-Scenes Secrets You Didn’t Know About ‘The Traitors’

Despite the offscreen backlash, Danielle stood by her approach.

“That’s all performance and crazy acting,” she told People in February 2025. “I am a non-emotional person in my normal life to the point people think I’m heartless and cold. I’ve been told that. So I decided to cry. I thought I’d be more emotional. I would get emotional at stupid stuff. It’s so cringey. I laugh at myself because it is funny.”

Danielle knew that not everyone would support her gameplay, adding, “It seemed like, ‘What am I doing?’ ‘Oh, you’re an obvious Traitor because you’re not scared,’ but I did act scared. I made my hands shake, but I did put my name up eventually, but it was edited out. My point was to make it seem like I was a Faithful, that’s why I did that.”

She added: “If you listen to people who’ve been murdered and banished, they’re all surprised that I’m a Traitor. I mean, it’d be so boring if I wasn’t doing what I was doing. You don’t want Traitors hugging and singing ‘Kumbaya.’ You want to see the chaos, and that’s what we’re giving you guys.”

During a January 2025 episode of the Traitors aftershow, Ayan had nothing but praise for Danielle, whom she referred to as a “hot grandmother.”

“She has a nice ass for her age. Like it is super up there for a 52-year-old woman,” Ayan quipped. “Her ass made me think she wasn’t a Traitor.”

Chrishell Stause

After coming face to face with Danielle when she was murdered on the show, Chrishell was left unimpressed.

“They cut out the fact that Danielle swore on her grandkids. This is going to come out at the reunion. She knew it was going to be aired on the show and she said it multiple times while filming,” Chrishell said on the “Off the Vine” podcast in February 2025. “There [were] factual things she was doing where I was like, ‘This doesn’t add up.’ I was trying to bring these things up. Just think about facts and don’t go with feeling. If someone swears on whatever, don’t listen, just go on facts.”

The Selling Sunset star added: “Gamers [from Big Brother] take it differently. The ones I was talking to trying to get traction that aren’t gamers, take that in a different way. I feel like there’s a moral difference and they can take advantage of people like us that would think that you would never do that.”

Ciara Miller

“I was kind of disgusted that she was a Traitor,” the Summer House star exclusively told Us Weekly in February 2025 “I just didn’t respect her game-playing.”

Ciara also pointed to Danielle swearing on her family members. “There were some off-camera swearing on kids, grandkids or whatever, and I just didn’t feel like the stakes were that high,” she claimed. “Granted, I don’t play game shows for a living, so I don’t know, but it just felt ridiculous to me.”

At the time, Ciara also came for Danielle’s acting skills, saying, “The tears were a lot. And I’m like, ‘These people aren’t actually dead.’ And then come to find out [she’s a Traitor]? Like, bitch, you’re doing the killing.”

Before her banishment — at Danielle’s hands — aired, Carolyn addressed her fellow Traitor’s gameplay.

“I thought it was ridiculous,” she told People in February 2025. “I thought we may not be getting along in the turret, but I thought we were together. I was really loyal to her. That was the person I was working with. Come on, girl!”

Carolyn initially “felt close” with Danielle before she ended up feeling betrayed. She also said Danielle’s fake crying made her “uncomfortable.”

“I don’t believe that we need to emotionally manipulate people on The Traitors,” she added. “I don’t believe we need to swear on our family or our children. I don’t believe we need to cross those moral lines. I watched last season, and this is supposed to be fun. What is this bitch doing?”

Carolyn ultimately found it “hard to watch” the season back. “It was uncomfortable,” she concluded. “They need to cast more clueless-ass people because that’s fun to watch.”

After her exit, Carolyn shared a poem she wrote for Danielle, saying, “Imagine loving this show and being so excited to have fun and play this game and then you show up with your JCPenney hat wanting to play hard. I get it girl but we are not the same. They say that expectations will leave you frustrated and sad. I didn’t expect to be around constant shaking and crying. I guess that was my bad. You are not just a Traitor. You are keeping Visine in business too. I hope those Big Brother fans are proud of you.”

“Danielle is an absolute icon in the world of reality TV,” Bob the Drag Queen told People in February 2025 about his fellow Traitor. “I don’t think y’all reading at home know how much Danielle Reyes has changed the game of reality TV. You literally don’t know. They do reality differently because of her impact.”

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly in February 2025, Nikki weighed in on Danielle, saying, “The one that sticks out to me the most would be Danielle because when you are trying to act too much, fake cry, and when you look back at the shields. It’s so messy.”

“Watching the Traitors, I’m like, ‘OK, you all are a hot mess,’” Robyn exclusively shared with Us in January 2025 about every Traitor. “I actually messaged Carolyn last night. I’m like, ‘You all are a hot mess. Why did you murder me? But you’re a hot mess,’ and you can just see that it’s going to implode, but it’s very compelling television.”

Robyn noted that she thought Carolyn was going to go far “because she was so under the radar” compared to her costars.

The actor took it upon himself to give Us some pointers that could have helped Danielle’s performance, sharing, “She shouldn’t be shaking and she shouldn’t be crying. When you cry in acting, the best way to cry is when you actually stop yourself from crying. You kind of hide away. It’s a vulnerable moment, and she was not doing that. She was doing the opposite of that, which makes [her] a terrible actor.”

He added: “She was crying for attention and she was giving Traitor [vibes] throughout the whole season. It just wasn’t the right timing for us to get her, but she’s playing hard and she’s competitive and I give her that.”

Christopher Rich Thinks Brock and Reba Rekindled Their Romance After Finale

Brock and Reba didn’t end up together when the Reba sitcom came to an end — but Christopher Rich isn’t ruling out a reconciliation after the fact.

“That show has such a wonderful following that people will comment about it online, and there’s still a whole thing about Reba and Brock getting back together,” Rich, 71, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting his reunion with Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman on NBC’s Happy’s Place. “It kind of kills the show but that’s great credit to Reba and I.”

Rich has appreciated seeing the support for his and McEntire’s characters, adding, “The way we played them made people root for us to get back together as a couple. That’s pretty cool. It’s just so wonderful to work with [Reba and Melissa].”

While Rich doesn’t think Brock and Reba would have lasted, he could see them briefly getting back together. “There’s also a chance that Brock and Reba might have gotten back together for a brief period,” he noted. “That would be fun. It would investigate how exes sometimes reconnect for a brief time and then go, ‘Oh, I see why we divorced.'”

Which 'Reba' Sitcom Alums Have Appeared on Reba McEntire's 'Happy's Place'?

Reba, which aired from 2001 to 2007, followed a single mom (McEntire) who got a fresh start after her husband, Brock (Rich), left her for his pregnant dental hygienist, Barbra Jean (Peterman). Reba focused on raising her three kids — including her pregnant teen daughter (JoAnna Garcia Swisher) and her boyfriend (Steve Howey).

Before Rich weighed in with his theories, Peterman, 53, spoke to Us about where she thought each person — and couple — from the sitcom would be today.

“I think Barbra Jean and Brock would still be together. Van and Cheyenne would be. I think Reba would be either in a really committed relationship or married,” she shared in October 2024. “I honestly think Reba should absolutely have met the love of her life in her life.”

Rich hasn’t gotten the chance to reprise his role as Brock but NBC’s Happy’s Place paved the way for several Reba reunions. The onscreen collaboration was extra meaningful for Rich, who suffered a stroke six years prior.

‘Reba’ Cast: Where Are They Now?

“The crew made it feel like the old Reba set because we were having a blast. They had as much fun as I did, and that was really heartwarming for me. It felt like I was back home in a safe place,” he told Us. “I was really well taken care of. It was a blessing. I want to go back so badly.”

After Happy’s Place wrote his stroke into the script, Rich became more hopeful about revisiting Reba, saying, “Barbara Jean is not going to let Brock get too far away from her. So he’s going to be attached at the hip to Barbara Jean and complaining every step of the way probably. But I imagine if he was well, he’d still be out there playing golf.”

He continued: “That was an interesting thing about what would that be like for Brock to have had a stroke? Melissa had the funniest line. She said, ‘Well, if Brock and Barbara Jean ever get back together and he had the stroke, I can say it’s not so bad. He’s still a loving man. He always was. He doesn’t have any use of his left side — but to be honest — I never much liked what he did with his left hand anyway.'”

Happy’s Place airs on NBC Fridays at 8 p.m. ET.

Tom Schwartz Is Fine Just Making Cameos on ‘The Valley’ After 'VPR' Shakeup

Tom Schwartz Is Fine With Making Cameos on The Valley
NBC

Tom Schwartz is only making cameos on The Valley right now — and that’s how he prefers it.

“Time will tell. But they want to keep — this is my interpretation — The Valley pure,” Schwartz, 42, exclusively told Us Weekly at the L.A. Art Show Opening Night on Wednesday, February 19. “I think it is good the way it is.”

Schwartz said he will still make appearances every now and then, adding, “I am sure they will sprinkle me in at times. I just love the Bravo family so of course I would love to be a part of whatever world I fall into.”

Despite not playing a large role on screen, Schwartz is excited to watch the drama unfold.

‘Vanderpump Rules' Stars Who Left the Series: Where Are They Now?

“They might pepper a little Schwartz in here or there. We will see. What I do know just because they are my friends and I know what is going on, it is going to be a hell of a season,” he teased. “Obviously I wasn’t there all the time. But just from talking to my friends who were on the show, it is going to be a doozy.”

Tom Schwartz Is Fine With Making Cameos on The Valley
NBC

He continued: “It is going to be a hell of a season. Maybe one of the best second season debuts ever — from what I am hearing.”

In addition to Schwartz, Scheana Shay, Brock Davies and Lala Kent are also expected to appear on the Vanderpump Rules spinoff. Schwartz appeared on Vanderpump Rules since season 1 as Bravo fans saw his highs and lows over the years.

The Valley, which premiered in 2024, featured an appearance from Schwartz before Bravo confirmed Vanderpump Rules would be going through a cast overhaul for season 12. The network originally put the new Vanderpump Rules season on pause after the cast ended up at odds due to Tom Sandoval’s split from Ariana Madix following his affair with Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.

While the new cast list has yet to be announced, Schwartz is one of multiple stars who have opened up about being ready for a change.

Disney Channel! Lifetime! The ‘Pump Rules’ Cast’s Most Random Acting Gigs

“I’m at peace with it. I kind of knew [the announcement] was coming. But I don’t necessarily love the way [season 11] ended,” he shared with Us in December 2024, which was one month after his exit from Vanderpump Rules was announced. “It was a little heavy, a little toxic, a little fractured.”

Schwartz argued that there should have been “one more season” with him, Sandoval, Ariana, Lala, Katie Maloney, Scheana and James Kennedy before Bravo introduced a new group to take over.

“But I mean, the network made the right decision, I guess,” he continued. “And we got 11 seasons. That’s insane. I’m so grateful for that. So I have nothing to gripe or complain about. It was probably 11 of the best years of my life. I got to travel the world. And yeah, man, it was exhilarating.”

A Guide to 'VPR' Stars Appearing on Other Shows While Season 12 Is on Pause

Schwartz admitted he felt “nostalgic” and “sentimental” since news broke that he wasn’t coming back for season 12, adding, “I still talk to everyone — mostly everybody. Everyone’s thriving, everyone’s doing their thing.”

While Schwartz isn’t officially joining The Valley cast, his former VPR castmates are excited to share the screen with him again. (Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute and Brittany Cartwright became leads on The Valley after past stints on Vanderpump Rules.)

“Why not bring them in there and have them around once in awhile,” Jax, 45, told Us on Wednesday. “I don’t mind. They live in The Valley so it makes sense and they are our friends.”

Chris Rich's 'Happy's Place' Episode Had 'Reba' Nods — and a Cheating Joke

Reba Alum Chris Rich Post Stroke Health Battle in His Words
Christopher Rich, Melissa Peterman and Reba McEntire in ‘Reba.’ Everett Collection

Christopher Rich‘s debut on Happy’s Place came with several nods to his days playing Brock on Reba — including a cheating joke.

During the Friday, February 21, episode of Happy’s Place, Rich, 71, made a cameo as Maverick, which reunited him with Reba McEntire and Melissa Peterman two decades after they shared the screen on Reba. Rich’s debut included several Easter eggs that Rich found “so delightful” for the audience.

“I liked that they let me call [Reba’s character Bobbie] Red at one point. That’s what I called her on the show,” he exclusively told Us about Brock’s reference to Reba on the hit sitcom. “Frequently, those little things are magnificent. And Reba [the show] has such a wonderful following that people will comment about it online. It was just so wonderful to work with those two women. They took such good care of me and they were very, very protective.”

Rich’s return to acting had him playing a tattoo artist who immediately caught Gabby’s (Peterman) eye. Friday’s episode even included a line where Gabby asked Maverick whether he had a wife she could steal him away from. The significance? Peterman and Rich previously played a couple on Reba, who got together after Brock cheated on his wife Reba (McEntire).

Which 'Reba' Sitcom Alums Have Appeared on Reba McEntire's 'Happy's Place'?

The trio originally became household names when Reba aired from 2001 to 2007. The hit show followed a single mom who had to start over after her husband, Brock, left her for his dental hygienist, Barbra Jean (Peterman). Reba attempted to start fresh while raising her three kids — including her pregnant teen daughter (JoAnna Garcia Swisher) and her boyfriend (Steve Howey).

McEntire, 69, and Peterman, 53, reunited two decades later as costars on NBC’s Happy’s Place, which paved the way for them to reunite with Rich and Howey as well. Rich’s episode holds extra significance after he stepped away from acting for several years following a massive stroke.

“The crew made it feel like the old Reba set because we were having a blast. They had as much fun as I did and that was really heartwarming for me. It felt like I was back home in a safe place,” Rich shared with Us. “I was really well taken care of. It was a blessing. I want to go back so badly.”

In fact, Rich already has an idea for how he could return, adding, “I think that Maverick should come back because Gabby wants to have a baby. I make pretty children.” Rich doesn’t mind playing a new character alongside Peterman and McEntire — but the Reba nostalgia couldn’t be avoided.

‘Reba’ Cast: Where Are They Now?

“It was like coming out of the dark into the light. I almost didn’t leave the house at first when I had the stroke. I was so embarrassed and afraid people would look at me and go, ‘God, what happened to that guy?’ But you have to get over it and just let it breathe,” he noted. “That was an interesting thing about what would that be like for Brock to have had a stroke? Melissa had the funniest line. She said, ‘Well, if Brock and Barbra Jean ever get back together and he had the stroke, I can say it’s not so bad. He’s still a loving man. He always was. Rich is grateful he starred on a show that still has such a lasting impact.

“We started off with the intention of doing something real. Originally, it was just a divorce show. They didn’t even want Brock to be a regular character. He was just going to make an occasional appearance. But I lobbied as someone who came from a divorced family and had a divorce,” he continued. “I know what that’s like. There’s a lot of material there. Obviously, we found it and there’s a lot of material in that fractured family. It was very important to show what it was like for a divorced family to navigate the seas of life today.”

Scheana Shay Addresses Rumors She Was Ruining 'VPR' Scenes by Self-Producing

Scheana Shay has seen Katie Maloney‘s comments about a Vanderpump Rules costar who self-produced their story lines — but were they about her?

During the Friday, February 21, episode of her “Scheananigans” podcast, Scheana, 39, answered a fan question about Katie’s recent filming insight, saying, “The clip was sent to me many times and Katie had said there was a girl on the show who would spoil scenes by texting their boyfriend or husband or whatever was happening versus waiting for them to find out on camera.”

Scheana admitted she wasn’t sure whether Katie, 38, was discussing her or not.

“Aside from Katie, there’s only been two girls who had boyfriends who turned into husbands on the show and that was myself and Brittany [Cartwright]. I know both of us had been guilty of that in the past,” she noted. “So I’m honestly not sure which one of us she’s talking about. I do recall when Brittany first came on to the show, [there was a] learning curve [for her] to hold reactions for cameras and all that. When anyone’s new in this industry, it is tough.”

Vanderpump Rules' Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney's Ups and Downs

Despite assuming Katie meant Brittany, 35, Scheana recalled having a similar issue, adding, “You want to tell your person everything that just happened. But you know you have a scene tomorrow morning. So why repeat it and have to reenact it? You get used to it. But it is a learning curve.”

She continued: “I know that [Brittany] would text Jax [Taylor] and tell him stuff [we filmed]. And I’ve been guilty of that — especially during season 9 with Brock [Davies]. … At the same time, though, he was filming. So you got his reaction on camera. I knew he was filming with the guys so you were still getting the story line.”

Scheana Shay Reveals Whether She Was the VPR Costar Who Ruined Scenes by Self Producing Story Lines

Earlier this month, Katie put a former Vanderpump Rules costar on blast for ruining scenes.

“There’s one girl that really made a habit of that,” Katie claimed on the February 12 episode of the “Boyfriend Material” podcast. “We would be filming it. We would be talking about her boyfriend or husband or whatever at the time. She’s texting him and telling him everything that’s happening, which is fine if that’s normally what you do. This is a very strange and specific thing that we’re doing. That was always frustrating because you’re like, ‘Why would you do that?'”

Katie accused several unnamed costars of trying to control how they were portrayed.

Biggest 'Vanderpump Rules' Feuds Ever — and Where the Relationships Stand

“Some people on the show definitely were trying to self-produce a lot. That would be frustrating because why are you acting this way?” she continued. “You’re just trying to be as authentically yourself as possible when you see somebody else trying on a new personality. People think that they can sway an audience’s opinion. You are just so f—ed if you think that you can predict what an audience is gonna think or feel.”

She concluded: “But they would think that and they would just be like, ‘Well, I’m gonna be this [person] this season.’ You want to appeal to people more, but it never works. It blows up in people’s faces every single time.”

Vanderpump Rules fans quickly questioned if Katie meant Scheana, which she hasn’t confirmed or denied. Scheana, meanwhile, stood by her approach to filming the hit Bravo series before she was recast along with Katie before season 12.

Every Story Line — and Feud — That Happened Between 'VPR' Seasons 11 and 12

“That’s the tricky thing about being authentic on reality TV. You’re also trying to protect people in your life who you care about but you’re trying to do your job,” Scheana continued on Friday. “And sometimes people didn’t necessarily sign up for this. Sometimes they did or they’re not getting paid the same level.”

Scheana specifically pointed out the difference between her experience and everyone else’s.

“I’ve also never had a partner on the show who’s getting paid like Katie and Tom [Schwartz], Tom [Sandoval] and Ariana [Madix], Brittany and Jax, where it is both of their jobs,” she noted. “So it’s a bit of a different position to be in for myself. Now, moving forward, if Brock and I ever do another show, I do think we’ll be on the same playing field. But people bring things up on camera — and whether it’s true or not — once it’s said, it’s out there.”

Justin Hartley Gets Help From Newcomer Chris Lee During His 'Tracker' Debut

Tracker’s next action-packed episode shows Justin Hartley‘s Colter getting assistance from a surprising — yet familiar — ally.

In Us Weekly‘s exclusive clip from the Sunday, February 23, episode of the hit CBS series, Colter calls Bobby (Eric Graise) for some hacking help but that isn’t who picks up the phone. Instead, viewers are introduced to Bobby’s cousin Randy (Chris Lee).

“I remember you. You helped me with that case where you hacked into the police server,” Colter tells Randy, who adds, “Some of my best work. Bobby is dealing with some family stuff but he wanted to make sure he didn’t leave you hanging.”

Randy assures Colter that he is in good hands. “And for the record, I am the one who showed him how to jailbreak his phone so you are all good,” Randy says before getting distracted by some gummy bears on Bobby’s desk. “That was so good.”

'Tracker' Season 2 Trailer Shows Justin Hartley, Wife Sofia Pernas' Reunion

In response, Colter jokes that “those things will kill you,” to which Randy replies, “Not today and not tomorrow. But in the meantime, bring it on.”

The sneak peek offers some details about Colter’s case, which includes a man who “killed some folks and snatched a girl.” The official synopsis for the episode teased Colter’s search for a missing singer linked to a violent crime, leading him to a stoic survivalist who reminds him a lot of himself.

Lee’s appearance as Randy comes after Floriana Lima‘s season 2 arc wrapped up once Colter solved his white whale case. Viewers also had to say goodbye to Teddi after Robin Weigert didn’t return as a series regular for season 2. Weigert mostly shared the screen with Abby McEnany’s Velma as they helped Hartley’s character solve various missing cases.

Tracker follows survivalist Colter as he travels the country to help find missing people, track down information on criminal cases and more. The procedural aspect of the show has allowed Tracker to introduce some star-studded cameos from actors such as Jensen Ackles, Melissa Roxburgh and even Hartley’s wife, Sofia Pernas.

“We have a whole other season to shoot that we have to make better than season 1. So while we wanted all those story lines wrapped up, we also wanted those bows to sort of lead to other questions — bigger, deeper questions — about his past,” Hartley, 48, shared with Deadline in May 2024 about the season 2 vision. “So I think we did that in answering some of these questions that we had built up all year. I think we did a good job of making sure that the answers to those questions then lead to a bigger mystery, something that we can unpack in season 2.”

Tracker, which has already been renewed for a third season, also has some familiar faces behind the camera. Sunday’s episode once again reunited Hartley with his This Is Us costar Jon Huertas, who has directed multiple episodes of Tracker.

“There have been some conversations about me coming back to direct for sure. Justin has talked to me about being in front of the camera on the show at some point. But we’ll see,” Huertas, 55, exclusively told Us in April 2024. “I’m going to be directing a lot this year so it’s all about figuring out if I can fit an acting gig in there. We’ll see about the in front of the camera thing but I’ll definitely be back to direct a few episodes this year.”

Huertas was thrilled about spending time with Hartley, adding, “Because Justin and I had this history together, it was like we just fell in lockstep again from when I directed him on This Is Us [and] when we worked together in scenes as stepfather and stepson. We fell into that rhythm so naturally that it was easy. It made it really easy.”

Tracker airs on CBS Sundays at 8 p.m. ET. New episodes stream the next day on Paramount+.

Did Netflix's Gabby Petito Doc Reach Out to Brian Laundrie's Family Members?

Brian Laundrie‘s family has slammed the Netflix’s documentary about his involvement in Gabby Petito‘s murder — but were his loved ones contacted before the special was released?

“We did reach out to his family. It’s hard to open up about this [topic] for that side of the family. So we made best efforts to reach out to them,” American Murder: Gabby Petito filmmakers Julia Willoughby Nason and Michael Gasparro exclusively told Us Weekly about trying to get in contact with Brian’s parents.

Gasparro noted that they didn’t want to pressure Roberta Laundrie and Christopher Laundrie, adding, “We reached out to the family, to their lawyer and to Brian’s sister. But we respected the fact that they didn’t want to participate and that’s it.”

Roberta and Christopher’s attorney Steven Bertolino shared a statement after the doc was released on Tuesday, February 18.

Where Is Brian Laundrie's Family After Gabby Petito's Murder and His Death?

“One perspective depicted as the ‘truth’ as seen through their lens,” Bertolino said about American Murder: Gabby Petito. “Each side believes their perspective is correct. Hard to see through the lens of the other with all the noise and distrust.”

The lawyer did not specify which details from the documentary were allegedly inaccurate but clarified that “there were no contradictions” made by Roberta and Christopher. (Netflix and Stage 29 Productions have not publicly addressed the response from Roberta and Christopher.)

“The documentary contained many inaccuracies, incorrect juxtapositions of timelines, and misstatements and omissions of fact — perhaps deliberate to capture their ‘truth,’ perhaps due to simple error,” the statement continued. “We all know Brian took Gabby’s life and Brian then took his own as well. Let the parents of both Gabby and Brian mourn them in peace.”

American Murder: Gabby Petito explored Petito and Brian’s tumultuous relationship leading up to their infamous cross country trip. The engaged couple documented their 2021 getaway for Petito’s YouTube channel but she ultimately didn’t return home.

Brian was discovered at his parents’ home in September 2021 amid Petito’s disappearance. He was reported missing more than a week later after Petito was found dead. A high-profile search for Brian ended in October 2021 when his remains were found in Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park.

Based on entries from Brian’s journals, the FBI determined in January 2022 that he was responsible for Petito’s murder. Petito’s parents subsequently filed a civil lawsuit against Brian’s mother and father for allegedly knowing about Petito’s murder and the location of her deceased body.

A judge ruled in favor of Petito’s family in the wrongful death lawsuit in late 2022, awarding $3 million to Petito’s mother as the administrator of her daughter’s estate.

“Christopher and Roberta Laundrie and I participated in mediation with the Petito family and the civil lawsuit has now been resolved. The terms of the resolution are confidential, and we look forward to putting this matter behind us,” read a statement read from the Laundrie family’s attorney at the time.

The Petito family released their own statement in which they expressed that “all parties reluctantly agreed in order to avoid further legal expenses and prolonged personal conflict. Our hope is to close this chapter of our lives to allow us to move on and continue to honor the legacy of our beautiful daughter, Gabby.”

Petito’s mother, Nicole Schmidt, has since said she forgave Brian for her daughter’s death — but not Roberta.

“I speak for myself here when I say Brian, I forgive you,” Schmidt said at CrimeCon in May 2024. “I needed to release myself from the chains of anger and bitterness. And I refuse to let your despicable act define the rest of my life.”

Schmidt alleged that Brian’s parents were “complicit in his cowardly flight from justice” and said their actions “have added salt” to her wounds.

“As for you, Roberta — and I call you out individually because you are evidently the mastermind that shattered your family and mind with your evil ways — I see no empathy in your eyes, no remorse in your heart and no willingness to take responsibility for your actions,” Schmidt continued. “You are the dark. You are the sociopath that everyone fears. The one who appears so innocent and kind, but harbors darkness within your soul. You do not deserve forgiveness. You deserve to be forgotten and dehumanized. You epitomize pure evil.”

Christopher, for his part, denied any knowledge of Gabby’s whereabouts before her body was found.

“He needed help and to get an attorney,” Christopher recalled while speaking under oath for the civil lawsuit, according to WPTV and WFLA. “And I told him, ‘Yeah, I’ll help you. I’ll call Steven Bertolino, and just stay put.’ And then I asked him again, and he just said, ‘Just help me.’ And I said, ‘Yeah, I’m going to, so stay calm. Stay put.’ And he hung up.”

Grosse Pointe Garden Society brings color to murder mysteries with a fresh new approach.

With a garden serving as the backdrop for an intricate murder mystery, Grosse Pointe Garden Society is based on the affluent Detroit suburb of Grosse Pointe, Michigan, where four friends try to hide after finding themselves responsible for a shocking death. Melissa Fumero, Aja Naomi King, Ben Rappaport, AnnaSophia Robb, Matthew Davis, Alexander Hodge, Nancy Travis and Felix Wolfe make up the show’s cast.

“Throughout the episodes, we go through different parallel timelines. We jump back and forth between timelines,” Rappaport, who plays Brett, teased to Us Weekly in February 2025. “So you’re like, ‘Wow, how did we end up here?’ Then throughout the season, those timelines begin to converge.”

The actor praised creators Jenna Bans and Bill Krebs for bringing the series to life, adding, “It is remarkable how they have woven this thing together. The rollercoaster ride they’ve taken us on is absolutely incredible every day. Every couple of weeks, we would get the new scripts and react like, ‘Oh my God, what happens next?’ And we’re just dying for the next one.”

In the official trailer, which Us Weekly exclusively debuted in February 2025, an unlikely friend group tried to cover their tracks after killing someone.

Robb’s Alice set the scene for the crime in a voiceover. “People are like the flowers they plant. Some flowers are wild and without boundaries,” she noted. “We all may look perfect on the surface.”

More footage introduced a reason why each person could have killed someone. Alice realized that one of her students “threatened” her while Birdie questioned whether people in her life “hate” her. King’s character called her life a “mess” after cheating on her husband. While Rappaport questioned why his ex left him for another man.

“People always think they can get away with it,” Birdie added. “Maybe they shouldn’t.”

“One of the main through lines of this whole series is the secret,” Rappaport continued. “That’s the thing that binds this group together. First of all, it’s a fish out of water story where these are real-life people living these normal — maybe even mundane suburban lives — that get caught in this extraordinary circumstance.”

He added: “None of them have ever been through anything like this before. So this secret at the center of it is the thing that bonds them together in a really, really, really deep way. Anything that can throw a monkey wrench into that is going to cause high anxiety.”

Actors Who Want to Star in Taylor Sheridan's TV Universe

Taylor Sheridan has made Yellowstone fans out of many celebrities — some of whom are even interested in working with him.

Sheridan got his start as an actor before moving on to writing scripts for movies including Sicario, Hell or High Water and Wind River. His focus later shifted to the small screen, which is how Yellowstone was born. The hit series aired from 2018 to 2024 as viewers tuned in to keep tabs on the fictional Dutton family.

The prolific producer didn’t stop there, though. Sheridan expanded his universe with spinoffs such as 1883 and 1923 — in addition to original shows Landman, Mayor of Kingstown, Lioness and Tulsa King.

“Because Paramount trusts me and gives me the time to go shoot 10 to 14 days for a television episode, we can treat it like a movie, and it looks like a movie,” Sheridan told Deadline in January 2022. “We can take the time to rehearse it and light it and build these set pieces. And if I call them and say, ‘I need two helicopters in one day,’ they just go, ‘Alright.’”

Actors Who Keep Appearing in Taylor Sheridan's Shows: 'Yellowstone' and More

He added: “At the end of the day, to go to some of these locations where most people have never been, where you’re opening up a new world, and all of these places or characters in the story, to me, it’s fascinating.”

Sheridan’s commitment to authentic and gritty storytelling scored him major A-list actors who starred in his projects, from Kevin Costner and Harrison Ford to Billy Bob Thornton and Demi Moore.

But who else wants the chance to work with Sheridan? Blue Bloods alum Tom Selleck and Reba‘s Christopher Rich are just a few of the actors throwing their hats into the ring for future roles — keep scrolling for more examples of Sheridan’s celebrity fans.

“A good Western’s always on my list,” Selleck told Parade in December 2024 as Blue Bloods ended its 14-season run. “I miss that; I want to sit on a horse again.”

Selleck specifically showed support for pal Sam Elliott, saying, “Sam was great in [1883]. Sam’s always great. We go way, way back. I love him dearly. I’d love to work with Sam.”

Christopher Rich

“I’d like to get back and do some drama,” Rich told Us in February 2025 while reflecting on how his career has changed since suffering a “massive” stroke that left his entire left side paralyzed. “I’d really love to work with Taylor Sheridan. He builds characters. I would actually be great on Landman. I am from Texas. I’ve spent some time in Midland with the oil boys — and to have a damaged oil worker is nothing unusual at all.”

During season 4 of The Kardashians, which aired in September 2023, Kris Jenner recalled her boyfriend’s unexpected connection to Yellowstone.

“I am so excited to watch the next episode of Yellowstone,” she told Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian. “So they asked Corey to be on Yellowstone. And he said no. I told him to say no. I thought he was going to have a romantic relationship.”

Gamble noted that he would have said yes to the opportunity, adding, “If it wasn’t for you, I would be a Yellowstone star.”

Would Kat Graham Reunite With 'TVD' Costar Paul Wesley on His Vampire Show?

Paul Wesley is returning to his roots with a new vampire show — but would his former The Vampire Diaries costar Kat Graham be interested in making an appearance?

“I did not know this was happening. When did he do this?” Graham, 35, asked while speaking exclusively to Us Weekly at the 16th Annual AAFCA Awards on Wednesday, February 19.

Despite not having a full breakdown of Wesley’s new project, Graham didn’t rule out a reunion, adding, “I would return to the world of witches. They are getting tired of these vampires. I would definitely return to the world of witches.”

Graham wouldn’t mind returning to the supernatural realm — as long as it isn’t a rehashing of their time on The CW show. “I don’t know about the same situation, but I love a powerful Black girl with extra powers,” she added. “Give me a few of them women and we will talk.”

‘Vampire Diaries’ Cast: Where Are They Now?

The actress became a household name after playing teen witch Bonnie on The CW’s The Vampire Diaries, which ran from 2009 to 2017. Wesley, 42, for his part, brought the role of heartthrob and immortal vampire Stefan to life alongside Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder as Elena and Damon, respectively.

Deadline reported last month that Wesley is an executive producer on an untitled Fox comedy about a determined 25-year-old vampire who struggles with running the family business for his murderous and suffocating vampire parents while trying to chase his dream to become an actor. The series, which has yet to be officially picked up, is written by Unstable cocreator Victor Fresco and directed by The Rookie‘s Liz Friedlander.

While fans wait for more updates on Wesley’s passion project, Graham is celebrating her role in Tyler Perry‘s Duplicity.

“I’m trying not to give any spoilers. But it’s a thriller, and it really keeps you guessing. Nothing is as it seems,” she teased to Us on Wednesday. “What you think you’re watching, it just keeps you guessing. But it’s also grounded in the storytelling that we’ve seen based on situations that are happening in America.”

Projects That Reunited ‘The Vampire Diaries’ Cast, Crew After the Show Ended

Graham has been “dying to tell” everyone about her experience collaborating with Perry, saying, “I have idolized this man! I have his plays on DVD and I have been living in the Tyler Perry world as a fan very consistently. I feel like I have been a fan forever and it always felt like a far away dream that I get to work with him.”

She continued: “This is somebody who isn’t just an icon. He is somebody who created something out of his own mind. He was just able to conquer and do things that no one else has been able to do. So in a hundred years from now, people will be talking about this man. The fact that I’m not only a part of this film, but I am starring in it, on top of all this, it is mind-blowing to me.”

Matthew Broderick Jokes About Felicity Huffman's College Admissions Scandal

Matthew Broderick Jokes on Elsbeth About Felicity Huffman's College Admissions Scandal Involvement
CBS/Getty Images

CBS’ Elsbeth used Matthew Broderick‘s character as a setup for a joke about Felicity Huffman‘s involvement in the college admissions scandal.

During the Thursday, February 20, episode, Broderick, 62, played an educational consultant named Lawrence, who promises an Ivy League future to high-paying clients with help from an assistant — played by the actor’s real-life son James Wilkie Broderick.

“Schools are cracking down. They are trying to be more meritocratic. Gone are the days when a simple 10 million donation guaranteed you a spot freshman year,” Lawrence told parents about their child’s future in the opening scene. “In the current climate, outmatch educational consulting is a real bargain. You don’t want to start too late then panic senior year and end up sharing a prison cell with a Desperate Housewife.”

The shady line referenced Huffman’s role as Lynette on Desperate Housewives, which aired on ABC from 2004 to 2012. Huffman, 62, made headlines when she was arrested at gunpoint by FBI agents in 2019 for her involvement in the infamous college admissions scandal, which was dubbed Operation Varsity Blues.

College Admissions Scandal: Where Are They Now?

The actress paid $15,000 to falsify the results of her daughter Sophia’s SAT scores, and was one of 50 people charged for the crimes. Following her arrest, Huffman pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud. She served 11 days in prison in October 2019, paid a $30,000 fine and completed 250 hours of community service for her crimes.

Huffman’s husband, William H. Macy, with whom she shares daughters Sophia, now 24, and Georgia, now 22, was never charged in connection with the case. She broke her silence in December 2023 when she reflected on the “undying shame” she felt following her involvement in the scandal.

“It felt like I had to give my daughter a chance at a future,” Huffman told ABC-7 Eyewitness News about the drama. “And so it was sort of like my daughter’s future, which meant I had to break the law.”

Huffman thought she was a “bad mother” if she didn’t help her daughter, adding, “She was going, ‘Can we get ice cream afterwards? I’m scared about the test. What can we do that’s fun?’ And I kept thinking, ‘Turn around, just turn around.’ And to my undying shame, I didn’t.”

She continued: “I thought it was a hoax [when I was getting arrested]. I literally turned to one of the FBI people, in a flak jacket and a gun, and I went, ‘Is this a joke?’”

Ethan Slater Is Playing a Cop on Carrie Preston's CBS Show 'Elsbeth'

More recently, Huffman reflected on how her life has changed in the years since the drama. “It’s been hard. Sort of like your old life died and you died with it,” she explained to The Guardian in February 2024. “I’m lucky enough to have a family and love and means, so I had a place to land.”

Huffman expressed gratitude to her family for standing by her.

“I walk into the room with it. I did it. It’s black and white,” she said. “[But] as long as my kids are well and my husband is well, I feel like I’m well.”

Elsbeth airs on CBS Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET. New episodes stream the next day on Paramount+.
