Kylie Kelce has bled Philadelphia green long before she fell in love with now-retired Eagles center Jason Kelce.

“You might have heard a few stories about my intense fandom on [Jason’s ‘New Heights’] podcast, but I figured the playoffs is the perfect time to share with you all of the things that happen while watching an Eagles game in my house,” Kylie, 32, said during the Thursday, January 16, episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast. “Before I say anything, note I have a piece of wood to knock on throughout this segment — because that’s how superstitious I am.”

She added, “I can’t help but feel responsible if I say something that maybe can be considered a jinx [and so] when you hear knocking it’s because I have to.”

Kylie was born and raised in Philadelphia, eventually connecting with 37-year-old Jason on the dating app Tinder during her final year of college. She later said that she had no idea that he played for the Eagles when she swiped right. After getting married in 2018, they went on to welcome three daughters.

Before Jason retired in 2024, Kylie would attend every home game at “the Linc” — also known as the Lincoln Financial Field.

“We usually would not bring the girls [and] would usually keep them home, except for one game a year,” Kylie, who is currently pregnant with baby No. 4, continued. “They’re not really into it, so it didn’t make sense to drag them down there, have them in a place that was loud and overstimulating. We made that decision a while ago.”

Since Jason’s retirement, Kylie has primarily watched the Eagles via the TV in their living room.

“I am a ‘yell at the TV’ type,” she quipped. “The other day I got in a lot of trouble with [my second daughter] Ellie because I was yelling while the game was on. … The girls do usually hang out in the same room but don’t necessarily watch with me when I watch football.”

Kylie’s fandom reaches new heights whenever the Eagles are in the playoffs. (The team played a divisional round against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, January 19, vying for a slot in the NFC Championship later this month against the Washington Commanders.)

“Playoff Kylie is different from Regular Season Kylie because the superstitions take over the whole day,” the pregnant mother-of-three added. “From the start of the day to when the game is on, I will not check Twitter [and] I will avoid most social media. I will not post on a game day — and that [started] when Jason was still playing — and still now.”

Los Angeles Rams star Tyler Higbee has the sweetest sideline support in wife Malea Higbee.

“What a wild couple months it’s been. Watching this love of mine put so much work in and grow into someone better and stronger is special to me,” Malea wrote via Instagram in December 2024 as he recovered from a chest injury. “It’s been a process, but I respect and admire everything about him and his mental strength. Rami Malek claimed that he was once suspected of an alleged crime because authorities allegedly believed he “fit the description.”

“I got thrown on the bonnet of an [Los Angeles Police Department] cop car because someone had robbed a liquor store and stolen a woman’s bag,” the Oscar winner, 43, alleged in a Guardian profile published on Saturday, January 18. “They said the [thief] was of Latin descent and, ‘You fit the description.’”

He added, “I remember how hot that engine was, they must have been racing over there and it was almost burning my hands. My friend, who was Caucasian, was clever enough to go, ‘Actually, sir, he’s Egyptian. Not Latin.’ I remember laughing on the cop car, thinking, ‘OK, this is a very precarious situation. I may well be going to jail for something I’ve not done.’”

Malek is Egyptian-American, whose parents immigrated from Cairo before he was born. In the Guardian profile, Malek did not offer further details about the alleged police incident or when it seemingly occurred. The LAPD has not spoken out about the reported encounter. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.

Malek, meanwhile, has allegedly faced similar incidents of mistaken identity due to his background.

“It’s difficult enough traveling. Don’t make it harder,” he told the British outlet. “I started to think, ‘What is happening?’ every time I tried to enter a country. These days, there might be a moment. Then they’ll go, ‘Nah, that’s the guy from Bohemian Rhapsody. Let him through.’”

Malek, who won an Oscar for his role in Bohemian Rhapsody as Queen frontman Freddie Mercury, grew up in L.A. with his parents and twin brother Sami. Their Middle Eastern heritage was always apparent to the siblings.

“I don’t know how you ever get over that. She’d say, ‘I’m going to give my kids every opportunity possible,’” Malek said. “I would hear stories about her being pregnant with my brother and me, and taking three buses — three different buses — to get to work and back.”

Olympian Ilona Maher is nursing a brutal injury following a violent collision in a recent Bristol Bears rugby match.

Maher, 28, shared an update via Instagram on Saturday, January 18, writing, “When people keep asking me if I’m OK but I just broke my nose.”

Should the Chiefs make it to and win the Super Bowl, they will become the first NFL team to earn three consecutive Lombardi Trophies. Kelce, for his part, isn’t thinking too far into the future just yet.

I didn’t know if I had a single friend on the show.”

The Bravo personality added, “It’s very overwhelming for me, because I look at where I am today, after a year, and I thought I was in a hole that I could not get out of, and it’s possible because I am, probably, in one of the best places that I’ve ever been. I’m so grateful to those close to me that have supported me and the fans that have supported me.”

“If I were still living in Los Angeles, I would have been living in Pacific Palisades, and every friend that I have there lost their homes,” Shannon, who wore an Oscar de la Renta dress, told Us. “When I was on a flight to New York, Katie texted me and said, ‘Would you be interested in doing a fundraiser for everything that’s going on in LA?’ and I said,’ Absolutely.’ It’s been a week of planning, but I think we had a successful turnout tonight.”

Shannon and Katie, 40, wanted to host the gathering at a “community-type venue” after being heartbroken by all the destruction in the area. (Thousands of acres have been destroyed in the blaze, and more than 25 individuals have died.)

“Everyone I think needs to be a little bit more prepared, but I’m just devastated for all the people in not only Pacific Palisades but I know people who lost their homes in Pasadena and Altadena,” Shannon said. “People need money, and so that’s what we wanted to try and do tonight.”

Diddy, who previously went by the nickname Puff Diddy and later P. Diddy, was indicted by a grand jury in September 2024 shortly before he was arrested on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. A 14-page indictment — which cited Diddy’s infamous parties, nicknamed “Freak-Offs” — claimed that Diddy “abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him” for decades.

Diddy, 55, has repeatedly denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty to the charges.

In his SNL monologue, Chappelle further said that Diddy “is in an enormous amount of trouble.”

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like this,” Chappelle said. “They got this guy in a Rico [case] by himself. My friends ask me, ‘Dave, did you know anything about those freak-off parties?’ I’d be like, ‘Nah, man. I don’t know anything about the freak-off.’”

Chappelle then alluded to the possibility that his unnamed acquaintances had previously attended Diddy’s infamous gatherings.

“They’d be like, ‘Well, how are these people who [you] know was at that freak-off, but you’re the only one that wasn’t?’ I thought about it for a minute and I said, ‘Oh, my God, I’m ugly.’ Boy, that’s a tough way to find that out. Can you imagine if you were me reading a newspaper and found out everyone in Hollywood had an orgy behind your back?”

Chappell, however, was ultimately relieved he was never invited to one of Diddy’s parties given the ongoing scandal.

“I’m glad they didn’t call me, though, because the stories that are coming out about it are crazy,” he said. “Clearly, I have snitch energy.”

Diddy is currently incarcerated in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center until his trial, which is scheduled to begin later this year. A judge denied him bail on four separate appeals.

Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Justin Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman fired back at Blake Lively’s response to the director’s $400 million lawsuit.

“After my clients filed a comprehensive lawsuit packed with almost 200 pages of undeniable facts and documentary evidence which crushed their false allegations of a smear campaign by providing doctored communications to The New York Times, Blake and her legal team have just one heinous pivot left, and that is to double down on the revoltingly false sexual allegations against Mr. Baldoni,” Freedman told Deadline in a Saturday, January 18, statement.

Baldoni, 40, sued Lively, 37, earlier this week, seeking $400 million in damages. In the filing obtained by Us, Baldoni’s legal team claimed that Lively was “determined to make Baldoni the real-life villain in her story” to conceal her alleged “tone-deaf” promotion of their film It Ends With Us.

Baldoni directed and starred in the 2024 adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s novel about an abusive relationship. Lively portrayed protagonist Lily Bloom on screen and also served as an executive producer. Baldoni played Lily’s husband, Ryle Kincaid.

This malicious attack on private individuals by Ms. Lively and her team in which they chose to spoon-feed The New York Times with doctored, out of context and edited text messages in an effort to paint herself as a victim set off a chain of events that has been harmful beyond measure.”

The message continued, “To be clear, Ms. Lively and her team initiated this smear campaign in the media for the sole intention of gaining undeserved public sympathy for her own missteps. Over the last month we have received death threats, abhorrent abuse and vile anti-semitic slurs hurled at us due to her decision to use us as scapegoats for her own choices promoting her film in which she made millions of dollars. With this filing, we lift our own curtain of what happens when the entitled weaponize power, fear and money to destroy, intimidate and bully those who get in their way.”

Baldoni, meanwhile, has been staying focused on his family in light of the situation.

“We’re grateful to be with the family, man,” he told photographers at Los Angeles International Airport on Friday, January 17. “We have amazing friends and family and faith.”

“Anybody can get beat in the playoffs if you don’t come in with the right mentality and the right mindset dating back to training camp and throughout the season,” Kelce added ahead of Saturday’s game. “We have such a veteran team. We have so many leaders in so many different ways. Guys step up and guys just understand the task at hand.”

Jason Kelce’s headlining late-night talk show is truly a family affair.

“The show, obviously, needs its own mascot,” Kelce, 37, said during the Saturday, January 18, episode of ESPN’s They Call It Late Night. “We went out to get the perfect design team for the job.”

In a prerecorded segment, Jason and wife Kylie Kelce — the official They Call It Late Night announcer — asked their children to come up with a mascot. Jason and Kylie, 32, share daughters Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 3, and Bennett, 23 months. (Kylie is also currently pregnant with baby No. 4, another girl.)

Before the littlest Kelces could get to work crafting their ideas, Jason tested them on their knowledge.

“Do you know what a mascot is? Who’s the Eagles’ mascot?” he asked, to which Ellie correctly identified Swoop. (Jason played center for the Philadelphia Eagles throughout his entire NFL career before retiring in March 2024.)

“We need to make our own version of a Swoop,” Jason said. “And I thought it’d be fun if we all designed it together.”

Wyatt, Ellie and Bennett then went to work coloring in potential mascots — complete with “something to drink” in its hand.

“I think we have a mascot, girlies,” Jason later said. “We have Wyatt’s face, Ellie’s body and then we have the ‘pizza hand’ you drew over here [and] ‘chicken legs.’ This is our mascot.”

Wyatt and Ellie had opted to name their mascot “Dragon McFart-Fart Butt-Butt.”

“OK, sounds like he’s Irish?” Jason quipped in response, later bringing the complete drawing into the ESPN studio.

Speaking to the live audience, he gushed that the girls “nailed” the artistic task.

“I think Ellie was going for the face as well, but she got a body,” Jason mentioned. “I don’t really know how [Kylie] got Bennie to draw anything. I’ve never gotten Bennie to draw something.”

According to Kylie, Bennett had contributed an “accidental scribble” that turned out to resemble legs. The drawing was the inspiration for a mascot costume that one of Jason’s colleagues donned for the rest of the broadcast.

“Hello, I’m Dragon McFart-Fart Butt-Butt. It’s so fun to be here,” the mascot bellowed to Jason and Kylie’s respective amusement. “Thanks so much for making me girls.”

Jason, meanwhile, was in awe that his kids “f—ing nailed” the design.

“Well done! I don’t even know what to say,” he further mused. “It’s so good. … I just love this thing so much. It turned out incredibly perfect. I wish we had it forever, it’s a shame we only have it for two more weeks.”

Kelce’s They Call It Late Night airs Saturdays at 1 a.m. ET during the NFL playoffs, which wrap in February with the 2025 Super Bowl.
