Justin Baldoni’s Lawyer Previously Sued Him Over ‘Five Feet Apart’ Script

Before representing Justin Baldoni in his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively, attorney Bryan Freedman found himself involved in a separate case involving the actor.

According to newly surfaced court documents viewed by Us Weekly, Freedman previously represented a person with cystic fibrosis who sued Baldoni, 40, for alleged copyright infringement and breach of contract.

Freedman’s client, Travis Flores, sued Baldoni and other defendants in September 2021 claiming the actor’s 2019 directorial debut, Five Feet Apart, ripped off Flores’ own tear-jerking romance script titled Three Feet Distance.

“Flores kept his screenplay from Baldoni both because Flores had a policy of keeping his work confidential and because Baldoni was working on the feature film project that Flores viewed as competitive,” court documents stated. “Unbeknownst to Flores, however, Baldoni already had a different source to provide him with information about Three Feet Distance. As it turned out, Baldoni’s film — which became titled Five Feet Apart — would copy numerous elements of Three Feet Distance.”

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's Reported 'It Ends With Us' Drama Explained

In March 2022, Bloomberg Law reported that a copyright infringement lawsuit over Five Feet Apart was dismissed by a federal court in Los Angeles.

Us Weekly has reached out to Freedman for comment.

Five Feet Apart, starring Haley Lu Richardson and Cole Sprouse, explores a love story and the real pain and struggle of cystic fibrosis.

The 2019 film, which reportedly earned $92 million on a $7 million budget, was dedicated to YouTuber Claire Wineland, another individual with cystic fibrosis who left Baldoni inspired.

“I hired her as a consultant and she unfortunately passed away just before I could show her my director’s cut,” Baldoni told The Hollywood Reporter in 2019. “It’s something I’m still dealing with.”

More than five years after Five Feet Apart was released, Baldoni now finds himself in another legal situation with one of his It Ends With Us costars.

In December 2024, the New York Times broke the news that Lively sued Baldoni for sexual harassment and for allegedly launching a “social manipulation” campaign against her to “destroy” her reputation.

Baldoni has denied the allegations via Freedman, who called Lively’s accusations “completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious” in a statement to Us last month.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s Alleged Feud and Lawsuits Explained

The Jane the Virgin actor has since sued the New York Times for libel and false light invasion of privacy. (A New York Times spokesperson stood by the story saying it was “meticulously and responsibly reported.”)

Baldoni and his legal team also sued Lively for $400 million in damages and accused the actress of being “determined to make Baldoni the real-life villain in her story.”

Lively’s team responded to the suit, saying, “It does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively’s complaint, and it will fail.” The actress has denied all of Baldoni’s allegations.

Brynn Whitfield is ready to reflect on The Real Housewives of New York City’s dark season 15 finale.

During the Tuesday, January 21, episode, fans watched the cast end their Puerto Rico vacation with a massive fight between Brynn, 39, and costar Ubah Hassan.

Brynn was originally upset that Ubah, 41, accused her of sleeping with someone to get hired on the Bravo reality show. The claim hurt even more after Brynn said she privately revealed to Ubah that she had been sexually assaulted.

Ubah immediately denied knowing about Brynn’s experience, leaving the cast trying to separate both parties on their last night of vacation.

A History of Real Housewives Skipping the Reunion — and the Consequences

While the ladies will come together for a two-part reunion show, kicking off Tuesday, January 28, Brynn is already speaking out in a brand-new interview with Rolling Stone.

The Real Housewives of New York City airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET, with old episodes streaming on Peacock. Keep reading to see everything we learned about the shocking season:

During the January 22 episode of RHONY, Brynn told her costars that it’s possible Ubah didn’t “clock it,” in regards to hearing her sexual assault revelation.

In her latest interview, however, Brynn assured fans that she revealed personal details to her costar.

“It’s not right to assume that everyone remembers everything that you say all the time and then hold them accountable for that,” Brynn explained to the publication. “I know for a fact that I said it, but when someone’s screaming into the phone, the other person might not necessarily hear them. … I know what I said and I know that I did say it.”

Brynn Whitfield Reacts to Her Costars’ Support for Ubah Hassan

When watching the finale, Brynn was surprised to see her cast accusing her of intentionally lying.

“That was shocking,” she shared. “You’re telling me that in the three minutes from when I’m called horrible names [by Ubah] and I’m obviously upset that I somehow devised a plan? It’s disgusting that I’m talking about two things that I would hope that no woman or person would have to experience — suicide and sexual assault — and everyone’s like, ‘Brynn, we feel taken advantage of.’ Maybe don’t use those words to describe the situation. I just feel like I wasn’t shown much [respect].”

Why Brynn Whitfield Shared Her Sexual Assault Experience

Before heading to Puerto Rico, Brynn sat down with her brother, Daris, in Central Park to open up about how her past sexual assault has prevented her from being focused more on dating.

“I filmed with my brother and I shared the connection between that and why I’m kind of dodging dating, and why I make jokes about only dating billionaires,” she told RS. “I thought sharing was going to help me feel better.”

Where Does Brynn Whitfield Stand With the Cast Today?

While viewers will have to watch the two-part reunion to see how Brynn interacts with her costars, the marketing consultant believes she’s in a good place with some of the ladies including Jenna Lyons, Raquel Chevremont and Erin Lichy. (Erin, however, said via Instagram she hasn’t seen or spoken to Brynn in “months.”)

Brynn’s friendships with Sai De Silva, Jessel Taank and Ubah also need some work. “With Ubah, I think what’s done is done,” she said. “I feel like we will get back. But it takes time to repair.”

Will Brynn Whitfield Return to ‘RHONY’ After Season 15?

Although no decisions have been made about season 16, Brynn said she won’t know anything official until a month before filming begins again.

“You don’t know if you’re renewed, you don’t know who comes back or any of these things,” she said. “But I feel like with this show, it’s not our show or my show. It’s a little bit of the women who came before us and whoever comes after us.”

A source close to the couple also shared with Us that Alba plans to file for divorce “soon.” The recent Los Angeles Fires, however, have slowed the process down.

“Cash has been slowly moving things out of their house but since the fires, they have been spending more time under one roof as a family,” the source explained. “They are being there for each other right now.”

Brandon Sklener and Meghann Fahy’s latest movie proves first dates can truly be a nightmare.

On Wednesday, January 22, Universal Pictures and Blumhouse debuted the first trailer for the highly anticipated thriller, Drop.

The film tells the story of a widowed mother named Violet (Fahy) who embarks on her first date in years with Henry (Sklenar).

While she is relieved to learn that her date is more charming and handsome than she initially expected, their chemistry takes a backseat when Violet begins to receive terrorizing, anonymous messages on her phone.

What 'It Ends With Us' Cast Has Said About Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni

“Check your home security cameras,” one message reads. Another adds, “If you tell your date, your son dies.”

Violet quickly learns that she must do exactly as directed or everyone she loves will die. As an added twist, her unseen tormentor’s final directive is to kill Henry.

“First dates are nerve-wracking enough,” Universal Pictures shared in the film’s synopsis. “Going on a first date while an unnamed, unseen troll pings you personal memes that escalate from annoying to homicidal? Blood-chilling.”

Drop is directed by Christopher Landon, who previously wrote and directed the Happy Death Day movies and the 2020 slasher Freaky. Filmmaker Michael Bay is also listed among the movie’s producers.

The project comes as Fahy’s stardom continues to rise, thanks in no small part to her performances in The White Lotus and The Perfect Couple.

As for Sklenar, he won over the hearts of moviegoers when he starred in the 2024 adaptation of Colleen Hoover‘s It Ends With Us.

In the film, Blake Lively’s character, Lily, escapes an abusive relationship with Ryle, played by Justin Baldoni, with help from her old flame Atlas, portrayed by Sklenar.

The movie ultimately began to make headlines for its drama off screen, too.

While Lively and Baldoni continue to navigate a very public, ongoing legal battle, Sklenar has decided to publicly support one of his costars.

The actor — who also appeared in Paramount+ Yellowstone prequel series 1923 — reposted a New York Times article that broke the news of Lively’s allegations against Baldoni via his Instagram Story in December 2024. (Baldoni has denied all allegations against him.)

He titled the link to the story, “For the Love of God Read This.” Sklenar also tagged Lively in the post alongside a single red heart emoji.

Baldoni has since sued Lively for $400 million in damages and accused the actress of being “determined to make Baldoni the real-life villain in her story.”

Lively’s team responded to the suit saying “it does not refute the evidence in Ms. Lively’s complaint, and it will fail.” The actress has denied all of Baldoni’s allegations.

OSU Coach Ryan Day’s Son Didn’t Leave Home for Weeks After Michigan Loss

The Ohio State University football coach Ryan Day and his family went through it after the Buckeyes’ brutal loss to Michigan.

“We had security at our house,” Ryan’s son, R.J. Day, shared with The Athletic in an interview published Tuesday, January 21. “School was really bad. I didn’t really leave the house much ’til after the Tennessee game [three weeks later]. It was rough, but you’ve gotta hang on in those rough times because eventually things will turn back around again.”

In November 2024, Ohio State lost to arch-rival Michigan for the fourth consecutive time. Ryan, 45, — who also shares daughters Grace and Nia with wife Nina Day — and his family received threats that led to around-the-clock police protection.

Two days ago, however, Ohio State redeemed themselves when they won the National Title after beating Notre Dame in the College Football Playoff National Championship.

Notre Dame’s Marcus Freeman Takes Blame for Loss: ‘Falls On My Shoulders’

“I’ve learned lessons this last month that I will use [for] the rest of my life,” R.J. explained. “I’ve learned so much about the integrity of people and about getting up and working every day.”

While Ryan’s father-in-law, Stan Spirou, had his own experience dealing with upset fans — he’s the former basketball coach at New Hampshire University — he couldn’t believe what he witnessed after Ohio State lost to Michigan.

Through it all, he praised Ryan’s wife, Nina, for remaining strong for the family.

“She knows the up and downs, but she’d never experienced what they had to go through in the last month and a half,” he explained. “Certainly, I had my share of setbacks, but it got personal there for a while [for the Days]. That had a tremendous impact on the immediate family and the kids.”

R.J., who is a high school sophomore, also praised his mom calling her “unbelievable.”

“She has moved, like, nine or 10 times by herself while my dad would be ahead working already in that other state,” he shared. “We call her the rock of the family.”

As Ohio State fans continue to celebrate a major victory, Nina hopes her kids take away a valuable lesson after the heartbreaking loss that occurred less than two months ago.

“No matter what happens we still have each other,” she said. “We just stuck together. The biggest thing is you learn to fail but you’ve got to get back up. That’s the biggest thing they’ve learned through this whole thing: Everyone fails, but you’ve got to get back up and keep swinging.”

Denise Fuoco told the outlet she was able to speak with her daughter on the phone and confirmed she was not injured.

Fuoco alleged that someone stole her daughter’s handbag and all of her IDs. The family’s priority is to now get DiDonato back home to Florida.

Original story below:

Mob Wives alum Natalie DiDonato has been reported missing in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to Us Weekly on Tuesday, January 21, that a missing person report has been filed for the reality star. TMZ was the first to report the news.

According to the outlet, the TV personality missed two separate flights — including a January 5 plane ride home to Florida — sparking concern among DiDonato’s family members.

DiDonato’s mother, Denise Fuoco, last spoke to the South Florida resident on Tuesday, January 14, during a FaceTime call.

Fuoco told TMZ the conversation was brief — DiDonato allegedly rushed to end the phone call without clarifying where she was.

After failing to get in contact with her daughter over the next few days, Fuoco contacted police.

According to Fuoco, the last update she received was from a friend of DiDonato’s named Ben, who alleged the Mob Wives star was in Las Vegas. Ben claimed the reality TV star asked for money in order to obtain a plane ticket to Florida.

Fuoco told TMZ Ben purchased a ticket for DiDonato, but she never made the flight to Florida.

Us Weekly has reached out to DiDonato’s team for additional comment.

In her last social media post before her reported disappearance, DiDonato reflected on her mindset as 2024 came to an end.

“Not bad for 44 🥰 I love me some me,” she wrote via Instagram in December 2024. “44 sitting on 24’s still. 😫😂😂😂 (it’s not my bday…I’m just feelin myself, dropped 10 lbs…hit that goal weight) 🎯💪 .”

In her post, DiDonato said she couldn’t “believe I made it this far.”

“Getting older is a blessing,” she added. “I’m embracing my age because to me it’s a badge of honor to have made it to 44.”

In another post, DiDonato documented her experience at a gun range. “If you stay ready…you never have to get ready,” she shared via Instagram in June 2024. “(It’s been awhile…not so bad for it’s being some time, practice makes perfect) #newtoys.”

Fans were first introduced to DiDonato when she appeared on season 5 of Mob Wives. VH1 described the cast member as a real estate agent and DJ manager who is a self-admitted “phenomenal cook.”

During the show, DiDonato feuded with Natalie Guercio after accusing her of being a “rat.” She also questioned Drita D’Avanzo’s integrity in a particularly memorable clip.

“I like her. I think she’s a cool chick,” she said in a confessional. “I just want to know what the f— is going on in her mind.”

Jonathan Lipnicki never lost the acting bug as he grew up in and out of the spotlight.

“Really, it was kind of just going to high school,” Lipnicki, 34, shared with E! News in an interview published Tuesday, January 21. “I wasn’t, like, ‘I’m stepping away.’ I still had my agent, I’d audition here and there.”

The actor was a child when he rose to fame in Stuart Little and Jerry Maguire in the ‘90s. Although he admits to not acting much in the late 2000s, it wasn’t because of a lack of effort.

“I auditioned for a lot and I just didn’t get things. I think that’s OK to say, right?” he shared. “Acting is this thing that I’ve always loved, and sometimes it just doesn’t love you back. There was a span where I didn’t work for a while and I was pursuing it.”

Stars Who Left Hollywood Behind: Cameron Diaz, Michael Schoeffling and More

Lipnicki said he continued participating in acting classes and tried his best to “be in tune with who” he was.

“There was just a portion where maybe I just wasn’t very good, and I’m OK saying that,” he explained in his latest interview. “Maybe it’s a me thing, and I’m more than willing to work on myself all the time and take accountability and control for what I can control.”

Later this month, Lipnicki will appear on the small screen playing a fictionalized, over-the-top version of himself on The Joe Schmo Show.

Hosted by Cat Deeley, the show features a new cast of improv characters who help play out a fake reality competition scenario centered around an everyday guy.

Win or lose, Lipnicki said he’s always finding the positive in an industry that isn’t always predictable.

“I got to find out from a young age what I wanted to spend the rest of my life pursuing, so I can never be mad at it,” he shared more than 25 years after playing Renée Zellweger‘s son in Jerry Maguire. “I’m always grateful for it. I am living more in the present now and really trying to focus on who I am now and what that’s going to look like in the future. But I’m extremely grateful for my past.”

He’s also focused on being the “best person” he can be as he follows his heart and continues his acting journey.

“I’ve been through it — the ups and the downs — and consistently throughout it, it’s the thing I love doing with my life,” he shared. “I know the best is yet to come with me.”

Jason Aldean believes Carrie Underwood deserves a round of applause for her latest performance.

“First of all, it’s a hard song to do anyway, and when you’re supposed to be singing to a track and that’s what gives you pitch reference for the song,” Aldean, 47, shared on the Tuesday, January 21, episode of Fox & Friends. “To not have that, for her to just kinda say, ‘All right, listen, we’ll go.’ That’s a big move and that’s a pro move on her part, so I thought it was great.”

On Monday, January 20, Underwood, 41, sang “America the Beautiful” during President Donald Trump’s second inauguration.

During the live performance, the American Idol winner — who wore an Opificio Modenese dress and INGILIZ heels for the occasion — experienced a technical glitch. She quickly offered to sing a capella for the crowd gathered inside the U.S. Capitol building.

Underwood wasn’t the only country singer to perform during Trump’s presidential inauguration.

Aldean was given the opportunity to perform at the Liberty Ball, geared toward the president’s supporters.

“Everytime I think I’ve done it all …This was a whole different ball game for me,” Aldean shared on Fox News about the opportunity. “It was just a huge honor to be there and be part of that night. It just kind of feels electric. Everybody is just excited for this new chapter of where we are headed.”

Jason’s wife, Brittany Aldean, also shared her thoughts on the evening in a social media post.

Did Brandi and Tish Cyrus Just Shade Miley’s Ex-Husband Liam Hemsworth?

Brandi Cyrus and her mom, Tish Cyrus, are raising eyebrows after their latest discussion about men.

“Men are trash. The majority of them are absolute garbage,” Brandi, 37, shared on the Thursday, January 16, episode of the “Sorry We’re Cyrus” podcast. “But there’s a couple of good ones out there, I guess. I think I found one, so we love that for me.”

When Tish, 57, confirmed her daughter’s new man is named Matt, Brandi quickly reminded her that “we can’t say his name.” That didn’t stop the mom of five from sharing her positive review of Brandi’s special guy.

“You know what, he’s Australian,” Tish continued. “I’m not gonna rag on American men, but Australian men are just different.”

Tish Cyrus and Dominic Purcell's Relationship Timeline

Brandi replied, “Well, not all of them.”

While the mother-daughter duo both laughed before quickly moving on to the next topic, some listeners suspected they may have thrown shade at Miley Cyrus’ ex-husband Liam Hemsworth.

“The way they called out liam hemsworth,” one fan commented on YouTube. Another follower replied, “LOL True!”

Miley, 32, first met Hemsworth, 35, — who is Australian — in 2009 while filming The Last Song. They got married in December 2018 before splitting up in August 2019.

“I had a very public, very big breakup that was a 10-year span of a relationship,” Miley said on an August 2020 episode of Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “I tried not to get lost in the emotion. …It’s like a death when you lose a loved one, it’s that deep. It feels like a death.”

Miley was later linked to Australian singer Cody Simpson from October 2019 to August 2020 before calling things off. She is currently dating musician Maxx Morand.

“Tish adores him and thinks they complement each other perfectly,” a source told Us Weekly in September 2024 of the mom’s thoughts on Miley’s current relationship, adding that the pair haven’t even thought about marriage or kids.

Dominic Purcell Says You Can't Keep a 'Good' Woman Like Tish Cyrus Down

Another Australian who has earned the respect of both Brandi and her mom is Dominic Purcell. The actor has been married to Tish since August 2023 and continues to shower his wife with love.

In her recent podcast episode, Tish praised her husband for being a loving partner — especially in recent months.

“I have been a basket case all year and this man has taken care of me in the most loving, amazing way,” she said. “He deserves a freaking medal of honor for putting up with me for seven months, truly. Dom was the only person who was solid every solitary day. He stayed home with me. I just hope I can pay it back one day.”

The Princess of Wales and her husband, Prince William, have been spotted touring various establishments, including their alma maters, Hello! reported on Tuesday, January 21.

According to the publication, Kate, 43, has toured her old school, Marlborough College, in Wiltshire as well as two schools in North London.

William’s former private school, Eton College, is also reportedly under consideration. The school educates boys aged 13 to 18, with the option to board across its 25 houses on the Windsor campus.

Prince George's Royal Life in Photos Through the Years

Prince George, 11, currently attends a coed school with his younger siblings Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6.

He participated in a set of entrance exams, known as the ISEB Common Pre-tests, at the end of 2023. The four tests are aimed to showcase his knowledge in mathematics, English (reading, comprehension and grammar), verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.

When he’s not focusing on school or homework, George has developed quite a few hobbies over the years. One activity requires a whole lot of water.

“George loves scuba diving,” William, 42, said during a visit to the Birtley Community Pool in October 2024, according to Hello!. “He’s 11 years old. We took him under thinking he would freak out. He absolutely loves it.”

William previously swam and played water polo while he attended Eton College and the University of St. Andrews. Kate, meanwhile, has previously shared that cold water swimming is one of her go-to fitness hobbies.

George has also shown an interest in soccer and also completed his first flying lesson.

“George loves his football,” Mike Tindall told The Telegraph in October 2024. “I’ve played numerous times in the garden with him. He’s passionate about Aston Villa, too. Wherever he is, he’ll sit down and watch that game.”

Extracurricular activities aside, George has two parents who make sure family time is a priority.

The close bond could have an impact on how far William and Kate — who announced earlier this month she was in remission after being diagnosed with cancer — are willing to be away from their son in terms of his next school.

Although Kate attended Marlborough College with her siblings, Pippa and James Middleton, the distance between Windsor and the Wiltshire countryside could mean a relocation for George, Hello! reported.

His next school is expected to be confirmed later in the spring.

‘Married at First Sight’ Preview: David Tells Michelle He’s Texting Exes

Married at First Sight’s Michelle can’t believe what she’s hearing come out of her husband’s mouth.

In Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek of the Tuesday, January 21, episode of the Lifetime reality series, David admits to texting not one but multiple exes during his marriage.

“Yes, I’ve texted Danielle who I got coffee for this morning,” he shares. “Danielle is a girl that I dated on Tinder. I text Jackie who is one of my best friends. I’ve seen Roxie. This is another girl that I dated on Tinder awhile back.”

Visibly shocked by the casual confession, Michelle, 38, begins to ask her husband if he thinks this is normal.

All the ‘Married at First Sight’ Couples Still Together Today

“This sounds so bad,” she says. “That is not OK.”

When David, 35, claims he “didn’t know” it would upset Michelle because the rule was never “established,” the couple confront their struggles with assumptions.

“There we go with our assumptions again,” David explains. “Maybe that’s our problem. We assume so much. I am friends with my exes. She reached out and I reached back. What is the problem?”

For Michelle, it’s a big problem.

“The problem is we are married,” she replies. “I’m not sure if you know this or not. Normally, married people don’t go on dates with other women and they don’t sext other women.”

While viewers will have to tune in to hear more about the scandalous texts, this isn’t the first problem David and Michelle have encountered in their marriage.

Earlier this season, Michelle voiced her concern that her husband still lives with his parents.

“I just don’t think it’s attractive,” she said in a December 2024 episode. “I have worked my butt off and I wanted someone who was my equal or my counterpart. I just wasn’t expecting to be married to someone who lives at home.”

In David’s defense, the newlywed said he was living at home to save money for the next chapter of his life.

“I buy my own groceries. I give them rent. I paid off my car four months earlier,” he shared. “I’m still paying off student loans. Financially for me, I think I was making the right decision for myself at that time.”

Married at First Sight’s Ashley and Anthony Share Relationship Update

Married at First Sight follows couples during their first eight weeks of marriage after being matched by a group of relationship experts.

On Decision Day — or the show’s season finale — each couple will decide if they want to stay married or get a divorce.

Married at First Sight (produced by Kinetic Content) airs on Lifetime Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.

Christina Haack’s latest trip to Paris appears to be a mix of business and pleasure.

A source confirms to Us Weekly the HGTV star traveled to Reims, France, because she’s making her own champagne.

“She’s partnering with a vineyard in Reims, the champagne region of France, to create her own high-end champagne,” a source exclusively tells Us. “She’s always had a passion for champagne and was inspired to create a brand after a recent visit to the Veuve Clicquot vineyard last year.”

During her trip, Haack, 41 shared a preview of her latest business venture. As seen on her Instagram Story, The Flip Off star enjoyed blind tastings to make sure her champagne was up to her standards.

Christina Haack Says She'd Only Get Married Again After 5-Year Engagement

“Been waiting my whole life for this,” she wrote via her Instagram Story on Friday, January 17. “My champagne line launches fall 2025. More to come.”

Haack didn’t travel alone for her latest trip. The businesswoman was photographed with her new man, Christopher Larocca, at Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday, January 14.

It appears the pair had a romantic getaway in Paris after Haack posted a video of the Eiffel Tower followed by the “pretty details” of a cocktail bar.

Regardless of who she travels with, Haack’s appreciation for champagne has been documented via social media over the years. In October 2024, she shared a glimpse of her trip to the Veuve Clicquot vineyard.

“Veuve Cliquot at @veuveclicquot 🥂🧡,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “My vision board / trip goal since I was 21 checked off the list. ✔.”

She also celebrated her 40th milestone birthday in July 2023 with a French Riviera-themed party.

“Absolutely every detail was perfect,” Hack said of the bash, which featured a sushi buffet, Funfetti cake and custom Veuve Clicquot champagne bar.

Once Haack returns home to Orange County, California, she will be back to work preparing for The Flip Off. Premiering January 29, the HGTV show will feature Haack facing off against ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, in a quest to flip a house for the biggest financial gain.

The team that comes out on top wins ultimate bragging rights and a first-class vacation paid for by the loser.

“There have been so many times throughout all of this that I’m like, ‘Wow, I can’t believe we did that,’” Christina shared in an Us Weekly cover story earlier this month when teasing the show. “I’m proud of all of us.”

‘Siesta Key’ Cast: Where Are Kelsey, Madisson and More Now?

Siesta Key Cast Where Are They Now 736
MTV

The Siesta Key cast certainly made waves in and out of their Florida town.

Two years after MTV aired the show’s series finale, many cast members continue to hold onto fond memories of the reality series.

“One that stands out the most is from season 1 when we went to Bimini,” Kelsey Owens exclusively told Us Weekly. “On the way home, the cast and crew all took a ferry back together and spent the ride blasting music, dancing and just hanging out. It might sound small, but it’s always stuck with me because it was such a pure moment. The show hadn’t aired yet, everyone was getting along and we were just young, carefree and living in the moment without realizing how much things were going to change.”

For five seasons, cameras followed a group of young adults as they navigated friendships, relationships, careers, breakups and makeups in their beachside Florida hometown.

'Siesta Key' Cast's Dating Histories: A Guide to Who's Hooked Up With Who

To this day, many of the show’s stars say they receive questions from fans who feel like they know them.

“People always ask if I’m still close with the rest of the cast. Yes!” Madisson Hausburg shared with Us. “I am friends with all of the girls! We are all extremely supportive of one another. No matter how much time passes, I believe us girls will always have a very unique, unbreakable bond.”

Another common question Amanda Marie Mizell always gets is, “Was it real?”

“Some of it was intensified to make TV more interesting but my storyline was truly so real and I think that’s why viewers connected with me,” she told Us. “I always came full-heartedly as my true self and it was wild to watch myself grow up on TV. I can’t help but chuckle at some of the things I actually said! I feel like I was so young and I have grown so much.”

Keep reading to see just how much the Siesta Key cast has grown up:

Madisson and her husband, Ish Soto, remain happily married with a daughter named Sunday. While they briefly lived on the West Coast, the family moved back to Florida to enjoy a slower paced life.

“My wedding will always be my favorite memory on Siesta Key,” Madisson shared before recognizing her son, who was delivered stillborn in 2021. “I will forever be grateful to MTV and the producers for such a special day. I was seven months pregnant with my son, Elliot, and having those memories caught on camera means the world to me.”

Kelsey Owens

In May 2024, Kelsey married Max Strong in her dream wedding ceremony. In their first year of marriage, the couple has worked on renovating a home that they’re looking forward to moving into. They also launched a photography business called MKB Photography.

As Kelsey looks forward to starting a family “in the next few years,” she couldn’t help but reflect on the sisterhood of the Siesta Key cast.

“No matter what drama or challenges we’ve faced, I truly believe that if any cast member called another truly needing help, we’d show up for each other,” she said. “Filming the show created a bond that’s hard to explain. It’s just there.”

Juliette Porter

Since Siesta Key came to an end, Juliette has continued working on her swimwear and resort wear line called JMP The Label. She also entered the podcasting world by cohosting the “Don’t Be Ridiculous” podcast with Sebastian Genta.

“There was nothing left for me in Siesta Key, and I was ready for a change,” Juliette told Page Six in 2022. “I didn’t realize how bored I was living in the city that I grew up in. We were doing the same thing that we’ve always done. It became a routine.”

 Garrett Miller

Happily married to Makenna Quesenberry, Garrett and his wife now call Georgia home as they enjoy the great outdoors with their three dogs.

“I’ve been focusing on fitness and wellness,” Garrett shared with Us. “I launched a fitness app called Fourthouse, which offers personalized 1-on-1 coaching for clients looking to transform their health and lifestyle. It’s been incredible to combine my passion for fitness with helping others reach their goals.”

After five years on the show, Garrett still remembers all the scenes with Makenna. “Without a doubt, any scene I got to film with my wife stands out as my favorite,” he said. “Those moments felt the most genuine and meaningful, and it was so special to share that part of my life with the audience.”

Amanda Marie Mizell

Since the show came to an end, Amanda married JJ Mizell and welcomed a daughter named Miya. “Going from my independent traveling wild self, to a wife and mom has been quite the challenging journey,” Amanda shared with Us. “But I’ve grown so much from it and have so much love for my family. I couldn’t imagine my life any other way now!”

In between freelancing in the filmmaking industry and helping local businesses with their advertisements and marketing, Amanda can’t help but recall some wild trips with her costars.

“As much as everybody else is traumatized by it, I truly loved filming on the island!” she said. “It was such a unique experience that I know was once in a lifetime, and I cherished every second of it.”

Camilla Cattaneo

After the show wrapped, Camilla started her own influencer agency, Astro Social Agency, where she works with some of her costars. On the personal side, she met an “amazing boyfriend” named Bradley Knotts.

“It’s been a beautiful bond,” she told Us, “and I’m grateful for this exciting chapter in both my personal and professional life.”

Camilla remains grateful for the support she receives from fans after revealing in a Siesta Key episode that she had an ectopic pregnancy. “So many shared how that moment helped them not feel alone or afraid, and how deeply emotional that scene was for them,” she said. “It really touched me to hear how it connected with so many people on a deeper level.”

Cara Geswelli

Cara said goodbye to Siesta Key and hello to the ranch life with her boyfriend, Michael Wheary. When she’s not working as a nurse at a local hospital, she takes care of donkeys, chickens and ducks at her “happy place.”

Out of all the scenes she filmed for Siesta Key, Cara remembers one particular moment with Jordana Lexus.

“We were rollerblading and were terrible at it — kept falling and s— in the middle of serious conversations,” she said. “It was very funny. Filming on Palm Island was also such an amazing experience. Though I was aware I wasn’t exactly wanted there, I didn’t really give a f—. The island was stunning.”

Lexie Salameh

After the show ended, Lexie moved from Miami to Delray Beach where she works in real estate. Outside of work, she spends time with friends, stays active and focuses on personal growth.

“I’ve also enjoyed building new connections and settling into this slower, more relaxed chapter of life,” she told Us. “It’s been refreshing, and I’m excited to see what’s next!”

After documenting her dating life on reality TV, Lexie said she still gets young women asking for advice. “My advice is trust your instincts,” she said. “If something doesn’t feel right, it’s OK to put yourself first and walk away. It’s not always easy, but choosing your own happiness is so worth it in the long run.”

Robby Hayes

After leaving Los Angeles in 2022, Robby headed back to his home state of Florida where he became licensed in real estate. He also continues his social media and marketing work with Jake Peterson through their agency, Rebella.

To this day, Robby still gets asked about throwing Chloe Trautman’s phone into the water. His favorite memory, however, involves an infamous trip.

Greece. Hands down, he said. “And what happens there…”

Chloe Trautman

Happily married to Chris Long, Chloe is now a mom after welcoming Forrest in July 2024. The self-proclaimed homemaker remains focused on holistic health and beauty and staying out of drama.

“Jesus gifted me salvation, another year of loving my husband, and our little Forrest boy this year,” Chloe wrote via Instagram in September 2024. “I did nothing to receive such gifts. Thank you Lord for this life.”

‘Laguna Beach’ Cast: Where Are They Now?

Brandon Gomes

While Brandon tries to keep her personal life off of social media after Siesta Key came to an end, the musician continues working on new tunes. He also appears focused on spending more time with his son, Quincy, who he shares with ex Delainey Salek.

“Happy Birthday Q!” he wrote via Instagram in June 2024. “I love you son. More life and blessings ahead. I’m proud to be your father and miss you so much. We’ll be back together soon.”

Ben Higgins and Ashley I. React to Matt James’ ‘Weird’ Breakup Post

Even Bachelor Nation’s Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti were caught off guard by Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell’s breakup.

“I do want to acknowledge that this is a very tough time for them, and also respect the fact that they broke up and that we’re not really owed too much information,” Higgins, 35, shared on the Thursday, January 16, episode of iHeartRadio’s “Almost Famous” podcast. “However, [there are] some weird things that stood out to me that I think are standing out to most people.”

For starters, Higgins expressed his perspective that James, 33, and Kirkconnell, 28, have separated themselves from The Bachelor after meeting on season 25.

“Matt especially was like, ‘I’m done, I’m moved on. This thing is what it was. We met together and the show is going to have no association with my life,’” Higgins explained. “And that is a very fine strategy. However, the breakup post is a picture of them at the Bachelor mansion, which is odd to me.”

Rachael Kirkconnell's Rare Quotes About Her Time on 'The Bachelor'

While Iaconneti, 36, thought the picture — captured during the show’s infamous limo arrivals — could be symbolic of the moment they first met, Higgins questioned the choice.

“Personally, it feels like an interesting choice for this picture to announce a breakup when they have honestly done so much since then,” he said. “They have been posting or he has been posting on social media that seems like nothing is going on.”

On January 17, James shared news of his breakup with Kirkconnell after four years of dating. Earlier in the month, however, the pair were posting snaps from London on what appeared to be a fun, romantic getaway.

“Father God, give Rachael and I strength to mend our broken hearts,” he wrote via Instagram. “Give us a peace about this decision to end our relationship that transcends worldly understanding. Shower our friends and family with kindness and love to comfort us. And remind us that our Joy comes from you, Lord.”

When first seeing the post, Iaconneti was hopeful that it wasn’t real.

“They have been together for four years,” she said. “That is a long time to date without a proposal. My initial thought was, ‘Oh man. I want this to be some prank.’ … As much as I would love to believe that, because I really, really was rooting for them, they went through so much together, I can’t imagine that he would use a prayer as a prank.”

Rachael Kirkconnell Joked About Matt James Proposal Weeks Before Their Split

While Kirkconnell has not publicly commented on the split, she “liked” a comment from a fan who speculated that “he completely blindsided her with this.” A source, however, told Us Weekly that Kirkconnell wasn’t blindsided by the split itself but rather James’ statement and post.

Higgins shared his theory as to why Kirkconnell may be waiting to share more via social media.

“From my experience, I would typically say the person most hurt and most confused is the one that is hesitant to share with the public,” he said. “If you’re confident in this decision, you’re sharing with the public. If you’re still in a place of mourning, healing, being a little angry, you’re not sharing this with the public.”

Phaedra Parks Shares Her Honest Review of Alan Cumming’s New Traitors

Phaedra Parks is not that impressed with Alan Cumming’s new Traitors.

“It’s the third episode and [the faithfuls] figured out two Traitors already, so I’m not sure if they are overplaying their hand because they’re coming in hot quite a bit,” Parks, 51, exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 15, when partnering with Silk. “To be a great Traitor, you really need to just blend in and make people like you personally. [Have them] really enjoy spending time with you versus being overly dramatic because I think that makes people sort of wonder, ‘Why are you so dramatic?’”

During season 2 of The Traitors, Parks teamed up with fellow Traitors Dan Gheesling and Parvati Shallow to “murder” the faithful cast members in a mafia-style game.

Cumming, who continues to host the show, originally chose RuPaul’s Drag Race star Bob the Drag Queen, Survivor’s Carolyn Wiger and Big Brother’s Danielle Reyes as Traitors for season 3.

All the Bravo and ‘Real Housewives’ Connections in ‘The Traitors’ Season 3

A cast member who has grabbed the attention of Parks this season is one of her fellow Bravolebrities.

The person that will least likely be detected is the young lady, Ciara [Miller] from Summer House,” Parks explained. “She’s coming in right under the radar. She’s not sweating like Tom Sandoval. I thought Tom was one to watch, but he’s definitely a little strange. I love Tom, but I mean, he seems to sweat quite a bit, and I think that makes you quite suspicious.”

To this day, Parks has no regrets about how she played her game. She had a “wonderful time” playing and continues to believe that nobody should underestimate the Bravo stars competing.

“I think Housewives are always underestimated because people just consider us glamorous and drinking champagne and hanging out,” she said. “But being a Housewife definitely calls for a definite skill set of fighting a battle that you might not win, but it’s got to be one with strategy.”

Away from any castles, Parks — who shares sons Ayden, 14, and Dylan, 11, with ex-husband Apollo Nida — is back home in Atlanta where she is preparing to star in the new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Before then, she’s teaming up with America’s No. 1 plant-based beverage brand, Silk, to host the first-ever Silk & cereal pop-up in New York City to prove that Silk Vanilla Almond milk makes the best cereal companion.

'The Traitors' Season 3 Features Surprise Cameos From 2 Fan Favorites

“As a mom to two young men — now a teenager and a preteen — cereal is a huge part of our meals,” Parks said. “Breakfast fuels for the day, but also I love cereal sometimes as an evening snack. [Silk Vanilla Almond milk] is great because it’s got 50 percent more calcium than dairy milk, so it’s more nutritious and delicious. Who can beat that?”

The Traitors is streaming now on Peacock. A premiere date for season 16 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has yet to be announced.

Justin Baldoni Alleges Blake Lively Pushed Cast to 'Shun' Him

Justin Baldoni Alleges Blake Lively Caused Costars to Shun Him

Justin Baldoni believes Blake Lively had an influence on how his It Ends With Us costars treated him.

According to Baldoni’s new $400 million lawsuit obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, January 16, Lively allegedly “induced the other cast members to shun Baldoni, in an early attempt to give fans the impression that Baldoni had committed an egregious sin.”

Court documents stated that Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and It Ends With Us author Colleen Hoover all unfollowed Baldoni on social media.

“Other cast members also unfollowed Baldoni, creating the false impression that Baldoni had done something wrong,” the documents alleged.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's Reported 'It Ends With Us' Drama Explained

“The unfollowing of Baldoni by cast members and even the author of the book, who he had a longstanding relationship with, was done without warning or any communication from them,” the lawsuit alleges, “in stark contrast to the warm praise and appreciation cast members had until that point always showered on him.”

Baldoni’s team proceeded to cite text messages allegedly from cast member Isabela Ferrer who wrote: “Thank you for being a great director and being so wonderful to work with already.”

In December 2024, Lively first accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her.

In the complaint obtained by Us, Lively alleged that Baldoni created a “hostile work environment” and caused her “severe emotional distress.”

Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, denied the accusations in a statement to Us and claimed Lively filed the suit to “fix her negative reputation” and “rehash a narrative” about what went down before the film hit theaters in August 2024.

After the New York Times published an article outlining Lively’s allegations, the actress received support on social media from cast members including Brandon Sklenar and Jenny Slate as well as Hoover, who also served as an executive producer.

“Blake Lively you have been nothing but honest, kind, supportive and patient since the day we met,” Hoover wrote via her Instagram Story in December 2024. “Thank you for being exactly the human that you are. Never change. Never wilt.”

In a second statement, Hoover declared that “Blake’s ability to refuse to sit down and ‘be buried’ has been nothing short of inspiring.”

Following Baldoni’s lawsuit against Lively, his attorney released a statement to Us stating the suit “is a legal action based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence detailing Blake Lively and her team’s duplicitous attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored information to the media.”

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s Alleged Feud and Lawsuits Explained

The statement continued, “It is clear based on our own all out willingness to provide all complete text messages, emails, video footage and other documentary evidence that was shared between the parties in real time, that this is a battle she will not win and will certainly regret. Blake Lively was either severely misled by her team or intentionally and knowingly misrepresented the truth.”

“Ms. Lively will never again be allowed to continue to exploit actual victims of real harassment solely for her personal reputation gain at the expense of those without power,” the statement read. “Let’s not forget, Ms. Lively and her team attempted to bulldoze reputations and livelihoods for heinously selfish reasons through their own dangerous manipulation of the media before even taking any actual legal action. We know the truth, and now the public does too. Justin and his team have nothing to hide, documents do not lie.”

Teen Mom’s Cheyenne Floyd Details Eaton Fire Destroying Her Hometown

Teen Mom’s Cheyenne Floyd is determined to help as many people affected by the Los Angeles wildfires as possible.

“I was born and raised in Altadena. My childhood home is at the top of where everything was happening and where the fires were really, really bad,” Floyd, 32, exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 15. “The church that we grew up in, the schools, the grocery stores, our favorite pastrami shop, every single thing is gone. It’s just devastating.”

The Eaton Fire, which started in Altadena, has burned more than 14,000 acres and more than 7,000 structures have been damaged or destroyed.

Although Floyd’s current house is located nearly 30 miles away, the tragedy still hits home.

DWTS' Jenna and Val Evacuate L.A. Fires Before Son Rome's 2nd Birthday

“Altadena is such a special place,” she said. “It was gorgeous. The trees and the mountains and the houses had so much character, and then it’s also special because that was one of the first places that opened up to allow Black people to buy homes over there. A lot of those houses are 4/5th generational homes, and that’s gone.”

With the help of her husband, Zach Davis, family and complete strangers, Floyd is trying her best to help as many people rebuild and adjust to a brand-new reality.

One night, Floyd started an Amazon wishlist for her Snapchat followers with nearly 100 items added. After fans from across the country fulfilled orders immediately, Floyd kept expanding.

“The next day, I just sat on my couch and I added thousands of products, and then I was like, ‘I wonder if this is gonna work,’” she said. “I woke up the next morning and I looked at Zach and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, there’s 1,600 orders. What are we gonna do?’”

The couple turned their Los Angeles home into what they jokingly called an “Amazon warehouse” where victims could pick up essential items. They’ve since expanded into a StarSuites Beauty Salon in Sherman Oaks, California.

“We started in the garage, and then we kind of just moved on into the actual house, because we ran out of room,” Davis shared. “Now we’re just everywhere.”

The MTV reality stars have received support from their Teen Mom family including Maci Bookout, Jade Cline, Catelynn Lowell and Mackenzie McKee. Floyd’s biggest supporter, however, is her husband.

“I’m beyond proud of her and just amazed to see the way she can round this up in a matter of [days],” Davis told Us. “This started as something she didn’t think would be as big. She thought maybe 100 packages or 200 orders, but it ended up being over 3,000. I feel blessed as a husband to be able to have a wife on my side who’s willing and able to do this and use the platform for the greater good. It’s a blessing.”

While many celebrities are affected by the Los Angeles wildfires, Floyd reminded Us that it doesn’t matter where destruction hits in Southern California. Every victim needs and deserves support during an uncertain time.

“You have no idea what anybody’s financial state is, whether they’re living in this nice house or living check to check. You just don’t know,” she said. “Either way, it doesn’t matter if you’re rich or if you’re poor. At this point, if you lost your home, you’re homeless. Justin Baldoni’s legal battle with It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively continues with a brand-new explosive lawsuit.

According to the filing obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, January 16, Baldoni, 40, is accusing Lively, 37, her publicist, Leslie Sloane, and Ryan Reynolds of civil extortion, defamation, false light invasion of privacy and other claims. The actor is seeking damages of $400 million.

Following the lawsuit, Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, shared in a statement to Us, “This lawsuit is a legal action based on an overwhelming amount of untampered evidence detailing Blake Lively and her team’s duplicitous attempt to destroy Justin Baldoni, his team and their respective companies by disseminating grossly edited, unsubstantiated, new and doctored information to the media.”

We know the truth, and now the public does too. Justin and his team have nothing to hide, documents do not lie.”

The “publicists affected by Lively” also released a lengthy statement on Thursday. “It is devastating that we are forced to answer this viciously selfish ongoing litigation littered with documented and provable lies in the midst of the tragedy impacting California where we reside,” they began.

“Five months ago Ms. Lively chose to promote a film about domestic violence in a way that caused instant negative and organic backlash due to her own highly publicized actions,” the statement continued. “Instead of accepting responsibility, she decided to cruelly blame us. This malicious attack on private individuals by Ms. Lively and her team in which they chose to spoon feed The New York Times with doctored, out of context and edited text messages in an effort to paint herself as a victim set off a chain of events that has been harmful beyond measure.” (The New York Times has stated they stand by their reporting.)

“To be clear, Ms. Lively and her team initiated this smear campaign in the media for the sole intention of gaining undeserved public sympathy for her own missteps,” the statement read. “Over the last month we have received death threats, abhorrent abuse and vile anti-semitic slurs hurled at us due to her decision to use us as scapegoats for her own choices promoting her film in which she made millions of dollars. With this filing, we lift our own curtain of what happens when the entitled weaponize power, fear and money to destroy, intimidate and bully those who get in their way.”

Everything Justin Baldoni Has Said About Working With Blake Lively

Us reached out to Lively’s rep, fellow defendant Sloane, for comment.

Justin Baldoni’s Experience Dealing With Blake Lively’s ‘Dragons’

At one point in the process of making It Ends With Us, Lively seemingly sent Baldoni a new script for the infamous rooftop scene in the book (adapted from the novel by Colleen Hoover of the same name). When the actor expressed “mild resistance” to the idea, he allegedly received pressure from Reynolds, 48, and an unnamed “megacelebrity friend” to approve of the new pages.

“Baldoni felt obliged to text Lively to say that he had liked her pages and hadn’t needed Reynolds and her megacelebrity friend to pressure him,” court documents stated. “Lively responded that the two were her ‘dragons.’”

According to Baldoni, it was then he realized he was not just dealing with Lively. “He was also facing Lively’s ‘dragons,’ two of the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, who were not afraid to make things very difficult for him,” court documents stated.

Did Blake Lively Read the ‘It Ends With Us’ Book?

According to Baldoni, Lively had a “fundamental lack of understanding” of the book Hoover, 45, originally wrote that inspired the movie. “This came as no surprise to her worried colleagues, given that, even well into production, Lively had not even read the book,” the lawsuit alleged.

While court documents say Lively later claimed she read the book, text evidence shows she had not read the book “well into production.” She even tried to “Google” the color of her character’s hair rather than pick up the book, court documents allege.

Blake Lively Suggests Justin Baldoni Needs a Nose Job

In court documents, Baldoni recalled filming a scene with Lively where she apologized for the smell of her spray tan and body makeup. Baldoni responded, “It smells good,” and continued acting. (In Lively’s paperwork filed last month, she told a different story about Baldoni’s remark, claiming: “At one point, he leaned forward and slowly dragged his lips from her ear and down her neck as he said, ‘It smells so good.’ None of this was remotely in character, or based on any dialogue in the script, and nothing needed to be said because, again, there was no sound.”)

Baldoni alleged in his latest filing that Lively soon “began to joke about Baldoni’s nose, which he laughed off and joked in turn, even as Lively joked that he should get plastic surgery.”

“While on the one hand, Lively accuses Baldoni of making comments about her appearance, on the other she made derogatory comments about Baldoni’s appearance, telling him he should undergo rhinoplasty (a nose job) – something Baldoni has publicly expressed insecurities about and has discussed on an episode of his podcast, ‘Man Enough,’ exploring the topic of body dysmorphia,” court documents stated. “Lively’s comment about Baldoni’s nose is also captured on camera. Baldoni, rather than write down a list of grievances against Lively, brushed it off and moved on with the scene.”

Blake Lively Serves Her Lawsuit When Justin Baldoni Evacuates Wildfires

According to court documents, Lively served her lawsuit on Baldoni as he evacuated his homes during the recent Los Angeles wildfires earlier this month.

“On a day when Defendants were gathering their kids and pets, preparing ‘go bags’ and monitoring evacuation orders while fearing for their homes, Lively — from the safety of her penthouse in New York — deployed process servers in the midst of these troubling times,” Baldoni’s team alleged in court documents.

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Demand Justin Baldoni Apologize

Shortly after It Ends With Us premiered, Lively and Reynolds allegedly “demanded” Baldoni publicly apologize for “mistakes” during production “in order to deflect the avalanche of negative media coverage of Lively.”

According to court documents, the couple drafted a statement that Baldoni was ordered to read before the “gloves would come off.”

Baldoni ultimately “refused to apologize for sins [he] had never committed.”

Blake Lively Didn’t Meet With Domestic Violence Organization

According to court documents, one percent of the film’s proceeds would be donated in support of survivors of domestic abuse. No More, an organization dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence by increasing awareness, inspiring action, and fueling culture change, would be chosen as the recipient.

Baldoni’s team alleged in court documents that Lively “refused the opportunity to meet with No More, despite playing the lead role in a movie centered on themes of survival and resilience in the face of domestic abuse.” He also claimed Lively was irresponsible with her promotion of the film, pointing out that her alcohol line, Betty Booze, was involved in some of the marketing, which he found problematic as domestic violence statistics link alcohol and abuse. “Unbelievably, Lively made this harmful and irresponsible message worse by naming a drink at her premiere afterparty ‘Ryle You Wait,’” he wrote in the docs.

Lively previously stated in her filings that she followed Sony’s lead to promote the movie with an emphasis on a message of hope rather than domestic violence. She later shared resources on her social media for victims.

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s Friendship Early in the Process

Before Lively found herself in a legal battle with her It Ends With Us costar, Baldoni recalled the days when their working relationship grew close with the actress knowing his tea order. (Based on text messages included in court documents, Baldoni prefers hot matcha.)

“Baldoni and Lively shared stories and pictures from their lives, commiserated over family illnesses and exchanged jokes and memes,” court documents stated. “Baldoni offered concern and support when Lively faced family health concerns. They texted almost daily, and a friendly banter established a comfortable dynamic that, under typical circumstances, would have made working together easy.”

The documents include their alleged friendly texts, with Lively telling Baldoni, “Thank you for your collaboration. I’m really proud of what we’re doing.”

When Baldoni replied with, “I like sentimental Blake,” Lively responded with, “Never met her.” He followed up with “I also like ass—- Blake.” The actress replied, “I’ve met her.”

Every Counterclaim Made in Justin Baldoni’s New York Times Lawsuit

Over time, however, Baldoni alleged that Lively began inserting herself into the production process in “intrusive ways well beyond the scope of her contractual entitlements.”

Blake Lively’s Expensive Taste in Fashion

Lively allegedly ignored the director’s vision for her character when picking out her looks for the movie. “At one point, Lively insisted that her character ‘had money’ and could afford $5,000 shoes—despite being a fledgling small business owner,” court documents alleged.

According to the lawsuit, Lively also often refused to participate in wardrobe fittings at a production office 15 minutes from her home. Instead, “she insisted that the costume department pack up wardrobe and deliver it to her personal residence,” which took time and money.

Blake Lively Allegedly Makes Filmmakers Create New Score

During the making of It Ends With Us, Baldoni claims Lively replaced the film’s editors with her own choice, forcing the original hires to be let go.

Baldoni’s lawsuit also alleged Lively replaced the film’s award-winning composer with a composer from Reynolds’ recent project “even though the film’s composer had already finished the score, with an orchestra.”

As a result, Baldoni’s lawsuit claims, “Sony found themselves in the unprecedented and uncomfortable predicament of having two competing versions of the film.” The studio later agreed to do an official audience test of both versions. According to the suit, Baldoni’s cut “scored significantly higher with key audience demographics.”

Every ‘It Ends With Us’ Star Who Addressed Blake Lively’s Lawsuit

Blake Lively’s Influence Over Justin Baldoni’s Costars

Lively allegedly “induced” It Ends With Us cast members “to shun Baldoni, in an early attempt to give fans the impression that Baldoni had committed an egregious sin,” court documents stated.

The lawsuit also noted that Lively, Reynolds, Hoover and other cast members unfollowed Baldoni on social media.

“Lively was leaving what she had earlier referred to as ‘crumbs,’” Baldoni’s team alleged in court documents, “a social media strategy she had learned from a close celebrity friend: to give fans just enough to allow them to come to their own conclusions.”

After Lively filed her complaint against Baldoni in December 2024, costars including Hoover, Jenny Slate and Brandon Sklenar expressed their support for the actress online.

Omar Apollo is letting it all hang out as he celebrates a milestone for his debut movie.

Queer available on streaming now for all the dLs that didn’t wanna go to theatre 😝,” Apollo, 27, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, January 15, with a revealing shot from the film.

In the post, Apollo appears nearly nude as he films a scene alongside Daniel Craig in a hotel room. The actor did cover up his genitals with an emoji.

“What platform?” Troye Sivan asked in the comments section. Actor Hari Nef added, “Finally I can stream in peace.”

While many followers appeared excited about the social media moment, Apollo also faced some critics. He chose to address them in a separate post.

“I’m losing followers for posting this,” he wrote via his Instagram Story. “Unfollow me if ur a homophobe. You’re not my target audience. I will never make myself ‘palatable.’ This isn’t my life, I AM life. Stupid.”

Based on the novel of the same name by Willam S. Burroughs, Queer tells the story of William Lee (Craig), a United States expatriate living in Mexico City who becomes obsessed with another young American named Eugene Allerton (Drew Starkey).

Journeying together into the jungle, Lee sees the possibility of an intimate and infinite love. Apollo’s unnamed character, however, serves as an introduction to the darker side of desire.

Before filming an intimate scene with Craig, Apollo took steps to make sure his body was in shape for the big-screen moment.

“I had to get on the soup diet,” he told Interview in September 2024. “[Director] Luca [Guadagnino] did not tell me to lose weight, but when you’re about to have a sex scene with Daniel Craig, you’re like, ‘Oh, dude, I can’t be looking off.’”

Apollo said he lost 20 pounds because he read in the script that his character “had a flat brown stomach.”

“I was like, ‘Damn, I’m actually not flat right now,’” he shared. “I had to get it together, and I was on tour with SZA. Luckily, I didn’t have that many lines.”

Looking back on the filming experience, Apollo has nothing but good things to say about his costar.

“[Daniel’s] had a prolific career and is a very revered actor,” Apollo shared with Them in November 2024. “I knew that he wasn’t going to be intimidated by the scene I was doing with him.”

Queer is streaming now on Prime Video, iTunes and other digital retailers.
