Pamela Anderson had a scary mid-flight encounter with a man who mistook her for one of The Chicks.

Anderson, 57, shared the story on the Monday, January 6, episode of the “Happy Sad Confused” podcast when host Josh Horowitz asked her which celebrity she’s been confused with. 

“This one time, I was on a flight and this guy came up to me and said, ‘Do you know what this country’s done for you?’” Anderson remembered. “And I was like, ‘Oh, my God. What have I done?’” 

Anderson went on to recall that the man glared at her from his seat and eventually tried to harm her.

Bush and the decision to invade Iraq. “Just so you know,” she said between songs, “We do not want this war, this violence, and we’re ashamed that the President of the United States is from Texas.”

Afterward, country music stations pulled the band’s music amid listener complaints and allegations of “anti-American” rhetoric. (In 2006, Maines, 50, and bandmates Martie Maguire and Emily Robinson triumphed with the success of their seventh album, Taking the Long Way, which earned them five Grammys.)

Blake Lively’s lawyers are denouncing “more attacks” from Justin Baldoni and his team.

The New York Times broke the news on December 21 that Lively had sued Baldoni — her costar and director of the film It Ends With Us — for sexual harassment. Baldoni denied all allegations against him made in the lawsuit, which was obtained by Us Weekly, and days later, was among 10 plaintiffs who launched a $250 million lawsuit against The New York Times for its coverage of Lively’s accusations. 

On New Year’s Eve, Lively, 37, filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, 40, in a New York federal court, mirroring her earlier claims that were submitted with the California Civil Rights Department. In addition to Baldoni, Lively is suing publicists Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel, as well as Wayfarer Studios, Baldoni’s production company.

Attorneys for the actress told Us in a statement on Monday, January 6, that Lively’s “serious claims of sexual harassment and retaliation” are “backed by concrete facts.”

“This is not a ‘feud’ arising from ‘creative differences’ or a ‘he said/she said’ situation,” the lawyers’ statement read, per the outlet. “As alleged in Ms. Lively’s complaint, and as we will prove in litigation, Wayfarer [Studios] and its associates engaged in unlawful, retaliatory astroturfing against Ms. Lively for simply trying to protect herself and others on a film set. And their response to the lawsuit has been to launch more attacks against Ms. Lively since her filing.”

The statement noted: “Sexual harassment and retaliation are illegal in every workplace and in every industry. A classic tactic to distract from allegations of this type of misconduct is to ‘blame the victim’ by suggesting that they invited the conduct, brought it on themselves, misunderstood the intentions, or even lied.”

Lively’s team continued, “Another classic tactic is to reverse the victim and offender, and suggest that the offender is actually the victim. These concepts normalize and trivialize allegations of serious misconduct.”

And in conclusion, they wrote, “Most importantly, media statements are not a defense to Ms. Lively’s legal claims. We will continue to prosecute her claims in federal court, where the rule of law determines who prevails, not hyperbole and threats.”

Us reached out to Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, for comment. 

On Thursday, January 2, Freedman told NBC News that he “absolutely” planned to sue Lively on behalf of his client. 

“We plan to release every single text message between the two of them,” Freedman told the outlet. “We want the truth to be out there. We want the documents to be out there. We want people to make their determination based on receipts.”

Previously, he shared a statement with Us, vowing to “take down” The New York Times for its “vicious smear campaign.”

As for the Times, a spokesperson told Us that the outlet is planning to “vigorously defend” itself.

“The role of an independent news organization is to follow the facts where they lead,” read a statement on December 31. “Our story was meticulously and responsibly reported. It was based on a review of thousands of pages of original documents, including the text messages and emails that we quote accurately and at length in the article. Those texts and emails were also the crux of a discrimination claim filed in California by Blake Lively against Justin Baldoni and his associates.”

Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster are stepping out to confirm their romance hand in hand. 

The duo were photographed holding hands and gazing into each other’s eyes in Los Angeles on Monday, January 6, according to images published by People. Jackman, 56, sported a black jacket, gray T-shirt and white jeans, while Foster looked equally chic in a beige trench coat and green maxi dress. 

According to the outlet, the actors — who costarred in a revival of The Music Man revival on Broadway — had dined together in Santa Monica.

Jocelyn Wildenstein will be cremated in the wake of her death on New Year’s Eve.

The Swiss socialite, who gained notoriety — and the moniker “Catwoman” for her plastic surgery that made her resemble a feline — died peacefully in her sleep while staying in a Parisian palace on Tuesday, December 31. She was 84 years old.

Wildenstein’s longtime partner, Lloyd Klein, told TMZ on Monday, January 6, that she’ll be cremated, with her remains transported to her ranch in Kenya following an intimate funeral in Paris. According to the outlet, the ranch is the site of her father’s grave and where her mother’s ashes are located.

Days earlier, Klein revealed to People that Wildenstein had battled phlebitis, which is inflammation of the veins near your skin due to blood clots.

He noted at the time, “It’s very sad. … It’s extremely sad to lay down with your other half that I have known for 21 years and waiting to celebrate New Year’s Eve and to find her cold.”

Prior to her death, Wildenstein (born Jocelyne Périsset) garnered headlines for her exaggerated cosmetic surgery. Following her first surgical procedure in the late 1970s, observers began comparing Wildenstein’s eye lift to that of a lynx, which she kept as a pet.

Wildenstein was also known for her marriage to billionaire art dealer Alec Wildenstein. The two wed in 1978 and divorced in 1999. Their split and legal battle received heavy media coverage, with Alec telling Vanity Fair at the time that he lacked a say in how much surgery his then-wife had, despite reports that he encouraged her dramatic physical transformation.

Alec died in 2008 after a battle with cancer, and Jocelyn moved on with Klein in 2003. She met the designer after attending one of his Lloyd Klein Couture fashion shows. He was reported to have proposed to Jocelyn in 2017 at the Versace Mansion in Miami.

When Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck finalized their divorce, they took their personal belongings with them.

The exes formally ended their marriage on Monday, January 6, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly. In doing so, both parties “agreed to divide all assets and liabilities” to avoid further litigation and expense. 

Lopez, 55, keeps all of her personal belongings and earnings from their date of separation — April 26, 2024 — as well as half of their bank accounts. Affleck, 52, gets the same. Per the settlement agreement, they’ll also divide their $60 million mansion in Beverly Hills that is now on the market, but the specific terms to the agreement are sealed. 

In the divorce, Lopez retains her clothing, jewelry and “miscellaneous personal effects in her possession, custody or control,” and all assets that she owns “individually or by entities of which [Lopez] is the sole owner, member or shareholder.”

Meanwhile, Affleck holds onto his interest in the Artists Equity production company that he founded with Matt Damon in November 2022. They settled their divorce via mediation in September. Lopez requested to drop “Affleck” from her last name and restore her legal name to Jennifer Lynn Lopez.

The actress filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024. Instead of tapping a lawyer to submit paperwork on her behalf, Lopez submitted it herself on the two-year anniversary of the pair’s Georgia wedding, despite their separation date being months earlier.

Liam Payne‘s former psychiatrist reportedly advised him to seek a “higher level of care” than she was able to offer. 

In a letter filed in an Argentina court, the psychiatrist told Payne in September — weeks before his death — that she had decided to stop treating him “after careful consideration and assessment,” TMZ reported on Monday, December 30.

According to the outlet, she urged the One Direction singer to continue regular therapy sessions to “process [his] depression and trauma” and to meet with a primary care doctor and take medications only as prescribed and not while drinking heavily. She included a list of doctors and rehabilitation facilities in her note to Payne. 

“Thank you for your understanding, and I wish you the very best in your continued journey toward mental health and well-being,” the psychiatrist wrote in the letter, per TMZ.

Payne was found dead on October 16 after falling from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Buenos Aires. A preliminary autopsy cited “multiple traumas” as the cause of his death, including hemorrhages in his chest, skull and abdomen, and multiple drugs were reportedly found in his system. The incident was not ruled a suicide.

On December 29, 2024, a local news outlet in Argentina reported that five charges had been made in connection with Payne’s death at age 31. Payne’s friend Roger Nores is among those facing manslaughter charges, along with Esteban Grassi, a CasaSur Palermo Hotel receptionist, and the hotel’s head of security Gilda Martin.

Braian Paiz, a waiter, and CasaSur employee Ezequiel Pereyra were charged with allegedly supplying drugs to Payne ahead of his fatal fall, per the report. All five of those charged were summoned to appear in court.

Nores previously addressed his alleged involvement in Payne’s death, telling the Daily Mail in November that he “never abandoned” the musician. “There were over 15 people at the hotel lobby chatting and joking with him when I left. I could have never imagined something like this would happen. … I’m really heartbroken with this tragedy, and I’ve been missing my friend every day,” he claimed.

5 Suspects Charged in Connection to Liam Payne's Death: Report

Earlier this month, Nores reportedly filed a complaint claiming that the hotel didn’t properly protect Payne during his stay. “A world-famous person was staying with obvious signs of … going through a crisis caused by drug intake at that very moment, and they did not even make an effort there to make up for their legal omission of having a 24-hour doctor,” he said according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Nores claimed that the hotel manager knew that Payne was intoxicated and argued that a doctor should have been on hand from the time the singer checked in. He accused CasaSur employees of doing nothing to help Payne in his final hours.

In a subsequent court filing obtained by Rolling Stone, Nores spoke about Payne’s drug history.

“I was a friend who loved him very much, who helped him selflessly in everything I could, who spent my own money to help him, and even then it was not enough,” he alleged. “I do not consider that I deserve the accusation that is being leveled at me.”

Renée Zellweger seemingly could be heard joyously laughing in the background of Ant Anstead’s holiday video starring his son Hudson.

Anstead, 45, posted a clip via Instagram on Saturday, December 28, in which a woman giggles at the sight of 5-year-old Hudson gazing into a crystal ball that pulsed with beams of pink, purple and blue light. 

“Look!” the child ordered, aligning his eye with a stream of blue light. This prompted the woman as well as a man (ostensibly Anstead) to laugh. Hudson looked up with a huge grin on his face.

Anstead, a British TV personality, shares Hudson with ex-wife Christina Haack, to whom he was married for nearly two years. He is also the father of two older children, Amelie, 21, and Archie, 18, with first wife Louise Storey.

A photo of the couple partying together appeared on X on Wednesday, December 18. Swift, who wrapped her Eras Tour on December 8, one week before her 35th birthday, wore a flirty black dress and playfully tugged on the lapel of Kelce’s black tuxedo jacket. (A fellow partier stood next to them, clad in a pink suit and otherwise distracted.)

Meanwhile, Kelce, 35, flashed a huge grin at the camera. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end sported friendship bracelets on his wrist and a white bow tie around his neck. Danny Masterson has appealed his rape conviction after being sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.

Masterson’s attorney, Cliff Gardner, shared a 246-page opening brief on Wednesday, December 18, claiming several errors were made that “violated” the actor’s “rights to confrontation and a fair trial.”

Gardner also issued a statement alleging “two fundamental flaws in Danny Masterson’s convictions.”

In the first flaw, he alleged, “the trial was rife with erroneous judicial rulings that skewed the jury’s view of the evidence against him.” And in the second, the lawyer claimed “there was a stunning amount of exculpatory evidence which was never presented to the jury.”

Four women claimed in March 2017 that Masterson, 48, sexually assaulted them in the early 2000s. A fifth woman came forward in December 2017, claiming that while she was dating the actor, he “repeatedly raped” her.

Masterson maintained his innocence and pleaded not guilty in January 2021 to three counts of rape. His first trial began in fall 2022, which ended in a mistrial. Masterson went back on trial in spring 2023 when he was convicted of two counts of rape. In September 2023, he was handed a 30-year prison sentence. He filed an appeal two months later; it was denied in January. 

Prior to the conviction, Masterson was best known for his role as Steven Hyde in That ‘70s Show from 1998 to 2006 as well as his role on Netflix’s The Ranch as Jameson “Rooster” Bennett from 2016 to 2018.

Zolciak-Biermann told the outlet: “I’m a normal, rational person that doesn’t see the need for any of this controlling chaos. I don’t. I really don’t.”

Earlier this month, Us Weekly reported that police had responded to a domestic violence call on November 27 at the pair’s shared home in Georgia.

Zolciak-Biermann alleged that she and Biermann, 39, got into an argument while she was on a ladder taking down curtains. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum claimed that Biermann got confrontational with her and things got physical. She alleged that the former football player physically removed her from the ladder and threw her to the ground.

Zolciak-Biermann reportedly told law enforcement officers that she sustained injuries as a result of the alleged incident. However, the officers claimed in the report that she refused to provide any evidence of a physical injury to first responders. Biermann, for his part, claimed that Zolciak-Biermann instigated the altercation and allegedly struck him in the face.

According to the report, law enforcement could not determine who the “primary aggressor” was and no arrests were made.

“I think there’s a track record of Kroy being the problem,” Zolciak-Biermann told TMZ on Monday. “Nobody has any idea what I’ve dealt with the last two-and-a-half, three years of my life. I’m trying to take the high road.”

She added, “It’s gonna take me a long time to heal from this trauma I’ve experienced.”

The duo had a brief reconciliation and called off their split, only for Biermann to refile for divorce weeks later. The pair have been at odds over finances and custody of their children since. In addition to their divorce drama, Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann have avoided foreclosure on their house multiple times.

When asked Monday if Biermann is “too controlling,” Zolciak-Biermann responded, “To say the least. But it’s all good. I wish him well. I do.”

Keanu Reeves and girlfriend Alexandra Grant made a rare appearance together at the premiere of Sonic the Hedgehog 3.

Kylie Kelce’s daughters are learning all about Taylor Swift.

Kylie posted a video via Instagram on Monday, December 16, revealing that her kids have Taylor Swift: A Little Golden Book Biography, a bestselling book about the pop star. The mother of three was seen picking up toys — and the book — at home while documenting a day in her life.

“I don’t know about everyone else, but our floor is never clean,” Kylie, 32, said in the clip. “My best bet of trying to clean it is while the kids are not in the house. It’ll take ‘em five minutes to mess it back up.”

Golden Books’ Swift bio is meant for beginning readers and first hit bookshelves in May 2023. Like much Swift-related reading material, it shot up the bestseller lists and, as of Monday, is now ranked No. 168 among the top-selling books on Amazon. An “Ultimate Fan Edition” was published in November with 22 new pages and a sheet of stickers — the ultimate stocking stuffer.

Kylie and her husband, Jason Kelce’s three daughters, Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 1, own the original version. But they and their parents are well-acquainted with the woman who inspired it. The girls’ uncle, Travis Kelce, has been dating Swift, 35, since summer 2023.

Earlier this year, Kylie and Jason took Wyatt and Elliotte to Swift’s Eras Tour show in Miami. Several weeks later, Kylie confirmed via Instagram that she and Jason are expecting their fourth child — and Swift subtly dropped a “like” on the post.

“I feel like we captured a very accurate representation of how each of the girls feel about getting another sister,” Kylie joked on November 22, sharing a photo of her girls wearing matching “big sister” sweaters as they each had starkly different reactions to the pregnancy news. “At least Ellie, mom and dad are on the same page! .”

In the pic, Wyatt covered her ears while Bennett sobbed. Ellie, meanwhile, was the only Kelce daughter to smile for the camera.

Kylie shares her parenting stories and busy lifestyle on her popular new podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” which debuted December 5. 

In the first episode, she fielded questions about the logistics of recording and revealed that she hires a babysitter even when Jason, 37, is around.

“How do I say this nicely? No,” Kylie said during episode. “When I have to do something — coaching, something for Eagles Autism Foundation, something for podcast, a doctor’s appointment even — I will schedule childcare.”

She added, “My husband could tell me 72 times that he is going to be in the house during the time when I have to leave it, [and] I will still schedule childcare.”

She explained that Jason is “busier than he has ever been. I see him less now in retirement than I did when he was playing football. We had a set schedule then, now it is an absolute free-for-all.”

Swift, for her part, started bonding with the entire Kelce squad after she started dating Travis, a Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end.

“Taylor has really been integrated into the family,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in March. “They have fully embraced her. It’s a whole new world and chapter for her.”

Brandi Glanville is accepting Dr. Terry Dubrow’s help amid her health issues.

Glanville, 52, has experienced abnormal facial swelling that she claims could be due to “face parasites.” However, Dubrow, 66, stated that he doesn’t believe that to be the case. 

“I saw one of her interviews and I’ve seen the picture of her, the one where she is swollen, the one where she is really deflated with the irregular skin,” the Botched doctor told TMZ on Thursday, December 12. “Here’s the thing, here’s what Brandi really needs to focus on… and it’s not her fault, it’s her doctor’s fault. Brandi needs a diagnosis.”

Dubrow delivered a message to Glanville via TMZ, offering to assist if needed.

All fillers that were in my face have been dissolved. I have seen all the best doctors at [Cedars-Sinai]” and “all the doctors they referred me to.”

Glanville has been candid about her health setback. She previously shared a photo of her facial deformities and revealed she’s spent $70,000 seeking a cause.

“Honestly, I have so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests … I did lab work for $10,000,” she said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight published on Tuesday, December 10. “I ran every test under the sun.… They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite.’ That’s, you know, new.”

Glanville explained that before a doctor theorized she potentially contracted a parasite, she experienced “swelling” and was “unable to speak.” When she sought out treatment, some medical professionals suggested the issue may have been due to old face fillers that were dissolving. But Glanville stated that she hadn’t done fillers in a while and her older fillers had already dissolved.

Initially, Glanville pegged the source as food poisoning in Morocco while filming The Real Housewives: The Ultimate Girls Trip.

Glanville told ET that she’s felt a parasite move under her face. If Glanville “messes with it,” she said, it will jump around to a different area and will look like “tiny bubbles bursting” on her skin.

“She has to figure out if there’s a microorganism in there,” Dubrow told TMZ. “It’s not going to be a parasite, it’s not going to be something she ate, it’s going to be from something that got into her bloodstream.”

Dubrow shared his concern about what could happen to Glanville if she doesn’t get a diagnosis as soon as possible.

“She’s like a ticking time bomb. Every minute that that microorganism is allowed to stay in her skin and do potential damage, she could suffer worse for it,” Dubrow added. “It could be more difficult to treat and she could form more scars and more nodules. So Brandi needs a diagnosis. She probably needs a surgical intervention to get a piece of tissue and figure out what’s going on.”
