Demi Moore Didn’t Snub Kylie Jenner After 2025 Golden Globes Win

UPDATE 1/6/24, 4:15 p.m. ET — Despite online speculation from fans, Tallulah Willis set the record straight that there is no bad blood between her mom, Demi Moore, and Kylie Jenner.

“Hi @ everyone but really press, NIPPING THIS STRAIGHT IN THE BUD,” Willis, 30, wrote via her Instagram Story on Monday, January 6. “This angel was in total shock and delight and moving throughout a warm room of well-wishers. There was no snub of any sort, had she seen KJ wanting to congratulate her, she would have fully given her the time and space.”

As for why Moore, 62, was so friendly to Elle Fanning, Willis explained that they had just celebrated a holiday together.

“We spent new year[s] with Elle, so connecting with her after a win was a very organic thing to do,” she added. “Literally, just give it all a break and let a gal enjoy her accomplishments!?”

Original story below:

Demi Moore was inundated with love and support following her first ever award show win at the 2025 Golden Globes.

Shortly after receiving the award for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy on Sunday, January 5, Moore, 62, was spotted walking around The Beverly Hilton ballroom as her fellow nominees, actors, friends and fans offered up their congratulations and well wishes.

“I can’t believe it,” Moore told fellow actress Elle Fanning via a TikTok video posted by the Golden Globes.

After the pair embraced for a hug, Moore also received congratulations from Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet before she walked to another table during a commercial break.

During the live awards show, Moore said she was in total shock after her performance in The Substance earned her an award.

“I really wasn’t expecting that. I’m just in shock right now,” Moore gushed during her acceptance speech. “I’ve been doing this a long time, like, over 45 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever won anything as an actor. And I’m just so humbled and so grateful.”

Moore recalled a producer once telling her that she was a “popcorn actress” who could rake in the box office numbers but who was ultimately incapable of offering up an award-winning or award-worthy performance.

“I bought in and I believed that,” she said while wearing a custom Armani Privé dress styled by Brad Goreski. “And that corroded me over time to the point where, a few years ago, I thought that maybe that was it. That I’d done what I was supposed to do. I was at kind of a low point, [and] I had this magical, bold, courageous, out-of-the-box absolutely bonkers script come across my desk called The Substance. And the universe told me, ‘You’re not done.’”

Although Moore’s immediate family was not in attendance for the show, they watched together from home.

Scout Willis documented the moment her family all watched her mom announced as the winner. What came next was a celebration with Rumer Willis, Tallulah Willis and other close friends.

“I was weeping,” Scout, 33, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Sunday. “I am so beyond proud, my entire body is buzzing. I am so overwhelmed with joy and pride and gratitude.”

This may only be the beginning of a jam-packed awards season for Moore. The actress is nominated for Best Actress at the 2025 Critics Choice Awards scheduled for Sunday, January 12.

She will also find out if she’s nominated for a 2025 SAG Award when the nominations are announced Wednesday, January 8.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez appear to be leaving the drama behind as they start the new year.

On Sunday, January 5, the exes kicked off 2025 by reuniting in Los Angeles for a brief afternoon visit. In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, Lopez, 55, arrived at Affleck’s home where she gave his son Samuel, 12, a hug.

Meanwhile, Lopez’s daughter Emme, 16, was photographed leaving Affleck’s house with a large gift in her hands.

Affleck, 52, shares Violet, 19, Seraphina, 16, and Samuel with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Meanwhile, Lopez shares 16-year-old twins Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

During the sunny afternoon hangout, Lopez kept it casual with denim jeans, cozy brown boots and a long-sleeve top. As for Affleck, he was seen wearing a white t-shirt with a black button-down and khaki pants.

Lopez paid her ex a visit after traveling to the California desert to participate in the Palm Springs International Film Festival. On Saturday, January 4, the actress was honored with the Legend and Groundbreakers Award at the Variety Creative Impact Awards.

In between celebrating her award, Lopez was able to reunite with her Maid in Manhattan costar Ralph Fiennes. “It was wonderful to see you,” Lopez wrote via Instagram after receiving her recognition. “You brought tears to my eyes.”

Although Lopez recently said goodbye to 2024 in a yearly recap via Instagram, the “Waiting for Tonight” singer isn’t closing the door on a friendly relationship with Affleck.

Just before the Christmas holiday, the exes reunited at the members-only social club Soho House in West Hollywood to exchange holiday gifts. They also came together for a kids’ event.

After two years of marriage, Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck on their wedding anniversary in August 2024.

Ben Affleck, Jennifer Lopez Are ‘Going Forward’ With Divorce Amid Reunion

Despite continuing to support their blended family, both Lopez and Affleck aren’t planning to get back together. “There’s still a lot of love between them,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in September, “but the divorce is still going forward.”

The insider went on to note, “When they’re together as a family and see the kids together, it reminds them of how good they are as a team and what’s important.”

Both parties will also have their hands full in 2025 with various projects. Affleck was recently photographed working on the Netflix project RIP. As for Lopez, she stars in NCAA wrestler Anthony Robles’ biopic Unstoppable, which begins streaming on Prime Video Thursday, January 16.

Julian Lennon Says He Was Never Close to Dad John Lennon

Despite his last name, John Lennon’s son Julian Lennon wants to make it clear he rarely has the inside scoop on The Beatles.

“I’m not part of the inner circle — I never have been,” Julian, 61, shared in an interview with The Guardian published Sunday, January 5,. “You have to realize that when dad left, when I was between 3 and 5, it was just mum and me, and we had nothing to do with the Beatles or dad.”

When new Beatles documentaries and projects are released, Julian says, “It’s news to me half the time.”

“I visited him on the odd occasion,” Julian continued about his dad. “But we were very much on the outside.”

The Beatles Star John Lennon’s Family Guide: Meet His Two Sons

John and his first wife Cynthia Lennon were married from 1962 to 1968. During their relationship, the couple welcomed Julian who has gone on to become a singer, author and photographer.

John later married Yoko Ono and welcomed Sean Ono Lennon in 1975. The Beatles member died five years later at the age of 40.

“I’m thankful that Sean and I get on like a house on fire — we’re best buddies, and he tells me what he can, but things are pretty secret on the Beatles front,” Julian shared in his latest interview. “[It feels] extraordinarily strange, but I’m not upset about it. I’d rather be excited and impressed by what they did and continue to do.”

In recent years, The Beatles have been the subject of various documentaries including Martin Scorsese’s Beatles ‘64, which premiered in November 2024.

While he may not have been close with his father, Julian still has an interest in what John and his bandmates have accomplished.

“As a fan, I’m just as curious as anybody else,” he said. “Although I do find myself going, ‘How is it possible that there’s another Beatles film?'”

Although Julian has found success as a Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter, he’s now turning his focus into fine art photography with a new book titled Life’s Fragile Moments.

Julian Lennon Admits ‘Hey Jude’ Drives Him ‘Up the Wall’

The body of work spans more than 20 years of work and includes photos taken while traveling the world for his charity, the White Feather Foundation.

When asked about where he gets his positivity and optimism from, Julian gave credit to his mom for how she handled life’s ups and downs.

“Watching how she handled what she was dealt with love and grace and positivity,” he explained. “I saw that that’s the only way forward. You take the high road, you be the better person and try to learn from all the crap that’s thrown at you. Without question, I’ve had my moments of depression and I still deal with some very serious anxiety on occasion, but the only way is to push yourself through. Wallowing’s no good — been there, done that.”

However, Gadd had the opportunity to thank fans of the show when he and the Baby Reindeer cast and crew accepted the award for Best Limited Series Anthology Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television.

“The way you guys have embraced this show means the absolute world to me. To us,” he said in his acceptance speech. “Right now, when the world is in the state that it is in and people are really struggling, we need stories that speak to the complicated and difficult nature of our times. Any story, when done right, is universal, and all the weird, idiosyncratic struggles we go through on a daily basis are just as worthy of being committed to screen as any.”

Before any awards were handed out on Sunday, January 5, at The Beverly Hilton, both Gadd and Gunning expressed gratitude for being recognized by the Hollywood Foreign Press.

“I am beyond thrilled that Baby Reindeer has been nominated for three Golden Globes,” Gadd said in a statement in December 2024 when nominations were first announced. “Almost every year, I have watched the event hoping that one day I might be there in the audience, sitting among the industry’s finest, getting roasted on an international scale. “Words can’t really do justice to how thrilled I am to be nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress — alongside some of my idols as well, no less!” she said in December 2024. “I think I might need someone to pinch me to check I’m not dreaming.”

'Nobody Wants This' Walks Away Empty-Handed From 2025 Golden Globes

The cast and crew of Nobody Wants This had a big reason to celebrate at the 2025 Golden Globes.

After receiving three nominations including Best Television Series — Musical or Comedy, Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series — Comedy and Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Series — Comedy, Kristen Bell, Adam Brody. Bell, 44, was first up in the ceremony, ultimately losing the award to Jean Smart for her performance on Hacks. Brody, 44, also went home empty handed, with Jeremy Allen White taking the win for The Bear.

The show’s third and final category, Best Television Series — Musical or Comedy, was also a loss, with Hacks coming out on top.

This marked Brody’s first Golden Globe nomination in his career. (Bell was previously nominated for her work on the NBC comedy The Good Place.)

When the nominations were first announced in December 2024, Brody said he was “ecstatic” to be recognized.

“It’s an absolute joy to work with this phenomenal group of people on something we all care about so much,” he said in a statement. “And it’s beyond gratifying to see that audiences are enjoying it as much as we are!”

Nobody Wants This, which premiered in September 2024, debuted with a 10-episode order, tracking the unlikely romance between sex podcaster Joanne (Bell) and “hot” rabbi Noah (Brody).

Just weeks after the show’s debut, Netflix ordered a second season. Show creator Erin Foster also confirmed she was hard at work on new episodes.

“I think we’ll pick up mostly more or less where we left off,” Foster, 42, told The Hollywood Reporter in an October 2024 interview. “Not the same night, but the same moment of, ‘So, what now? How do we do this?’”

As viewers will recall, the first season ended with Noah appearing to give up his opportunity to be head rabbi at his synagogue in order to be with Joanne, who said she was not ready to convert to Judaism.

Is 'Nobody Wants This' Inspired by Erin and Sara Foster's Real Life?

Jackie Tohn, who plays Esther Roklov, expressed confidence that fans will continue to see Noah and Joanne’s relationship unfold.

“I don’t think it’s going to be easy, but I think that they are going to have a relationship,” Tohn, 44, exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2024. “I think since season 1 is so dreamland, they’re probably going to get into more real relationship-y stuff. I mean, they did do it a little bit with getting the ‘ick’ and her just being like, ‘This can’t work. What are we doing?’ But maybe just more relationship-y things. I mean, we’ll see.”

Nobody Wants This is streaming now on Netflix. A premiere date for season 2 has yet to be announced.

Jersey Shore’s Angelina Pivarnick, Vinny Tortorella Tackle Cheating Rumors

Angelina Pivarnick and Vinny Tortorella are facing tough questions from their Jersey Shore family about the state of their relationship.

During the Thursday, January 2, episode of the MTV reality show, Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola tried to figure out why the couple couldn’t stop fighting.

“Was there ever infidelity in your relationship?” she asked.

“Me personally? No,” Vinny, 36, shared. “I speak on my own self.”

Angelina Pivarnick Almost Just Nearly Quit 'Jersey Shore Family Vacation'

After Angelina, 38, also denied cheating, Jenni “JWoww” Farley followed up by asking, “Do you feel like there was?”

“I don’t know,” Vinny replied before Angelina squashed the speculation.

“Well there was a month where we weren’t together,” she added. “But we didn’t do anything.”

The answers and body language, however, left some of the Jersey Shore cast with more questions than answers.

“Oh my gosh, there is some deep-rooted s— here that we didn’t know about,” Jenni, 38, said in a confessional. “The way Vinny and Angelina are answering Sam’s infidelity question has me shook.”

Deena Nicole also voiced her concerns about what she heard during the tense conversation.

“So maybe one of them did cheat so that makes sense with cameras and wanting to know where everybody is all the time,” she explained. “I don’t know.”

Earlier in the episode, Vinny accused Angelina of locking him out of the house and not allowing him to have a key to her space.

A Look Back at the ‘Jersey Shore’ Cast's Dating Histories

It’s just one of the setbacks Vinny and Angelina have faced in their relationship.

While the pair have publicly expressed plans to have children and start a family before getting married, Angelina got upset when Vinny suddenly expressed fears of having a child.

“A man can have children at 90 but a woman can’t but I ain’t Janet Jackson and I don’t have Janet Jackson money,” she said in the January 2 episode. “They use these fights as a way to cop out of not having a f—ing kid with you.”

When asked if she still loves Vinny, Angelina gathered her thoughts together before answering.

'Jersey Shore' Stars: Where Are They Now?

“It’s not that I don’t love him everyday,” she said in a confessional interview. “Lately the things he’s been saying to me, it’s been so heartbreaking and mean. I’m just confused at this point.”

Angelina first revealed her romance with Vinny during a September 2022 episode of the Jersey Shore spinoff. In April 2023, viewers were able to watch Vinny propose to his girlfriend in front of her costars.

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation airs on MTV Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET.

Coffey explained that she was living her own dream after receiving a phone call in 2011 to join QVC. Since then, viewers have watched Coffey get married to Davinder Athwal and celebrate her daughter, Gabby, graduating from college.

Now, she hopes to continue to inspire and empower other women through different platforms in 2025.

Marvin Gaye III Sued for Assault and Battery Following 'Dangerous' Behavior

Marvin Gaye III, the eldest son of legendary singer Marvin Gaye, is being accused of assault, battery, false imprisonment and more in a new lawsuit.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles on Thursday, December 26, and obtained by Us Weekly, the accuser, referred to only as Jane Doe, claims she was called to Gaye’s home in January 2023 to mediate an argument between him and his then-wife Wendy.

Although she states in court papers that her only intention was to assist in “diffusing the situation,” events “escalated into a series of violent and threatening acts perpetrated by [Gaye] including physical assault, verbal threats of death and the retrieval of a firearm, which he pointed at [the alleged victim] and his wife, while threatening their lives.”

In court documents, the accuser claims that Gaye, 59, physically attacked her by grabbing her by the arms, shaking her and stepping on her foot. She also claims that Gaye pointed a gun at her and Wendy and said he would “kill them.”

Kate Winslet Shares Her Son Had an Emotional Reaction to ‘Titanic’

At one point, Gaye “intentionally confined her in a guestroom by physically blocking her exit and threatening harm,” court documents state.

The unnamed woman claims his “dangerous” behavior was “extreme, outrageous and beyond the bounds of decency.”

In the lawsuit, Gaye is also accused of orchestrating “acts of intimidation,” including “tampering with [her] vehicle by cutting the brakes and arranging for his associates to surveil [her] home.”

As a direct result of Gaye’s alleged conduct, the woman claims in court paperwork that she has suffered severe emotional distress including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, insomnia and weight loss between 24 and 30 pounds.

She claims she has to have security for family events and lives in “constant fear” for her and her loved ones’ safety.

The Biggest Feuds Between Movie Directors and Stars

The accuser is asking the court for an undisclosed amount of damages, attorneys fees and is requesting the court prohibit Gaye from further harassment or contact with her.

When contacted for comment about the allegations, Gaye told Us: “No way did that happen. It’s all bulls—. I wouldn’t do that. These are false claims.” He also stated he was not previously aware of a lawsuit.

Gaye, who revealed he is recovering from multiple strokes, believes he knows who the accuser is and claims she is “trying to extort money from me.”

This isn’t the first time Gaye has found himself facing shocking allegations in court. In January 2023, the same timeframe as Doe claims in her lawsuit, Gaye was arrested for domestic violence and assault with a deadly weapon, with his then-wife Wendy filing a temporary restraining order days after the arrest claiming Gaye had used a handgun and injured her neck, causing emotional distress and trauma, according to reports.

Per reports at the time, Wendy claimed in her filing that Gaye grabbed her by the neck “and lifted her off the ground.” When a family member came to her defense, he “began physically attacking her.”

Breaking Down the Pettiest Scandals — and Feuds — of 2024

Gaye allegedly then grabbed a handgun and pointed it at both individuals “while threatening to shoot them as they ran out of the house.” (It’s unclear if that case is related in any way to the Doe lawsuit.)

Nearly two months after his arrest, Gaye filed for divorce from Wendy.

Gaye is the adopted son of Marvin Gaye and his first wife Anna Gordy. His biological mother is Denise Gordy, Anna’s niece.

(L-R) Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Zahara Marley Jolie and Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt attend the MARIA Spotlight Screening and Q&A at Alice Tully Hall on September 29, 2024 in New York City.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s legal battle over their divorce appears to have brought some lessons to their children.

“The kids have grown up seeing that some people have so much power and privilege that their voices don’t matter. Their pain doesn’t count,” a source close to the matter shares with Us Weekly. “They have wanted [Angelina] to speak up for herself, to defend herself over these years but she reminds them to focus on changing laws over telling public stories.”

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in September 2016 after two years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The pair share six kids: Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 16-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

While the exes have been legally single since November 2019, both have been battling it out in court over custody issues and their French winery, Château Miraval.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s Ups and Downs Through the Years

On Monday, December 30, Us confirmed that Pitt, 61, and Jolie, 49, finally signed off on their divorce.

“More than eight years ago, Angelina filed for divorce from Mr. Pitt,” Jolie’s lawyer James Simon of Hersh Mannis told Us. “She and the children left all of the properties they had shared with Mr. Pitt, and since that time she has focused on finding peace and healing for their family. This is just one part of a long ongoing process that started eight years ago. Frankly, Angelina is exhausted, but she is relieved this one part is over.”

A rep for Pitt declined to confirm or comment on the settled divorce.

Despite the pair’s messy legal battle, the source tells Us Jolie “doesn’t speak ill” of Pitt publicly or privately to their children. Instead, she’s focused on moving forward from the challenging time in her life.

“She’s been trying hard to be light after a dark time,” the insider explains.

Ahead of settling her divorce, Jolie celebrated her starring role in Pablo Larraín’s Maria Callas biopic, Maria. When discussing the project, the actress shared the similarities and differences between herself and her character.

“I have family,” she told The Sunday Times earlier this month. “Maria didn’t have a family, so her work was everything. My work is not everything. Being a parent is everything.”

When it comes to dating, Pitt has been linked to jewelry designer Ines de Ramon since 2022. A source previously told Us in October that Jolie, meanwhile, “remains focused on her family and is not dating at this time.”

Austen Kroll Questions Craig Conover Friendship in ‘Southern Charm’ Preview

Austen Kroll Questions Craig Conover Friendship in Southern Charm Preview
Austen Kroll and Craig Conover.

Southern Charm’s Austen Kroll really misses hanging out with his bro Craig Conover.

In Bravo’s sneak peek of the Thursday, January 2, episode, Austen, 37, sits down with his longtime friend to figure out why things seem distant between the pair.

“I miss my buddy and that’s where I’m coming to you from,” Austen shares in the preview. “We talk and do this but if I’m going to lunch, you’re not on my phone call list. If I’m going to get a beer, you’re not on my phone call list because your answer is normally ‘because I’m gardening.’”

Visibly surprised by the conversation, Craig, 35, quickly tries to defend himself and questions  Austen on the last time he picked up the phone to schedule a lunch date.

Southern Charm's Austen Kroll, Craig Conover’s Friendship Ups and Downs

“That’s a you thing,” Craig replies. “I’m not a f—ing mind reader. I didn’t know this s— was going on. I thought we were good. Why don’t we set up a weekly tee time?”

From Austen’s perspective, it may not be the best time for some sarcasm. After all, Craig didn’t score an invite to Patricia Altschul’s birthday dinner because of his absence from the group.

As an example, Austen details a weekend when he was scheduled to play golf with Craig on a Sunday. The night before, however, his friend canceled so he could tend to his garden.

“Yah, because I don’t want to waste five hours playing golf when I have stuff to do,” Craig replies. “It was work. … That’s what makes me happy now is working and making money.”

Austen first joined Southern Charm in 2017 for season 4. Since then, he has maintained a friendship with Craig with the pair opening up a new bar titled By The Way. At the same time, he wishes his coworker and friend had more “balance.”

“I wish that Craig would have more of a balance in his life,”  Austen exclusively told Us Weekly earlier this month. “I wish that Craig would want to go out to dinner with me and [my girlfriend] Audrey. Craig is like a hermit.”

While Austen is thrilled for Craig’s success in the business world with Sewing Down South, Spritz Society and more businesses, he hopes to not be forgotten.

Chad Duell Explains Why He Left ‘General Hospital’ After 14 Years

Chad Duell Explains Why He Left General Hospital

General Hospital’s Chad Duell is opening up about his decision to step away from the long-running soap opera.

“It’s a life adjustment,” Duell, 37, shared on the Saturday, December 28, episode of the “Daily Drama” podcast. “A lot of stuff’s been going on in my life. There’s a few things behind it but one thing I did say is my dad passed away and I’m still coming to terms with that.”

The actor, who played Michael Corinthos on General Hospital, also wanted to spend more time in Arizona with his partner, Luana Lucci, and their 15-month-old son, Dawson.

“I’m preparing myself for next chapters,” Duell teased cohosts Steve Burton and Bradford Anderson. “Right now, I’m just trying to grow in ways that maybe I feel like I stifled myself in certain aspects and sometimes you need to take drastic steps or make yourself feel uncomfortable and that’s not what I’ve done in a long time.”

Kelly Monaco, Alison Sweeney and More Shocking Soap Opera Exits

In November, Duell announced he was leaving General Hospital after more than 14 years. In his announcement, he thanked loyal fans and his coworkers for an incredible experience in daytime TV.

“This wasn’t an easy decision for me, but it feels like the right time in my life,” he wrote via Instagram at the time. “I’m beyond grateful to [executive producer] Frank Valentini, the cast, crew, and everyone behind the scenes who have been like family to me throughout this amazing journey.”

He added that this “isn’t a goodbye — it’s a see you later.”

Chad Duell Explains Why He Left General Hospital

In his latest interview, Duell confirmed that Valentini, 62, left the door open for a possible return. At this time, however, the actor is focused on exploring new things.

“Coming in January, I have a few things planned [that] I want to do for myself,” he teased. “It’s different because I have a kid now. But also for him and me as well and everybody, doing what’s best for me — spiritually, mentally, everything — will only reflect my energy in a better way towards everybody around me, and I want to make sure that I take care of myself as well, which I haven’t always done.”

Most Shocking TV Exits of 2024 'General Hospital,' 'Outer Banks' and More

Although Duell acknowledged that soap operas can provide a steady job and a second family, he hopes 2025 can be a year he grows professionally and personally. After all, playing the adoptive son of mob boss Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is only part of his story.

“I feel like I had a very strong comfort in this for such a long time that my identity was wrapped up in that,” he shared. “It’s going to be a process, but kind of unraveling that and really seeing who I am and where I am now in my life. It’s going to be a little journey. I don’t know what the future holds, but there is a lot of work I have to do to achieve the potential that I know I have. Not just career-wise, but a lot of aspects.”

General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC and can be streamed on Hulu.

“2024 was such a memorable year for our family!” Cheyenne Floyd exclusively shared with Us Weekly before celebrating the holiday season in Paris. “Both kids inspired us with their curiosity and big hearts, and we couldn’t be prouder of all they accomplished this year!”

For Floyd, the months were filled with her kids juggling school work and family time along with sporting activities and even a few modeling gigs.

Maci Bookout experienced a different kind of reality when her son, Bentley, officially went from a little kid to a teenager as he turned 16 in October.

How the ‘Teen Mom’ Cast Makes the Holiday Season Magical for Their Kids

“Never forget how exceptional you are,” Bookout, 33, wrote via Instagram on his birthday. “Keep on keepin’ on Benny!”

Before fans get to witness all of the fun on a Sweet 16 season of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, which kicks off on January 30, see what milestones are making the cast extra proud:

But those weren’t the only accomplishments for Messer’s kids this year.

“They’re also preparing for a big milestone: testing for their driver’s permits,” she continued. “Addie started middle school and made an exciting decision to join the cheerleading team. It’s been a year full of firsts and exciting moments!”

The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star is so impressed with how her daughter is excelling at school.

“A huge milestone for Kloie this year was picking up a new language,” Cline, 27, revealed to Us. “Kloie does a Spanish immersion program at school and she’s done amazing this year. It honestly blows our mind how fast young children pick up another language. It’s amazing and we are just so proud of Kloie.”

Maci Bookout

While it was a huge deal to celebrate Bentley turning 16, Bookout is also in awe of what her children with husband Taylor McKinney accomplished.

“Jayde was inducted into the National Beta Club at school!” she told Us. “Maverick made the Tennessee National Dual team in wrestling!”

“Ryder had an incredible year at school, where she really shined academically and socially,” Floyd, 32, said to Us when gushing about her daughter, whom she shares with ex Cory Wharton. “She also participated in an amazing Halloween and Christmas campaign with Disney Store, which was a huge milestone for her.”

As for her son Ace, shared with husband Zach Davis, Floyd is impressed with his athletic abilities.

“Ace continued to thrive in sports — he has a passion for soccer and swimming and we’re so proud watching him master new skills,” she shared. “At home, we celebrated Ace’s creative side as he filled our house with his beautiful paintings.”

Taylor Selfridge

“Mila has been learning Spanish in school this year and she knows how to say their morning prayer in Spanish so that’s pretty cool because Cory and I have no idea what she’s saying,” Selfridge, 30, joked to Us. “Maya isn’t in school quite yet but it’s been amazing to see her grow into a little toddler. She’s such a little sweetheart and so smart.”

Selfridge also gave praise to her stepdaughter for her many talents including the time she owned the stage.

“Ryder just did her first play where she had her own solo song,” she recalled. “It was so cute to see.”

Catelynn Lowell

Raising three girls at home remains an adventure for the Teen Mom OG star and her husband Tyler Baltierra.

“Rya started preschool,” Lowell, 32, told Us. “Vaeda started kindergarten and Nova turns 10 on New Year’s Day!”

Mackenzie McKee

When she’s not planning her dream wedding to Khesanio Hall or working as a fitness trainer, McKee, 32, is savoring quality time with her growing kids.

“My oldest son [Gannon] and I were able to have some talks that really made me realize he is becoming a teenager,” she told Us. “In three years, he will be the age I was when I had him, and I wanted to have conversations with him that I wish people were having with me at that age. It made us closer and hopefully made him comfortable to always be open and honest.”

Along with Gannon, Mackenzie shares daughter Jaxie and son Broncs with ex husband Josh McKee.

“My daughter [Jaxie] hit this crazy transition where we went from baby dolls to skin care products,” McKee continued. “My youngest son [Broncs] really was born different from the rest, but makes me realize every single day how much he and I are alike.”

Teen Mom: The Next Chapter returns on MTV Thursday, January 30, at 8 p.m. ET.

Ryan Seacrest agrees that anything can happen in Times Square on New Year’s Eve.

Before hosting Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on ABC, Seacrest, 50, appeared on Good Morning America to talk about the show’s traditions — including the moment someone ends up proposing in the crowd.

“Yes, that’s something that’s happened almost every single year,” he shared via People on Monday, December 30. “Some of it makes TV, some of it doesn’t, but people love that moment to say, ‘Will you be with me for the rest of our lives?’”

ABC correspondent Will Reeve, who proposed to longtime girlfriend Amanda Dubin in New York City last month, joked, “I should have done the proposal on New Year’s Eve with Ryan. Amanda would have said no.”

In response to Seacrest’s joke on live TV, Reeve said, “You’ve got this, Ryan. We won’t rush you, though.”

Instead of focusing on engagements and proposals, Seacrest has his hands full as he hosts Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve for the 20th year in a row.

Featuring performances from Carrie Underwood, the Jonas Brothers, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton and Lenny Kravitz, the live event is expected to feature plenty of surprises. While Seacrest has handled the gig for two decades, he still gets excited to witness the ball drop in New York City.

“I’ll never forget that moment when Dick Clark said I want you to step in and take over and do this show every year,” he shared on Good Morning America before cohosting the primetime event with Rita Ora. “I look forward to it. I get excited every time we’re able to watch that ball drop.”

“In that moment, we’re all together,” he said. “Our differences don’t matter for about a minute or two at the start of the year. That’s something so rare and so significant and so special. It’s magical to watch.”

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest airs on ABC Tuesday, December 31, starting at 8 p.m. ET. The event will also be available to stream live on the iHeartRadio app.

Kristin Cavallari Calls Coparenting With Jay Cutler a ‘Bumpy Road’

Kristin Cavallari says her coparenting relationship with ex-husband Jay Cutler isn’t exactly predictable.

“It’s been so up and down,” Cavallari, 37, said on the Monday, December 30, episode of Bunnie XO’s “Dumb Blonde” podcast. “Zero f—ing consistency, which is really hard. It has not been easy, to say the least.”

Cavallari split from Cutler, 41, in 2020 after seven years of marriage. The couple shares children Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9.

While the Laguna Beach alum has no interest in getting back with Cutler, she admitted that Christmas and other major events can lead to her missing a strong family unit.

“Coming from divorced parents, the last thing I ever wanted was a divorce,” she explained. “I won’t lie to you. That still will creep up once in a while. [At] Christmas I felt that. It just sucks that we’re not together as a family.”

While Cavallari tries to keep her kids and family moments off of social media, she recalled a positive memory where she was able to enjoy a drama–free afternoon with her kids and Cutler.

“We sat together at a basketball game earlier in the year, and I was like, ‘Holy f—, this is the best thing that’s ever happened. Jesus Christ, we made it. We can sit next to each other’ and we haven’t sat together since,” she said with a laugh. “What the f—? It’s a bumpy road.”

Since Cavallari and Cutler’s divorce was finalized, the former Chicago Bears quarterback has gotten engaged to Samantha Robertson.

As for Cavallari, she’s still exploring the dating world after breaking up with Mark Estes in September following seven months of dating.

During her latest podcast appearance, however, Cavallari teased that she may now have a former athlete in her life.

“I’m not going to say who it is and it’s really new,” she shared. “He retired a couple of years ago and he has so much depth and I just love talking to him.”

While life after divorce still has some challenges, Cavallari said she is always trying to find the good in her reality. She hopes that positive attitude extends to her children too.

“I think when you go through a divorce and you have kids, there are those moments where you’re like, bummer because you don’t want that,” she explained. “There’s also a lot of good that came out of that. I think even for my kids, it’s going to make them stronger. I could list a thousand things positive, but I do have those moments.”
