One of Cardi’s most talked about looks came in January 2023. The “I Like It” rapper took to Instagram to show off the bedazzled set she donned for an appearance on the Jason Lee Show. In the carousel of photos, the “Please Me” musician’s nails were elongated with acrylics and filed into a square shape. Manicurist Jenny Bui — who has worked with the New York native for over a decade — topped Cardi’s claws with colorful rhinestones in various shapes and sizes.
Cameron has also slayed with edgy manicures. In May 2022, she took to social media to share a flawless design with her followers. Some of the almond-shaped nails featured a clear coat while her others were covered in show-stopping accessories. To top the look off, Cameron’s fingers were painted silver.
MGK, for his part, turned heads with eye-catching nails at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards. For the soirée, he arrived with a unique set of lengthy nails that reportedly took six hours to create — even though only one of his hands was decorated. Brought to life by celebrity nail artist Brittney Boyce, the manicure featured snakeskin polish, chains, spikes and more. He paired the acrylics with a white and pink suit that was also finished with studs.

If you’re anything like Us, you’ve always wondered what it would be like to experience celebrities’ hair extensions.
Zendaya, Ayo Edebiri, Jessica Alba, Peyton List, Elsa Hosk and Ashley Graham are only a few of the stars who have worn (and loved!) Covet & Mane’s hair extensions. It’s no secret that extensions immediately give you unprecedented volume and instant length, but how comfortable are they really? Us Weekly’s Assistant Editor Grace Riley tried out Covet & Mane’s tape-in extensions and is here to spill all the tea.
I got the extensions installed by celebrity hairstylist Lilybeth Vargas in November 2024 and instantly fell in love with my transformation. I have naturally thick hair, so she used three rows of extensions to make sure they blended in seamlessly. Unlike generic tape-in extensions, which come in small wefts, Covet & Mane has a unique design with a row of hair that is taped to your head, creating a more seamless look.
By the end of my first day wearing the extensions, they definitely felt heavy on my head. I was aware of them while laying down, but they never felt uncomfortable. When I woke up, I had adjusted to the weight and was able to wear them in the same bouncy curls Vargas styled for me.
The next day, I went on a run and followed Vargas’ suggestion of wearing my hair in two braids instead of a ponytail. Splitting my hair in two sections made my workout feel easier, whereas the tension of a ponytail made my mane feel heavier on my neck while jogging.
When it came to washing my hair, I was using more product than I normally would, but the thickness actually didn’t take too much extra time in the shower. I tried to only wash my extensions once a week, as Vargas recommended, but would sometimes section off my crown and wash that hair if it was greasy.
Styling the extra hair and length was a challenge for me at first because my natural hair only goes to my chest. I learned to style it the night before events to save time in the morning — and even got handier at using a curling iron!
Throughout these past few months, I’ve received more compliments on my hair than ever before. Strangers came up to me to tell me my hair was “so pretty,” and whenever I see my friends, they immediately start playing with my mane and gushing over how amazing it looks. Something about having this much hair on your head makes you feel so glammed up wherever you go. They made me feel like the most confident, baddie version of myself — with really good hair.
If you’re willing to take care of the extensions and dedicate a bit more time to your routine than normal, then I would no doubt recommend extensions to anyone.
Covet & Mane also offers textured extensions, which Zendaya rocked in an On sneaker campaign in November 2024. Edebiri, 29, sported the length at the 2024 Emmys, while Graham, 37, donned the tresses at the 2024 Met Gala. That same month, Hosk, 36, could be seen wearing Covet & Mane’s platinum strands at Cannes Film Festival, and Alba, 43, slayed the voluminous strands on the cover of Marie Claire in August 2024.
With Covet & Mane, you don’t need to be a celebrity to have Hollywood-worthy hair.
Hale, 35, showed off her effortlessly chic street style while strolling through Los Angeles on Thursday, January 9. For her laid-back outing, Hale rocked a gray crewneck and rolled her sleeves up while carrying her phone, a coffee and a green juice.
The piece de resistance was her baggy blue jeans featuring a high-waist and strategic rips. Hale further dressed up her look with a silver ring, layered gold bracelets, a number of hoop earrings and a dainty necklace. Hale tied her low-key look together with a woven leather purse and a blue baseball cap. In true Lucy Hale fashion, she wore her go-to Adidas Sambas.
Matching her chill outfit aesthetic with her glam, Hale donned a fresh face and tied her hair into a bun.
This is hardly the first time Hale has commanded attention for her low-key denim while roaming through Los Angeles. In July 2024, she gave Us major French girl vibes while rocking blue straight jeans that hugged her in all the right places. Hale’s hair, which was cut into a chic bob at the time, was blown out and bounced off her shoulders as she accessorized with gold hoop earrings.
Hale again looked timeless in a denim jacket while out and about in March 2024. She styled the cropped piece with a burnt orange hoodie underneath and a white tank. Hale kept her look cozy to walk in with black leggings, white socks and running shoes.
The Pretty Little Liars alum perfectly elevated her look with round brown sunglasses and a leather crossbody bag. Hale completed her look by twisting her hair into a messy bun with her curtain bangs framing her face.
When she’s not showing off her street style, Hale can be seen looking gorgeous on the red carpet. Most recently, she stunned in a little red Markarian dress at the Friendly House Humanitarian Awards in September 2024. The trendy number featured a flowy silhouette and a scarf that she tossed over her shoulders. Hale matched the piece to her pointed-toe leather heels.
Don’t call it a comeback, but bleached eyebrows have been making a major return among a new generation of It girls.
After stars includingKim Kardashian, Lizzo, Julia Fox and more experimented with peroxide-blonde brows 2022 — only to return to their natural color shortly thereafter — more celebs have revived the less-is-more look as of late.
TakeJoey King, for example, who switched up her signature brown arches for nearly invisible blonde strands in January 2025. She debuted the futuristic look via Instagram, where BFFs including Sabrina Carpenter and Noah Cyrus (who also sports bleached brows) praised her new beauty move.
“Rude to look this good without eyebrows,” Carpenter wrote, as Cyrus added, “THIS IS YOUR LOOK.”
Besides King, Alix Earlebriefly rocked bleached brows in May 2024 for an 11-hour photoshoot for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit digital issue. She teased the look via TikTok before revealing she would star as the first-ever digital cover model for SI Swimsuit.

Bronwyn Newport turns to the best when it comes to style inspo.
Newport, 39, rocked a familiar Carolina Herrera dress while filming the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season 5 reunion. As Bravo revealed the cast’s looks on Thursday, January 9, Newport explained that the cherry red gown was originally worn by Karlie Kloss at the 2021 Met Gala.
“[It was] tailored down for me to wear/buy,” she told Bravo, noting the piece was “not a loan.”
The dazzling gown featured a plunging neckline with floral ruffles liming her arms, a mini skirt and a sweeping train. Just like Kloss, 32, Newport accessorized with the same silky clutch Kloss carried on the red carpet.
To make the look her own, Newport styled the piece with strappy red Valentino pumps and diamond rings and earrings from Melissa Kaye.
Newport’s glam perfectly tied her look together thanks to makeup artist Sophia Vallejos, who crafted a full beat including long lashes, nude eyeshadow, rosy and contoured cheeks and a pepper-red pout. Her brown hair was parted down the middle and styled in a chin-length blowout by Jacob Rozenberg.
When Kloss wore the outfit, she sparkled with dangling diamond earrings, nude nails and black pointed-toe heels.
Newport later took to Instagram to gush over wearing Kloss’ gown. “So grateful to [designer] Wes Gordon and @carolinaherrera for taking Karlie Kloss’ actual Met Gala dress out of their archive and tailoring and selling to me for both this big day and my own collection.”
She continued: “The dress on the Met Gala carpet was meant to symbolize America’s flower, the rose at the In America: A Lexicon of Fashion event. For me, it was a symbol of my hope for blossoming friendships in future after watching myself throughout the season, as long as we can all get past each other’s thorns! I also wanted to bookend my first season the way I started it… in big red shoulders! As always… all my best looks come from @carlyazell and @modaoperandi.”
Red seemed to be a major trend for the RHOSLC cast, with Mary Cosby, Heather Gay, Meredith Marks and Whitney Rose also wearing the hot color.
Bravo has not yet announced when the season 5 reunion will air.
SZA, 35, took to Instagram on Wednesday, January 8, to show off her new bubblegum highlights. The singer, who previously sported dark brown coils, rocked hot pink money pieces that were cut to her chin, thanks to hairstylist Devante Turnbull. The rest of her coils were dyed a cherry cola shade.
To highlight her vibrant mane even more, she paired the new tresses with a black top featuring nude polka dots, a plunging necklace and a tie that wrapped around her waist. Styled by Alejandra LaPilusa, the One of Them Days star matched the piece with cropped leggings, layered necklaces and sandals.
Last up was glam, and SZA complimented her look with a full beat thanks to the help of makeup artist Deanna Paley. Her look featured bright pink lips, smokey eyeshadow and a pop of highlighter in her inner corner. SZA also rocked a detailed henna on her hands created by Neha Assar Panchal.
In another social media clip, SZA flipped her hair around, showing fans every angle of her freshly dyed tresses.
“PRESS THANGS FOR #ONEOFTHEMDAYSMOVIE COMING JANUARY 17th ,” SZA captioned the post, promoting her comedy with costar Keke Palmer.
Celebrity friends and fans praised SZA’s new look in the comments section.
“Gorgeous girl ,” Palmer, 31, wrote, as singer Yebba Smith added, “Piiink!! . Chloe Bailey gushed that she looked “so pretty,” as another fan commented, “Loving this new pink hair .”
This isn’t the first time SZA has played around with the color of her curls. In July 2024, she sported copper locks that were cut slightly past her shoulders with her bangs cascading slightly past her eyebrows.
The next month, she tried out a coral wig while posing on a rooftop. SZA rocks the curly wig with a sheer mesh pink catsuit featuring one leg, a cutout on her chest and leaf embroidery.
Tran, 27, took to TikTok on Wednesday, January 8, to show off her “Hollywood honey” glam routine.
In the clip, the former Bachelorette started her makeup routine by dotting concealer below her eyes and blending the product in with a sponge. She then used the Too Faced Born This Way Soft Matte foundation and patted it into her skin with a brush.
Tran added a pop of color to her eyes with a burgundy eyeshadow in her crease and strategically swept below her eyes.
She then highlighted her cheekbones before giving her base a spritz of setting spray. Tran added a flirty touch to her already long eyelashes with the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara.
Tran topped off her glowy makeup with Charlotte Tilbury’s Lip Cheat liner in the shade Hollywood Honey. She slightly overlined her lips before filling it in with Dior’s Lip Oil.
Tran’s outfit was just as noteworthy as her glam: a blue corset mini dress featuring a strapless neckline and an A-line skirt. Tran gave her fans a twirl before blowing the camera a kiss.
“Hollywood honey charlotte tillbury liner is my new fav for a night out!!!” Tran captioned the post.
Fans complimented Tran’s pinkalicious look in the comments section. “Your glam is always perfect! ,” one wrote. A second added, “STUNNING Jenn .” A third praised her blush placement, “I need to try the blush on the nose! Genius!”
David Muir is facing backlash for tailoring his flame-retardant jacket.
Fans are unhappy with ABC news anchor Muir, 51, after he seemingly used clothespins to snatch his waist while reporting on the devastating Los Angeles wildfires on Wednesday, January 8.
As Muir turned around to look at the destruction behind him during a newscast, viewers noticed clothespins on the back of his coat. Social media users were quick to share their thoughts on Muir’s snatched look via X.
“People are losing everything they own, no one cares how you look,” one social media user wrote, as a second added, “David Muir is more concerned with his appearance than he is about the fires.” A third person agreed, writing, “California is burning and he doesn’t want his jacket to look baggy on camera. Priorities people!”
David Muir appears to be using clothespins to keep his jacket fitted while reporting on the devastating LA fires
While some fans thought it was unnecessary for Muir to be concerned about his outfit during a devastating natural weather event, others defended the World News Tonight anchor. “Y’all leave David Muir and his clothespin fire jacket alone,” one wrote. “A little waist snatchin’ ain’t hurt nobody.”
A second fan also didn’t mind Muir’s clothespins, writing, “leave david muir ALONEEEEEEEE. He probably just clothes pinned it cuz the wind is insane there. Let him look snacky.”
The wildfires have affected many of Hollywood’s favorites, including Mandy Moore, Anna Faris, Eugene Levy, Paris Hilton and more.
Dozens of celebrities have spoken out about the fires, including Chrissy Teigen, who evacuated to a hotel with husband John Legend and their four kids: Luna, 8, Miles, 6, Esti, 23 months, and Wren, 18 months.
After Zendaya, 28, showed off her dainty “T” tattoo at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, January 5, TMZ reported that Holland, 28, got matching ink to honor his fiancée.
According to the outlet, the duo got inked at Boston Tattoo Company on November 27. Holland reportedly got a “Z” sketched into his ribcage.
Tattoo artist Lily Jarnryd later opened up to Us Weekly about tattooing the Spider-Man costars, gushing, “It was a lot of fun, it was lovely meeting them.” She continued, “They are both lovely and I wish them the best. I love my job so much!”
Zendaya’s side tattoo wasn’t the only thing she showed off at the Golden Globes. She also debuted her engagement ring, which Holland gave her over the holidays. Her east-west ring features a horizontal diamond set on a 18-karat white and yellow gold band, reported to be from London-based celebrity jeweler Jessica McCormack.
McCormack describes the cut as “a literal twist on a classic solitaire,” and calls it “the perfect modern engagement ring … beloved by cool brides for its pared-back, non-traditional aesthetic.”
While flashing her engagement ring at the annual awards show, Zendaya wore a burnt orange custom Louis Vuitton gown featuring a strapless sweetheart neckline and a column skirt glammed up with a Watteau train. The Challengers star added even more sparkle to her look with a gleaming Bulgari diamond necklace and a matching ring.
For glam, she pinned her brunette locks up into a chin-length bob that was styled in Old Hollywood curls. She tied her look together with winged eyeliner and long lashes.
That night, Zendaya, who attended the awards without Holland, was up for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Motion Picture, Musical or Comedy for part as Tashi Donaldson in Challengers. Demi Moore ended up taking the trophy home for her role in The Substance.
Elle Fanning is already nailing one of 2025’s biggest beauty trends: modern retro makeup.
Fanning, 26, looked magnificent at the 2025 National Board Of Review Gala in New York City on Wednesday, January 7. For the event, she donned 1960s-esque glam including a vibrant pink lip. Her soft eye makeup featured nude eyeshadow blended to her brow bone and mascara. To make her blue eyes pop even more, Fanning wore white eyeliner in her waterline.
The rest of her look featured foundation and soft blush, which let her freckles shine through. The actress’ platinum blonde mane was styled in a half-up coif with her shoulder-length tresses blown out.
Fanning teamed her beat with a delicate Maison Valentino dress featuring razor thin straps, a lavender sweetheart bra top with a soft pink bow adorned with crystals and tiered butter yellow skirt.
Fanning, whose dress was perfect for spring, kept warm in the freezing temperatures of New York City with a tan fur coat.
She dripped in jewels with a pink and white diamond Resonances de Cartier bracelet featuring 60 carats of rubellites and a matching Panthère de Cartier ring.
This isn’t the first red carpet Fanning has looked vintage-chic this week. At the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, January 5, she wowed in a Balmain ball gown that was based on a design from the brand’s 1952 haute couture collection.
The dress featured a bedazzled cheetah top and a pleated tan skirt.
Fanning further played into the vintage aesthetic with an Old Hollywood hairstyle. Her hair was parted to the side and swept over her forehead before being gathered in a low bun.
Fanning later rocked more animal print at the Jas Mathur and Michael Braun‘s afterparty, rocking a vintage Dior dress. Her frock featured red flowers attached to her spaghetti straps, a loosely-fitted silhouette and a thigh-high slit. She glammed up her ensemble even more with a long scarf that cascaded to the ground.
Grande, 31, slayed in a pastel pink custom Loewe dress at the 2025 National Board of Review Awards Gala in New York City on Tuesday, January 7, reminding Us of her 2024 Oscars look.
Her gown featured thin spaghetti straps, a square neckline and an open back. Similar to her Giambattista Valli Haute Couture Oscars dress, her frock was complete with a sleek column skirt.
Much less dramatic than her voluminous Oscars cape, Grande wrapped a silky shawl around her arms featuring a dainty train at the gala. She added the perfect amount of sparkle to her look with a diamond choker and pink sparkly rings, just like the jewelry she sported at the Oscars.
Grande completed her look with demand stud earrings, White Loewe ‘Toy Pump’ heels and a beaded Loewe purse with a tapestry-inspired floral motif.
For glam, the Wicked star pulled her strawberry blonde hair into a ponytail with her bangs parted to the side and her ends curled. Her flirty makeup featured soft pink eyeshadow, long lashes, bronzed cheeks and glossy lips.
Grande’s Oscars ensemble was oh-so-similar in the same shade of pink, but she turned up the volume, literally, with a more-is-more silhouette for Movie’s Biggest Night. She paired the heavily pleated dress with a massive pink jewel set on a diamond chain and matching earrings, plush pointed toe shimmery heels.
As for her glam, she donned nearly identical makeup, but her blonde hair was styled in a bun with strands strategically left out and curled.
Grande, who played Glinda in Wicked, has been rocking her character’s signature color, pink, since the Oscars and throughout the movie’s press tour. She recently took a break from the hue at the 2025 Golden Globes and wore a vintage yellow Givenchy dress circa 1966 featuring a beaded top and a pleated skirt.
King, 25, took to Instagram on Sunday, January 5, to show off her edgy new look featuring bleached eyebrows that blended in with her skin. In the snap, she posed on a balcony donning a sexy makeup look that made her eyes pop. She lightened her eyes with black pigment and elongated her lashes with mascara. King tied her glam together with nude lips and a touch of blush.
She flipped her highlighted lock over her forehead while posing for the pic and styled her mane in beachy waves.
As for her outfit, King looked cool in a satin yellow-and-white checkered blazer featuring silver buttons. Underneath, she wore a black blouse. The actress accessorized with silver rings and a black square purse.
“,” she hilariously captioned the post. Celebrity friends and fans had mixed reactions to King’s new look.
“Rude to look this good without eyebrows,” BFF Sabrina Carpenter commented, as Noah Cyrus gushed, “THIS IS YOUR LOOK.” While her friends love the ethereal aesthetic, some fans questioned why King bleached her previously brown brows.
“Why… Just… why?” one follower wrote. A second commented, “Noooo.”
Elsewhere on social media, King joked about her viral Glambot video from the 2019 People’s Choice Awards after watching stars try it out at the 2025 Golden Globes, which were held on Sunday at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.
“While I appreciate the recent submissions being thrown around for a glamour worse than my first one … sorry babes … mine is still the worst,” she quipped alongside a kissy face emoji. In her infamous Glambot, King spun around in a rainbow dress while giving the camera a wink and a thumbs up. She has since redeemed herself with stunning Glambots where she tossed her mane and elegantly gazed into the camera.
Kristen Bell can relate to trying to sit in a tight corset.
Actress Jackie Tohn took to Instagram on Monday, January 6, to share a hilarious video of Bell, 44, attempting to sit in her chair at the 2025 Golden Globes, which was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills on Sunday, January 5.
In the clip, Bell lowered herself into her seat while rocking an Ashi Studio ensemble featuring a fitted corset with a structured neckline, a peplum bottom and a floor-length glittery skirt. Trying to look as casual as she could, Bell rested her arm against the back of the chair while leaning awkwardly to the side.
“Sit down! Get comfortable!” Tohn, 44, teased from behind the camera. Bell then replied, “I can’t!” as she gave a thumbs up and winked to the camera.
“@kristenanniebell too pretty to sit,” Tohn captioned the post.
Although Bell’s outfit might have been hard to relax in, she looked ethereal in her sequin getup and sparkly accessories, including a massive diamond ring, wrap bracelet and coordinating earrings.
Bell’s glam complimented her outfit with filled-in eyebrows, nude eyeshadow, rosy cheeks and pink lips. Her bronde hair was parted to down the middle and slicked back into an updo.
This year, Bell was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series, Comedy, for her role as Joanne in Nobody Wants This. The trophy ended up going to Jean Smart for her part in Hacks.
Bell actually isn’t the only celeb who has struggled to sit in their gown at the Golden Globes. Last year, Dua Lipa experienced the same dilemma while rocking a form-fitting Schiaparelli gown featuring gold embellishments in the shape of a skeleton and a pleated mermaid skirt.
In January 2024, she shared a video of the moment via Instagram, first leaning against her chair before giving up and sinking into the seat while giving the camera a goofy smile.
While NBA games are all about the nail-biting plays and energetic cheers, they also bring seriously stylish ensembles from Hollywood’s A-listers.
One of the most talked about courtside outfits is Jennifer Lopez’s casual sideline glam in December 2021. The “On the Floor” singer was cuddled up with exBen Affleck while watching the Lakers vs. Boston Celtics Game in Los Angeles. The Shotgun Wedding actress wore a trendy pair of jeans and denim jacket, topping the fit off a pair of hoop earrings, charm bracelet and black boots.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenneralso chose to rock casual fits at the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Golden State Warriors playoff game in May 2023. The Skims founder enjoyed watching the basketball game in an “I Love Nerds” printed tee and distressed baggy jeans. She topped the ensemble off with a cross necklace, long nails and slicked back ponytail. Jenner, on the other hand, looked edgy at the Crypto.com Arena in a leather jacket, black shirt, smokey eyeshadow and chunky gold rings.

Hailey Bieber took to Instagram on Monday, January 6, to show off an elegant ensemble: a black sleeveless dress featuring a high neckline and bodycon fit. Taking a break from her go-to middle part, Bieber parted her hair to the right side of her head and slicked her locks back into an updo.
To make her look even more classy, she donned soft makeup including lined lips and mascara, as well as statement earrings, a massive diamond ring and a dainty watch.
Hailey isn’t the only star as of late who has experimented with a side part. Elle Fanning, Cara Delevingne, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Zendaya and Demi Moore are only a handful of women who donned the look at the 2025 Golden Globes.
Take Fanning, 26, who opted for a deep side part with her hair swept over the side of her face at the annual awards. The actress played into the Old Hollywood aesthetic with a Balmain gown featuring a bedazzled leopard print top with a fitted bodice. The pièce de résistance was her voluminous ball skirt.
Delevingne, 32, also slayed with a dramatic part at the Golden Globes, as she sparkled in a sequin Gucci dress featuring an open back.
Other stars like Moore, 62, Grande, 31, Zendaya, 28, and Gomez, 32, opted for a more subtle side part at the awards.
Zendaya and Gomez both stunned with chin-length bobs that were styled in bouncy curls. Moore, for her part, looked graceful with her long brunette hair blown out, while Grande parted her bangs to the side with the rest of her mane slicked back into a ponytail.
Gomez, 32, spoke about what fans thought was Short, 44, admiring her ring from Benny Blanco at the annual awards ceremony while making an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, January 6.
“Marty is examining your engagement ring,” Kimmel, 57, said as he pulled up a clip of Short touching Gomez’s marquise diamond while sitting next to her at their table.
“He’s twisting it,” she explained. “I wasn’t sure what he was doing. That’s why I look confused.”
Kimmel then asked if he was complimenting the design, to which Gomez replied, “He wanted to know what was going on. I don’t think he cared. Maybe he had a little [too much to drink].”
After cracking up, Kimmel asked if Blanco, 36, asked Short or Steve Martin — who Gomez costars with on Only Murders in the Building — for his permission to propose.
“He didn’t, but I have a feeling Marty wasn’t very happy about that,” Gomez quipped. “He just gave us a little joke here and there.”
Gomez also shared that Martin, 79, sent her assistant an email to congratulate the actress. “That’s how he communicates. It’s very kind, but it’s OK to send a little text,” she said playfully.
Gomez and Blanco announced their engagement via Instagram last month. In the adorable shots, she shared a zoomed-in pic of her ring, which features a large center stone set on a gold band adorned with smaller diamonds.
Later that month, the ring designers, Katherine Theofilos Claster and Stephanie Theofilos, opened up to Page Six about custom designing the rock with Blanco.
“Benny, a wonderful creative himself, had [a] specific inspiration, including the center cut, the marquise,” Theofilos said, noting he “had a very sharp idea of what he ultimately envisioned.” She also shared that Blanco was “immediately drawn” to the marquise diamond, which “captures the essence of an heirloom piece with a modern hand.”
Zendaya is keeping Us on our toes with her hair changes.
Zendaya, 28, showed off a chic fringe look while speaking at a special screening of Challengers on Monday, January 6. The actress slicked her hair back into a voluminous ponytail with her ends curled. She added a glamorous touch to her updo with some strands wrapped around her hair tie. Zendaya tied her coif together with thick clip-in bangs that were cut slightly below her eyebrows with angels framing her face.
Zendaya teamed her hair with a full beat including a dewy foundation, black liner in her waterline and long lashes. The rest of her makeup featured blushed cheeks with highlighter swept across her high points and pink lined lips.
The actress added the perfect amount of sparkle to her look with diamond stud earrings and her new engagement ring from Tom Holland. The sparkler features a large east-west cushion diamond set on a button back ring.
Zendaya’s fierce look didn’t stop there. She went topless underneath a black leather blazer which she paired with a frilly tulle mini skirt, both by John Galliano for Dior. In true Zendaya style, she rocked a pair of black Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ heels.
Zendaya first showed off her engagement ring at the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, January 7. Fans immediately speculated that the ring wasn’t just an accessory and was from Holland getting on one knee, and Us Weekly confirmed the rumors on Monday.
For the Golden Globes, Zendaya wore her hair in a pinned up bob that was styled in Old Hollywood curls. She styled her chin-length haircut with a burnt orange custom Louis Vuitton gown featuring a strapless sweetheart neckline and a column skirt adorned with Watteau train. She accessorized with a massive Bulgari diamond necklace and a matching ring.
Stars took Us back in time on the 2025 Golden Globes red carpet.
From Selena Gomez’s Cinderella moment to Zendaya’s Old Hollywood curls, Hollywood’s favorites opted for vintage-inspired looks.
Take Zendaya, for example, who parted her brunette mane to the side and styled her tresses in bouncy coils. While showing off her engagement ring from Tom Holland, she rocked a burnt orange custom Louis Vuitton gown featuring a voluminous skirt and a strapless neckline.
Gomez rocked a very similar hairstyle, which she paired with a pale blue satin custom Prada dress and diamond necklace. Gomez’s look was inspired by a similar azure gown that Jackie Kennedy wore in 1961 while visiting the late Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip with John F. Kennedy.
Sofía Vergara stole the show with her flawless glam at the 2025 Golden Globes.
Vergara, 52, looked effortlessly radiant at the annual awards ceremony, which took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday, January 5. Thanks to celebrity makeup artist Sabrina Bedrani, Vergara’s makeup perfectly complimented her Georges Chakra gown.
To achieve the actress’ dewy base, Bedrani used La Prairie’s Skin Caviar collection, including the Liquid Lift serum. ”I focused on creating the perfect canvas because flawless, long-lasting makeup starts with well-prepped skin,” Bedrani told Us Weekly exclusively.
First, she misted Vergara’s skin with the luxe beauty brand’s Caviar Mist, “which instantly refreshed and energized her,” Bedrani said. She then went in with the Eye Lift serum and cream, gently tapping the product around Vergara’s eyes with a chilled metal spatula, which helps lift and depuff the under-eyes.
“To enhance the efficacy of the skincare routine, I used the Skin Caviar Essence-in-Lotion as a pre-serum step,” Bedrani told Us. “I then smoothed two drops of the new Skin Caviar Liquid Lift serum over Sofia’s face and neck, using a lifting and sculpting motion on her cheekbones and jawline.”
Next, the makeup artist created an “‘S’ movement between the brows and upward gliding strokes on the forehead [to] create a sculpted and lifted effect — eyebrows raised and redefined. It’s truly transformative.”
As a final skincare step, Bedrani massaged the Skin Caviar Lixe Cream into her face using upward motions to help lift her features. “This luxurious cream instantly revived her complexion, leaving her skin radiant and perfectly primed for makeup.”
Vergara’s makeup featured filled-in eyebrows, bronze winged eyeshadow, long lashes and pink lips. She added the perfect amount of sparkle to her look with diamond earrings and a matching necklace from Lorraine Schwartz. Vergara, who was nominated Best Performance by a Female Actor, Limited Series, Anthology Series or a Motion Picture Made for Television for her talked-about role in Netflix’s Griselda, tied her look together with straightened hair. (The trophy ended up going to Jodie Foster for her part in True Detective: Night Country.)
Edebiri, 29, opened up about adding a subtle crimson dye to her hair the day of the 2025 Golden Globes on Sunday, January 5, while chatting with Today on the red carpet.
“We dyed my hair this morning,” she said. “It was kind of insane dying my hair in a hotel room, but I think worth it!”
Edebiri’s last-minute hair change perfectly tied her Julia Roberts-inspired look together, as she channeled the actress’ 1990 Golden Globes look.
Just like Roberts’ oversized suit moment, Edebiri rocked a custom Loewe outfit featuring a textured blazer layered over a gray dress shirt. The Bear star elevated her look with a feather tie that was dipped in 14-karat gold and plummeted to her thighs, black leather shoes and dainty Mejuri hoops.
For glam, Edebiri donned a full beat including blushed cheeks, pink eyeshadow, filled-in eyebrows, long lashes and lined lips. Her freshly dyed mane was parted down the middle and worn in bouncy curls.
Edebiri’s stylist later took to Instagram on Sunday and reposted a side-by-side pic of Edebiri and Roberts, 57, with the caption, “important.”
Edebiri also shared moments of her getting ready for the evening on Monday, January 6, as well as snaps from inside the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
“Wore a suit, wore a grill, saw some pals, almost didn’t get on the red carpet so Ethan took pictures of me that are very very bad ,” she captioned the pics. “Lots of love, feeling so so very grateful – golden globes ‘25!!! .”
This year, Edebiri was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series, Comedy, for her role as Sydney Adamu in The Bear. The trophy ended up being awarded to Jean Smart for her part in Hacks.
