“I haven’t, really, publicly come out and discussed this, that I had a boob job, but I recently had a boob job,” Holker, 37, revealed on the Sunday, May 25, episode of her “Between Us” podcast. “I’m so happy with it.”
She added, “I’ve actually wanted a boob job since I was in high school, but, because of my career in dancing, I never really made time for it ‘cause I was like, ‘OK, I’ll have to take a couple months off from it.’ I also thought it was going to be a lot more of a big deal than it really was after getting it done.”
Before her breast augmentation, Holker frequently wondered about the healing process, whether she would be in pain or how to “protect” the implants while recovering.
“I feel, like, I went into that mindset [and] when I was 18 [it would have been] way too much for me,” Holker said of the procedure and her recovery. “I pushed it off, pushed it off, pushed it off [and] three kids later and I’m not dancing like I used to, so I was like, ‘OK, maybe this is the right time.’”
She added, “I think I needed a little bit of encouragement, like, I’ve gone through a lot the last couple years, and I was really down on myself and my confidence level was all over the place. I was like, ‘I think I’m going to do something for me.’ It was really nice.”
Holker’s husband, fellow pro dancer Stephen “tWitch” Boss, died by suicide in December 2022 at the age of 40. He is survived by Holker and their three children: Weslie, 16, Maddox, 9, and Zaia, 5. (Weslie is Holker’s daughter from a previous relationship, whom Boss helped raise.)
After grieving Boss’ death, Holker spoke with Weslie about her desire to go under the knife.
“I think it really helped me, having conversations with Weslie,” she added of her decision. “Her seeing me go through the process of, like, ‘No, I’m going to choose me for a second,’ and now I’m so happy with that.”
Weslie, who cohosts “Between Us” with Holker, chimed in to share that her mom had a relatively easy healing journey after the procedure.
“When you got your boobs, it was like a light came through,” Weslie added. “She was, literally, like, ‘Oh my gosh, look at me!’ She put on outfits and was like, ‘I just look so much better in these outfits now.’ To see someone do something for themselves, especially me being so close to my mom, it was like, ‘I can tell you’re actually happier.’ It wasn’t like you’re getting these random cosmetic surgeries out of nowhere. It was something that you thought about and really wanted.”
In addition to getting a boob job, Holker admitted that she’s been getting Botox injections “for years.”
“I actually would love to know [if] you get Botox ‘cause I get Botox and I love it,” Holker asked podcast guest Jessica Hall on Sunday’s episode. “I’m due for it right now. What’s crazy is a lot of people get it when they’re, like, 18 to 20 … but I think because we work in entertainment, and so I know a lot of people … [who] think they have to get it to be hosts or be TV personalities.”
Holker, meanwhile, decided to wait until she was older to start getting forehead injections.
“I’ve been doing it for years, and I really do like it,” the former Dancing With the Stars pro said. “I like not being able to move my forehead. I’m way too expressive, so Botox helps so much. The biggest thing … it actually cleared up my acne. I don’t know if it usually does, but I used to have a very pimply forehead [and] it took everything away.”
Jamie Otis doesn’t understand why people have become “sensitized” to breastfeeding.
“The amount of people who get offended by a breastfeeding mom will forever shock me,” the Married at First Sight alum, 38, wrote via Instagram on Friday, May 23, alongside a video of her pumping (with a hands-free breast pump) in her car. “A woman FEEDING her baby — however she can — should be supported. No questions.”
Otis shares four children with husband Doug Hehner, including 8-month-old twin baby boys — Hawkins Tyler and Huxley James — whom she is currently combo-feeding. (They also have daughter Henley, 7, and son Hendrix, 5.)
“Breastfeeding is the most natural and primitive way to care for your infant, but yet I guarantee I’ll get comments about how inappropriate it is to pump my breastmilk out in car line pick up or nurse my twin babies in public,” she continued. “And honestly, the reason society feels so strongly about a woman not breastfeeding in front of people is bc they don’t see enough of it. A hundred years ago there would be no issue at all bc that’s was the only way to provide nutrients for your baby.”
Otis claimed that the rise in popularity of formula contributed to how people view breastfeeding today, despite it being “the most natural thing a woman’s body is made to do.”
“And just to be clear, I breastfeed AND supplement with formula so this definitely isn’t a knock on formula. I’m soo thankful for formula! I nurse my twin babies when my breast have breastmilk and I mix formula for my babies when I run out of breastmilk — no matter where I am. But yet, I feel a little shy to nurse out in public bc I know society is so judgmental about this,” she wrote. “But I believe the only way we can change this stigma surrounding breastfeeding is to normalize it in public. So here I am, showing up publicly on my own social media page trying to do my part to help desensitize the most primitive, natural way a mommy can feed her baby.”
She concluded: “I know some people will definitely come at me, but I believe with my whole heart that a mom should be able to feed her baby anywhere and anyhow — and she should not be judged or shamed for it. …so I’ll take the backlash in the hopes of helping society see breastfeeding for what it is — feeding and nurturing our babies.”
Otis was supported by fellow parents in the comments section of her video post, which she titled, “Pumping my breastmilk out at car line pick up … nothing to see here.”
“Amen! You’re doing amazing, Mama!!,” one commenter shared with another adding, “Lol. I use a cover but I breastfeed anywhere and everywhere.”
Otis met Hehner, 41, on season 1 of MAFS in 2014 after appearing as a contestant on season 16 of The Bachelor in 2012. She has been open about her difficult journey to motherhood, sharing her and Hehner’s experience with multiple miscarriages and the loss of their first child, Johnathan Edward, at 17 weeks in 2016.
“I’m a labor and delivery nurse, so I’ve envisioned the day of having my baby more than I ever envisioned ever getting married or anything, really,” Otis said during a 2019 episode of their former “Hot Marriage Cool Parents” podcast. “I never, in my wildest dreams, would’ve envisioned that I would be delivering a 17-week-old baby who went immediately to be in heaven. Not only did he go to heaven, but when we looked at him, he was perfectly formed — he had all 10 fingers, all 10 toes. He had a little button nose. He was a perfectly formed baby who just couldn’t look at us, who couldn’t cry to let us know that he needed us. He couldn’t communicate to us and we couldn’t protect him.”
The couple has now been married for 11 years, with Otis writing via Instagram on Saturday, May 24, “There is absolutely no one I’d rather live this life with. I love you, @doughehner! Thanks for always being so loving, kind, and PATIENT with me.”
Nikki DeLoach is ready to make some more special memories with her Hallmark family.
“I actually have a movie coming out,” DeLoach, 45, exclusively shared with Us Weekly earlier this month at the Children’s Heart Foundation’s Congenital Heart Walk in Los Angeles. “I’m doing a movie called Home Turf that comes out in the fall. I filmed it in Utah and wrapped it about a month ago. It’s great.”
According to DeLoach, the upcoming TV movie has everything fans expect from Hallmark films, including love and laughs.
“It’s football, it’s romance, it’s college campuses, it’s multi-generational, it’s funny,” she teased. “Warren Christie is my costar again. We’ve been reunited from Christmas. And I gotta tell you, I have not had this much fun on a set in a really long time. I am so excited about this movie!”
DeLoach and Christie, 49, last starred together in Our Holiday Story. The film, which premiered in November 2024, showcased a couple who recounted their Christmas love story to their daughter’s boyfriend.
It’s one of the many Hallmark projects DeLoach has been a part of over the years.

While every film has its own special set of memories, the actress said Five More Minutes and a Gift of Peace — two movies that explored grief and healing — hold special meaning to her and many viewers.
“I always say I am our audience,” she explained to Us. “I’m that mom that has spent months and months and months in a Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit looking for hope. I am a daughter who was a caregiver to her dad with dementia. I have watched my dad take his last breath. I am our audience, and I’m always looking for that thing that is hopeful, and it’s going to make me feel like in the end, everything’s going to be OK.”
DeLoach continued, “I know what our movies give people because when I’m in them, they give me the same thing. … I think it’s just such a gift and a blessing to be a part of people’s lives in that way.”
When she’s not in front of a camera providing both entertainment and comfort to fans, DeLoach is using her platform to raise awareness about congenital heart defects.

According to the Children’s Heart Foundation, congenital heart defects are America’s most common and deadly birth defect, with nearly 40,000 babies born with a CHD each year in the United States.
“My son Bennett is a heart warrior, and he was born almost eight years ago,” DeLoach shared with Us. “He had four congenital heart defects and without immediate intervention, he was not going to survive. At five days old, Dr. Vaughn Starnes at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles — one of the world’s top pediatric heart surgeons — saved his life.”
After two additional heart surgeries, Bennett is now thriving in life as he enjoys piano, soccer and other activities with his peers.
Looking towards the future, DeLoach hopes she can use her family’s story to push for more heart checks at hospitals when babies are born.
“I hope by the time I take my last breath in this world that it will just be a part of the screening of every newborn,” she said. “When they are born, they get their ears checked, their eyes checked, everything else and their hearts. It sounds like a no-brainer to me.”
Tatyana Ali is sharing a troubling story from her past.
The actress and singer, 46, revealed she was allegedly bullied on the set of 1999’s Jawbreaker, and that her costar Rose McGowan stepped in to help, via an Instagram post shared on Saturday, May 24.
“These are from Jawbreaker (1999),” Ali captioned the post, which featured a series of photos. “I was the only one actually in high school when we shot this, and I dealt with a little bullying on set from one actress in particular. But one day, she tried it in front of everybody… and @rosemcgowan told her to stfu in front of everybody! I will always love her for that!”
Ali did not share the name of the actress who she claimed bullied her.
McGowan replied to the post, writing in the comments section, “I’d do it again” alongside two heart emoji. McGowan also refrained from sharing the person in question’s name.
Ali and McGowan costarred in the 1999 movie alongside Julie Benz, Rebecca Gayheart, Judy Greer, Marilyn Manson, Ethan Erikson,Pam Grier and Chad Christ. McGowan, Greer, Gayheart and Benz portrayed a group of best friends who try to cover up a fifth friend’s murder after what is supposed to be a birthday prank goes horribly wrong.
Ali has kept a relatively low acting profile in recent years, focusing the majority of her professional time into her baby quilt company Baby Yams, of which she is a founder. She shared the backstory for the brand in 2024, revealing that she made a lot of the decor in her own children’s nurseries so launching the brand was a natural extension of that hobby.
“During both of my pregnancies I did a lot of sewing and made most of the items in our nursery. I’m glad I shared my story about what happened during my first birth, because it helped me find the Reproductive Justice Community and my midwife,” Ali wrote on Instagram at the time. “While expecting my youngest son, I made him a quilt with Ankara Fabric and got so many compliments on it that I thought others would like it as well. I found answers. I found power. And, I want to share this feeling with other parents.”
Ali added that the proceeds from the sale of each blanket are “given to the birth workers uniquely positioned to give our families the care we need.”
Bindi Irwin is on the road to recovery after undergoing emergency surgery.
“Healing,” Irwin, 26, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, May 25. “Thank you for your incredible words of support and kindness. The reason I share my health journey is because more girls and women desperately need answers to their undiagnosed pain.”
Irwin, who explained that she’s “battled with endometriosis” for more than 12 years, shared a carousel of snaps of her smiling for the camera. In one image, Irwin could be seen laying on a hospital bed in a hospital gown, while in another, a quote read: “Today is a good day to be proud of all the silent battles you’ve won…”
“This disease is crippling and can make you feel incredibly isolated. We need to raise awareness and change the narrative for women’s health,” she wrote. “I see you, your pain is real, and you deserve answers and genuine health care. For more information visit @endofound.”
“She’s going to be OK, but surgery — out of all the things we were ready for, that was not one of them,” Bindi’s brother Robert Irwin told People at the time. “She’s just come out the other side of endometriosis and now the appendix goes. Health is so important — it really is.”
Bindi and Robert’s mother, Terri Irwin, was also absent from the event to take care of the Dancing With the Stars alum.
“[Bindi] was ready to come to the gala, put on a brave face in a lot of discomfort and a lot of pain and said, ‘Nope, I’m just going to tough it out, I’m going to go for it,’” Robert, 21, said. “But the surgeon said, ‘No, your appendix is going. That thing’s gotta come out.’ Health has to come first. She’s very sad. She’s devastated that she and Mom can’t be here, but I know she’ll make a speedy recovery.”
Days later, Bindi shared an update on her condition in an Instagram video and explained that she “just got out of surgery about an hour ago.”
“I had my appendix removed. I also had 14 new endometriosis lesions [that] had to be removed, and they kindly stitched up my hernia as well,” she said. “I’m sorry if I’m a little out of it in this video, but I just wanted you to know that I’m on the road to recovery, one step at a time. And I’m so lucky to have so much love in my life.”
In the caption, Bindi noted that the surgery was a “success” and explained that doctors repaired “a large hernia” she acquired when giving birth in 2021 and removed 14 endometriosis lesions. (Bindi and husband Chandler Powellshare daughter Grace.)
“I have so much love for dear Chandler & sweet Grace. Thank you to Mum for being there with me every step of the way,” she concluded. “And rest assured, I’ll see you at the next Steve Irwin Gala in Brisbane this November. One day at a time. Time to heal now. Sending my love to you all.”
Before her emergency surgery, Bindi opened up about her health struggles in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly earlier this month. “If you have good health you can do anything,” she shared, “but when you’re feeling unwell it’s impossible to function in life.”
When it comes to dating, Danica Patrick has seemingly learned from her past — even when that past was allegedly painful.
“You never know how much you could be loved unless you give someone the opportunity to dislike you for something you’re scared about being disliked for,” Patrick, 43, said on a recent episode of theSage Steele Show podcast. “Basically, you’ll never know how much you could be loved until you give somebody something to not love you for — and they still love you. It shifts your orientation. You learn to accept it in yourself and everything levels up, like, the love deepens and the confidence rises.”
Patrick also made sure her friend Steele, 52, followed similar lessons when she introduced her then-new boyfriend.
“Well, there was so much optimism a couple months in. I’m like, ‘We all have that, darling,’” Patrick quipped. “Everyone [thinks they are] going to marry someone after three months, 100 percent, but I was only cautioning you for your heart, and so you wouldn’t get it broken or test it at least. If you’re going to go fast, throw it in the deep end [with a joint vacation].”
As for Patrick, she seemingly learned that realization when she broke up with NFL star Aaron Rodgers in 2020, which she told Steele was her most painful experience.
“It was sudden [and] it felt like it was my life,” she recalled. “You know, when you live with somebody and it’s, like, your whole life. It’s your dentist appointment, it’s your hairdo, it’s your clothes, it’s your mailing address. It’s, like, everything.”

The retired NASCAR driver further alleged that the “nature of the relationship was emotionally abusive” and “wore [her] down to nothing.”
“Someone that people could never imagine that I would lack any confidence or belief in the simple things about who I am. Yeah, everything was down to bits,” Patrick alleged. “He leaves a trail of blood. I don’t think I’m saying too much earth-shattering stuff after there’s been enough out there. [The breakup] gave me the greatest gift, which was myself. I was, like, ‘Wow.’ It gave me the greatest gift of how much I needed to show up for myself and take care of myself.”
Rodgers, 41, has not publicly addressed Patrick’s accusations. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.
After her two-year romance with the quarterback ended, Patrick dated Carter Comstock from 2021 to 2022.
“I’m like, ‘Is my judgment the best?’ I don’t know,” Patrick exclusively joked to Us in May 2022 of the breakup. “I think that you just have to follow your heart and trust your intuition.”
She added, “I think that’s something that increasingly over time, I’m doing a better job of. So just trust that intuition, look for … like right, if there are red flags at the beginning, like trust that [and] don’t just brush it off. I think those are the things that I’m beginning to realize are really critical. … I have no doubt that it’ll come along and [at the] perfect timing.”
As for Rodgers, he revealed on the Pat McAfee Show last month that he is in a “serious relationship” with a currently unidentified woman.
90 Day Fiancé’s Colt Johnson continues to keep his distance from estranged wife Vanessa Guerra.
“We’re divorced or working on it, but yeah, we’re not really talking,” Colt, 39, exclusively told Us Weekly at Us’ 90 Days: Hunt For Love party on Monday, May 19. “We’re not communicating. It makes me sad, but things happen I guess.”
Colt’s relationship with Vanessa, 35, was first introduced on season 5 of 90 Day: Happily Ever After? in June 2020. At the time, he was in a relationship with Jess Caroline and claimed Vanessa was just a “best friend.”
During the show’s tell-all episode, however, Colt admitted to getting romantic with Vanessa during his relationship with Jess.
This summer, Colt is trying to leave any drama in the past and receive a second chance at love when he competes on 90 Days: Hunt for Love.
“I’m recently divorced, so I really just wanted to try something new and just put myself out there,” he explained to Us at Gitano in New York City. “I’m feeling pretty good. Got some new glasses. I feel pretty good.”

“She’s happy,” Colt teased to Us before the premiere. “She always wants me to put myself out there, try new things. So yeah, she’s very supportive.”

In a rare interview shared by The Mirror on Friday, May 23, James, 38, expressed his gratitude toward his siblings Kate, 43, and Pippa Middleton, saying he’s “incredibly fortunate to have my two sisters, not just as siblings, but as friends.”
“They’ve seen me at my best and at my lowest, and they’ve always been there when I’ve needed them,” James added of Kate and Pippa, 41, while noting his past mental health struggles. “Sibling love is something unique, you can’t choose your siblings, it can be complicated, it takes work, but when it’s strong, I believe it’s one of the most powerful bonds there is.”
Kate, Pippa and James were raised in Bucklebury, West Berkshire, England by parents Michael and Carole Middleton. They lived a typical, middle-class life before Kate began dating and eventually married the heir apparent to the British throne, Prince William, in 2011 — becoming the Duchess of Sussex and, now, the Princess of Wales. (Kate and William, 42, share three children — Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7.)
James insisted that, despite the pressures of being a royal, Kate is a sensitive, strong and emotionally intelligent woman. He credits her, Pippa and their mother with helping him get through a mental health battle, during which he experienced suicidal ideation, in 2017.
“They’ve always been emotionally open, expressive, and in tune with the people around them, and I think being surrounded by that kind of emotional intelligence rubbed off on me, even if I didn’t fully realize it at the time,” James said. “Looking back, I think it gave me permission, in a way, to feel things more deeply and to name those feelings when they came up. That doesn’t mean I always found it easy. In fact, like a lot of men, I struggled with expressing how I was doing when I was at my lowest. But having strong women around me who led with compassion and honesty definitely helped me learn that vulnerability wasn’t weakness, it was strength.”

He concluded: “It probably laid the groundwork for me being able to open up later on, whether in therapy, writing the book [Meet Ella], or just in honest conversations with the people I love. And for that, I’m incredibly grateful.”
“Catherine is very much on a public stage and I’m in awe of a lot of the things she does,” James shared with Us. “I think the thing I’m most proud of is that she’s still the same person that I grew up with.”
Kate, who completed treatment in September 2024 for an undisclosed type of cancer, has been an advocate for mental health throughout her time as a royal. At an “Exploring Our Emotional Worlds” event in October 2023, Kate and William made a joint appearance to discuss the importance of prioritizing wellness.
“What are we trying to improve by focusing our efforts on mental health? Ultimately, we are working to build a happier, healthier world,” Kate said on stage at the time. “We want to shape fairer, safer, kinder, more equal societies — societies that seek the common good and a better future together.”
She added: “Positive mental health is shaped by our ability to understand and manage ourselves as individuals, and to connect with others through our relationships, friendships, families, and communities.”
Back in 2016, the Prince and Princess of Wales also launched Heads Together, a campaign that works to break the stigma around mental health and encourages more people to talk openly about it.
“Catherine had been doing a lot of work with Heads Together, so there was actually more awareness of how to communicate,” he told Us of her mental health guidance, noting she was also “fantastic in supporting my parents through [my struggles].”
“I’m just incredibly grateful that [Kate and William] have been supportive of me over these years as well,” he added.

Joel revealed on Friday, May 23, that he had been diagnosed with NPH, a brain disorder, and as a result was forced to cancel his upcoming tour in order to recover.
“This condition has been exacerbated by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision and balance,” Joel’s statement read. “Under his doctor’s instructions, Billy is undergoing specific physical therapy and has been advised to refrain from performing during the recovery period.”
The statement continued, “Billy is thankful for the excellent care he is receiving and is fully committed to prioritizing his health. He is grateful for the support from fans during this time and looks forward to the day when he can, once again, take the stage.”
In a personal message, Joel further noted that he was “sincerely sorry” to disappoint his fans but thanked them “for understanding.”
“We love you and we got you, Pop! I just wanted to thank you all for the beautiful outpouring of love and support amid the recent news of my father’s health diagnosis,” Alexa wrote via Instagram on Saturday. “My dad is the strongest and most resilient man I’ve ever known, and he’s entirely committed to making a full recovery with ongoing physical-therapy treatments as he continues to regain his strength.”
She concluded, “The genuine care, empathy, and concern from everyone means so much to him… it means a lot to me, too. ‘Someday We’ll All Be Gone / But Lullabies Go On And On / They Never Die / That’s How You And I Will Be.’ The music continues… .”
Joel was married to Brinkley from 1985 to 1994. He later married Alexis Roderick in 2015, months before welcoming daughter Della that same year. The couple’s second daughter, Remy, followed in 2017.
Giuffre was laid to rest by her family during a private funeral in Perth, Australia, The West Australian reported on Sunday, May 25.
Giuffre, who publicly accused Prince Andrew of sexually assaulting her when she was a teen in a lawsuit filed in 2021, died by suicide last month. She was 41. (Prince Andrew has denied the allegations.)
“Giuffre lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking,” her family said via a statement on April 25. “Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking. She was the light that lifted so many survivors. Despite all the adversity she faced in her life, she shone so bright. She will be missed beyond measure. The light of her life were her children Christian, Noah, and Emily.”
“It was when she held her newborn daughter in her arms that Virginia realized she had to fight back against those who had abused her and so many others,” the statement continued. “There are no words that can express the grave loss we feel today with the passing of our sweet Virginia. She was heroic and will always be remembered for her incredible courage and loving spirit. In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight. We know that she is with the angels.”
Her attorney, Sigrid McCawley, also paid tribute to the activist following her death via a statement.
“Virginia was much more than a client to me; she was a dear friend and an incredible champion for other victims,” McCawley said. “Her courage pushed me to fight harder, and her strength was awe-inspiring. The world has lost an amazing human being today. Rest in peace, my sweet angel.”
Before her death, Giuffre appeared to be in a custody battle with her estranged husband. The two shared three children, aged 19, 16 and 15. Her brother, Sky Roberts, told People in April that Giuffre hadn’t had access to her kids in months because of her husband’s restraining order filing. (7 News reported in February that Giuffre violated the rules of the restraining order when she texted her husband.)
“It’s the worst pain in the world to not have access to your children,” he said. “Can you imagine the pain? I will tell you, all the physical (pain) will never amount to the pain of being separated from your children in that way.”
Sky’s wife, Amanda Roberts, alleged to the outlet that Giuffre’s husband was physically abusive. “I think the last incident that they had, she almost died,” Amanda claimed of an incident in January. “And we had to speak that truth with her on the phone. And I think she had acknowledged that if she had one more instance with him, she wasn’t making it out of there.”
The pair’s marital problems allegedly date back to at least August 2023. While on a trip to celebrate one of their children’s birthdays in January, Giuffre’s husband allegedly cracked her sternum and perforated one of her eyes — and then filed a family violence restraining order against her. “He just put his in place first,” Sky told People at the time. “Now she’s on the defense.”
Giuffre was also an alleged victim of grooming by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, whose clients reportedly included Prince Andrew. Andrew denied having any memory of meeting Giuffre in a now notorious November 2019 interview with the BBC.
“I never saw them. I mean you have to understand that his house, I described it more as almost as a railway station if you know what I mean in the sense that there were people coming in and out of that house all the time,” he told Emily Maitlis at the time.
Taylor Swiftand Travis Kelce are finding a way to enjoy some much-deserved downtime in Florida — and while the public is jonesing for a glimpse of the couple, their family members seemingly approve of their low-key date nights.

“Travis wants to take [a breather] from the public eye,” a second source told Us in April. “He was working too much last year, and he didn’t play as well as he wanted. He wants to have a good season and not have the focus be on his relationship with Taylor.”
Swift and Travis have been dating since summer 2023, shortly after the NFL star jokingly called her out on his “New Heights” podcast for not wanting to meet when he went to her Eras Tour show in Kansas City. After hearing Travis’ podcast pleas, Swift privately reached out.
“We actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other,” she told TIME in a December 2023 profile, addressing her first appearance at his game that September. “By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. ActressRosamund Pike is looking back on the harrowing moment when she was allegedly robbed.
“I was on the phone to my mother [Caroline Friend], on a mobile phone walking along a road, and I was mugged,” Pike, 46, claimed during a recent appearance on the U.K.’s Magic Radio, per The Independent. “The phone was snatched, so all she heard was me scream and a thud, and the phone went dead.”
The Hallow Road star revealed that the alleged incident took place in 2006 when she was taking a walk in London.
According to Pike, “Some kid on a bicycle sped past” her to take her phone.
“[They] punched me down the side of my cheek and snatched my phone out of my hand. I’m angry,” she alleged, acknowledging her mom’s reaction. “For her, it was probably a pretty horrible 15 minutes.”
After the incident, Pike walked to a local phone to ask for help. She did not further address the situation on the radio, though she did confirm she had been the victim of another alleged robbery the following year. Pike claimed that a currently unidentified thief stole her purse and handbag at the 2007 BAFTA Awards.
“I had a fire in my apartment … and I was burgled the year before,” Pike quipped. “So I’ve got used to owning things for a little while and then tending to part with them.”
Pike’s string of self-proclaimed bad luck also extends to injuries. During the Golden Globe Awards in January 2024, she wore a “protective” Dior face mask alongside her glamorous gown.
“On the 26th of December, my face was entirely smashed up,” she recalled to Variety on the red carpet. “Not what you want when you know you’re going to the Golden Globes on the 7th of January.”
Weeks later, the Pride & Prejudice actress told People that she was healing.

Motorheads ended on a scary note with a car crash — and a possible reveal about a missing person — but what else could be explored in season 2?
During the first season of Prime Video’s new show, which premiered on Tuesday, May 20, Zac (Michael Cimino) finally raced Harris (Josh Macqueen) but it ended catastrophically when Harris’ car flipped over several times — hinting at a possible death.
This came after Zac betrayed Alicia (Mia Healey) by sharing the code to her dad’s garage so Logan (Ryan Phillippe), Ray (Drake Rodger) and the others could steal his cars. Elsewhere, Caitlyn (Melissa Collazo) finally admitted she had feelings for Curtis (Uriah Shelton) but their romance was short-lived after he revealed that his dad was in the getaway car with her dad — who may or may not still be alive.
Us Weekly went directly to Cimino, Collazo, Shelton, Nicolas Cantu, Healey, Macqueen, Rodger and Nathalie Kelley to talk about what comes next — starting with whether Harris survived the car crash.
“It brings a whole new meaning to the word crash out I guess,” Macqueen quipped to Us about the “pretty crazy ending” to season 1. “But you’re right, he was on a journey of self-destructiveness from the get-go. He was dissent in a way where his identity was peeled from him.”
Macqueen didn’t rule out Harris being alive, adding, “If he does survive, it’s about, ‘OK, I think there’s a really refreshing blank palette that he can then build from.'”
Cimino, meanwhile, joked to Us that “even if” Harris is alive, his character Zac “technically” won the race.

“Season 2 is going to be a complete dynamic shift. It’s going to flip the whole narrative on its head,” Cimino continued. “Now Zac is technically the head honcho in town. There’s going to be a dynamic shift regardless of what happens with Zac and how he approaches it. Whether he internalizes it or if he actually is dealing with it is the big question mark.”
While Harris’ fate remains unclear, the crash will affect everyone. Even Cantu’s character, Marcel, who was planning to leave for New York in the summer, is likely facing a shakeup.
“He’s going to be coming back to a changed town. The thing is he’s going to feel like he’s the new kid on the block coming back from that trip,” he hinted. “But I think it’s going to be great. He’s going to have such a fun time — but there’s so much happening in Ironwood that he’s not going to be there for.”
There’s also the issue of Zac betraying Alicia after spending all season vying for her heart. Healey weighed in on where Alicia’s story goes from here — including whether it might be time for a change in her personal life.
“She’s kind of in a tough spot, right? Because so much of Zac and Alicia’s relationship is really built on a mutual trust. He’s kept so many secrets for her and also not told her certain things when Harris was cheating to protect her. I think she always, to a fault, felt like he was going to look out for her and protect her,” she explained to Us. “Now that he has gone and done that, that’s a huge betrayal of trust and any betrayal of trust is a very hard thing to come back from.”
Healey doesn’t see Alicia forgiving Zac anytime soon. (Cimino had a different outlook, telling Us that he had no doubt Alicia is “going to forgive” Zac.)
“If it happens, I don’t know what that looks like. It’ll be a completely different journey for them to kind of rediscover each other as these people who are flawed and they’re human and make mistakes,” she added. “That’s something that I also really love about these characters is that there is no perfect villain or perfect hero. There’s just people.”
Speaking of flawed — but lovable — characters, Rodger’s Ray showed glimpses of a guy looking to be more understood by his loved ones. That hasn’t happened by the end of season 1 but Rodger is holding out hope.

“It’s been fun to get to play a bad guy. Even though Ray does have the flex of good in him and there is that chance, I don’t know [where he goes],” he teased. “I’m very drawn to him wanting to be good, but ultimately failing. I kind of like that.”
Rodger continued: “I feel like as an actor — when you’re playing the bad guy — you don’t have to be so likable. … Ray just can’t do anything right [for those in his life]. He wants the love and admiration of his dad and his brother but no matter what he does, he will never get it.”
Ray’s brother, Curtis, has his own issues to deal with by the time season 1 comes to an end. After trying to move on from Caitlyn because he thought she wasn’t interested, the fictional couple finally acted on their feelings. But Curtis had to tell Caitlyn about how his dad helped her father rob the bank that led to his infamous heist.
“I don’t think it would necessarily be a limiting factor. I know it’s going to be shocking to her and to everyone to see what the origin of these characters is and how it came to be,” Shelton shared with Us. “But the one thing I love about Caitlyn is that she’s very good about recentering and finding the goal and finding what’s important. She’s the glue that holds everyone together. I think she appreciates Curtis on a level where I don’t think it would be possible for her to just let it slip because of the sins of the father.”
Collazo had a different perspective on the situation. “It’s probably the biggest loss and betrayal that she’s felt and it’s probably No. 2 in terms of emotional damage right after the missing dad of it all,” she noted. “I hope she can see a way forward but I don’t know.”
Earlier in the season, Caitlyn formed a friendship with Kiara (Johnna Dias-Watson), who secretly had a crush on her. Collazo weighed in on whether Caitlyn’s journey with her sexuality would be explored after Kiara came out in season 1.
“We got the scripts as we were shooting so I didn’t know where it was going to go at the beginning. Johnna and I talked about it where Caitlyn has been in Kiara’s position with someone else before where she had all these big feelings — but she wasn’t quite ready to allow that part of herself to be seen by anyone else,” she explained. “So now Caitlyn being on the other side of it, she has a lot of sympathy because she understands how Kiara feels. The show’s about a lot of firsts and it’s a first for Caitlyn and Kiara in different ways and it’s kind of ambiguously ended in season 1.”
She continued: “I hope that it gets explored in season 2 a little more, especially because Curtis sort of dropped that truth bomb on her and I don’t know if she can even look him in the face after that. But it’s kind of undefined and messy and confusing. But I think that it is so real and truthful and it doesn’t have to be defined. It’s beautiful and I hope we do get to keep exploring it. But I like that it’s a question mark of a dynamic between us. It was really fun for both of us to play.”
Collazo noted that the show “does leave the door open,” adding, “I think she’s comfortable waiting for Kiara because she’s like, ‘I’m not going to push. I’m going to give you the space that I wish I’d been given when I was in your shoes.'”
Motorheads also left the option open for a prequel. While speaking to Us, executive producers John A. Norris and Jason Seagraves showed support for expanding the universe.
“We absolutely want to do a Motorheads prequel. I already know what I would call it. We want Motorheads prequel,” Norris teased while Seagraves added, “We want Motorheads: Germany. We want Motorheads everything,”
Rivals is coming back for a second season — but is every cast member returning?
Based on Jilly Cooper‘s novel of the same name, Disney+ and Hulu’s Rivals centers around a feud between two men fighting for control of a television station in 1980s Britain. Rivals stars an ensemble cast made up of Aidan Turner, David Tennant, Alex Hassell, Bella MacLean, Nafessa Williams, Katherine Parkinson, Victoria Smurfit, Emily Atack and Danny Dyer.
The first season ended with several major cliffhangers after Declan (Turner), Rupert (Hassell) and Freddie’s (Dyer) Venturer beat out Tony’s (Tennant) Corinium for the franchise recommendation. Things took a turn when Tony learned about Cameron’s (Williams) relationship with Rupert and lashed out by attacking her. Cameron defended herself, and it remains unclear whether Tony is still alive by the end of the season 1 finale.
Meanwhile, Declan had his own issues after his wife, Maud (Smurfit), decided to leave for an acting opportunity. Declan will also likely end up at odds with Rupert after telling his friend not to pursue anything with his daughter, Taggie (MacLean). Rupert broke that promise at the end of the first season when he finally kissed Taggie despite being in a relationship with Cameron.
What would Rivals be without Rupert at the center of it all? Luckily, we don’t have to find out because Hassell is reprising the role in season 2.
“I hope the road to true love is bumpy. I hope that Rupert isn’t changed too quickly and too much,” he teased exclusively to Us Weekly in December 2024. “Part of the pleasure is what Rupert does and gets up to …what a mischief maker he is — on some level — and that he has these huge blind spots.”

A major change from the book was Cameron beating up Tony instead of the other way around. The season 1 finale left Tony’s fate unclear as he bled out in his office, with executive producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins previously addressing whether Tony was actually dead.
“There are so many possibilities about what could happen, but what we do know is revenge is a dish best served on television,” Collins told TV Insider in October 2024.
Luckily, viewers don’t have to wait until the show airs because the official Rivals social media account teased Tennant’s attendance at the first cast script read for season 2.

Declan — and his mustache — are returning for season 2 of Rivals.
“I was making an excuse with the showrunner Dominic [Treadwell-Collins]. I was saying, ‘I need to keep this mustache for a few weeks because we have reshoots.’ And he said, ‘OK, maybe a week or so.’ And sure enough we did do some reshoots,” Turner recalled to Us in December 2024. “But I remember at the time thinking, ‘I really don’t want to get rid of this.’ And when the reshoots were done, I think I kept it for another week when I didn’t need to.”
He added: “I kind of lied to a few friends saying that they might call us back for more reshoots. I wasn’t ready to get rid of it — and that’s never happened to me before. I think the universe does tell us things and there’s something in that. There’s a reason why I didn’t want to get rid of it. I enjoyed the show so much and I really responded to this character and I didn’t want the world to be over.”

Declan and Maud’s marriage reached a breaking point in the finale, but is this the end?
“She’s sacrificed a lot. It’s slowly dawning on Declan — it comes in waves where he’ll get a lot of it and then he’ll sort of try to shake it up because of the guilt and the shame that’s surrounded with that and get busy again. Then it’ll come back again,” Turner told Us in December 2024. “It’s by the end of the season that it’s really dawning on him the damage that he’s caused.”
Turner wasn’t sure where the story would go from here.
“It always felt to me that Declan has a very complicated and complex relationship with his wife and with his family. But it always felt very real to me. So I always had a door in that didn’t feel like I needed to struggle for it. He is a good guy, essentially,” he noted. “He loves his family and he just wants to be with him. But of course there’s ego and there’s all of these other things that get complicated. Life is tricky and complicated and not what you think it’s going to be. It’s just an understanding of that.”

Williams was seen in footage from the script read through in May 2025. Before the cast reunited, Us spoke to Turner about the chances of Cameron and Declan developing a romance.
“With the Cameron situation, they work very well together. And in the [book], there’s a project they’re both working on outside of the country that brings them both away,” Turner shared with Us in December 2024. “And I think their friendship and their relationship is put to the test. That is all I can say. I don’t want to say too much.”

After ending season 1 on a cliffhanger for Rupert and Taggie, their story is just getting started.
“I’m really intrigued. There’s so many obstacles in our way and Rupert is really conflicted morally. I wonder what will happen now with Taggie,” MacLean exclusively told Us in December 2024. “It will be a lot more bumpy, but what that means for Taggie is a really interesting thing. There’s loads of ideas being thrown around. We’ve got to get season 2 fast.”
Lizzie and Freddie spent the entire first season fighting their feelings for each other until they finally slept together in the finale. Season 2 is expected to address the aftermath since Lizzie is married to James while Freddie is married to Valerie.

Season 1 introduced Sarah as Paul’s (Rufus Jones) wife who was often unfaithful with Rupert and later James. She found out that she’s expecting a child at the end of season 1 — except it’s unclear who the father is. Season 2 is expected to return to address that.
After filming the final season of You, Griffin Matthews made a surprise change in his life by moving overseas.
“I moved to Spain. I left America to try and expand my life and expand my artistry,” Matthews, 42, exclusively told Us Weekly while discussing his arc on season 5 of You. “I’m really looking forward to writing my own show, which I’m currently developing.”
Matthews clarified that his involvement in the entertainment industry hasn’t changed, adding, “It is time for us to see a character that I have played many, many times. I tend to play the same position on TV but I don’t ever see my position as No. 1 on the call sheet. So I’m writing the show for myself and I hope that it happens and everyone gets to see what it is to be in that position.”
While reflecting on his move, Matthews, who shares two kids with husband Matt Gould, acknowledged there were ups and downs.
“It’s been both easy because Madrid is incredible — and it is easy in that way — but it is difficult and it’s hard to immigrate so I have an entirely new respect for immigrants,” he shared. “Obviously, our country is having a lot of conversations about immigrants and I think we don’t give them enough credit.”
Matthews broke down his commitment to his new life in Spain, telling Us, “I’m in Spanish school five days a week, four hours a day learning Spanish. I am expanding my artistry. I actually attended a cinema festival where I’m seeing movies that could never be made in America. But they’re being made here and it’s just incredible work.”

He continued: “I am so excited to expand my capabilities of storytelling and language. It’s where we’re at in the world right now. We need to take a pause and learn about other people. For me, the best way to do it and for my children was to pick up and grow and start a new life.”
Matthews has already been doing the work that comes with inclusive storytelling since becoming an actor. His most recent role was Teddy Lockwood in Netflix’s hit series You, which allowed Matthews to prioritize authenticity with his performance.
“We had many, many calls with our showrunners. The showrunners gave me a lot of freedom to make sure that Teddy felt authentic. I had the space to say, ‘I think in this particular scenario, a Black person in 2024 is going to say it like this,'” he recalled to Us. “We had to tackle race and culture and privilege. I wanted people who looked like me to see the show and recognize themselves on screen. So I was so lucky that our showrunners were so open to conversations.”
Matthews noted that Teddy’s appearance was a good example of his involvement, adding, “We did an entire conversation about hair. I spent more time in the hair chair than any of the women on our show: four hours. We were just going hours and hours a day trying to craft a look because Teddy starts with an afro and then as the season progresses, he finally makes it to the end. I wanted him to look the way that he would look in Harlem — but now he’s the CEO.”
There were also discussions about how to capture Teddy properly through his personal life.
“I’ve played many gay men on television and I’ve never had a Black boyfriend or husband. So when I found out that Teddy had a husband and a son, I said ‘It might be interesting if we cast another Black actor and maybe a Black child. Because it will say something about who Teddy is when he’s not inside of this particular world. It will tell the viewer that Teddy is completely outside of this culture, that he’s a fish out of water when he’s in that office,'” Matthews explained. “I give the showrunners a lot of credit because they really heard some of the ideas that I had and implemented them in really, really special and beautiful ways.”
