Nicola Peltz ‘Grateful for Angels' in Her Life Amid Beckham Family Drama

Nicola Peltz is expressing her gratitude.

The Bates Motel actress, 30, shared several updates via her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, May 21, including a sweet image of a cherubic angel ornament, which she posted to honor the people who have supported her.

“Grateful for the angels in my life,” she captioned the image.

Later Wednesday, Nicola documented her intimate date night with husband Brooklyn Beckham, 26, amid an alleged rift between the couple and Brooklyn’s family, including his parents, David and Victoria Beckham.

Everything Victoria Beckham and Nicola Peltz Have Said About Each Other

“I love you so much baby,” Nicola captioned a photo of a laidback Brooklyn enjoying an array of takeout dishes. Brooklyn can be seen casually lying on the grass, wearing a backwards baseball cap, and smiling at his wife.

In another photo, Nicola posted a zoomed-out image of the couple’s spread and tagged interior designer Michelle Finkelstein, suggesting that she joined them for dinner.

“Best kind of night,” Nicola wrote alongside the image.

The couple appeared to be enjoying a low-key evening as rumors continue to swirl of drama between Nicola and Brooklyn and Brooklyn’s family. Earlier this month, a source exclusively told Us Weekly there is some tension between Nicola and Brooklyn’s mom, Victoria, 51.

The source said that there has been “bad blood” since before Nicola and Brooklyn got married in April 2022.

“Things never really got smoothed over, and you can tell it still affects everyone,” the source explained. “The tension is still present and it’s hard for Brooklyn at times. Brooklyn’s having a tough time with it. He’s super stubborn and just wants space from his family right now.”

A Closer Look at Victoria Beckham and Daughter-in-Law Nicola's Relationship

The insider added: “He completely supports and stands by Nicola, and it has put a rift in his relationship with his parents. Nicola is outspoken and that is what has caused tension with his parents. She will defend Brooklyn a lot and is defensive. Brooklyn will always be on Nicola’s side, and that’s made things even more tense between him and his parents.”

Adding to the speculation, Brooklyn and Nicola were conspicuous by their absence at various celebrations to mark Brooklyn’s father, David, turning 50 on May 2. Brooklyn’s siblings, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and sister Harper, 13, all attended a black-tie dinner in London and a lavish birthday party at the Beckhams’ home in the Cotswolds.

A Family Therapist Breaks Down the Beckham Family’s Alleged Feud

The Beckham brood has yet to publicly address the alleged family drama. However, earlier this week, Victoria included her eldest son in a sweet Instagram Story post celebrating her four children and her own parents, Jackie and Anthony.

“We both love you all so much,” the former Spice Girl captioned a photo of her four kids posing with their grandparents.

Kyle Richards Wears This Designer-Looking Handbag Brand That’s Now 40% Off for a Limited Time

If you’ve ever drooled over a celeb’s handbag only to discover it costs more than your rent, you’re not alone. But there’s one brand quietly winning in the “looks expensive, costs under $100” category — and it’s JW Pei. Known for its sleek, minimal silhouettes and rich-looking vegan leather, the brand has graced the arms of stars like Kyle Richards, Anne Hathaway and Selena Gomez. While you could easily pay full price and still feel like you’re scoring a deal, we just found out that select JW Pei styles are 40% off at Nordstrom.

The standout of the moment? JW Pei’s Joy Faux Leather Shoulder Bag, which is basically the perfect plus-one for spring and summer. It’s got the clean lines and shiny hardware of a much pricier piece, but it’s currently marked down to just $53 (originally $89). The pale pink shade feels fresh and feminine, while the 90s-inspired silhouette gives it that cool-girl edge. Whether you’re pairing it with a sundress or just jeans and a tee, it adds polish without feeling like you’re trying too hard.

Naomi Watts’ Shoulder Bag Looks Just Like This $20 Bestseller

Besides looking like a designer gem, the bag is super functional. It’s small enough to carry around without weighing you down but still roomy enough for your phone, cards, keys and a few extras. The adjustable strap lets you wear it as a shoulder or  handbag, depending on the vibe. And since it comes with its own box and dust bag, it even feels like a fancy unboxing experience — without the fancy price tag.

Reviewers are just as obsessed. “This little purse is absolutely charming,” one Nordstrom shopper raves. “Not too small, not too big, but exactly right for what you need with you if you go to a restaurant, theater, party.” Another called out the elevated details, saying, “Love the neutral green and chic style. You can dress this bag up or down… it arrived with its own labeled box and dust bag.” For under $60, those kinds of little luxuries really hit.

Bottom line: If you’ve been wanting to get in on the celeb-favorite handbag game without breaking your budget, now’s the time. JW Pei is the rare brand that delivers on aesthetics, quality and price. With pieces like this marked down at Nordstrom, you’ll want to hit ‘add to cart’ before the bag inevitably sells out.

3 Must-Watch Netflix Movies You May Have Missed in Spring 2025

When Netflix has a loaded lineup of films like Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and the Twilight flicks, it’s easy to see why some of its originals don’t get the same attention.

The streamer’s made-for-Netflix films may not always enter the most popular movies list, but they’re still worth watching.

As we head into the final weeks of the season, the Watch With Us team has selected the three must-watch Netflix movies that you may have missed this spring.

Our picks include an action thriller, a disaster movie and a drama that goes off in some dark and comedic directions.

17 Must-Watch Movies on Netflix Right Now (May 2025)

‘Exterritorial’ (2025)

If Tom Cruise ever returns in another Mission: Impossible movie, he may want to team up with German actress Jeanne Goursaud following her starring turn in Exterritorial. This action thriller casts Goursaud as Sara Wulf, an ex-Special Forces soldier and the single mother of a young child named Josh (Rickson Guy da Silva). During a routine visit to the U.S. consulate in Germany, Sara attempts to line up a work visa while Josh waits in a play area for kids. When Sara returns, Josh is missing, and no one believes she came with her child.

Sara’s pleas for help fall on deaf ears when even the security footage suggests she arrived alone. Since German police have no authority in the consulate, Sara goes rogue and risks her life to search the complex for her son. What she discovers is a shocking conspiracy and an excuse to unload on any of the soldiers who are foolish enough to get between Sara and her child.

Exterritorial is streaming on Netflix.

‘Bullet Train Explosion’ (2025)

There’s a reason why the premise for Bullet Train Explosion sounds a lot like Speed on a train. That classic 1994 Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock action flick was partially inspired by the 1975 Japanese film, The Bullet Train. Bullet Train Explosion is a loose sequel to that film, and it takes place on the Hayabusa 60, a bullet train under a threat to maintain its speed or else everyone on board will be killed by a bomb.

9 Must-See Thrillers on Netflix Right Now (May 2025)

The enigmatic bomber also demands an exorbitant amount of money from everyone in Japan in exchange for the lives of the people on board the train. Since the bureaucrats don’t have a solution, conductor Kazuya Takaichi (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi) and his team on the train have to find a way to save as many people as possible. You may be tempted to watch the English dub for its unintended comedic value, but the original Japanese language track has better performances.

Bullet Train Explosion is streaming on Netflix.

‘Delicious’ (2025)

Any comparisons to Parasite or Saltburn are apt for Delicious, a German film that recently debuted on Netflix. For the main characters, Esther (Valerie Pachner) and John (Fahri Yardim), anything other than the good life is an inconvenience to them. Even accidentally hitting a young woman, Teodora (Carla Diaz), with their car isn’t a problem that can’t be solved by throwing money at it.

When Teodora returns and asks for a job, it seems like a fair exchange. But the film reveals pretty quickly that Teodora faked the full extent of her injuries. Teodora is so good at insinuating herself with Esther, John and their children that there has to be a reason why she went through so much to get there. Without giving away any major spoilers, there is some bad karma heading John and Esther’s way, and Teodora is at the center of it.

Delicious is streaming on Netflix.

6 Must-See Amazon Prime Video Reality TV Shows (May 2025)

Amazon Prime Video hosts a variety of reality TV content, from original programming to classic favorites.

Featuring reality stars like Heidi Klum, Stacy London and Cesar Millan, the reality shows on Amazon’s platform are some of the best in the business.

If you’re a reality TV fan and you haven’t been perusing Prime, now’s the time to do it.

Watch With Us is here to present you with the six best reality TV shows you can watch on Amazon Prime Video.

‘Wear Whatever the F You Want’ (2025-Present)

Clinton Kelly and Stacy London were known for their brutal honesty in What Not to Wear, a popular reality show where they gave makeovers to people whose friends and family nominated them because of their perceived “bad” style. In Wear Whatever the F You Want, the fashion gurus take a very different approach. Briefed in advance on their subjects’ dream aesthetic, they help them create a new wardrobe that helps their outside appearance reflect how they see themselves.

5 Must-See Reality Shows on Peacock Right Now (April 2025)

Wear Whatever is a warmer, fuzzier program, but it still showcases Kelly and London’s style and talent. It’s a positive spin on the makeover show, one that seeks to make the participant more themselves, rather than transforming them into someone else.

‘Tiny House Hunting’ (2014-2017)

Thinking of downsizing? In Tiny House Hunters, real estate pros take prospective home buyers to view the best in tiny houses. From portable micro-homes to woodsy mini-cabins, this show gives you an inside look at the creative ways the tiny house movement maximizes space while minimizing square footage.

It’s House Hunters with a miniaturized twist, and you’ll be surprised how quickly you get invested in the hopeful homeowners’ dreams, “small” as they may be.

‘Dance Life’ (2024-Present)

Brent Street Academy is Australia’s best dance academy, but even if you graduate from there, you’re not guaranteed a job as a dancer. In Dance Life, watch 90 high school seniors work relentlessly to achieve their dreams. The talent and dedication on display will amaze you, but so will the brutal nature of the dance world.

Competition is fierce in this series, which follows a year in the life of these incredible students. Dance Life is the perfect show for viewers who want to go behind the scenes of the performing arts world.

5 Great Fashion Movies to Watch for the 2025 Met Gala

‘Making the Cut’ (2020-2022)

Iconic fashion figures Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn, hosts of Project Runway, reunite for another fashion competition show, Making the Cut. In this series, Gunn and Klum don’t just test competitors on their design skills, but on their business abilities as well. Designers need to prove they have what it takes to run a global fashion brand.

The show culminates with the winner receiving $1 million to invest in their brand, along with the opportunity to sell their final collection on Amazon, providing both a financial and commercial launching pad. Competitors produce big-budget runway shows and travel to fashion capitals like Paris and Tokyo to complete their challenges.

The judging panel features prominent industry figures, including designers and fashion executives, adding a layer of authenticity and insight to the series. Fans love Making the Cut for its glamorous settings, high-stakes competition, and the familiar dynamic between Klum and Gunn.

‘Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan’ (2004-2016)

We all love our furry friends, but sometimes their neuroses can make them downright annoying—or even dangerous. When this happens, it’s best to call in an expert like Cesar Millan, a professional dog trainer known for his unique ability to rehabilitate unruly and aggressive dogs. Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan involves Millan traveling to various locations to help dog owners address behavioral issues with their pets. Each episode typically features multiple cases, ranging from minor disobedience to severe aggression, highlighting Millan’s expertise in understanding and communicating with dogs through what he describes as a ‘calm-assertive’ approach.

10 Most Popular Netflix Shows Streaming Right Now (May 12-18)

Millan’s techniques often involve demonstrating how owners can establish themselves as pack leaders, employing body language and energy to influence their pets’ behavior. Throughout its run from 2004 to 2016, “Dog Whisperer” captured the hearts of many viewers by not only showcasing dramatic transformations but also offering practical advice to improve the human-canine relationship. It’s a must-watch for dog owners seeking solutions or those who simply enjoy a fascinating view inside the animal mind.

‘Portrait Artist of the Year’ (2013-2020)

As anyone who’s ever taken a middle school art class can tell you, painting accurate portraits of people is really hard! This British series takes the best painters from around the U.K. and challenges them to not just paint accurate portraits, but to elevate them to creative heights. Each season, the talented painters are challenged to create likenesses of celebrity “sitters” like Sophie Turner, Sir Ian McKellen, Hannah Waddingham and many more.

Portrait Artist of the Year blends high-stakes competition and artistic exploration. The series appeals to audiences with its behind-the-scenes peek into the creative process and the personal stories of the artists, which add depth to the competition. It’s a beautiful examination of painting as a storytelling medium that fosters an appreciation for the arts.

Selena Gomez Shows Subtle Support for Hailey Bieber via Instagram

Selena Gomez is subtly showing support for ex Justin Bieber’s wife, Hailey Bieber.

The Only Murders in the Building star, 32, “liked” an Instagram post shared by Hailey’s Rhode Skin beauty brand, which announced on Tuesday, May 20, that it would soon be stocked in Sephora stores.

To break the news, Rhode shared a black-and-white picture of Hailey, 28, posing with a Rhode product.

Fans quickly spotted that Gomez was among the 400,000-plus social media users who liked the post. “Selena Gomez liked it!!” commented one person. Another wrote: “Selena gomezzzzz what a classy queen u R.”

Everything Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber Have Said About Each Other

The “Call Me When You Break Up” singer’s understated show of support was spotted on Wednesday, May 21, the same day she posted a cryptic Instagram Story expressing words of wisdom with an unidentified person.

Gomez reshared a post that said, “You matter. Your voice matters. Your heart matters. You are worth so much more than you know.”

“You know who you are and I’m cheering you on,” the actress and singer wrote in her Story.

Gomez previously dated Justin on and off from 2009 to 2018. Justin married Hailey in a courthouse wedding in September 2018. The couple welcomed their first child, son Jack Blues, 8 months, in August 2024. Gomez, meanwhile, is now engaged to music producer Benny Blanco.

Earlier this week, Hailey landed her first-ever solo U.S. Vogue cover, prompting her husband, Justin, 31, to make a candid confession about an argument he once had with his wife.

“Yo, this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight,” Justin captioned a photo of Hailey’s cover via Instagram on Tuesday. “I told Hails that she would never be on the cover of Vogue. Yikes, I know, so mean.”

3 Phases of Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez’s Rumored Drama

The “Baby” singer said he made the remark to “get even” with Hailey after feeling disrespected.

However, Justin admitted that he was in the wrong, writing, “I think as we mature, we realize that we’re not helping anything by getting even, we’re honestly just prolonging what we really want, which is intimacy and connection.”

“So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a Vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken,” he concluded, celebrating Hailey’s big achievement.

Justin later deleted the caption after being criticized by fans in the comments. He replaced the text with a series of emojis.

Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber's Relationship Timeline

In her Vogue cover story, Hailey opened up about persistent speculation of a rift in her marriage to Justin.

“It’s not real,” she told Vogue of most of what’s written about her. “And that’s the thing: I have a real life,” she continued. “My real life is that I get to wake up to my beautiful family and my son and my friends and I have people that know me and love me and I love them.”

Indianapolis Colts Owner Jim Irsay Dead at 65

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay has died at the age of 65.

The NFL team broke the news via its social media accounts late Wednesday, May 21, sharing that Irsay died “peacefully in his sleep this afternoon.”

“We are devastated to announce our beloved owner & CEO, Jim Irsay, passed away peacefully in his sleep this afternoon,” said the statement. “Jim’s dedication and passion for the Indianapolis Colts, in addition to his generosity, commitment to the community, and most importantly, his love for his family, were unsurpassed. Our deepest sympathies go to his daughters, Carlie Irsay-Gordon, Casey Foyt, Kalen Jackson, and his entire family as we grieve with them.”

The statement continued: “Some of Jim’s fondest memories came from his youth working training camps in Baltimore and growing relationships with players, coaches, and staff whom he considered his extended family. He worked in every department before he was named the youngest general manager in team history in 1984 when the Colts arrived in Indianapolis. After he took sole ownership in 1997, he led the Colts to a long series of division titles and brought the city its first Super Bowl Championship.”

“Jim’s love and appreciation for the NFL, in addition to its history, tradition, and principles, influenced him to become a steward of the game throughout his 50-plus years in the League. Jim’s generosity can be felt all over Indianapolis, the state of Indiana and the country. He made philanthropy a daily endeavor. He never hesitated to help countless organizations and individuals live better lives,” the Colts added. “Music was one of Jim’s passions and the ability to share his band and collection with millions of people across the world brought him tremendous joy. Simply put, he wanted to make the world a better place and that philosophy never wavered.”

“Jim will be deeply missed by his family, the Colts organization, and fans everywhere, but we remain inspired by his caring and unique spirit,” the statement concluded.

Irsay was the principal owner and chairman of the Colts from 1997 until his death after inheriting the team from his father, Robert Irsay, who died in 1997.

Under his watch, the Colts advanced to two Super Bowls and won Super Bowl XLI in 2007.

Eli and Peyton Manning's Rare Photos With Their Kids Over the Years

Colts icon Peyton Manning was among the first people to mourn Irsay’s death. “I am heartbroken to hear about Jim Irsay’s passing. He was an incredibly generous and passionate owner and I will always be indebted to him for giving me my start in the NFL,” the retired quarterback shared via Instagram late Wednesday. “His love for the Colts and the city of Indy was unmatched. His impact on the players who played for him will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and everyone in the Colts community. He will be missed. Jim, rest in peace my friend, #18.”

Irsay is survived by his ex-wife, Meg, his three daughters, Carley, Casey and Kalen, and his 10 grandchildren.

Jordon Hudson Calls Bill Belichick 'Old Bae' Amid Engagement Rumors

Jordan Hudson is poking fun at her age gap with Bill Belichick.

The former cheerleader, 24, took to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, May 21, and shared a pic of what she and Belichick, 73, were eating for dinner: Buffalo wings, spiced with Old Bay Seasoning.

“OLD BAY WITH MY OLD BAE,” she captioned the photo, adding emojis of a red heart, a sweaty face and heart hands.

While posting on social media, Hudson did not confirm reports that she and the University of North Carolina football coach are headed to the altar

A Timeline of Bill Belichick's Relationship With 24-Year-Old Jordon Hudson

In a story published Tuesday, May 20, The New York Times reported that Hudson has ”told at least one person that she and Mr. Belichick are engaged to be married.”

Us Weekly reached out to Hudson and Belichick for comment.

The couple went public with their relationship in October 2024 after months of dating rumors. They reportedly met for the first time on a plane in 2021.

Their relationship has drawn extra scrutiny ever since Hudson intervened during Belichick’s now-infamous interview with CBS Sunday Morning when he was asked how the pair met.

The Real Reason 24-Year-Old Jordon Hudson Is Dating Bill Belichick: Source

Weeks later, journalist Pablo Torre dedicated an episode of his podcast, “Pablo Torre Finds Out,” to Hudson and Belichick, stoking speculation that Hudson has been lying about her age and that she had been banned from football facilities at the University of North Carolina.

Carolina Athletics issued a denial to Us Weekly on May 9.

“While Jordon Hudson is not an employee at the University or Carolina Athletics, she is welcome to the Carolina Football facilities,” their statement read. “Jordon will continue to manage all activities related to Coach Belichick’s personal brand outside of his responsibilities for Carolina Football and the University.”

Belichick has recently spoken about Hudson while promoting his new book, The Art of Winning: Lessons From a Life in Football.

How Bill Belichick's New Boat Name Fuels Jordon Hudson Engagement Rumors

“She’s been through the whole process, she’s been very helpful to me,” Belichick said on the May 16 edition of Good Morning America. “She does the business things that don’t relate to North Carolina that come up in my life so I can concentrate on football, and that’s really what I want to do. You know, I acknowledged her in the book, she was very helpful on all that … and also, giving a perspective of the book from the business side. Sometimes I get a little football technical and she did a good job of keeping me on balance there.”

He noted that he and Hudson “have a good personal relationship.”

Kourtney Kardashian Reveals ‘Yelling Wars’ With Caitlyn Jenner

Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian are addressing their different experiences living with Caitlyn Jenner as kids.

The sisters discussed Caitlyn (formerly Bruce Jenner), who was married to their mother Kris Jenner from 1991 to 2015, on the Wednesday, May 21, episode of the “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast. (Kris, 69, divorced their father Robert Kardashian in 1991. Robert died in 2003.)

“[Caitlyn] never tried to be Dad and I always appreciated and respected that,” Khloé, 40, said on the podcast.

“OK, so, that wasn’t my experience, but maybe that’s why it became your experience,” Kourtney, 46, replied. “So [I’m] grateful for that for you.”

Kourtney Kardashian Through the Years

Kourtney recalled feeling like Caitlyn, now 75, “tried to be controlling and bossy” and would tell her that “certain friends” couldn’t come over.

For Khloé, Kourtney’s memories helped explain why her sibling “didn’t connect” with their stepparent. Khloé previously assumed that Kourtney disliked Kris’ second husband because “he was replacing Dad – not that he did, no one could replace Dad.”

Kourtney recalled fighting with Caitlyn.

“I would be like, ‘I wanna call my Dad,’ and [Caitlyn] would hang up the phone,” Kourtney said. “We would have yelling wars.”

Kourtney Kardashian Recalls Being Punched at Diddy Party in Resurfaced Video

Khloé was surprised to learn from Kourtney that her tension with Caitlyn was the reason that she moved in with Robert.

Besides Khloé and Kourtney, Caitlyn also step-parented Kris and Robert’s two other children, Kim and Rob. Caitlyn and Kris have two children together, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

The Olympian has had a strained relationship with Kris and some of her stepchildren since the couple separated a decade ago amid Caitlyn coming out as transgender.

In 2023, Caitlyn said on an episode of the U.K.’s This Morning that she no longer speaks to Kris.

Caitlyn Jenner's Grandkids: Breaking Down the 'KUWTK' Alum's Big Family

“If there’s any communication, my manager kind of talks to her,” she said at the time. While explaining that she’s “much closer to the Jenner side” of her family, “Kris, I don’t really have any more contact with her,” Caitlyn explained. “It’s kind of sad because we went through a lot.”

Caitlyn, who also shares son Burt and daughter Cassandra with first wife Chrystie Scott, and sons Brandon and Brody with second wife Linda Thompson, added: “When you have as many kids as I have, you’re closer to some than you are to others.”

Last October, Caitlyn celebrated her 75th birthday with stepdaughter Kim, 44, by her side.

“Family is everything!” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “So many kids and so many of the grandkids, all in one place, at one time. You all made my birthday evening so special…and your beyond thoughtful and generous gifts made the night all the more fun (WOW!)! I love you all so much.”

John Mulaney Asks Future Self How Justin Baldoni-Blake Lively Case Ends

Count John Mulaney among the many who are curious about how Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively’s legal battle will end.

Mulaney, 42, referenced the ongoing drama in a comic bit on the Wednesday, May 21 edition of Everybody’s Live With John Mulaney

Actor Peter Gallagher made a cameo as Mulaney’s future self, joking, “John, I came here from the year 2055 to warn you not to fight those three 14-year-old boys. Things get very, very bad for us when that happens.”

“Oh no, do I fall off the wagon?” Mulaney wondered, to which Gallagher, 69, replies, “A few times.”

Taylor Swift Subpoenaed in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni Lawsuit

“Wait, you’re from the future,” the Netflix host continued. “What happens in that Justin Baldoni case?”

“I don’t remember,” said Gallagher, prompting Mulaney to complain, “But you’re from the future.”

Gallagher said that “doesn’t mean that I remember everything.”

“Well, did Blake really tell Taylor, ‘Hey, you gotta stick up for me?'” Mulaney asked.

How Taylor Swift Was Pulled Into Blake Lively's Justin Baldoni Legal Drama

“You’re asking me too much,” Gallagher said. “I can’t recall conversations that I wasn’t present for.”

“That’s fair. It’s not like my memory was gonna get better with age, especially with all the cocaine we did in our 20s and 30s,” Mulaney said, to which Gallagher added: “And our 50s.”

Baldoni, 41, and Lively, 37, have been at odds since December 2024, when Lively sued her It Ends With Us costar and director and accused him of sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her.

Baldoni denied the allegations and subsequently filed his own lawsuit against Lively, her husband Ryan Reynolds and her publicist Leslie Sloane. In the $400 million lawsuit, Baldoni accused the couple of civil extortion, defamation, false light invasion of privacy and more. Lively and Reynolds have denied the allegations. (A trial is scheduled for March 9, 2026.)

Blake Lively’s Lawyers Seeking Justin Baldoni’s Financial Records

As the back and forth continues, Taylor Swift was dragged into the fight after she was subpoenaed earlier this month.

“Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film,” Swift’s rep shared in a statement to Us Weekly on May 9. “She did not even see It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release, and was traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history.”

The statement continued: “The connection Taylor had to this film was permitting the use of one song, ‘My Tears Ricochet.’ Given that her involvement was licensing a song for the film, which 19 other artists also did, this document subpoena is designed to use Taylor Swift’s name to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case.”

With Swift’s name coming up in reference to the lawsuit, fans have wondered what that means for the singer’s friendship with Lively. (Swift is the godmother to three of Lively and Reynolds’ four kids: James, Inez, Betty and Olin.)

‘Chicago P.D.’ Season 13 Questions Answered: Why Did Voight Kill [Spoiler]?

Chicago P.D.’s season 12 finale brought Sergeant Hank Voight and his team to their breaking point — but did they win in the end?

Warning: Spoilers below from season 12, episode 22 of Chicago P.D.

During the Wednesday, May 21, finale, Voight (Jason Beghe) faced off against Deputy Chief Charlie Reid (Shawn Hatosy) one last time. After Reid disbanded the Intelligence Unit one episode prior and put Dante Torres (Benjamin Levy Aguilar) behind bars for sleeping with his CI, Voight’s unit was up against a wall.

While Voight had ASA Nina Chapman (Sara Bues) and the rest of his team in his corner, he started to pull away to take Reid down. As Voight prepared to face internal affairs for his alleged misconduct over the past few months, Reid was shot dead by drug dealer Jesus Otero’s (Juan Javier Cardenas) son, Reinerio (Jason Sanchez).

While Voight tried to stop the bleeding, Reid hinted that it was Voight who orchestrated his death to end their feud. “You’re worse than me,” Reid claimed before he died, leaving Voight and his team safe from his wrath.

'Chicago P.D.' Showrunner Teases What to Expect When Season 12 Returns

The future of Intelligence, however, is still unknown considering Reinerio killing Reid came shortly after he was let out of the team’s custody on Voight’s orders. (On a happy note, Marina Squerciati’s Kim Burgess and Patrick John Flueger’s Adam Ruzek did get married before the credits rolled.)

“We didn’t get to see them actually walk back into the unit. It wasn’t just easy clean, we’re done, bow tied and they figured it all out,” showrunner Gwen Sigan exclusively told Us Weekly, teasing that season 13 will bring a “different dynamic” for the unit.

Scroll down for answers to the biggest questions ahead of season 13:

Why Did Reid Have to Die?

Chicago PD Season 13 Questions Reid
Elizabeth Sisson/NBC

Sigan told Us that Reid didn’t have to die, but the writers wanted Voight to have one way to “get him off the map” which was to “take him out.”

“That was the darkest we could take him, was to basically kill someone. We wanted to test him too,” she explained. “We wanted to see, ‘Can he fight against that?’ And then obviously what you see in the finale is no, he couldn’t, he took that route.”

The showrunner noted that Voight thinks he made the “right choice” in telling Reinerio how Reid made his dad suffer before killing him earlier in the season, knowing that Reinerio would most likely seek vengeance.

Is Chapman Going to Cut Ties With Voight?

Chicago PD Season 13 Questions Chapman Voight
Lori Allen/NBC

Throughout the season Chapman and Voight grew close and fans saw a glimpse at a new romance between the pair. However, during the finale, Chapman told Voight that she knew what he’d done. She knew that he used Reinerio as his own loaded gun to take down Reid and he made a deal with Silva (Randy Gonzalez) to flip on Reid and talk about his dirty policing tactics.

Chapman teared up at Burgess and Ruzek’s wedding, telling Voight that she thought there was “more” between them but now that trust is broken. Sigan, meanwhile, told Us that the attorney isn’t going to turn her back on Voight despite her own heartbreak.

“I don’t think Chapman’s gone. I think that their relationship has just changed a lot,” Sigan said. “It’ll also be interesting to see sort of the mess of that, of her still being there working. She’s not leaving Chicago, so what does that look like?”

Shawn Hatosy Teases Reid and Voight’s ‘Chicago P.D.’ Battle Will ‘Blow Up’

Will the Team Question Voight’s Story?

Chicago PD Season 13 Questions Torres and Cook
Lori Allen/NBC

After Reid’s death, Voight told his team that Reinerio confessed to shooting the deputy chief out of revenge for his father’s killing. Voight noted that Silva had knowledge of Reid’s illegal tactics, and he would testify to that, clearing Intelligence’s name. Burgess and Ruzek appeared to be suspicious of how neatly the case was tied up but didn’t question it in the moment.

“There was so much unease in that scene. There was a lot of doubt in a lot of their minds,” Sigan shared. “[But] do they wanna look into it? There’s not gonna be evidence [to contradict Voight’s story].”

The showrunner teased, “You could see that Burgess was feeling something isn’t quite right here. So it’s definitely an open-ended kind of thread that we can pull if we want to next season.”

What’s Next for Burgess and Ruzek?

Chicago PD Season 13 Questions Burgess and Ruzek
Lori Allen/NBC

Once Reid was gone, Burgess and Ruzek decided to move forward with their wedding. Their teammates were all in attendance, including Kevin Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins) and Kiana Cook (Toya Turner) and their daughter. Luckily for fans, the brief happy moment won’t be a one-off.

Sigan revealed that season 13 will show more of the “wholesome” relationship between Burgess and Ruzek and their new normal. “Now that they have some sort of stability at home, what does it look like on the job?” she pondered. “What can we push them into and sort of, find stories there.” Sigan added that she’s “excited” for the married couple’s story lines, saying there’s “a lot to play” with for the pair.

Kate Middleton’s Royal Garden Party Style Over The Years: See Every Look

While perhaps best known for her formalwear, Kate Middleton’s signature style shines just as bright annually at the Buckingham Palace garden parties.

There is no shortage of fashion peacocking at these soirees, which is why the Princess of Wales’ penchant for tailored pastel coats and elegant pleated frocks always steals the show.

Over the years, Middleton, 43, has curated a blossoming wardrobe for a backyard fête, from cotton candy pink dresses that exude softness to bright lemon coats that highlight a baby bump.

She has also demonstrated her ability to infuse classic and familiar silhouettes with a fresh new twist. Each outfit repeat is a carefully considered display of her unique aesthetic, solidifying her status as the reigning queen of garden party glamour.

After a two-year break, the princess made a glorious return to the royal garden party in a butter-yellow dress by Emilia Wickstead and a Philip Treacy hat that went viral when she first wore the combination at Queen Elizabeth’s 2022 Platinum Jubilee. She carried the same woven clutch by the Australian brand Forever New and repeated her Gianvito Rossi pumps. We also saw the return of the Robinson Pelham Acorn earrings she wore on her wedding day in 2011.

While cohosting with her friend, Duchess Sophie Wessex, Middleton embraced the rainy spring weather with characteristic poise. She channeled Bridgerton vibes in a cloud-colored dress by her private dressmaker. The vintage-inspired midi-length creation, another favorite the royal has repeatedly worn, perfectly matched her floral-trimmed hat in pistachio by Philip Treacy. A sage-colored Hobbs Evesham clutch and a verdant pair of Jimmy Choo pumps tied the look together.

After a pandemic-induced hiatus, Middleton made a stunning return in a celebratory coral frock by Emilia Wickstead and a matching fascinator by Jane Taylor. She paired her beloved vintage Josef clutch with petal-pink Kiki cushion drop earrings and pink suede pumps by Emmy London.

Long before the Barbiecore trend, Middleton gave the delicate shade of pink her royal stamp of approval, as seen in a double-breasted tuxedo peplum coat dress by Alexander McQueen. The feminine hue was also a favorite of the late Queen Elizabeth II, who attended the same event. Middleton accessorized with an intricate feathered and floral Juliette Botterill hat and a blush Loeffler Randall clutch, finishing the look with her tried-and-true Gianvito Rossi suede heels.

Middleton returned to Buckingham Palace's gardens in an ice-blue custom-made coat dress by Christopher Kane, which she first wore for the London 2012 Olympic Games opening ceremony. The tailored silhouette featured a prim collar and a structured skirt, which she paired with a tilted beret-style hat by Lock & Co., a vintage beaded Josef bag and suede Gianvito Rossi pumps.

In June, Middleton attended a garden party in Northern Ireland. She doubled down on her masterful approach to re-wearing beloved pieces, which in this case was a pale golden brocade coat by Danish designer Day Birger et Mikkelsen. The statement-making style is one of the royal’s most iconic wardrobe repeats, gracing multiple significant events, including the 2011 nuptials of Prince William's first cousins, Zara Tindall and Mike Tindall. Her fascinator, courtesy of Lock & Co., was a unique pillbox-style design inspired by the delicate form of a morning rose that felt apt for the floral-filled affair. The royal refined the rest of her look with a buff-colored satin box clutch and pumps by the time-tested British brand LK Bennett.

In May, Middleton once again demonstrated her flair for sophisticated subtlety. She donned another one-of-a-kind look by Alexander McQueen: an unabashedly feminine ruffled cream minidress with a distinctive peplum detail, which she’d also previously worn to Prince George's christening. To top it off, the duchess chose a Jane Taylor hat with a veil and a rosette.

Middleton opted for an ethereal ivory lace bodycon design by Alexander McQueen, breaking from her usual vibrant hues. This neutral-toned choice was a rare sartorial move for the royal; however, the midi-dress made its debut two years earlier at a Jubilee event in the summer of 2012, which proves that she has been a wardrobe repeater since the beginning.
Form-fitting and figure-hugging, the dress was coupled with a Jane Corbett bespoke hat featuring a ribbon-and-lace detail specifically constructed to coordinate with her lace dress. She grounded the outfit with another pair of Russell & Bromley pumps but in a patent-leather finish.

While expecting Prince George, the mother-to-be wore another Emilia Wickstead look: a custom textured coat dress with a yellow-and-white abstract print that subtly concealed her baby bump. She carried a box clutch with gold trim and wore round-toe pumps with a sensible platform heel. Both styles were by Russell & Bromley, a British handbag and footwear brand founded in 1873.

The Duchess of Cambridge made her garden party debut one year after her royal wedding. Middleton dressed the part in a trifecta of British fashion designers, an early indicator of the now-famous “Kate Effect,” a phenomenon where everything she wears instantly sells out.
On this occasion, Middleton paired a pastel pink dress with a pleated skirt by Emilia Wickstead with a matching wide-brimmed fascinator from Jane Corbett — a couture milliner who the duchess frequently turned to during the early years of her royal life, which helped define Middleton’s hat wardrobe. She accessorized with a straw clutch and close-toe pumps by LK Bennett, a brand known for emphasizing British heritage with a focus on creating timeless, polished yet practical designs.

Sophie Nyweide Attempted Suicide 4 Weeks Before Her Death, Docs Reveal

Over a span of nearly two years before Sophie Nyweide’s tragic death at age 24 on April 14, the former child star had at least 19 run-ins with Bennington, Vermont police, most of which involved drugs, including heroin, crack cocaine and fentanyl, according to documents exclusively obtained by Us Weekly

And in the four weeks before she was found unresponsive in a wooded area along the banks of the Roaring Branch River, police responded to 911 calls for a suicide attempt and welfare check for the one-time actress.

According to an incident report in August 2023, the Bennington Police Department responded to an emergency call about a potential heroin overdose at a counseling center parking lot. Nyweide’s father Jeffrey, who was with her at the time, told officers they had traveled from Manchester, Vermont for a counseling session because the former actress “struggled with using opiates for five years.” Per the report, they stopped to have breakfast and after she said that she was going outside to get fresh air, moments later her father found her lying against the vehicle in an “unconscious state.”

During the investigation police found “tinfoil with [a] black mark next to a glassine bag.”

Who Was Sophie Nyweide? 5 Things to Know About the Late Child Star

Nyweide (real name Marion S. Nyweide) was also involved in two separate incidents with police in April 2024. In the first encounter, police responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle and found Nyweide behind the wheel. She allegedly told police she “just left the hospital, was tired, and was looking for a spot to sleep” and had parked outside a residence where she “used to buy drugs” and was “hoping to ‘use.’” Police reported finding “approximately five burnt Chore Boy pieces” — a cleaning product that is commonly used as a screen in drug tools.

The second incident that month involved Bennington police approaching a car where Nyweide, who identified herself as “Sophie,” was placed in hand restraints when police noticed a “glassine stamped baggie” that investigators said was “contingent with heroin/fentanyl.”

During one May 2024 traffic stop, Nyweide, who police described as “deceptive” and “defensive,” consented to a search by officers but eventually became concerned because “her father would be mad if she took a long time,” per the documents. Police found a glass smoking device and Chore Boy pieces when Nyweide shook out the contents of her bag.

During another May 2024 run-in with police, Nyweide was identified by police as part of a group of “illicit drug users.” While Nyweide insisted she had no drug paraphernalia on her, police reported: “[The officer] was able to feel something hard in her pants … [and] when [she] pulled her pants out, [they were] able to see a silicone container that she was concealing… to be used to carry illicit drugs.” Police identified a glass smoking device as well as a silicone container containing a white rock-like substance consistent with crack cocaine, according to official records.

Child Star Sophie Nyweide Was Pregnant When She Died at Age 24

Over the next several months, Nyweide was taken into custody multiple times for active warrants. During a June 2024 incident, law enforcement officers said they found heroin as well as five baggies stamped “357” which tested positive for fentanyl.

In July 2024, Nyweide was named in police records as one of four people reported to 911 as “passed out” in a car. The same month Nyweide reported to police that her car was stolen. According to the report, she left her unlocked car in a parking lot with her keys inside. But she was able to track the AirTag that pinged to the Albany area of New York nearly 40 miles away.

In August 2024, police received a 911 call claiming Nyweide took a TV from a local Walmart without paying but she didn’t face any charges. Just two weeks later, police received a call of a potential overdose and a “female slumped over the steering wheel.” Nyweide told the police she ran out of gas and had been there for about two hours, but she didn’t need any help.

Throughout October and November 2024, she was involved in multiple police investigations into suspected drug use in the Bennington area. Nyweide called for help on October 13 to claim she “thought she heard voices outside her residence” but she told police she was safe. During another incident that month, police investigated an overdose call when Nyweide confessed to cops that she had given a friend Narcan — a drug used to reverse an opioid overdose — and her friend survived.

Sophie Nyweide's Friend Said Late Actress Had 'Hope' to Survive Addiction

Bennington police officers once again took Nyweide into custody for an active warrant in January 2025 when she was identified in the passenger seat of a truck stopped by authorities. Nyweide was transported to a police station and given $1,000 bail.

Two months later on March 11, police responded to a 911 call of an attempted suicide involving Nyweide, “who had cut her arm on purpose,” according to the report, and was treated at a nearby medical clinic. And just three weeks before her tragic death, officers conducted a welfare check on Nyweide — who they reported appeared “injured” after spotting her walking, per the report. Nyweide confirmed she was “in pain” and was taken to a local hospital.

A death certificate previously obtained by Us confirmed that Nyweide was pregnant at the time of her death. Local police said at the time that they were investigating Nyweide’s death as a “possible unintentional overdose.” TMZ reported that “a man was with Sophie when she died” and that the man “is cooperating with cops” but he was not considered a person of interest.

An autopsy is still pending.

Scream Queen Kathleen Hughes Dead at Age 96

Following her death, Nyweide’s family described her as “kind and trusting girl” and expressed hopes that her death would not be in vain.

“Sophie. A life ended too soon. May it not be in vain. May we all learn from her brief life on earth and do better. Yes, we must all protect our children and do better,” her family wrote.

Nyweide’s family shared some of her artwork and explained, “Much of this art depicts the depth she had and it also represents the pain she suffered. Many of her writings and artwork are roadmaps of her struggles and traumas. Even with those roadmaps, diagnoses, and her own revelations, those closest to her, plus therapists, law enforcement officers and others who tried to help her are heartbroken their efforts couldn’t save her from her fate.”

“Her death has left a hole in all. Sadness, loss, heartbreak and even anger is present for those who loved her and now will have to continue on without her laughter, infectious passion and zest — without those amazing blue eyes that could look directly into one’s soul,” the obituary concluded.

Nyweide made her big screen debut at age 6 and later played Michelle Williams’ onscreen daughter in 2009’s Mammoth. As a child star, she also appeared in Nicole Kidman’s acclaimed 2007 comedy Margot at the Wedding and Russell Crowe’s 2014 biblical epic Noah.

Summer House's Paige Says Craig's ‘Dead’ to Her After Cheating Rumors Drama

Paige DeSorbo broke down her split from Craig Conover during the season 9 Summer House finale, revealing that her feelings toward him changed after he allegedly refused to publicly clear her name.

“I made the right decision,” Paige, 32, told pals Amanda Batula and Lindsay Hubbard on the Wednesday, May 21, finale, referring to her choice to break up with Craig, 36, after Thanksgiving in November 2024.

Paige told the girls that after rumors surfaced in January that she cheated on Craig before their split, he didn’t have her back. She claimed that instead of shutting down the rumors, Craig told her, “I don’t feel comfortable saying anything at this time.”

That alleged response changed everything for Paige. “After that I was like, ‘And, now you’re dead to me,’” she confessed.

Craig Conover Addresses 'Summer House' Cast's 'Vitriol' About Paige Split

Three months after the Bravo cameras stopped rolling in summer 2024, Paige announced that she and Craig called it quits after three years together. In January, the cameras picked back up and documented her side of the story.

“What made me feel like I made the right decision was two days later, my dad called me and said I just want to let you know, ‘I feel like your personality is back,’” Paige recounted on the finale. “[He said], ‘I didn’t realize how different you kinda were. Now I call you and you’re so happy. I just feel like I got my daughter back a little.’”

Amanda, 33, confessed that she felt that there was “something different” about Paige over the summer but she didn’t want to push it. “I could really sense something was up. … You were different,” Amanda said.

Paige completely agreed, noting she didn’t realize “how different” she was until she was on her “Giggly Squad” podcast tour the past fall and she had a “panic attack.”

Paige explained that once November 2024 rolled around, she and Craig spent Thanksgiving together and she later had a lightbulb moment about their future. “He’s like, ‘Do you ever fantasize about us hosting holidays with our kids?’” Paige recalled, noting that she initially said yes but later realized that wasn’t true.

Amanda Batula Thinks Craig Is Being a Bit 'Ridiculous' About Paige Breakup

She remembered saying, “I don’t think I do” and pointing out it wasn’t “fair” to Craig that she felt that way. Paige said she told Craig at the time, “You deserve to have the love of your life, and I feel like I do too. I can’t pretend that we don’t have these issues.”

After the conversation, Craig told Paige he’d be in New York in December and asked to speak in person, to which she agreed.

“He says to me, ‘I really wish you didn’t do this before you saw the ring,’” Paige claimed Craig said when he was in town, but she didn’t believe him. “Right when he says that to me in my head, I was like, ‘This is why we’re breaking up because I don’t know if you’re lying right now.’”

While Craig alleged that he’d had the ring for “a year,” Paige told the girls she wasn’t buying it. “It doesn’t exist, Lindsay. We’ll never see it,” she quipped. (Craig claimed on the season 10 Southern Charm finale and reunion that he did buy a ring and planned to propose before Paige broke things off.)

'Breadwinner' Paige DeSorbo Says She Felt 'Gaslit' by Craig Before Split

Looking back, Paige said she thought she was “very respectful” with her breakup announcement. However, when rumors started to surface that Paige cheated on Craig and he didn’t shut them down, she realized how one-sided their dynamic was.

“As a girlfriend I defended the f*** out of you in public,” Paige said of her ride-or-die style support for Craig. “I have fought people for you. I have lied through my f***ing teeth for you.”

Despite being upset with the ending, Paige said she’s learned you “have to come to terms” with the fact that life is “not what you imagined” and that doesn’t mean it’s “better or worse.” She concluded, “I think [our lives are] actually way better.”

Summer House season 9 reunion begins on Bravo Wednesday, May 28, at 9 p.m. ET.

‘Chicago Fire’ Season 14 Questions Answered: Will Carver and Violet Last?

Chief Dom Pascal found himself under investigation for attempted murder during the Chicago Fire season 13 finale, but the episode wasn’t all doom and gloom — and Us has questions about what’s next.

Warning: Spoilers below from season 13, episode 22 of Chicago Fire.

During the Wednesday, May 21, finale, Pascal (Dermot Mulroney) was accused of trying to kill the man who crashed into his wife Monica’s (KaDee Strickland) car and caused her death. While the Office of Fire Investigation (OFI) thinks he’s guilty, Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) is on a mission to clear his name.

“He’s all in with Pascal,” showrunner Andrea Newman exclusively told Us Weekly of Severide’s finale journey, which ultimately results in him finding the real culprit: firefighter Stephen Vale (Phil Donlon). Vale pined over Pascal’s wife for years, so he tried to kill the man responsible for her death.

While the OFI case is front and center during the finale, not every story line was wrapped up neatly, including Violet Mikami (Hanako Greensmith) and Sam Carver’s (Jake Lockett) romance.

'Chicago Fire' Boss Teases If Violet and Carver's Bond Will Turn Romantic

Violet finally gave Carver the letter she wrote him while he was in rehab and professed her love for him. While Carver revealed he already put in for a job in Denver, he ended the season by passionately kissing Violet outside her apartment.

Severide and wife Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) also got a happy ending to the season after Stella learned she is pregnant with their first baby. What’s next for the couple, however, is unknown. “There will be some shakeups all around,” Newman revealed.

Keep scrolling for answers to the biggest questions ahead of season 14:

What Does Violet and Carver’s Kiss Mean?

Chicago Fire Season 14 Questions Carver and Violet
Peter Gordon/NBC

During the final minutes of the episode, Carver showed up and kissed Violet. He finally confessed, “I love you, Violet,” and she responded, “I love you, too.” The moment was “a beautiful thing” for both of them, according to Newman, but it might be short-lived.

The showrunner told Us that Carver is “on a razor’s edge in terms of healing” after his ups and downs with alcohol. His state of mind and Carver and Violet’s sometimes “painful” dynamic has left their relationship status open-ended.

“Do they get this moment and then that’s all? Or do they get to explore past that and kind of see where it goes?” Newman teased, confirming “that’s the question hanging in the air” ahead of next season.

Are Violet and Carver the Next Brett and Casey?

Chicago Fire Season 14 Questions Carver
George Burns Jr/NBC

Prior to the finale, Lockett confirmed that he won’t be a series regular for season 14, which could influence Carver and Violet’s future. While Carver might be moving to Denver, he and Violet wouldn’t be the first Firehouse 51 couple to be long-distance. Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Sylvie Brett (Kara Kilmer) lived apart when Casey had to move to Oregon to help raise the kids of his late firefighter friend, but the pair ultimately got married during season 12.

According to Newman, Casey and Brett’s romance is not like Carver and Violet. “Anything’s possible,” she told Us when asked if they could replicate the long-distance relationship. “But I think this was more of an explosion than a slow build.”

One Chicago’s Most Memorable Couples

The TV writer explained that there are “different things at stake” with Carver and Violet, especially since he hinted at leaving Chicago pre-kiss to better focus on his sobriety.

“For Carver, it’s a life thing. It’s like, can he stay alive? Can he keep sober and clean and not crash and burn?” Newman said, not ruling out Carver potentially making cameos next season. “So the stakes are a little bit higher in terms of that relationship going forward.”

When Will Stella Announce Her Pregnancy?

Chicago Fire Season 14 Questions Stella and Severide
George Burns Jr/NBC

After attempting to adopt a baby during season 13, Stella and Severide were left brokenhearted when the mom changed her mind. During the finale, Stella turned her focus to helping a teenager named Natalie (Ava Torres) in the neighborhood in the neighborhood, eventually reconnecting the teen with her big sister. Stella later got her own good news: she’s pregnant!

Newman told Us that Stella’s pregnancy timeline for season 14 will depend on “the kind of time jump we do when we start.” She joked, “It will be hard to be hiding it if it’s, you know, the kind of four-month jump we usually do.”

The showrunner noted that the writers want to get the firefighters’ “reactions” to the pregnancy sooner rather than later. “There’s a closet full of baby gear in the firehouse right now,” Newman said, referring to the baby gifts that were bought before Stella and Severide’s adoption fell through.

Chicago Fire’s Kelly Severide and Stella Kidd’s Relationship Timeline

Although Stella might keep the pregnancy under wraps for a little bit next season, Newman said her and Severide’s journey will be all about “how they balance” being parents and firefighters.

“We keep saying you think the stakes are high when you’re in the firehouse with your significant other … [what] about the fact you have a baby at home and you know, this baby will be an orphan if anything goes down here,” Newman stressed. “It just turns up the heat and the stakes on their relationship in a really interesting way, both from a work standpoint and just a love standpoint.”

How Will Mouch and Hermann Navigate Their New Roles?

Chicago Fire Season 14 Questions Mouch and Hermann
Elizabeth Sisson/NBC

Christopher Hermann (David Eigenberg) chose not to take the chief’s exam during the finale, despite planning to take over the spot someday at Firehouse 51. Instead, Hermann took a pay cut and a demotion so his best friend Randall “Mouch” McHolland (Christian Stolte) could be the new lieutenant on Engine 51.

According to Newman, the determining factor for Hermann was “the looming fear of this auditor who said, ‘You guys don’t have much longer [to work].’” She noted that Mouch will have to navigate being a leader with a “ticking clock behind him” next season.

At the same time, Newman said that Hermann’s pay cut will be fun to watch play out since he will be “scrambling with new ideas and plans to make extra cash.” She joked, “He could be selling hot dogs out front of 51. We don’t know anything could happen.”

Will Ritter’s Exit Be Shown?

Chicago Fire Season 14 Questions Ritter
Peter Gordon/NBC

In March, news broke that Daniel Kyri, who plays Darren Ritter, would not be returning to Chicago Fire as a series regular. However, his exit was not shown during the season finale, so could he be back?

“Everything’s kind of up in the air on that front,” Newman told Us. “We love Ritter and we’d love to play with him, see him again.” She hinted that his goodbye could be a “big explosion or a fun, twisty story.”

David Duchovny Is Married to Longtime Girlfriend Monique Pendleberry

David Duchovny has officially tied the knot with girlfriend, Monique Pendleberry, after nearly six years of dating, Us Weekly can confirm.

Duchovny, 64, and Pendleberry, 31, previously sparked marriage rumors after the twosome were spotted walking around Malibu on Tuesday, May 20, wearing what appeared to be wedding bands.

The couple reportedly began dating in 2017 and have made rare appearances together throughout the years, including an outing in New York City in September 2024, a Los Angeles Lakers game in January 2024 and a red carpet premiere of Duchovny’s Netflix movie You People in 2023.

Celebrity Weddings of 2025: Stars Who Got Married This Year

Duchovny was previously married to Téa Leoni from 1997 to 2014. The twosome (who briefly split in 2008) share two children: daughter West, 26, and son Kyd, 22.

Following their split, Leoni, 59, and the X Files actor remained on friendly terms and continued to coparent their children as they grew into young adults.

“David gave me the two greatest gifts on the planet,” Leoni, who later began dating Tim Daly in 2014, told Parade magazine in September 2014. “I don’t know how I could ever hate him. We’ve always loved each other, and we adore these kids. I’m not playing stupid. I understand feelings can get hurt and things can get icky. We’ve had our moments like that. But these kids are too important, and he feels the same way, I know it. He’s a good guy.”

Duchovny, for his part, echoed Leoni’s sentiments, noting to Parade that the pair will “always be connected and be there for each other.”

While Duchovny cherishes being a parent to his two kids, he has reflected on feeling “inadequate” as a father because of his busy schedule as an actor.

David Duchovny Details 'Failure' of Gillian Anderson Friendship

“Maybe I was a good parent, because my kids are great people, and they probably want to think of me as a good parent, too,” he shared with People in June 2024. “They don’t want to think of me as a failure. I’m sure I’ve done bad things, I’m sure I’ve made mistakes, but we all have. So, I try and give myself more of a break.”

While he was working a lot at the time, Duchovny noted that it was “also cool to model a person who’s engaged with their life for a kid.”

“It might not be the best thing to just devote your entire existence to your kid either, so it could go either way,” he explained. “I don’t have access to the other road that could have been traveled. I just have the one that I did travel, so certainly not a perfect parent, but I love my kids. I love my kids so, so much.”

'And Just Like That' Star Claims He Smoked Joint With the Bush Sisters

And Just Like That actor Armin Amiri claims that he smoked a joint with sisters Jenna Bush Hager and Barbara Bush

On the Wednesday, May 21 edition of “Page Six Radio,” Amiri described meeting former President George W. Bush’s daughters while he was a doorman at the once-popular New York City nightclub Bungalow 8, which opened in 2001 and closed eight years later.

“So we had 280 reservations for the restaurant,” Amiri, who plays Ravi Gordi on HBO Max’s And Just Like That, told the outlet, recalling the night he met the twins, who are now 43. At first, “I didn’t let ’em in and I didn’t know who they were,” Amiri said, recalling that a Secret Service agent intervened on their behalf.

“I got a tap on my shoulder, and it was the Secret Service,” he said. “And he goes, ‘Hey man.’ I said, ‘Hey.’ And he goes, ‘These are the First Daughters.’ I said, ‘First Daughters of whom?’”

Amiri then “took care of it right away” and the sisters scored a table.

“I remember I needed my green card,” he recalled, claiming, “So, we smoked a joint together and I was just like, ‘Listen, I’m having a green card problem.’”

He claimed that one of the sisters told him that they would “speak to someone” about the issue. However, Amiri jokingly noted that “nothing ever happened.”

After completing his shift that night, he said that he approached Jenna and Barbara and offered to comp their meal.

“Honey, don’t even worry about it. We’re used to these kind of things,” one sister allegedly said in response.

Us Weekly has reached out to Jenna’s Today show rep for comment.

Amiri told “Page Six Radio” that he also reached out to former President Bill Clinton for help establishing permanent residence in the U.S.

“I walked up to Bill Clinton and I said, ‘Bill, I need my green card,’” he said. “And he says, ‘Talk to my wife.’ So, I talked to Hillary [Clinton] and Hillary says, ‘Talk to my right hand assistant Huma Abedin.’”

Despite his high-powered connections, “Nothing happened,” he joked.

Amiri reprises his role as Seema’s (Sarita Choudhury) new flame in season 3 of And Just Like That, which premieres on Thursday, May 29.

Season two ended with Seema deciding not to travel with Ravi to Egypt. Instead, she agreed to wait for him while he spent five months shooting a movie.

OnlyFans’ Annie Knight Gives Update Amid Hospitalization for Sex With 583 Men

OnlyFans star Annie Knight is sharing an update amid her recent hospitalization after sleeping with 583 men in six hours.

“It’s just sort of gotten to the point now, I think, where my body has gone, ‘Hey, high cortisol can’t function.’ Basically making my endometriosis worse, as well as we know that hormonal imbalances can cause irregular and heavy periods,” Knight, 28, exclusively told Us Weekly. “So unfortunately, that’s just what I’ve been dealing with since.”

Knight explained that the days leading up to the event were “quite stressful” because she bought her “dream house” and was simultaneously organizing the challenge.

“In all my videos, I was very honest about the fact that I was feeling fine before, during and after. So the actual physical side of the challenge wasn’t so much the problem,” Knight said. “It was more like the after effects of, I guess, the amount of stress I put on myself.”

Knight noted that her body has “just hit a wall,” adding that she’s “exhausted” and “burnt out” — but is hopeful about the recovery.

“The prognosis is good, and it looks like I’m going to have to take a week off, try and relax a little bit, sit out in the sun, just take it easy for a little while,” Knight said. “But I’ll definitely be OK. I’m not letting this slow me down.”

The OnlyFans star made her latest headlines on Tuesday, May 20, when she shared that she had been admitted into the hospital following her event. While uploading an image of herself wearing a blue hospital gown, Knight wrote over her Instagram Story, “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for your body.”

Hours later, Knight confirmed to Us that she underwent blood tests and further medical testing.

“I’m not doing very well, I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge,” Knight told Us. “It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”

Knight told Us that she was determined to make a speedy recovery. “I’ll definitely survive but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment,” Knight said.

Knight’s hospitalization came days after her shocking stunt, where she broke her own record of sexual partners in a day by sleeping with 583 men on Sunday, May 18.

“Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot so I was a little bit worried that I was gonna really struggle with it, because the most I’ve done before that was 24 in a day,” Knight exclusively told Us after the challenge. “But it was honestly fine. I was shocked by how easy it was.”

Knight, who received 2,000 registrations for the event, said that the men were “really great” — and she even had some reach out to her afterward to express their appreciation.

“I had a bunch of them message me and just say, ‘Thanks so much for today. I was number 206, or whatever,’ and just being really grateful for the opportunity,” she said. “I went through my DMs afterwards — I wanted to respond to them all — because I appreciated it too. It was really amazing how many guys showed up. And I had guys drive six hours to be there. I had guys fly into state just to be there for the event, and then flew straight home after. So it was pretty crazy.”

While addressing her detractors, Knight — who got engaged to fiancé Henry Brayshaw in March — noted that she’s “used to” receiving criticism.

“People seem to, like, get so uptight about it. At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex. God forbid, a man has sex. And I’m providing a service for free,” she told Us. “It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys and being so mean about the guys that showed up, because I feel quite protective of them, and so when I see all these negative comments toward them, it really, like, upsets me.”

She continued, “I don’t understand why people have such an issue with it. These guys are just out here living life. They’ve been given an opportunity, and they’re like, ‘F*** it. Like, let’s just do it.’ They’re just having some fun. I think the people that are hating [are] probably just jealous, and their lives are really boring …I mean, the more they hate on me, the more views I get, and the more money I make.”

Howie Mandel Recalls the Unexpected Moment He 1st Shared His OCD Diagnosis

Howie Mandel will never forget the day he shared his obsessive compulsive disorder diagnosis with the world for the first time.

During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show in 1998, Mandel, 69, witnessed somebody touch the exit door’s knobs. What came next was a series of events that would change his life.

“It was my turn to leave and I said, ‘I don’t want to touch the door. Open the door for me,’” Mandel exclusively shared with Us Weekly before kicking off season 20 of America’s Got Talent on Tuesday, May 27. “They wouldn’t open the door. They thought they were being funny and they were. And then I grabbed tissues to open the door.”

While some people witnessing the sequence of events thought it was funny, Mandel believed he was starting to have a panic attack.

“I said, ‘I can’t breathe and you’re going to have to call 911 if you don’t open the door,’” he shared with Us. “I walk out the hall and they’re still talking. And I went, ‘That was on the f***ing air.’ I didn’t know. I thought it was in a commercial. And then I got devastated.”

According to the Mayo Clinic, OCD features a pattern of unwanted thoughts and fears known as obsessions. These obsessions can lead to repetitive behaviors or compulsions, which can have an impact on daily life.

More than 25 years after accidentally sharing his diagnosis with the world, Mandel still remembers the emotions he felt.

While he shares more details in his memoir, Here’s the Deal: Don’t Touch Me, Mandel said he was fearful after leaving the studio.

“My heart sank and I thought, ‘I just embarrassed my family. I’m not going to have a career. Nobody’s going to hire me anymore,’” he said. “I was going to run into traffic here.”

In a quick turn of events, Mandel said a male stranger approached him on a busy New York City street and told the comedian that he was listening to The Howard Stern Show.

Mandel quickly realized he was not alone in his diagnosis.

“He went, ‘Me too.’ And I went, ‘What? What does that mean?’” Mandel shared. “He goes, ‘I have that too. Thanks for talking about it.’ He helped me.”

‘America's Got Talent’ Tragedies

Despite his initial fears, Mandel continues to have a successful career in Hollywood. In addition to being a comedian, the best-selling author is returning to judge season 20 of America’s Got Talent with familiar friends like Mel B, Sofia Vergara and Simon Cowell. “I say this every year and I don’t want to be repetitive, but the thing about our show is previous years always inspire,” he told Us. “Somebody sees somebody do something and they go, ‘I can do that faster. I can do that higher. I can do that more.’ … Because we’re celebrating an anniversary, I think people have done things more dangerous, more different, more surprising and more original than I’ve ever seen.”

America’s Got Talent returns to NBC Tuesday, May 27, at 8 p.m. ET. Stream old episodes anytime on Peacock.

Summer House’s Lexi Wood Is the Feminist Icon We Need Right Now

There are a few signifiers that immediately let you know you’re watching Bravo’s Summer House: the most extravagant costume parties imaginable, which finish weirdly early; a front door everybody struggles to open; and relationships that viewers can tell are doomed from the start but the people in them somehow never can.

Ciara Miller was disrespected by both Austen Kroll and West Wilson, Lindsay Hubbard was first forced to make her own sandwiches by Stephen “Stravy” Traversie, then lectured about being soft by then-fiancé Carl Radke. But now, one of the most unlikely feminist icons has stepped out of the Bravosphere to say, “Uh-uh, I’m not the one.” Model, influencer and lip liner enthusiast Lexi Wood, a Summer House newbie this season, read fan favorite Jesse Solomon for filth on last week’s episode, has stuck to her guns since, and we are living for it.

Sparks flew the moment Lexi, 27, and Jesse, 31, met, and their relationship moved at breakneck speed. Right from the start, Lexi was confident and assertive, telling Jesse she wouldn’t be physical with him if he was hooking up with other people. After mulling over his feelings, Jesse proposed that they be exclusive. And then they lived happily ever after … for about three minutes.

Their roller-coaster romance weathered jealousy and Toe-gate (when Jesse drunkenly let another woman suck his toe), but the final nail in the coffin was a manicure. Yes, really.

Summer House's Lexi on How Jesse Misrepresented Their Relationship to Cast

Lexi invited Jesse over to meet her friends one evening, but he told her he was going to get his nails done instead. She thought that sounded fishy, realized that meant there was no trust, and immediately knew they were done.

As a newcomer to both the friend group and TV show, Lexi could have gone through the motions for the two remaining weekends of the summer, to avoid an awkwardness in the house. Instead, she bravely dealt with the situation head on.

Summer House's Lexi Wood Reveals Whether She's Spoken to Jesse Solomon

The other girls in the house, gathered in the kitchen, supported her decision and understood that there is no coming back from the ick she was now experiencing. Maybe they, like some viewers, felt guilty for initially dismissing Lexi as a bit of an airhead, when it turns out she’s actually a tough woman of substance.

“I feel like you aren’t ready for the relationship I’m looking for,” Lexi told Jesse. “I just need to be with somebody that, like, I can trust without any doubt in my mind.” She finished by saying, “I feel like the light in me is slowly dying because I’m exhausted from teaching you.”

Staring at the ground, Jesse said forlornly, “Well I’m not going to fight you on it, that’s for sure.” This only seemed to confirm to Lexi that she was doing the right thing. “I didn’t think you were going to. You never do,” she replied.

It was as if she were speaking on behalf of all women, and some of us at home may have given her a standing ovation. Lexi refused to settle, to try and change someone into what she hoped he could be, or to accept behavior that was making her unhappy, just because there was a lot about the man that was right (and also, Jesse is very hot). Lexi’s inspiring speech felt like it might have changed the Bravosphere — maybe even the world. And all without smudging her lip liner.
