Mere hours after Hailey Bieber’s first solo Vogue cover dropped on Tuesday, May 20, Justin Bieber took to Instagram to share a candid confession about a past argument with his wife over the magazine.

The “mean” comment stemmed from feeling “disrespected,” which Justin, 31, admitted he now deeply regrets.

“Yo, this reminds me when Hailey and I got into a huge fight,” Justin captioned a photo of Hailey’s cover via Instagram on Tuesday. He then dropped the bombshell: “I told Hails that she would never be on the cover of Vogue. Yikes, I know, so mean.”

This admission, particularly given Hailey’s prominent career as a supermodel and this being her now-second Vogue cover since their marriage (including the March 2019 Vogue cover they shared), detailed this deeply personal moment in their relationship and the power dynamics.

However, he quickly pivoted to a more evolved perspective, reflecting on the lessons learned as they’ve grown together. “I think as we mature, we realize that we’re not helping anything by getting even, we’re honestly just prolonging what we really want, which is intimacy and connection,” he added.

The singer, who shares son Jack Blues, 8 months, with Hailey, ended his apology with words directed straight to his wife: “So baby u already know but forgive me for saying u wouldn’t get a Vogue cover cuz clearly i was sadly mistaken.”

This candid reflection from Justin provides a personal anecdote about their relationship and inadvertently underlines Hailey’s significant presence in the fashion world.

Us Weekly celebrated the launch of TLC’s new dating series 90 Day: Hunt for Love with a star-studded event featuring the show’s stars.

Hosted at Gitano in New York City on Monday, May 19, the event brought out some of the most notable names in the 90 Day universe along with some major influencers — and everyone had on their best tropical wear. Think cheetah print, and lots of it.

As the drinks were flowing — and, yes, they were themed — partygoers enjoyed tarot card readers, a 360 photo booth and a DJ whose music picks made things super high energy all night long.

90 Days: Hunt for Love premieres via on TLC on Monday, May 26 (and will be streaming on Max) and stars some 90 Day universe fan favorites: Tiffany Franco, Chantel Everett, Colt Johnson, Cortney Reardanz, Tim Malcolm, Jennifer Tarazona, Usman Umar and Rob Warne.

As debate about their relationship continues to swirl, Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick might be hearing wedding bells. 

In a story published Tuesday, May 20, in The New York Times, journalist Katherine Rosman reported that Hudson, 23, has ”told at least one person that she and Mr. Belichick are engaged to be married.”

Us Weekly has reached out to Hudson and Belichick, 73, for comment. 

Rosman traveled to four cities in two states to get a full view of Hudson, who went public with her relationship with Belichick in October 2024 after months of dating rumors. The couple reportedly met for the first time on a plane in 2021.

The reporter visited Bridgewater and Provincetown, Massachusetts, two cities with specific ties to Hudson. 

Hudson’s family moved to Provincetown when she was in high school and she later attended Bridgewater State University, where she won a national collegiate championship in cheerleading in 2021. 

“We are not allowed to talk about her,” one member of the current Bridgewater cheer team reportedly said about Hudson. 

However, at the university’s graduation ceremony on Friday, May 16, commencement speaker Robert Hale Jr., the billionaire CEO of Granite Telecommunications, had no problem bringing up Hudson and her famous boyfriend. 

Held at Gillette Stadium, the home of the NFL’s New England Patriots, Hale joked that the students might be hoping for a more well-known speaker like current Patriots head coach, Mike Vrabel, or “the old, old, old one, Belichick.”

Hale joked that Belichick has “very, very, very strong ties with very, very recent alumni,” which reportedly received a big laugh. 

Belichick coached the Patriots from 2000 to 2023, winning 6 Super Bowls. He was announced as the new head football coach at the University of North Carolina in December 2024. 

The Hudson-Belichick relationship has been under an even finer microscope since Belichick’s now-infamous interview on CBS Sunday Morning last month, during which Hudson interjected from off camera when Belichick was asked how the couple met. 

Weeks later, journalist Pablo Torre dropped an episode of his “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast dedicated to deep dive into Hudson and Belichick, which raised accusations that Hudson has been lying about her age and that she had been banned from football facilities at the University of North Carolina. 

Carolina Athletics issued a statement to Us Weekly on May 9, refuting Torre’s reporting.

Belichick has recently been on the promotional trail for his book, “The Art of Winning: Lesson From My Life in Football,” where he’s attempted to give more context for his relationship with Hudson. 

“She’s been through the whole process, she’s been very helpful to me,” Belichick said Friday, May 16, on Good Morning America. “She does the business things that don’t relate to North Carolina that come up in my life so I can concentrate on football, and that’s really what I want to do. You know, I acknowledged her in the book, she was very helpful on all that … and also, giving a perspective of the book from the business side. Sometimes I get a little football technical and she did a good job of keeping me on balance there.”

He added,  “We have a good personal relationship.”

Lala later clarified that she didn’t have any regrets about her falling out with Ariana, which viewers caught a glimpse of during the season 11 reunion.

“It was hard this season. I was talking about things that we’ve all spoken about. And then when a camera comes up, everyone runs scared. I have Ariana, who I personally believe really forgot why she was catapulted into opportunity,” she claimed on a June 2024 episode of the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast. “Again, [I’m] so happy for you, but let’s not forget where we come from. None of us have anything without Vanderpump Rules. What we built outside of it, we should be very proud of.”

As a result of Scheana’s close bond with Lala, she also drifted apart from Ariana. “We talk here and there. I think no matter what, Ariana and I are always going to have such a deep love for each other,” Scheana, 40, said on a March episode of her “Scheananigans” podcast. “I hope she reads my [upcoming] book.”

Scheana noted how her upcoming memoir, My Good Side, could offer clarity, adding, “Maybe has a better understanding for some of my actions over the past couple of years and understands a little more about my mental state and what I was going through. The one-time besties won’t have a chance to hash out their issues on screen since Bravo picked VPR up for season 12 — but with an entirely new cast. Ariana, for her part, isn’t ruling out a reality TV return if it is very different from her time on Vanderpump Rules.

“It would have to be the right show, the right team, the right tone,” she added on Monday. “I would never want to do anything that ever resembles something like a Vanderpump Rules ever again.”

Cassie’s mother, Regina Ventura, took the witness stand in the trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs on Tuesday, May 20, the week after her daughter spent four days testifying against the rapper.

During her testimony, Regina claimed that she took out a $20,000 home equity loan in order to satisfy a blackmail demand from Diddy, 55, in 2011. Regina alleged she sent him the money after he threatened to release sexually explicit videos of Cassie, 38, when she began dating Kid Cudi.

“I was physically sick,” Regina told Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson. “I did not understand it. The sex tape threw me. He was trying to hurt my daughter.”

Cassie told her mother about Diddy’s alleged abuse for the first time in December 2011, and Regina said on Tuesday that she took photos of her injuries because she wanted to establish a record. (Those photos were shown to the jury.)

“She was bruised and I wanted to make sure we memorialize it,” Regina recalled. “I was scared for my daughter’s safety.”

After taking out the home equity loan, Regina wired the $20,000 to Diddy, but she said he returned it after four or five days.

She also noted she once called the police on Diddy after Cassie told her that Diddy had taken her phone. Regina said she had a “bitter argument” outside her daughter’s apartment building as she tried to get the phone back from the mogul while Cassie was inside.

“I was trying to hit him but I wasn’t successful,” Regina said, claiming that Diddy eventually gave the phone back but took Cassie’s car as he left.

After Regina finished her direct testimony, the defense declined to cross-examine her.

Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and has denied all the allegations against him.

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo said in a statement at the time. “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Cassie Says Hotel Video Shows Diddy Trying to Drag Her Back to a Freak Off

Cassie, who is eight and a half months pregnant, began four days of testimony on May 13. (She is expecting her third baby, a boy, with husband Alex Fine. The couple are already the parents of daughters Frankie, 5, and Sunny, 4.)

The “Me & U” singer shared numerous details about her relationship with Diddy, which lasted off and on from 2007 to 2018. She also discussed the 2016 incident where Diddy assaulted her at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles, as captured on surveillance video published in edited form by CNN last May. The jury was shown a full, unedited version of the video in court.

Cassie (full name Casandra Ventura) mentioned her mother several times during her testimony, claiming that she hid Diddy’s alleged abuse from Regina because she was afraid to tell her the truth. At one point, Cassie was allegedly sequestered in a hotel room after being stomped on and beaten by Diddy. She told the jury that she wanted to see her mom as her visible wounds healed but claimed “it wouldn’t be safe” to leave.

“I understood Sean’s capabilities, his access to guns, the threats he made prior to that,” Cassie said on Wednesday, May 14. “I was privy.”

Cassie went on to say that her mother saw a blind item in the press referencing the alleged abuse and asked whether it was about her and Diddy. Instead of telling her what happened, Cassie denied it was about her.

“I didn’t tell my mom the truth because I was ashamed,” she recalled while tearing up. “I also didn’t want to put my mother in danger for knowing anything of that magnitude.”

Cassie eventually opened up to her mom about the alleged attacks but told her Diddy beat her for the first time in December 2011. (She previously claimed in her testimony that the first instance of abuse happened in 2007.) Cassie did not, however, tell her mom about Diddy’s alleged “freak off” parties.

“I couldn’t hurt her like that,” she told the court. “You can’t justify it to anyone. Especially not your mom.”

After dancing across the country on the Dancing With the Stars Live tour, Emma Slater and Alan Bersten spent some quality time together in New York City.

Slater, 36, cheered on Bersten, 30, as he competed in the 2025 RBC Brooklyn Half marathon on Saturday, May 17. “We did it!!!! My first half marathon! That was so hard! My official time was 1:38:43!” Bersten captioned Instagram snaps of himself posing for post-race pics with pal Danny Lawn and Slater. “Shout out to all these incredible runners. So proud of you @dannydlawn and I’m so happy @theemmaslater was here to support me!!”

Slater was a proud girlfriend at the event, even holding Bersten in her arms for a funny photo. Bersten posted another sweet photo of himself and Slater via Instagram the following day, writing, “My whole life people have always put me in a box, told me what I can and can’t do. And people have told me ‘I’m just a dancer’. I wanted to show everyone what I already know is true. That dancers are athletes too, and you truly can do anything you put your mind to!”

Slater shared the snaps of herself holding Bersten via her own Instagram on Saturday and wrote that she was “proud” of him.

Slater and Bersten’s NYC trip marks one of their first major outings together since Us Weekly confirmed they were “hooking up” back in October 2024. “[The romance is] not new, it’s ongoing,” a source exclusively shared at the time.

Bersten previously sparked a showmance with his DWTS season 27 partner, Alexis Ren, in 2018, which they ended that same year. He was later linked to season 31 contestant Gabby Windey in 2023, though the pair never officially dated.

Slater, for her part, tied the knot with fellow DWTS pro Sasha Farber in 2018. They called it quits after four years of marriage in August 2022. Slater filed for divorce in February 2023, and the terms were finalized shortly after.

Last month, Slater and Bersten celebrated the end of the DWTS tour by sharing an onstage kiss during their final show in Illinois. Bersten reacted to the smooch going viral in an exclusive interview with Us, sharing, “We’re just enjoying life.”

He added, “It was an incredible tour and I’m sad that it came to an end. But also there are so many good moments.”

Jessica Biel has a family of “chosen sisters” around her — and husband Justin Timberlake is included.

“I’m really lucky, because I have amazing groups of women kind of scattered throughout the country that have really been my rocks as I’ve grown up,” Biel, 43, shared during her In Style cover interview, published on Monday, May 19. “I would also consider my husband one of my chosen sisters. He’s also my best friend.”

She added: “All of them together have gotten me through my life. I don’t know how I would have survived life without them.”

Timberlake previously shared a similar sentiment about his wife, calling her “the single-handedly most significant person in my life,” during an interview in 2011. Biel married Timberlake the following year. Throughout their marriage, the couple have welcomed two kids: Silas, 10, and Phineas, 4.

“It really takes a village to raise any kid, let alone in a wild business like this where parents are traveling for long times for work,” Biel said elsewhere in the interview, admitting that “sometimes we do a good job” alternating between staying at home with their kids and working.

“We had our incredible [travel] teachers and our incredible nanny, and our family helped out,” Biel said. “The kids are good, we’re good, it’s all positive; it’s just when you’re in the middle of it, you’re like, ‘What am I doing?’”

Biel said it’s “so hard” being a working mom, sharing the best advice she received which came from producing partner Michelle Purple.

Shemar Moore broke his silence after announcing that he was starring in a S.W.A.T spinoff — without the rest of his original cast members.

Moore, 55, took to Instagram on Tuesday, May 20, to share a video where he acknowledged he could “catch some flack from the industry” with his decision to sign on to join S.W.A.T. Exiles with a new group of cast members after wrapping up season 8 with costars Jay Harrington, David Lim, Patrick St. Esprit, Anna Enger Ritch, Annie Ilonzeh and Niko Pepaj.

“Nobody likes change. I understand that. I get it 100 percent. But without change, you can’t grow. You can’t win without taking your lumps,” Moore explained. “It ain’t easy making it in the game of Hollywood. It ain’t. TV shows don’t last eight years anymore. The game has changed. But S.W.A.T. Exiles, baby! S.W.A.T. Exiles. Bigger, bolder. S.W.A.T. on steroids.”

Moore went on to compare making a show to playing football.

In the lengthy video, Moore called out his casemates, adding, “That’s my family for life, OK? But just like in sports, Tom Brady might be the quarterback, but people get traded. Tight ends get traded, the running back gets traded, the receivers get traded.”

He continued: “But the team keeps on pushing with their quarterback, and I’m that guy. So proud, so grateful. I’m not going to apologize for nothing. Busted my ass for 31 years to do what I do, and I’m excited about the future.”

Before Sony Pictures Television picked S.W.A.T up for a spinoff, the show faced multiple cancellations at CBS. The CBS series premiered in 2017 and aired six seasons before it was picked up for a seventh and final season. CBS ultimately reversed that decision and S.W.A.T. returned for season 8. But the celebration didn’t last long — the network canceled the show for a second time in March.

The series finale aired on Friday, May 16, and just two days later Moore confirmed he would be headlining a follow-up series for Sony Television Pictures where his character “is pulled out of forced retirement to lead a last-chance experimental SWAT unit made up of untested, unpredictable young recruits,” according to the synopsis.

S.W.A.T fans, however, were quick to point out in the comments section of Moore’s post that the rest of the cast from the CBS series wasn’t included. Most of Moore’s costars have yet to publicly acknowledge him expanding the S.W.A.T universe solo.

“I’m excited that S.W.A.T. gets to keep playing ball. I’m excited that the crew gets to put food on their table and money in their accounts, and go to soccer practice and put their kids through the right schools. Saving jobs, working here in L.A., keeping Hollywood in L.A. This is a big deal,” he continued on Tuesday. “Yeah, a little bit bittersweet in some ways — but man, at the end of the day, we got to be so proud. We got to be so proud because we did the damn thing. The world took notice. And the industry took notice.”

He concluded: “Shows get cancelled all the time, but S.W.A.T. just won’t die because y’all love S.W.A.T. You all love that crazy action. You love the stories. You love the brotherhood, the sisterhood, all of that. That’s who we are. That’s who S.W.A.T. is. Thrill ride with heart. So, on this day, we celebrate, but we pay homage to what got us there and to the people that got us there, and I will never forget. Always appreciate, and always show love.”

Brooks Nader is single and ready to mingle with a new man — or woman.

“Maybe it’s Mr., maybe it’s Mrs., I don’t even know. Who knows?” Nader, 28, shared with Entertainment Tonight in an interview published Friday, May 16. “My sister keeps telling me I gotta switch teams. She’s over me with the guys.”

Back in April, Us Weekly confirmed that the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model had broken up with her former Dancing With the Stars partner, Gleb Savchenko.

The breakup has continued to make headlines, with Savchenko, 41, claiming last month that he was completely caught off guard by the split.

“I was surprised to learn through an article published today … that Brooks has ended our relationship,” the Dancing With the Stars pro told Us Weekly in a statement on April 7. “The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6th, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied.”

While Nader claims everything will be revealed on her upcoming reality show titled Love Thy Nader, she isn’t focused on immediately jumping into the dating pool again.

“I’m freshly single. It’s been maybe three weeks,” she shared with Entertainment Tonight. “I haven’t counted. … I’m not looking for anything in particular. I’m just rockin’ with work.”

She’s also keeping an open mind about what the future could hold. Although she was previously married to Billy Haire from 2019 to 2024, the model assures fans she’s not in a rush to find her forever person.

“We’ll see what happens,” she shared. “I’m open to whatevs, but not looking for any kind of partner right now.”

She is, however, hoping her sisters stop talking about her personal life. Earlier this month, Grace Ann Nader appeared on the “Chicks in the Office” podcast and spilled the tea about her sister’s DWTS hookup with Savchenko.

“Every time I visited Brooks’ trailer — [it] was shaking every single time,” Grace Ann, 25, recalled. “I never wanted to go in there. I was always knocking. He was always at our house, it was just a lot.”

After the confession, Brooks joked that she won’t be speaking to her sister anytime soon.

Two former college football stars have died after separate incidents at marathons over the weekend. 

Brian Williams, a former safety at Texas A&M, died on Sunday, May 18, after running a half marathon in Irving, Texas the previous day. His brother, Rawleigh Williams III, told The Dallas Morning News that Brian died of heat stroke. Brian was 24 years old.

Rawleigh, a former running back at the University of Arkansas, made an emotional post via Instagram about his brother’s death on Sunday. 

“B you are my heart,” he wrote. “The BEST version of us in every single way B. I don’t think I can make it without you but I’m going to try for our parents and our sister. I love you brother.”

Michael Johnson, Brian’s high school football coach at Dallas’ Bishop Dunne Catholic High School, told the Morning News that the Williams family wants to keep the specific details about Brian’s death private. 

A four-star recruit out of high school, Brian played played three seasons at Texas A&M, appearing in 10 games in both 2019 and 2020.

Bishop Dunne assistant principal Michael Alfers, who also taught Williams in 8th grade, remembered Brian as an impressive individual away from football, too.

“Everybody looked up to him not only just because of his accomplishments on the field, but just from the way he carried himself and the way he treated others,” Alfers told the Morning News. “And he just always was kind of like a model student, a model young person in general.”

On the same day, former University of Minnesota defensive Charles Rogers died while running the Brooklyn Half Marathon. 

Rogers went into cardiac arrest and collapsed at Ocean Parkway and 18th Avenue at approximately 8 a.m., according to the New York Post. He was 31 years old.

CPR was performed on Rogers before he was rushed to nearby Maimonides Medical Center, but he could not be saved. 

“Charles put everything he had into everything he did,” Rogers’ wife, Sydney Rogers, told the Post. “While he leaves behind a wife and family that already miss him terribly, he loved being competitive and left us being 100% himself.”

Rogers transferred to Minnesota in 2015 after spending two years at Iowa State and one at Iowa Western Community College. He played three games in 2015, making 11 tackles, but missed 10 games because of injury. Rogers missed the entire 2016 season due to injury. He transferred to Lindenwood University in Missouri for one final season of college football in 2017.

“Charles was a terrific young man who had an infectious smile and personality,” a University of Minnesota spokesperson told The Minnesota Star Tribune. “We will keep his family and friends in our thoughts as they mourn this tragic loss.”

Sadie Robertson and husband Christian Huff are happily expecting their third baby — but their relationship isn’t without its bumps.

“When we got married, Christian became a true partner in life with me and a best friend,” Robertson, 27, exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly, applauding her husband, 27, for diving into her “struggle” with anxiety and working to understand her hardships.

The pregnant star says there’s “so much freedom” in having Huff by her side in her mental health journey and beyond.

“Since we’ve gotten married, we’ve been through some hard things together,” Robertson says, pointing to their parenthood journey as one aspect of life that challenged them as a couple.

She confesses, “[There’s] been some definitely deep, deep times in our marriage that have definitely bonded us.”

The Duck Dynasty star says that she and Huff, whom she wed in November 2019, have been a “team” through all the hardships. By leaning on each other and going to therapy regularly, the couple have been able to overcome all that life throws at them.

“We’ve had a counselor since our premarital stuff and she stuck with us ever since,” Robertson tells Us, noting that sometimes they speak with her “more than others.”

Huff agrees with his wife, sharing his belief that the key to their successful marriage is “communication.” He explains, “All people go through difficult things, just you have to have the vulnerability to discuss them.”

Robertson, who shares daughters Honey, 4, and Haven, 2, with Huff, tells Us that by turning to a counselor the pair are able to “love each other more.”

Huff, meanwhile, says that through counseling they’ve learned “little taglines” that have positively influenced how they speak to each other.

“It’s [phrases like], ‘Never say never always,’ which means I don’t say, ‘You never do this or you always do this,’” he shares, adding that the “little subtle things” make big impressions.

After five years of marriage, Huff says he and Robertson are focused on “just being in a place where we can have those conversations of things we’re wrestling with and do it together and not try to do it apart.”

The couple’s highs and lows as a family will be on display when Robertson’s family returns for Duck Dynasty: The Revival series on A&E Sunday, June 1. Robertson teases their sex reveal party will be a particularly fun story line and something they’ve been “trying to keep” a secret for months.

Outside of their relationship — and the lives of Sadie’s parents, Willie Robertson and Korie Robertson, and their siblings — their bond over faith will also be highlighted. “We are totally confident sharing our faith,” Sadie, who is an inspirational speaker and host of the “WHOA That’s Good” podcast, says. “We share it in a way that we hope brings hope to other families.”

Olympian Ilona Maher has big plans to share her story with fans in a new way.

During the Tuesday, May 20, episode of her “House of Maher” podcast, the athlete, 28, praised how guest Mamrie Hart took a “really fun” approach to writing her books, You Deserve a Drink and I’ve Got This Round. (The YouTuber also has a cookbook titled All I Think About Is Food, which was released last month.)

“I’m trying to write a memoir of my own,” Maher revealed. “So it was almost, like, a good way to learn from you and how you put yourself in it.”

Maher further hinted that she’s been working on putting together a book “for a while,” explaining, “In 2022, I was like, ‘I don’t have anything to write about. What am I gonna write about?’ And then one day, I opened up a Cutwater … I was at home and I just started typing and realized you have so much more to say than you realize sometimes.”

Hart teased, “I think it was Hemingway who said, ‘Write drunk, edit sober,'” which Maher confirmed is how she got started.

According to her sister and cohost Olivia Maher, there’s more layers to Ilona than her sports persona shows. “I remember after you read [Mamrie’s books], you were like, ‘This is what I kind of want my book to feel like,'” Olivia (known online for creating the “girl dinner” trend) said on Tuesday. “Like, ‘I want it to be my personal anecdotes.’ It doesn’t need to be, like, sports and the grind and the rise, it’s also where you’ve made mistakes and you’ve gotten better or you’ve learned and the relationship you come from.”

While Ilona became more of a household name during the 2024 Olympics in Paris — where she helped the U.S. women’s rugby team win its first-ever Olympic medal — she was already a trendsetter in the sport. She previously made her Olympic debut in 2021 at the Tokyo Games and is a vocal advocate for topics like body image and inclusion both on and off the field. Ilona has also used her trademark red lipstick to send an important message.

“It doesn’t take away from your athletic ability if you wear makeup,” she told CBS Mornings last summer. “If you want to put on a full face of makeup to go tackle people, good on you if you’re doing it. So for me, it was almost like a ‘stick it to the man’ type [of thing]. … You don’t have to sacrifice your femininity to play any sport.”

Following her Olympic success, Ilona traded her cleats for heels on season 33 of Dancing With the Stars, finishing in second place with pro partner Alan Bersten. When asked to compare the two experiences, Ilona didn’t hesitate to tell Us which was more challenging.

“I feel like they’re hyping up Dancing With the Stars,” she shared in an exclusive interview in December 2024. “It was very hard. It was extremely hard. Mentally very hard for me, but in a different way. I think there was just different pressure levels. … This was about me dancing, looking pretty on the screen and dancing for people. It was very hard, but I think I put more pressure on it maybe than it had to be.”

She explained, “With the Olympics, this wasn’t just for myself. The Olympics was to get a medal for my team, to get a medal for our program so we could continue having a program so young girls could dream about being an Olympian and playing rugby in the U.S. So that’s pressure.”

Sarah Silverman always knew that she had a brother who died five years before she was born, but didn’t have the real details about his death — until now.

“I’m going to tell you a big bomb,” Sarah, 54, shared during a Rolling Stone feature, published on Sunday, May 18, before detailing the truth about her brother Jeffrey who passed in his infancy.

“The story was that something happened with the crib, and Jeffrey’s little body slid and he got suffocated,” she told the publication. “But if you look back, there was never a lawsuit with the crib company or anything.”

Sarah grew up hearing that the incident occurred while Jeffrey was in the care of her paternal grandparents.

When she was writing her 2010 memoir The Bedwetter, Silverman spoke to both of her parents, who unknowingly hinted at something being awry with Jeffrey’s death. Although her parents, Donald Silverman and Beth Ann O’Hara, typically had differing versions of every story they told, when it came to talking about Jeffrey, their stories matched up perfectly.

“My dad says, ‘I always felt that he was crying or something, and my dad shook him,’” she recalled, referring to her grandfather. “‘He shook him in a rage and killed him.’”

Sarah continued: “As soon as he said it, it was like, ‘Of course, that’s what happened.’ His mother always stood by her husband. She watched him beat the s*** out of her son. I couldn’t ask my mom, because she was dead.”

A separate story shared about her family in the same Rolling Stone profile also seemed to hint at her father’s tale of Jeffrey’s death.

When she was 5 years old, Sarah was in the car with her grandmother and was told to buckle her seatbelt. “Yeah, we don’t want to wind up like Jeffrey,” the young Sarah retorted, recalling that her grandma burst into tears.

Jennifer Lopez made a stunning public appearance after revealing she sustained an injury while rehearsing to host the 2025 American Music Awards.

Lopez, 55, was seen arriving at a birthday celebration for John Kander in New York on Monday, May 19, in a light pink dress. She was seen that same night in a white ensemble for an after party for John Kander at Ring Them Bells: A Birthday Celebration.

The outing came after Lopez suffered a facial injury. “So this happened,” she wrote via Instagram Stories earlier this month alongside a photo that showed her swollen nose. “(During @amas rehearsals).”

Lopez confirmed she had to get stitches, adding, “Thank you for stitching me up Dr. Diamond. A week later and a whole lotta ice, I’m good as new.”

As Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex crimes trial continues in New York, his Los Angeles mansion continues to sit on the real estate market.

The rapper’s California residence is still for sale eight months after it was first listed. Diddy, 55, listed the property at an asking price of $61.5 million in September 2024, shortly before he was arrested in New York City and indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. (He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.)

Diddy reportedly purchased the property, which is located in L.A.’s Holmby Hills neighborhood, for $39 million. The home features 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms and sits on 1.3 acres. The main house includes several amenities, including a formal dining room, a regular and catering kitchen, a wine cellar and a home theater that seats 35 people, per multiple outlets.

The lot also includes a two-story guesthouse with its own bedrooms, a gym and an at-home recording studio. The home’s spacious backyard is just as impressive, featuring a swimming pool, basketball court, loggia, spa house, pizza oven and barbecue bar.

Despite the house’s luxurious qualities, Diddy’s former residence has yet to find a buyer. “When they buy a home at that price point, they like to brag about it,” Landmark Research Group partner Michael Tachovsky told Business Insider in an article published Monday, May 19. “P. Diddy’s reputation, at the current time, really isn’t a positive bragging point for a potential buyer. Hargitay, 61, stepped out in a black shirt that read “GUCCI JAYNE MANSFIELD” in photos shared via Instagram on Tuesday, May 20. The actress paired the T-shirt with a black printed skirt and matching heels. Hargitay was all smiles as she posed for photos in the look while holding hands with husband Peter Hermann.

“Greetings from the croisette!” Hargitay captioned her Instagram post on Tuesday. “@mymomjayne I France! Merci @gucci pour ce t-shirt magnifique!”

Her Gucci shirt came from the luxury brand’s FW22 collection.

Hargitay has been sharing her adventures at Cannes via social media as she attended the film festival alongside her family. The Law & Order: SVU star and Hermann, 57, share three kids: August, 18, Amaya, 14, and Andrew, 12.

The entire family stepped out for the premiere of Hargitay’s directorial debut, My Mom Jayne, on Saturday, May 17. The documentary is Hargitay’s love letter to her late mother, looking back on the legendary actress’ life and legacy.

Mansfield died in a car accident at age 34 in 1967. Hargitay, who was 3 years old at the time, was in the car along with two of her siblings.

Along with reflecting on her mom’s life, Hargitay also made a major reveal about her family in the documentary. The actress shared that her dad, Mickey Hargitay, is not actually her biological father. (Mickey died in 2006 at age 80.)

Hargitay spoke about “living a lie my entire life,” in an interview with Vanity Fair published on Saturday, confirming that her biological father is Italian singer and comedian Nelson Sardelli.

“It was like the floor fell out from underneath me,” Hargitay recalled in My Mom Jayne, recalling the first time she saw a photo of Sardelli. “Like my infrastructure dissolved.”

Eventually, they met in Atlantic City.

“I went full Olivia Benson on him,” she said, referring to her SVU character. “I was like, ‘I don’t want anything, I don’t need anything from you.… I have a dad.’ There was something about loyalty. I wanted to be loyal to Mickey.”

Hargitay has ultimately come to a revelation about her parentage.

“I grew up where I was supposed to, and I do know that everyone made the best choice for me,” she shared. “I’m Mickey Hargitay’s daughter — that is not a lie. This documentary is kind of a love letter to him, because there’s no one that I was closer to on this planet.”

Busy Philipps hasn’t forgotten about the chatter she caused when she revealed the names of her two kids.

“It’s so crazy,” Philipps, 45, joked to Us Weekly while celebrating the launch of QVC’s Q50 “Age Of Possibility” platform on Wednesday, May 14. “I’m always ahead of the times.”

When Philipps and ex-husband Marc Silverstein named their daughter Birdie in 2008 and Cricket in 2013, many fans were surprised at the unique name changes.

But as more and more celebrities continue to think outside the box — with names like Ocean, Win and Daisy popping up — the actress is focused on other things, like raising teenagers in 2025.

“I sound like every parent ever. I’m such a boomer, but I do think that the challenges that parents now have and that teenagers have in these last several years have been very unique,” Philipps shared with Us while wearing an Attitudes by Renee dress by QVC designer Reneé Greenstein. “Can you imagine going through puberty and being a teenager during the pandemic? Kids have not done well. I think that it’s been a real struggle for a lot of teenagers and parents of teens.”

Fortunately for Philipps, she has been able to build an open and honest bond with her daughters where communication is welcomed and encouraged.

“I feel really grateful and lucky that my kids are who they are, and they’re so cool and open,” she said. “But it’s a process and a constant communication and figuring out new ways of communicating, because as they get older, that all changes. But it’s cool. It’s cool. Every day is an adventure.”

When the kids are at school, Philipps is hard at work preparing to launch season 2 of Busy This Week with her cohost Caissie St. Onge.

The late-night talk show, streaming exclusively on QVC+ and HSN+, promises to feature laugh-out-loud moments, personal stories and celebrity guest interviews with Chrissy Metz, QVC fashion designer Stacy London and more.

One guest who proved to be a pinch-me moment for the Cougar Town actress was the one and only David Letterman.

“I very much grew up watching David Letterman and to me, he was the king of late night, and I never was a guest on his show,” she said. “To be in this position where he gets to be a guest on my show? Are you kidding me? I was freaking out, and it honestly exceeded expectations.”

When season 2 premieres Wednesday, May 21, Philipps will welcome her longtime bestie Michelle Williams to the show for the very first time.

While Philipps joked that she finds America’s fascination with their friendship “cute,” she is absolutely grateful to have found such a loyal friend.

“My hope is that everybody has that in their life, that everybody has a Busy or a Michelle in their life,” she told Us. “At the end of the day, your friends are the loves of your life, and they’re the ones that see you through all the different stages. I mean, partners are incredible and, like, are definitely there for periods of time, but the real people who are in it with you, day in and day out, for better, for worse, are your friends.”
