YouTuber Andrew Cross built a large online community before his death at age 36.
Cross, known for his YouTube page Desert Drifter, suffered a traumatic brain injury during a car accident in January. On Tuesday, March 4, his family announced that the online star had been taken off life support after being hospitalized for over a month.
“Andrew’s spirit is free, surrounded by light & love ,” Cross’ sister, Jenna Spooner, wrote via his CaringBridge fundraiser page. “He went to be with the Lord today, March 4 at 10:50 AM MST. It was peaceful and full of love in the room with [his wife] Evelyn by his side, his parents and close friends nearby.”
Spooner went on to write that “Andrew really lived life to the fullest, and his story & impact isn’t over yet.” She added, “It’s been wonderful to get to know him in new ways as we’ve seen photos and stories shared by so many. We look forward to more of that as we honor a life well lived.”
In his last Instagram post before his death, Cross shared a photo of himself standing in front of a picturesque desert canyon. “Desert Driftin’,” he captioned the August 2024 post.

1. When Did Andrew Cross Create His YouTube Channel?

Cross posted his first YouTube video, titled “What Is This? I Hiked To It And Found Out,” in November 2023. He gained thousands of followers in one year with his videos about “exploration and adventure with a historical twist,” per his page’s bio.
Cross’ most recent travel video was posted on January 17 and featured him exploring a canyon in the American Southwest with markings from ancient cultures. At the time of his death, Cross had over 474,000 followers.
On Instagram, Cross had been sharing photos of his outdoor adventures since 2016.
2. Was Andrew Cross Married?

Though Cross’ social media is mainly filled with travel photos, he shared brief glimpses into his relationship with his wife, Evelyn. “A month of adventures with this one ,” he captioned Instagram pics of the couple in September 2020.
Evelyn became Cross’ travel partner before she became his life partner in June 2021. “We did a thing!” Cross captioned an Instagram snap from their wedding ceremony. “I wondered what it would feel like to get married. Although I can’t speak for everyone, for me I felt deep gratitude for all the good people God has put into my life, the many seasons of life He has brought me through, and the lovely woman I get to join together with. I have found the one whom my souls loves, and I rejoice .”
Cross shared his last Instagram pic of Evelyn in October 2023. “Who’s your favorite fall person? I got mine!” he wrote alongside a photo of his wife in front of a picturesque autumn backdrop.
3. When Was Andrew Cross’ Car Accident?

Evelyn took to her husband’s YouTube channel on February 2 to reveal that he had been in a “really bad accident” a few days prior and was “fighting for his life” in the ICU after sustaining a severe brain injury.
“This community has really, really meant a lot to him and to both of us over the last year, and I know that he would want all of you to know this,” she emotionally shared in the clip. “I think many of you know that we’re Christians, and so we really, really believe in the power of prayer and that God is gonna work through this tragedy.”
Evelyn concluded the clip by asking fans for their prayers and well-wishes and shared a link to their CaringBridge page. “Your prayers and support in this time really mean the world. We are just so grateful for all of you for watching his videos,” she stated. “It’s mind-blowing to us that you want to show up and watch them. So, we just thank you for everything thus far and we just continue to ask for your support in this time.”
4. Why Was Andrew Cross Taken Off Life Support?

In a Sunday, March 2, update on Cross’ CaringBridge page, Spooner revealed that their family had decided to take her brother off life support the following day. “Even in making this agonizing decision, we have not and will not stop asking for Andrew’s healing,” Spooner wrote. “The medical team has explained there’s no predictable timeline for how long someone will live once life support is removed — it could be minutes, days, or weeks. We’re praying it will be decades!”
5. What Happened During Andrew Cross’ Final Moments?

While announcing his death on Tuesday, Spooner shared insight into Cross’ final moments with his family. “Before removing Andrew from life support yesterday, they put him on a mobile ventilator and walked a loop around the whole ICU while all the available staff lined the hallway as a way to honor him,” she wrote on his CaringBridge page. “Then in the room, friends & family read scripture, prayed, and sang during the process of removing life support and for over an hour afterwards It was peaceful and beautiful.”
In a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment, Christina Haack’s new boyfriend, Christopher Larocca, made a surprise appearance on The Flip Off.
Eagle-eyed fans were quick to clock Larocca standing in the background of the HGTV show’s finale, which aired on Wednesday, March 5. The scene, which was set at Haack’s California home, revealed who won the show’s final challenge. (Guest judge Jeff Lewis ultimately crowned Haack’s ex-husband Tarek El Moussa and his new wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, as the winners.)
Larocca did not interact with his girlfriend during his brief guest appearance, but he stood in the crowd wearing a black button-down shirt and holding a glass of champagne.
Us Weekly confirmed in January that Haack is dating Larocca amid her ongoing divorce from Joshua Hall, who was initially set to star on The Flip Off with her. Hall, 44, was eventually cut from the show, with Haack telling Us in January that no one would “miss” him.
The former couple split in July 2024 after two years of marriage. Haack was previously married to Tarek, 43, from 2006 to 2016, and they share children Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9. Haack moved on with Ant Anstead, whom she was married to from 2018 to 2020. They share 5-year-old son Hudson.
Haack was first linked to Larocca in October 2024 when they were spotted on a trip to Italy, according to photos published by the Daily Mail at the time. The couple made their relationship Instagram official last month.
“Some plane flights must be hard posted,” Haack captioned the photo, which showed her and Larocca smiling as they held glasses of champagne and shared a seat.
The reality star said she needs to “be engaged for a minimum of, like, five years” first before considering another trip down the aisle — and even joked that she was “terrified of men” and “taking a break” from dating. She also spoke about coping with her tumultuous divorce from Hall.

For Ashley Tisdale, welcoming her 6-month-old daughter, Emerson, to the family has been an “amazing transition.”
“Jupiter is just such a great big sister, and she really is obsessed with her little sister, so much to where I have to be, like, ‘Boundaries, Juju!’” Tisdale, 39, exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly. “I think it’s just been a really easy transition for all of us.”
For Tisdale, becoming a mother of two comes with both perks and challenges. “[With] your first one, you really have no idea what [it’s] going to entail and what that looks like and how to do things,” she explains. “And you’re so nervous. … With the second, you just feel so much more confident.”
One thing that has helped Tisdale and French’s parenthood transition is the fact that Emerson has been “sleeping through the night” since she was around 3 months old. “She really is such an easy baby,” Tisdale gushes. “She’s so cute. She really just has made [our] family feel very complete.”
Tisdale notes that she felt “robbed” during her first experience becoming a mother, having suffered from postpartum depression after giving birth to Jupiter. “To be able to have this experience again and to have it in such a great way and be so present, it makes me cherish every single moment,” she tells Us.

The actress went on to admit that becoming parents did “change” her and French’s marriage and that it took them a bit to find their parenting groove. “I feel like we balance each other out,” she says. “There are times where Chris is really the fun parent and I might be a little bit more strict. And then, there’s times where he’s a little bit more strict with scheduling, and I’m a really fun parent.”
She continues, “We have such a great foundation. We do have different parenting styles sometimes, and I think that’s great. I think that’s awesome. But you kind of have to start to get on the same page in some areas. … Now with Emerson, we both know how we are and what to do.”
Another difference between Tisdale’s early days with Jupiter and current experience with Emerson is breastfeeding — she tells Us she had “such a hard time” breastfeeding her eldest. Luckily, things have been easier this time around, thanks to her partnership with the Willow wearable breast pump.

“When you’re breastfeeding a newborn, you feel very much like you’re just in the rocking chair the entire time,” she shares. “Willow really gave me that optimism to be like, ‘Oh, I can leave and I don’t have to be here at all times, every hour, and I can have a life again, and I can do these things.’ And now I have this support system and it’s been really great.”
Friends guest star Stephen Park called the show out for creating an allegedly toxic environment where he and others endured racist name calling and more.
“You wrote way ahead of its time an incredibly brave mission statement to Hollywood about status, power and racism in Hollywood about the difficulties you faced finding work as an Asian actor — and especially work that you felt you could be proud of,” Fishel said. “Can you tell us what the effects of that letter were at the time?”
Park immediately named Friends as the show, adding, “It was at the time, I felt it was kind of a toxic environment. James Hong was the actor who was also on the episode with me, and [the assistant director] was calling him to the set and you know, essentially saying, ‘Where the f—k is the Oriental guy? Get the Oriental guy.’”
He continued: “This isn’t the first time that this happened, you know, but this is the environment where this is business as usual in Hollywood in 1997, I guess it was. And nobody felt the need to correct this or say anything about it. So this is normal behavior.”
Park, who appeared in two episodes of Friends in 1997, tried to contact the Screen Actors Guild, which led to him writing a “mission statement” that he sent to a publication. Park did several interviews but none of them were published at the time.

“I had become so race-conscious and so angry that I was looking at everything through the lens of race,” he noted. “I felt like there was no freedom. I didn’t feel any freedom. So, I didn’t have any idea what I was going to do, but I just decided to drop out. I told everybody, ‘I’m not acting anymore.’”
The incident led Park to take a step back from acting. He eventually did a “slow climb back into the business.” Since his return, Park has appeared in Boy Meets World, Law & Order, The Venture Bros. and Mad About You.
Park isn’t the only guest star to speak out about the show’s lack of diversity. Adam Goldberg previously addressed criticism regarding Friends‘ largely all-White cast.
“In terms of diversity, looking back, it seems insane,” he told The Independent in September 2024. “I’ve heard Black people speak about this and it’s like, you never expected to see yourself, so when you didn’t, it was not a surprise, and you ended up identifying to characters, irrespective of their race.”
Goldberg said having a lack of diversity on TV was “the norm” at the time, adding, “I spent a lot of my career complaining about how Italians can play Jews. You see [Robert] De Niro play Jews, but you very rarely see someone who’s a known Jewish actor playing Italian. So that’s where my head was at.”
He added: “Or I would get feedback about not being all-American enough, which, you know, if you were to say that to somebody now you’d probably be fired. Or maybe not, because all-American has become such a derisive term. But yes, the entire culture was like that, and television was just an amplification of that culture.”
David Schwimmer, meanwhile, revealed to The Guardian in January 2020 that he “campaigned for years for Ross to date women of [color]” before Aisha Tyler’s character was introduced but he faced backlash for pitching an “all-Black Friends or an all-Asian Friends.”
Actress Erika Alexander called out Schwimmer’s comments, writing via X at the time, “Hey @DavidSchwimmer @FriendsTV — r u seriously telling me you’ve never heard of #LivingSingle? We invented the template! Yr welcome bro.”
In response, Schwimmer issued a lengthy apology, saying, “If my quote was taken out of context, it’s hardly in my control. I assure you I meant no disrespect.”

School Spirits’ epic season 2 finale was filled with endless twists, turns and surprises — leaving Us with way more questions than answers.
The series, which premiered in 2023, follows 17-year-old Maddie (Peyton List) as she tries to investigate her own mysterious disappearance from the afterlife. Stuck in the place her body was last seen — her high school — she teams up with fellow ghosts Wally (Milo Manheim), Charley (Nick Pugliese), Rhonda (Sarah Yarkin) and the only living person who she can still contact, her best friend Simon (Kristian Ventura), in order to find answers.
While season 1 revealed that Maddie had been body snatched by one of the ghosts, Janet (Jess Gabor), season 2 revolves around her trying to get back to the living while falling in love with Wally and bonding with her new ghost pals. Simon, meanwhile, enlists the help of his and Maddie’s living friends, Xavier (Spencer MacPherson), Clare (Rainbow Wedell) and Nicole (Kiara Pichardo), to help answer the ominous secrets that exist within their town.
“We started the series and people were polarized because of Maddie’s disappearance. … There was such distrust in the first season,” showrunner and executive producer Oliver Goldstick exclusively told Us Weekly. “And I think when we came into season 2 [with] the idea of they’re [all] now bonded, because you can’t unknow. And they all start having experiences that let them realize there might be a world beyond what we can see.”
The show has been lauded for its “Breakfast Club”-like structure and relatable characters. Creators Nate and Megan Trinrud told Us they intentionally pulled from legendary filmmakers like John Hughes in hopes of creating heightened emotional moments and relationships that felt believable to the audience.
“The show poses a big question, which is, ‘What would you do if you were in this situation?’” Nate explained. “How would you react if you had to deal with this crazy thing? And so we’re quite literally dropping the audience into issues of these characters to have to feel all of those big feelings.”

Why Didn’t Janet Cross Over?

While Janet — now back in her body and aware that Mr. Martin started the fire that killed them both — worked through her scar in the finale and found her way to the “light,” she ultimately chose to stay with the other ghosts instead of crossing over.
Despite how the season ended, Goldstick revealed that the initial plan was for Janet to move on, like Dawn (RaeAnne Boon), but that ultimately changed.
“[With] the Janet of it all, we thought Janet was crossing over,” Goldstick told Us. “We just felt that was going to be satisfying, it was inevitable. She deserved it. But we didn’t expect to love this actor [Jess Gabor] so much. It also felt like this person came into her own and could help the other ghosts. So we decided to not let her crossover. We thought maybe we need her in our world a little longer.”
The showrunner noted that it’s important to always be “open” when it comes to creating a story, despite having “clear ideas” from the start. “That’s what a writer’s room is about and you have to see how things evolve and they do,” adding, “They reveal themselves when you start shooting, too.”
Why Were Yuri and Quinn Added to the Ghost Scooby Gang?

After Wally, Rhonda, Charley and Maddie’s bond was solidified in season 1, the writers wanted to “mix things” up with the ghost group in order to give the characters “avenues to explore other kinds of feelings.” Enter Yuri (Miles Elliot), the 1970s “Russian pottery” ghost mentioned in the first season — who does speak English, after all — and Quinn (Ci Hang Ma), the early 00’s band ghost who wakes up after Rhonda loses her cool.
“We always sort of love this idea of the ghost who doesn’t wanna join [the core group]. Dawn was sort of that thing, too, and we lost Dawn. [We want to have] these characters who weren’t sort of under Mr. Martin’s thumb but also are struggling in their own different ways,” Nate explained of expanding the spiritual Scooby Gang.
“And then to have Charley be able to have Yuri be a confidant but also [a] romantic interest, it speaks so much to the progress Charley’s made from season 1 with Emilio (Andres Soto),” he continued. “And moving forward beyond that and learning, like, ‘Oh, just letting go of somebody isn’t always all you need to be ready for a new relationship.’ Charley didn’t do a lot of introspection about his own feelings about himself.”
So … Did Wally Crossover?

If you thought you were getting a straight answer on this one — come on, you know better than that! The EPs did tease the reason why Wally saw “the light” in his scar in the final moments of the finale, though, and what could be ahead for a potential season 3.
“It was definitely ambiguous on purpose, because you know, we live [for] cliffhangers and to also devastate people,” Nate said with a laugh before hinting at what may come next. “But you know, there’s a lot of questions that come along with that. Like, what does it mean to really lose somebody? But also, do you ever lose anybody?”
Eagle-eyed viewers remember that Wally saw Maddie walking away from him in his scar, a new image that was never there before she returned to her body, and according to Nate, there are a few other clues that could point to what lies ahead for everyone’s favorite football-loving ghost.
“All I can tell you is that there are a lot of clues in the finale that I think if you look closely at you can sort of see where this might be going,” he said. “But yeah, that’s a big question mark.”
OK, but did he cross over?! “All we can say is, look, Janet was able to leave and she chose to stay, so who knows what could happen,” Nate teased. “Anything could happen.”
Why Was Wally the 1 to See ‘The Light’?
Season 2 of School Spirits saw a lot of the ghosts working through their trauma, but it was Wally who ultimately saw the (literal) light at the end of the tunnel.
“I think it’s a testament to how much work Wally has done on himself,” Megan said. “I think that part of what we want to reiterate is, like, this is a person who came from a very toxic time in a lot of ways and has been able to grow and change in death in a way that a lot of people aren’t afforded when they’re alive. And it’s so important to have been exposed to all of these people around him and instead of just holding on to his generational trauma, Wally opened up to all of these people and I think that even on a small level it’s important to recognize that Wally really did some work.”
Wally’s personal progress was particularly highlighted in episode 6, where he — and viewers — realized that he had been a bully during his life, especially toward queer kids, causing him to spiral before apologizing to Charley for the harm caused by his past mistakes.
Nate added that Wally learning to stand up and be a leader, instead of a follower, was also a big lesson for the character in the second season — in all aspects of his life.
“Wally in season 1, in his scar we sort of are exposed to this, but this is a guy who’s really trying to please a lot of other people,” Nate explained. “He’s making a lot of decisions for the happiness of others. I think that’s such a beautiful thing sometimes, but it’s also really detrimental. One of my favorite parts of season 2 is in episode 7, Wally for maybe the first time in his life, or afterlife, says what he wants: he wants [Maddie] to stay.”
Wally ultimately confessed to Maddie after they slept together that he wished she’d stay a ghost so they could remain together. Despite knowing she ultimately couldn’t do what he asked, it was important for the character to be able to express that desire.
“Finally Wally knows what he wants and he is so clear about it and he’s advocating for himself and it’s not about other people. And he knows he probably can’t get it, but he really does have that kind of breakthrough, and I think that’s so important for that character’s growth,” Nate continued.
Why Was Xavier Picked to See Ghosts?

The season 2 premiere followed Xavier as he briefly died and found himself amid ghosts in the hospital before being revived — and episodes later, he realized one of those ghosts was Maddie’s late father. The season 2 finale revealed that Xavier could still see those ghosts when he began communicating with Maddie’s dad.
Goldstick told Us that out of all the (living) teens, Xavier made the most sense to bestow the supernatural ability due to his “near death experience” in the season 1 finale.. And while it lined up logically, it also helped the character evolve past the “brooding bad boy” he is when viewers first meet him — and gave MacPherson a chance to showcase his range.
“[Spencer] himself started to evolve for us as well. He’s so gifted, I think we realized if Xavier could straddle both worlds, wouldn’t that be fascinating as well?” Goldstick asked. “Wouldn’t that give us a lot of story? So once we knew he was in a near death experience, it was clearly the most organic way to go.”
While season 2 ends by making it clear Xavier can see ghosts, how will that play into season 3? Goldstick was determined to stay mum: “We know how we’re gonna use it, [but] we can’t tell you or we’ll be killed. We’re not allowed to talk!”
Will Xavier Be Able to Connect Maddie to Her Dad?
While details on how Xavier will use his new gift remain under wraps, he did tell Maddie in the episode’s final moments that he can see ghosts, including her father. That dynamic will be further delved into in a potential season 3.
“One of the fun, the fun parts of the show is clearly we like messy undefined relationships,” Nate explained. “We really like to complicate how people are connected to one another. And the idea that Maddie’s cheating ex-boyfriend who is the murder suspect in her disappearance, who now we’ve watched really try and show up and do right by her ends up being maybe the person that can communicate with her dead father? That is so messy and complicated in the way that really makes these people have to look at each other differently. And I think that is what’s so exciting about the show.”
Were Xaiver and Simon Always Destined for a ‘Bromance’?
One of the undeniable fan favorite dynamics of the show’s second season was the friendship that blossomed between Xavier and Simon, and Nate told Us that the duo’s fun dynamic was both by design and thanks to MacPherson and Ventura’s organic chemistry.
“What’s funny is that our actors are all really good friends with each other,” he said. “The show is, like, the best version of summer camp, where you just see your best friends and hang out and you all have to make something together really fast. So they all have chemistry, and we get to see it on set every day. And it’s funny because a lot of our actors are never in scenes with one another —the ghosts are rarely in scenes with the living kids —so it was so fun to get to cross those worlds.”
Nate said one of the best things, he feels, about School Spirits is how it “blurs” the lines of “contemporary relationships between people, friendships [and] romantic relationships,” which is what they aimed for with Xavier and Simon.
“I think it’s important to get to see two young straight guys having a platonic friendship that’s based on vulnerability,” Nate explained. “We just don’t get to see that, and they’ve both been through hell. These boys are going through crazy shit. So to get to watch them confide in each other, rely on each other and lean on each other was really, in the writer’s room, something that was important to us.”
Is Simon Dead? And Why Can He See the Other Ghosts?

Simon showing up in Janet-slash-Mr. Martin’s scar in the finale — and being able to see every ghost after two seasons of only seeing Maddie! — was a gigantic twist for season 2, and while the EPs wouldn’t divulge if Simon is living, dead, or anything in between, they did explain why they felt it was the right next step for the character.
“What we are really excited about with Simon is, like, this is a character we watched for two seasons show up for Maddi nonstop. He has put his life on hold,” Nate explained. “He’s maybe risked his own future to try and help and save and show up for his best friend. But there’s a cost to that. And what does it mean?”
Nate cited a conversation between Janet and Mr. Martin from earlier in season 2, adding, “[They ask], ‘What does it mean to lose yourself in somebody else or in trying to save somebody else and what is the cost?’ And so I think that thematically, there’s a lot to really uncover there. And then, like, in the lore, in the supernatural world of this, it’s a new expansion. We’re learning more about what can happen and what might be possible for everyone else.”
What Were Those Flashing Red Lights, Anyway?

As Maddie made the gigantic leap back into her body during the season 2 finale’s big climatic moment, both the ghosts and living teens were shocked to see flashing red lights throughout the school. While red has historically meant “very very bad” for the series in the past, the EPs said the twist factors into a larger mystery they hope to explore in the future.
“I think the big thing is there’s still a lot of mystery left to uncover —not just Split River High but Split River,” Nate revealed. “Something is going on in this town and I think we see in that big culmination as Maddie’s making that run, whatever they did in those scars, did something to the school. We watch Xavier and Claire and Nicole see it lighting up.Something happened that night.”
Will the Ghosts Ever Be Able to Break Out of Their Designated Areas?
The short answer? Maybe!
“Certainly our minds are very curious about [answering the question], ‘How do you expand this world to see what the real lore of this place is?’” Nate teased. “So I can’t give any hard answers, but what I can say is that there are so many possibilities.”
Nate called the end of season 2 a “moment of discovery,” telling Us, “We’ve got people who are finally uniting and who know more than we did before. And when you come equipped with information and you band together, big discoveries can happen.”
Is There a Connection Between Wally and Maddie’s Necklaces?
Viewers have speculated if fan favorite couple Wally and Maddie have a secret connection by way of their similar necklaces. Those questions reached a fever pitch during the finale when Maddie realized her necklace was her key to getting inside her scar.
The EPs teased that there were no major plot points you should be holding out for involving the two jewelry pieces, however, that doesn’t mean it’s not a signifier of the pair’s deep connection.
“I think what we can say is that sometimes we’re connected by things we don’t even realize,” Nate told Us. “And maybe that is just a beautiful accent about how the two of them [are connected].”
In the opening scene of With Love, Meghan, which premiered on Tuesday, March 4, the Duchess of Sussex wears a beekeeper’s suit and harvests honey from her personal apiary.
“I’ve got good vibes. Good vibes for good hives,” Meghan tells viewers.
“It’s like also that little reminder to do something that scares you a little bit. I think that’s part of it, but I’m trying to stay in the calm of it. Because it’s beautiful to be this connected,” she adds.
Kate has also publicly shared her love of beekeeping. To celebrate World Bee Day in May 2023, Kensington Palace released an image of the princess wearing beekeeper’s gear while handling bees at her home in Anmer Hall on the Sandringham estate.

In 2020, the queen became president of Bees for Development, a charity that aims to promote “sustainable beekeeping to combat poverty, build resilient livelihoods and benefit biodiversity,” according to its website.
In With Love, Meghan, the duchess reveals that she had been involved with the hobby for around a year at the time of filming.
The former actress’ As Ever brand will sell honey as part of its initial lineup when products are released in the spring. The range of products includes: raspberry spread, wildflower honey with honeycomb, flower sprinkles, herbal hibiscus tea, herbal peppermint tea, herbal lemon ginger tea, crepe mix and a shortbread cookie mix with flower sprinkles.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Frank Catania and his fiancée, Brittany Mattesich, secretly tied the knot.
“We are married,” Catania, 60, said on the Thursday, March 6, episode of PodcastOne’s “On Display With Melissa Gorga” podcast, noting that the ceremony took place “back in November” of 2024.
Frank — who was previously married to Gorga’s RHONJ costar Dolores Catania — and Mattesich are still planning to hold a second ceremony later this year.
“We’re gonna have it up here now. I can’t put Brittany through it again,” Frank quipped. “We don’t have a date [yet], but we’re doing it up here. We’re not doing a destination wedding.”
“We’re Engaged!!!! I’m so excited to start this next chapter with you along with all the other good things we have going on,” Mattessich wrote via Instagram at the time. “Thank you for being you & making me the happiest girl in the world. I wouldn’t want to do this life with anyone else other than @frank.catania.sr. Love you so much my fiancé .”
Frank and Dolores, 54, were married between 1994 and 1998, during which time they welcomed daughter Gabrielle, now 29, and son Frankie Jr., now 26. At the time of Frank’s proposal, Dolores was ecstatic for her former spouse.
“I’m so excited. Frank’s a part of the family and it’s like you’re happy for someone who’s a part of your family to find the right person,” Dolores exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2023. “And he’s happy, she’s excited and I just wish them the best.”
Dolores, who even attendedMattesich’s bridal shower, further teased to Us that she and her boyfriend, Paulie Connell, would “definitely” go to her ex’s wedding.
Dolores has been dating Connell, 50, since 2021. After Connell recently finalized his divorce, Frank believes that their own engagement might follow.
“Yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised,” Frank said on Thursday’s episode. “Honestly, if it’s going to happen, I think it’d happen within 2025.”
Dolores is not in a rush to accept a proposal, frequently stressing that she’s happy with her and Connell’s romance as it is. The Bravo star is also gearing up to be a mother-of-the-groom after son Frankie Jr. proposed to his girlfriend, Nicole Perricho, on February 22.
Shooting down Gorga’s hopes for a “triple wedding,” Frank hinted that Frankie Jr. and Perricho were eyeing a wedding date in 2026.
“They don’t want a long engagement, and the wedding planning is already underway,” the source said. “Hailee is very excited about the planning process and now that Josh is done with the season, she hopes they can have more time to make decisions together.”

In 2022, Travis and Kourtney got involved in a sex fast ahead of her pregnancy. “You can’t orgasm at all,” Kourtney revealed at a family dinner. “Because we were, like, what about oral sex? What about hands? What about feet?”

(The Live Nation tour begins in Buffalo, New York, on July 19 and concludes August 1 in Hollywood, Florida.)
Twain explained that she “didn’t have access” to Dion, 56, at the time, noting, “She probably didn’t even know who I was.” Instead, Twain’s producer insisted that the tune should go on her record.
“I’m like, ‘Oh, brother.’ I wrote the wrong song for my voice because I was thinking about Celine Dion. I was really thinking about it being this pop power ballad, but it worked for me,” Twain told Us. “It’s really a big, big ballad for me.”
Twain “never did mention” her intention to Dion. “I figure that’s too late now. It’s already my hit. She can’t have it now,” Twain joked with a laugh.
While taking a trip down memory lane with her several hits, Twain recalled calling outBrad Pitt in her late ‘90s anthem “That Don’t Impress Me Much.” In the tune, Twin sings, “You think you’re something else / OK, so you’re Brad Pitt.”

“Even thinking about age, I don’t feel like I need to prove to anyone that I look younger than I am. Country singer Ingrid Andress felt the support of her community after sparking backlash with her drunk national anthem performance last summer.
Andress, 33, spoke for the first time about the now-viral mishap — which resulted in her checking into rehab — on the Thursday, March 6, episode of Nick Viall‘s “Viall Files” podcast. Andress said it was “really meaningful” that other musicians rallied around her in that moment.
“I was expecting no one to reach out, but there was just so much outpouring of love from female country artists in Nashville,” she said. “I actually felt, like, so loved and seen going into rehab.”
Andress named Elle King and Kelsea Ballerini as being among the artists who sent her support. “Elle King was like, ‘This is just all part of it, girl,'” Andress recalled. “She’s obviously been there before, too. … And that really meant a lot to me.”
In June 2024, Andress sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the MLB Home Run Derby in Arlington, Texas, and her rendition quickly made headlines. One day after the event, Andress announced she was seeking professional help.
“I’m not gonna bulls— y’all, I was drunk last night,” she wrote in an Instagram statement at the time. “I’m checking myself into a facility today to get the help I need. That was not me last night. I apologize to MLB, all the fans, and this country I love so much for that rendition. I’ll let y’all know how rehab is I hear it’s super fun.”
As she reflected on the mishap on Thursday, Andress admitted that she “was really loving the numbing feeling” that she had after drinking. “It wasn’t until I woke up the next day where I was like, ‘OK, this is so unlike me.’ Like, ‘This is not OK.’ … Because I actually walked out [onto the field] and did not care. I was just like, ‘I don’t care how this goes,'” she said.
Andress was “so f—ed up” that she initially thought she “kind of nailed” her performance. “My best friend called me after I got off the field and I remember briefly talking to her. She’s like, ‘So how do you think that went?’ … She was very delicate,” Andress recalled.
The songwriter added that when she woke up the next morning, she didn’t have much recollection of the performance, which was “terrifying.” At that point, she made the decision to call her management and go to rehab.
“It only took, you know, global humiliation for me to be like, ‘This is a problem,'” she joked. (Andress recently performed the anthem again at a Colorado Avalanche hockey game, her first public event since the MLB incident.)
King, meanwhile, gave her own drunken performance at the Grand Ole Opry in January 2024 during a tribute to Dolly Parton. “I’ll tell you one thing more: ‘Hi, my name is Elle King [and] I’m f—ing hammered,'” she said in footage from the event shared online.
Several months later, King revealed on the “Dear Chelsea” podcast that she was going through something “very heavy and traumatic,” which led to her “big no-no” on stage. “I suffer from severe PTSD. That day, I hadn’t eaten, I hadn’t slept in days, and I was really overwhelmed. I was like a shell of myself,” she explained in May 2024. “I take one shot too many, and I’m just not there in my body, I’m not there. I don’t remember it. … I was mortified.”
King said she apologized to both the Opry and Parton, who told her, “Well, Dolly’s not mad at you, why should the world be?”
After welcoming her fourth child last year, Jessie James Decker was disappointed her body wasn’t bouncing back as quickly as she hoped.
“Even after I stopped nursing, I was like, ‘Wow, [the weight] is not coming off as fast as it did before. I’m going to have to really go for it this time,’” Decker, 36, exclusively shares in the latest issue of Us Weekly.
But for the Kittenish founder, who shares daughter Vivianne, 10, and sons Eric Jr., 9, Forrest, 6, and Denver, 12 months, with husband Eric Decker, getting into shape wasn’t about vanity:
True to her word, she did. With a goal in mind (“I wanted to be back to where I was before, or as close as I could [get] to it,” she explains), the singer leveled up her workout routine with cardio, F45 training and pickleball, and incorporated intermittent fasting into her diet. Now, the results speak for themselves — and the mom of four is feeling a type of confidence that only comes with age.
“As I’ve gotten older, I like the way I look now more than I did when I was 23,” she says.
Teaming up with Cupshe for a new swimsuit collection served as the perfect opportunity to show off her efforts. “I’m grateful for the timing,” she says, “because I worked hard to get to this place, to feel comfortable putting on a bikini and taking photos.”

What styles do you tend to find the most flattering?
I love ribbed material. I have a pretty intense C-section scar, so I’m always self-conscious choosing swimsuits that cover it, and we really did a great job selecting bottoms. There’s certain cuts that are sexy, but thick enough [that] you’re covered, [and] still showing a little something, something!

You gave birth just a year ago. How was your experience modeling the bathing suits?
I had [difficult] moments, I’ll be honest. I remember putting on a bikini and walking down the steps [to] the grass, and [thinking], “Oh my God, this is so uncomfortable.” But as soon as they started taking pictures and they turned the monitor around to show me, I [thought], “I don’t look so bad!” I felt confident, ready and strong. It felt really good to put it all out there.
Did you have a goal weight?
I knew what I weighed before and around that ballpark felt good to me. I love where I’m at [now] because I put in the time building the muscle. I like being toned, muscular and really strong.
What worked for you this time around?
I like to intermittent fast and I don’t eat first thing in the morning. I wake up, have coffee, drink water and go to the gym. Maybe a couple hours later, I’ll have a chicken salad with rice. I eat what I want at dinner because I’m on the lighter side throughout the day. Cutting out alcohol and trying not to eat past 6 p.m. is a game changer. If you’re going to have alcohol, [drink] Prosecco. There’s not that many calories and sugar.

You tapped Eric to appear with you in the swim campaign. How has he been supportive in other ways?
Eric could not work out for six months and have a bag of donuts every day, and [he’d still] look like a Greek god. We can definitely be that fitness couple. I don’t love working out with him though, because he gets bossy. [But] he’s so supportive. He thinks I’m pretty no matter what, even when I’m having a hard day or after I’ve had a baby [and] I’m not feeling like myself. I look for it in his face and he never flinches. He tells me I look pretty the way that I am.
How’s life with your family of six? Any plans to expand your brood in the future?
Well, [Eric] is snipped, so if I were to get knocked up again, it’s because of that two percent chance! Denver’s starting to walk, which is cool. We’re obviously not sleeping very much, [but] it’s amazing to be able to do it all over again. It’s fun that the kids are older and getting to do this with us, watching their little baby brother grow up. Eric and I look at each other and we’re like, how did we get here? It’s been really special for our family.

“It’s so funny you keep saying Markle,” Meghan said. “You know it’s Sussex now. You have kids and you go, I share my name with my children. I didn’t know how meaningful it would be to me, but it just means so much to go, this is our family name. Our little family now.”
The conversation led to public curiosity over the royal family’s last names and where they come from. Below, Us Weekly breaks down why Meghan’s name is Sussex and other royal last names.
The Royals Have 2 Last Names
Before 1917, the royal family technically didn’t have last names and therefore individual royals used their royal title or “house” as a substitute. This changed when King George V started using the name of his royal house, Windsor, as a last name.
This name is usually given to royals without HRH (His or Her Royal Highness) or prince/princess titles who wouldn’t already have a royal house to use as a substitute for a last name.
As Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, didn’t have titles at the time of their respective births, they were given the last name Mountbatten-Windsor.
The children were made a prince and a princess respectively after their grandfather, King Charles III, took the throne on September 8, 2022. Archie and Lilibet’s royal “house” subsequently became Sussex to reflect the Duke and Duchess of Sussex titles held by Harry and Meghan since their wedding in 2018.
It is not known whether the children’s names have been legally changed to reflect the title change, though it’s worth noting the royal website refers to them as “Prince Archie of Sussex” and “Princess Lilibet of Sussex.”

This practice is not uncommon among the royal family. For example, when Prince Charles was named the Prince of Wales in 1958, Wales became his royal house. This was also inherited by Princess Diana, Harry and Prince William, who used Wales as a last name while growing up.

The RHOP original told Andy Cohen on his Andy Cohen Live radio show that she has had no contact with Karen, 61, since she was imprisoned on February 26, but she has been in touch with Karen’s husband, Ray.
“I have reached out to Ray. He’s keeping the circle that’s going to be contacting Karen very tight. As of right now, I’m not on it,” Gizelle, 54, said on the Wednesday, March 5, episode of Cohen’s SiriusXM radio show. “But he’s open.”
Gizelle also revealed that all of the RHOP cast have rallied around Ray, 79, as he deals with his wife’s imprisonment.
“All the ladies have been very concerned about Ray,” Gizelle shared. “I did tell him, ‘We wanna start sending you food on a weekly basis. We’re gonna take turns.’ He did say he’s overwhelmed with food, no, thank you. He knows we’re here to support in whichever way we can.”

Cohen added of Karen, “We are all just praying that she gets through this quickly and gracefully.”
Last month, Karen was sentenced to two years in jail with one year suspended, meaning she will be incarcerated for one year. She was ordered to report directly to police custody.
The sentencing came after the Bravo star, known as the “Grand Dame” of Potomac, was previously charged with a DUI, a DWI and reckless driving after a March 2024 car accident. She was found guilty on nearly all charges — except the count of driving recklessly — in December 2024.
“Although we are disappointed in the jury’s verdict, we of course respect their decision and appreciate their time hearing our case,” Huger’s lawyer, A. Scott Bolden, said in a statement to People at the time. “We continue to reserve Mrs. Huger’s right to an appeal and intend to fully pursue justice on her behalf. We appreciate your support and prayers for Mrs. Huger and her family at this time.”
“We haven’t been on since Karen was sentenced, and I don’t have much to say,” Cohen, 56, said. “I will say, I am thinking of Karen every day. I’ve been thinking about her a lot and I’m so sad about this. I’m so sad about how this entire thing has played out.”
While Cohen stated that he is a “Karen fan,” he made it clear that drunk driving “is no joke” and was surprised to hear from a Potomac judge that Karen had previous legal troubles involving alcohol.
“It’s so bad, so that this was her fourth situation was tough to hear and I’m not surprised that the judge was not playing, you know?” he explained. “I’m not surprised at all, and then hearing what I heard on the reunion last night from Gizelle [Bryant] who said that she heard that she was offered a plea and home confinement for six months. Who were her lawyers that were recommending to go to trial on this when they knew there was body cam footage like that? I mean, it’s so sad.”
“I do not have her wigs. I am concerned,” Gizelle said during her Gizelle 21 Shady Questions Live at City Winery event on February 26. “In all seriousness, I am concerned for her safety. Karen ain’t cut out for jail. I pray that she’s OK and that the Lord is with her.”
Fellow Housewife Wendy Osefo also shared her reaction exclusively with Us Weekly. “I was definitely shocked, but I’m just keeping her in my prayers because I’m sure it’s a very difficult time for her,” Osefo, 40, told Us at the 18th annual ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards in Los Angeles on Thursday, February 27.

Bhad Bhabie’s boyfriend, Le Vaughn, was shot in the hand during an altercation at a Los Angeles strip club, reports TMZ.
According to the outlet, Le Vaughn was injured early Wednesday, March 5, after two groups of men opened fire inside Sam’s Hofbrau near downtown L.A. The rapper’s boyfriend was shot in the hand and another person was hit in the shoulder, TMZ reported, citing the Los Angeles Police Department.
A suspect reportedly managed to evade arrest by getting away in a white G-Wagon.
Us Weekly has reached out to the LAPD for comment.
The couple have been in the headlines over the last few months after Bhabie, 21, accused Travis Barker’s daughter, Alabama Barker, of interfering in her relationship with Le Vaughn.
Alabama, 19, fired back, claiming Le Vaughn had been reaching out to her and she did not know he was already in a relationship at the time.

“I want to be clear: I have no interest in this man,” she said at the time via her Instagram Story, before expanding on “the way this situation has been misrepresented and the damage it has done to my character.”
When Bhabie called her out in her track “Overcooked” in January, Alabama responded with a diss track of her own, “Cry Bhabie.”
In February, Bhabie dropped another diss track about Alabama, “Ms. Whitman.” The track takes shots at Alabama’s rap style, her lack of musical accolades and her rumored relationship with Soulja Boy. Alabama and Soulja Boy have both denied a relationship.
Bhabie also released a video for the track, which features a Travis Barker lookalike playing the drums while she twerks around him. Meanwhile, the lyrics invoke Kourtney Kardashian, Travis’ wife, with the line, “Your stepmom burnt out, why she took her sister’s second-hand? (Wow) / I know your route, you’re reaching out, you need my name for clout (Clout).”
Stephen A. Smith is predicting a big year for his “dawg” Travis Kelce and girlfriend Taylor Swift.
The ESPN sportscaster, 57, gave his hot takes on various topics during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday, March 5, including whether he thinks Kelce and Swift, both 35, will tie the knot in 2025.
“I’m scared to get this wrong!” Smith told host Jimmy Fallon. “Travis Kelce, that’s my dawg.”
Smith continued, “A lot of ladies love Travis Kelce. Travis Kelce has loved a lot of ladies. But Taylor Swift’s a different animal.”
“She looks good. She’s incredibly talented. And she’s worth about a billion [dollars],” Smith went on. “We’re going to guess a ‘yes’ on this one.”
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end and pop superstar have been dating since mid-2023, though they didn’t go public with their relationship until September that year.
The couple have gone from strength to strength since then; Swift has supported Kelce at various Chiefs games, including the 2024 and 2025 Super Bowls. Meanwhile, Kelce was spotted at various shows on Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour last year and even performed with her on stage in London last June.
“It’s very unlike me. I’m not big, I don’t like going on stages. There were a lot of people out there, really didn’t feel at home,” Kelce recalled on a July 2024 episode of his “New Heights” podcast after his brother, Jason Kelce, brought up the “magical” surprise.
“I initially mentioned to Tay, I was like, ‘How funny would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes during the 1989 [section]?’ She started laughing, she was like, ‘Would you seriously be up for doing something like that?’ I was like, ‘What? During Swift’s Tortured Poets Department set, Kelce appeared on stage alongside two of her dancers following her performance of “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived.” Kelce carried Swift down the catwalk as she pretended to throw a tantrum before singing “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” Kelce fanned himself as Swift changed into a new costume. Once she was ready to sing again, she blew her boyfriend a kiss and he beamed on stage.
“Kam and Jan, [in] part of the Tortured Poets era of the show, are trying to bring Tay back to life, right? Trying to bring her back to life, get her ready to perform the rest of the show, so to speak, knowing she can do it with a broken heart,” Kelce explained on the podcast. “It’s such a fun, like, playful part of the show.”
As for Kelce and Swift, sources exclusively told Us Weekly in February that the couple are enjoying quality time together after the end of Kelce’s NFL season and Swift’s world tour.
