Love Island USA's Amaya Reveals What Plastic Surgery Procedures She’s Done
Love Island USA’s Amaya Espinal is not gatekeeping her plastic surgery procedures.
During the Thursday, July 17, episode of the “Viall Files” podcast, Amaya, 25, was asked whether she had breast implants, to which she replied, “Baby, these titties are expensive. They’re 350 ccs left and right. It’s so funny because I actually have my implant card in my wallet. I take it everywhere I go.”
Amaya quipped that her implants were “made in Miami,” adding, “Born and raised in Miami. 350 ccs and I believe I went under muscle. I did mid-profile — not too high — because I wanted to keep that natural look just for my end. They look so good.”
The insight into Amaya’s procedures came after host Nick Viall and his wife, Natalie Joy, brought up Kylie Jenner’s comments about her past breast augmentation. The reality star, 27, noted in a TikTok comment in June the exact amount of cubic centimeters (cc) she received for the surgery: “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!” She also added that her implants were silicone.

Meanwhile, Amaya’s fellow Islander Vanna Einerson opened up about her appearance during a July episode of “The Viall Files” podcast after facing backlash from viewers.
“Obviously [I’ve] been going through it and I didn’t even know!” Vanna, 21, said of the negative comments she received while she was filming in Fiji. “It was really, really hard seeing all of it. I was in the hotel with Coco [Watson] and [she] was getting a lot of love while I was getting a lot of hate.”
She continued. “I had a moment where I just broke down crying. I’m honestly so grateful for Coco that she was there because she sat and prayed over me.”

Vanna, who revealed she got her “boobs done,” reflected on how being on Love Island USA caused her to develop “new” insecurities.
“I’m OK, I’m very secure in myself,” she noted. “Most of the things that people thought I got done, like my cheeks and my chin and my lips — lips, duh, I got my lips done. I like my lips. But my cheeks and my chin, [I was] born with it.”
She added: “You guys are calling me out for things and saying that I have filler in things, but I was born with it.”
