Tim McGraw reportedly will no longer be the lead in Netflix’s upcoming bull riding drama.
McGraw, 57, was set to star in the upcoming series but stepped back after a tour-related injury, according to Deadline. The health issue resulted in orthopedic surgery on both knees, which was performed in August ahead of McGraw’s separate back surgery. As a result, McGraw opted not to appear in the physically demanding role in the scripted rodeo show.
The country singer was originally announced as the star — and executive producer — during Netflix’s upfront presentation in May 2024. Us Weekly has reached out for comment but so far McGraw and Netflix haven’t commented publicly on the future of the untitled project.
According to the synopsis, the show was set in the high-stakes world of bull riding and revolved around a champion rider “at a life-changing crossroads.” The character’s world is turned upside down by a “fearless young competitor who challenges his beliefs and uncovers buried secrets, forcing him to confront his past.”
McGraw is no stranger to appearing in front of the camera after skyrocketing to fame for his music. Over the years, McGraw has expanded into acting with roles in movies like Friday Night Lights, Tomorrowland, The Blind Side, Country Strong and more.
More recently, McGraw and wife Faith Hill shared the small screen on Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone prequel 1883. McGraw, who exchanged vows with Hill, 57, in 1996, praised her for remaining by his side and helping him amid his sobriety journey.
“I don’t think I could stand up straight without leaning on her in everything that I do,” McGraw, 56, told Yahoo Music in August 2023. “It is not a linear path. There’s setbacks and there’s times you move forward and do great, and there’s times you set back.”
He continued: “And that’ll probably be a process throughout the rest of my life and something that I have to be diligent about and really continue to work at. And I think [my song ‘Hey Whiskey’] is helpful in that regard. It was very cathartic to me, in a lot of ways.”
McGraw recalled hitting rock bottom with his drinking before turning to his wife for help.
“I remember a moment when I was getting out of bed and going to the liquor cabinet and taking a big shot at 8:00 in the morning and thinking, ‘I have to wake the kids up,’” McGraw, who shares daughters Gracie, 27, Maggie, 26, and Audrey, 23, with Hill, told Esquire in 2021. “I went straight to my wife and said, ‘This is where I’m at.’ I was scared. She just grabbed me and hugged me and changed my life.”
McGraw said his outlook on love changed because of Hill, adding, “My wife always says, ‘You’re not scared of anything.’ I say, ‘Ehhh, one thing. I’m looking at it right now.’ I didn’t know love could feel so good. Was it an emotion? Was it a lifestyle? Was it an imaginary thing? But love is all of those things.”
He concluded: “Love is being angry. Love is not talking for a day. Love is getting in each other’s face. Love is accepting that I’m wrong. Love is a 360-degree thing. It’s not linear. They always say you’re not supposed to fight in front of your kids. Everybody fights in front of their kids. That’s part of the deal.”
The war of words between the Mahomes family and Bills Mafia is showing no signs of slowing down.
Patrick Mahomes Sr., the father of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, took to social media to gloat just hours after the Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills 32-29 in the AFC Championship game on Sunday, January 26.
“Today is a great day to not be from Buffalo…,” Mahomes Sr., 54, wrote via X on Monday, January 27.
Naturally, the replies to Mahomes Sr.’s post were not kind, with many Bills fans referencing his multiple drunk driving arrests. Mahomes Sr. served a 10-day jail sentence in October 2024 after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated in February 2024.
In 2018, Mahomes pleaded guilty to a previous DWI arrest and was sentenced to 40 days in jail.
Mahomes Sr. attended Sunday’s AFC Championship to watch his son in person. After the game, he was pictured with the Chiefs star on the field at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium alongside Mahomes Sr.’s ex-wife, Randi Mahomes, his younger son, Jackson Mahomes and his daughter-in-law, Brittany Mahomes.
The group was also joined by Randi’s daughter, Mia, from another relationship after she and Mahomes Sr. divorced in 2006.
“All glory to God for this incredible opportunity to witness history in the making,” Randi wrote via Instagram alongside the family photo on Monday. “So grateful to watch you pour your heart into what you love, son!”
Mahomes Sr.’s social media dig came on the heels of Brittany, 29, airing her own grievances with the Bills fan base. Via her Instagram Story, Brittany shared a photo of a Kermit the Frog doll wearing a No. 15 Mahomes jersey hanging from a pole, presumably orchestrated by Bills fans.
After the pair made their way down to the field, Swift, 35, was caught on camera thanking Brittany for being her support system through the playoffs. “You kept me so calm the last couple of weeks,” Swift told her.
“I did not know what to do,” Swift added. “I was like, ‘Tell me it’s going to be OK.”
The Chiefs will face the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans on Sunday, February 9.
It’s hard to find a go-to sweater, one you’re comfortable wearing from the couch to the dinner party. This is especially true with cardigan sweaters. Most cardigans are either ultra-casual or ultra-fancy with very little overlap. It’s not a problem when you’re shopping for a specific occasion (or you have an endless supply of dollars), but if you’re looking for a versatile piece suitable for anything, it’s a big-time struggle.
Just try Googling “versatile cardigan sweater”. The results are overwhelming! Plus, you have to discern fact from fiction; in other words, which sweaters are actually versatile. If you’ve tried a lot of sweaters, you know fiction is the most popular genre! In pursuit of a classic go-with-everything cardigan, we came across this gem on Amazon. It’s classy, chic, cozy and flattering, making it the perfect addition to your winter and spring wardrobes. Heck, you’ll probably wear it this summer, too!
Cable knit material, a lightweight fabric, five front buttons and a mid-thigh length make this sweater a must-have. It also has trendy exterior pockets and ribbed hems for added style! The solid color makes it easy to pair with anything in your closet, from jeans and tees to skirts, blouses and leather pants. A loose fit is icing on the cake! Oh, and did we mention this sweater is extra stretchy?
The cable knit material and mid-long design elongate your torso, adding a dynamic touch to your getup while flattering your waist and hiding any lumps, bumps or cellulite. As such, you can wear this sweater with fitted and loose tops alike! We love the look of this cardigan with a turtleneck top, jeans and heeled booties for the winter months, but don’t be afraid to get creative. The styling possibilities are endless!
For an elevated going-out look, try wearing this layer with a blouse and leather pants; if you’re headed to the office, this sweater pairs beautifully with a fitted top, dress pants and dangle earrings. If you’re lounging around the house, sweatpants and a lightweight tee will do!
And if you love the style but want something a little more colorful, there are 20 other colors to choose from. We love the black, khaki, navy, burgundy and coffee for winter, but you can also opt for colors like blue and hot pink to ring in spring. “I am seriously considering getting another color even though I have ‘enough’ sweaters,” one reviewer writes. Thousands of other reviewers are in the same boat, many calling it “perfect”, “flattering” and “just right”.

The Deal or No Deal Island season 2 cast is not playing around when it comes to getting immunity.
“I have to throw an axe into my face,” Dr. Will Kirby explains in Us Weekly’s exclusive first look at the Tuesday, January 28, episode. “I really need immunity. If I don’t I’m going to be out pretty quickly.”
In the video, the contestants are challenged by the banker in an axe-throwing competition. Each remaining player has their picture on a target with two bullseyes in the dead center. If an axe makes it directly into the target circles, they’ll be safe from facing off against the banker in the nightly game of Deal or No Deal. If the axe doesn’t land in the zone, there’s a chance they will go home.
The Big Brother legend declares that the “pressure is on” as he steps forward to throw his axe. Dr Will tosses the tool aiming for his face. While the axe hits Dr. Will’s face, it’s resting just outside the bullseye.
“A hit,” host Joe Manganiello declares, adding that while it was “not on the bullseye” another one of the players could try to hit Dr. Will’s face again and attempt to hit the center.
Joe then calls up Alexis Lete — who goes by her last name — to go next. Instead of going for immunity for herself, Lete decides she’s going to help out ally Phillip Solomon.
“I think Phil is a really likable guy,” the former volleyball player says in a confessional. “He’s an athletic trainer. I think he’s someone who could do really well in this competition.”
Lete throws the axe and hits right outside of the bullseye. Joe calls up Parvati Shallow to toss next. The former Survivor winner explains that she’s going to try to keep herself safe after castmate La Shell Wooten hinted she was a potential target.
“La Shell came up to me and said that I’m the biggest threat,” Parvati says in a confessional. “So it’s possible that people have me in their targets. And clearly, I’m a threat.”
Parvati hurls the axe at her portrait and directly hits it in the center. Several of her fellow competitors applaud the reality legend for making the impressive shot.
“There you go easy!” Joe shouts as David Genat gives Parvati a subtle thumbs up.
Next, Phillip is called up to play and he explains he’s going to go aim for Seychelle Cordero, who has found herself on the bottom of the totem pole so far.
“I think I’m gonna go for Seychelle, just based on trying to get the bottom two instead of the top two,” he explains of his strategy.
Phllip hits Seychelle’s photo but nowhere near the bullseye. As Seychelle gears up to take her turn, she declares to Joe she’s aiming for herself to avoid being in the bottom — which rubs Phillip the wrong way.
“My axe is in there. She looks over at me as if to be like I’m sorry,” Philip shares. “And I look over at her to be like, ‘Hey quick question. What the f—?’”
Seychelle lightly tosses the axe and hits directly into the center of the target. The rest of the players are astonished but also cheer her impressive shot. Joe looks surprised himself and gives her a high five. The flight attendant approaches Phillip to explain her decision.
“I had to try to be safe, and I hope you understand that,” Seychelle says to Phillip who ultimately gives her a side hug before saying, “Yeah I got you.”
Deal or No Deal Island airs on NBC on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. and is available to stream on Peacock the next day.
When she read the article, which was published on January 22, Erin was shocked that the drama was “still going on” and couldn’t believe Brynn referred to her as “a sister.” (Erin addressed this in an Instagram comment at the time.)
“Like we’re still doubling down and calling me like a sister when you hadn’t spoken to me at all,” Erin continued. “Not only [not] spoken to me, blocked me.”
Erin speculated during the podcast episode that Brynn, age, blocked her following a past text conversation in which Ubah Hassan’s name was brought up.
Brynn’s relationship with the RHONY women became fractured following the finale, which aired earlier this month. During a cast vacation to Puerto Rico, Ubah made a comment alleging that Brynn had slept with someone to get on the show. In a later scene, Brynn then detailed her past sexual assault to some of the other women, claiming that Ubah had known about it — which a visibly upset Ubah then denied. Brynn eventually admitted that she didn’t know if Ubah had “clocked it” when she detailed the trauma during a past phone conversation.
“I guess she had remembered the other times that she had texted me and I’d said, ‘You know, Ubah’s really upset about what happened.’ I guess she didn’t like that,” Erin said during Tuesday’s podcast appearance. “She didn’t like that I was saying that Ubah was upset because she was the one who’s supposed to be upset, I guess, after this whole thing. So, she blocked me. I didn’t speak to her for months until my father passed away [in October 2024].”
Erin said that Brynn has “since reached out” to her.
“I was like, ‘I’m sorry, but I don’t have the capacity right now to have these conversations. You blocked me like as though I did something wrong.’ She was like, ‘I’m sorry, I blocked you. I mean, I got an apology,” she said, returning to Brynn’s “sister” comment.
“How are we sisters? Like, you hate me, apparently. I’m blocked,” Erin continued. “Sisters? I talk to my sister every single day. That’s not like my version of sisterhood here.”
Erin also addressed the possibility of Brynn’s return to RHONYfor season 16 — but did not confirm anything.
“I think it would be really hard for me to trust anything. I mean, how do you do that? How do you, how do you like overlook something like the finale? How do you overlook an event like that?” Erin wondered, adding that she doesn’t think anyone from the RHONY cast still talks to Brynn after the shocking revelations of the finale.
“I really, truly from the bottom of my heart, wish her in the best. I really, really do,” Erin continued. “She’s got qualities that are incredible, and she’s really intelligent, and she’s very charismatic. It’s a shame for someone with all these talents to not go far in life.”
The Real Housewives of New York City airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET, with part one of the season 15 reunion premiering January 28.

The actress subsequently agreed when Rosenbaum called the claims “misinformation.” Neither McLendon-Covey nor Rosenbaum elaborated on where the rumors originated, as the show originally aired from 2007 to 2013.
Rules of Engagement follows two couples and their single friend — all at different stages in their relationships — as they deal with the complications of dating, commitment and marriage. In addition to McLendon-Covey and Warburton and Spade, both 60, Rules of Engagement starred Megyn Price, Oliver Hudson, Bianca Kajlich and Adhir Kalyan.
McLendon-Covey went on to find success on The Goldbergs and now NBC’s St. Denis Medical. Ahead of its premiere in November 2024, McLendon-Covey exclusively spoke with Us Weekly about what insight she gained from playing a medical professional.
“Luckily — because I am an administrator — I don’t have to do any of the gory stuff. But we have excellent medical consultants that help us learn how to do things so that they look real,” McLendon-Covey, who plays Joyce, shared. “What I’m learning is the chain of command.”
McLendon-Covey specifically learned about what goes on behind the scenes, adding, “I do think that’s very helpful. If I’m ever back at the hospital, I can navigate [things] a little bit better. When I need something, I can advocate for myself a little bit [more].”
St. Denis Medical is set in a fictional hospital in Oregon where the healthcare professionals are trying their best to treat patients while dealing with their own issues outside of work. McLendon-Covey joked that she trusts certain costars more than others when it comes to medical skills.
“There’s a couple of actors that I truly believe could draw blood if they needed to,” McLendon-Covey told Us. “I absolutely think Allison [Tolman] could [help in certain medical emergencies]. And I do believe that David Alan Grier could give me stitches because he practiced. He did suturing practice so I would trust him to do that. I hope it never comes to that but I think he’d be good.”
“The truth is that I just never could have imagined, you know, all these years later, everything that’s transpired. But I wish him all the best,” the musician, 35, shared on the Monday, January 27, episode of the Australian radio program “The Kyle & Jackie O Show.” She added: “I prayed for him every day. I just pray that he finds the blessing of faith, really. That if he can connect with Jesus, then I know there’s hope for him.”
The show’s hosts called Firerose to weigh in on Billy Ray’s recent performance at President Donald Trump’s inauguration, which was riddled with technical difficulties, as well as comments made by his son Trace Cyrusabout Billy Ray’s well-being.
“We haven’t talked in a while but I’m over a year and a half clean from alcohol. Guess what? I feel amazing,” Trace, 35, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, January 22. “I don’t know what you’re struggling with exactly but I think I have a pretty good idea & I’d love to help you if you would open up and receive the help. You know how to reach me. Till that day comes I will continue to pray for you.”
Braison Cyrus later revealed via his Instagram Story that Billy Ray, 63, was “healthy” after spending “a week in the hospital in the fall.” (Braison, 30, is also producing his father’s upcoming album, recently teasing the “full circle endeavor” in a statement to People.)
As the back and forth continued, Trace claimed that Billy Ray threatened him with legal action for “wanting you to get help,” writing via Instagram on Saturday, January 25, “Everyone close to you is terrified to tell you how they really feel. I’m not. Get help.”
Firerose claimed during her radio appearance that what she “experienced behind closed doors” during her marriage to Billy Ray “is very reflective of what everyone is saying now,” adding, “I’m extremely grateful to God for getting me out of that situation.”
She continued: “I think what you guys see is just very evident of the situation. I think everyone can just trust their own eyes and ears. And it’s a very sad situation, honestly. I tried with all my soul to help him for years.”
Less than one year after Firerose and Billy Ray tied the knot in October 2023, Billy Ray filed for an annulment from his ex in June 2024. He cited irreconcilable differences and “inappropriate marital conduct” as the reason for their split in court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
Firerose, for her part, also accused Billy Ray of domestic abuse and claimed she had to follow “strict rules” during their marriage, which Billy Ray’s team denied. Firerose received $0 in their divorce agreement, while Billy Ray agreed to hand over song credits and royalties for tracks they worked on together.
Earlier this month, Firerose told Page Six that she’s “very sad to see” the tension between Billy Ray and his family. “But I’m glad the truth is coming to light for his potential good because healing is only possible when you confront the truth and accept there’s a problem,” she shared.
Billy Ray, meanwhile, wrote via his Instagram Story on Sunday, January 26, that he’s “Praying for the brokenhearted and their pain. Praying for my family. For my children … sons and daughters…and their mother.” He added: “Let this moment be the start of healing for us all. ‘The past does not equal the future.’ Amen .”
Billy Ray adopted Trace and Brandi Cyrus after marrying Tish Cyrus in 1992. The former spouses went on to welcome Braison, Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus before calling it quits in 2022. Billy Ray also shares son Christopher Cyrus with ex Kristin Luckey.

Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky have celebrated their love for one another since going public in 2019.
Two months after the pair were seen spending New Year’s Eve 2020 together in Las Vegas, Us Weekly exclusively confirmed that Polansky attended Gaga’s Super Bowl performance. Gaga (whose real name is Stefani Germanotta) and Polansky celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together that same month. While a source told Us that they were “having fun,” it wasn’t long until things got serious.
The duo spent a lot of time together in quarantine amid the coronavirus pandemic. The songwriter cuddled up to her boyfriend in an Instagram post that she captioned, “Day 6 of self-quarantining! Going strong, playing video games and cards, and taking care of ourselves.”
“I owe New Orleans a little something,” Travis, 35, said on the field after the Kansas City Chiefs’ AFC Championship win on Sunday, January 26, per fan footage. Donna, 72, replied, “Yes, you do.”
Swift, also 35, looked up at her boyfriend as she seemingly made a comment about Travis staying away from a famed street in New Orleans known for its bars and clubs. “Not going to Bourbon Street,” Swift appeared to say to Travis.
Donna agreed with Travis’ girlfriend, adding, “We know your history.” The Chiefs tight end joked that he “won’t be having as much fun.”
“I owe New Orleans a little something”
*asks about the sugar bowl incident*
Travis: “yeah”
“yeah not going to Bourbon Street” OH SHE CLOCKED HIS TEA BAD pic.twitter.com/mao3cHRQNy
Donna seemed to be referencing Travis’ participation in the 2010 Sugar Bowl. He was supposed to play in the game with the University of Cincinnati, but he failed a marijuana test and missed the matchup. He was also suspended for the entire 2010 season and lost his scholarship.
Travis and the Chiefs are set to take on the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX on Sunday, February 9, at New Orleans’ Caesars Superdome. The Chiefs are vying for their third consecutive Super Bowl win, hoping to make history as the first NFL team to achieve the feat. (The Chiefs won back-to-back Super Bowls in 2023 and 2024.)
Following the Chiefs’ win against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, Swift took to the field to congratulate Travis on his win and shower him with hugs and a kiss. While walking around, Travis ran into legendary Chiefs lineman Bobby Bell, who played for the team from 1963 to 1974.
“Congratulations,” Bell, 84, told Travis, who brought Swift over to meet him. In a video shared via social media, Travis told Swift, “This is Bobby Bell, one of the greatest to ever play the game.” The Eras Tour performer replied, “Hi! So nice to meet you, I’m Taylor.”
After the group posed for a photo, Travis had a sweet message for Bell. “You know we’re just following your footsteps, big dog,” he said.
Amid speculation that Travis could be nearing retirement, the tight end credited Swift with keeping his love for the game alive.
“She’s fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game,” he said on “The Stephen A. Smith Show” on January 15. “She loves coming to Arrowhead [Stadium] and coming to the games and cheering for me, so I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams.”
Travis, who began dating Swift in summer 2023, gushed over her support. “I think, personally, the beauty of being in a very strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to come in and focus on your craft, focus on being the best version of you,” he said.
Suits alum Gabriel Macht no longer lives in the United States — but he’s not sharing many more details.
“I don’t tell anybody where I live because I like to keep that under wraps,” Macht, 53, told People in an interview published on Monday, January 27. “I got out of town and we’re exploring the world.”
The actor noted that he took a “long break” from the acting world to travel the world with his family. When the Covid pandemic hit in 2020, Macht and his wife, Jacinda Barrett, were “stuck” in New York City. (The couple share two kids: Satine, 17, and Luca, 10.)
“Right before Covid, we wanted to take the kids out of school and homeschool them,” he explained, adding that Manhattan “just wasn’t doing it for us” anymore.
“We decided to explore the world, so we left,” Macht continued.
Macht played the role of Harvey Specter on Suits from 2011 to 2019. The show was filmed in Toronto, so the actor had already spent a lot of time out of the U.S.
“I grew up in L.A. and I lived in New York for many, many years,” Macht told People on Monday. “Half of my life on the East Coast, half of my life on the West Coast.”
While Harvey has been off screen for more than five years, Macht is getting ready to put the character’s (very expensive) loafers back on for the forthcoming spinoff series Suits: LA.
Macht admitted that, initially, he “had very little interest” in returning to his acting career. However, briefly reprising the role of Harvey made “sense” for him and his family. Macht teased that he’ll be able to “sort of pass the baton” to the new cast as they embark on this journey.
In November 2024, Macht offered a first look at the Suits: LA version of Harvey with an Instagram video.
“When an old friend is in need…it’s time to take care of things and make those very ‘things’ right,” he captioned the clip.
Macht’s return as Harvey was not shown in the first trailer, which was released earlier this month, but his appearance was teased in a photo with Stephen Amell’s character, Ted Black. Amell referred to him as “Harvey from the old days” in the promo, hinting that the duo have some sort of past.
Suits: LA stars Amell alongside Bryan Greenberg, Josh McDermitt and Lex Scott Davis and will premiere on NBC Sunday, February 23, at 9 p.m. ET.
Jenner, 27, layered on accessories while posing at the label’s Spring 2025 show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, January 28. Looking super trendy, she wrapped a number of chains around her waist featuring bow charms and sparkly hearts. Jenner also strung a crossbody purse around her shoulder and held another small rectangular bag in her hand. The Kylie Cosmetics founder also stacked diamond bracelets on her right wrist and looked cool with black ombré sunglasses and a silver chain anklet.
Jenner’s outfit, perhaps inspired by Cher Horowitz (played by Alicia Silverstone) in Clueless, was just as noteworthy as her accessories. The Kardashians star paired a cropped white tweed jacket embellished with silver buttons with a matching pleated micro skirt. She tied her look together with patent leather slingbacks.
Glamming up her look even more, Jenner donned a full beat for the front row, including manicured eyebrows, rosy cheeks and nude glossy lips. Her brunette tresses were parted down the middle and styled in her signature voluminous blowout.
Kylie isn’t the only Jenner who has made headlines during Paris Fashion Week. Kendall also had a show-stopping look while strutting down the catwalk at the Schiaparelli Spring 2025 Couture show on Monday, January 27.
The nude corseted look featured padded hips that accentuated her waist, giving her an hourglass shape. Kendall’s dress was finished with satin fabric on the bodice and eye-catching gold embroidery.
Kendall, 29, let the dress speak for itself, donning soft makeup and a slicked-back bun, courtesy of legendary backstage makeup and hair stylists, Pat McGrath and Guido Paula, respectively.
Following the show, Kendall showed off a number of behind-the-scenes images while gushing over her runway look. “Dress of [my] dreams @schiaparelli @danielroseberry you outdid yourself,” she captioned the post, tagging Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry. “This entire show took my breath away. Thank you for having me. I’ll never forget it.”
It’s safe to assume that the Jenners have more luxury looks in store for the couture shows.

During the Monday, January 27, episode of “The Jamie Kern Lima Show” podcast, Holker, 36, was asked about falling in love with Boss, to which she replied, “I was like, ‘Oh, I like him.’ It was just his presence was really powerful but soft and welcoming all at the same time.”
“The only reason I’m so willing to share this story is he actually shared this story on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. I was devastated that he was willing to share this on TV,” she admitted. “We were just in this very honeymoon phase of dating where everything was really exciting and we were both on these big tours. Mine was a national tour, his was international. So we were just traveling to see each other and support each other at each other’s shows.”
After Holker went to see Boss perform as an opening act of a Glee tour, the couple started to explore the concert arena. “We found some stairs, we ended up on some scaffolding above everyone watching the Glee part of the show. We were literally looking at the performers from Glee,” she continued. “We just started making out and we were looking down, there’s all these audience members screaming and cheering, but they couldn’t see us.”
She added: “It was kind of romantic. We started doing the deed and then all of a sudden security was flashing their lights like, ‘Who’s up here?’ We just froze and then security couldn’t see us for whatever reason, I don’t know. They left and we just ran out of there. That was probably the most wild thing I’ve ever done.”
“I definitely think that would have been a very, very bad look and I wouldn’t suggest it for anyone else. But it was just a very in the moment moment,” she noted. “It was so dangerous. I don’t know how that happened. We were wild kids. It was really fun.”
Boss and Holker got married in 2013 and remained together until his death at the age of 40 in December 2022. The pair shared son Maddox, 8, and daughter Zaia, 5. Boss was also the parent of Holker’s daughter Weslie, 16, whom she welcomed from a previous relationship.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us. Stephen lit up every room he stepped into,” Holker said in a statement at the time. “He valued family, friends and community above all else and leading with love and light was everything to him. He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”
She continued: “To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory. We ask for privacy during this difficult time for myself and especially for our three children. Stephen, we love you, we miss you, and I will always save the last dance for you.”
Earlier this month, Holker made headlines after sharing revelations about Boss past traumas in her memoir. She defended herself following backlash from fans and his family members.
“My hope is that that we won’t need to lose another husband, brother, father, or friend to suicide,” she wrote via Instagram Story. “I believe that if Stephen were able to choose, he would choose to have his story told if it meant saving even one life. Much love to all those who have supported our family these many years.”

Lady Gaga’s fiancé, Michael Polansky, is engaged to one of the most famous women in the world, but he’s taking it in stride.
The tech entrepreneur, 41, opened up about his relationship in Elle’s February cover story on the pop star, published on Tuesday, January 28.
“Accepting that you won’t have the privacy others might have was the hardest part,” Polansky explained. “But Stefani’s comfort with it and patience with me has been amazing. Our relationship is probably a lot like everyone else’s. We just have to figure out how to do some of it in public. That makes it even more important for us to have strong friendships and close family relationships. We find normalcy where we can.”
Gaga (whose real name is Stefani Germanotta) echoed her fiancé’s sentiments, saying that the couple love to spend nights at their Los Angeles home with friends and family. “We make pasta together; we roast things,” she said. “We also really like making simple dishes with Michael’s mom, who lives nearby.”
The Grammy winner, 38, connected with Polansky through her own mom, Cynthia Germanotta, who set the pair up after she met Polansky at a charity event over five years ago. “I’ve met your future husband,” Cynthia famously told her daughter.
Gaga confirmed her engagement to Polansky in July 2024. The duo were first linked in late 2019 and quarantined together during the coronavirus lockdowns of 2020.
Polansky served as an executive producer on Gaga’s seventh studio album, Mayhem, which she officially announced on Monday, January 27. Mayhem is set for release on Friday, March 7.
“This album was so much fun to watch her make,” Polansky told Elle. “She recorded it right down the street from our house, so we could easily walk back and forth from the studio. I spent a lot of time with her, bringing my laptop to work while she was there. What surprised me most was how fast she is. I couldn’t believe how quickly a song would take shape. Within five minutes, 80 percent of the song would have come from nothing.”
While Gaga is gearing up for the next chapter of her career, she’s also thinking about starting a family with Polansky, telling the outlet that she thinks of her future as being about “me and Michael and our kids.”
She added that she and Polansky have already discussed how they’d like to raise any children they have.
“That’s something Michael and I have talked about a lot — allowing our kids to be their own people,” she recalled. “It’s such an intense thing for kids coming into the world. And they’re told how to think and what to believe in and how to eat … I just kind of want to let my kids find out who they are.”
Prince Harry made a surprise appearance to support the forthcoming 2025 WellChild Awards — and the video appeared to be shot at the Montecito home he shares with Meghan Markle and their kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, urged the public to submit nominations for the 20th annual awards in the clip, released on Tuesday, January 28.
“Each year, the WellChild Awards, in association with GSK, recognize and celebrate the growing number of young people with complex medical conditions from across the United Kingdom as well as those who go the extra mile to care for them,” Harry said. “They allow us to shine a spotlight on the remarkable stories of strength, resilience and courage that they demonstrate every single day.”
Harry has been a patron of WellChild, an organization that raises money for children and young people with exceptional health needs to be cared for at home instead of hospitals, since 2007.
“This year is especially significant as we celebrate the 20th WellChild Awards,” Harry added in the video. “It is a true privilege to honor the bravery and compassion of this incredible community.”
He asked the public to nominate “exceptional people who inspire you every single day” for the upcoming ceremony, which is set to take place later this year.
“Your support can make all the difference,” Harry concluded. “So, please join us in recognizing the amazing individuals who will be recognized at the 2025 WellChild Awards.”
This isn’t the first time the Duke has shot from his California home. He and Markle, 43, previously stood in the same spot when speaking at the Global Ministerial Conference on Violence Against Children in November 2024.
Harry’s work with WellChild has been widely recognized over the years. In October 2024, a source told Us Weekly exclusively that the duke was “amazing” with the children while attending the 2024 WellChild Awards.
“Harry was so warm and charismatic on stage,” the insider shared at the time. “The reaction to him was very good.”
Prior to the ceremony, Harry “spent time backstage with all the winners for a long time,” the source continued.
“He was just chatting to them all and had even learned things about them all first, so it was intimate and touching,” they added. “He is so good at that sort of thing, hanging with kids.”
“As a parent, I know a little about the emotional roller-coaster of parenting,” he said. “But, when I hear about the care many of you mums, dads and family members provide; the level of round-the-clock care you offer; the skills you’ve had to learn; and the battles for support that you fight every single day — I am truly in awe. You are all incredible, and your love and dedication are nothing short of heroic.”
The actress, 52, recently sold her Los Angeles mansion for $22 million, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, January 27. The home was initially put on the market for $29.99 million in May 2024, but the asking price was lowered to $24.9 million that October.
The single-story 8,000-square-foot home, built in the 1950s and renovated around 2009, is located on two-thirds an acre in the Brentwood neighborhood of Mandeville Canyon. It features six bedrooms, a grand kitchen and a living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
According to the outlet, Paltrow purchased the home for $9.95 million with her ex-husband, Chris Martin, in 2012. In addition to sharing the home with her and Martin’s kids — Apple, 20, and Moses, 18 — the house was also home to Paltrow’s husband, Brad Falchuk, whom she wed in 2018, and his two kids, Isabella, 19, and Brody, 17.
The property was not affected by the recent L.A. wildfires. However, Paltrow and her wellness company Goop announced earlier this month that they were donating $2 million worth of products to charities helping with relief efforts.
“Every house is a haven, and a witness to the people who made it a home,” she wrote in a January 16 Instagram post on Goop’s page. “Every life is a universe.”

Allison Holker opened up about the alleged abuse within the dance community that she endured as a teenager.
During the Monday, January 27, episode of “The Jamie Kern Lima Show” podcast, Holker, 36, was asked about a “traumatizing” excerpt from her memoir, This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light.
“I had experienced my first time really feeling like I’d been taken advantage of,” Holker recalled about alleged abuse that happened when she was 17. “I had some older man really take advantage of the vulnerability that women go through, especially in the dance community.”
Holker said she struggled with self-blame at the time, adding, “Where we look up to our teachers and we just trust them, and dance can be very physical. It can be very sexual, even at a young age. “It tore me apart for a lot of years. I felt like it was my fault because how could it have gotten to that place? I must have done something wrong and I felt so much shame in who I was.”
Holker explained that it took “so many years” to work through the trauma.
“I was so embarrassed. To this day, it’s one of those things. Man, if I would have just spoken out for myself, maybe I could have built myself back up and helped other young girls, too, to not let that happen,” she said. “I’m proud of myself now.”
Holker noted that becoming a mother changed the way she viewed the past. “I blamed myself for years, for myself when I had my daughter,” the dancer, who shared son Maddox, 8, and daughters Weslie, 16, and Zaia, 5, with late husband Stephen “tWitch” Boss added. “I realized that I need to build her up to like if anything ever happened to her.”
In order to write her memoir, Holker had to address difficult situations including the death of her husband. Boss, best known for his all-star appearances on So You Think You Can Dance and as the regular DJ on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, died by suicide in December 2022 at age 40.
Earlier this month, Holker recalled learning more about Boss’ emotional struggles by reading his journals.
“It was really hard to put all the pieces together. Through certain discussions, even with friends and things that have been said, reading through his journals … you realize he went through a lot as a child and never faced it,” she told People. “It’s hard to think that he never opened up to someone and wanted to face it, to get through on the other side. I really hope people dealing with the same thing will help themselves out of the shadows and [know] you’re going to be okay.”
While she came under fire for sharing Boss’ own past traumas, she stood by her decision, writing via Instagram Story, “My hope is that that we won’t need to lose another husband, brother, father, or friend to suicide. I believe that if Stephen were able to choose, he would choose to have his story told if it meant saving even one life. Much love to all those who have supported our family these many years.”

Emily in Paris shook things up by having their main character leave France — but what comes next?
The Netflix series, which debuted in 2020, originally centered around Emily’s move from the U.S. to France, and the challenges that come with that. Emily (Lily Collins) subsequently found herself caught in a love triangle (Lucas Bravo) between Gabriel and Alfie (Lucien Laviscount), but the situation changed significantly by the time season 4 came to an end.
Emily and Gabriel’s attempt to give their romance a chance ended quite abruptly. From there, Emily moved on with Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) while Gabriel realized that he wanted to fight for her. Emily, however, had made the move to Rome and appeared to start her future with Marcello.
Off screen, creator Darren Star shut down concerns that Emily in Pariswould now be Emily in Rome. But there were still concerns about Gabriel’s future on the show after Bravo said there was “lack of risk” on the show.
“In season 1, there was a lot of me in him. But as they made him kind of unaware of his surroundings, of the dynamic, always victimizing and always being completely lost in translation and oblivious to anything that is happening around him and being manipulated by everyone, it kind of became not fun for me to shoot,” he told IndieWire in October 2024. “Or to see a character I love so much and brought me so much, being slowly turned into guacamole. I really grew apart from him.”
“It makes me question if I want to be part of season 5 — because my contract ends at season 4. I really want to see if Gabriel gets back to his fun, cheeky, playful, alive self,” he continued. “Because three seasons playing melancholic, sad, depressed, and lost is not fun anymore. It’s a comedy, everybody is having fun around me, everybody is jumping around, and I’m just slowly sinking into god knows what.”
The actor, however, signed on for season 5 after Netflix renewed the series. It remains unclear how Bravo’s criticism will — or won’t — be addressed. Keep scrolling for everything to know about season 5 of Emily in Paris:
Will Season 5 Return to Paris or Stay in Rome?
Despite fan concerns about where season 5 will be set, Starr pointed out a crucial detail to Deadline, saying in September 2024, “She didn’t change her Instagram handle to Emily in Rome. She is working in Rome sometimes. Sylvie’s company has an office in Rome. Emily’s getting that on its feet. I don’t necessarily think that it means a permanent — in my mind, it’s definitely not a permanent — move to Rome. We’re not leaving Paris.”
What About the Campaign for the Show to Stay in Rome?
French President Emmanuel Macron told Variety in October 2024 that he planned to “fight hard” so Emily in Paris didn’t relocate to Italy for season 5. The outlet has since reported that the upcoming season will remain in Paris — with some scenes being filmed in Rome. A third destination for the show is being explored with Saint-Tropez or Megeve in consideration.
“I feel like it just expands the universe of the show. Just at the point that Emily has gotten comfortable in Paris, she’s sort of thrown into another country where she’s going to experience some cultural differences,” Star teased to TVLine in September 2024. “And also, I think there’s cultural differences to explore — and we do — between French and Italians. It’s a whole new world, but it doesn’t mean that we’re leaving Paris.”
Is There a Chance for a Reconciliation Between Emily and Gabriel?
“I think Gabriel realized that he doesn’t want to let Emily go so easily, and he might have made a big mistake. They certainly had a big fight and a cooling off period. But I think he realized that by the end of the season, that there’s something that he doesn’t want to let Emily go,” Star explained to Deadline after the season 4 finale. “I don’t know what that means. Doesn’t necessarily mean they’re going to be together instantly or ever. I don’t know, but I think he feels there’s unfinished business with the two of them.”
Could Marcello Stick Around?
Star wouldn’t confirm or deny the role Marcello would play in season 5, telling TVLine, “First of all, we know a lot more about Gabriel than we do about Marcello. I think Marcello is somebody Emily is just getting to know and has this infatuation with at the moment. Gabriel and Emily are building history.”
He continued: “A big part of what happened this season for Emily and Gabriel was sort of like the romantic fantasies of each other, like the rose-colored glasses coming off a little bit. I think a lot of couples get real and they go through shakeups. So sometimes you have to, like, lose what you have before you realize how much it means to you.”
Bravo will film scenes for season 5 when the show goes into production in May 2025, according to Variety. Gabriel’s Michelin-rated restaurant is set to be one of the backdrops of the upcoming season after Bravo previously expressed frustration with Gabriel’s arc in recent seasons.
“The ‘sexy chef’ was very much part of me in season 1 and we grew apart season after season because of the choices he makes and because of the direction they make him take,” Bravo told IndieWire in October 2024. “I’ve never been so far away from him.”
Bravo recalled attempting to voice his issues, adding, “[But] there is only so much I can do in the limits of a script. I tried for seasons to bring nuances but we don’t have much liberty on set. We cannot change a word or an emotion. They know what they want and we just have to comply.”
At the time, a source gave Us Weeklyinsight into the situation. “The show is Emily in Paris — not Gabriel in Paris,” an insider shared at the time. “Everyone is so upset about the remarks he made. There is going to be a lot of tension.”
Will Alfie and Camille Return?
Alfie and Camille (Camille Razat) had reduced screen time during the second half of season 4, but Starr promised a return.
“People come and go out of people’s lives in shows for a period of time, but it doesn’t mean that they’re off the table,” Star told Deadline but remained more tight-lipped about Camille’s story. “Characters can come in and out of a series, but you don’t necessarily have to see them. We may or may not. I don’t know how much of Camille we’ll see next season. But again, she’s part of the world of the series. I’m not sure how soon we’ll see her, but it doesn’t mean, again, that we won’t be seeing her.”
“I think the show is great and brings a lot of light and love to people,” he told Us in October 2024. “I enjoy shooting it and I love my castmates.”
He continued: “That’s exactly what you see on Emily in Paris — a character that I’ve loved playing for three seasons now. I feel so grateful to have been able to bring Alfie to life on screen.”
