Jennifer Lopez is ready for her next chapter.

The singer invited 30 of her biggest Los Angeles-based fans to a top-secret listening party on Wednesday, July 2, where she debuted six new songs — and Us Weekly has the exclusive details.

“Outreach to fans started on Tuesday, but it was all kept a surprise as to what was happening until they were in the room with Jennifer,” an insider shares.

Lopez, 55, played five upbeat tracks, “Up All Night,” “Regular,” “Free,” “Save Me Tonight” and “Birthday,” and one ballad, “Wreckage of You,” all of which will appear on the setlist for her upcoming international tour alongside greatest hits and fan favorites, including 2001’s “Play.”

“‘Wreckage of You’ is a pop ballad that she told us she cowrote and recorded two weeks ago,” attendee Edgardo Luis Rivera tells Us. “She said she was lying in bed after a long day of tour rehearsals when the idea of the song came to her. She mentioned how last year was a very difficult time for her both personally and professionally. She had to cancel her tour and really focus on herself. Fast-forward to one year later, and she feels better and stronger than ever, so she wanted to write a song about coming out of a bad situation much stronger.”

Lopez, who also divorced Ben Affleck last year, “kept thinking of the word ‘wreck’ because it means destruction, but she wasn’t destroyed,” Rivera shares. “In fact, the lyrics of the song are, ‘I’m stronger after the wreckage of you.'”

A second partygoer tells Us that “Wreckage of You” is a “very emotional, empowering song about walking away from a relationship and coming out a stronger person.”

The other five tunes are “fun, more Jennifer of old in terms of music style,” the first insider says, noting that everyone in the room went “nuts” for “Birthday” in particular. “They’re really good songs. They’ve got a real vibe to them.”

Music wasn’t the only surprise Lopez had in store for her so-called J. Lovers at the intimate, hourlong event; she also treated them to tickets to her New Year’s Eve show in Las Vegas as well as swag bags containing T-shirts, signed posters and JLo Beauty products.

“It was really lovely,” the insider tells Us, describing the party as a “thank you” to the multihyphenate’s most loyal fans for “all their support.”

Lopez is set to kick off her Up All Night tour next Tuesday, July 8, in Spain before taking it to countries including Italy, Turkey, Poland, Egypt and Kazakhstan. Her Vegas residency of the same name debuts on December 30 at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Those who want to hear Lopez’s new songs may have to purchase tickets, though, as Rivera tells Us the Grammy nominee admitted to the crowd at Wednesday’s event that she “didn’t know yet how or if she would release them.”

“She feels very free right now,” he explains, “and on this summer tour, she wants to perform some new material that she’s been working on because a lot of these new songs express how she feels.”

Lizzo is pulling back the curtain on her recent weight loss journey, revealing how she’s achieved her results.

The singer, 37, penned an “appreciation post” on Thursday, July 3, to Flávia Lanini, a lymphatic drainage specialist, who she’s been working with in coordination with health and fitness experts to change her physique.

“The photo on the left is my first time getting [a] lymphatic massage from Flavia, and the right is the most recent!” Lizzo captioned a before-and-after comparison photo via Instagram.

While the Grammy winner attributes part of slimdown to Laini’s massages, she told her followers the rest is hard work on her part. (Lymphatic massages stimulate the flow of lymphatic fluid in the body, removing fluid from swollen tissues as well as waste and toxins, according to Cleveland Clinic.)

“In light of all these magazines and blogs wanting me to be on ozempic soooo bad — here’s the truth!” Lizzo declared. “I work my ass off, training 3x a week, daily sauna & cardio, adding animal protein back into my diet, hiring a chef who helps me meal prep and keeps track of what I put into my body in a calorie deficit, cutting out sugary Starbucks & full fat sodas & potato chips.”

No matter what the public thinks about her health journey, Lizzo concluded, “I’m so happy and proud of what I’ve done and no one can take that away from me. .”

Lizzo has lost a significant amount of weight loss since January 2023, and she’s taken her fans along for the ride.

Also, the scale’s not really moving. But anyway, that doesn’t matter. I’m super proud of my current lifestyle.”

Joined by his publicist Lori Krebs, Taylor, 45, set the record straight on several innocent topics.

According to the Vanderpump Rules alum, November 27, 2024, is the day he stopped drinking and using any substances. Ever since then, he has established some rules when hanging around alcohol.

“The rules are that I usually don’t stay more than an hour. If my friends are out drinking, I usually don’t stay more than an hour,” he said. “When people have been hitting their third drinks, it’s very annoying to be around those people. … I just don’t want to be around it.”

Instead of going out to a bar, Taylor prefers spending quality time in the gym where he can lift nearly 300 pounds.

Ever since The Valley wrapped filming season 2, Taylor said he has been trying to avoid any and all drama with the cast.

Pardon the interruption, but there’s a football player for Bowling Green State University and his name is ESPN. Well, Gideon ESPN Lampron.

Gideon, 21, got his middle name — written in all caps, exactly like the network — when his dad, Marty Lampron, snuck it onto his son’s birth certificate while his wife Jennifer was recovering from giving birth.

Marty, a massive sports fan, originally wanted to name his son after his favorite basketball player, Larry Bird, which was a non-starter with Jennifer. Instead, he settled for the unique middle name, pronounced ESS-pen.

“It was a big gamble,” he told the Toledo Blade in a story published Wednesday July 2, “because I could have ended up liking instruments and being in the band, or something.”

He got lucky. Gideon, a LaGrange, Ohio native, was an Ohio Mr. Football finalist in high school and later an FCS All-American at Dayton University. He transferred to Bowling Green, which plays FBS football, after last season.

“I didn’t fully realize until I got Gideon’s social security card and there it was, in all caps,” Jennifer said. “I couldn’t believe it. This couldn’t be real.”

Still, Jennifer had to admit that her son’s name suits him.

“I’m so proud of him,” Jennifer said. “I told him as he was growing up, if you want to change your name, you can. I told him multiple times. He always said, ‘I love it.’”

The original plan was for Jennifer to pick the first name and the couple agreed on Xavier as a middle name.

“But … he talked about ‘ESPN’ nonstop,” she said, “and I remember saying, if we have to, at least put a ‘y’ in there.”

She joked that if his name was Espyn, they could at least pretend it was Nordic. ESPN in all caps leaves little room for interpretation.

“You should be happy I spelled Gideon correctly,” Marty told Jennifer — and yes, the two are still married.

Gideon, for his part, embraced the name. In college, he added his middle name to his X account and Bowling Green has added it to its official roster.

Bowling Green is a member of the Mid-American Conference, which has a TV contract with ESPN. That means the Falcons will play most of their games on ESPN’s family of networks or they will stream online via ESPN Plus.

Come the fall, Gideon is excited for ESPN on ESPN.

“I’m looking forward to MACtion,” he said.

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s reps have broken their silence on their split.

“Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” reps for the pair said in a joint statement to Us Weekly on Thursday, July 3. “They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”

Us understands their separation was mutual and happened as far back as the beginning of the year.

Us previously confirmed that Perry, 40, and Bloom, 48, called off their engagement after nearly a decade of dating.

Perry was spotted with her daughter while the pop star continued her Lifetimes tour in Australia. While wrapping up her final show in Adelaide, South Australia, Perry had an emotional response to the crowd.

After giving birth to her daughter last week, Madison LeCroy revealed that baby No. 3 is now on her brain.

“I’m already, like, planning the third,” LeCroy, 34, exclusively told Us Weekly after welcoming daughter Teddi on Sunday, June 29. “I’m like, ‘We gotta do this again.’ This is so fun.”

The Southern Charm star announced her baby girl Teddi’s arrival during a Wednesday, July 3, Amazon Livestream sponsored by Graco. She also shared exclusive details about her delivery with Us, revealing Teddi was born healthy at 34 weeks after 48 hours of labor.

While it was a long process, LeCroy said she felt “good” the whole time as she waited for her husband, Brett Randle, to fly in from California.

“Hudson comes in and he’s like, ‘Mom, you did it.’ And I was like, ‘Oh, no, she’s not here yet. I haven’t done anything yet,’” LeCroy said with a laugh. “So he was already congratulating me before she even got here.”

Once her little one had arrived, the reality star said she was surprised to see Hudson was “already more protective than I thought he would be.”

LeCroy noted that Teddi’s one-week stay in the NICU, which was just “protocol,” until she hit 35 weeks, “kind of scared him a little bit,” and he hesitated at the thought of carrying her when she was so small.

“Seeing how tiny she was and things like that, he was like, ‘Oh, I don’t know if I’m ready to hold her yet.’ I was like, ‘Oh, you’ll be fine,’” she recalled. “So [I] just kind of [was] breaking him into it. But I think that he’s gonna be just the best big brother. She’s very lucky to have him.”

LeCroy, for her part, is focused on all the small moments herself and not worrying about her post-baby body.

“I try not to look down too, too much,” she teased, explaining that her body has “definitely changed” following the C-section.

The hairstylist revealed, “I will say it’s not as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I definitely am gonna give myself grace and time with this because I have no desire [to bounce back].”

LeCroy then confessed, “Like, deep down in my mind I was like, ‘OK, I’m gonna hop back on the diet as soon as I have her. Like, you know, day two.’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, right.’”

Since giving birth and holding her baby girl, LeCroy said she’s decided to “soak up this maternity leave and embrace, you know, being at home in bed and cuddling with her.”

She teased that her physical transformation “will come later on,” teasing, “I’ll bounce back for BravoCon [and] I’ll share the plan.”

Despite recent engagement rumors, Joe Manganiello hasn’t popped the question to Caitlin O’Connor — but wedding bells are likely to be in their future.

“They are not engaged … yet,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “But it’s heading in that direction soon. It’s not really a question.”

The insider adds that Manganiello, 48, and O’Connor, 34, are “very strong together and serious about a future.”

“They want to have a family,” the source concludes. “She wants to be a mom, and he’s open to being a father.”

Us reached out to reps for Manganiello and O’Connor.

Fans began to speculate that Manganiello and O’Connor took their romance to the next step when the model was spotted wearing what appeared to be a diamond ring on her left hand during a dinner date at Le Naumachie in Taormina, Italy, on June 25, as seen in photos published by Page Six.

The pair met at a post-premiere party for O’Connor’s HBO show, Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty, in September 2023. Manganiello and O’Connor made their red carpet debut a few months later at the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF) gala in New York in December 2023.

A source exclusively told Us at the time that Manganiello and O’Connor were a perfect match because they “are both so easygoing that they work really well together.”

More than one year later, an insider exclusively shared in February that O’Connor also meshes well with Manganiello’s elderly chihuahua.

“We definitely have seen that Joe’s beloved rescue chihuahua, Bubbles, loves Caitlin,” the source said. “Bubbles loves kissing Caitlin on the face and allowing Caitlin to hold her, which is pretty rare since she is protective of Joe. Seems like she has Bubbles’ approval — which is all Joe really needed to see to seal the deal.”

Manganiello adopted the dog in 2019 and helped her recover from mammary cancer.

Bubbles was even part of O’Connor’s surprise birthday party that Manganiello threw for her in January while filming Deal or No Deal Island.

“This man flew in a custom Princess Jasmine tiramisu cake (?!) and opened up our favorite restaurant (while it was closed to the public) to celebrate – flying in the owner to cook and party with us,” she wrote via Instagram, sharing photos from the birthday bash. “Just amazing. … You really surprised me.”

Brad Pitt‘s got a new lease on life after admittedly overcoming “struggles.” The actor, who recently opened up on the “New Heights” podcast about facing obstacles with perseverance, is ready to put the past behind him as he’s learned from his mistakes when it comes to parenthood and marriage.

“The divorce is something that had been controlling his life for so many years,” an insider exclusively tells Us Weekly of his split from Angelina Jolie. “He loved her and he knows he made mistakes.”

“It was such a divisive, toxic situation,” the source adds of the drama that surrounded their divorce.

Pitt, 61, and Jolie, 50, began dating in 2004 and tied the knot 10 years later. They initially announced their split in 2016. The former couple’s divorce was finalized in December 2024, eight years after Jolie initially filed.

The F1 actor and Jolie share six kids: Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, and 16-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox. Pitt’s relationships with his children became strained as he and Jolie legally battled it out in court over custody in the years following her divorce filing.

The insider notes that the events leading up to the split and the aftermath “turned the kids against him as well” but that Pitt “doesn’t blame [Jolie] for everything.”

“But everyone was so open. It gives you permission in a way to go, ‘OK, I’m going to step out on this edge and see what happens.’ And then I really grew to love it,” he continued.

The insider maintains that Pitt is “relieved that this [divorce] is over, but the lasting impact is something he’s going to live with forever.”

Parenting influencer Lindsay Dewey is still processing losing her youngest son, Reed, after his death at 22 months in February.

Reflecting on the months since his death, Dewey, 37, said she would never forget her son, but at the same time, it feels like time “has been erased.”

“Some days, like today, it feels like Reed was never here,” she wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, July 2. “And as a mother, his mother, HOW could I even say or think that?? “I do something, two weeks later somebody else copies,” Blue, 26, exclusively told Us Weekly. “It’s always been the case since I’ve started. Bryce Dallas Howard comes from one of the most famous families in show business, but she admitted she hasn’t seen one of her dad Ron Howard’s biggest projects.

“OK, I’m going to admit something, which is that I’ve never watched an episode of Happy Days,” Bryce, 44, said in a clip from Busy This Week shared by People on Wednesday, July 2.

The confession left host Busy Philipps completely stunned. “What!” she shouted repeatedly at Bryce.

“I am kind of like the prototype here of, like, the child who takes for granted the fact that …” Bryce said, trailing off when she realized Philipps still had a shocked expression on her face.

“I love him so much, and I love my dad so much, and I love all the Happy Days folks, and it would be so easy just to watch it, and I don’t know why,” Bryce continued.

Philipps recalled coming home from school as a child, turning on the TV and watching reruns of Happy Days. Bryce said that instead of watching Happy Days like other kids, she would often watch Get Smart.

When asked if her father and godfather knew she hadn’t seen their hit sitcom, Bryce said, “Yeah, kind of.”

The actress was also pretty certain that her siblings, Paige Howard, Jocelyn Howard and Reed Howard, had not watched Happy Days either.

“I kind of don’t think they have. I don’t think they have,” she confessed.

While she has not seen Happy Days, Bryce did say she is a fan of one of her dad’s other beloved shows.

“I like to watch The Andy Griffith Show,” she revealed. “Yeah, it’s really cute and really sweet.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak is “not happy” that her daughter Ariana Biermann has been discussing their family’s money woes on TV, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.

“Airing all this dirty laundry doesn’t make sense to her,” the insider tells Us. “Kim has been very quiet since her divorce, and she doesn’t like airing her family matters for public consumption. Kim doesn’t understand why she is talking about it.”

Ariana, 23, is one of the children of estranged couple Kim, 47, and Kroy Biermann. Ariana is now starring on Bravo’s Next Gen NYC, chronicling her new life living in New York City. In one of the recent episodes, she claimed to have been financially supporting her family since she was a teenager.

“Unfortunately, my parents took my money,” Ariana alleged in a June episode. “I can’t say exactly what they used it on, because I just found out that it was gone two years ago. I don’t even know how much money I made over the time period. Nobody was honest. There was no transparency. And I have no idea where it actually went.”

Ariana later clarified that she gave Kim and Kroy advanced “notice” that she’d be speaking about the alleged financial situation during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen later that month.

“The only time my mom asks me for money is if it’s regarding the bills or it’s something that she needs for the kids,” Ariana told host Andy Cohen, stressing Kim does pay her back “when she can.”

According to Ariana, she and Kim have moved past any lingering resentment or drama.

“Nobody wants to be put in situations that they are put into. My mom, no matter what, will be my best friend forever,” Ariana said. “Money should never ruin a relationship with your family. You can always make more money, and God blesses us in that way. I have my mom and that’s all that matters.”

Ariana is now focused on building back her savings.

“I just continue to build up and make my own money, support myself as a 23-year-old and just continue to try to take every opportunity I can to build back up everything,” she exclusively told Us ahead of the Next Gen NYC premiere. “I think I’m the [most] financially stable I’ve ever been in my life, which is awesome.”

She added, “My mom’s doing great, too. She’s working really hard and has a lot of great things going for her, and my dad’s working too, so everything’s going in the right direction and moving forward.”
