The White Lotus could be switching things up for season 4.

After three seasons of sun-kissed murder, creator Mike White teased that the fourth season of the HBO hit drama might drop temperature by swapping sunny climes for snow.

“For the fourth season, I want to get a little bit out of the ‘crashing waves against rocks’ vernacular,” White said in a video released by HBO following the Sunday, April 6, season 3 finale.

He added, “But there’s always room for more murders at the White Lotus hotels.”

The first three seasons of The White Lotus have all taken place at beautiful tropical resorts, with filming taking place in Hawaii, Sicily and Thailand, respectively. But swapping beaches for après-ski sure sounds like an intriguing prospect for season 4. (Just think murder on the ski slopes!)

Sunday’s season 3 finale featured three major deaths. Rick (Walton Goggins) briefly made peace with his decision not to kill Sritala (Lek Patravadi)’s husband to avenge his late father, but ultimately his decisions led not only to his death. His girlfriend Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) and Sritala’s husband Jim (Scott Glenn), who is actually his father, also got killed in the process.

Following the episode, Walton Goggins, who plays Rick, took to Instagram with a tribute after Rick and Chelsea’s (Wood) onscreen deaths.

“With the heaviest of hearts … To me, ours was a love story. It was only ever a love story, hindered by unresolved, childhood trauma,” Goggins, 53, wrote alongside photos of him and Wood, 31. “We all have them … but can we move past them.”

The actor opened up about how he related to Rick and Chelsea’s story, adding, “In the depths of our despair there is always beauty around us. If we can sit with our pain, just sit with it … not react … not be defined by it … It’s there … the love the world is constantly giving in any given moment is there. Always waiting for us to see it… Trust me I know.”

Goggins praised creator Mike White for “your imagination, your tender heart, for the privilege of giving us the opportunity to tell it.” He also thanked Wood, adding, “For being my partner … a journey I will never forget.”

Elsewhere in the message, Goggins offered a shout-out to scene partner Sam Rockwell — and the other cast and crew.

“Sammy Rock for being the best wing man a fella could ask for. And every stellar f***ing actor in this cast. You’re just incredible to watch. Bernad, John, Ben, Kamine … and this whole crew. I love you,” he continued. “We’ll always have Thailand. And to all of you … thank you for going on this journey with us. Goggins concluded the post with an Aeschylus quote. “’Even in our sleep, pain which cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart, until, in our own despair, against our will, comes wisdom through the awful grace of God,’” he added.

Hilaria Baldwin opened up about getting a breast lift after giving birth to her children.

During the Sunday, April 6, episode of her reality TV series The Baldwins, which explores family life with her husband, Alec Baldwin, Hilaria, 41, detailed that she went under the knife after breastfeeding “for so long.”

“It was one of those things I decided to do, like, a little up,” Hilaria told the cameras in the episode, per People. “I’ve been pregnant and/or breastfeeding for over a decade. I think this is the first time that I’ve not been pregnant and/or breastfeeding since I’ve started having kids.”

Hilaria, who married Alec, 67, in 2012, and shares Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Edouardo, 4, Maria, 4, and Ilaria, 2, with him, noted that her body went through extraordinary change after becoming a mother. (Maria was welcomed via a surrogate in March 2021.)

“I got used to my body more or less a certain way than as most women know who breastfeed and the milk goes out, it’s a different, much lower reality. Hilaria has proven to be extremely candid on the TLC reality show, recently revealing that the age gap she shares with Alex was difficult to navigate at first. “I used to do things very much the way Alec wanted them. I lived with tremendous anxiety and tremendous stress,” Hilaria said on the March 30 episode of The Baldwins. “I almost felt like I was a kid in an adult’s home. I don’t want to say parent because that sounds weird. But someone’s home and I didn’t feel like it was my home.”

The yoga instructor and entrepreneur has been just as open about her body over the years. In April 2021, just one month after Maria was brought into the world, Hilaria shared a photo of her exposed belly via an Instagram Story. “Yes, yes, I have loose skin after all my pregnancies,” she wrote on one Story before adding another that showed Maria’s belly rolls. “Baby friend woke up … she and I twin tummy wise,” she captioned the other Story.

Earlier this month, Hilaria and all seven of her children celebrated Alec’s 67th birthday with a cake at home. “Happy birthday, Alec,” Hilaria captioned a sweet Instagram video on Thursday, March 3. “We love you!”

Sami Sheen took to social media to list every one of the cosmetic surgery procedures she has undergone.

Appearing in a TikTok video shared on Sunday, April 6, Sami, 21, revealed the extent of the work she’s had done after disclosing details of her August 2024 nose job during the March 18 episode of Denise Richards and Her Wild Things. (Sami’s parents are former couple Denise Richards, 54, and Charlie Sheen, 59.)

“Apparently I’ve pissed off a lot of people by getting a nose job,” the OnlyFans model began in her candid video. “So I figured I would piss off even more people by telling you guys all the work I’ve gotten done.”

Sami, whose parents were married from 2022 to 2006, said, “For starters, I started getting lip filler when I was 18 and I do a touchup every year because I’m addicted. I absolutely hate the way my lips look without filler in it and I continue to overline my lips still. It’s an addiction.”

“I did that in the tip of my nose and the bridge to try and make it more straight and lift it,” Sami explained. “It worked a tiny bit, but I just needed a rhinoplasty.”

During the March 18 episode of her mother’s reality TV series, Sami cried when seeing the results of her nose job for the first time, telling Richards that she’d been wanting the procedure for “so long” and couldn’t believe “it’s real life now.”

Sami also detailed in her TikTok how she “got the girls done,” less than two years ago, detailing how her breast implants have “finally fully dropped,” and adding that she would have liked to have received a fuller cup size. “When the time comes to get them redone, I’m definitely going bigger and I think I’m going to go over the muscle so they look a little bit more natural.”

Damon Wayans Sr. revealed he once dated his nephew’s ex-girlfriend.

The Major Payne actor, 64, detailed the romance during an appearance on the Wednesday, April 2, episode of the “Club Shay Shay” podcast hosted by former NFL player Shannon Sharpe.

Sharpe, 56, began by asking his guest, “This can’t be true … that you dated the same woman that your nephew was?” Wayans Sr. acknowledged the statement as fact before clarifying the situation.

Sunday’s episode wrapped up a chaotic season full of incest, feuds and surprising sexual turns. Before the third installment came to an end, the cast and creator Mike White weighed in on trying to properly address every story line.

Kate, Laurie and Jaclyn

The trio found peace during their last dinner together when Laurie opened up about the sadness she faced while trying to explain her life choices to them. Instead, Laurie has not come to a place of understanding and peace about her life, which has made her appreciate her friendships more.

Before getting on the boat, Kate, Laurie and Jaclyn had a front row seat to Rick shooting Sritala’s husband. They seemed affected on the ride back home but it feels like a story they will be telling on many joint trips to come.

The Ratliffs

Despite Piper’s (Sarah Catherine Hook) initial interest in staying behind, she quickly admitted that she wasn’t willing to give up her luxurious life to live in a monastery. That was music to Victoria’s (Parker Posey) ears but Timothy (Jason Isaacs) realized he needed his daughter to die too.

His plan was to poison them with drinks made from the seeds of the fruit he was told not to drink. Everyone but Lochlan (Sam Nivola) was meant to drink the spiked cocktails but Timothy chickened out.

Lochlan, who told his father he could see himself living a simple life, then ended up drinking the concoction anyway when making a smoothie. Luckily, Lochlan survived and no one in the family was the wiser to Timothy’s plan. The last shot was of them on the boat getting their devices back as Timothy warned them that their lives would change.

Rick and Chelsea

Initially, Rick seemed to be moving on from his plan to get revenge. He returned to the hotel, reunited with Chelsea and surprised her when he admitted he planned for them to be together forever.

But Sritala’s husband Jim then arrived at the hotel where he taunted Rick by calling his mother a liar and his father a disappointment. Despite Chelsea’s — and Rick’s — best efforts, Rick shot him. Sritala, however, revealed to him that Jim was actually Rick’s father.

In a shoot out with Sritala’s guards, Chelsea ended up injured. Rick tried to get her help but he was shot as well (more on that later) and they both died together.

P.S. Frank (Sam Rockwell) is back at the monastery after a night of partying.

Belinda — And Her Hot Son

The reservations about taking Greg’s money continued to drive Belinda and her son Zion (Nicholas Duvernay). They negotiated with Greg up to $5 million, which Belinda received and promptly planned to leave the White Lotus. In a parallel to the season 1 scene between Belinda and Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge), Belinda told Pornchai (Dom Hetrakul) that her circumstances changed and she couldn’t open a spa with him anymore.

Gary a.k.a Greg

After paying off Belinda, Greg a.k.a Gary returned to his life in Thailand. The last shot was of Chloe (Le Bon) propositioning a new guest at the resort to have sex with her while Gary watched.

The Locals

Gaitok (Tayme Thapthimthong) planned to turn Valentin (Arnas Fedaravicius) and his friends in for robbing the White Lotus. But then that changed to him wanting to quit because he didn’t feel he was doing right by his values and morals. In a last minute shakeup, Gaitok was at the scene when Jim got shot and sprung into action. He shot Rick — which killed him — and thus got a promotion to Sritala’s driver and bodyguard, which made Mook (Lalisa Manobal) proud.

Clayton Echard has reacted to criticism from ex Gabby Windey over his dance moves.

After Windey, 34, criticized Echard’s online dancing videos during her appearance on the Wednesday, April 2, episode of the “Las Culturistas” podcast, the season 26 Bachelor, 31, called her remarks “bullying.”

“Gabby, what you’re doing is bullying. There’s no other way around it,” Echard said in a Sunday, April 6, Instagram video that addressed Windey telling the podcast’s hosts, Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers, that Echard’s dancing posts “will make you run … you’ll wish you didn’t have eyes.”

“You’re attacking me for my physical appearance, you’re attacking me for a passion that I love that’s changed my life. It’s unnecessary and it’s not funny,” Echard added. “You have such a large platform and you’re setting a really bad example, which is just disheartening. I don’t want people to be scared to try something new because [of] bullying online, like what you’re doing. Do better, Gabby.”

Echard, who dated Windey on the ABC reality show and ultimately dumped her as well as Rachel Recchia to pursue a relationship with Susie Evans, has regularly shared videos of himself dancing for the camera since 2023. (Echard and Evans, 31, revealed they were an item in the After the Final Rose special but split for good in September 2022.)

While Echard received support from fans who commented on his filmed response, some pointed out that Windey’s podcast comments may have been taken out of context. “I really think she was just being cheeky and sarcastic in the podcast,” one commenter wrote. “I do agree she took it too far, but I don’t think that was her intention.”

Echard explained in his video that dancing has helped him evolve as a human. “[Dancing] has brought so much self-love and self confidence that I’m truly so grateful to have found something that I get to work on myself every day and challenge myself,” he said. “I’m not the greatest at it and I’m aware of that, I’m not delusional but it’s me vs. me every single day I get into that studio, and it’s movement therapy and it’s allowed me to release a lot of my anger and frustrations.”

He added that he hadn’t talked to Windey, who served as a Bachelorette alongside Recchia, 29, in 2022, “in three years,” but he claimed Windey continues “to take shots at me and it’s just unnecessary.”

Windey, who married comedian Robby Hoffman in a secret Las Vegas wedding in January, openly discussed Echard when he was accused of fathering a former flame’s twins in 2023. (He later confirmed he was not the father via an Instagram video.)

“I feel like that’s the wrong tone for being accused of being a dad of twins,” she said on “The Viall Files” podcast in October that year. “This isn’t how I would respond. At least match the seriousness of this.”

TV star Jay North, famed for his title role in Dennis the Menace, has died at the age of 73.

According to a Facebook post shared on Sunday, April 6, by North’s long-time friend Laurie Jacobson, the actor died on Sunday following a long battle with cancer.

“Our dear friend JAY NORTH has been fighting cancer for a number of years and this morning at noon EST, Jay passed peacefully at home,” Jacobson wrote via the social media platform. “As many of his fans know, he had a difficult journey in Hollywood and after … but he did not let it define his life. In a report published by The Hollywood Reporter on Sunday, North was said to have died at his home in Florida’s Lake Butler “after years of battling colon cancer,” per North’s Dennis the Menace costar Jeannie Russell.

Russell, 74, who played Margaret Wade on the 1959 CBS show alongside North as Dennis Mitchell, described North as her “otherworldly brother.”

Jacobson’s Facebook post continued, “A life-long friend of Jon’s [referring to Lassie star Jon Provost, who is married to Jacobson], a brother to Jeanne and a dear friend to me, we will miss him terribly. He is out of pain now. His suffering is over. At last he is at peace.”

North is survived by his third wife, Cindy Hackney.

North first stepped into the spotlight as a child, starring in commercials and landing small roles on variety shows including The Eddie Fisher Show and The Milton Berle Show.

He was 6 years old when he landed his role in Dennis the Menace, which aired from 1959 to 1963 and was based on a comic strip created by Hank Ketcham. The story was centered on a mischievous only child named Dennis who caused trouble for his aging neighbor, George Wilson.

Other Dennis the Menace stars included Herbert Anderson as Dennis’ father, Henry, and Gloria Henry as Dennis’ mother, Alice.

North also appeared in the 1965 film Zebra in the Kitchen before returning to the small screen with a minor role in TV’s The Man from U.N.C.L.E. The following year, he landed a starring role in Maya, a film that evolved into an NBC TV series and helped North’s star rise even further.

As for the story of Dennis the Menace, it was revisited on the big screen in 1993 when a Dennis the Menace film, featuring Mason Gamble as Dennis and Walter Matthau as George, was released.

“Officially switching to zone defense!” the couple wrote in a joint post via Instagram on Sunday, April 6. “Our family couldn’t be more excited to welcome baby #3 soon! .”

Alongside the pregnancy announcement, Wozniacki, 34, and Lee, 41, shared an image of their family of four posing at the beach. Daughter Olivia, 3, held up black-and-white ultrasound images as she stood with brother James, 2, in front of the pair.

“Getting married to David was one of those goals and starting a family with him while continuing to travel the world and helping raise awareness about rheumatoid arthritis (project upcoming) are all passions of mine moving forward,” she wrote. “So with that, today I am announcing that I will be retiring from professional tennis after the Australian Open in January. This has nothing to do with my health and this isn’t a goodbye, I look forward to sharing my exciting journey ahead with all of you!”

A “Weekend Update” segment went a bit awry when Saturday Night Live cast member Ego Nwodim’s call-and-response bit with the audience caused the whole crowd to swear on live television.

Nwodim, 37, appeared during the “Weekend Update” segment with Colin Jost and Michael Che on Saturday, April 5, to pitch herself as the new comedian for the White House Correspondents Association dinner, a reference to recent news that comedian Amber Ruffin had been uninvited as a performer for the dinner, which will be held on Saturday, April 26.

As part of Nwodim’s proposed material, she engaged in a call-and-response bit with the SNL audience. “Cory Booker out here with his filibuster — shoot, I’ve had my fill of busters. ’Cause these men ain’t what?” Nwodim said as she held her mic out to the crowd, who answered in enthusiastic unison, “S—!”

Nwodim, Jost and Che all looked surprised at the crowd’s outburst, with Nwodim joking they were going to be “fined” for the slip up. “Y’all gonna have to pay for that,” Nwodim told the audience as the “Update” hosts collapsed into laughter behind her. “[SNL creator Lorne Michaels] gonna be mad at y’all.”

According to Deadline, the swear word made it past censors in East Coast broadcasts and on Peacock, but was bleeped out in Pacific and Mountain time zones. In a rebroadcast of the segment on television, as well as a version uploaded via YouTube, the audience’s response was muted entirely.

According to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guidelines, there are seven words you can’t say on public television, and they are: s—, piss, f—, c—, c—sucker, motherf—–, t—. This also includes variations of the seven phrases.

“Because obscenity is not protected by the First Amendment, it is prohibited on cable, satellite and broadcast TV and radio,” the FCC’s guidelines read. “However, the same rules for indecency and profanity do not apply to cable, satellite TV and satellite radio because they are subscription services.”

According to the FCC, “Broadcasting obscene content is prohibited by law at all times of the day. Indecent and profane content are prohibited on broadcast TV and radio between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., when there is a reasonable risk that children may be in the audience.”

Halle Berry has nothing but gratitude for Crime 101 costar Chris Hemsworth after he stood up for her on set.

“[He’s] a stand-up guy. Lena Hall has nothing but great things to say about her Your Friends & Neighbors costar, Jon Hamm.

“He is such a good actor,” Hall, 45, exclusively told Us Weekly. “This just showcases him as this really, really exceptional actor. He is really good at comedy and drama, and this is kind of both.”

Your Friends & Neighbors, debuting on Apple TV+ on April 11, follows a disgraced, recently fired hedge fund manager Andrew Cooper (Hamm) as he resorts to stealing from his affluent neighbors. In addition to Hamm and Hall, who plays Hamm’s sister, Allison “Ali” Cooper, the series stars Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Mark Tallman, Donovan Colan, Hoon Lee and Aimee Carrero.

“I love this project because it gives me vibes of Breaking Bad,” Hall explained. “It has this moral conundrum that happens when, you know, you lose your life. When everything just suddenly is lost in the blink of an eye, what do you do to get back to where you were? And then it’s the moral thing of, like, do you want to go back to where you were? Are you willing to do things you wouldn’t normally do to maintain that life? Or are you going to become a whole different person?”

Hall told Us that when she got the call about the project her role as Hamm’s sister was already written and it was “already me.”

“[It was] kind of tailored to me,” she said of her character, adding that everyone on set was “super professional,” especially Hamm, who also serves as the series executive producer.

“He’s our lead,” she explained. “Not only is he the face of the show, but he’s also an executive producer so there’s a lot going on there and he is just fantastic. I absolutely adored Jon.”

Playing the lead’s little sister came “really naturally” to Hall, who explained that as her pseudo big brother Hamm was “very protective.”

“It’s that dynamic that was fun for me to get into with him,” she explained to Us. “He’s such a great improviser so he would go off and then I would just take the reins and go off with him. It was just, like, a fun thing to do with him — to be his little sister. It’s a different dynamic than being someone’s love interest.”

In the show, Hamm’s character is “extremely protective of his little sister,” Hall continued, adding that her character has “many, many flaws” but also has a “big heart.”

“I think [their relationship] gives Jon’s character [a chance] to show the audience his true heart,” she said. “All the family stuff, it really shows that his character is coming from a place of extreme love and dedication to his family. And his sister really reflects that, a lot, in the storyline.”

Nick Jonas got a “singular impression” that his 3-year-old daughter, Malti Marie, is his No. 1 fan as he conquers Broadway.

“OK, so I’m all dressed and ready. I was walking out the door and my daughter, in her Tinkerbell dress, looked at me and said, ‘Oh wow, goodbye Prince Charming. Break a leg,’” Jonas, 32, said in a Sunday, April 6, Instagram video, referring to his black pinstripe suit. “So, I’m cooked.”

Jonas is currently starring as Jamie Wellerstein in the first Broadway production of Jason Robert Brown’s The Last Five Years. The theatrical revival, directed by Tony nominee Whitney White, also stars Adrienne Warren. The production’s official opening is slated for Sunday evening at the Hudson Theatre in New York City.

“What a way to kick off opening day,” Jonas wrote via his Instagram Stories earlier on Sunday, sharing a handmade poster from his daughter. “Thank you, MM.”

The Jonas Brothers singer shares his only child with wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas, whom he wed in 2018. They welcomed Malti via surrogate in January 2022. After a premature birth and 100-day NICU stay, Malti was finally able to come home with her parents.

“You realize quickly once you have a child that you can’t control everything,” Jonas recalled during a November 2023 appearance on the “Read the Room” podcast. “I think that was the biggest lesson for me at a stage in my life I didn’t expect to learn.”

He added, “You know, we went through a really tough couple of months at the start of her life and you have that vision [of] how it’s going to go throughout your whole life, and then it’s something completely different. Now that Malti’s growing up, Jonas has gotten to see her personality develop — and how his daughter takes after Chopra Jonas, 42.

“It’s so encouraging to be around people like that [who don’t take themselves too seriously],” Jonas said on the 2023 podcast. “I’m not talking about self-deprecating stuff, [but] like if you walk into a door, it’s funny. It’s not like, ‘Haha, you’re an idiot.’ It’s like, ‘We love you and we all saw it.’ I think it’s a really lovely quality to have in people. And obviously, my wife embodies that in spades. We’re seeing it now manifest in our daughter in a way that is brilliant.”

He gushed, “Her sense of humor and her ability to laugh at situations, and even her mischievous attitude, it’s great.”
