Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team held a press conference outside of court following the trial.

“I want to thank my client Sean Combs for trusting us. Myself and everybody here, this incredible dream team that he put together,” Teny Geragos said on Wednesday, July 2, outside the New York City courthouse. “Without him, we would not be able to do this. He is incredible, and I want to thank him.”

Geragos also expressed her gratitude to the jury for “putting such great care” into the case by showing up “early every single day.” She also thanked the judge and the staff at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where Diddy, 55, has been held following his September 2024 arrest after having bail rejected four times by Judge Arun Subramanian.

“Despite the terrible conditions at the MDC, I want to thank the good people who work there who ensured that we had a sufficient amount of time to prepare for trial,” she continued. “It is extremely difficult to prepare for a federal case in the conditions at the MDC, and they did everything they could to make that happen.”

Geragos finished up her remarks by maintaining Diddy’s innocence, which they’ve done since taking his case.

“Sean Combs has not sexually assaulted anybody, I’ve been saying this for months,” she said. “We’ve said this with each lawsuit that came out, and today that was proven true.”

Nicole Westmoreland and Brian Steel echoed similar sentiments.

“I want to thank you all for being here and writing truthfully about a man wrongly tried for most of the crimes,” Steel said.

Westmoreland added that Diddy “battled for his freedom” and “for his innocence.”

The press conference ended with Marc Agnifilo, who has been one of Diddy’s main attorneys.

“Today’s a great victory,” Agnifilo said. “It’s a great victory for Sean Combs, it’s a great victory for the jury system.

He added, “We are not nearly done fighting. We are just getting started.”

Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. The disgraced music mogul denied all the allegations against him and pleaded not guilty to all charges.

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Agnifilo said in a statement at the time. “He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. Please reserve your judgment until you have all the facts. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”

Diddy’s trial began in May and, after weeks of testimony, came to an end on Wednesday. After days of deliberation, the jury acquitted Diddy on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. However, the rapper was found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years total.

After the verdicts were read, Agnifilo asked the judge for Diddy’s immediate release so he could return to his Miami Beach home on Star Island. The judge later ruled that Diddy should remain in custody while awaiting sentencing, which will be decided on October 3.

School Spirits’ season 2 finale left the future of Milo Manheim’s character up in the air — and the actor is weighing in on what the show may look like moving forward.

“I think the first season was kind of like, what happened [to these ghosts]?” Manheim, 24, explained exclusively to Us Weekly while promoting his upcoming film Zombies 4. “Second season it was like, ‘OK, we know what happened, now let’s solve this thing,’ and I think season 3 we’ll just zoom out even more. We’re just going to be like, ‘What the hell is going on?’”

School Spirits premiered on Paramount+ in 2021 and follows high school student Maddie (Peyton List) as she investigates her own mysterious disappearance and alleged death from the afterlife. While on a mission for answers, she discovers a group of teen ghosts haunting the hallways. That includes Manheim’s Wally, an ’80s ghost jock slash golden retriever-type who quickly falls head over heels for Maddie.

While the season 1 finale revealed that Maddie’s human body had been taken over by another spirit, she ended season 2 back in the human realm. Wally, meanwhile, appeared to find the door to peace, although it wasn’t revealed if he walked through.

‘School Spirits’ Renewed for Season 3, Set to Return in 2026

While speaking with Us, Manheim teased that season 3 will attempt to “crack the code of what’s happening in this world [of Split River]” while answering questions from the previous season.

The show’s executive producers, meanwhile, previously shared that Manheim’s future as Wally was intentionally ambiguous — leaving fans reeling over the potential loss of a fan favorite character.

“We live [for] cliffhangers and to also devastate people!” cocreator Nate Trinrud joked to Us exclusively earlier this year. He also hinted at what Wally’s next chapter might mean for the series: “There’s a lot of questions that come along with that. Like, what does it mean to really lose somebody? But also, do you ever lose anybody?”

Trinrud added that Wally’s next steps are a “big question mark” that will be broached in season 3, noting that other characters have been able to walk the line of multiple realms. “Anything could happen,” he teased.

Manheim is certainly no stranger to playing the undead, as all three of his most recent three characters met their untimely end in one way or another. Manheim faces death by plant as Seymour in the current off Broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors, haunts the halls of his old high school as Wally on School Spirits and plays another football-loving jock, Zed — who also happens to be a zombie — in Disney’s Zombies franchise.

“I don’t know what it is, maybe it’s just because I’m so full of life that I need to be killed,” Manheim joked to Us. “This was never my plan, first of all, but maybe I’ve really tapped into a niche here that Hollywood is short on. But yeah, School Spirits and Zombies I’m a football-playing dead person with a girlfriend whose name kind of sounds like Addison. Madison is her name on [School Spirits].”

Fans will have to wait to see Manheim back as Wally for season 3 of School Spirits, but he’ll be back as Zed in Zombies 4: Dawn on the Vampires later this month. The film will pick up after Zed and Addison’s (Meg Donnelly) first year of college. When the two lovebirds head out for the road trip of a lifetime, they discover the warring words of Sunnyside and Shadyside — and two brand new groups of monsters.

The first Zombies film premiered in 2018 and has since spawned one of the most successful movie franchises for Disney to date (move over, High School Musical!). Manheim and Donnelly have reprised their role for each installment, including lending their voices for the re-animated series. Seven years in, Manheim has learned a lot about playing a leading man.

“I am equally excited now than when I was on Zombies 1, but the excitement then was just like an unreal, I can’t believe I’m here, what is my life? And I think I’ve changed because I’ve really grounded myself and really realized just the impact that we have made with these movies and this franchise,” he told Us. “I guess I’ve taken the reins a little bit. Really tried to put creative input in there and guide this franchise [in] the direction that I believe is important. So I think just stepping up to the plate is how I’ve changed the most.”

“Shakira recently spent a delightful few days at the renowned Del Coronado Hotel following the exhilarating kickoff of the California leg of her sold-out tour at Snapdragon Stadium,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.

Shakira, 48, kicked off her latest stadium tour in Brazil in February, bringing the shows to the United States last month. In between performances, she enjoyed downtime with sons Sasha, 12, and Milan, 10, at the local California hotel. (The Colombian pop star shares her kids with former partner Gerard Piqué, with whom she split in 2022.)

“Shakira is turning her tour into a family affair. She and her boys, Milan and Sasha, lived it up at the Del Coronado Hotel,” the insider adds to Us. “They hung out by the gorgeous pool, ordering burgers and fries and were very respectful.”

According to the source, Shakira was very attentive toward her two little ones during the getaway.

“Shakira was very sweet and you can tell she’s a great mom,” the source says. “She’s very loving and totally hands-on.”

“I’ve worked for over a year, polishing every single detail of the show, so this is really an amazing reward,” Shakira told the BBC last month ahead of her Miami concert. “To put together a show of this size, and to make it happen every night, it doesn’t matter if you’re sad or if you had a bad day or if you’re sick or you’re coughing. You just have to do your best and miraculously make it happen.”

“My heart melts every time I see them on that screen and I hear their little voices,” Shakira gushed to the outlet. “They’re just everything to me. They’re my engine and the reason why I’m alive. So having them every night on stage, it’s just such a precious moment.”

According to Shakira, her kids also want her to put on a perfect show every time.

“When I have a show, they’re kind of stressed out because they want everything to come out perfect for me,” she said to the BBC. “They’re always worried, like, ‘Mom, how did it go? Did you fall? Are you OK?’ I try to show them that there’s no perfect show. It’s OK to make a mistake.”

Lily Allen got real about her experiences with abortions — but couldn’t pinpoint how many she’s had.

“I’d get pregnant all the time, all the time,” Allen, 40, said during the Tuesday, July 1, episode of her “Miss Me?” podcast.

The “Somewhere Only We Know” singer then mused, “Abortions, I’ve had a few, but then again, I can’t remember exactly how many. I think maybe like, I want to say five, four or five.”

Allen revealed that she’s since gotten better at using contraceptives. “I have an IUD now. I think I’m on my third, maybe fourth,” she shared. “I just remember before that was a complete disaster area.”

Allen didn’t give any context as to when she had any of her abortions, but she became a mom for the first time in November 2011 with the birth of daughter Ethel. Her and Cooper’s second daughter, Marnie, was born in January 2013.

Allen and Cooper, 47, were married from 2011 to 2018. The singer moved on with David Harbour, whom she wed in 2020.

Allen sparked split speculation in December 2024 when the Daily Mail reported that she was on the dating app Raya. In February, Harbour, 50, was spotted at the Critics Choice Awards and the Saturday Night Live 50th anniversary special without his wedding ring on, fueling breakup rumors.

Allen hinted at the split that same month during an episode of her podcast, revealing she’d recently been in a treatment program for an unknown reason.

AJ McLean is still learning to navigate his separation from estranged wife Rochelle McLean, which includes figuring out how to coparent their two daughters.

“We’re doing good,” AJ, 47, exclusively told Us Weekly on Monday, June 30, of his dynamic with Rochelle, 43, while promoting his new Netflix series Building the Band.

The Backstreet Boys singer explained, “We are coparenting to the best of our ability, and we both have a lot of growing to kind of still go through, but I think we are moving in a really positive direction.”

AJ, who shares daughters Elliott, 12, and Lyric, 8, with his estranged wife, noted that “the love is still there” no matter what their relationship status.

“We have a family together that’s obviously not going anywhere,” he shared, revealing, “We have been spending a lot of time together as a family and, you know, her and I going out on dates here and there.”

AJ added that there was a “long time” of “departure” between him and Rochelle, some of which was pegged to him being on the road or not being “present” while navigating his sobriety journey.

Since announcing their separation in March 2023, AJ said there’s been a positive shift between the estranged spouses.

AJ and Rochelle tied the knot in December 2011, two years into their romance. After nearly 11 years of marriage, the pair confirmed to Us in March 2023 that they decided to “separate temporarily to work on ourselves, and on our marriage with the hope of building a stronger future.”

In January 2024, AJ and Rochelle shared an additional joint statement revealing they’d “decided to officially end” their marriage. The exes added, “It is with deep love and respect that we have made this decision.”

Despite parting ways romantically, AJ and Rochelle have continued to put in the work that their relationship and in raising their girls.

AJ, for his part, told Us in September 2024 that he wasn’t ruling out a possible reconciliation down the line. “I think we’re in the best place we’ve almost ever been. So, you know, there’s high hopes for the future. Who knows?” he said.

“It’s a grueling schedule more so for mommy, because daddy’s always traveling,” AJ said of his daughters’ activities. “There should be a true award for moms out there because they are literal superheroes.”

In addition to his own music career, AJ is the host of Netflix’s Building the Band competition show premiering on Wednesday, July 9.

Aubrey O’Day can’t wrap her head around the results of the trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

“I’m floored by the jury’s verdict,” O’Day, 41, said in a preview of her appearance on Inside Edition on Wednesday, July 2, hours after Diddy, 55, was acquitted on two sex trafficking charges and one racketeering conspiracy charge. He was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, which together carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

“The evidence is there. For me, it’s all the way there,” O’Day continued. “I feel that there’s going to be an instinct for people to want to suggest that the prosecution overcharged, overreached, didn’t do enough.”

O’Day also called out Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo‘s closing speech, saying that the “narratives that were given in that closing are what the jury has decided they feel the truth is on sex trafficking and RICO enterprises.”

O’Day previously reacted to the verdict via Instagram, sharing a clip of CNN journalists revealing the news. “Wow. This makes me physically ill. I’m gonna vomit,” she wrote.

O’Day met Diddy when she competed on Making the Band 3, which aired on MTV from 2005 to 2006. O’Day formed the group Danity Kane with Aundrea Fimbres, D. Woods, Dawn Richard and Shannon Bex, and they were signed by Diddy’s Bad Boy Records. However, when Making the Band 4’s finale aired in 2008, Diddy announced that O’Day had been kicked out of the group.

Diddy was arrested in September 2024. He pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The rapper’s trial, which began in May, mainly focused on the alleged “freak offs” that were orchestrated by Diddy. His defense team argued in their closing statements that these parties were not criminal but an expression of Diddy’s sexual proclivities.

As for the racketeering charge, Agnifilo said, “There is a gaping lack of evidence when it comes to the racketeering conspiracy acts. If you find that you’re in the weeds of this great complexity, maybe that’s because it’s just not there.”

Meanwhile, prosecutor Maurene Comey said that Diddy had “gotten away with his crimes” for “20 years.”

“He is not a god, he is a person. Find him guilty,” Comey continued.

After the jury reached its verdict on Wednesday, the defense asked that Diddy be released on bail to his home in Miami until his sentencing. The prosecution argued that the music producer would be a “danger” if released and asked that he remain behind bars. Judge Arun Subramanian later denied bail at a hearing on Wednesday.

The verdict has also garnered a reaction from Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie, who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against him in November 2023 and was a key witness in the trial. Her lawyer Douglas H. Wigdor shared a statement with Us Weekly after the partial acquittal.

“This entire criminal process started when our client Cassie Ventura had the courage to file her civil complaint in November 2023. Although the jury did not find Combs guilty of sex trafficking Cassie beyond a reasonable doubt, she paved the way for a jury to find him guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution,” the statement read.

Wigdor continued, “By coming forward with her experience, Cassie has left an indelible mark on both the entertainment industry and the fight for justice. We must repeat — with no reservation — that we believe and support our client who showed exemplary courage throughout this trial. She displayed unquestionable strength and brought attention to the realities of powerful men in our orbit and the misconduct that has persisted for decades without repercussion. This case proved that change is long overdue, and we will continue to fight on behalf of survivors.”

“I’ve always been a momma’s boy — painfully, occasionally ashamedly so,” he told People in February 2023. “Perhaps too obsessed with her. Maybe it’s because I’m the youngest, by 16 years. Maybe it’s because I was a shy little kid and my mom was a safe space; a hip I was attached to.”

Sam continued: “Maybe it’s because gay men feel a certain undeniable affection for award-winning actresses. Who knows! Whatever it is, we have always been incredibly close.”

The date for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sentencing has been confirmed following his partial conviction at trial.

Judge Arun Subramanian revealed on Wednesday, July 2, that Diddy, 55, will be ordered to return to court on October 3 for his sentencing. Diddy’s defense team is seeking a prison sentence of 21 to 27 months, while prosecutors asked for a sentence of 51 to 63 months. The rapper will also get credit for the time he’s already served since his 2024 arrest. The judge noted he is willing to move up the sentencing date upon the defense’s request.

Subramanian also denied Diddy’s request for bail after the jury verdict was rendered.

Although he pleaded not guilty to all of the charges brought against him, a jury convicted Diddy on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution on Wednesday, with each carrying a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. He was acquitted on the other charges of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking.

After the verdict came down, Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo requested his immediate release from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he had been held since his September 2024 arrest. (His repeated attempts at bail prior to his trial were all denied.)

Agnifilo asked that Diddy be allowed to return to his Miami Beach home on Star Island while awaiting sentencing.

“Are you proposing he just walk outside now?” Subramanian inquired, to which Agnifilo replied, “Yes.”

“He is no longer charged with sex trafficking or racketeering,” Agnifilo said. “His plane has been chartered — it is in Maui. He does not have access to his plane. This is his first conviction, and it is a prostitution offense. He should be released.”

Agnifilo further requested a $1 million bond that would allow Diddy to travel to New York, Los Angeles and Florida. However, prosecutor Maurene Comey opposed his release, arguing, “A person found guilty shall be detained until the judicial officer finds he is not likely to flee or be a danger.”

The judge ultimately ruled that Diddy remain behind bars until his sentencing hearing this fall.

Shortly after the verdict, NBC News legal analyst Misty Marris told the outlet that Diddy’s legal team would likely request he serve no more time in prison after spending months in custody after his arrest. Conversely, the prosecution was expected to seek a sentence closer to the maximum of 20 years.

“The judge is really limited in those sentencing guidelines,” Marris said. “There’s discretion up to that 10 years [per charge], but they’re going to use those guidelines in order to really pin down what would be appropriate under the circumstances.”

Mark Chutkow, a former federal prosecutor not involved with the Diddy case, also spoke to Us Weekly about the potential sentence at the time.

“The prostitution charges were the least serious of the counts in the indictment,” Chutkow said. “While each has a 10-year statutory maximum, which could be imposed consecutively for a possible 20-year sentence, it is unlikely that the court would impose such a high sentence given the acquittal on the more serious charges. When imposing a sentence, the court will consider the fact that the prostitution charges did not involve a criminal enterprise nor allegations of force, fraud or coercion.”

Judge Arun Subramanian has made a ruling regarding Sean “Diddy” Combs’ immediate future behind bars.

On Wednesday, July 2, Subramanian announced that the disgraced music mogul should remain in custody while awaiting sentencing, NBC News reported.

Before the ruling was made, both the prosecutors and defense attorneys each stated their case for why Diddy should or should not remain behind bars until sentencing. (Cassie’s lawyer and the prosecution both asked the judge to deny bail.)

The decision comes after Diddy, 55, was acquitted on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He was, however, found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. (Diddy pleaded not guilty to all charges brought against him after his September 2024 arrest in New York City and has denied all of the allegations.)

How Long Will Diddy Be in Jail? His Possible Sentence Explained

Each transportation charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. The prosecution previously asked that Diddy serve any potential sentence consecutively, meaning he may face a maximum of 20 years in prison. (Diddy’s sentencing date has yet to be announced.)

The 12-person jury — consisting of eight men and four women — began their deliberations on Monday, June 30, in regards to Diddy’s highly publicized sex trafficking trial.

While the jury reached a verdict on four of the five counts on Tuesday, July 1, they remained deadlocked on the racketeering conspiracy charge. After receiving additional instructions from the judge, they briefly continued deliberating on Wednesday before reaching a verdict on all counts.

After the verdicts were read, Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo asked for the immediate release of the rapper so he could be allowed to return to his Miami Beach home on Star Island.

“His family is here and could sign a bond,” Agnifilo told the judge. “He should be released today.”

When Subramanian asked, “Are you proposing he just walk outside now?” Agnifilo replied, “Yes.”

“He is no longer charged with sex trafficking or racketeering,” the defense attorney added. “His plane has been chartered — it is in Maui. He does not have access to his plane. This is his first conviction, and it is a prostitution offense. He should be released.”

Legal Experts Questioned Whether Diddy's Actions Were Criminal Pre-Verdict

Agnifilo requested a $1 million bond, which would allow Diddy to travel to New York, Los Angeles and Florida.

Prosecutor Maurene Comey, however, opposed Diddy’s release and reminded the judge that the jury found the defendant guilty on two charges.

“A person found guilty shall be detained until the judicial officer finds he is not likely to flee or be a danger,” Comey argued.

From Love Island USA’s Vanna Einerson to The Real Housewives of Mormon Wives’ Layla Taylor, a number of Utah stars have been candid about getting plastic surgery at young ages.

Take Demi Engemann, for example, who told Page Six in 2024 that “Utah’s known for having very minimal procedures done to where we still look natural.” The Secret Wives of Mormon Lives star noted that it’s common for women in the state to go under the knife “before we were 20 years old.”

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton has seemingly responded to the verdict in his federal trial.

On Wednesday, a 12-person jury convicted Diddy of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, while he was acquitted of the arguably more serious charges of racketeering conspiracy and two counts of sex trafficking. Diddy could face as much as 20 years behind bars for the two transportation convictions.

Hylton, 51, seemingly offered her reaction to the verdict via her Instagram Story, where she shared a quote from author Cory Allen: “Underrated life style: Knowing when to let your silence say everything.”

Diddy and Hylton, a fashion designer, were together in the early 1990s and share son Justin Combs, 31, who was one of the disgraced mogul’s family members celebrating outside a Manhattan federal court following the announcement of Wednesday’s verdict. (Diddy has seven children, in total. He shared son Christian, 27, and twin daughters D’Lila and Jessie, 18, with late partner Kim Porter, and he also adopted her son Quincy Brown, 34. He shares daughter Chance, 18, with Sarah Chapman and welcomed his youngest child, daughter Love, 2, with Dana Tran in December 2022.)

Hylton previously offered support for Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie (full name Casandra Ventura) after she filed a lawsuit against the musician in November 2023, accusing him of sexual and physical abuse throughout their relationship, which lasted off and on from 2007 to 2018. Diddy denied Cassie’s claims. One day after the suit was filed, Diddy and Cassie, 38, settled out of court. In May 2024, CNN published a hotel surveillance video of Diddy kicking and grabbing Cassie in 2016. He later apologized for his actions in a video shared via Instagram.

At the time, Hylton wrote via Instagram that she was “heartbroken” to see Cassie having to “relive the horror of her abuse” following the release of the surveillance footage.

“My heart goes out to her. I know exactly how she feels, and through my empathy, it has triggered my own trauma,” Hylton wrote in May 2024. “[Diddy’s children] were raised by women that want the best for them — we put God and education first and have always been united in our mutual effort to support their dreams. Two of the youngest do not have their mother here and it has been our duty to support them.”

She concluded by writing, “Their father needs help and I am praying that he truly does the personal work and receives it.

Hylton eventually attended Diddy’s trial in New York City multiple times, where she was initially photographed using a walker due to a leg injury. Following some public backlash, Hylton insisted that she was simply supporting her son Justin at Diddy’s court session.

“God is good all the time! Yes, I’m good everyone I’m on my healing journey,” she wrote in May. “When I suffered my injury I had chosen to heal privately but when my son said ‘Mommy I need you’ I was right there for him, walker and all. I’m a MOTHER FIRST, FOR REAL and I am my son’s strength and thats just what it is. Plain and Simple.”

She continued, “Whoever doesn’t understand that just simply isn’t in alignment with me or anything that I’m about in life. I’m cool with that. I have a purpose filled life that I live daily. I make impact. I’m not concerned with insecure people attempting to project their insecurities on to me. EVER.”

Hylton encouraged anyone angry with her decision not to “let [Instagram] rule your life.”

Cassie Breaks Silence After Diddy Found Not Guilty of Sex Trafficking

Eyewitnesses told Us Weekly following Wednesday’s court proceedings that Diddy reached out to greet his family after the verdict was read, but he was prevented from interacting with them. The rapper was said to be in “ecstatic” spirits as he raised his hands in prayer.

Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo has already asked Judge Arun Subramanian to release the hip-hop mogul Wednesday as part of a $1 million bond package that includes travel restrictions to Florida, New York and California, Diddy surrendering his passport and undergoing court-monitored drug testing. Agnifilo promised that Diddy would return home to Miami and follow every court guideline if bail is imposed.

“He treasures, I assure you, the opportunity that he has been given, and he will not run afoul of anything this court imposes on him,” Agnifilo promised the judge.

Both Cassie’s attorney Douglas Wigdor and prosecutors opposed Diddy being released on bail prior to his sentencing.

“Ms. Ventura believes that Mr. Combs is likely to pose a danger to the victims who testified in this case, including herself, as well as to the community,” Wigdor wrote in a letter to the judge.

Meanwhile, Diddy’s defense team argued that he should be let out on bail because he “obeyed the Court, respected these proceedings and demonstrated model behavior” during his imprisonment at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center following his arrest in September 2024. (Four previous requests were denied by Subramanian.)

“The jury unambiguously rejected the government’s allegations that Mr. Combs ran a years-long criminal enterprise or engaged in sex trafficking — the core of the government’s case,” Diddy’s lawyers argued. “Mr. Combs stands convicted of two Mann Act counts, and his sentencing exposure is substantially lower than when the government initially sought detention.”

Diddy was originally arrested in September 2024 and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied all of the allegations against him.

A federal trial started on May 5 and was largely based around testimony from Cassie and an unnamed Jane Doe accuser. Following two days of deliberation, the jury informed Judge Subramanian on Tuesday, July 1, that they’d reached a verdict on four out of the five counts but were deadlocked on the racketeering conspiracy charge.

Former Prosecutors Downplay Likelihood of Diddy Getting Max Jail Time

The judge instructed the jury to continue deliberating before they ultimately returned a verdict on Wednesday morning. Judge Subramanian thanked the 12 members of the jury prior to dismissing them from the courtroom.

“I want you to know that it is inspiring to all of us,” Judge Subramanian told the jury. “You listened, you worked together, you were here every day, rain or shine. You did so with no reward, other than the reward that comes from answering the call of public service. That should give all of us hope.”

Lindsay Arnold and husband Sam Cusick’s relationship dynamic has grown from high school sweethearts to mom and dad.

Arnold and Cusick got engaged while on vacation in Africa in December 2014. The following year, the couple tied the knot in Provo, Utah.

Since exchanging vows, Arnold and Cusick have expanded their family with daughters Sage and June, whom they welcomed in November 2020 and May 2023. As they’ve embraced their roles as parents, their relationship has gotten stronger over the years.

Being Best Friends

Arnold opened up about how companionship was the foundation of her and Cusick’s relationship.

“I truly think that is the key to a happy and successful marriage … on top of everything else your spouse should be your best friend,” she wrote via Instagram in January 2021. “I am so grateful for our friendship these past couple months with a newborn. It has helped us laugh off the tired cranky moments (from me) hahaha and have patience with each other while going through the (sometimes hard) firsts that come with being new parents. And it has brought us the most incredible joy being able to experience the special gift of parenthood together. This guy is my official bestie and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Being Their Authentic Selves

Arnold opened up about how she and Cusick have brought out the best in each other.

“Since day one Sam has always been my best friend and I truly believe that is what has gotten us through the challenges and ups and downs of marriage,” she captioned a June 2022 Instagram post. “Through everything he has been the person I feel most comfortable being my true self around and the one who loves me at my best and at my worst. Grateful for our love and for the life we have created together .”

Her ‘Best Decision’

While celebrating their eighth wedding anniversary in June 2023, Arnold expressed her support for having Cusick by her side.

“8 years with the love of my life and my best friend beyond grateful for this guy he is the best husband and dad and I am very excited we get to celebrate him today for Father’s Day too,” she captioned a snap of them. “The best decision I ever made was marrying this man and watching him as a father has made me fall in love with him over and over again .”

Cherishing All the Moments

In honor of Cusick’s 29th birthday, Arnold reflected on how she and her husband have grown since their teen years.

“Sam and I started ‘officially’ dating maybe two weeks before his 16th bday and I remember being so nervous about getting him a present like maybe it was too soon lol so I ended up dropping it off on his porch knocking on the door and running away cause I was so awkward ,” she wrote alongside an April 2023 Instagram Reel. “Here we are 14 birthdays later and I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for every single year I get with this man. We have experienced so much together and I wouldn’t want to be doing life with anyone other than him.”

Arnold gushed that Cusick “is the best husband and most incredible dad.”

“I really could not have dreamed I would get so lucky!” she continued. “I could go on and on and on about all the things I love about our guy he is everything and more and I’m so grateful for the life we have together, happy birthday baby .”

Shutting Down Haters

Arnold sparked backlash online in June 2025 after she posted a TikTok video showing how Cusick made their bed, which included pillows on the floor and untidy bedding. While some fans appreciated Arnold’s humor, others did not. One fan replied, “Your husband should file for a divorce because of this video.”

The dancer fired back at the commenter with a follow-up video showing her and Cusick happily together.

“Good news Sam still loves me my recent post ruffled some serious feathers in the comments haha but happy to report that it’s possible to joke around and still love/appreciate each other ,” she captioned the clip.

Joy-Anna Forsyth (née Duggar) paid tribute to her stillborn daughter, Annabell Elise Forsyth, on what would have been her 6th birthday.

Joy-Anna, 27, took to Instagram to share photos from Annabell’s birth on Tuesday, July 1. The carousel included black-and-white snaps of the late infant’s feet and tiny footprints, as well as a photo of Joy-Anna holding Annabell alongside her husband, Austin Forsyth. In other photos, the couple was surrounded by their family as they mourned Annabell’s death.

Joy-Anna also included a mirror selfie where she showed off her baby bump, a video of her ultrasound scan and a photo of herself and Austin, 31, sharing a hug in the woods as they held a box with Annabell’s remains.

One slide featured a yellow rose and read, “Annabell Elise Forsyth, July 1, 2019, 2:39 p.m., 4.8 ounces, 7 inches long.”

In the caption of her post, Joy-Anna wrote, “Happy heavenly 6th birthday Annabell Elise Forsyth .”

Joy-Anna also shared many of the same photos on her Instagram Story.

Posting the photo of the yellow rose, she recalled that the hospital hung the flower on their door after Annabell was delivered.

“Her features were perfect … her little hands, fingernails, lips, tongue, ears, arms & legs,” Joy-Anna wrote alongside the photo of Annabell’s feet.

The Counting On alum also reposted the photo of herself and Austin in the woods and wrote, “This moment was so difficult. Burying her felt like we had to move on without her. I just wanted to hold my baby, but I had to let her go. I just held her wooden box tightly and bawled.”

Joy-Anna continued, “We were able to bury her in a special place on my in-laws’ farm.”

Joy-Anna and Austin announced in May 2019 that they were expecting what would have been their second child. However, the following month, the couple learned at their 20-week scan that Joy-Anna had suffered a miscarriage.

“Today marks one week since we heard these words,” the former TLC personality wrote on Instagram at the time. “’So this is your baby’s heart (pointing to the ultrasound screen). I don’t hear a heartbeat or see any movement.’ We had gone in for our 20-week ultrasound and gender reveal. It was a baby girl.”

She continued, “Although we don’t understand why, God has given us unexplainable peace and comfort during this very difficult time. Yes, it still hurts and we have cried countless tears, but we know that we can trust the Lord. In the words of King David after the loss of his baby, ‘I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me’ (2 Sam 12:23). We don’t grieve as those who have no hope because we trust that we will see this little one again.”

Joy-Anna also shared why they chose to name their late daughter Annabell Elise, writing, “Annabell means ‘God has favored me,’ and Elise means ‘God satisfies.’ What a precious thing to know that when our daughter opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was the face of Jesus.”

Joy-Anna and Austin are also parents to son Gideon, whom they welcomed in February 2018, daughter Evelyn, whom they welcomed in August 2020, and son Gunner, whom they welcomed in May 2023.

After 20 years, Glenn Howerton is finally weighing in on the It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia fan theory that his character, Dennis Reynolds, is a serial killer.

“Look, I don’t want to answer that question definitively, but I don’t think he is,” Howerton, 49, exclusively told Us Weekly at the PaleyLive: It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia 20th Anniversary Celebration on Tuesday, July 1. “In my mind he’s not. In my mind he’s just delusional.”

The actor explained, “[He’s] so afraid of not being in control that he’s willing to do whatever it takes to be in control of any situation more than that he’s an actual serial killer.”

Howerton has been playing Dennis since the show’s premiere in 2005 and throughout its 16 seasons, he’s raised several red flags with his actions.

Fans, therefore, have theorized that Dennis is a secret serial killer for saying things like, “We’re going to follow our victim then we’re going to jump her. Then I’m going to strangle her and you’re going to chop her into pieces” while getting into the mind of a killer during season 3’s “Mac Is a Serial Killer.”

During season 7’s “The High School Reunion Part 2: The Gang’s Revenge,” Dennis confessed that he randomly keeps “duct tape, zip ties and gloves” in his truck, raising eyebrows.

The following season, Dennis assumed the identity of Brian LeFevre after the gang finds his wallet at Paddy’s Pub. It is later revealed that LeFevre was murdered in the alley, and Dennis could have done it. (Dennis isn’t convicted and the murderer remains unknown.)

Dennis being an undercover serial killer is one of the longest-running jokes and theories surrounding the comedy show, continuing even to this day. During season 11, Dennis makes a clay sculpture he describes as “a woman’s head in a freezer, and it’s supposed to represent the preservation of love forever and ever.”

During season 12, Dennis is the prime suspect when a cat woman named Maureen Ponderosa is found dead in an alley. “Making Dennis Reynolds a Murderer” is filmed a la true crime style and feeds into viewers’ long-held belief that he has what it takes to kill.

While Howerton played down Dennis’ suspicious activity and how it could point to serial killer tendencies on Tuesday, he was more open about some of his favorite moments from the show over the past two decades.

He told Us at the Los Angeles event that his “favorite” rant by Dennis is from season 5 when the crew is going up against college kids.

“I go back to my alma mater and try to join in with my old fraternity, and then I come back, and I rant and I’m screaming, ‘Savages idiots,’” Howerton recalled. “That was the first time we ever really had my character go that far with the ranting. And I remember it was Charlie [Day] that pushed me to really just go absolutely nuts. And I did, and it really struck us as very, very funny. So, I have a particular fondness for that particular rant.”

Howerton also pointed to “Frank Reynolds’ Little Beauties” from season 7 as his “favorite” episode to date. “That episode just cracks me up. It just cracks me up,” he said. “It just makes me laugh.”

The $60 million mansion that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez bought in 2023 is now off the market, one year after the former couple first listed their marital home. Realtor.com was first to report the news.

Us Weekly can confirm that the pair’s listing expired on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The former couple can still relist the estate with another agent and it does not mean that the home is no longer for sale. It is also possible that they found a buyer off-market.

Affleck, 52, and Lopez, 55, put the mansion on the market in 2024, shortly before news broke that they had split. They finalized their divorce in January 2025 after two years of marriage and planned to split any profits from the sale of the house. Realtor.com reports they spent “millions” renovating the Beverly Hills estate.

The actor and singer initially asked for $68 million for the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom home before slashing the price by $8 million in May. The 38,000-square-foot property boasts a tennis court, boxing ring and athletics facility (including basketball and pickleball courts), and a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse. It also has a separate caretaker’s residence, lounge, bar, pool and a 12-car garage that can fit parking for up to 80 guests.

An insider told Us when the couple purchased the home that they approached the market with “A-list requirements.”

“J. Lo likes big houses and wants enough space for visiting family,” the source said. “It also needs to be gated and private.”

Us reported in April that Affleck and Lopez were originally at odds over selling the home because Lopez did not want to reduce the price.

“Jennifer thinks they can get more money for the home, so she wants to keep the price as is,” a source exclusively told Us. “But the real estate market is not there, and it’s not selling.”

Property records show that in March, Lopez purchased a home of her own in Los Angeles for $18 million. She told Access Hollywood in May that now that she’s single, she’s not necessarily looking for love.

“I [told Tiffany Haddish], ‘Girl, I’m not looking for no man,’” she said. “I’m happy right now. I’m not trying to ruin it, OK?”

Affleck and Lopez were originally engaged from 2002 to 2004 before splitting, then reuniting in 2021. They tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2022 and celebrated with family the following month in a ceremony in Georgia.

As Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni’s It Ends With Us legal battle continues, their respective camps have sent subpoenas to several famous faces.

Lively named Baldoni, her costar and director on 2024’s It Ends With Us, in a lawsuit later that year. The Gossip Girl alum accused Baldoni of sexual harassment, fostering a hostile work environment and trying to destroy her reputation. Baldoni vehemently denied the accusations before filing a $400 million defamation lawsuit against Lively, as well as her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her publicist, Lesley Sloane.

Lively, Reynolds and Sloane each rebuffed Baldoni’s claims and filed motions to dismiss. Us Weekly confirmed in June 2025 that a judge ruled to dismiss his suit. Baldoni later declined to submit an amended motion, instead planning to focus on defending himself from Lively’s claims.

Amid trial prep, both Lively and Baldwin’s legal teams have sent out subpoenas seeking evidence of the accusations. Keep scrolling to see which stars have been subpoenaed so far:

Taylor Swift

Baldoni sent a subpoena to Swift, Lively’s one-time close friend, in May 2025 amid claims that she helped the actress take over It Ends With Us production.

“Taylor has always been Blake’s friend, but Taylor doesn’t have any involvement in the case. She wasn’t part of the movie,” a source close to Swift told Us in February 2025. “Taylor was not a producer on the film and had no creative involvement.”

The summons was later dropped after information was “voluntarily provided” to Baldoni’s team.

“[Taylor is] not talking about the case,” a second insider told Us in May 2025, adding that the pop star is “feeling an immense sense of relief.”

“It’s been a stressful few weeks for her and she seems happier and lighter since the subpoena was dropped,” the second source added. “Taylor has handled it with a lot of grace and is not solely focused on it. She’s moved on.”

Us broke the news that month that Swift and Lively’s friendship stalled as a result of the legal battle.

Scooter Braun

A source confirmed to Us in June 2025 that Lively sent a subpoena to the music manager and his HYBE America company to identify any information about the work crisis PR veteran Melissa Nathan allegedly did for Baldoni’s Wayfarer Studios. (Nathan was employed by Baldoni’s team for a month.)

Candace Owens

TMZ reported in July 2025 that Owens received a subpoena from Lively’s team about any alleged communications with Baldoni.

“I haven’t received anything,” Owens claimed on her eponymous podcast that same week. “As of right now, I still cannot tell you anything [about the documents] because no process server has arrived at our door. … How could us covering the lawsuit that has already been filed [mean we’re involved]? We have nothing to do with your lawsuit. It’s our right to cover pop culture [and] whatever it is that we want as reporters.”

According to Owens, she has only mentioned Lively twice by name in her text messages  — once to praise her “flawless” pink diamond ring and another about plans to briefly discuss the lawsuit on a 2024 podcast episode.

Perez Hilton

TMZ also claimed in July 2025 that the gossip blogger was subpoenaed by Lively’s legal representatives.

“I take this very seriously,” Hilton said in a social media video. “I have not been served a subpoena yet, but I will comply with the law, and I have nothing to hide.”

Andy Signore

The film producer was allegedly sent a summons by Lively’s team in July 2025.

“My client has not been served with any legal process at this time. He runs a news outlet and is in the midst of creating an independent documentary IT ENDS WITH JUSTICE that has spoken to many involved in the case,” his attorney Nathaniel Broughty told Us in a statement. “Should service occur, we intend to vigorously defend against any claims and will protect the confidentiality of sources on BOTH SIDES — consistent with the principles of press freedom and journalistic integrity.”
