Jordon Hudson, the 24-year-old girlfriend of Bill Belichick, 73, paid off millions of dollars on three of her homes, which were bought after meeting the NFL coach.
According to documents viewed by Us Weekly on Friday, May 23, Hudson paid off the remaining balance of the mortgages for the properties, all located in Massachusetts. In Touch was the first to report the news.
The official documents show that Hudson had three different mortgages discharged on January 24.
Hudson bought the three properties in mid to late 2023. The first property was purchased in June 2023 for $2.3 million and she took out a $1.2 million mortgage on the home.
The Real Reason 24-Year-Old Jordon Hudson Is Dating Bill Belichick: Source
December 2023 saw Hudson buy two more properties: a multi-unit apartment building for $3 million as well as a $2.2 million building. (Hudson took out separate $1.2 million mortgages for each of these properties).
The documents seen by Us show that all three properties have now been paid off and the $3.6 million in loans has been settled.
In addition to the three properties, Hudson bought another property in October 2023 for $610,000, which is reportedly used as one of her main residences. The total sum of her properties is around $8 million.
Before entering the real estate market, Hudson was a cheerleader and attended Bridgewater State University. She is the founder and CEO of Trouble Cub Enterprises and was the runner up in the 2024 Miss Maine USA pageant.
Belichick and Hudson sparked romance rumors in 2023 following his split from longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday. Two years before they started dating, Hudson and Belichick connected while on a flight to Palm Beach, Florida.
Since going public with their romance last year, Hudson and Belichick have been a hot topic due to their 48-year age gap.
The pair made headlines in April this year after their controversial interview with CBS Mornings. When sitting down with Tony Dokoupil, the journalist asked, “How did you guys meet?” Hudson interjected that they were “not talking about this.”
A Timeline of Bill Belichick's Relationship With 24-Year-Old Jordon Hudson
Many criticized Hudson’s behavior, leading Belichick to release a statement defending his girlfriend and denied that their relationship was going to be a talking point.
“She was not deflecting any specific question or topic but simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track,” he said. “Some of the clips make it appear as though we were avoiding the question of how we met, but we have been open about the fact that Jordon and I met on a flight to Palm Beach in 2021.”
CBS subsequently released a statement refuting Belichick’s claims.
“When we agreed to speak with Mr. Belichick, it was for a wide-ranging interview,” a spokesperson for CBS News said. “There were no preconditions or limitations to this conversation. This was confirmed repeatedly with his publisher before the interview took place and after it was completed.”

Nicole Kidman and Jamie Lee Curtis are teaming up to play the iconic Scarpetta sisters in the upcoming TV series.
Scarpetta, which is based on the beloved Patricia Cornwell novels, follows two sisters named Kay and Dorothy. Kay is a medical examiner that solves crimes.
Curtis signed on to executive produce the series in June 2021 when the project was in the early stages. Two years later, it was revealed that Curtis would star in the show alongside Kidman, who would play the beloved crime solver.
While exclusively speaking to Us Weekly in May 2025, Curtis explained how she and Kidman connected at the Oscars and heard about the project after their initial meeting.
“She actually introduced herself to me and we exchanged hellos and a little bit of chick bonding,” Curtis told Us. “But then we walked away and I was like, ‘OK, wow. That was crazy.’ And six months later she heard that we were making the Scarpetta show and that I was producing and she basically said, ‘I want to be Scarpetta.’ And then when I went, ‘OK, great,’ she said, ‘But you’re going to be in it with me, right?’”
Curtis admitted that she hadn’t planned on acting in Scarpetta at first but immediately changed her tune after Kidman asked.
“It was that moment of like, ‘Yes, Nicole Kidman. Yes. I’m going to be in a show with you.’ I had no choice,” she teased. “I was going to be a producer, and at that moment it was decided that I was going to act in the show.”
Keep scrolling for everything to know about Scarpetta:
Scarpetta follows a forensic pathologist named Kay Scarpetta (Kidman) who uses advanced forensic technology to solve a series of mysteries and crimes.
Kidman plays the main character Kay while Curtis portrays her older sister, Dorothy. In addition to starring on Scarpetta, the pair also serve as executive producers.
In addition to Kidman and Curtis, the Scarpetta series has a stacked cast. Rosy McEwen and Amanda Righetti play the younger versions of Kay and Dorothy, respectively. Ariana DeBose, Bobby Cannavale, Simon Baker, Jake Cannavale and Hunter Parrish round out the main cast.
Scarpetta also features Sosie Bacon, Charlie B. Foster, Janet Montgomery, Stephanie Faracy, Georgia King, Mike Vogel, Tiya Sircar, Anna Diop and Graham Phillips.
After a minor delay, filming kicked off in Nashville in October 2024. Curtis announced that season 1 wrapped in March 2025.
“It takes a village to make a TV show from a great book series come to screen life!” Curtis wrote via Instagram at the time alongside a snap from behind the scenes. “Season one is done for JLC and I couldn’t be a prouder producer/actor.”
An official premiere date for Scarpetta has yet to be announced but it will stream via Prime Video.
Prime Video greenlit two seasons for the series ahead of its premiere.

Colleen Reed and Matt Bolton found love on season 3 of Love Is Blind — but the journey wasn’t always easy.
The PR strategist and the sales executive connected late in the game after Colleen struggled to bond with a handful of other men, including Cole Barnett, who didn’t think she was “deep” enough. While talking to Matt in the pods, however, Colleen slowly got more vulnerable. Matt also shed his layers, opening up about his divorce from his high school sweetheart.
Throughout season 3, Colleen and Matt appeared to be hot and cold. They were faced with multiple conflicts before their wedding day — and Matt threatened to ditch the reality show more than once.
Before fans watched the couple exchange vows, the professional dancer opened up about reliving her journey with Matt. “These most recent episodes have shown some of our toughest moments but also amazing memories that I’ll forever cherish,” she wrote via Instagram in October 2022. “The yacht date was unbelievable and meeting each other’s family and friends was very special. We talked for hours about bringing each other into our ‘real world’ and when we eventually were able to do so, we realized quickly how much love and respect we have for each other. I’ll always love our story .”
Matt and Collen were one of only two couples to say yes during the season 3 finale, along with Alexa Alfia and Brennon Lemieux.
However, their love did not last. Matt and Colleen announced their split in May 2025.

Bethenny Frankel traded in the bright lights of New York City for the big waves of Miami.
The Real Housewives of New York City alum, 54, announced her plans to move from New York to Florida back in April. “I am moving to Florida for personal and professional reasons,” she explained in an Instagram video. “Something has arisen that made this the best and healthiest for myself and my daughter.”
She went on to clarify that she and her 15-year-old daughter, Bryn, would retain their homes in NYC and the Hamptons but would be making Florida their “primary and permanent residence.”
Frankel reportedly purchased her Miami condo for around $1.7 million in June 2024. On a May episode of her “Just B” podcast, the Bravolebrity explained that Bryn once “cried” to her about wanting to move to the Sunshine State after “something very personal transpired.”
Bethenny Frankel Through the Years
After initially dismissing her teen’s request, she eventually caved. “She meant it, and she begged me. She didn’t have to beg me, like, she was like, ‘I really want this,’” Frankel noted. “I know my kid and I knew that once this was presented … that she’d want to move. I was just like, ‘F***ing f*** it, OK.’”
Scroll down to see everything we know about Frankel’s Florida lifestyle:
Frankel broke down her move timeline in a May 2 TikTok video, revealing she and Bryn decided to change their home base two months prior. “Within five weeks, [we] had sold and bought a home in both places,” she explained. “We’ll keep this apartment, but [I] sold my home, bought a place in Florida and unbraided everything.”
Frankel quietly placed her Connecticut home up for sale for $8 million in April. She alluded to the listing in her TikTok video, noting she felt like the home was “drowning” her and was better suited for a large family.
“I wanted to simplify,” the Skinnygirl mogul shared, saying she originally planned to move after Bryn went to college. “My simplification is someone else’s complication ’cause I’m still going to be in a beautiful home, but I just took on too much and the idea of something was different than the reality of it.”
“Bryn is Bethenny’s top priority, and the decision to move to Florida was all about supporting her,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in April. “The move reflects Bryn’s academic and athletic goals, and was made with her physical and emotional well-being front and center.”
One month later, Frankel admitted via TikTok that she hadn’t “been totally honest” about the reason behind her move. In addition to moving for her daughter, the reality star said she wanted to move because she’s been “pretty lonely for the past five or six years.”
“It started with the pandemic, which gave me license to be the introvert and insular person that everyone is surprised that I am,” she told her followers in the May 11 upload. “My friends know it very well because I look like a social person, but I’m not! I could be home for days without leaving the house, and the pandemic gave me license to do that.”
Luann de Lesseps Reacts to Bethenny Frankel Moving to Florida
Frankel stated that she thinks her Florida move will help “reinvigorate” her relationship with NYC. In terms of what she likes most about the Southern state, she said, “I walk outside and I go take a walk on the beach and I’m just existing, like, with other human life.”
Her mother Bernadette Birk’s death in April 2024 also played a role in the decision to move. “I don’t want to just rot at home and feel like I’m wasting, like, years of my life,” Frankel stated. “All I’ve done in the last five or six years is reflect. I’ve done my reflecting. I’ve done my therapy. My mom died. I had, you know, a lot going on, and I’m ready to live.”
Frankel noted in her original April move post that she was relocating for “personal and professional reasons.” However, she recently shared what it would take for her to wrap up her career.
“I would definitely retire — like, if I end up with some billionaire on some big boat,” she told Ad Week in an interview published on May 13. “I would end up doing social media on the boat.”
Given her proximity to the beach, perhaps Frankel may find her ideal man in Miami.
Frankel first gave fans a glimpse inside her beachfront Miami condo via TikTok back in December 2024. In addition to an open kitchen, living room and dining room, the residence features two bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom, a separate bathroom just for Bryn, in-unit laundry and a spacious deck with a view of the coastline.
The only downside? “I really have to, like, ask a lot out of this closet,” Frankel said as she showed fans the inside of her small closet. To improve her clothing storage, Frankel shared her plans to remove her bathroom’s bidet and build another closet in its place.
Frankel has continued to show off her new place via Instagram. “The transition and journey has been rough but in a few weeks we will be settled into our Florida home before we head to the Hamptons for an endless summer,” she wrote alongside pics and clips of her time in Miami so far on May 23. “Let the adventure era continue.”
