These are my favorite unique charging accessories for your Apple ecosystem

23 February 2025 at 08:00

If you take a look at the current landscape of charging accessories in 2025, it seems like everyone is doing the same thing. Every brand has its flagship 3 in 1 charger or a 140W wall charger, or a Magsafe charging brick. So what I wanted to do is highlight some products that have brought some unique twists to a product category that seems to have been stale. Let me know which is your favorite!

18 February 2025 at 08:31

I have been an Apple Watch user since the original Series 0. It’s been awesome to see the evolution of the Apple watch and what it is today. It’s essentially a wellness computer on your wrist that is also an extension of your entire Apple Ecosystem. I wear this thing every day for many reasons, from wanting to close my rings to controlling my smart home to unlocking all my other Apple devices. It makes my life much easier just because its on my wrist. These are 10 features I wanted to share that you could easily implement.

These accessories helped create my dream MacOS & iPadOS desk setup

16 February 2025 at 07:00

Everyone has a different definition of what a perfect or dream desk setup for them would be. Some people need five external displays; some only need one. Other people need a mechanical keyboard, while others find the clickiness distracting. I have even seen people consider just a laptop on the move as their ideal setup, while others need a dedicated office space. So I wanted to share some of my ideal desk setup accessories that I have recently added that have helped create my personal perfect and M4 iPad Pro desk setup. Be sure to leave links to your favorite accessories in the comments!

This one feature sets these MagSafe battery packs apart from the rest

8 February 2025 at 07:53

At this point, testing MagSafe battery banks seems to have become my favorite pastime. I have tested small ones, thick ones, multifunctional ones, Qi2 versions, and ones with stands and fans; you name it, and I have more than likely tried it. While some of these battery packs have been great and have their own cool features, there is one feature that the old Apple MagSafe Battery pack had that has been missing from third-party packs until now.

Hands-on: Satechi’s Hub adds ports and hidden storage to your M4 Mac mini

5 February 2025 at 11:55

From the moment the was released, I knew I wanted Satechi’s stand hub for the Mac mini. I had theΒ original modelΒ that worked with the previous form factor Mac mini, and it was great. It added an abundance of ports and storage. And now, after months of waiting, Satechi recreated the hub but with a new M4 Mac mini form factor. Was it worth the wait? Here is the hands-on review.

Nomad just launched an accessory I have never seen before

4 February 2025 at 09:00

In today’s Apple accessory landscape, it seems to be getting harder and harder to make a product that has not been made before. There are so many brands, so much competition and only so many types of accessories that are needed. But all that competition ends up being great for the consumer because it forces brands to think outside of the box. That is exactly what Nomad did with their new Universal Cable for Apple Watch. Again, I have never seen a cable look like this or do what it does.

Hands on: GAMEBABY Case transforms your iPhone into a retro console with physical buttons

1 February 2025 at 07:05

I was someone who grew up with a Gameboy Color in my hands. I would play games like Pokemon, Ray-Man, and Super Mario until my fingers cramped. So, last year, when Apple opened the gates and allowed emulator apps like Delta into the App Store, I was all over it. It was awesome playing my old games on my iPhone. Although the app does a great job with haptic feed to mimic physical buttons, there is really nothing like the real thing. So when I saw the GAMEBABY at CES this year, I knew I had to get my hands on it.

Even Realities G1 review: These AR glasses show me what I want Apple to make [Hands-on]

27 January 2025 at 09:08

I’ve always been skeptical of AR and VR glasses. The tech is undeniably coolβ€”especially with devices like the Vision Pro absolutely blowing me away β€”but the bulky, invasive form factors have always made them feel more like toys and demo machines rather than practical tools. Even with sleeker options like the , you still deal with oversized frames and those cameras. So when I came across the Even Realities G1 at CES and tried them on, I was in absolute awe. Let me tell you why.

iPadOS features you are not using, but should

25 January 2025 at 07:00

If you have read or watched any of my content over the last few years, you might have realized that my Pro is my main computer. Yes, I have a Mac Mini, but when it comes to getting actual work done, I always gravitate towards my iPad (I am currently writing this on my iPad). Something about the combination of gorgeous hardware and single app optimization nature of the software really makes the iPad a joy to use. With the release of iPadOS 18 we got an abundance of new features that has helped me double and triple down on this sentiment. We all know the headlining features, but I want to share a few other features that not many people know about. Lets get into it!

Hands-on: iPhone 16 Pro Max vs Samsung’s new S25 Ultra: Who did AI better?

22 January 2025 at 10:00

I got an early, hands-on look at the new Samsung S25 lineup, most importantly the S25 Ultra. I was curious to see what the best of the best from Samsung was like compared to the Apple counterpart, the iPhone. What really stood out to me about these phones is that we have seemed to reach a peak when it comes to form factor. The rectangular, candy bar design breathes a lot of similarities across both devices and so do the internal specs. So the only thing left here to truly compare is going to be the software, user experience, and, of course, their AI. Let’s get into.

These are the best chargers for your Apple devices at every price point [Hands-on]

21 January 2025 at 09:42

With so many devices in our pockets and everyday carry, each device has its own form of charging or wattage capacity, it is now more important than ever to make sure you have the correct charger for each device. For instance, my iPhone charges at 15W via Qi2 but can charge at up to 40W when wired in, so what is the best solution? I’m here to help you pick the best charger no matter your price point.

Here are the 5 best Apple-related announcements I saw at CES 2025

15 January 2025 at 08:37

CES 2025 was a whirlwind of a time. It is the only convention in the world where you can see the future of the toothbrush industry right next to a booth all about robot vacuums with robotic arms coming out of them. Everyone brand now has some sort of AI assistant or smartglasses or health wearable or 1000W GaN charger that can charge 18 different laptops at full speed (A bit of an exaggeration). However, through all that noise, a few products and brands stood out to me regarding Apple-related products and accessories. Here are 5 of the best products I saw at CES.

11 January 2025 at 11:00

I’ve been seeing people give their Mac Minis a serious style upgrade by housing them in enclosures that make them look like mini Mac Prosβ€”and I had to try it out for myself. Enter the Zeera MacForge Gen2, a CNC aluminum case that turns your Mac Mini M4 into a desktop workstation that looks like a shrunken version of Apple’s iconic Mac Pro. And let me tell you, I love the look.
